This place has been a family destination for a long time. With the rises of prices and inflation, Pawtucket House of Pizza still remains affordable without sacrificing quality. By far, one of the best pizza spots in Rhode island. It is consistent in quality, price, and the staff is always friendly. The pizza, mozzarella sticks, and onion rings are definitely a recommendation. Overall, great job prospering in a tough economy. Thank you for what you provide to your community.

Honest-to-goodness pizza, this about as good as a pizza house gets. Staff is great and always busy, so know what you want to order ;) I do pick-up orders regularly since I am within walking distance. Usually a large pizza + grinder or something, and I haven't been disappointed yet. Some things are definitely not gourmet (frozen meatballs...), so take that or leave it. At the price, I'll take it. Local joint, tastes good, hard to beat the prices without making it myself, and it takes about 15-20 minutes for a pizza order... what's not to love?

Best pizza I've ate in a while, love how the crust it's crunchy, I've had it a couple times but just with one issue, you should try to get less ingredients on the house special pizza because it doesn't cook all the way thru and you get some rawness (on the bread) in the middle, out of that, great service and food as well

This is a takeout review. All food is eaten fresh in the vehicle. I ordered meatballs and a pepperoni pizza. The meatballs were very good, tender, juicy, and nice flavor. The pizza is Greek style and there really was no difference from any other Greek style pizza I've had. Good, solid pizza, just not overwhelming. On a scale from 0-10 I would rate this 7.4.

Today was my first time here, I live next to the *ahem*, "other" house of pizza, so I have never traveled the 10mins to this restaurant. So impressed! Almost wrote my review in the parking lot because I was so pleased with the sincere customer service, order accuracy and cleanliness (liquor store in the same plaza is an extra benefit), but I waited until I tried the food. After my first slice, I stopped to give Pawtucket's House of Pizza 5stars

!!!NO DELIVERY for PAWTUCKET HOUSE OF PIZZA but WORTH THE DRIVE!!!. For a delicious properly made grinder and/or pizza this is the place to go. I've searched high and low for that authentic Italian and steak and cheese grinders and this place truly delivers on that. Pizza's are amazing as well! One of my faves is the chicken parm side dish. Around 5$ yum and totally worth it!

Very nice staff and food if you are not starving or a big eater and get a sub go with a small ..I'm a big guy and half of a small filled me up the steak sub was huge for a small and it was not dry at all one of the best places ive been to by far. The pizza is really good and I bet any of the food wont disappoint you. Good food good prices good everything.

This is an old fashion pizza and grinder stop. Delicious sauce and always a good topping to cheese ratio. The Italian grinder is great perfect amount of cheese and meat. The onion rings are mouth watering and delicious. Service is always friendly and the staff have been over worked so be nice.... Greatful for little places like this. Parking can be tricky but it's just a pick up place so you'll park eventually.

I have been going to eat at this place for about 20 years, hands down the best steak and cheese and pastrami sandwiches i have ever had! Their pizza is amazing. And the crust to die for! Great fries to go with your meal. If you love real blue cheese with huge chunks, this is the place! The staff and owner are fantasic people and family!

I have been going here for over 40 years Great pizza, great grinders, no one puts more toppings on a pizza than Pawtucket House of Pizza, and I've never been to a place that puts more meat on a grinder than Pawtucket House of Pizza or House of Pizza Division Street which is pretty much the same food I believe they're family related if not it doesn't make the difference the food is basically the same quality both places are so good they don't even deliver, they don't need to, they make a killing just on the walk-ins, It's that good!!

If you have never met Pete ask him how he's doing ? Fantastic boss !!! Its his tag line. The large toasted roast beef sandwich is huge for $10. The best in the state hands down. They have a huge menu of just about anything a pizza restaurant can offer. But trust me on the roast beef sandwich. Its a iconic staple here in Rhode Island and for good reason. He's on Smithfield Ave near the intersection of Mineral Spring.

I always have some to share or leftovers and I keep going back since I moved to the neighborhood. If you like your pizza with the works they have the best you can get. They are also known for their steak and cheese grinders cause they are very generous with the steak. If you order it to stay you'll have to use a fork to get some steak out of the way before you can pick up the grinder.

This is my favorite lunch spot, I work in downtown Providence Rhode island and I drive to this place at least three times a week for their mouth watering steak and cheese.. I like their grill chicken sandwich , pizza, fish and chips ( only on Fridays) and much much more.. Many of our friends and family live in Lincoln, Rhode Island. So, we often need to have takeout food for either lunch or dinner. We have come to Pawtucket House and Pizza on numerous occasions. We usually get the pizza as well as many other grinders. The food is always the best and the service is impeccable. The food is always ready before 10 minutes. The people cooking it are always very nice and accommodating. Although we usually just pick it up as there is no delivery, there are tables there for people who would like to eat at the place as well. Centrally located on Smithfield Avenue, you can't go wrong coming here.

Just ordered a lg Steak & Cheese Sub w Onion & X Mayo , an order of Jalapeño Poppers , and sm Cheese Pizza . The Steak & Cheese was absolutely one of the best Ive ever had in my life , would venture to say its def the best around here . The Jalapeño Poppers were filled w Cheddar Cheese n served w Bleu Cheese , absolutely hit the spot as well . The Sm Cheese Pizza was for my 6yo whos a pretty picky eater and he ate the entire thing in about 10 minutes so It gets a thumbs up from him lol .

I am a regular customer spend quite a but here.when i found a hair in my salad u called asked to speak to management was told he was busy, then they put a person on he said sorry and hung up.WOW what a way to appreciate your weekly patron. I like the food so much. I live close to this restaurant and go there frequently. Now accepting cards as payment method, previously not accepted which was very inconvenient. The parking is a problem most of the time, but the pizza is so good that I don't mind parking around the corner and walk over there. It is small and not enough space inside, I usually take it home.

Hands down the best pizza place in Rhode Island. After moving from Pawtucket to Warwick my fiance and I will still drive there to get their pizza. There's sadly not a pizza place around here that even holds a candle to theirs. My fiance is from Coventry and once I introduced her to this place she was hooked. Honestly the cheese pizza is so good here I hardly ever order it with toppings. Usually there is a very short wait time to make the pizza and have it ready for you (10-15 mins). They have an extensive menu full of girders, calzones, salads, and I believe I saw them making fish 'n chips one day. The dining area is a little small and gets claustriphobic when all of Pawtucket shows up to pick up their orders so you may want to bring it home :)
