The place was very big and the environment was very friendly. Even though the food didn't really stick out as much, it was still quite amazing. The service- on the other hand - was the real cheery on top. The bathrooms were far more clean than any other hotpot place I've been to. The waiters were super friendly and always did their best to make sure we had the best time. There were very unique shows and events such as the dancing noodles and the mask changing dancer. Overall, it was a lovely experience and I'll definitely come again! <3

They've thought through the full experience so well, I was very pleased and impressed. And the hot pot was all delicious (2 broths used: tomato, classic spicy mala). Also I had the kiwi slush tea which I loved. - Online reservations and a waiting list that shows you the number of tables waiting. - Waiting area with teas, waters, coffees, mints, games, decorations, and seating areas. - Waiter was very helpful and detailed. And attentive, giving us extra bowls for soup from the broth, routinely refilling our waters, checking if we needed more broth, swapping in clean plates, removing used bows, and even making us sauces (in additions to the ones we made ourselves). I also loved he offered to take a photo of our group without us asking, and that he pointed out when a fun dancing noodle presentation was about to happen at a nearby table. - Sleek tablet ordering system. - Offered bibs, plastic bags for face masks, and hair ties. - Table utilized vertical space with shelves. - Bathroom is very clean will full suite of items, and sinks at multiple heights. - Check delivered with moist towelettes, floss picks, mints.

The staff were super friendly and I was told they have express pass for pregnant women. The overall experience was amazing, our server explained everything to us in detail and served fruits for us when we just arrived at the table. She also helped us with sauce and the soup. We had an amazing dining experience here, the food was fresh and delicious. Especially the soft serve ice cream was epic! I’ve always want to try the oat milk mochi, it was delicious! Highly recommend this place and it’s good for family, friends and couples! It’s always full house, so would recommend for advance reservation before arrival.

Came here to celebrate my birthday tonight and had such an amazing time! I’ve been to the location in queens so many times and it is just as I remember from China! The quality of food is top notch and what really sets them apart from any other hotpot place is their impeccable service! Our server, Ada, was amazing! She took such good care of us and made sure we always had what we needed and that our glasses were full! I just wish I lived closer so I could come every week! I will definitely be back again and again! Thank you!

Well, I’m proud to say I’m a huge fan of Haidilao since the grand opening of the first Haidilao in South Korea. Almost having 80 visits including here in New York, it’s one of my favorite food / restaurant of all. Service was fantastic. Everything in the menu was almost as same as how I ordered in Seoul. Great dishes, fresh ingredients and, not to mention, fair price. Highly recommend!!!

We loved this place. Highly recommended online, so we chose it for a special trip to Flushing. And now it’s highly recommended by me! “Really yummy,” said one of my teens. “Get the spicy broth,” said the other. “Very clean, including the bathroom,” said my wife. Friendly staff, supplemented by robot-delivery of food to the tables during busy times. Really fun experience, even if you’ve never hotpotted before. Comes with free ice cream cones. And, I have to say, the most welcoming waiting area of any restaurant anywhere in the world. With comfortable seats and snacks!!! Amazing. We will be back!

I was so happy to celebrate my birthday here. To make it even more special, the staff even decorated the table for me. Super thankful. Even got to try the king crab which was big and delicious. Staff was attentive and also gave us our privacy.

Amazing restaurant! Their food is delicious. The ambiance is great and the service is perfect. Very friendly staff and very professional. Especially the waitress Ada. This is my second time at Haidilao. The first time was so so, maybe I was expecting so much from all reviews, but this time I am satisfied. Quality and service were much better than. I guess the restaurant was so busy last time. This time, Long was our server. He took a good care of us. Long heard us complaining each other how we messed up the dipping sauce, then he helped us to remake one. I personally don’t like server to check on us often (I am weird), but the amount of time he checked on us was perfect. Anyway, I had a great experience for this visit. Will definitely come back.

Great service and amazing flavors. Tomato and mushroom soup bases are great for vegans. The staff is extremely helpful in explaining how hot pots work, they understood the needs of a vegetarian/ vegan. Sauce bar is beautiful with all you can eat fruits and make your own sauce. They also sell soup mixes to take home to make your own hotpot at home. I love the soft serves at the end (complimentary) The restrooms are nice and clean and very tech friendly with heated toilet seats and free toothbrush and combs

This was our first time at Haidilao and our experience was amazing!! The beef was EXCELLENT quality and so were the other protein and seafood options! Everything was so fresh and delicious. I love the variety of hot pot soup bases you can choose from and I especially love that you can get 4 different soup bases and get to try them all at once! We got the spicy, green pepper, pork bone, and Tom yum! All were delicious! You can also mix your own sauce and there's a variety of sides you can choose from too. What really makes this place stands out is the size of the restaurant, the amazing staff, and the cleanliness!! The bathrooms were large and clean and the restaurant was spacious and had their own cute waiting area. Our server was Ada and she was awesome. Our broth was always topped off and empty plates cleared away very quickly. The food came out really fast too. Ada also did a great job explaining how to order since this was our first time dining there. The attentiveness of the staff really made the experience stand out. A must try if you're in Flushing and want hot pot!

Highly recommended hotpot experience in Flushing. The Kobe was great. Vegetables were fresh. But the service and attention to detail is what makes the meal.

I grabbed lunch today with my mom at this place and the service was amazing! They offer you an apron, a hair tie and a zip lock bag for your mask. The food came super quick and our waitress, Ada, was super attentive and helpful! She was so sweet and constantly checked on us. Love the service here and love the food. 10/10! :)

Consistent great quality of food , clean, great staff. I loved the variety mu girl and I had for out meal with friends. Was great to go there because they have a chain store all over world at select cities. Last one I was at was in Vietnam.

Compared to the more original chains in Beijing, China, the service was definitely consistent with the chain name but the flavor was not. Service alone I would give the restaurant 5 stars but what are we here for? —— Hotpot. Sure, there are games in the waiting area, appetizer options at sauce stations and even toothbrushes in bathrooms but there was nothing special about the food. We tried a number of different meat/seafood options from the menu but it just tasted like mediocre hotpot with lackluster soup base. Price tag not justified, would not return. Note: some sauce bar items did not have English, had to translate for my party. Menu does have drop down option for English on top right corner.

This place I google best hotpot in flushing, so I naturally had high expectations, but they went above and beyond, I went with myself and 2 other people, the wait was about a hour but that's to be expected on a Saturday night, the meat was all very high quality, the selection was excellent, and I ordered the a5 wagyu it was worth every penny. the broth for the hotpot was very flavorful and rich. the staff were very attentive and helpful with the menu. sauce bar was excellent and the bathrooms were amazingly clean-they even had free amenities like toothbrush/toothpaste, mints and even razors and free cologne, 100% would recommend if your looking for the best hotpot in flushing.

