The food is great. The menu has so many tasty dishes to choose from. The drinks menu has a good selection and is very well-organized. They have a pleasant, appealing interior. This place can get busy, but the staff and management are friendly and do care about their customers.

This is a take out review. Lamb salad 4.5 stars It gets 5 for flavor, but it was a bit short on dressing. It was a nice big salad but only one small container of dressing. The lamb was cooked nicely, but being a salad I would have liked if they had sliced it up as the chunks are large and a bit awkward too eat. Pesto chicken pasta 4 stars Pretty standard. My chef friend thought it was missing a bit of salt. Italian Sandwich 4 stars Decent sandwich. It wasn't a stand it out but it was tasty. Service was nice. She asked if we wanted rolls and I said yes. Turned out they had packed us some already so it was a lot of rolls. It's located in the old market so parking can be difficult depending on the time. It's open late however so when I went to pick it up around 11pm there was plenty of parking

We were there with our colleagues from our company for dinner and I had lavash for the first time! They were so tasteful and full of flavor with topping they had. I also had Thai pork satay which was so delicious. Seriously anything from menu has to be so good!!

Food was delicious. We started off with a wedge salad and the Artichoke. I had the Reuben sandwich and my husband had the Bratwurst plate. Both of our meals were Amazing. The mash potato was the best I’ve ever had. Reuben was perfect - it is on a thin bread, which I personally like, but I know others might like the thicker breading. The atmosphere was perfect. Our server (Oliver) was lovely. He was very honest about the food/menu and I appreciate that in a server. He also found out we were fairly new to the area and was so keen on helping us find other places to explore. Highly recommend going for a nice dinner date or just a casual evening. We made reservations the night prior and had no issues but they were almost fully booked so recommend a couple nights out. We look forward to going back again!

M’s came highly recommended by seatmates on my flight, my real estate agent and the hotel clerk. The chicken with Spanish rice was nice. But the mocha torte was worth the extra calories! Staff was friendly and other guests even friendlier. Will def be back.

We went to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary and Megan our server was absolutely fantastic! The food was delicious and everything she recommended was perfect. Can't wait to come back again soon!

This was my first time at this restaurant, along with an out-of-state friend. We chose this establishment for the diverse menu choices. However, we became quite discontented with the mediocre portion sizes. Additionally, our server appeared uninterested and made us feel as if we were an inconvenience to her. The food was good but don’t plan to return given the other flaws listed.

I'm giving this place 5 stars solely for the appetizers. The puff pastry / brie combo was amazing, and you really can't mess up shrimp and butter with havarti on top. Although if I return I'll skip ordering off the entree menu. The lamb burger was very mediocre. Hardly seasoned, not much flavor, and the typical lettuce tomato onion combo isn't enough to give the burger anything unique or flavorful to talk about. Hunter chicken was alright, nothing noteworthy. Service drinks and atmosphere were all good.

This was the pretty’s dinner in town. It also was so close to my hotel I walked to diner. My friends and I had the best server, and all the entrees were just lovely. The signature cocktails arrived quickly. It was busy but the staff did not seem to be bothered.

Great building in Old Town with sidewalk dinning. Very good unusual menu, only "small" entrees but easy to order plenty. Veggies stop was good but too spicy. Most Renowned Baked Dishes were great. We had shrimp/mushrooms and beef/mushrooms. They were great. Service was very good, Midwest friendly. Room was very loud at least this night. Not the place for a quiet dinning.

Great atmosphere. The salads were very fresh, tasty and well presented. We had 2 Lavoshs -cracker like crust with toppings. Omaha was very tasty with great beef and mushroom toppings. Santa Fe was also excellent.

Had an unplanned lunch here, but definitely a good call! Amazing food, very accommodating staff, willing to make lots of adjustments to the order. GET THE LAHVOSH! My boyfriend hand I split the Sicilian (but replaced tomato with spinach) and it was really good. Warm, fresh crispy bread, very loaded with cheese! It cracked so perfect when I open and had a beautiful cheese pull! The toppings went really well there too, but I feel there were too many olives and not as much spinach; made the thing a bit salty overall. I took off the olives and it was amazing. 2 of my friends split the Santa Fe (with chicken instead if shrimp) and it looked loaded!very generous amounts of all the toppings. They loved it too. For my order I had the Blackened Shrimp Salad (with spinach and artichokes, no tomato and avocado - to cut out fat). This was BEAUTIFUL! The shrimp was so perfect, well seasoned seasoned. That mango jalapeno dressing was beyond amazing! Perfect amount of sweet and spicy balanced and it was just so good. The whole combination of the veggies and shrimp and dressing was really really good. It came with a black bean cake which took me by surprise. The cake with the dressing was just unexpectedly good! I could have used a little more of the veggies so I asked the server for extras and he gave me a plate full. Very appreciative of this. My boyfriend got the Steak salad and loved it. Steak was rey well cooked, and a good serving size. Most restaurants add a load of meat and not as many greens but it was the other way around here. He had quite a generous amount of vegetables to begin with because it came with a side salad too. The dressing here was nice and he actually wiped it all out. Not something I've seen before! The two friends got the falafel and the pasta and Very much enjoyed the food as well. The falafel was soft and not crispy like usual ones. But they actually like this. The flavoring was really good and it came with a proper fresh bread. I saw the pasta and it looked very appetizing. Good amount of pesto and quite fresh as well. Overall just an amazing place with really good options. Something for everyone. Definitely recommend!

Old Market Delight. Great Prices for such an elegant decor. Nice selection of local beers. We stopped here going through I-80. Located right in the Old Market. It was nice to walk around and get lunch here.

Old Market Landmark - for a reason, Sunday 5:30, full house - want a table - get a reservation - two can sit at the bar... get a pint of the Fairy Nectar local IPA - they succeed with the innovative yet classic M's signature dishes - they'll have a couple things to temp everyone on the menu - just have to come back for more - sit back & enjoy !

