I know you have read the previous comments, so I'll keep it brief. Sports bar=no dress code Far enough from bourbon to not get any of the crowd. Good spot if you are at the dome. Everything good except the drinks you can pass. Food is worth the price. Reservation not needed. Wait staff is acceptable Space alot

Miss Odessa is the epitome of great customer service. She was absolutely wonderful. She gave wonderful suggestions like the boom boom shrimp and the salmon!! Really great food. I feel she needs to be the face of the organization. She would be a great example to all servers that apply for the restaurant. Thank you Odessa for all you did for my wife n I anniversary. 😀

Large sports bar with a ton of TVs to watch whatever game you're interested in. Nice rustic style and it's not too loud. The food was very tasty. I got the "Jalapeno Jack" burger. It was delicious and not overcooked. I also got a side of onion rings that were light with good flavor. Next time I'm in New Orleans, I'll definitely visit.

Walk-On’s is a nice sports bar & restaurant that was located close to our hotel. We stopped a couple of times for lunch. The staff was friendly and attentive. The food was pretty good and came out fairly quick. No complaints, we would dine here again.

My family and I decided to try this place close to our hotel. It’s a relaxed sports bar where you can walk-in without reservations. (Exactly what we needed after a loooong hot day out) And from the moment we stepped inside we were greeted by the best staff ever! A beautiful young lady named Samira was our waitress—the energy and love she showed us was absolutely amazing!!! First she made us laugh and feel like we were home—then She gave us excellent suggestions on food and drink. Let me tell you!! We were not disappointed 😋 The food was made with so much flavor, and creativity. Walk-On’s is Not like a typical “sports bar” that’s loud with quick greasy selections— Walk-On’s offers a variety of delicious hot meals that will hit the spot without breaking the bank. Oh YES we would definitely go back 💕❤️

Yum!! Was so good. I had the Tuscan chicken aka Blackened chicken, hubby had the Black Jack chicken with no bun. It melted in your mouth the chicken was so juicy with the right amount of flavor! Our server Marissa was Awesome too. Very attentive on a busy game day.

Good place to eat at near the Superdome. Walkable from multiple hotels in the area. Recommend the Death Valley drink, large and has a good kick to it. The tuna tini appetizer was damn good, perfectly seared tuna and a hint of spice.

I love this place. Its very upbeat and lively. Many televisions around the bar area. I had burger and fries the first time. I came back again and had the Philly Steak Po'boy with orion rings. The onion were spicy but soon good.

Hostesses were friendly but one was digging in his nose. Table was dirty and chair had a spill on it also on the floor. I alerted the hostess to the spill he cleaned the chair but not the floor. So for the entire meal my shoes were sticking to the floor. Waitress was quick and helpful.

Great place to meet go on your own , go with your friends for the big game or take your family to dinner. Servers and bartenders were friendly and attentive. Food was quick, hearty and delicious! Would go back again!

Watch out for the tooth pick inside the boom boom shrimp. Some people in our group ate them! The voodoo shrimp & grits are yum. The grits are creamy and have corn in them.

The food is delicious. I had the rib po-boy sandwich. It was very tasty. It was my first po-boy sandwich and it made me want more. My fiancé had the chicken po-boy sandwich and had to remove one of the chicken breast and bacon in order to eat the sandwich. He didn't let those pieces go to waste they were just eaten separately. The french bread was used to make the sandwich was fresh. I definitely recommend this restaurant.

Nice atmosphere, great location, versatile menu. Waitress was nice not very attentive, she messed up our order but fixed it service was slow. Food was ok pasta not seasoned I was suprised. Alligator was tasty, chicken tender were hot, kids pastas came with garlic bread while the adult pasta didn't. Sprite, lemonade and apple juice were out, but the bar had Sprite. Didn't understand why they couldn't get sprite from the bar especially for the kids.Overall it was ok.

I always get shrimp but decided to change it up. Ordered the catfish po'boy. Delicious! The catfish was coated nicely. Soft & flakey to the bite. Definitely recommend.

We decided to go and watch the Saints game here. It was our first time at this location so we decided to sit at the bar. The atmosphere was great, especially since it was a Saints game day as well! The ladies who served us were very nice and attentive. The Rum punch inhas was good. I decided on the Catfish Atchafalaya and I also ordered a side of the corn grits. I had the blackened Catfish with it. It was quite delicious, however, the corn grits was just okay. Nevertheless, we'll be back :) !

