The grandma pie is amazingly delicious! The right amount of sauce and the crust is just perfect! Louie's might just be one of my favorite pizza places in Queens! I would stop here more often if I lived closer. Ordered for delivery and it arrived in less than one hour! Amazing delivery service! After 30 mins of receiving the pizza- Louie himself called to check up on us to see how the pizza was since we lived a bit far from their deliver zone. Told him it arrived hot, fresh and delicious! Top notch service! Never had a pizzeria called to check up on us! Thank you Louie! Cant wait to try their other items on the menu!

It's quite amazing that after months living in New York and eaten in several "trendy" pizza places, I still haven't found any pizza better than this pizzeria close to home. The pasta and the parmigiana are incredible too. A must-know here in Queens.

Look, I’ll talked to the owner after he appeared on FOXBusiness. He did answer the phone and he was polite. He got stabbed recently in a robbery. I did ask where his gun was, he indicated that he cannot have a gun because of New York City. I indicated to him that irregardless I would have a gun. Look, having a gun is better than getting stabbed and being closed for a month. New York City or not, I would have a gun. I pray and ask the Lord to bless Louie’s pizza. Get a gun!

Came here to try the ribeye steak. It was flavorful and cooked medium rare as requested! Potatoes and carrots and bread are a nice bonus!! Best of all owner is super friendly and I can hear he cares for his neighbors and customers.

Louie's is a very reliable pizza shop. Their Sicilian pizza and regular pies are usually my go to. Their pasta dishes are also really good if you're looking for something more hearty.

In an effort to amend the previous (and hasty) statement made about this pizzeria, I indicate the following: I wasn’t aware that Louie’s was going on vacation for a week or so; hence why no one was answering the phone when I would call. My humble suggestion to Louie’s Pizzeria would be to please make such information about being on vacation more than available on Google’s search engine; no different than your working hours. Instagram and other social media sites are simply not enough. I’m confident that this method of clarification will all-the-more strengthen and fortify Louie’s much deserved popularity among the great people who frequent their professional, dedicated, and highly courteous establishment.

If you've ever walked into a pizzeria and thought, "Steak?! That can't be good." Be prepared to eat your words at this place. Honestly, I would've have thought the same thing, but when someone vouches for it, you're willing to give it a shot. Thankfully, I did. A good sized ribeye, at a great price. What more can you ask for.

Last year around October, a friend and I flew into LGA to see Eric Clapton in concert. We are always in search of the best pizzas wherever we go. We found Louies through yelp, due to it's almost 5 star rating. A very well earned one at that. For some "out of towners", they made us feel right at home.Pizza was out of this world. Perfectly cooked. We ate the entire large pizza between the two of us because it was so delicious. The pepperoni they use here is simply superb. Incredibly flavorful. The crust stayed perfectly crispy the whole time. I cannot wait to come back again!

Great, casual pizza and more spot in Elmhurst! Oddly enough it’s hard to find a good slice in this part of Queens, but Louie’s is the best. I’ve been a customer for probably 15 years now. Check it out.

Amazing #pizza. I had a grandma slice and we shared an eggplant parmagina pasta. Both were awesome! The pizza was a good thickness and just the right amount of toppings and sauce. The eggplant parm was pretty big and delicious. The service was excellent. The guy at the counter was super nice and served us really quickly. I will definitely be back. I'm a huge huge pizza fan and Louie's is as good as any pizza.

This has to be my first 5 start location review. The whole neighborhood is infused with the business. The owner and staff presented top notch customer service with NO New York attitude that you fear. I ordered a range of different items and everything tasted good!!! Especially my new found love for Grandma slices.

I saw the great ratings and had to try it for myself. I had expected something spectacular because of all the hype but after trying it I felt the pizza was just mediocre. I did order a regular cheese pie. The bottom crust was crispy the way I like it but the pizza itself lacked flavor. It did not have enough salt or sauce. When I finally got to the crust it was dry and hard and not crispy chewy like other pizzas I’ve had elsewhere. Maybe I just got a “bad” pie that day. I’m going to give it another chance but order a margarita slice instead.

I've always had an incredible, authentic Italian restaurant right around the corner from my home in Miami Florida. They make great pizza there. But, this is by far the best pizza I've ever had!!! If you're ever in Queens or just have a couple of hours to kill while waiting for a flight at LA Guardia, you should definitely go for a 12 minute ride on the Q70. Then enjoy the best New York Style Pizza EVER!!!

Not only is the food and pizza here top notch and an asset to our community but I HUGELY applaud the duo who are real life heroes for coming to the defense and capturing two of the 3 attackers and risked their lives in the process when an elderly Asian woman was attacked . The sandwiches here are gigantic and such a great deal, my dad loves coming here with me just to split one hero for a light lunch. My favorite is the chicken parm; the bread is nice and crunchy and the sandwich is stuffed with chicken - no skimping here folks. But, how can we in conscience make it a light lunch when there's handmade pasta and pizza made with love ?? Agnolotti pesto was really yummy and you don't see many casual pizza spots pumping out quality pasta as well. Been here multiple times and Louie is such a sweetheart. You really do get the sense that he loves providing for his customers and his community and appreciates and connects to each of his customers no matter who they are or where they come from, what a New Yorker should be. He is the epitome of what corporate restaurants wish you could see them as, honestly. He is the face of hospitality and makes you believe there are genuinely good people in the world.