My favorite hotpot place, so many options for hotpot in flushing but this place is the best. The atmosphere is amazing when you walk in there’s games in the waiting area which is very thoughtful. The tomato broth is delicious it is a must get when you come. Our server Maggie was very friendly she went above and beyond with her service. Got us everything we needed. I would say the service is top notch. Food is very fresh and delicious.

One of the best hotpot places in Flushing! Haidilao elevates your normal hotpot experience to extraordinary heights. Their menu options is wide and their sauce bar is extensive. They also have appetizers on the sauce bar to prepare your appetite for what’s to come. Their soup base is flavorful and comforting. The assortment of vegetables makes you fulfill your daily dose of vitamins. The protein selection ranges from meat, seafood and vegetarian. Truly a place for everybody.

Haidilao has always been consistently delicious, service is very good. My toddler absolutely loves this place since they always have cool little toys to play with or snacks. Our waiter Long was extremely sweet, he not only helped me discover the kids menu but he even brought him some extra snacks & little toy planes & cotton candy. Thank you so much Long!

This was our first time trying hot pot, and it was an amazing experience! This place is very nice, clean, and the staff goes above and beyond to make your visit comfortable and easy. This is a great place to go on a date, bring your family or hang out with friends. We were served by Andrew, who was very informative, kind and patient with all our questions. He was super attentive and also hilarious!! He made our experience really easy and made us feel welcome. Not to mention, the food was delicious! The bathrooms were the nicest I’ve ever been to in a New York restaurant. The toilets were equipped with bidets and had heated seats! Service: 5 Cleanliness: 5 Sides: 5 Price: 4 Aesthetic: 5 This place was amazing, the food was really good. Unlike most hot pot, this is an a la carte so be mindful of the price. It gets packed so recommend to place reservations ahead of time. They have a waiting area with snacks and tea. They also have an unlimited side and sauce bar that has recipes for sauce recommendations. Each table is equipped with additional chopsticks, hair ties, and wet wipes. The bathroom was the coolest part, they had high tech toilets like in East Asia and had products like eye drops, tampons, pads, mouthwash, toothbrush, and toothpaste. They end you off with a complimentary ice cream. We paid $192 with tips for 4 people.

So this is my 3rd time at Haidilao Hot Pot Flushing and it was an amazing experience like last 2 times. While we were waiting for the table we had some snacks from the snacks and tea bar. Their bathroom was very clean and had everything I needed. They kept their standards and customer service to a 100%. We were a group of 9 and we got a private room. This time we got Long and his service was outstanding. He was keep coming and asking if we were ok or if we need anything else and keep filling our watermelon soju glasses. This place never disappoints and it will always be top of my list.

Long was such a good waiter! He followed up quickly, gave great suggestions and made us soups and sauces on the spot! He was kind and very friendly to us even though we hadn’t done it before. He was also very attentive! 10/10 would recommend the mushroom base. Loved the surprise at the end!

We had a fantastic time at Haidilao. Despite the Friday night crush, we were seated fairly quickly with our reservation. I highly recommend the tomato broth base. I usually love anything spicy, but the tomato base was far and away the star. We also really enjoyed the lamb shoulder, fatty beef, the mushroom combo, and tofu skin. Then, we washed it all down with a pitcher of beer and some complimentary soft-serve. The small details really make the experience great.

The best hot pot in the nyc! I’ve been to so many places and this is by far the best hot pot experience I’ve had so far. Food quality was on point but beyond that was the service. The host was personable and seated us quickly even though it was a Sunday night. Our waitstaff Amy and Ada were great, always attentive, charming and helpful. I was honestly being an annoying guest and they never made me that way. Great experience overall; will def be visiting again.

A pleasant hot pot place in Flushing. The staff are very friendly and tentative. We had the bone broth and the Tom yum soup bases and they were both delicious, I’d drank them all if I wasn’t so full at the end. Each booth has high back seating so you are not hearing other customers’ conversation and therefore you can actually have a conversation with your friends. (Most Chinese restaurants have bad acoustic that it’s either echoing every noise or you have to shout across the table to talk). The price is higher than most other hot pot place, but I think it’s worth it because the ingredients are fresh, the service is great, and the overall experience is much more pleasant. We read about the “noodle dance” after we left the place, so we’ll have to go back and see what’s that all about!

The tomato based broth was the best. Besides the usual dishes you will find in a hot pot restaurant, they also offer some complimentary delicious Sichuan delicacies for appetizers which is an A+!. Will definitely come back!

I visited on a Friday evening to introduce our friends to Hot Pot for a dual birthday / Chinese New Year dinner. I had read the reviews and knew there might be a queue to get in but you can add yourself to the digital queue and go away and you'll get a text when your table is ready. We arrived at 4.30pm and had our text at 4.52pm so it was not very long at all (but appreciate that this was before the main rush when I strongly suggest booking in advance). If you decide to wait there, there's sweets, snacks and dispensers of orange water provided. There's even a nail bar! My server was Amy and she explained all my dietary concerns and her overall service was amazing with her recommendations and her amazing personality. This is the first Hot Pot where I've had it split up to 4 sections which suited us as we had a vegetarian, non-spicy and spicy eaters. There's a massive range as well as good value found in the Vegetable Platter and Mushroom Platter. There's also one of the biggest dipping sauce stations I've seen. Orders are placed using tablets at your table and you can add extra rounds (which you will) and drinks. There's even a pasta maker! Aprons are provided and in fact, Haidilao Hot Pot, if you're reading this - please tell me where you get your hair ties from! The cloth is both a good tightness but doesn't tug. Unfortunately, the only thing I'd say is that as the restaurant is downstairs I don't think it's wheelchair accessible. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I didn't see a lift.

Very nice place for hot pot. Little bit hard to find the parking. Very nice waiting room, friendly staff. They provided tie for your hair, apron if u need it, ziploc for your mask, also Dior perfume, toothpaste & toothbrush, wet and dry napkins in ladyroom. Free snacks and games in the waiting room. Price is $180 for 2 adults and 1 kid before tip and tax.

Amazing! Is all I can just say about it. The staff is super welcoming, the restaurant is gorgeous, spacious and tastefully decorated and most of all, so clean!! Even though it’s huge, the waiting room is still always packed full of people, a testament to how amazing this place is. There are games and arcade machines to let time pass as you wait! Now on to the food, you order via an iPad assigned to your table, so minimal interactions with staff but they’re always happy to help just in case and they’re on standby! The food is fresh fresh fresh, and gorgeous! Portions are hefty, and the soup bases are amazing! The two times I went, we had mushroom, spicy beef tallow, and green onion jalapeño! The food arrives in a timely manner, and the presentation is incredible, colorful, and not a single spoiled ingredient! Also at the end, free ice cream!!!! Oh and one last thing, their bathrooms are equipped to the teeth with things you may need like toothpaste and mouthwash and even a hairdryer (Dyson!!) and many other toiletries, it’s insane. Also the toilet seats are heated and come with bidets, which is just incredible. Do come to Haidilao, it’ll become a staple favorite in your life, guarantee it!