I was not expecting a sportsbar atmosphere to have such an extensive menu. Also, our waitress was top tier. Great service. Pic is the Gumbo that had with burger sliders.

Came to check out Barstool Sports! Was extremely crowded but it was a nice environment. Got a drink and then proceeded to get packed liked sardines haha! Very friendly environment but long wait times. Former UNC alum and NBA player Tyler Hansborough was there!

Atmosphere is good for sports and food has been decent at both locations. Plenty of menu options for food and drinks. The only downside, and for many may not be a down side, the servers tend to get wrapped up in their groups of friends dining in or colleagues working. The attention to patrons tends to fade through out the evening. In today's service industry I have realized this seems to be the trend and those managing seem to support the trend. So starting to realize I may need to tame my expectations. Overall outings have been good and if you are a frequent patron you will soon experience the extra attention.

I’ve been a regular here for about half a year. I consider myself a foodie and love rotating the flavors I order off the menu. One employee in particular (I believe her name is Kay) has been really helpful in recommending me some of the best food around. She recommended the bayou pasta and lemon butter chicken which were both so rich and tasty, I asked for an extra order of each to go. The atmosphere is always so warm and pleasant. The staff are lovely, friendly, and truly care about creating the optimal restaurant experience. I can’t wait to be back and share more delicious food and warm memories with my friends and family.

Came here right after the Pelicans game. It was getting busy but we got seated pretty quickly. The bayou pasta was delicious. Came with fried shrimp but I wish I had asked for grilled shrimp. The service was great and the cocktails were fancy and not too expensive.

Wow. All I can say is WOW. Food is superb. 4 of us had 4 different meals. All 4 were great. We are picky eaters. And this is a place to go eat at again. Staff is great. The only bad thing. The volume of the TV’s was to loud to have a conversation.

Great food and service. However, seems like some of the food was prepared earlier or before it was cooked. So basically if you asked to let's say "don't add jalapeños", they won't /can't remove them. Still going with a 5 star b/c it was awesome experience. A must try!

Solid spot for casual lunch or happy hour, as well as watching sports of course! They offer a tasty array of good bar food with huge portions (buffalo chicken sandwich) and a crazy amount of different beers on tap.

Place itself was great; the host lacks customer service experience and has no courtesy towards incoming customers. Management needs to check their employees before hiring them to interact with customers. The food and atmosphere were great. Sorry, I had to give you 4 stars, but the first impression was really tarnished by your host at the front doorway. thank you, management, for addressing our concerns, you rating just went up! Can't wait to go back again!

Yummy!!! They have a variety of different foods cajun, seafood, sandwiches, burgers and salads. We tried the Krispy Kreme bread pudding which was made from actual Krispy Kreme donuts and it was marvelous. Super sweet, so 1 is enough to share with someone else. Friendly staff, and a sports bar environment. Multiple televisions and various sporting events always on.

Super good food! We came here on a whim and it did not disappoint! Love that the location is close to the hotel in the CBD, the food is awesome and HUGE portions! We got the sweet chili boneless wings for an app and they were to die for! Then we ordered the double cheese burger, the hangover burger and the chicken berry pecan salad. All amazing! The salad is the biggest I've ever seen! Good service, good atmosphere. We were glad for the late hours too! Seems like everything closes super early which makes it hard to explore all day and make it back in time to eat. Highly recommend!

First time here...Walk On was recommended by the hotel front desk. Glad it was. I had the Catfish Atchafalaya. Very tasty, I would order it again. So good that Drew Breeze bought into the restaurant. Was visiting NOLA for a 2nd time this year and HAD to stop in to my favorite spot. A lively spot with excellent food, entertainment, and active staff. Went with the Alligator Bites, Bayou Pasta, and a Kentucky Mule; everything was awesome!

We are visiting from North Dakota and had seen this restaurant on Undercover Boss and it was located a couple of blocks from our hotel. We stopped in mid afternoon for an early dinner. Service was great by our waitress Gabby, and the food come out quickly and was delicious. We will be visiting again before we leave.