M's always has great food and great service. Be sure to make a reservation to avoid waiting. I had the Popper Dip and Falafel with Lamb on this visit. Two thumbs up for both items. If you haven't been you should make a reservation today. M's is an awesome restaurant.

When driving through Omaha we chose M’s based on reviews and it is the right choice in The Old Market. We sat outside under the sturdy awning even though it was a rainy night. We ordered the lavosh which is a pizza cracker elevated due to the Havarti cheese topping. Highly recommend sharing one as an appetizer. I ordered the Asian tuna salad and my son ordered the beef tips - cooked like escargot in garlic and oil then covered in cheese… he loved it. Many choices on the menu for all tastes and a nice stop on the journey across the country.

You just can’t go wrong with this place. Lunch with the gals or an intimate date night….M’s always delivers. The service is friendly and professional and the food is excellent. The chicken salad croissant, Thai Lavash and duck chili are just a few of the recent dishes worth ordering again.

Everything about this restaurant was amazing! We sat at the bar and the bartender was incredible and on point with everything! The service was amazing and the cocktails were some of the best I’ve ever had. 💕 the atmosphere was great and the menu was SO diverse. We got the smoked salmon toast as an appetizer and it was soooo delicious and the perfect size to share. I got the rack of lambs and it was a pretty large portion. The side that came with it was served cold and was so refreshing after a day at the zoo. My fiancé got a surf and turf and it was the perfect size. The shrimp were delicious and the sauce to dip it in was mouthwatering. I would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone! You don’t have to be super fancy to feel comfortable and I guarantee everything from service to food and drinks will be amazing ♥️ love love love this place!

Disappointed in the wine and charcuterie plate. The presentation was unappealing and the prosciutto covered in table salt, given 4 grapes, and crumbs for walnuts. We were left with the impression the salt on the prosciutto was purposed as an additional preservative as the meat didn't taste fresh. Times are hard for small businesses, I get stretching the dollar, however the better choice is to remove it from the menu. I will continue to dine here, this may be fluke as we have had great food and attentive staff in the past.

Someone told me this is a spot for any occasion and they were right. You can eat here in formal wear or shorts and sandals and somehow fit right in in. The menu is very broad with lots of options of every kind. The vibe is bery active and I met people from all over the US on business sitting at the bar. My food was good and so was conversation. Amazing food. Got one of their baked dishes with beef tips and it was some of the most tender meat I've ever had. Drinks were phenomenal as well, quite the extensive list. One of the best dang creme brulees I've had in awhile. Will definitely be back to try more of their items.

First time back since the devastating 2016 fire. M’s Pub is a Phoenix rising from the ashes. The rebuilt interior looks the same, which is a balm for the soul and sanctuary for fond memories spent here. The food and service are still delicious and impeccable. So many great memories of this place. Grateful for the exquisite rebuild and continuation into perpetuation.

M's never fails to delight from service to the plate. The night we visited there was kofta on the special apps menu that were perfect. The romaine wedge was perfectly dressed and my dining companion's patty melt was perfectly cooked to order. Our waitstaff was attentive but not intrusive. M's is one of those places that makes you feel like you never have have to leave, like you're a regular who can sit there drinking and nibbling and getting philosophical all day in to the night. Always a sure bet.

Great food!! Not much for a vegan, yet the perfect vegan option for me was the Carrot dog on a hoagie. Served w/ lettuce, tomato, stone ground mustard, relish, and sauerkrout along w/a side spinach salad was not only healthy, yet also very filling. My friend corn chowder garnished w/fresh basil and served w/warm fresh bread was "the best he's ever had." He's 75 BTW. Thanks again guys. Job very well done.

Food was good. Ordered the lamb burger medium rare and it came very well done. Their soup and salad section of the menu is confusing if it's your first time. There is no distinction between what is a soup or salad. Service itself was decent and ambiance wasn't too bad. Their wine selection leaves something to be desired.

I live in Chicago but when we visit family in the area we always try to stop in here. It's such a cool spot that has stood the test of time (and a tragic fire, but they did a beautiful job with the rebuild!). Always a great wine and beer selection, and the food and service never disappoints.

Absolutely wonderful meal and service. Seasoning and cooking was perfection for everything we had. Nothing was too salty or over or undercooked. My kid devoured his pub burger and roasted potatoes with ease. My Surf and Turf Satay was the best meal I've had in the last 3 years, and my friend's Thai Lavosh was perfect as well! The Torte we had for dessert was rich but not overly sweet. Without question, we will be back every time we are in town!

Good outside seating and our server was good. Hubby had the special pork chops and they were delicious. I had the chicken marsala, but it definitely wasn't an authentic version whatsoever. A classic one is supposed to be with lots of mushrooms and a rich Marsala wine sauce. This dish was more like chicken with red peppers, onions and mushrooms and a red pepper sauce. Still tasty, but definitely not Chicken marsala.

Glad we found this place. We flew in late and were starving. M’s was open and they were great. Our server was friendly and helpful. The lavish bacon cheeseburger was something new for me and was great. Cool atmosphere and a great location.

Went after the Dave Matthews concert. Food was very bland. They told us there were out of the flat breads and then every table around us was able to get one. Our charcuterie was flavorless. We will not be back. Our server was nice or else I would give 1 star.

Lovepotion#9 was good but very sweet very good. Appetizers were amazing. All of our lunch selections were great except the “special”. The grilled chicken sandwich was over cooked and tough to eat and the brioche bun was soaked in mayo. The American potatoes were delicious.

