Reviews of Seafood Sally's
Perry Harrell
Overall I enjoyed Seafood Sally's but as my vacation went on I had other meals that I enjoyed much more. I stopped by pretty late on a Thursday evening and things were pretty slow.
I was seated at a 2-top table across from two banquettes with two couples each seated facing me. I understand closed sections, especially late in the evening but I should have asked to move / sat at the bar. I proceeded to then perform crab-eating for their date night which was super awkward.
Overall the space though is very bright and colorful and I can only imagine how nice it is in warmer months (both inside with open air and their patio/outdoor area.)
The service was friendly and very quick. I had the charbroiled oysters which were good, very sizable. The gumbo was tasty as well, although slightly lukewarm when delivered. Then I dipped into the BBQ crabs...
They were simmered in a BBQ butter and that oily "sauce" was served underneath the crabs. It was too oily to find edible and the garlic bread was also soaked in butter already. Overall though I thought the flavor was really good on the crab itself...a nice heat. But yes, quite a mess as you can imagine and quite the show for the tables staring my way!
I'll definitely come back to Seafood Sally's if I'm in the neighborhood.

This place was by far the best restaurant I ate at during my stay in NOLA. The food was so. freaking. amazing. We had the fried turkey necks, honey butter cornbread, flame broiled shrimp, bbq blue crab and a slice of key lime pie. I can’t even pick one because it was all so good. The staff was very friendly too and the place had a great atmosphere. I felt like I was having dinner at grandmas house. Can’t wait to come back to Seafood Sally’s!

Came in during their oyster happy hour. Unfortunately we weren’t told that there was a difference in price between the different oysters they served, and had to pay full price on 2 dozen oysters because they weren’t part of the promotion. $64 is a lot more then $24. Would have appreciated if our server told us beforehand, knowing we were there for happy hour pricing. We even asked while ordering to make sure, and they assured us the oysters would be priced at happy hour. All good tho, didn’t make a big deal, paid the bill and still tipped well. Just wish they would’ve worked with us on the price. Review would be higher if not for all that. Food and drinks were good nonetheless. Not tryna put anyone on blast so I cropped out the servers name.

There aren’t enough words. It’s SO GOOD I’ve been here twice in less than 36 hrs.
Amazing 🤯
Great Roasted Garlic Shrimp / Crawfish Etouffee / LET’S TALK ABOUT THE CORNBREAD 😭🤤
I am addicted! Today we had the Boil Pot 🤯
I have absolutely nothing to complain about! Home run!!!
I must add the place is beautiful and the staff is top notch. They even get 2% of ur bill for mental health ❤️
We were 4 ppl ate with $100

Awesome dining experience! The Turkey necks were legit. As someone who hadnt had them before, were very delicious. The oysters were huge and reasonably priced. The fried pickles were prime. Next time I think I'd go with a sandwich or platter over the boil as it was a bit on the spicy side for me. Will eat again.

This place was quite simply one of the better dining experiences I’ve had in awhile. From the ambiance and color scheme to the delightful staff, it was enjoyable just getting to our table. The guy brought our oysters (ballers dozen) and explained each one. They were delectable. The fried green tomatoes with assorted greens salad were the best maybe I can remember. The poboy had flaky Bahn mi bread with homemade pickles and perfectly fried oysters. But the triumph of the experience was the sweet & savory cornbread. As a side the ice tea was somehow better and more refreshing than common ice tea, I forgot to ask exactly what the leaf was. In addition to all of this the servers all had great senses of humor and timing. Especially Melvin who brought the oysters and said he was our “mother shucker”. Would recommend to anyone.

Great place for happy hour! Great specials, fresh seafood, cocktails were great, staff was super friendly and kind, especially our server Kaylyn! Got the crawfish and the seasoning was amazing. Definitely plan to make it a regular spot for happy hour!

Oysters 10/10 - a dozen for $28
Corn breaded onion rings -AMAZING & gluten free paired w the perfect sauce
Caesar salad was ok, leaves wilted from the catfish we added to it- should have been on the side 4/10
Lemongrass slaw wasn’t creamy like a slaw & no actual lemongrass flavor. Tasted like straight vinegar 4/10
Our order was almost $100
Seems like the sides v overpriced
When we come back it’ll be for the oysters & onion rings exclusively

I’ve dined here approximately twice a month for the last several months. Inside and outside, different servers, and different orders. I’m so pleased that Seafood Sally’s has established itself on Oak street.
The oyster happy hour is clutch. The crawfish chili butter is HOT and delicious. I’ve had the shrimp bahn mi, fish poboy, boils, and a sheepshead catch of the day (wow!).
I love that they have a non-alcoholic beers and mocktails - would love to see more New Orleans establishments follow suit. The outdoor patio is enclosed and the seating is spacious so my friends with kids love coming here so the little ones can roam a bit without disturbing others. Today I sat on the porch and the Jasmine smelled so sweet.