Five Stars!! There were multiple waitresses that took care of our table each one as friendly as the next. I went with my friends who are Asians and I felt very much welcomed. I don’t eat meat however I still wanted to experience eating hotpot. There are so many meatless options and they also inquired about food allergies before serving your food. The staff made sure that we were having a great dining experience. I 100% recommend this place. It was also very clean. Food was awesome and the sauces ranged from mild to spicy 😋.They also give commentary ice-cream that I think is made in house. Overall great experience.

One of the best ala carte hotpot in NYC. The place was clean and very organized. Service is great as always as this is what they are famous for. Broth is good which makes all the food cooked in the pot good. Bathroom was clean and filled with personal hygiene supplies. Definitely a pricey place to go but worth it once in a while. Things I didn’t like: The geoduck wasn’t fresh and had some faulty smell to it but it was manageable. The line was very long but there weren’t enough seats at the waiting room for more than half the people.

The tomato broth was delicious & like Andrew said it’s the most popular broth at Haidilao. Dancing noodle was a must, the fresh hand pulled (danced) noodle was so good with tomato broth. I definitely will bring my family here, because it’s not only an excellent hotpot restaurant, but also the dining experience itself is worth it.

Best hotpot place!! Incredible service and they really pay attention to detail. The dancing noodles are fun too. This is a really great birthday place. They’re happy to plate your cake and sing and decorate for you. Really such a pleasure. Make sure to make a reservation - there’s usually a really long wait.

brought my dad and family here for a belated father's day dinner (later review, i kno lol) and everything was well thought off from the moment we stepped in. they offer free snacks and games in the waiting area. we didn't really partake in them as i've already made a reservations. we were quickly seated and provided with a tablet to order from. our server showed up and asked if we would like to get the kid's meals first (FREE, btw). we got one for the kids to check out but mostly have them save room for the hot pot. the menu selections were big and diverse and ordering was done via a tablet. however, the tablet had issues (didn't pair with the table) and it wiped out our entire order several times when we tried to submit it. finally, the server advised to order in batches just to be safe. for the broth, we got tomato, pork bone, and mild spicy broth. DIY sauce station is located towards the back and they provided some recipes for unique dipping sauces, as well as some apps, fruits, and desserts. highlights: -tomato broth: tangy and lots of umami, goes well with many ingredients. such a hit with the kids and the rest of the fam. -signature shrimp paste -kobe beef -assorted seafood combo i'd say the food was pretty standard and ok value. the restaurant is spacious, clean and comfortable. the bathroom even offered perfume/cologne, hair ties, toothpaste/brush, floss, feminine products etc. it's ridiculously well thought out and i've never experienced anything quite like it. and finally, the service was IMPECCABLE. everyone had a smile on their face and genuinely seemed like they wanna be there lol. haidilao has a reputation and i can see why they have such a loyal following. will return to try out the infamous hand-pulled noodle (we were too full and the server offered to cancel it for us. another great touch!)

First time here and I really liked it. The restaurant was really modern and clean, with ample seating, and service was really great. The Waitlist feature was really easy to use and convenient, and the line moved quickly. We tried 4 soup bases, but my favorite is always tomato 🍅. Got the wagyu beef and all the other standard items, and all were high quality and delicious. The watermelon soju was easy to drink and really good! I really liked their ice cream and how they bring it to you. Get the mango vanilla mix, as it reminded me of a dole whip. Servings weren't huge and prices were on the high end, but will definitely come back!

Delicious as always. One of my favorite hotpot in China! They are famous for the good service. Have been here for several times, we have to say our favorite staff is Andrew. He makes good dip dishes, and provides outstanding services which are very different from the other of his colleagues. If you go there, ask for Andrew’s table would be a great choice.

Great experience at Haidilao Hotpot! Our friends kept talking about this place and how great it is and now we’ve finally checked it out. I love hot pot and Haidilao delivered! It’s def more on the fancier side, not as simple as other places I’ve tried before. Awesome selection of meat, seafood and fish. Not a lot of noodle items on the menu. The sauce bar is amazing: they even have recipe ideas for popular sauces so one can easily follow the steps and can be sure it’s delicious. Also very convenient that you order via iPad. Soft serve as dessert was awesome! Highly recommended-looking forward to go back again.

Drove from Pennsylvania to New York to experience Hi Do Lao. Did. Not. Disappoint. We ordered 4 broths and ordered a wide selection of meat and veggies. Hi Do Lap is a bit pricey but worth it once in awhile. Each plate of meat is about 15 to 20 dollars. The service is definitely worth noting. There is also a sauce bar and fruit bar for your use. Recommend giving it a try even traveling to NY just to try it even for once

This was overall a good experience. The service, as mentioned by many other reviews, was superb; I never ran out of water and the staff were all super friendly. The food quality was great as well. Great service and clean unlike many other Chinese restaurants especially in NYC. There are more soup flavors at this location compared to other locations we’ve been like the green pepper. This is now our favorite soup base. This location also offers free kids meal. Everything else is as you expect from a high end hot pot place. Be prepared to spend $$$

Top tier-- one of the best hot pot experiences ever. Each Haidilao location offers its own style and services, but they are all consistent in taste and superior service across the board. We highly suggest to check-in online to get on the wait list. There are several places to explore in the area while waiting. There is also a cute waiting area in the restaurant as well that serves complimentary snacks and tea. At the restaurant, they also offer complimentary aprons and hair ties. The restrooms are fully serviced as well. Onto the food-- The broths have deep flavors that complimented all of our dishes. The seasoned oils on top had AMAZING aromas. For the soup bases, we got the tomato, green pepper, spicy, and beef bone. The tomato and green pepper bases were our favorites. All of the dishes were fresh and well portioned. They are on the pricier side for hotpot but that's the price of quality. The shrimp paste, dancing noodle, fried tofu skin, variety fish balls, and lotus were some of our favorites. The side dishes near the sauce bar were also appetizing as well. The desserts were a great refreshment at the end and not too heavy to eat after a large meal. We tried saying some of the secret Haidilao phrases to get free items (e.g. soup base, wand, etc.) but they were out for the day. Come early if you want a better chance of having them in stock! Service was impeccable and the staff were almost always one step ahead.

