Tuna poke bowl with cucumber watermelon water to wash it down. Needed a clean meal for fuel after a great leg workout, actually ordered while at the gym for pickup. Walked in at my pickup time, gave my name and the food was ready to go. In and out and on my way to get fueled up. Amazing Tuna poke bowl, tons of flavor, tuna was great, spice on point, veggies perfect amount.

Very yummy! Everything was fresh and tasty. The menu might be overwhelming but the nice workers were patient and helped me decide on options. The fish was fresh and all of the toppings were flavorful.

We were staying at the hyatt regency and wanted dinner in so thought I'd try my first poke bowl. We each got the king loa bowl, and while the fish definitely tasted fresh, overall I wasn't wowed. The rice in mine was really dry, and my husband's bowl with noodles had a large amount of liquid at the bottom. Even adding soy sauce left the flavor feeling flat... It needed something to punch it up- maybe something with some sweetness or more acidity.

This place is great and clean. The food is very tasty and large bowls. Even the medium bowl was filling. There are signs on the wall that help guide you in building your bowl. I had the medium spicy tuna bowl, which isn't too spicy, with lots of toppings and a spicy sauce/dressing. There are sime cocktails that they make, and they sound pretty enticing. Will have to try them next time. There is even flavored water that is good for a hot day. Can't wait to come back.

Excellent Poke and Ramen! My family and I have tried Poke and Ramen all over the states and Europe. This location is always fresh, fast, and wonderful tasting. I highly recommend a visit. The staff are excellent too!

Poke loa is like Poke meets Chipotle. Is it James Beard award-winning, fresh on Waikiki good? No. But still really great. King loa bowl was spot on and crushed that craving.

I love Poke Loa! Its the most consistent place in the city. I've been around 50 times; most to the Magazine location since its been open a lot longer. Always super fresh! This place deserves 5 stars. To the person who gave it 2; You didn't even comment on the food. A cafeteria? Its not fine dining. The only thing protein they just scoop into your bowl is if your get the spicy tuna, which is always perfect. It doesn't need any fancy treatment for that. Learn your food and talk about that instead of getting into your feelings and giving a great spot a bad review.

So fresh and so clean! Love the King Loa Bowl add crispy onions. Quick and friendly, although they require card by phone for call-ahead ordering.

If eating out daily was economically doable, I'd get Poke Loa probably 5 days a week. Everything is fresh, the flavor is extraordinary. Making your own combo is delicious. But I think you get the most variety and volume for the price with the King Loa. I often have some leftover after lunch for a snack or dinner later and it's just as good. Seriously 👍

I've had poke many times, and this just wasnt anything special. The rice was dry, crab salad had a weird texture and greens weren't bite sized; just huge leaves. And they forgot the poke sauce. That being said, the seaweed salad had a very rich taste (which was better then the dried stuff you normally get), avocado is free on wednesdays, online ordering was easy, and the rest tasted ok. So unless I find something better, I'll try it again.

Fresh raw fish and greens. The King Loa bowl here is my current go-to favorite lunch. Every person I bring for the first time loves it. So glad Poke Lo exists here!

Discovered this nice little restaurant walking from my hotel to another restaurant, had to stop and so glad I did. Ordered a large (4 scoops protein) salmon and tuna (king loa?) and it was so so good! Priced right for high quality ingredients. Server was very nice and place was quiet enough for me to actually enjoy my meal, which is weird for downtown NOLA. Would recommend 100% and definitively coming back.