The staff was very friendly upon entering the gate into a garden and front porch of the restaurant in the Black Pearl neighborhood.
The happy hour specials were fantastic! The Satsuma cocktail was tasty. The onion rings and dozen oysters were very good, especially the flavorful grilled oysters!

Walked here while staying locally. Tried the Crawfish Etouffee, Oysters on the half shell and Abita beer which was local.
-Food was very good but portions were not large. So if there is a knock it is that you aren't going to leave stuffed if that is what you are going for. Example- the hush puppy appetizer was 2 hush puppies.
-Indoor and out door seating and out door seems to be dog friendly.
-Beer that I ordered was canned but had hoped for on tap as it was a local brew.
-Etouffee was flavorful but not particularly spicy the crawfish was plentiful and all but a set of head and tails was already peeled and de-veined tail meat.
-Oysters on the half shell tasted fresh and came with the usual crackers, cocktail, horseradish and vinegar options.
Overall the venue was suitable for casual dining, food was enjoyable, and prices were moderate. I'd eat here again.

Courtyard was cute, indoors was pretty. Service was very good. Good drink list. I really liked the tuna special. The mushrooms were a little greasy and I didn't really care for them with the sauce, you couldn't really taste the mushrooms at all, and the bread it was served with was soggy. The crab fingers had the same sauce but a lot less and it went much better together, they were very good. The crab fingers were also served on top of the bread and it was also just really soggy. Shishitos and oysters were great, the vinaigrette with the oysters was particularly good. The courtyard was very buggy, I wish we would have brought bug spray or there were more candles to keep them away.
On my second trip all of the food was fantastic. The drinks were amazing as well.

This such a unique spot and the ambience is perfect.. the service and everyone around was so friendly and kind. The food was delicious, I’ve never had shrimp that good, and the oysters were huge!! Again, can’t say enough about the terrific friendly people !

A hidden gem. Came here on a reference and looking for something to eat at onothers day was quite a chore. Great food and the owner is right there greeting the guest. I was beyond delighted with my experience and will have this at the top of my list when we return.
Hot food, tastey, good service, priced appropriate. Dont be in doubt - go try it out.