This place is awesome - I'd say it's the best hot pot I've had in the city. The food is great, and the overall experience is fantastic. You'll probably end up spending a decent amount, but it's entirely worth it. Been here twice now, and most recently had a server named Andrew who provided the best service I've experienced in a long time. I was pretty much blown away. The place operates like a 5-star hotel. I like that you can get four different soup bases and everyone shares. I'm a big fan of the tomato soup base, but the others I've had have all been good as well. The meats are good quality, and you can help yourself to endless sauces and side snacks. The free ice cream at the end is a very nice touch. I'd highly recommend this place!

They're known for their really great service which didn't disappoint. They have a waiting room with seats, games, and a beverage bar. Their bathroom is stocked with all the right necessities (including eye drops and toothbrushes), and they offer you a plastic baggie for your mask, an apron, and a hair tie for the ladies. The broth and the food came pretty quickly which was nice because we were a hungry group of 6. We ordered a bunch of their meats including the kobe slices, the fatty beef, lamb shoulder, and their most expensive A5 wagyu. I'd say aside from the kobe and wagyu, the rest were standard quality - nothing mind-blowing. Also ordered their cantaloupe juice which was fresh and their drinks (non-alcoholic) which were standard. Total came out to about $80pp (you'll be very full at this price point).

I have to give this place and our server Ada five stars. The food was amazing, though a bit intimidating. You walk up a flight stairs in pretty traditional Chinese fashion. Clearly the place is prepared for long wait times with seating and snacks. We planned ahead and made reservations. We were immediately greeted by Ada and show around the sauce table. I know sauce table - a bit intimidating. Ada walked us through the menu making suggestions and recommendation. Appetizer of crispy pork that was OMG. Then the full spread. Ada asked do we want aprons. Thinking, ‘well if you are asking, Ee should probably get them. Needed for sure. My son and I loved the food, experience and server. Don’t miss this place in Flushing.

Absolutely delicious and fun hot pot experience! They have a complimentary salad and dressings bar with fruit, peanuts, seaweed salad, candies and other yummy appetizers! You could tell he was incredibly experienced and he would make sure we had all our needs met and anticipated our needs before we even had them! The food was fantastic, but gotta say that the great service and clean, spotless environment at the restaurant really kicked the place up many notches. Every component of the restaurant was thought out - from providing hair ties and aprons, to providing floss and bidets in the restroom, to ice cream and fun balloon hats, the restaurant met all of our needs and set a standard for restaurants on the future. I been here many time for late dinner and service is always on point. We did had issue with the heating plate and waited a little long for the soup to boil but I understand technical difficulties is out of people control most of time. The food quality is above average but would like to see more option like they have in China. The environment is very good and clean. We’re new to hot pot and have been trying different spots around flushing and Haidilao set the bar high and exceeded our expectations! The establishment itself is very clean and luxe feeling but still cozy. Also love the music they play and the atmosphere gives off good vibes. Our waitress was very attentive and made our first time here a very welcoming and fun experience. Despite it being busy she took the time to explain how to order and gave recommendations. The food itself is delicious!! We ordered only a couple of things and still had a bunch leftover. My personal faves were the fish ball and rice cakes with cheese - so good!! tried three different broths that were all delicious and loved being able to make our own custom sauces. The complementary ice cream at the end was the Cherry on top. Between the two of us we spent $130 so it is a bit pricey but worth it when you want to treat yourself!

Absolutely huge bustling restaurant with several dining rooms. Despite being so busy, the restaurant was ran incredibly well. The sauce station was well maintained and all the hot pot ingredients were fresh and well trimmed. Our waiter treated us so well from beginning to end. He checked our coats, kept our drinks topped off, and even went as far as to bring wet naps and eye glass cleaners at the very end. Thank you Andrew!

I'll start this review by saying that it is in your best interest to make a reservation! Ig you try to join the waitlist for dinner (especially on a weekend) you will be waiting for over an hour. However, this isn't the worst because there are snacks (including cotton candy!), drinks, and games in the waiting area to tie you over while you wait. Once you get inside you are greeted with a wonderful atmosphere. It is lively, the music is great, and the space is quite large. The food is a la carte, but the portions are big and the food is fresh. You can order a split broth with up to 4 options, my boyfriend and I loved the spicy pork bone broth and the tomato broth. Our waitress Maggie was fantastic. She was attentive and kind and even made a custom sauce for us (which went very well with our food). She also brought out a small bowl so we could sample our broth before the meal. I've never been so catered to. Even the bathrooms are fancy! There are free toothbrushes, toothpaste, floss, and an automated mouthwash dispenser. Overall it was a great evening and I woild absolutely go back.

Our server, Andrew, was the best! The food and atmosphere is great, yes. But what puts this place in the forefront is their customer care and hospitality. So much so that it was refreshing. This is the 2nd place, the other is Masalawala and sons, in NYC where the hospitality is just heartwarming. You can select upto 4 hotpot soup bases. For vegetarians, you have 3 choices of soup base and a water base if you like to diy. This is not all you can eat. But I eat about the same and end up spending more in AYCE, so this worked for me. My company said that the quality of meat was better than others we have tried. They have assorted platters in each group/category. The sauce station is great and has some desert choices too. I think there are chocolates, porridge, jelly, Pocky, plum candy if you want to munch on. You can also get soft serve ice cream for free after your meal and it was good! Need a hair tie, toothpick or apron to help eat? Better yet a toothbrush and toothpaste before you leave? I think the men's restroom even got your shaving needs covered. What more? Don't mind me, but the bathroom was so clean!!! The toilet seats were heated/warm, like my soul that was warm and toasty with the service and my tummy was warm with the delish hotpot. Left this place a happier person, and even shook a leg with the aunties doing movement exercise in the open walkway outside. I am going here again.

Haidilao is amazing. Food and service! The servers are all very nice. The environment is very clean. I come here very often like 3-4 times a week. I want to give a shout-out to Exdeus, Annie, Yonex(people call him Bo) and Qiaodian! Everytime I go, it’s mainly them to help me DIY a soup base or a dipping sauce. I had help from other servers too like Long, Lily, Yan, Pingping, Siu, Alex, Floria and 2 others more but I forgot the names😅 they are all very amazing and I love eating and spending my time here a lot. There’s one thing I would probably say is there was a few times when I went, there wasn’t vanilla ice cream and left with only mango flavor and I am allergic to mango so I just hope there are more flavor of ice creams in the future or at least always have vanilla ice cream in stock. But overall this place is great! I will keep coming 😁

Best hot pot I’ve been to so far! The broth options are delicious. My husband is a vegetarian so we had two veggie options and two pork broths for me. They were absolutely delicious. The food options are the same as most hotspots veggies, meat, fish but tastes so fresh. Love the option to order from the tablet and not have to search out a server. The service from start to finish from Amy was top notch! She came to check on us multiple times throughout the meal and as it was our first time there she took the time to thoroughly explain everything to us and answered all our questions in relation to the broth options. She was always close by if we needed something and even answered our question about a table setup when we saw them doing it for a birthday. Good to know all the little things that come with celebrating a birthday here. We love this place and will be our new go to hot pot spot.