When everything else seemed to close up a bit early this place was still open. Staff is friendly. The outdoor seating is nice. Inside is gorgeous. I was seated promptly. Menu varied from around 12 up to 50 dollars. Looked like some good options on there. I wanted something cheaper and I wasnt treated differently because of it. The waitress, I can't remember her full name but started with Liz, was super helpful. I ordered the chicken burger. It took a moment to come out but it was spectacular when it did! Fresh!!! Tasty!!! So good!!! Very filling for the size. Atmosphere was excellent. I will absolutely be coming back in and will invite friends and family when they are out in the area!

Went here for lunch as recommended by Omaha locals. We were here at 12:30 pm Friday and the place was almost packed. We got outdoor seating on a rather chilly day, but they had outdoor heaters installed so it was fairly comfortable when there was no wind. For starters, we got the Popper Dip ($9.95) which was absolutely delicious. In addition to the three cheeses, the jalapeño and charred poblano just added so much flavor to the dip. For mains, I ordered their highly recommended Lamb Burger ($13.95) which funny enough is listed under "Light Entrees". It came with a side salad and Dijon Mustard. I requested medium well temperature on my burger and the patties was cooked to perfection. The meat had a lot of flavor and the provolone cheese was melted on top of my patties to perfection, further enhancing the taste. Service was a bit slow, but the staff was kind enough to let us know about the fact that they were extremely busy today and food might take slightly longer to arrive. Overall, a positive experience, but nothing spectacular about it either.

One of the best meals ever in my two week stay in town. the snails are to die for and the meal in its entirety was amazing including the best pork dish ever had is USA. service was good and we will always come back here, prices are a little ajar here compared to other places but the its reflected in the service and quality so its certainly recommended

We were in town for the CWS (go Vandy), and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. Loved the atmosphere, the inside was amazing. The food was so good the first night we ate here, we had to come back again. I had the rueben sandwich, and the next time had the blackened shrimp salad, which is one of the best I've had. One of those places I hope to get the chance to try everything on the menu!

Locals favorite pub restaurant has a variety of dishes, from light entrees to salads and sandwiches. The lavosh was good (Thai, Italian, others) and makes a good starter. Chopping the whole peanuts on the Thai version would have been better. I had the surf and turf satay, mostly because the combo was odd and therefore... They also have pork and chicken versions. Mine had neither peanuts or peanut satay sauce and the meat wasn’t grilled on a stick with coconut milk, so I couldn’t tell why they called it satay. It was served with white rice and “mixed vegetables”, which turned out to be large chunks of carrot, cauliflower, and a couple pieces of broccoli. Certainly a weird side to satay-that-wasn’t-satay. I had requested rare beef on the dish, as Midwest standard is to overcook rare meat so it comes out medium rare, which is how it arrived. The steak was good, as was the shrimp. One of my companions had the signature “carrot dog” in the “light entrees” category. Not kidding. It’s a grilled whole giant carrot that’s been marinated in something tasty, served on a std dog bun, with beer mustard and some onions. It was surprisingly okay taste to me (I was expecting something disgusting) and my companion really enjoyed it. The penne pasta was served with about a pound of peas in it but seemed otherwise good. Service was marginal. Our waiter rarely came by, didn’t offer to refill drinks, and had a bit of a surly attitude.

From out of town we dropped in for the first time since the pandemic. We enjoyed a take out of our go-to carrot dogs. We haven't found anyone who does it better! Wish I had the recipe! They were crazy busy dis to conferences in town.

I've never been, you might remember that in 2016 it burned. It had nothing to do with M's, just a set of circumstances. Today, completely remodeled the service is excellent and so is the food. The whole experience for me was great.

Absolutely wonderful! Has not skipped a beat, it has returned to exactly what it was, food and decor. He sat at a high top table, it was a bit weird and very tight seats, but I understood the purpose to have more seats in a tiny location. We were walk-ins, so we were just happy to get a table, reservations are alomst a must for dinner. Highly recommend the bacon cheeseburger lavosh. I was skeptical on the light dinner options, but the lamb was plenty and flavorful. Will return!

This place was amazing. Becca at the front door was super nice and got us in with out a reservation. Then the drinks were incredible, I had the "# 9" which is a strawberry infused vodka with lemonade. So yummy, I had 2 and could barely taste the the vodka but could feel it. The food was perfect. I had the lobster and chicken with risotto and asparagus. It was the best food I've had on the trip. I strongly recommend this place to anyone who enjoys good food and drinks.

We had such an awesome experience after perusing the Old Market Saturday night. The food was outstanding! We ordered the surf and turf and the chicken spinach salad. The crab cakes were delicious! Jess, our server was amazingly attentive. And my husband was pleasantly surprised by the music selection, considering it is a pub. This restautant was a hidden gem for a late night meal. We will definitely return!!

Upscale pub without ridiculous prices. Harvarti baked shrimp- if you love cheese like me, you should definitely get this! Tried one of the many types of Lahvosh ~ like a flatbread on a cracker~ super thin and crispy! Mocha fudge torte is rich and chocolately, homemade whipped cream always earns bonus points. Food is served SO quick! Manager Scott is very nice/friendly/ and present. Decent wine list, buzzy atmosphere. Great experience!

Stop at Ms for Student lunch, great appetizers (cheeseburger lahvosh, escargot and potstickers) all wonderful. Had the patty melt and side salad for lunch with their terrific poppy seed dressing and rounded out our meal with desserts (pound cake, tiramisu, peach crisp, creme brulee and carrot cake. First time and will be back.

We had a really great lunch! The service was super friendly and have great recommendations. Our waitress recommended the creamy chicken and tomato soup and it was heavenly. I also got the Italian sandwich and then the crème brulée for dessert (seen below). The sandwich and soup combo followed by dessert was the way to go! Highly recommend this place!!