Let me tell you about Walk Ons, we were looking for a place the kids could eat at. The hotel suggested we try this place, it's a Sports bar. So we go in not expecting much because we are just happy to get some food the kids could eat. Well when I tell you this food was surprisingly good!!! Please believe me .The food was great, way better the the average sports bar, but this is NOLA so please try it !!! Service was nice it was croweded but again this is NOLA. You can see my son got the donut burger and he loved it!!!

Really liked this sports bar! I was staying in a hotel near by and this place was recommended to me as an easy walk. We just got a variety of appetizers. Had blackened alligator which was good. Only ever had it fried before. Also had butterflied shrimp with jalapenos and cream cheese stuffed inside, wrapped in bacon, and fried. Some kind of sweet chili sauce too. Pictured below, I forgot the name. Found out after that Drew Brees owns part of the joint. Sat at the bar. Good service. Would go back.

It's elevated bar food. It's a decent, large space with great service. Again, it's elevated bar food so it's nothing to really write home about but I did enjoy the queso and chips that came along with my tuna tacos.

We are in New Orleans for our wedding anniversary and for the Sugar Bowl. We decided to have a quick bite to eat and stopped by this location. There was no wait and our waitress was very nice and helpful. We arrived just after they opened, so we had to wait a little extra for our food to come out. I ordered the Boom Boom Shrimp Po’boy with a side of gumbo. The food was fresh and delicious. My wife had the Black Jack chicken sandwich with fries and she was happy with her food. Overall we had a great experience at a restaurant that was familiar to us.

Great place to eat. Food is always very good. Super friendly staff. Good place to catch the game. Leave is always very clean. Chicken fingers are always a solid choice. Shrimp tacos and shrimp po boy are also very good! The"Death Valley" drink is very tasty.

Good food decent prices I got the hangover burger which included a egg inside and my husband got catfish meal with one drink and a sundae cookie it came out to about $47 bucks portions are big s you better have an appetite when you come the waitress kept coming to our table checking on us and refilling drinks before even asking.

Dom is the bomb. Came for the Super Bowl. Found out that drew breeze owns it. More like the super mole. Brees has had that mark, a birthmark, since he was born. The Saints quarterback dealt with bullies who picked on him growing up over his birthmark, but he's come to recognize it as a part of him over time. Brees hasn't been limited by any sort of negative comments, apparently, as he's played in the NFL since 2001 and holds the league's all-time passing yardage record. Dom was amazing her favorite color is pink. Drew should be proud. Service was amazing and the boneless wings were money.

Been here twice this far during my stay in New Orleans. Night one there was one staff member who was training a new employee, despite a decently busy bar rail she was able to engage, answer questions, and make really nice drinks. Food was great. Also, went and there was a bit of a mess. Rude patron was antagonizing the bartendress. She handled it with an amazing level of grace, professionalism, and composure. It was her excellent handling of that "bar bro" that compelled me to leave this review. Food once again great. Drinks not quite as good as my original visit

I ate bodin balls had some type of lack luster, mustard sauce. The Crawfish 2 ways was also bland. Both dishes came promptly and looked good and the wait staff was very good. I wanted to love it, but the food was very commercialize. Nothing had any real spice associated with authentic Cajun food. The Strapless Bikini was a five star, outstanding drink.

Food was great! Seating was quick with no wait. We had the spinach and artichoke dip and buffalo boneless wings as appetizers. Both were really good and fresh. For our meal, kids enjoyed the pasta alfredeaux, which they happily finished. My husband had the hickory bbq burger, he said it was very good. My daughter tried the shrimp and grits but didn’t like it so instead she ordered the chicken tenders which came out freshly fried and delicious. I had the Blackjack Chicken sandwich which was huge and really good as well. Food is always good and we’ve never had any issues with it. Our issue was with the server. First, she never introduced herself, so we didn’t know her name until I reviewed the receipt. She mixed the drink order up. We then had to request refills and remind her of our request as well as what we had throughout our visit. She did not provide plates or napkins for us to share the appetizers we ordered until we requested. She forgot the garlic bread with the kids meals several times, we eventually took it to-go after requesting it twice then, she forgot again. She barely visited our table to check on us and the restaurant wasn’t busy. I had to request a to-go cup a few times as well. She even served a table their meal that arrived after us. Then said, I’m bringing your meal out next. On top of all that, she never apologized for anything. It didn’t seem like she was trained well at all. I won’t include her name but did leave her a note on the tip slip. We still left a tip but not as much as usual because her service was that bad. We’ve been to this restaurant several times and this was the first time we’ve ever had bad service. Hopefully, this is an opportunity to properly train this employee so she’s doesn’t continue to do this with others.

