It has been years since I have been here and it is still the same. Old time diner with great food and service in the heart of Florence. The waitress provided great service, being prompt and kept the coffee and water full. The food was good as well. The only opportunity I would say is getting the tables cleaned off quicker for the next guests, as they were busy for a Thursday morning. Other than that, the experience was good and would recommend stopping.

Very typical American breakfast place. The store is quite small and it gets full easily. It has a very classic diner look. It took us awhile to be seated cause it was a peak hour when we get there. The staffs were very friendly and engaging. The breakfast food was ok but I loved the freshly baked cinnamon roll.The serving time was quite long but it was understandable. The staffs did pretty good job.

Such a CUTE place with friendly service, excellent koffee, and uniquely named and delicious food items. Make sure to check out the Jack Nickelson booth, try the homemade donuts and bakery items, and enjoy this family owned diner!

Loved this place. Really good food and service. The servers were really attentive to everyone's needs, I was surprised they managed all the people there only between 3 waitresses and did not forget anything! Many locals were here, so this was a nice dining place to have brunch. Recommend it if you're in Omaha.

This is just one of those diners you always want toncome back to. It's unique layout is actually quite brilliant! I wish more places had this concept. You know it is a great place, too, when right before it opens you have a line of people already there. The food and atmosphere is that good! It isn't crowded or long wait times. That isn't what I am getting at with people lined up. It's just it is a place you want to go to. Service is quick because of the layout, and staff is very kind and upbeat. The food is fantastic! Exactly, the comforting food you wish for in a diner. Well played! This will be a place I go to often!

We had an excellent brunch! Portion sizes were fantastic and the food was delicious!! Not too long of a wait to get our food after ordering, and there was no wait to be seated. The prices were super duper reasonable too! If I lived here, I would definitely frequent this place.

Diner food at decent prices with some of the best service. I'd skip the biscuit and go for the croissant. I ordered steak and eggs. The steak was over cooked but the server corrected it immediately without issue. It came back proper. My friend did the chorizo. When we mentioned it was our first time the server insisted that she give us donuts because it's their thing. There is definitely a small town warm and welcoming atmosphere when you walk in. Many are regulars. The food was good but I didn't find something I had to have (the croissant was probably my favorite thing). I gave them a 5 because of service. I think they do their food well and if I had enough time to explore more of the menu I would most likely find something to love. So this is kind of a 4-5, but settled in 5 thanks to service.

If you like old school diners and breakfast this is a great place to try! They have menu options available in addition to breakfast food but we had eggs, an omlet, pancakes and bacon as well as hashbrowns which were all excellent!

This place is the real deal, an authentic diner with original countertops and stools. We came in early on a Saturday morning to find a cheery and energetic staff and customers who all know each other. The food was spectacular, don't order too many pancakes, they are ginormous! The donuts are old-school good.

My fiance and I favorite breakfast spot. We like the atmosphere and this is where. Me and him catch up on old times. Plus, We like some of the staff members. They're really nice and they don't bother us trying hard for a tip. Which we always leave a nice tip. Except for this Friday morning. Because for one, I ask the waitress, to please tell the cook NOT to put in certain ingredients in our food. But yet, My fiance had mushrooms in his food and I ask for only blueberries. But no, there strawberries in my pancakes. But yet, We didn't complain, Because we were enjoying each other company at our favorite spot. The killer thing was, We were ask to move with our food to the counter top. Because another set of people came in. I believe in first come, first serve. Why they couldn't wait like we usually do. So, We left without finishing our food and without tipping the waitress.

Harold’s has delicious breakfast and the best service, never letting your coffee get cold. Best vegetarian omelet I’ve had and highly recommend trying their homemade donuts and rolls. We are surrounded by breakfast/brunch options in West Omaha but we make the drive to Harold’s because we can always count on the food being delicious no matter what we get and the kindest service.

My family and I's favorite breakfast spot in the Omaha area. Their lunch menu is also spectacular! Everything is homemade (even the onion rings). It is usualy busy on weekends but the waitresses work really hard to provide great service.

Very cute little joint for breakfast and brunch. Staff members are all very friendly and it gives old school diner vibes for sure. Great atmosphere and home like service. Food portions were appropriate and decently priced, you have to try the cinnamon rolls! Definitely will be making this one of my go to breakfast spots.

Great old fashioned greasey spoon diner. I don't remember ever going to Harold's and have been missing out. I had the Chorizo hash and it was very good but I was definitely listing after my friend's biscuits and gravy.