Went with a new friend late on a week night for drinks and appetizers; oh my goodness, yummy yummy yum, perfect environment: perfect music, perfect lighting, perfect temperature, server had an amazing friendly funny personality, mixed drinks were delectable … I’m hard to impress but they definitely get five stars! M's is "hit or miss", great one time, not so much the next. 8pm, packed crowd, fettuccine with chicken was awesome! Few weeks later, 4:30pm, no crowd, Thai chicken satay, chicken was dry & tough, wouldn't cut with their oversized "butter" knives, rice was dried into clumps.

Based in the name I was expecting a different atmosphere but I like that I was wrong. Very modern/upscale. I loved that they had a while gluten free menu too. Also really enjoyed the specialty ice creams. I got a blueberry mint sorbet that was awesome.

The potstickers were great ! Basil pesto pasta was alright, cheesecake was good. Very attentive waitress! But they could use bigger carafes for their water, and music is a bit outdated.

We ate here while traveling through Omaha (We stayed in nearby hotel) and we were throroughly impressed. Service was great, the food was fantastic and it was under $50 for my wife and I to eat quality meals and have drinks! Obviously not fast food cheap but for 2 full course meals, a couple glasses of wine and an 18%+ tip you couldn't ask for a better price. Great value for money and a wonderful experience. If you are in Omaha, you gotta stop in!

The restaurant gives off the atmosphere of business casual and more upscale. However, you’ll find patrons dressed from casual to business casual. I appreciate that the restaurant is polished but I’ve been here for a quick bite dressed more casually. Once seated, the waiter/waitress are always quick to come with water and bread. They’re very attentive and come back shortly to take orders. The food is above average and is always served fresh, fast, and hot (unless if it’s a cold plate obviously). The menu has dietary friendly options except for vegans (hence 4 stars). Regarding the wait and reservations, I’ve never made a reservation and was told to wait only once. I would definitely come here and recommend this restaurant primarily because its open late, rarely any wait, more upscale environment, quick service and great food.

Not impressed! For the price of our meal…there were high expectations and it was very disappointing. The M’Margarita was not perfect…made with too much mixer. The southern Belle…if you like Bourbon…you will enjoy your cocktail! Crab cakes were cold and really should have been flash fried before serving. We ordered from the specials menu, which may have been the mistake. The Buttered Sea Bass with Mango Chutney was not cooked through and still had bones!! The risotto was not cooked through. The flavors were nice if the food has been prepared well. The duck was really salty. The best part of our meal were the desserts!! The Carrot Cake was moist with the perfect amount of icing to cake ratio! The flourless Mocha Fudge Tort was AMAZING!! Our waiter was friendly and the service was good! Probably would not go back when there are so many other places to eat!

The service here is top notch. You won't find better service any where else. The food is always delish. I love the house Salad and adding a piece of salmon which is always cooked to perfection. They usually have pretty awesome soups as well. I love the chicken breast and veggie plate, the carrot dog, there's something for everyone! Lately, I've been getting the Asian Chicken Satay and it is SO AMAZING. The chicken is so tender and juicy and the veggies are very tasty.

M's hospitality is great! Tonight we arrived without a reservation. I hadn't looked into whether one was needed ahead of time. Even so, they first offered my wife and I a seat at the bar as long as that was ok with us. Less than a minute after we sat down, one of the servers came and offered us a table that had an upcoming reservation, but he figured there would be enough time for us to eat leasurely and finish before the time of the reservation came. And he was right. We had a great meal, great service, and a great time!

Used to come here frequently when I lived in Omaha many years ago. Stopped by tonight while visiting the area. We did not have a reservation as I wasn't expecting the restaurant to be so busy shortly after 5pm on a Tuesday.. The hostess, Greta, was extraordinarily gracious and helpful. I heard her addressing others coming in the restaurant with the same warmth and courtesy. Not only did she perform her hostess duties with aplomb, we watched as she also efficiently assisted servers and cleared tables. Yes, the food was very good. Cocktails were delicious. The menu leans more toward starters, salads, and light entrees. They did have a ribeye special tonight. The crab cakes were very tasty, as was the chicken satay and surf and turf satay. The steak was so tender. Really, though, what made the evening special was the service, from the minute we walked in until we left. So nice to experience that these days..

Wonderful place. 12-10-2021 Friday We stopped in at about noon and the place was packed. We got the last two stools at the bar. I can see why it was busy, the food was way beyond my expectations. When you order a salad, they give you a warm dinner roll with butter. I asked for four butters, the waitress looked a little worried. They hate to throw out unused butter. No worry, I used all four little cubes of salted butter.

My wife and I have lived in the Omaha area coming up on one year and we finally made it to M’s Pub. Since we moved to this city we have heard a bunch about this place, so of course we were excited to finally try it out! I want to start by saying that I didn’t give this restaurant a 4 star review for a bad experience, but because our experience was “okay” and I feel our expectations were higher. The atmosphere was great! Staff was friendly and offered wonderful customer service! The interior was nicely decorated and simply looked amazing. Drinks were good, no complains there. Honestly, I feel where the restaurant fell short was with the food. I don’t think it was anything to brag about, it was just “okay.” My wife had a hot sandwich that she ordered medium well and she received it medium, not a big deal. The flavor was good! I ordered the surf & turf satay with high hopes as about 4 other people at the bar ordered the same. To me it was nothing jaw dropping. Flavors were okay, rice was basic, and the “salad” was mixed greens and dressing. I would have rather eaten my wife’s hot sandwich instead of my entrée. We started with the baked Brie, which I would have rather had for my main dish as the flavor was awesome. We ended with the fruit crisp, which again was “okay,” but nothing special. The menu wasn’t anything special either. Didn’t see much in terms of restaurant specific dishes, which we like to explore when attending a new place. Our expectations were really high after a year of numerous people talking up the place, maybe we went on an off day? Again, didn’t have a bad experience, just expected more.