Downtown New Orleans is an experience in itself. Located a block from the hotel I stayed at, next to another bar. Interesting place, good selection of beer on tap. They have table seating in the bar area with taps, self service. I like it. Waitress and bartenders were all friendly, service was good. Spend a couple hours at the location. Food was your average bar food, nothing to write home about. The boudin balls were spot on however. Anyway, if you find yourself thirsty, stop on by.

Went to Walk-On's twice during a recent visit to Nola on Super bowl weekend. We tried the grilled gator bites, grilled buffalo boneless wings, gumbo and burger along with 4 margaritas and 4 coronas...The bill was about $90. The food is very flavorful and they have the best boudin balls I've had. They make Emeril's seem like they are not trying. The service is decent...I wouldn't say excellent but they do their jobs. The cocktails need a little work though. The only problem I had, was the restroom...so dirty...I can't imagine a place like this would have restrooms in that condition. Management needs to work on that aspect. Overall, a fun place to hang out with amazing food.

Great place for any occasion this location is perfect if you want to walk around downtown after a meal and there are a lot of choice activities to do in this proximity. The food and service were great even with a large party we had no wait time. They were smart enough to design the floorplan in a way that the huge bar area is separate from table dining so customers looking for a family,date, or bar experience can feel comfortable in whatever atmosphere they choose.

Great food, awesome cocktails and nice service sums it up for walk ins. Two of us went their for lunch because others in the group did not want to eat seafood. We liked it so much that we went their for the dinner again with the whole group. Mardi gras mahi was delicious and so was the blackened catfish with etouffe. Everything else was very good too. The cocktails were just awesome. Highly recommend "death valley". It comes in a 32 oz serving and is strong, so please dont druve after. Strapless bikini is another one thats great. Highly recommended.

I didn't catch our server's name, but for as busy as they were she did an admiral job of keeping tabs on us. And let me tell you, this place was PACKED! We were in town for the Tool concert which was absolutely sublime. But anyway, back to Walk-On's...I ordered the chicken Alfredo. It came with a side of garlic toast. The Alfredo itself was pretty good, but the toast was a bit on the spongy side. There was no crispness to it at all. To drink I ordered a Coke and it was, well, a Coke. I never got low on my drink, but my companion had a pretty long wait between his first and second Long Island Iced Tea. The bathroom is also a little difficult to get to, as it is behind the bar. But not "behind" the bar. There is a small space between the bar and the wall that leads to the opening for the bathroom. Oh, and the ONLY way to get there is to walk past the bar. There are no openings in the little walls to get around any gathered crowds. I know it sounds like all I am reporting are "bad" things, but it really was rather enjoyable. There were more TV's packed into that joint than a Best Buy and if you couldn't find any sports that you wanted to watch, you were obviously in the wrong restaurant! So yeah, a good solid 4 out of 5.

Went here before Mardi Gras Endymion Parade so everyone was on a festive mood. We ordered the Alligator Bites for Ann appetizer. They were battered and fried and served with a tangy sauce. Also word ordered the Chicken Avocado Sandwhich which was a generous size served with sliced avocado, tomato and lettuce. Ordered drinks from the bar and I can say they were not weak at all. The waitress was attentive and stopped by the table several times to check on us. It was great to be back in NOLA.

I honestly probably wouldn't ever have put this on my must eat list when visiting New Orleans. The whole sports bar thing isn't of much interest to me anymore. The food is almost always below average to horrible, and to have to listen to grown men talk sports and how the pros are doing it all wrong wears me down. When we checked in to our hotel, we asked the lady at the desk where a good place to eat was, and she recommended here. That was Monday, and we waited until Friday, but glad we went. It was lunch time, but there wasn't any wait. The menus are basic sports bar fare, burgers and sandwiches, with some pastas and salads thrown in. Full bar, and lots of appetizers to select from. We had the fried pickles, which were tasty. They came with a side of ranch, but kinda small so we asked for another one. They have Coke, which is a big deal for my wife, who was sad to see so much Pepsi in town. Lol Kids got kids meals, which included a small drink. Shrimp and fries and burger and fries. I tasted both. The shrimp was okay, the burger was pretty good. My wife ordered a burger, and it was big enough that she had trouble getting a bite of it. It was also really good. I got the Black Jack chicken sandwich, which was really good!! The waffle fries were also really tasty. The service was also really good! Never wanted for drinks, and she checked on us often to see if we needed anything. I would recommend this place and would return when we go back to NOLA again.