Haidilao was a really fun experience. Me and my husband came here for my birthday and it was our first time trying hot pot. It was a little pricey but worth the money, we got a few different kinds of food quality beef, we got the watermelon Soju drink, lots of veggies , and sides, they have lots of sauces available to dip your meat in. The hot and sour broth is really tasty and they come by whenever you need a refill on your soup. The restaurant has such a nice ambiance and it’s really clean, workers are friendly and they surprised me with a happy birthday song it was really funny and cool they also give you a gift if it’s your birthday. Bathroom is really clean they offer designer perfumes, tooth brushes, etc in the bathroom. Definitely would come here again

Overall a wonderful experience, our server, Long, was an absolute joy. The quality of the meat was amazing and tasted fresh. The pork broth was also wonderfully seasoned, but a little too salty. The spicy broth is very spicy, but the mala flavor is perfect. The sauce selection is large, but there was a little of a off taste with the fried minced garlic. The table size for a group of 6 was a little small, as all the meat was piled on top of each other. The experience can be very messy, but they do supply aprons. The price is also a little higher per person, for our group, $40. Overall, a 4.75/5

Great experience here! And we were surprised by the service! It’s really more of an experience than a simple restaurant. Haidilao is renowned for this, particularly their other locations in Asia. You can even get your nails done here.... For the experience...once you’re seated, you are asked if you’ve been here before...there’s a zip lock bag for you to store your mask. They show you how to order on the tablet. Everything comes really quickly! Quick note on the broth...I highly recommend the tomato one. Surprisingly good and helps bring out the flavor in the food. The pork bone is also great! The most amazing thing of all for our visit is that we came with an infant in a stroller. Most of the time when we go out to eat we just keep the stroller by us in the table (duh!). Because of space constraints they offered us a bassinet to put our baby in and the stroller was stored away. We were surprised they even had this and was told they clean it. Also I forgot to mention sometimes they have robots that roam around to bring out the food (thinking robot vacuum but 3 feet tall) so it makes sense. Overall food was great. Pricier than other hot pot places but it is justified. Service is impeccable!

Great hot pot and impressive sauce bar. This place had of the best service I have ever experienced – Andrew was legendary. He was on top of everything, offered us the utmost attention and even got me a tide pen when he noticed that I spilled some sauce on my pants. Did I mention we got ice cream at the end? This was my first time dining at Haidilao and definitely not my last. Andrew was our amazing server who explained everything about the process and menu to us and constantly checked in to see whether we needed anything. He was also very patient and accommodating to our large group which included a young kid. The food was delicious and fresh. We chose 4 soup options (tomato and mushroom were favorites) as well as a number of proteins and vegetables. The meats and shrimp were very tasty and the tofu skin is a must. I also enjoyed the mixed vegetables which included mushrooms and some noodles. Aside from the excellent food, the restaurant has some added features such as a self serve area which includes fruit, candy, boiled peanuts and a sauce station. I don't typically speak about restrooms but Haidilao's restrooms were not only very clean but included great amenities such as toothbrushes, a hair dryer, hand creams and diapers!

Food is great but the service is lackluster, much worse compare to our last few visits. Haidilao used to be known for its good service, but sadly it is getting worse and worse because it seemed new waitress are not well trained. The waitress randomly turned off our pot while we’re obviously still eating without asking, and didn’t bother to add any water to our pot in the meantime. The store is not busy when we visit, there is only a few tables, but somehow it is a bit hard to find the waitress to add water etc for us. We ordered shrimp paste and the shrimp ball he made is way too big compare to the standard size that we had before so we had to pick those up from pot and cut it in half ourselves.

Wow! I have been to all of the local hotpot places in town, such as Little sheep, Dollar Shop, Xiang. This one is by far the best. I have never had such amazing service at a restaurant. The servers were so incredibly kind with every aspect of our dining. They switched flawlessly between speaking Chinese and English depending on which member of our table with whom they were speaking. Any problem we had, such as the broth being too spicy, was fixed immediately. Any question we had the entire night, they were there to help!!! Although it was a bit pricy for a hot pot place, Haidilao deserves to set high prices because they had great quality ingredients and had excellent services. Chinese people usually say you go to Haidilao not to eat hotpot, but to enjoy the services. It’s partially right cause the servers will prepare you with everything you need (lens wipes, plastic bags to put you phone in so they don’t get splashed, cloth covers, hair rings if you have long hair, etc.) They even have Dior perfume, to-go combs, to-go toothbrushes, cotton buds, cotton pads, sanitary pads (in women’s restroom), mouthwash etc. in the restroom. You will also get fruits and ice cream cones included in your meal after you are finished with the food on the table. The quality of the hotpot ingredients were also well-maintained and they were delicious. However the hotpot soup base were very pricy. You can choose to have 1,2,4 different soup bases (if I remembered correctly), but you would need to pay around $25-$30 for the soup base no matter how many you choose . It added a lot to the final price, and we didn’t get to order a lot of food because it very easily reached $100+ (for two people). Hope the soup base can be less expensive so that there could be room for us to order a little bit more food. Overall, it was a very satisfactory experience!

Update based on second visit: Service has deteriorated significantly since the first time we went there. I understand it was a busy Friday evening but it doesn’t explain why our server went missing half way through our dinner? We never saw him again after all the food have been brought up. We were basically served by several other servers responsible for the surrounding tables and some random server passing by and realized we were not attended and came to help us. We felt like we were a burden to these other servers because they had their tables to attend to and we had to stop them to ask for things because our server Kevin went AWOL. —— Went on their second day of test opening. Lining up on the first level was a bit chaotic but once you get into the actual place it was the full haidilao service they are known for. All servers were super friendly and helpful (a bit too helpful sometimes lol). There’s a play area for kids and a couple of free massage chairs. Definitely child friendly with a special faucet for kids in the restroom. Free soft drinks and snacks in the waiting area and all you can eat appetizers brought to your table. Price is descent considering the service and food quality. All food are brought to our table within 10 minutes of ordering! Hope they keep up with the good reputation!

Haidilao is just such a fun experience. We really didn't know what to expect but from the moment we stepped in, we were transported to some sort of hotpot wonderland where people cared about how we experienced eating hotpot. The food was good (and you can probably find equally good if not better food elsewhere), but what stood out was the service and the attention to detail. We got hairties, a bag to put our phones in, lens wipes for those foggy glass situations as you hover over the pot, aprons for hotpot splatter and so many little things that you come to appreciate as you eat. We also had fun checking out the sauce bar that also came with fun snacks like pocky. We had a great time!