The ambiance was good and the place was actually quite nice. I am giving 3 stars because the food was not what you would expect for the price. For example the Caesar salad with chicken came with full chicken tenderloins served on the salad. The chicken was grilled nicely but lacked much other texture or flavor. The asian sauté was not sautéed at all, it was pan fried separately and the flavors were lacking in authenticity. The waiters and staff were very nice, this is purely a food based rating.

So glad that we chose M's for out date night dinner destination during our stay in downtown Omaha! The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious! We ordered the apple & brie appetizer that was to die for 🤤 and then our waiter suggested the surf & turf but a double order of shrimp instead of the steak since we only eat fish. He also suggested adding Feta on top! His advice was spot on because the shrimp and veggies were so yummy and the Feta added the perfect amount of flavor. We will definitely be back!

I had surf and turf satay which was decent, but honestly enjoyed the appetizer more. Service was average to above average. A great dining experience as we were lucky and they had a opening but we had to agree to be completed within 1.25 hours so do yourself a favor and make a reservation prior to arrival. Megan our host for the evening was great, provided guidance with clear and concise explinations and she has great listen or hearing skills given the back ground noise level of the establishment. We started with crab cakes which were good, note not great but look where we are, Omaha Nebraska. I ordered brats and my wife ordered the Pork Rib eye which I tasted and received rave reviews. Both dishes were presented well and came with fantastic mashed potatoes, mine a side salad and hers steamed vegetables of 🥕 and broccoli 🥦 done to perfection, matched both with a glass of Malbac. We finished dinner sharing a creme brule topped with delicately sliced strawberries again done perfectly. Over all a high recommendation minus the time restriction so make reservation the reason this establishment is busy is their food quality that is exceptional and matched by the service you receive! Dark wood interior, good music! We attended a work dinner event for my husband’s company. We all mostly ordered the steak tenderloin special and taste tender medium done with A1 sauce. We didn’t get a baked potato but broccoli which was done good but I would wanted another vegetable and maybe a smaller potato. The tiramisu was not what I received. The classic is supposed to be a layered cake but mine was a pinkish mousse with afew chunks of cake. I was disappointed and the menu didn’t reflect their version of the cake. Anyway we were seated by the front door and our server was a bit clumsy although sweet and we waited a long time for our drinks. It was a Tuesday night not too crowded. Will have to sit at the bar next time..?

We never felt rushed to order appetizers/ dinner/ dessert, and she gave us time to enjoy each course, drinks, and talk. She also anticipated drink refills and answered questions/ made recommendations to guests that were first time visitors. The atmosphere was so beautiful and warm, and the food amazing as it's been each time we've previously visited. The Santa Fe Lahvosh is by far my favorite dinner entree because of the flavors and textures. The table also raved about the pot stickers and baked scampi & mushrooms.

The service was wonderful and the food came out so quickly! We had tiramisu for dessert and I made yummy noises with each bite. Do yourself a favor and eat at M's Pub!! Fantastic. I was traveling through Omaha and decided to try them out, but was worried I might be a little underdressed. And then the host TJ met me at the door, looking more stylish than Anderson Cooper at the Catalina Wine Mixer, but without any pretentious air. He greeted me so warmly and seemed so genuinely happy to have another guest join him for lunch, I was floored. The food was as excellent as the service; just the sight of the Santa Fe Lahvosh that my server recommended caused such a stir with the tables around me, that one of them ordered one for themselves and remarked how amazing it was. I hope to visit again soon.

Our server was about as dry as shoe leather and looked awkwardly at us and I generally felt as if we were a bother to her and my family annoying. Luckily that had zero effect on our delight with the fare. Hamburgers, pork sandwich, escargot, crispy bread/pizza thing that I can't recall the name of, all delicious and would order as takeout in a heartbeat. The desserts were the tirimisu and cremebrulee, both of which lacked any and all of the originality and flavor as the other menu items we enjoyed. I felt both were built from the same kids pudding cup. The old fashioned I drank was passable but not stellar. All in all, it's a popular eatery, 1 enjoyed my food and mom-tax bites of everyone else's entree. We ate well and left happy. Would I pay $250 for five people (two of which were 12 years old) to eat there again? Not on your life, but my 25yr old and his love adore the place so take it as you will.

The menu had a good variety of flavorful options, but was lacking items that didn’t involve animal abuse or abused animals. Not that I expected the place to have several vegan options. But the resistance from the chef to accommodate a vegan dish felt like a punishment for not agreeing with animal abuse. The server and manager were helpful and the food that resulted was delightful! So definitely give it a try, even if you’re a vegan. They’ll wise up for next time I’m sure.