Great location (off the beaten path). Outdoor dining options looked cozy and welcoming. Staff very friendly. Hope they expand their menu to include more options. Had the boiled shrimp, and they were delicious, although nothing beyond the run of the mill offering any seafood place offers. Husband wants to try the oysters next.
Alys Richardson
The fried chicken was good. The boiled shrimp was a nice luncheon size but the dinner would have been better with a bread. The wait staff was very new but with assistance she did well. There were no dessert options. The mixed plates added charm to the table setting.
Esteban Duplantier
Excellent service excellent food, perfect setting.
Perfectly cooked boiled shrimp so sweet! Perfectly cooked okra.
Tara Durham
I'm New Orleans and wanted shrimp. We walked in around 5:30 PM on a Friday evening and were immediately seated. The rum punch happy hour cocktail was pretty good.
We ordered and pound of boiled shrimp to share. Be aware the shrimp comes head on, so you are paying for weight you will not eat. The shrimp was really bland. The server did offer to have it tossed in chili butter. We asked for the butter on the side so we could try it. The chili butter gave the shrimp flavor, so I highly recommend it.
Our shrimp arrived way before our sides. My friend ordered the red potatoes, and I ordered a loaded baked potato. I specified butter, bacon and cheese only. When the sides arrived, we were more than halfway through our pound of shrimp.
My baked potato was all wrong. I saw sour cream, bacon and scallions. I notified the server who was very kind and took it to be re-made. We finished the shrimp and my friend finished almost all of her red potatoes before my potato came back to the table. She used some of the chili butter to add flavor to the potatoes, but overall, I think her red potatoes were the best part of the meal.
When my baked potato arrived again, it had butter. I did eventually discover a small bit of some sort of white cheese melted into it, bit no bacon. When I was able to get a server's attention, she did go grab some bacon to put on the potato. The bacon was tasty. I also asked for salt and pepper, which she brought out in cute little crab salt and pepper shakers. When I went to use the pepper, I discovered the hole to fill the shaker on the bottom was covered by duct tape that wasn't sticking so pepper poured out onto my potato.
The baked potato wasn't anything special and was pretty dry, so I used some more of the chili butter to enhance the flavor.
The staff was friendly. We met about four different servers throughout the visit. The food was just okay. Nothing terrible, but nothing to get excited about, either.
April Bennington
Seafood Sally’s was meant to be our dinner when we visited, but neither myself or my friends found much on the menu that was particularly exciting being more “live to eat” than “eat to live” types. That evening’s catch was Swordfish, but we weren’t told what accompanied it. We did; however, each enjoy what we chose as appetizers. I had the Sautéed crawfish tails ala Louis Lipps (after Googling, I know who he is), which had a bit of spicy heat. We also tried the cheddar biscuits and the others went with the Captain’s Fry Basket with Sweet Bayou Shrimp and Oysters on the half shell. The shrimp were quite delicate and delicious. The oysters were huge! All in all we were happy with, but not blown away by Seafood Sally’s.
Stephen Knoblock
Fantastic experience here. Some of the best chargrilled oysters we’ve ever had, cocktails were solid, and firecracker shrimp for appetizer. My wife loved her grilled gulf fish. Our waitress Kaylyn was very professional and attentive! I would say the only drawback was my blackened catfish on a Caesar salad was a little too salty. We will be back!
D
The Service and the seafood were great and Onion rings were incredible. However, their sides, salads and slaw are weak and need improvement!
The raw oysters, shrimp, fried catfish and crab cakes were all fantastic, but nothing truly unique. The char-broiled oysters took forever to arrive and were extremely overcooked (if you are going to cook every bit of moisture out of the bivalve, can we just call it chezy oyster jerky instead?)
Everybody at our table hated the slaw. It was a long thick cut on the cabbage and it tasted like it was dressed with straight up vinegar. I loved that it wasn’t creamy, but the dressing just wasn’t balanced. The Caesar salad was overdressed and some of the lettuce should have been discarded before being served.
The extremely disappointing side menu was the reason we almost skipped Seafood Sally’s! A super dry cornbread, spicy cheese bread, fried pickles and a disappointing vinegar slaw. Even the sides that came with the boiled shrimp were weak (a 1.5 inch slice of corn on the cob? Why so cheap!)
The one major thing that was missing from the menu was a good starchy starch (fries, tots, scallop potato, buttered carrots, rice, rice w/gravy, pasta, couscous, polenta cake, creamy grits, sweet potato, squash casserole, butter beans, etc). My dish just seemed incomplete without one, especially since I really despised the slaw. I can see where a restaurant would not want to serve French fries since they are everywhere, but I have been eating fries with my fried catfish for over 50 years and I really missed them!
Honestly, when I come back to Seafood Sally’s, it would only be for the Onion Rings and Raw Oysters!! The Onion Rings were very good!
Sherelen Hodges
This place was so fun! The staff was so kind and serving. You definitely want to go at happy hour! $1 oysters and great drink specials! Worth the stop for sure!

The food here is soooo good!! I am a New Orleans native and I can’t say enough good things about this restaurant! The service was fantastic and the food was top notch. Give this place a try and you will be back!! We had a private party of 25 and they did family style and they kept the food coming until we couldn’t eat another bite!! The blue crabs were HUGE!!
Rebecca Scully
The food and service is excellent. We had the Crab Santhemum and it was to die for. I had the Caesar with catfish which was fabulous and my husband had the cornmeal catfish. Growing up in Kenticky it was a surprise that they cooked it that way and it was great. I recommend trying this restaurant.
R Jakubowski
Staff was welcoming and pleasant. The cocktails were delicious and unique. The food was soo good! We had a wonderful time and hope to be back again soon.
Carly Pisarri
The clams and the drinks were hands down the best we’ve had. This place is well priced, full of flavor and charm.
Shelby Hearn
Overall enjoyed the experience and the flavors of everything. However had very disappointing crawfish, they were very over cooked making them difficult to eat. All of the other items in the boil were delicious. Would go back but would skip the crawfish.
Peter Kastl
They have boiled crawfish and shrimp, turkey necks, and raw oysters. The crawfish were a little spicy to my taste. This is an authentic Louisiana seafood joint.
alex michael crook
The crawling service was a true reminder that you're in the big easy but the orange wine and the crab claws were mighty fine. The bar manager was great and the guy holding the toilet paper was a straight 10/10.
mary vu
Always a great experience! Lovely staff & great food! Wonderful place with great seafood!
Kate Hoermann (Kate B)
This place is so special, everything has been thought of; from the staff's (brand) of hospitality and knowledge, the fun and light music, the house peach tea, collections of colors for each room and finally, of course the unbeatable seafood. Kaya lead us through our courses with her suggestions, using her obvious depth of knowledge for pairing(s). Without her leadership our meal simply would not have been the same. But I have a feeling that applies to the entire krew at Sally's. We will always come back here, this spot is an amazingly unique, fresh and decadent experience.
Thanks guys, you effin killed it!

