Everytime I order from this Pizza Hut the food arrived hot and prepared exactly as I wanted it. Their delivery time is really good. I order both via the Pizza Hut app and online which is really convenient. I've had the pleasure of speaking with the owner of this location and who is a really pleasant and professional person!

Extremely fast late night food and there is literally one man doing all of it cooks and rings you up and hes doing a great job and he still has a smile on his face all of you need to fork over some tips because this guy is awesome and he deserves a raise. 9/9/2022 at 9:30 pm to the manager that reads this. I didn't see his name on the reciept.

The pizza was delicious. When I got there I stood at the counter. I could see my name and it said ready. One employee was looking at me and talking to someone, another employee walked by twice never acknowledging me. About 3 minutes later the one looking sai to the person he was talking to that I was there. The manager looked around the corner and finally said can I help you. Then told the kid to get my pizza and sat back down. Good thing the pizza was great

Ordered a pie yesterday and it was so good I had to ask my kids if it was "Just me". They agreed that it was much better than usual. I don't know what changed but keep it up!

I just want to say that the manager Tara is so AMAZING! Her customer service is Impeccable! The way she greets you and makes sure your order is satisfactory is a major plus! She needs a raise or just put her over customer service!

My pizza seemed to be a little dried out, with very little sauce. I always like to ask for extra sauce but always end up asking for a side of marinara because the request is usually not fulfilled. The pizza still looked good and the wings I ordered also still looked good.

Dine in area is large but very messy, HOWEVER the pizza is the best stuffed crust pizza hut pizza I've ever had. Period.

In the past I have had problems with this Pizza Hut the previous managers were very rude and was not good with customer service at all but today however the new GM name Mike is wonderful he is a prime example of what customer service should be he solve my issues correctly today and spoke with me in a manner every manager to speak to a person in! I am highly satisfied with the customer service and fresh food I received today

Asked for no ground meat on half ended up with sausage on the whole pizza. It was a good pizza after I had to pick all the ground meat off because you couldn't tell what side had the hamburger and sausage. Place was clean cashier was nice, and the cheese bread was tasty. Gave 3 stars because of toppings that weren't wanted still being there.

First time purchasing from this Pizza Hut on Rousseau due to skepticism about the quality of the food. I ordered the wings and cheesy bread. The wings were perfect. The cheesy bread, my favorite thing about pizza hut is the cheese and the bread, had not even bare minimum cheese. It was saddened and not okay. I'd order the wings again. I am willing to order cheesy bread one more time since the service was great. I'll be sure to check the cheesy bread before I exit the store next time.

Severely short staffed. There seemed to be only 2 employees working the lunch hour rush and with only 2 ppl doing EVERYTHING! One of the workers was also the DELIVERY person leaving ONE person to take orders, cook, make pizza, answer phones and all with a very nice calm and even pleasant demeanor. The food was excellent, however, I can't give 5 stars due to the fact that the wait was pretty long due the a shortage of employees. I would love to see places such Pizza hut and Wal-Mart treat their employees better ensuring a happier and more dedicated employee.

It was a decent experience. The staff wasn't very attentive. A lot of loud unprofessional swearing and conversation but, it is a quick service restaurant and not 5 star dining. The restroom was something left to be desired but the rest of the establishment was pretty clean and kept up. It's set up as a "pick up or to-go" establishment but there is plenty of space inside and out for dining there.

They pizza, wings are delicious and we're nice and hott right on time when I ordered them. I definitely want a Pizza Hut in Walmart. So I have those wings all the time

I pass up several other Pizza Hut locations, just to come here. (this is definitely my Go To location!) We come here just about every week and we get postive results every time Customer service is high and professional, food quality is hot and fresh and order accuracy is right on point. Facility is clean and there's also a eating area inside and outside to enjoy some pizza on a lunch break, a weekend afternoon, etc.

Average Pizza Hut, we would like a more dine in atmosphere, but most Pizza Huts are set up for take outs. You can dine in, but you are rare bug if you do that. And the air conditioned is always set too cold for my mexican family...

Great Experiences..Mgr. Daron Greeted all customers, was made to feel Very Welcome..The Cook's and staff were Also Very Friendly and Professional...I only Waited about 8-9 mins and My Order was ready..Small Personal Meat lovers.."Only Negative is that "Upper Management" Removed the All you can Eat Lunch Buffet from THIS LOCATION.... NOW Me and my family have to Travel all the way to the Gretna Location on the Westbank,when I live nearby this Rousseau Pizza Hut..."Bummer".. Otherwise Great Experience..I would Recommend this Location for Professional Service.. with Daron as a Great Gen Mgr.and team Leader.."Please Restore the Lunch Buffet..and If People are abusing it, I recommend keeping an attendant to monitor the Dining area...,"Loyal Customer..😇