I was able to bring a friend that likes older venues but had never been to M's. I've been going there forever & was pleased to see that they kept the same look as before the fire. My Greek sandwich was fantastic as always. I love the spring mix salad with raspberry vinaigrette that, I believe, they make in house. Both the sandwich bread and the rolls are made in house, too. My overall grade for M's Pub is: A While I rarely assign A+ grades, M's Pub was very close to getting this. There was not one thing that made this place worthy of a visit, but all of the little things combined, make this a great place to try. The elephant in the room is that I'm from the suburbs of Chicago and am frequenting great restaurants in large cities and to be perfectly honest, I was not expecting a "big city experience". I was pleasantly surprised and the neighborhood vibe, the bars & restaurants in the area made me commit to coming back on my travels. Drinks - I ordered a dirty martini & my wife ordered a margarita. They were transitioning from their summer to fall drinks, so the first few drinks on their drinks menu was not available. No big deal - switched on the fly to a dirty martini. Nicely executed. Margarita - also nicely executed. We started with pot stickers - not really what I was expecting on the menu, but hey - go with it. We are huge fans of pot stickers & gyoza (I know, not the same thing). Let's just say, we love dumplings of all nationalities and cultures. They should names these: Pot Stickers AND more! We were actually expecting 6 dumplings sitting alone on a plate with a side of dipping sauce. They came on a mound of what can only be described as a heaping helping of cold noodle Asian salad. While I am not really a fan of cold noodle salads, this Asian salad could stand alone as an appetizer and I would order it - super nice surprise that, oh yeah, the pot stickers - which were pork, super delicious and the dipping sauce, spot on. Already we were fans of the place. I ordered another strange thing that I didn't expect on the menu: Bratwurst dish with caramelized onions, mashed potatoes and some pickled cabbage. Delicious. I ate almost the entire plate - but left some mashed potatoes. The brats were grilled and snapped nicely when cut. The flavor was smokey and a great example of a German wurst. My wife ordered the pork satay - good, but maybe could've used a little more time marinating or something - they just tasted a little 'flat'. But not bad. No dessert as it was late and we were finishing up a long, long day driving in the car - hence finding ourselves in Omaha, NE. The only slight miss, I ordered and was dying for a 2nd dirty martini (yes, I feel your looks), but alas, it never came. Either our server forgot to put in the order or the bar lost the ticket. Next time. Speaking of the next time, the next time you find yourselves in Omaha, NE, do yourselves a favor and stop by M's Pub. You will not be disappointed. One last thing, we sat outside and listened to glorious cello music being performed on the corner - including an amp and everything. We enjoyed it so much, I dropped $ into his jar, on the way into and on the way out of the restaurant. Really, a great showman.

Waiter was not attentive and dint listen to our order correctly. I visit this place often and this was the first time I've had this type of customer service there. The food was good but our lamb was over cooked we ordered it medium and it was was done, however still very good. Also the hostess did not keep track of where she was sweating people. She mis-led another lady to our reserved table instead of the correct table. I hope they beef up there staff to the quality they had previously.

Lavosh and Escargot was tasty. My cucumber sandwich was medicore at best. Bread was not great, hardly could taste sour dough and very little cucumbers. Husband M's Greek sandwich was not crustless but over all okay. Moms hot dog was good. Beer was cold and great choices. Atmosphere amazing ! Service was great. Love M's!

You can't experience any better of the nightlife at an outside then you bistro style next to lighted trees and people walking up and down the sidewalks cars going by and all the excitement. There was even a wedding party and the wedding couple that passed right by us and as we congratulated them the whole crowd outside with us erupted and applause for them what a feeling of togetherness. This is how this place makes you feel so the next time that you're in Omaha please stop by the night life is excellent and professional staffing they'll treat you right and as usual this is Joe Nader sign off wishing you a blessed day.

A historic diner in a historic location, the open kitchen is really cool to watch. Very busy. The food and drinks are excellent quality and fair priced. Our server was very prompt and professional. I love the dress standards for the staff and the friendly environment. I ordered a Reuben sandwich and mixed salad with a Bloody Mary. I reccomend this place to my friends and family.

Delicious! What a gem! A blend of modern style in an old brick warehouse building. Didn’t feel too loud or crowded on a busy evening and all food was great. The salmon salads were moist and perfectly cooked, the blue cheese pork ribeye was divine.

For being so short-staffed, the staff there was so friendly and helpful despite a packed house. (If you know someone looking for a job in Old Market, definitely refer them to apply here!) The baked brie was so phenomenal - one of my favorite appetizers ever! I also greatly enjoyed the cappuccino. (I could drink those all day!) Lunch was busy but not too busy to seat our party of five without a reservation. There were a lot of tables of happy talking people, we didn't hear their conversations and were able to visit at our table with no problem. Food was delicious. Creative and tasty. I can't have Rosemary and the waitress checked with the kitchen and I had to change my order but very pleased with what I ended up eating. Will visit again.

M's is a staple of Omaha and a good restaurant. It just isn't my favorite. They have a wide menu to satisfy everyone, and I have no complaints of my food there. I just haven't found anything to have that x factor that I can't get elsewhere. The restaurant has a great atmosphere and is very nice to visit. Our service has been good, though last visit our waitress, Megan really rubbed me the wrong way with an off handed, snarky comment she made to me that she had no business making. But, the food was prompt, the drinks stayed full and everyone else was very friendly.

They restored it wonderfully from the tragic fire a few years ago. I definitely recommend reservations. The food is adventurous and presented beautifully. I prefer sitting and eating at the bar to the tables. The bartenders are charismatic, and the patrons friendly.

Went in at about 10pm after a concert at the Orpheum. Service was pretty slow. Sat for about 5+ minutes before anyone even brought water and took our drink order, and there were only about 3 tables in the place including us. Took even longer to get our food order taken, and to get the bill at the end. Seemed to be several of them (but not our waitress, in her defense) just milling around behind the bar, which isn't a great look. Possibly we got the B crew because it was 10pm on a Tuesday, but that's not really an excuse. However, the food and prices were great. I got the brat plate with the sauerkraut and mashed potatoes, and the wife got the burger and greatly enjoyed it. We'll definitely be back!

M's is an absolute delight. Great beer and wine selection, including several local brews on tap. Clear international inspiration all across their menu. I had a pint of local ale and a plate of bratwurst paired with sauerkraut, onions, and mashed potatoes. The brats were juicy, the kraut was sharp, the onions were cooked just enough, the potatoes were lovely, and the ale carried the meal beautifully. The plate came with a side of honey mustard, which, while not wholly necessary, was a wonderful addition to the overall flavor of the dish. My only negative point (a nitpick, at best) is that the salad which came with the meal was really only a bowl of lettuce. End price was about $23, but this was easily one of the best meals I have ever eaten, so I'd rate it being worth the cost. Overall, 9/10. Will definitely go again.