Great little find within walking distance of our AIRBNB. Happy hour was still going on when we got there so both got drinks. He had Rum Punch and I had Seasonal Sangria, both were good.
Ordered Jalapeño hushpuppies and firecracker shrimp for appetizers. They were both really good but the firecracker shrimp was beyond amazing. They had a large amount of lightly breaded Jalapeños fried along with the shrimp.
Hubby got the blackened catfish and I got the cup of gumbo.
The gumbo had a lot of good seafood in it and I really liked it. Only thing is, I could have had a lot more spice but really good flavors.
Blackened catfish was really good and cooked to perfection.
Our server was very personable and from our neighboring state so we really enjoyed visiting with him. Service was good, very friendly and didn't wait long for anything we ordered.
Mubeen Ahmed
Absolutely terrific food! Especially the Blue Crab. Even the oysters, see if you can go during happy hour. A buck a shuck
Mike Palmer
Short walk from our Air BnB and we liked it. Joe took good care of us, drinks were yummo and food delicious. Wife had gumbo, I had blackened catfish and the firecracker shrimp app was great.
Jeff Seaver
Couldn't love this place more! Great happy hour.
Kiersten Bottoms
Larry was great at recommending great (and spicy) dishes. He was so pleasant and helpful. Such a delight. As for the food, the curry shrimp was delish and cornbread is enough for 2 or 3! Definitely putting into the rotation of regular seafood spots.
Max Abrams
Stellar food. Stellar service. Lovely space.
The poboy was absolute perfection. Will return asap.
Angie Owens
The atmosphere here is fun, but a bit loud. So don't come here looking for a place to be able to hold a conversation. Outside seating is available.
We got the Captain's Platter (which was $45) and the etouffee. The platter was NOT worth the money. I know we ordered fried instead of grilled, but there wasn't anything that tasted spectacular for the price. I could have had the same food at a Joe's Crab Shack.
The etouffee was amazing though! Good flavors and presentation. Felt like there was plenty of meat to be able to have some with every bite.
The Captains platter was very disappointing. Like minus 2 stars worth disappointed.
J Love
Mr. Ed the manager is AMAZING! Very friendly, accommodating, and welcoming! The food was amazing the broil is spicy but the good flavorful kind of spice. The po boy was delicious and spiced just right. The etouffee was a definite reorder! By the way Ed even helped me to crack my crab and showed me how to eat it. I would highly recommend this place.

Regrettably we took no pictures. We arrived during dinner hours and were blessed to find a parking spot in Sally’s off street parking. We got a table right away The restaurant was clean and classy inside and out. We didn’t have to wait long for our food and it was excellent. I had the crawfish etoufee and my husband had the garlic jumbo shrimp with a side of hush puppies. The staff was very nice and the service was great. Definitely recommend Sally’s Seafood!
Alexis Romeu
Incredible food and drinks. The raw oysters with the nuoc cham sauce were *chefs kiss.*
Charlie Calabrese
I am not a fan of seafood, however my partner and our friends are. They had the seafood boil and loved it. The oysters were a huge hit too. The spicy onion rings were fantastic and their cocktail options are so good. Check the menu before you go and if you’re not a seafood lover, this probably isn’t the place for you, but if you do like seafood it’s 100% worth the trip
James Cobb
There's a lot of great food and cocktails to try at Sally's! Great team of servers and ambiance. I'd recommend sharing dishes with the table. The fried fish and fried oysters were fantastic. Good orange and sparkling wines to pair with dinner.
Jrs “RS” Rs
Mixed thoughts. Very jovial family atmosphere with friendly accommodating staff. Seating was both in and out-doors.
The wine and cocktail list was interesting. The cocktails appeared to have a creative touch. The wines were listed as organic. We gave the wines a try. I found them intriguing and rather refreshing. I had never sampled unfiltered or hazy chardonnay or rose´ before. I want to learn more about them.
Our appetizer, the crawfish, was large enough to share between 3 people. It was delicious, but being very hot and spicy, I would recommend having a small condiment like shredded cabbage, or slivered cucumber (even coleslaw) for balance. My romaine salad w crab was very tasty and with ample crab to fill me up. My companion had a different experience. He ordered the catch of the day entree which was yellow fin tuna, sweet potato w peach salad. The fish and both side items fit on a salad plate w room to spare! We were surprised that his meager meal was actually considered a main course.
Personally, I really would prefer sitting outdoors. Although it was great to be around so many happy families, it was rather noisy for the 2 of us. I do believe that the wines were expensive, although I probably need to know more about them. The catch of the day entree seemed overpriced for the amount of food my companion received.
Overall, the food was very good. The wines really piqued my curiosity. I would recommend this restaurant because I think they may really be on to something.
Alyssa Ramella
Went for happy hour- this place is amazing! best meal i’ve had since moving to the city. $1 oysters during happy hour and the turkey necks are a MUST. Cocktails are very good and a good price. 10/10 would go again and again

