Reviews of All Water Seafood & Oyster Bar
Staying at the Hotel 1000 so popped in for dinner after walking around the pier. They had a large party they were seating so it took a minute to be seated. That was the only downside. Considering we had no reservation, they wait was less than ten minutes which was great.
I started with the salad and had the fish & chips. Dad had the burger with fries. Both were good!
I really enjoyed the caviar tarter sauce!
Our table by the window had a bar rail which was nice after a day of walking!
We celebrated my 26th birthday at All Water the past Saturday night. We found this restaurant through google while searching for nearby seafood restaurant, the atmosphere of the place is amazing, the service was great also; didn't catch our server's name, but his service is perfect. The food and drink were solid, I ordered the chef specials so I am not sure is this an menu item, highly recommended. Overall an amazing experience, the price on average is in the 30s.
Great food and service. Wait time was a bit long at breakfast - likely a lack of wait staff. Definitely worth checking out.
My husband and I stayed at the hotel last week and absolutely loved All Water! We went basically every night for drinks and appetizers. The bartender Eric was amazing! One of the best cosmos I've ever. We also got the fries with chowder 2 times and they were definitely a favorite. If we visit Seattle again, we'd definitely go back!
Customer service was great! Food was great too. Surprising since I stayed at the attached hotel which I didn’t care for.
We stayed in Seattle for three days at Hotel 1000. We ordered breakfast twice to our room from All Water and it was amazing both times. The first day we got the breakfast sandwich and Pancakes. But the portions are MASSIVE. So the second day we just shared one meal. We also had dinner here and the food was incredible along with the service. Highly recommend the shipwreck margarita!
Stopped in for happy hour (3-6pm) drinks and food. Beautiful space with an awesome marble bar. The drinks were solid and happy hour prices on wine and beer (50% OFF) were unbeatable. The oysters and mussels off the happy hour menu were well worth the price for the caliber of food! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
9/2/19: Popped in for HH and had the bar to ourselves. Ordered some oysters (Pickering and Takara), chowder friends, and the clams and mussels. Had $25 bottle of Riesling. Really great experience, nice staff.
Highly recommend the chowder fries maybe skip the clams and mussels. If you enjoy oysters the Pickerings were super briney! Do it.
Staff was attentive and very friendly. Ambiance great. Food fantastic. Crab Benedict tasted so good (way too much spinach but easy to pick off) overall wonderful experience. I would go back when in the area.
It was a great layed back experience on superbowl sunday. The food was good, the bartender was great and filled our water every chance he got. Beautiful and clean environment. We ordered from the happy hour menu and the food wasn't refreshing, it was salty, but it wasn't bad.
The service was great however the menu is very light on options and is quite expensive with the amount of food you get for that price. Keep in mind this restaurant is in a hotel so I didn't expect it to be as expensive as it was and not receive much in quantity of food. The Pacific NW Clam Chowder was amazing!! It was one of the best Clam Chowders I have ever had.
I had an amazing experience to visit All Water Seafood and Oyster Bar for a business lunch. Even without a reservation we were able to find a table for five. Courteous staff was extremely accommodating not only for arranging tables but also splitting salad order in half for two. Recently renovated interior, bar and private dining room are classy and stylish.
Signature clam chowder soup was one the best one can find in Seattle. Cobb salad was fresh with delicate touch of dressing the way it’s supposed to be- fresh crisp lettuce, tender chicken, tomato’s, cucumber, egg, avocado++. Place setting of course adds to dining experience at any classy restaurant. Acoustics quality of the space was well balanced do we could have a conversation and hear each other!
This restaurant is really delicious! Our waiter Eric was great and very helpful with his food recommendations. He took great care of us during our dinner. I highly recommend it!
Service was a bit slow but the food was excellent. Great location near the ferry terminal and Pike Place.
Food was expensive, even for a hotel, but OK at best. Bartender was very friendly and has been around the scene for some time based on his knowledge of the area, as well as drink repertoire.
The food is very good and of great quality. Yummy seafood perfectly paired with complimenting sides. The smoked pork loin was amazing.
Yummy dinner and such friendly staff no matter the time of day!
Had breakfast, dinner and dessert here in three separate days, and each time the staff has been wonderful and I highly recommend the gluten-free pasta, and do give the interesting flavor combo ice cream a try.
Their oysters are awesome! Highly recommend to get a mix, you'll enjoy every piece of that!
We had the best dinner and our server Edward was so attentive and helpful. We couldn’t ask for better service. Thank Edward for making it a very enjoyable evening.
Edward thank you for the lovely experience it's rare to have someone be as attentive as you were to me and my girls the cheesecake, burger, oysets as well as the chowder was amazing keep doing what you're doing.
Nice spot for a chill happy hour downtown. Good patio seating on nice days and not super busy. Friendly service and pretty great deals on tasty food and decent wine.
Great happy hour food: clams and mussels, tasty mac and cheese, and chowder fries! House wine was good, and friendly service was great! 😊 Will definitely return! …
Great cocktails and food. For the two of us, we ordered 3 chefs specials and it was more than plenty. The service is a little bit slow but very nice.