Super duper service! But please try to make a reservation before you go or go earlier. They only have about 10 tables for reservations so a week before the day you go the reservations are open. Hope that makes senseI have been there twice and both times, I waited about 2 hours for a table on a weekday. They try their best to keep you comfy while you wait. They have juice and snacks for free. There are games that you can borrow. They even have a hand massage station and a screen protector changing station. Everything out in the lobby is free but they do a tip box. But once you're in, you're good. The second time we came here, we were celebrating my brother's birthday and the managers gave us hot pot chopsticks and DYI soup broth packet. Oh, if you order the pull noodles, you will get to see one of these guys dancing. Excellent service!

Keeping true to the franchise standards Haidilao hotpot is all about providing a superior experience while you wait to be seated AND while you enjoy a meal with them. Our server Ben was absolutely amazing he really went out of his way to ensure we know about all amenities offered here. The food was amazing, and too costly. I do recommend doing the 4 hotpot broths to ensure you try a little bit of everything. The dancing noodle show and the changing mask dance were definitely fun entertainment highlights. Sadly our Haidilao NYC experience wasn’t great — especially compared to the California outlets. Yes, there are more amenities in the waiting area, but what really matters in the end are food and service — both did not live up to the expectations. Our waitress’ house sauces were bland, except for her signature Thai-style satay. The house specialties were particularly bland and disappointing. Considering the many other local hotpot options, we won’t return anytime soon.

This is a great place to dine. Excellent service and awesome dining environment. Fresh ingredients and delicious soup bases. You can actually choose four soup bases, which is a great option if you couldn’t decide what to choose from. Of course you need to pay more. The price is a little bit high relatively, but I guess we pay all the complimentary service and goodies, like hand message service, iPhone screen protector service, free ice cream and fruits, crackers, candies and drinks etc. Waiting area is a good place to relax. Message machines, kids playground for age 3-8, table games etc.

The only con is the wait time. We got there at 11:30am on a Wednesday and there was at least a 15 minute wait. But who cares when they have SNACKS?

Edit: Just went again and the service was again incredible with our server Andrew. It was my birthday and ended up needing 2 tables to fill 14 people and Andrew was so accomodating double checking if we needed more plates /chairs/cups and helping us put our coats in a nearby cupboard even though there wasn’t any formal coatcheck. We went through multiple corrections of our orders given we were so many people and Andrew never made us feel like we were being too demanding. He was also so helpful when my friends brought over the cake in finding us a candle and lighting it. 10/10 experience! Such a great experience! Entertaining place for group. A lot of amenities by the waiting area, unlimited snacks and drinks, just don't overdo it and don't have room for the real meal! Very crowded, come early. The foods are fresh and the waiters and waitresses are very. accommodating. When you first sat down, they will give you a bag to put your jackets in and give you and your party aprons to wear. They have a great selection of sauce and garnishes for you to choose from, they even have fruits and dessert right there at the sauce bar. Must try their dancing noodle, even if you don't like noodle, still be entertained by the server's noodle dance, be prepared to get noodle in your face. Parking lot is close by, 3-5 minutes walk.

We had a birthday celebration at Haidilao and everything from the food to the service exceeded our expectations. The staff went above and beyond to make the dinner special. This restaurant is also Covid friendly; outdoor dining with tables spread far apart and hand sanitizer at every table. The staff also gave out individual ziplock bags to store our mask and gave out hair ties to the ladies to tie our hair. It's the little detail that make for a awesome dining experience. Just walking in, there are many amenities for customers to take advantage while waiting. There are snacks and beverages offered to everyone as well as a children playroom, a shoe shiner machine and a hand massage station. Sadly, I was unable to use many of the amenities due to lack of customers, it was not offered. My friend made the reservation mentioning we were coming in for a celebration. I was pleasantly surprised to find our table nicely decorated with birthday decoration. It was a nice surprise on behalf of the Haidilao servers and staff. Haidilao offers a wide range of food selections for customers to order. All orders are done on the iPad with accurate pictures and pricing of each food. Important to note that Haidilao is an order by plate hot pot restaurant NOT an AYCE. With that said, the quality of food is average and can be compared to others. The most expensive part of the food sections are the seafood and the meat. During our visit, seafood was such as lobsters, Dungeness crabs, etc. was not available. Meat slices can range from $59.99 for Waygu to $10.99 for basic beef slice. Despite pay by plates, there were many things offered for free such as fruits, appetizers and dessert making sure you’ll leave Haidilao full and satisfied. At the end of dining, you are also offer soft serve ice cream. Highly recommend ordering the Tomato hot pot soup base. The best tomato soup base compared to all its competitor. The tomato flavor is flavorful and light. The soup base is not as oily as it’s tomato soup base you can purchase from the supermarket. It had a nicely balanced between the sweet and savory. Haidilao also has sauces already made to help you pair with your corresponding soup base. Haidilao is a reputable restaurant for its dancing noodles. I’d recommend ordering the dancing noodle for the experience only. If you’re looking to order for noodles to fill your stomach, I would not order it. I personally will not be ordering it again because the dance is quite short as well as for the price I paid, it comes with very little noodles. Suggestion: Make sure to make an RSVP, this can reduce your waiting time especially for busier seasons!

This place was fantastic. We got here a little after midday and did have to wait around 15 mins. The waiting area is pretty cool though as there are different things to do, like play on the Nintendo. It’s a such a unique place. It was definitely worth the wait it. The hotpot was good and there was a great selection of things to order. The thing that stood out most was the service. Our waiter was really good and attentive and I would go back just for that (plus the free ice cream at the end!). Also, check out the bathrooms. Best I’ve ever been in! Heated toilet seats, those “spray your bum” water cleaner things which I still to this day am scared to try. There’s also plenty of shaving equipment there...yes that’s right! Razors, foam plus face wash and perfume. Overall, you must try this place!

Went here with my wife for my mother in laws birthday. We were assisted by A Xiang and had a great time. As Lunar New Year was approaching, Haidilao was decorated with a lot of Lunar New Year items. One caught my attention as it was a little bunny in a traditional new year outfit. I asked A Xiang where did they purchase those decorations and he immediately contacted his supervisor to find out for my wife and I. Not only was the food and environment of Haidilao was great, it is employee like A Xiang that make us keep going back to this hot pot location. Ask server for ice cream it's a sweet finish. ordering the hand pull Noodle gives you a noodle pulling show. Free Face change performance upclose is interesting if you haven't seen it before. Restroom was very clean and with amenities toothbrush comb mouthwash hair gel wetwipe etc. Didn't use the waiting area or other features but they were packed on a Friday night. Free snacks while you wait.