Great Food and staff, this place deserves 10 stars, I enjoyed everything garlic shrimp, collard dip, raw and chargrilled oysters, onion rings and the fried turkey necks along with the handcrafted cocktails. Please if you haven't been, then you need to make your way because it's worth the trip!
Patrick Armstrong
New Orleans has so many great neighborhood spots & Seafood Sally's is one of them. My wife & I sat on the porch to enjoy the false Fall weather. I'm usually a fan of the catch of the day, but i got the catfish this time and it was perfectly done. My wife got fried oyster & bacon sandwich. Hush puppies & slaw were great & service was on point.
Wouter de Bie
Lovely spot! We went on a Saturday afternoon and sat at the bar. It's a cool place with great and creative cocktails and lots of good seafood. We had the Caesar salad with buttered crab and fried oysters and shrimp with slaw and remoulade. All really good and fresh. The staff is attentive and the atmosphere is nice.
Joost Morsink
Great seafood place. Had the oysters and the captain plate and it was great. Fried turkey necks were delicious too. Cocktails are different but absolutely fantastic. Great time.
Todd M. Olsen
G0D D@MN!!! If you can only hit one restaurant in New Orleans this should be the place. The menu. I couldn’t commit to one thing so I had to order three. The raw and grilled oysters were yuge and absolutely perfect. My old lady had the boiled shrimp and I’ve never eaten shrimp cooked more perfectly. I loved the shrimp dip appetizer special the big chunks are the perfect touch. The chilli butter on the blue crabs was tasty AF. I actually ordered a second half dozen grilled oysters and drowned them in the leftover chili butter.
The staff was next level. What a friendly snd helpful group of young men and women who really seemed to get a kick out of serving great food and drinks to good people.
Trenton Jones
Friendliest staff I've met on my trip. Best food I've had on my trip by far.
Amanda McMullen
This was one of our favorite stops on our visit to New Orleans, recommended to us by a local. The boiled crawfish with Sally’s chili butter were incredibly juicy and tender and delicious! We felt that the prices were so reasonable for the great quality of the food and the cool ambiance of the place. This is a really awesome option if you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the French Quarter on your visit and get some really excellent seafood.
Nazary Nebeluk
Interesting new seafood spot from the people behind Marji's Grill (which I'm a huge fan of). I went for dinner recently and it was a very mixed experience.
The service was attentive on the front end but on the back end it was a mess. None of the items arrived at the same time or in any predictable order. It seems like the oyster station got backed up and this caused a lot of confusion. We had people walk by our table 3 separate times asking if an order was ours. We didn't get the ordered shrimp cocktail until we were almost done with our meal.
The food was hit or miss. The crawfish tails (far from a mound) were fairly bland and the main note was oil - in fact at the end of the meal the bottom of the dish had congealed. The oysters were EXCELLENT - large and flavorful. Some of the best in town. I got the catch of the day as my entrée (amberjack, blackened) and it was sadly quite unflavorful. Points to them for it not tasting too fishy but also not great that it didn't taste like any kind of actual spice. The boiled shrimp were excellent although not for the faint of stomach.
A note of caution on the cocktails - I got the Hemingway daquiri which is not a cocktail known to be spicy. Mine certainly was. I pointed this out to the waitress and got a fresh one and it too was spicy. I resigned myself to drinking it but I think what's going on is that they have a cocktail called "the boil" that uses boil spice and it lingers in the shakers and bar equipment. Which is to say unless you plan to order that cocktail I'd stick to the beer/wine.
Hopefully with time the service kinks get worked out. This place has a lot of potential and it's nice to see a modern take on a classic New Orleans restaurant archetype - the seafood spot. The menu is currently a little uneven and it's hard to say how much of that is greenhorn staffing and how much is poor chef planning. I have high hopes that on my next visit I'll be blown away.
Laura
The food was good, with surprises in flavors I wasn't expecting. Prices were a little high, but food was tasty. Our server, Terrell, was fantastic!!