Delicious small plates. Lots of vegetarian options. Not as many vegan ones. Very good service.
We stayed at Loews on a whim and had an amazing time. We checked in around 4 and went down to All Water for happy hour. There isn't much on the happy hour menu and we got the roasted nuts and some oysters. Both were excellent. James, the bar manager/cocktail menu designer was super friendly and charismatic and made excellent drinks. The house cocktail list is super interesting and all of our drinks were incredible. My wife got a Bees knees and it was easily one of the best cocktails we've had. I was more adventurous and ordered a margarita like pineapple cocktail that was delicious and the...incredulous(?) which was interesting, so if you are feeling adventurous, try it. Definitely the best bar we've been to in Seattle.
Just a heads up, the prices online are not accurate. Be advised that this place is pricier than Google portrays. However the food was incredible, and the cocktail selection was very festive.
Came upon the place randomly. All the seafood was amazing as well as the service!
Service and food is outstanding. Waitress was able to whip us some fantastic mixed drinks, and was very accommodating. The chowder fries are amazing! Ordered the dozen Pacific Oysters, they were really good too.
Amazing experience and dinner!! We are celebrating our honeymoon in Seattle and had the best time at this restaurant. The food is delicious, there are great drinks options and the atmosphere is very quiet and refreshing. Renee, our waitress, was very attentive, informative and helped us continue our wedding celebration with champagne and yummy dessert. Definitely ask for her if you come here!! You’ll feel like the center of attention!
Cheeseburger is delicious.
Very nice grilled salmon, raw oysters, and seafood croquettes. Service was fast and the Executive Chef personally served us.
The restaurant is beautiful, our server in the bar was wonderful and the service was fantastic during dinner. I had the halibut and was very disappointed. It was bland and flavorless. My husband and son had the same issues with their dishes, the salmon and the pappardelle. No flavor. We tried salting the food but the shakers didn’t dispense any salt! Please have your chefs taste their food! First rule of professional cooking!
Great bar, super friendly staff and awesome cocktails. Impossible not to grab a drink here when staying at the hotel.
We had a wonderful time having a couple of James Decker's cocktails. The atmosphere was great, bartender was knowledgeable and personable and the drink menu was creative. It's a good thing I live on the east coast, otherwise I'd be here a bit too often. I recommend the rose gold Manhattan.
Oysters were absolutely superb (from someone whose had all kinds of oysters in and from all over the country), and burger was one of the best ever. Wait staff was great...very personable and there when needed, but not intrusive or interrupting like so many places today. Highly recommended spot.
Great little oyster bar. Happy hour 3pm to 6pm oyster for 1$
Lots of oyster options, nice wines by the glass, great service, comfy upscale atmosphere. Definitely not a budget option - oysters were $3.50 each, and there is a non-tip service charge, all of which we're used to in the bay area, but could surprise you if you weren't expecting it. Everything was very good.
Great drinks and starters! But I wouldn't recommend it for dinner as there are better meals to be had in Seattle for such high prices.
The server/bartender was very friendly and accommodating. I ordered cocktail off menu and she crafted a perfect cocktail for me. Chowder fried is a must to order. Also Pacific oyster is the best.
Wow! We visited a lot of not so impressive restaurants that had 5 star ratings on our visit to Seattle. Then the day we departed we decided to dine at our hotel restaurant, this place blew us away (as did all of the Loews 1000 hotel). Restaurant was styled very well, food was WONDERFUL and staff was attentive and kind. This makes the must visit list for future trips! Well deserved 5 star review!
James the bartender was awesome, made some great cocktails. And the oysters are amazing!
Wow. Just perfect. We ate there for breakfast twice. The restaurant was SUPERB. Service was some of the best ever. Food quality was excellent, GREAT VALUE. Honest, genuine service from everone we came in contact with. Helped me with a to-go box for the airport for my fruit plate (eyes bigger than our stomachs). Fast and efficient even though second morning was very busy. One of our best ever hotel restaurant experiences. We'll never stay at the Lowes hotel ever again (very negative experience) , but we fully intend to come back to this restaurant!
This was a surprise gem. We were staying in Loews next door so it was a casual drop in for happy hour that turned into happy evening. Although it was quiet it felt warm and welcoming - the nautical feel steel tables were fun. Food and drink wise everything was excellent. The oysters were wonderful. And the different wines that we tried (having never heard of them) got us goodling suppliers. The Brancott Malborough Sauvignon was special (and a house white). The truffle fries were as good as they get. The roasted sablefish was perfectly cooked - delicate and flaky. The service was very attentive, friendly, but properly discrete. Next time in Seattle we will go back.
I live very close and am here often. Lucky me. The food service atmosphere excellent. Great happy hour. A very popular place. Also the library is beautiful. Have always loved Loews. Bartenders very knowledgeable and friendly.
The decor was nice. The hotel that the restaurant is in is pretty chic so that was cool. We went here for brunch on a Saturday. It. Was. Empty. But, at least we got a table quickly. The service was friendly and the food was pretty quick. We got a juice which was a little tiny for how much it was, and I think this was a little accurate for the meal in general (i.e. it was a little pricey), but it's a hotel restaurant, so that is kind of to be expected. Overall, I would go back if I were in the area, but there are probably a lot of other options to try around there as well.