Came here last week since my wife has been craving it, and its been a while, cause y'know...2020 and all. Haidilao proved they can actually do this during a pandemic, but how well... That depends on how much you want what they have. You HAVE TO GET THERE EARLY if you want to be seated timely. Period. Especially outside. Indoors (25% capacity) you may have better luck. If you get there after 6pm, good luck! You scan a code, get your number, and then one table out, one table in. And since its hot pot, that can take HOURS. We got in right at 6, and still waited 45 mins. The outdoor seating was ok, they had heaters all around to keep it cozy. The actual pots on the mobile machines were wayyy too small though. And obviously, do not expect the same visitor experience they are known for here, that's all out the window mostly with a few exceptions ill get to. The food. So, I think Covid creating the situation we are in, has now made me realize that half of the $$$$ you pay to eat here was in the experience itself. With that gone, you come to find out the prices on food is WAY overpriced for the quality and what you get. Everything now comes in sealed boxes, and its just not the same. Combine that with a small pot thats tough to fit what you want, and it becomes a meh food time. We ended up taking the rest home after being filled by veggies (the meat takes longer to come out). It was all tasty, but not Haidilao tasty. That one service point i mentioned earlier came when my wife wanted to take a soup base home after I had already paid. The waiter had forgotten that, and gave it to us for free. Ill add that yes, the bathrooms upstairs are open, and you will most likely need them if you do not have that famous iron stomach regulars here do. I went twice while I was here and there would've been a third time if we stayed and finished. Also that may be down to the quality of food again. My bill was $207 dollars for 2 people. Was it worth it? No. If there wasn't a pandemic, would I pay that price again to go back to what I remember here? Yes, and I hope that day comes. Until then, I wish you luck Haidilao, I will not be returning.

It’s a very nice dine in experience. Our waiters: Sean, Ping Ping, Carrie, David, are very considerate, responsive and sweet. They introduced the sanitization procedures for us patiently. We were very comfortable with the settings and the meal. Would recommend to anyone!

The place is terrific, including the waiting room & service. There's a variety of meats & etc to choose from, and you can get hand-pulled noodles by a guy dancing w/ it for $4. Also, it is a calming atmosphere with many features within each table, including a robot that comes around with food. Like the place itself, even the bathrooms are outstanding; in stalls, they have seat cleaners right after usage. Overall, it's a great place to sit down, talk & enjoy the place as a whole. Just a little extra, the waiting room supplies free phonecase replacement, refreshments & snacks, and even nails. Also, they have you wear an "apron" in case of any accidental spillage on yourself, and they give some other things before & after eating.

Must say I was not expecting for the food to be so fresh and the options so plenty. Service is also great. Overall a great dining experience for flushing. Also just FYI, feminine products here are free in the restroom. Something the US government can learn from honestly.

A friend told us about this place and we love hotpot, so we managed to grab a weekend reservation and check it out! First of all, the seating system is extremely smooth if you have a reservation. We walked in, got a piece of paper, walked through the waiting room, and sat down to eat in less than 5 mins. However, if we did have to wait, the waiting room is crazy! It has a bunch of snacks and a kiddy play area and mario kart. I wouldn't have been too bummed to wait there. Once we got in, our waiter Andrew was super on point. Extremely helpful, always at our table to check if we needed anything, great at explaining the menu and answering questions. The entire staff was very polite. The food came rolling out as soon as we ordered it on the tablet. The "dancing noodle" was fun. The broths/food were all absolutely delicious. The bathrooms were amped up to the max(bidets, perfume, toothbrushes, you name it). There was free soft serve ice cream at the end that may have been the creamiest ice cream I ever had. And all super affordable. Also- my clothes didn't smell AT ALL. Andrew was right, the place has amazing ventilation(plus I tried that bathroom perfume). I usually leave hotpot reaking of meat. If you were worried about smell, you can get a bag for your coat and also can wear an apron for any potential spills. Thanks Andrew and Haidilao! (:

Haidilao - 8/10 The quality of haidilao in NYC is pretty similar to the haidilao in China. Their tomato broth is their top tier broth and is second to the dolar shop’s silver exquisite broth. The quality here is impeccable as always and the meats are pretty fresh. I would say it is definitely worth a visit and one of the best hotpots in NYC but definitely on the more expensive side.

I had a fantastic experience here for the first time today! The place is very well organized and clean. It is also very convenient as you order what you want from an iPad. There are many different kind of food to choose from and the meats are very delicious and tasty. I also really like how they put instructions for how to make popular sauces. This is what you called service!!! Amazing experience, amazing staffs, amazing food! We have a group of four with a baby, got our seat right away considering we did make a reservation. Our favorites soup base is green pepper soup, it's spicy and refreshing. They have a sauce bar with many varieties of sauces and fruits. Our server is Pricilla and Exdeus, both are extremely nice, basically anything you can think of, their server will get it ready before you even mention it. Bathroom are sparkling clean, they have high end perfumes ready for you if you wants it. Kids playground has a surveillance that’s connected to your table’s iPad, you can check on your kids anytime. There are so many great details about their services and environment that are so thoughtful, i will definitely go back and bring friends there.

The service at Haidilao is legendary for a reason. Yes the wait is pretty horrible (I waited 45 min for a table of 5 on a Friday night) but at least it’s in a comfortable waiting room area with snacks and games to satisfy you while you wait! And honestly I think the wait is worth it. I was so amazed by the service, everybody got a little ziploc bag to put their face mask in, people with glasses got wipes for them, people with long hair got hair ties, everybody had the option of getting an apron (of course!), the table had outlets to charge your phone, and ordering was super easy to do via a tablet. The bathroom also has soooo many amenities omg more than I ever thought I would need but it was amazing. The best part is probably the heated toilet seats/bidet, free pads and tampons, and YSL perfume you can spritz on yourself. Anyways, time to talk about the important stuff — food. The sauce bar was a bit small but it makes sense given that the dining area isn’t enormous. I really liked that they included “recipes” for example sauces you can make. The food itself was solid! Not mind-blowing or incredibly unique but not bad either. There’s a decent amount to choose from on the menu but not an overwhelming amount. I also got the thai iced tea drink and that was really good. The price was fair too, I think you definitely get a good deal considering how incredible the service is. Overall, would definitely recommend Haidilao to someone who wants a next level hot pot experience!

This was one of the best restaurants I've been to. The service was phenomenal. The waiting area has snacks, drinks, and origami paper to bide your time even for the short amount that I had to. They give you aprons which is nice and you can get free appetizers for yourself as you wait for the food. The ordering is done on a tablet. They provide bags for face masks. There is plenty of space to place your trays so you can order plenty of food and eat it at your own pace. The bathrooms were stocked with products for you to use, even shaving cream and a razor. A little (very little) pricey compared to what I would usially get, but well worth it in my opinion. I truly loved eating here.