Great seafood and wonderful staff. Highly recommend.
Rolonda Mayer
Cute place. Nice patio. Friendly staff. Fabulous boiled shrimp, spicy corn and potatoes. Delicious onion rings. So so boiled crabs. Small, male and the texture was off. Catfish and oysters were good, too. Maybe a bit undercooked. Small beer selection. But hey it's a pandemic and they just opened. I'm going to give them another chance. There is not that much boiled seafood in the neighborhood. I'm gettin the boiled crawfish along with my shrimp next time!
Diana Nadas
We love the the patio atmosphere with outdoor lanterns and string lights - service is “adequate” (a bit lacking in professionalism) my partner said the raw oysters were great and I liked the charbroiled oysters - DID NOT LIKE THE ONION RINGS (I was expecting crispy and light but they’re heavy with a pretty thick coating) The Caesar salad was very tasty, somewhat wilted lettuce and could have used a bit of maybe cucumber or a touch of radish or something to freshen it up - the grilled shrimp were really flavorful but didn’t seem super fresh although they certainly didn’t taste as if there was anything wrong - the martinis were just “ok” and just FYI, please use PITTED olives, as my partner could have choked since he assumed they were pitted - they could also be larger & more flavorful - we were hoping to get the watermelon & crab salad (our fave) but it was removed from the menu - please bring it back! We will return and I’m hoping my comments are taken as constructive criticism!
Christine Proctor
Nice place, cute atmosphere, but food was just ok. Crab legs appetizer too Worcestershire saucy, "Large" boiled crab not all that big & for some reason, the crab's meat was dried out in the legs. Sub par seafood preparation for an area known for excellent seafood.
Sami Robinson
Emma was our waitress, she was super real and friendly. Great experience.
I’m from St Louis and she made me feel right at home. She’s lovely. This place is lovely… aesthetic… down home New Orleans.. fantastic food and personality. Thanks again Emma! We loved you!
Sarah Christopher Foley
I think they are still working out some kinks, which is to be expected because they just opened, but food and drinks were great. We got there right when they opened to have a relaxed mother's day lunch and sat outside next to the rock patio, which my kids enjoyed playing in. The Hemingway Daquiri was killer as was a glass of the "Big Salt" white wine blend. The kids menu is not super kid-friendly because the fried catfish is the same preparation as the main menu and was a little spicy for my kiddo. The kid's fried chicken is a huge piece of bone-in chicken, which was good but also not the easiest for the kids, and I hope they switch to strips. The oysters on the half shell are the best gulf oysters I have had in my life, and I am an oyster fiend, enjoying east coast, west coast, and gulf coast types. We also had crawfish tails in a bbq butter sauce that I wanted to drink, caesar salad with fried oysters, blackened catch of the day (amberjack) with cucumbers and tomatoes, and they were all SO GOOD. I can't wait to go back and try the boiled seafood with chili butter.
Aimée Sedky
The food was delish. The atmosphere is cool and chill. Loved our server Lauren! And the cocktail menu was sooooo good! I need to be careful with those Pirate Queens...they are too good!
Allison Juge
Raw oysters, fried oysters, boiled shrimp garlic butter sauce and killer garlic butter sauce.
Douglas Warfel
What a great new place for Oak street. I loved my first visit and looking forward to many more. Sat at the bar and received friendly and fast service. Food came out quickly and was prepared perfectly. The vibe is beachy, clean, and bright.
And on an odd note... gotta check the TP holders. Love it
David Ballard
Great selection of seafood. Boiled shrimp and crab fritters highly recommended. Service was excellent and outside seating was comfortable and safe

Hands down, the BEST bbq shrimp I have had in the city of New Orleans. I’m constantly eating my way through the city and I’ll benchmark seafood restaurants by their bbq shrimp and or their PoBoys. And the honest truth is, it’s hard to have a bad version of either in this city. But there are levels to it and some are MUCH better than others. This is one of those locations you’ve got to get to and just try any of their food. We sampled oysters, blue crab, bbq shrimp and some cocktails. All were incredible and we will be racing back to try more of their menu. Delectable!