I was in Nebraska last week and randomly ate at Harold’s, I liked it so much I chose to eat breakfast here both days I was in town. I love little dinners, horse shoe counters and people whom engage in conversation. I feel like Midwest people have this on lock down. Midwest folks are interested in why you are there, aren’t bitter that new people are in town and that region is filled with a feeling of warmth and welcoming that’s lacking in 2018. If you’re ever in Omaha stop by and say hello to Pam, have yourself a good conversation with some strangers and a decent breakfast to go with it.

An excellent traditional diner vibe. They are busy! We had one waiter working the WHOLE dining room on Monday morning when we went. She was super friendly and a crazy good waitress. More signs of the covid staffing shortage. The two of us were less than $40 with drinks (see coffee and oj) and I got the most expensive thing on the menu. The dining room layout is effective at breaking up the sound and has a good flow for the staff. There are 2 entrances, so getting a table can be a little weird but you will get a table quickly. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a traditional diner experience.

This was like a step back in time. Had a real old-fashioned atmosphere and extraordinary good food. The place was packed with patrons but having tried the food it is no surprise. I drove to Omaha to purchase some much needed car parts (63 Chevy C10) but found that a trip to Harold's was more than worth the w 2-1/2 hour drive. You must do yourself a favor and give them a try. You will be glad you did.

I always have a wonderful experience here. With fresh baked donuts, delicious coffee and great portions how could you not love this place? The staff are always very kind and the food usually comes out in a reasonable amount of time. Sometimes it's a little crowded, but that's to be expected in a quality place!

Harold's Koffee House is a Landmark and Hotspot in the Florence Neighborhood. My Grandma Rosemary Allen and Grandpa George Allen frequented Harold's when they were still alive. It's a Perfect Place for a Breakfast or Lunch Bite to Eat, for 'Koffee' and to Speak with the Community. Harold's has Excellent Food at an Excellent Price and Daily Specials. I have been back once and I will do it Again, and Again and Again. Well, it’s totally AMAZING Still, and I have been back several times, and I LOVE EVERYTHING about the atmosphere and food; and guess what, you can sit in the same both that a very well-renowned Actor sat in during the filming of a Movie in That Very Same Diner, and his first name is Jack and his last name starts with Nic!!!!!

Old fashioned Cafe with nostalgic decor. This place is famous for their large fluffy pancakes. The sausage links are fat and flavorful! Homemade cinnamon rolls, other homemade pastry and pies, too. The wait staff are cheerful and helpful. Jessica was a rock star today! The cafe is small so there maybe a wait during high volume times but the food is worth waiting for.

Exceptional food and wonderful cafe feel. Heather served us and provided a great experience for us newbies. We had the meatloaf melt and it was delicious. Onion rings were one of the best we’ve ever had. Tried the fried potato skins and they rocked as well. Donuts and cookie and pie were off the chain of course. Thank you Heather and we’re looking forward to trying more from the menu in the future!

Finally made it to Harold's for breakfast. As high as my expectations were from all of the praise I'd heard through the years, Harold's exceeded them all. From the moment you walk in the door, you know it's going to be good. The cool, and real, diner decor reminds you of a simpler time. A great blend of simplicity, history and cleanliness. Super friendly staff. And the food is outstanding in every way. Fresh vegetables in the fluffy omelet, great pancakes, ham like grandma's, and pastries made on site. Can't say enough good things about Harold's. So glad the family has kept this tradition going all these years. Can't wait to go back!

Had a down home feel, with that 50's mom and pop diner vibe. Everybody including locals and staff were courteous, pleasant, and very friendly. Had the brisket and gravy special (biscuit & gravy topped with sliced brisket) with 2 eggs and hashbrowns. The meal was fresh, hot and only took a few minutes to get. Made the trip up from Fremont, and more than likely will be back in the future.

Harolds Koffee House was great! We were in Omaha for the CWS and found this gem for breakfast!I love breakfast and it didn’t disappoint! Shayla (hope I got that right) our waitress was great! We told her we were first timers and she gave us a free donut! Score! The donuts were tasty as well. She knew all about the history of the cafe and was super nice! We arrived around 10am on Wednesday morning and got a table for 2. Lots of locals there. The coffee was great and I loved the mugs so much I bought one. My wife had the build your own omelette with hash browns and she said it was great. I had the house special with the homemade toast and it was great. Biscuits and gravy were great. We had to try the sweet cream pecan waffle and it’s a must! I can’t believe this place isn’t voted #1 for breakfast! The cafe was very clean and looks like it hasn’t changed from the 70’s! If you’re in Omaha you’ve got to go to Harolds Koffee House for breakfast!