This was truly one of best customer service experienced I have ever experienced in my life - and totally unexpectedly!! I have 2 words: Heated toilets. Separately, we came for my best friend’s birthday. And we didn’t make any plans to have any type of decorations. But they surprised us at the table with a really cute birthday setup. And they even gave her a small gift!! They were incredibly attentive to all of our needs - for example, we got excited and put in an entire plate of rice cakes right when it arrived. They noticed later that we seemed to be missing an order of rice cake and proactively brought us another one, even though we had actually already eaten it. It’s so many small things - like how they give you aprons to not get your clothes dirty; how they provide floss after the meal; how they have a bathroom stocked with freshen-me-ups like disposable toothbrushes. AMAZING.

This place lives up to the rave reviews. Quality, fresh food and amazing service! There is a little bar area to get sauces, fruit, dessert, and appetizers before you sit for the meal. Make sure you don't get too much so you don't fill up for the good stuff. The soup bases come in an array of options, spicy to non spicy, and costs increase incrementally for more types. You can get up to 4 kinds of soup bases in one pot. The spicy ones are no joke, but they will adjust for you if needed. The tomato soup base is surprisingly fresh and delicious, and you can even drink the soup as an appetizer. Food wise, everything is delicious. We ordered a few of the variety plates to try multiple things, and also had a banana crepe and kiwi drink. Crepes are freshly made, came out piping hot. The kiwi drink was so refreshing with fresh fruit in it. Highly recommend making a reservation, but if you have to wait, they have a waiting area with charging stations and free drinks until you can be seated.

My sister and I was in NY for the weekend and wanted hotpot. After researching for the highest rated hotpot restaurant in Flushing, we decided to try Haidilao Hotpot. The restaurant did not disappoint and exceeded our expectations. The beef and shrimp was extremely fresh, and the service was stellar. David C. and Ada served us both and were extremely helpful in teaching us how to order and cook the meal. David C. always stood by tentatively to check our table and refill our broths. Not only that, he graciously cooked the dancing shrimp for us upon our request and provided us complimentary treats such as ice cream and an appetizer soup bowl. Ada was also extremely helpful with letting us know what ingredients were available and constantly clearing the dirty dishes on our table. She demonstrated excellent teamwork with David to brainstorm ideas for our meal. Both of the wait staff uphold the restaurant’s reputation of having quality service. The only con would be that the restaurant did not have certain ingredients that are common to hotpot available such as “watercress” and “mussels”. We hope that the restaurant will include these in their meals! Overall, it was an excellent and delicious. FYI, the handmade noodle performance was the exact entertainment to top the meal off.

This is one of the best hot pot places I've ever been. 15/10 would recommend to everyone interested in hot pot. Not only is the food amazing, the service is out of this world. Here's what to expect: - be prepared to wait at least an hour. Most of the time the wait is 2 hours, but for reference: I went on a weekday for dinner and my wait was 1:15. - While you're waiting, you can have some of their free chips, fruits, hot herbal tea, plain cold tea, fruit smoothie or lemon water. - there's also two massage chairs in the upstairs waiting lounge, a playpen for children AND a nail technician for anyone to get their manicures done while waiting. - when we were seated, our server Andrew was immensely helpful. He explained everything in detail, he asked if we needed more of anything and he even got some of the self-serve items for us. - I highly recommend getting any of the fatty beef, the dancing noodles (yes a guy literally comes to perform and hand-stretch the noodles) and fish ball with roe. MOST OF ALL, get the fried sticky buns. I haven't had a sticky bun that was perfectly fried since Macau. There's just so many good things to say about this place that I might not even have enough room, but those were definitely the highlights. Omg I almost forgot about the robot who brings your orders! I can't wait to bring more family and friends to this place.

World best service mala hotpot from China newly opened in Flushing New York. They offer many type of soup, We tried tomato soup, original mala soup, pork bone soup and green peppers soup (not recommended). All food are fresh and premium. The service is best of the best, they provide massage chair, snacks, Xbox, board game etc. while you are waiting. The restaurant is quite big and they offer only 100 tables per meal (lunch and dinner) so the waiting time is not that long. Highly recommended to check out this restaurant.

Maggie was our server for the evening, and she was welcoming and helpful to any questions we had about the menu and ordering especially because it was our first time. She also offered me a hair tie shortly after we sat down, which I found most considerate. In most hotpot restaurants, I often leave with the scent of food lingering on my clothing, but not here which goes to show that the ventilation is also quite efficient. I loved that you can hear one another across the table making this a great place for friends and family to gather for a filling meal at reasonable prices. I went to Hai Di Lao for the first time and had a wonderful experience last night just like how many other reviews described it. We made a reservation for 6 and was seated promptly when we all arrived. Since I was bringing my 5 month old baby, they made sure to find an arrangement that can accommodate the sleeping baby. The waitress patiently explained to us how to order since it was our first time and were always there to serve us whenever we seemed to need help. Food was served quickly and any empty plates were also removed quickly. When my baby woke up from her nap in the stroller and we had to carry her to calm her, the waitress brought out a bassinet for my daughter to sleep and play in. When we mentioned it was the baby's 5 months' "birthday", they surprised us with a song and a toy for the baby just as we finished dinner. PS: We also witnessed an accident with a nearby table. One of the male patrons was choking and a waiter immediately performed the Heimlich maneuver until the food was dislodged. They handled the entire incident professionally and calmly even though they mentioned later on that they were also very frightened. Truly 5 star service!

This place is like a well oiled machine. Service is incredibly on point. They even have scrunchies for your hair. 🥺 Broth is good and I loved the ice cream. One thing they can fix is the wasteful plastic that comes with every single item , I know they stated its post pandemic protocols but its so many and not eco friendly. I think they can go back to regular plates now.

My group had a great time at Hai Di Lao. The ambiance and sauce bar was amazing! Not to mention the excellent service as well, Ada was a wonderful server!

Visited Haidilao for x-mas dinner. Although there were a lot of people on Christmas, but Ada constantly check in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. We were satisfied with the service and food.

Ingredients seemed very fresh, easy ordering experience from the tablets. The waiters are friendly and provided cover for your coats and aprons. We went there during COVID, so the buffet sauce bar was closed and the utensils are mostly disposable. I’m sure it’s not as nice as the regular plates, bowls, spoons but its totally understandable. They have super long chopsticks which I like, so you can use them to pick up food from the pot. It seemed they only have big pot, not individual pots like some other places. A special mention of the restroom. Mouth wash, tooth brush, tooth paste, tooth pick... and perfume? I was undergoing orthodontics treatment with braces so I especially appreciated these amenities after a meal.