The place was packed because of a Tool concert over at the Smoothie King Center, but not one server, host, bartender, etc looked frazzled or unhappy. Great kids menu, nice high chairs for babies/toddlers, just no way to tend to them if needed. Back to waitress... When I asked her about change tables she just shrugged and said "nope. None." And kept about her business. No sympathy demonstrated.

Whatever cheese was supposed to be in there may have seeped out during the cooking process. The burger itself was well done and dried out. Service could have been better for the lack of people in there at that time.

Nice sports bar that's out on the main street for catching games. If you're in town when a local team isn't playing, it's easy to request a specific game be turned on for some of the TV's near you. If the game is big enough, the bar will put it on multiple teams anyways. Really great servers and staff as well. Decent food, good drinks. Definitely recommend!

The food is very good and drinks are perfect. The wait sucks because there is no waiting area. But my server was not up to par. She forgot our appetizer, never checked if we wanted refills on drinks, when she brought our appetizer in the middle of dinner she got mad because I requested no chives and proceeded to tell me that green onions can't cause an allergic reaction and stomped off.

Great vibe, loved the doorman. He was funny and engaging and made the wait bearable. They know how to move tables! We got in a long line and were seated within 20 minutes and it was packed (right before the Saints-Colts game. Came here to eat since the location was close to the Superdome and gametime was at 12:00. Had a 25 min wait for table but considering that it was game day and the amount of people that was amazing and fast. Food was great and atmosphere was as well. Would highly recommend to anyone. Today was my first time coming here. The food here was great! On the downside the service left a lot to be desired. We had a waitress who was inattentive and seemed annoyed every time we asked for something. During the time of my visit, the crowd was beginning to thin. So I was surprised to wait more than 45 minutes for a glass of water that I repeatedly asked for and that the waitress came back to the table to verify with me. The attitude of the service staff as well as the hostess was very rude. Like I said the food was great, but after the poor service that I have received today, I won't be making a second visit.

Had a quick dinner during the first home game of the pre-season. Was greeted with a friendly doorman, the girls at the front were very friendly. Our waitress was just as friendly. Waiter was not that great. But the food was really good. The waiter had an attitude and got smart with me when I asked her to change the channel to the Michigan game and then BAMA game. I couldn't tell if she was just having a bad day or if she just hates the teams we wanted to see. The manager was very nice and came over and changed the channel for me and my girlfriend. Our server didn't seem to come out of her shell or attitude mode until we got our check (i'm guessing she knew it was tip time) either way I still gave 20% on tip. You know you work at a sports bar and I know my girlfriend and I were not the only guest for the remainder of your shift to ask you to alter the channel to a game of their choice. I appreciate the manager for being very nice and accommodating. If we are in town again we may visit.

This is a very clean place. The survive is really good and the girls are pleasing on the eyes. I got my food really fast which is good because I only get a 15 minute lunch break and the food was really good. I would always come back here when I'm in the area. Now if your driving you will have to pay to park but that's everywhere in this area.

I’ve been here twice, I don’t really leave reviews but I felt I should. The host was super sweet and seated me quickly. I had the soup and the salad with the gumbo and the ceaser with chicken. The presentation was beautiful the gumbo was nice the ceaser was great. Pricing is reasonable. My server was nice but she seemed tired and rarely came to the table to remove unwanted items. She finally did because it seemed to be closing. She had given us to go boxes but we needed tops for our sauces. I had asked a server who had past me which I guess I could’ve waited for my server. She was a pretty Asian she brought me the lid and when i noticed my partner needed two more and asked her she seemed very upset, I’m a server myself I was definitely going to tip her when she got back. But my server came quickly with the extra lids. As we payed and left I told the girls goodnight and the other server put her head down and looked away. There’s a general rule as a server when a guest ask of you to “own a request” not to just get their server and leave. It was quiet rude.