The service was impeccable and it was an adorable interior. The burrito was fantastic. The hashbrowns were literally cooked to perfection My eggs and toast were delicious. I always liked my eggs a little more than over medium, which I learned today is called over medium well. And the cook nailed it! The coffee and hot coco were ok, and the only thing I can come up with to say that wasn't delicious or perfect. Definitely recommend.

The small quiet and personal setting makes for a great breakfast experience. The staff were very friendly and quick to keep your cup of coffee or water filled. The food was very good. I had the steak and eggs with pancakes. Plenty of food at a reasonable price. The impression that I was left with was great. It felt like I had been going there my whole life and could relax, be comfortable, and enjoy myself. Makes me wish it was closer so I could walk right next door for breakfast and coffee every morning.

An ok place, food wasn't anything to rave about. Portions were normal size not ginormous as other places. Pancakes were huge though but really good. Got the farmers plate, not enough for a very hungry farmer 😉 . Waiting staff was very friendly and courteous. The place had a nice old fashioned diner atmosphere which drew a lot of regulars. Not a place I would make a regular breakfast location.

Harold's truly does have THE BEST CINNAMON ROLLS IN OMAHA, hands down. And I can honestly say I have had cinnamon rolls many other places in and out of town, but theirs are still the best! Yummy!!!! And the wait staff and all the help is fantastic. Terrific ownership, and some of the most upbeat people you can find. A must try.

Good little local spot! Come in and seat yourself friendly breakfast/lunch spot. I had the veggie omelette Which came with hash browns and choice of toast or a huge pancake. Everything was very good and reasonably priced. As I sat amongst those who seemed to be regular customers. The owner came out to see how things were going. My server was attentive inspite of being a full house. I would definitely recommend this little spot.

Kinda disappointed. Cute place and staff was pleasant. But the food wasn't that great. Pancakes tasted like they were from a commercial mix. The sausage gravy looked like it was powder made with water or from a can, and tasted like it too. French toast was good and so were the hashbrowns. I may try lunch there some time and see how it fares. I was hoping to find food like Leo's in benson but closer to my home.

It's got great specials, homemade toast, a very friendly staff, good coffee, generous portions, great hash, old school diner style and it's close enough to the interstate that if you're looking for a legit diner breakfast you can get here from I29 or 680 in minutes.

Always love having breakfast at Harold's. There's an eclectic crowd there because the food is so good that everyone wants to be there. They have normal breakfast & lunch food: omelets, sandwiches, hash browns, French fries, etc. There is a small area outside to eat if the weather is right. Harold's Koffee house in Florence is a must when visiting Omaha. It is the classic coffee diner, with a hearty, down home breakfast (Suzie's Special w/ gravy) and delicious, comforting desserts like rolls, donuts & pies. Grace is our favorite server but the entire staff is nice and the other patrons are very welcoming. Anyone that gives this place a bad review hasn't really been here.

Wow this is a new spot to go to for sizable portions of homemade fantastic food!! The location is nice. Diner atmosphere. The Doughnuts are delicious. The Biscuits and Gravy are tasty as well with solid gravy and homemade biscuits. Warning the pancakes are ginormous and fluffy! Yum!! 🤤 Lastly, I had their Harold’s K-House Panwich, which is a sandwich made with pancakes with ham, cheese, bacon/sausage between them! The crisps are thin fried potatoes with Ranchero Sauce drizzled on the top. Super yummy! Pam is really amazing and Matt was cool to talk with and I can see why people love it here. We will be back for sure.

I've passed by Harold's koffee house more times then I can count always wondering why it stays packed. Well I got my answer this morning I happen to get an early break and felt a little hungry and decided I was gonna treat myself to a meal I was on my way to village inn I passed Harold's up glancing thrust the window as usual at all the customer's decided to turn around and see what the fuss was all about I'm so happy I did as soon as I stepped thru the door I was greeted and told to have a seat anywhere I'd like my waiter Matt was very helpful this being my first time he told me about everything on the menu in full detail made great suggestions and was very attentive so when they tell you they have the best coffee in town they are not fibbing and the food I had the most tenderous steak ever it melted in my mouth homemade hash browns and my toast was made from there homemade bread. So people if you're tired of the same old same old " village inn and ihop" then stop by Harold's koffee house you will be surprised at the food the atmosphere and the friendly staff not only will I be recommending this place to friends and family but will be returning. And Matt if you read this thanks again for making this a great experience