It was good. The bartenders were super nice, even talked me into having dinner. I ordered The ribeye which was described as “stupid good” and was supposed to be orgasmic. It was a far cry from either of those. It was really good, but not spectacular. The steak was good, the potatoes and brocollini had no seasoning whatsoever. Steak was a solid A, maybe an A-, but good. For$38 i expected a lot more. I would go back but i wouldn’t order the steak. Great service, great atmosphere .

Honestly not impressed, I really can't see why it's so popular. Bratwurst were very well done burning off any flavor, Reubens were very small and plain couldn't find saurkraut, salad was stuffed in a small bowl and hard to eat without it all coming out on the table, no onion, cheese, croutons. The vinaigrette was pretty good though, and so were the dinner rolls. It was a Sunday afternoon and they had just opened. Hopefully it was an off night.

We had 8 o'clock reservations. We were seated in less than 1 min when we arrived. Our waitress was super nice. The place was packed with tons of local young professionals. Very metropolitan crowd. The food was good for the price but not as good as it could have been for reservations. I did have a Moscow Mule that was epic. Great place to people watch or meet other folks. It is a place to be seen. If the food had been more bold it would be an easy 5 star.

I have mixed feelings about this place. On the one hand, they do have very good food. Their steaks are great, but definitely not the best I've had. The other food is similar: good, but not necessarily great or "the best." The environment was quaint and surprisingly noisy for such an expensive restaurant. I certainly enjoyed the dining experience, but was it worth the price? Debatable. I'm not sure you get your money's worth here as far as quality of service (which again, is good or even very good, but not great), quality of food for the price, or expectation of the dining environment you'll be in.

It's been a long time since I've been to M's Pub. They were closed for about two years due to a building fire and I really missed them, especially their baked mushrooms. So, I got a reservation there to celebrate my (albeit belated) anniversary with my girlfriend and they didn't disappoint. The host was very charming and seated us quickly and graciously. Our waitress was friendly, attentive, and just great. We shared a steamed artichoke to start, then I had the baked mushrooms and she had the Sante Fe lavash; all tasted great. Dessert was great as well, I enjoyed the carrot cake, though my girlfriend's tiramisu was good but not the traditional one she was hoping for. It was good but mostly just really delicious mousse. What I really loved though was the service. The host heard it was our anniversary and magically two drinks showed up at our table on the house. Our waitress was very funny and bantered with us a bit as she got our orders, drinks, and food. The friendliness and courtesy of the staff made the night really great. M's Pub is a bit pricey, but worth it. I have to save going there for special occasions due to the cost, but they are worth it because they do a nice job making it special. Thanks M's Pub!

Omaha Landmark! I have been going to M's Pub for more than 40 years, ever since I moved to the Omaha metro area. I was there when Mary stilled owned the place and was a presence every afternoon and evening. The food is wonderful as is the service. We were all in terror after the fire which almost destroyed the entire building, but the restaurant is back as good as ever with basically the same standard memo with weekly specials. Did you know M's has some of the finest steaks in Omaha? Appetizers are a must of course. All are wonderful! And M's Pub always as the best soups in town. (Saturday is the famous Cream of Mushroom soup!) I usually order dinner from the weekly special menu and have never been disappointed. I still wonderful how such wonderful food can come from that tiny kitchen! (Yes it is a little larger now.) If you have never been to M's Pub, why not?!?!

Coming from out of town I came here based on reviews. The experience did not disappoint. The service was excellent, the food was great, and the restaurant is in a great part of town. Service was excellent. Large selection of beers and wines. I ordered the grilled salmon with spinach salad while my work partner ordered the rack of lamb. The salad was excellent. A generous serving with homeade blue cheese. My small portion of salmon was placed upon a bed of mashed potatoes in an attempt to make it appear larger then it was. The rack of lamb was under done. It was rare on the outside with no sear marks. After sending it back, the meat returned as it should have been; to a medium doneness.

Support local restaurants through Covid 19! We got the pot roast, lamb burger, escargot, and double margaritas to go. It was pretty expensive, but it was easily the best meal we have had so far through the quarantine. The lamb burger is top 3 best burger I've ever had. When we picked it up we had a fun conversation with the guys working too. Eat here for sure.

Good. I had a Cesar salad with blackened shrimp. It was flavorful, and the shrimp were good proportions. The only problem were very SMALL sized, and wholesale CROUTONS. The croutons were the size of a sugar cube - did not seem appropriate for the dish (should have been homemade). Seems like an intentional plan to shave a small amount of cost - "don't be cheap, do the right thing." Brussel sprouts were simple but perfect. Great ambiance, and very friendly staff. You should be a 4 Star restaurant, but INTENTIONAL cheapness on the croutons earns you a 3. Don't take advantage of the goodwill of the people - do the right thing.

Really just coasting on reputation at this point. The regular menu is pretty much chain restaurant choices and the specials menu is nearly double the price of other high quality Omaha restaurants, but without matching quality. Unless you've nostalgia reasons or some such I'd go elsewhere.

Which coincidentally was the same place, even the same table, that my daughter and I sat at some 17 years ago on our second visit after being reunited from her adoption in 1979. I was thrilled that I was not able to see or smell any signs of the terrible fire a couple years earlier. The menu, the food and the atmosphere were the same as before the fire. This is one of my favorite places to dine in Omaha!