Opening a seafood restaurant was a daring move near Pike Place, but they pulled it off. Really fresh and yummy seafood (I've had their mussels and a crab/clam chowder). Was blown away by their crab/clam chowder dish, so good! And the little sourdough bites on top were perfection. Everything feels fresh here, even the bread.
The oysters were perfect! So briney and delicious. Aaaand- they made the most perfect extra dirty martini I have ever had (but it would have been even better with blue cheese stuffed olives)
We just had breakfast 3 days in a row as we staying at the LXR 1000 hotel. Breakfast was excellent. Didn't eat dinner there
Good selection of oysters, great quality, decent happy hour
We went for happy hour and got the octopus plate, which was terrible overbooked; so much so, that the leg was crispy and the end broke off. Additionally, we were one of three tables in the place and our waiter never came back to check on us after our food arrived, it was just two of us, but our order took a while to come in. Not sure I’d try it again
Some of the absolute best oysters I've ever had and top notch service. A perfect pairing for the 1000 LXR.
The food is very nicely prepared. The atmosphere is pleasant which is more conducive to digestion than rowdy, noisy sports bars. The staff is nice. The prices are high as would be expected in a city restaurant.
Stopped in for “dunch” today remodel is great and the food was excellent - I was pleasantly surprised! They servers and kitchen handled dietary restrictions with no issues. The cocktail list is a nice change as well.
The lunch menu isn't very large but looked interesting. I ordered the Ahi Poke Stack. It was mediocre. Instead of pieces of avocado it had a smear of avocado flavored spread on the plate .There was no stack, just a few strips of wanton. The fish was cut in small cubes. The seaweed was a bit slimy. It wasn't terrible but it wasn't worth $17 either.
I was initially apprehensive about trying a seafood centered venue for brunch, but All Water has the bases covered. The fresh smoothies/juices sounded amazing. The Cuban Pork Eggs Benedict is life. And the lemon curd drizzle on the super soft buttermilk pancakes is dangerously delicious. 😲
Liis, our server, was delightful.
I loved Boka back in the day, so it's nice to see some of thier staples survived the concept update: the grilled cheese and tomato soup and the burger.
I'll report on some actual seafood next time!
I've always love hotel 1000. They remodel their place recently and it is pretty nice. Very modern. The downside is their food and drink is not as good as before. I heard their brunch is really good so I'm planning to come back for brunch.
Not much seafood for a place that has seafood in the name.... Oysters were good, truffle fires were good, falafel was definitely something to write home about. The shrimp bacon Mac was inedible. Either it was made horribly wrong or it straight up needs to come off the menu.
Stayed here for the night in the city. And this place could not be anymore perfect. The food is amazing, staff is amazing, drinks on point. Great date night or a freinds gathering or for whatever you want to spend time there. Super fun and clean.
We ate here while staying at the hotel. The pancakes were magical. They were soft and not gummy and the edges were crispy (as if they were hugged by butter).
The staff was very mindful of cleaning and social distancing considerations and very friendly. Great oysters, PNW chowder, and fish n chips. Will for sure be back.
Food and wine all delicious, just I wish higher end restaurants made better balanced dishes (flavorwise). They do have Coure de Terre Pinot from Oregon. Bread is amazing. The goat cheese on the grilled cheese overwhelms the delicious Beecher cheese.
Excellent breakfast, service and ambiance. Defiantly a great stop downtown.
Good food, terrible service (although I think they were understaffed the night we were there). Would try again to see if the service improves any. Portions seemed a bit small but made up for it in taste.
Levi and Daniel were amazing. They did the best they could despite the fact that they were short staffed. Food was tasty.
Enjoyed the quiet vibe. The cocktails and wine were good and the food was delicious. Good for date night.
Food is good. Five stars go to our awesome waiter for Thanksgiving breakfast, Mason. He was great, as good as it gets!! Thank you.
Though we came for the seafood, we were happily impressed with breakfast and the drinks. Plus the service was amazing.
Great fish and chips. My wife loved her halibut.
Great food and great atmosphere.
Awesome seafood and great atmosphere!
Simple menu, friendly and professional staff. Nice place for breakfast/brunch and dinner. Not a big fan of country music though.
Best breakfast ever! Their crab benedict on fresh house made biscuit is to die for and the service was stellar.
Great staff and amazing seafood! Highly recommend the oysters.
Restaurant week and the spread was great. Octopus was delicious, crab cakes, service all perfect
Good but so expensive because it's is in a hotel.
James the bartender made this the best experience. Truly fantastic. Can't wait to come back!
Excellent Opah! Relaxed atmosphere. Great service. Warm and comfortable. Will be back.
They add a non-negotiable 5% charge in addition to tax and tip, with no reason given. Go ahead, check your receipt.
I liked this place better than the hotel it's attached to.
The food was awesome. Bartenders are superb.
Amazing food, bursting with flavor. Relaxing atmosphere.
