Saturday 8 am Breakfast after my walk. No others waiting. I got the bacon muffin and a coffee. Really tasty! I’m happy to have found a spot to grab a bite. They make it fresh, so I had to wait a few minutes but I’d rather have it that way. The person working the window was kind, has a wonderful good morning smile, and is very considerate - wanting to make sure I had all my creamers and condiments. Love it!

We were craving a good ol’ cheeseburger, fries and a shake. There’s not many options in the Burien area, especially on a Sunday. Found this place on Google Maps and SO GLAD WE DID. We loved the drive in style and how easy it was to find. Lots of different burger options and reasonably priced. They have a bucket of fries which I recommended if you have a few people sharing. Their boss sauce was a bit spicy for me, but great flavor. Great place to check out for a simple date night!

Good food for the price. Staff is always friendly. Wait times can be a little long, but appropriately so, given the amount of orders. I tried the new veggie burger. The patty was basically like an Indian samosa. It was an interesting surprise. I would get it again, but wouldn't be heartbroken if it's not there long. Any new veggie burgers they throw our way I'll certainly try in the future. The black bean is always good too, but I like having an alternative.

Burgers and fries are decent, not out of this world. I like the sauce they add, it's a little spicy. The blurrys are where it's at. Milkshakes are good. Staff is friendly.

This to-go only West Seattle drive-in is such a great spot. As much as Dick’s is a Seattle institution, Boss is my choice nine times out of ten, unless I’m *really* craving the Dick’s relish-tartar sauce. The burgers are cheap and delicious — the Dub-C is a fine choice, and the Boss Hog is great when you’re feeling extra gluttonous. I like the corn dog bites, and my wife is a fan of the Mac and cheese bites. The crinkle-cut fries are awesome when fresh, and though they can be a little hit and miss, they’re always better than Dick’s. Pretty decent shakes, too. Highly recommend if you live in the area, but it can be worth the trip out of your way too!

Arrived at around 145pm on a Sunday afternoon and there was no line and one other person waiting for their food. Masks are required in the area close to the ordering/pickup counter. I ordered the Dub-C and a small Nutella Shake. The food was ready quick and it was delicious! A lot of burger joints have their own house sauce they put on the burgers and most of the time it’s nothing remarkable, but I loved the Boss Sauce! It had a distinct kick to it that actually had me craving more when I finished my burger. They have a punch card as well - 10 punches for a $5 reward. I also appreciated that they had a little container to dispose of order slips and straw wrappers at the pickup window.

I had a burger when they first opened a few years back and it was just okay, so that part of the menu may have improved since then. But the shakes, oh the shakes. So creamy and thick and yummy. They have a large selection of flavors and I've tried several; all have been good. Easy pick up window and good amount of parking.

Note you don't get your food right away but this place RULES and has lots of options. It's cheap and delicious, the burger I got had plenty of pickles, lettuce, and onion, fries were the perfect crispy and the vibes are glorious. There's a black bean burger that's great if you're vegetarian.

Really good burgers here. The corn dog bites are awesome and they have a great selection of sauces for dipping. Can take a while to get your food but worth a little extra wait over standard fast food.

If you go there late it’s hit or miss, they drag, but if you order ahead and make sure you put your unique name on it, you’ll be good. Have to order fr the QR code which is pretty convenient except for old people. Always check to see if your order is sitting on the ledge under the warmer when you walk up and ask them. I’d bring a book if you go here and order fr the get if they look like they got a big crowd waiting.

Person taking order made mistake. Apparently cooked to order which took a long time. This is a takeout place so atmosphere was street side. But fhe burger, rings and shake were good. Open until 4am it said on sign.

I ordered online and still had to wait 45 minutes. You stand outside waiting for your order (or in your car). If you order online, you are not given a number, so you have to keep getting out of your car to ask if your order is done. If you order there, you are given a number and the number lights up when your food is ready. The burgers were good. It just took a long time to get the fiod.

MUST READ BEFORE ONLINE ORDER for pickup! Do not do online orders for pickup unless you do it on the squareup option. All other delivery apps upcharge on all items and that is extremely upsetting. I wished Boss Drive-in let their customers know of this because there is no reason a customer should pay extra for no reason! I brought it up to the employees working tonight and they didn't seem to care or look for a solution. Again this is for a Pick-up option not delivery. Great tasting burgers 5-stars

the cowboy is perfect, crispy onion rings and bacon just as crispy. the mac n cheese bites are on point. shakes are good, just not for me, but the cheesecake bite one is pretty awesome... fast most days, but during busy times the line can back up, but definitely worth the wait. every person at the register ive ever gotten, has been friendly and awesome. definitely recommend.

Our burgers today were very good. All of the ingredients including the bun were super fresh. Our sides were huge and the sauces were great. This was our first time here and we really enjoyed it! These folks are a great part of our community; they support local baseball teams which was really nice to see. We'll definitely be coming back. I wish we had tried them sooner.

This is a great place if you want a burger. They have both fancy and cheap options, and their mac and cheese bites and deep fried oreos are a must-have if you want to go extra! Pro tip: i love asking for a lemonade with vanilla ice cream woth a shot of fruit. They use actual fruit in their flavorings for shakes and you can have that added in your drink!

The milkshakes are so BOMB & I’m not even a big fan of milkshakes but this place right here oh yeah they have me in a chokehold with the milkshakes!I’ve only tried the oreo and strawberry so far, the strawberry my fave of the two. It’s the perfect consistency, not too thick not tooto watery, it just slurps up through the straw so easily.