From Sioux Falls, and my whole family LOVED the old M’s Pub (prefire). We were ecstatic to be driving thru for lunch today (1:30 on a Monday) and to be back at M’s. The restaurant is beautiful and they took great care in making it look almost identical to the prefire M’s. Love the new upstairs bathrooms. They were quite busy, assuming some leftover thanksgiving traffic. Menu is nearly identical as before, which we were excited about also. My favorite always is a baked shrimp dish. Still looked the same and tasted good, but lacking garlic and salt. Side salad with their dill dressing a fantastic side. Drinks were HORRIBLY slow. 20 minutes each order. We ordered our 2nd drink before entrees were served and they did not get to our table until after our meal was finished and dishes were cleared. Should have been discounted or comp. My girlfriend ordered their falafel with a lamb skewer, with a spicy yogurt sauce. Lamb was cooked great and tasty. The falafel was NOT falafel. It was a thick bland doughy chickpea patty served with a sweet Cole slaw-like sauce (not spicy, overly sweet) and an unexciting pita and undressed feta olive greens salad. Call it a chick pea patty, but definitely do not expect falafel, which is odd considering the several Mediterranean items on their menu. Service overall slow and inattentive, which was not normal at the old M’s. Will I come back, yes but cautiously and not nearly as excited as usual. PS When we were driving home, I scoped out the M’s Facebook page to find a delicious soup and daily special.... which we were never told about.

Couldn't move chair back without hitting someone and Im not heavy set ,actually on the thin side. So little room that the jacket I draped over the back of my chair had some thing white (sauce?) On it due to servers squeezing behind me.. it had jjust been cleaned and had to do so again after visit. Won't allow self to be seated there again . We had reservations and should have been seated in a better spot as a result.

Love downtown and love the decor and story behind M's. Charcuterie board needs serious work and waiters should be telling you what the cheeses and and meats are. Add a gourmet mustard and less cheap nuts and dried fruit. Fresh fruit is always good, but maybe try adding something pickled. Pickled grapes are surprising and delicious! Also goat cheese! Order the whole artichoke and a salad. Best options there tbh.

This is not a all vegan restaurant, but they do have a small list of vegan options, they have vegan Carrot dogs on their menu, Wow! you must try it out ! It is a marinated grilled carrot, and they put it in a grill bun with lettuce and tomato! served with a beautiful side salad!!! Got to try it!!!

The outdoor patio and gorgeous weather we experienced while visiting M's Pub last evening was top notch and consistent with my high expectations for M's Pub. However, our server was overwhelmed and the food was just ok. We attempted to order the Smoked Trout as an appetizer, which was listed at the top of their specials for the night, but they were out. Then I tried to order a glass of sauvignon blanc but they were out of this too. Before we could attempt to order again, our server took the guessing out of it and pointed out a few other items listed on the menu to avoid ordering because they were also out of those. We ended up having the crab cakes as an app. Another server brought them to our table without appetizer plates so we tried to request two but nobody was to be found. So instead of let them get cold, we opted to eat off the single plate in the middle of the table which was a little awkward and messy. My husband ordered a burger cooked medium, it came out well done; again, no one was to be found to send it back and we had a show to catch at Holland Center at 730 pm so we did not have time to wait for someone to show up and fix the issue. I had a small side salad with shrimp added. I had one glass of Rose and he had 2 glasses of beer with dinner then one glass of port each with dessert. Our server gave us a free dessert (worth $6) and sincerely apologized for the ill-cooked burger and fact that he was so busy. We felt bad for him. Our bill came to $89. I enjoyed the atmosphere and location very much but the food and service fell short. Not certain we will dine here again, maybe drinks on the patio but that's probably about it.

M’s Pub is an Omaha staple that is a must while in town. The experience is only made better by the fact that everything is the same as it was prior to the tragic fire a few years ago. This fine establishment, with it’s cornerstone menu, is casual dining experience that is perfect for lunch or dinner. You may not find the newest food creation or hottest food trend here, but you’ll also never have a bad dish or unpleasant experience!

Had a pork chop from the pricier dinner specials menu and it didn't dissapoint - came served with a jam and a sauce that had big flavor. Will have to make it a regular stop when I'm visiting Omaha

After the building burned down, I thought we lost the place for sure, but my wife was part of the team that helped in one of the most remarkable restorations I've ever seen, you would never know it was lost going in there today (except for the missing stairs and the new bathrooms on the main floor), a huge menu, but in the end I almost always get lavosh and their very interesting take on tiramisu...whipped!

We went out to M's Pub for dinner to celebrate our son's 30th Birthday. Excellent food, wine, and service! Also, loved the location in Omaha's Old Market. The only thing I would change is the sugar crust on the crème brûlée, which was a bit too thick, but still delicious. We will definitely go back when visiting Omaha again.

One of my favorite spots in Old Market. Always good food, a lively atmosphere and friendly service. Since I travel on business, I sit at the bar and order a nice glass of white wine and the bartender, Cory, is the best and he will make you feel at home. There are no TV's there, but you don't need them and often the patrons will start talking to me and the time just flies by because it is such a great place to meet other people. If you are from out of town, go to M's and sit at the bar and take a look at the extensive menu. Small plates, large plates, lavish, you name it; they got it. Not to be missed!

M's Pub is the best restaurant in the Old Market. Its menu offers their renown "must haves": lavoshes, cheesy escargot, savory carrot dogs, scrumptious selections, please choose from their etceteras. Their monthly specials are diverse, flavorful and always creative. The staff at M's Pub is classy. Everyone is well-dressed and impeccably groomed - a variety of professional eye candy who are accomodating from drinks to dessert. Obviously, reservations are highly recommended.

Wait staff steps in when they can, but busy. Need a host that understands customer service and manages the waits better.

There are definitely fancier places to eat in Omaha but I seriously doubt that there are any places that are more friendly than here. In the food is delicious in the one list is excellent. Our party of four for dinner had pot roast, scallops, ossobuco, steak and escargot. Everybody loved everything. The 2009 Rioja was a bargain and outstanding. I went back on my own for lunch the day after hoping to try the foie gras but it turns out that his only served at dinner time so I had a tuna melt which was just dandy and a glass of Chianti which is the bargain of the wine list by glasses. $10 bucks a glass for a wine that costs $48 bucks a bottle. There are other $10 glasses of wine that cost $38 a bottle. I highly recommend M’s Pub.