I don’t live in the area but it’s a ritual that when I land in NYC to have a slice of pizza. Went on google and typed slice and this place popped up. Glad it did. 2 slices later and I was in heaven. He made it extra hot for me and the fold was perfect. Didn’t get good pics because I ate them so fast. When I hit the city again, I will be back here. Fast and good! Thank you!

I looked for "Pizza Near Me" and Louie's has a 4.9 with over 1K reviews, so we went there for lunch. We had the Veal Marsala with Pasta and a Plain Slice. The slice was for reference and it was very good: thin, crispy, lightly charred crust, which held the fold perfectly; the tasty, tangy sauce was lightly applied so it didn't overwhelm the other flavors, and was paired with just the right amount of a good, solid mozzarella. The Veal Marsala was nice and tender and the mushroom marsala sauce was an excellent compliment. The pasta was linguine; it was just past al dente, but far from mushy.

The customer service is always great I believe every time I either talk to the owner or manager he went the extra mile and he sent the delivery guy to switch the pepsis, didn't even argue with me and understood my situation( a mother of 2 munchkins under 2 lol) thank you I enjoyed my diet Pepsi and delicious 🍕. The staff and louie bravely stayed open during some tough times to serve their community and I really think they deserve recognition for that. My cousin and I were visiting for the weekend when we luckily found this place on our last night in town. To start off, we were warmly welcomed by the staff. We were frustrated with our cancelled flight and i appreciate the owner who continued to remind us to relax, enjoy ourselves, and make ourselves feel at home. Let me start with the food. We ordered the baked ziti, highly recommend, full of flavor, homemade pasta...cant go wrong. Classic cheese pizza slice was also delicious, and hit the spot. Soft and cheesy with a stable crust. Now onto the actual restaurant. It was a very cozy setting, felt like a community restaurant where everyone somehow knew one another. We got lucky and were able to dine/chat with the owner which made our visit even more special to get to connect and learn about the restaurant he has been running for ten years. I have been a customer of this location since its early days and the quality of their food is amazing! The pizza is just what any New Yorker can expect from a "NY Style" pizza. Delivery is great and relatively fast. I highly recommend their rolls. Unlike other pizzerias where they give you the one sitting on display this spot will literally make you a fresh one but it's about a 10-15min wait. So I would recommend calling ahead if that's the choice you're going for! It's a father/son establishment so you get warm welcome upon arriving! If you're shopping around the Jackson Heights area or just happen to be around I definitely recommend this spot for a slice or two!

I ran in and placed our order, asked if they had military discount, no,but gave us a soda. We talked with the owner and his dad while waiting for our pie. I was 9 years of age when I first had Louie's Pizza (20 now) I lived about a block away and it was my go to place for lunch/dinner! The owner was really chill and professional. He used to joke about how my shoes were untied every time I came in and I'd fall for it. But this one time I wore crocs and I called him out for it, for some reason that memory has always stuck with me. I moved away around 2013, but I'd pop in every now and then, and get a Grandmas slice (its the best ) I could eat like 4 slices max - ITS SO GOOD. I'd literally inhale the pizza. Don't think the owner remembers me anymore, but that's okay I'll always remember him!

Louie is the owner and seriously treats you like family the moment you walk in. It's genuine too. Didn't know him before I tried his pizza, but it's definitely my favorite joint in the city. It's delicious and a fair price. Great vibe. He's a staple of the neighborhood right there in Elmhurst/Jackson Heights. Wish I was closer to eat it more often!!!

I grew up in Queens but it's been a long time since I've been home. I brag to my friends at New York city is the only place the world if you can get a decent slice of pizza. I went back home because a reputation not tested has no value. Louie's pizza did not let me down. it was the best slice of cheese pizza I've had since I left home 13 years ago. I would have given it 5 stars if my Sicilian wasn't cold or lukewarm rather. Also Jackson Heights is very busy it took me a couple of times around the block to find parking. other than that I would be happy to go back to Louie's. Growing up I didn't remember having acces so Hawaiian pizzas or veggies maybe some garlic knots but not fresh pasta. Louie's restaurant has all of that too. Next time I go back I might give that a try.

Super down-to-earth, personable staff and a wonderfully local atmosphere. And, delicious pizza. My veggie slice at Louie's was made to order, and had a beautiful presentation of spinach, broccoli, cooked mushrooms & chopped tomatoes, all sprinkled with parmesan before being heated to extra-crispy. On the TV was playing reruns of Star Trek : The Next Generation. Awesomeness in Elmhurst, Queens. (Thankfully, there was no music.)

What do you think of when someone says "New York pizza"? If you ask me, I think of Louie's. They've perfected the art of the thin, large slice topped with a perfect ratio of cheese to tomato sauce. After eating one slice you'll wish you ordered the whole pie! Along with the food, Louie's offers what can only be described as the best of northwestern hospitality: service is quick and efficient but with a smile, and staff regularly goes out of their way to make sure their customers are taken care of. The only downside to Louie's is that they're not located throughout the US so more people can experience the best of New York pizza.

The best Italian food & the lowest prices in the neighborhood. The salmon is excellent, as is the pasta. I get delivery from there often, but have never eaten in, so don't know about decor, but google won't let me publish without rating the decor. Love Louie's, but hate google.