We were in New Orleans for a football game and we decided to go to Walk-On’s because it was in walking distance from the Superdome and our hotel. We had our kids with us ages 7 and 8. The wait for a table took almost 2 hours (which was expected due to the volume of people that were there for the Saints vs Cowboys game). My children are very patient, but hunger got the best of my 7 year old and he started to cry. The manager (I didn’t catch her name. Thin, blonde lady) gave my kids some waffle fries and a drink while we waited. This was super sweet and I almost cried because she went above and beyond for them. The wait was well worth it. Food was GREAT and service was great too despite a busy day for the staff. Thank you Walk-On’s staff!

We went here to watch the Vikings-Saints playoff game. Since it was an away game, we wanted to go somewhere near the Superdome and this was recommended by a local. It's a decent sports bar/restaurant. Our server was really good. The beers were wicked expensive though and we were slightly disappointed by the relative lack of hard core Saints fans.

Walk ons is always on my list when I come into town. The food was great, however after what I seen with my server, I will not be back. The waitress/bartender had either a current employee or former employee come by. This person had her dog with her and the waitress/bartender stopped, touched and played with the dog. She stated to her manager that she would take her write up today because her baby (the dog) was here. The manager stated you can play but don’t touch. She had already touched the dog. She did a wet rinse of her hands with no soap. That’s not great customer service at all. When the other waitress brought my food out and sat it in the bar area I refused for her to touch it and I got it myself.

This place was absolutely amazing!! My husband and i were passing through and stayed at a hotel very close to Walk Ons. We sat at the bar and Miranda was our bartender. She was super friendly and she made GREAT bloody marys (which you can take to-go!!)!! We ordered the ribeye poboy (by her recommendation) and it was honestly one of the best things we ever tasted!! Also got the fried alligator, duck and andouille gumbo, and catfish atchafalaya (catfish, fried crawfish tails, crawfish etoufee on a bed of rice), and red beans and rice which were all super delicious. Not one bad thing to say about this place. The atmosphere was great, the location was convenient, and we're just really sad that we dont have a place like this back at home!

This is the Third Walk-Ons location I have visited and am very impressed with it. The food is cooked properly and presented very well. The service at this location is top notch as well. Okay, let’s talk about service and “Southern hospitality”, something so rare in NJ , I almost forgot how incredible it is. Maiya is an amazing server, busy AF, and never missed a beat. Totally on top of her game. And the AGM Amanda clearly knows about orchestrating a busy day. The food here is amazing, from the sliders to the Tuscan chicken and turkey and Swiss grilled sandwich, everything was done so perfectly, there is no question about the menu’s intention. Come here if you’re in New Orleans, you won’t be sorry.

I went in lunch time and we don't had to wait, we went straight to the table, the waitress she was very kind, she paid attention to what we ordered, love that, we didn't have to ask for water or whatever we was drinking, she took good care of us 5⭐ on that, temperature was just fine not like those places that you have to go with a big sweeter on middle of the summer. The food, was fresh and tasty and came out just in time, soooo good that food, I ordered a spinach wrap with green beans and delicious 👍. The only thing I will love to use is the beer thing they have on table, but was down at that time but still super cool you sitting on your table with your friends drinking beers just right where your hand can reach. Of course I will come back to this place and you have to try it too This was my experience but can vary with other people Thx you guys for your business and services ✌️

Excellent sports bar with lots of TVs and attractive, helpful wait staff. The food is what sets this place apart, though. In addition to regular sports bar fare, a variety of Cajun options are available comma including mini healthy choices. The pepper jelly shrimp salad was extraordinary, as was the tuna wrap.

I would give a 3.5 if I could. Pretty good because it was quick and conveniently near the hotel we were staying at. The etouffee was alright better places locally for that. And I am not a local. The mojito I ordered had almost no alcohol in it. I tasted it in my first few sips but not after that. Not the goal to become inebriated, but even weak drinks where I am from are stronger than that.

This was an alright experience for food, I was in town for a conference and had to find dinner my first night in town. Dining alone i found it difficult to get my servers attention and eventually had another server bring me my check. I had a mojito and it couldve used a little more mojito and a little less ice. Went here on a day trip to New Orleans, grabbed dinner on a Monday night before a Pelicans game. The beer selection was decent, and the menu seemed pretty extensive. However, the fries were cold for all three of us, and the bartender seemed annoyed at our every request, regardless of how politely we asked. I'm hoping we just caught them on a bad day, but with so many other options in the area, I would probably venture somewhere else on my next LA trip.