They have a good burger but I go for their $2 chocolate n vanilla swirl in a cup ice cream. I get mine in a cup and they swirl it high. Well worth the money. Make sure to eat it fast because it melts fast.

Best burgers hands down. I moved to the area a few months ago and I just found this gem of a place that is only a few blocks away from my house. Their boss sauce is amazing. Almost reminds me of a fry sauce, but with some zest and a little bit of spice. Most of their hamburgers come with it (of course you can ask them to hold it if you're not into that) but I always get an extra cup of it to dip my burgers in. Their fries are great, again I dip those in boss sauce as well. Their onion rings are to die for. I got an Oreo milkshake and again, so much flavor. All of their food is made when you order it so it's always fresh. They have deep fried Oreos and also deep fried Mac and cheese bites. I have yet to try either one of them, but I definitely will and have a good feeling I will not be disappointed. I have been going a few times I week now since I found this spot and not once have I gotten food that I did not like or that was not fresh. They also have punch cards so after ten visits you get a discount on your food. I believe it's $5 off your next visit. Oh and the topper, did I mention that they are also very inexpensive! My to go to place for now on!

The Boss has very fresh food. The owner seems to really care and it shows in everything they do. Had the spicy chicken sandwich last night and it was delicious. Well balanced and not to spicy. I happened to be working in the area and this place caught my eye. I ordered the Dub-C, tub of fries and a milkshake. Great burger. Loved the boss sauce. I wasn’t expecting the little kick it had and I was pleasantly surprised with it. Can’t go wrong with their crispy crinkle cut fries. Service was friendly and food served up quickly. I would definitely suggest trying Boss Drive-in. I know I’ll be back the next time I’m in the area.

Good burgers and shakes. If you're weird and like crinkle fries, then you'll love their fries (good seasoning). Beware: boss sauce is spicy AF. Thought it was just a normal hamburger sauce, but that's not the case. If you don't like spicy, just order your burger with mayo instead. 👍

Boss has become my favorite local burger haven. The burger has to be epic, but it's the fries that ruin the experience at most good burger places. Boss knows how to do fries, they have a great rippled texture, crunchy at the ends.

The burger at this place quite good. The sauce was nice and spicy and they triple burger we ordered was fairly hefty in size. The only major unfortunate thing about the joint is the burger patties themselves. They tasted fine, but they lacked any good char from the griddle. There were no crispy edges or deep char that would really elevate the burger. Overall I still thought it was good and would give them another shot.

Had a great experience at Boss drive in today! The fries are excellent, perfect and crispy. I also love the Boss sauce, with them and on my burger. This place is a quick stop to eat, the food is good and the prices are even better. They even have a vegetarian option, the black bean burger, I've tried many and theirs is by far the best. burgers are delicious, fries are seasoned and cooked well, love the onion rings but the shakes are the best; was able to get the Huckleberry shake before they stopped serving them and when we went back they were no longer serving them, it was suggested that I let management know. And that is what I will be doing, so management if you happen to read this review, "Please bring back the Huckleberry shake, they are awesome. Thank you." I would recommend this as one of my favorite burger places, along with great sides. I will be trying other menu items next time we (the family) return.

So yummy! I had the black bean burger, fries and their boss sauce. The burger was super good and you can tell their not lying about their fresh made buns. The fries perfectly seasoned and the sauce was just the right level of spicy. My order was ready in under 10 minutes, the staff was nice and the place looked super clean inside and out.

We like it here and the place is great for the neighborhood. However it is frustrating the amount of little mistakes they make with orders (always check your bag at the counter for missing sauce or straw) and the customer service is frequently lacking. Today it wasn’t very busy, we ordered before two large groups, but both of the large groups who ordered after us got their food before us. We only ordered a couple simple burgers and fries. It is numeric order put the orders out in order. The kids working there just don’t get it, and the owners don’t seem to want to work in the store or hire an actual manager so it persists.

Their menu is pretty extensive for such a small location, but I was disappointed that there was no place to eat, except for some dismal benches, although it is a Drive-In so i didn't expect much. Of course the facade of an establishment is the first representation, but TRULY it is your Employees who make or break that first impression. I wish Boss was in MY neighborhood, because I was made to feel like a long awaited relative returning home when I stepped up to the window. A delightful experience, with food to go; dinner for myself and my friend, NOT disappointed with crispy and delicious Fish and Chips, with a special sauce, and a beautiful looking burger, that was literally inhaled, for my friend. This place fills that niche between your heat lamp warmed fast food and the more cult-style burger shop. Fresh ground patties, not frozen. Krinkle-cut fries. Decent, fresh-dipped milk shakes. The fry sauces are probably over priced by 25¢ or so. All cooked to order, so be patient. I've never waited longer than 5 minutes. The service is usually efficient and no nonsense. Don't go here for friendly banter.

love the spicy boss sauce, love the crinkle cut fries and seasoning keep them nice and crispy on outside but softer inside, dip in the boss sauce. my favorite is the dub-c or the western burger. great shakes also. definitely recommend trying here. only thing I wish is that the packaging would be more sustainable/eco friendly. Al businesses should stop using plastic if they can, just wrap the burgers in paper that can be composted and use paper straws or compostable items.

Every burger only comes with American cheese. What? A burger joint that doesn't have cheddar? American cheese is an amalgam of oil, food coloring, milk (possibly even some cheese) and water plus preservatives. Yum! Not actual cheese! But I dutifully looked it up on Wikipedia and to my chagrin, "A square of American cheese is a component of the traditional cheeseburger, a popular food in North America". Soooo there's that. Still though Boss - try upping your game a little and offer something exotic - like cheddar! or Swiss! May cost a little more but this is Seattle not Modesto. You can do it!
