Reviews of Pizza Delicious
Nils Hünerfürst
It was a total blast. I had the White Pie with the garlic knot as side and it was my best pizza experience in my life. I ate pizza in Roma, Italy, Berlin, Portugal and many more. But this little Restaurant with cool and nice people around made it to my personal #1. will never forget.

NYC style pizza with the thin, crispy crust right here in nola. This place has built a great reputation and strong following and all of it is well deserved. Like the name states, the pizza is delicious. It’s consistent. Standard pizza toppings, vegetarian options, vegan options. Pizza by the slice or the entire pie. Indoor and outdoor seating.
Very close to crescent park, take out for pizza picnic.

This is a really nice pizza spot, they have more on the menu...but so far I've only tried the cheese and pepperoni by the slice. Both were very tasty, but not as warm as I'd hoped for...I like my cheese to be kind of melty when I bite in.
It's a nice casual place to eat, and pet friendly as most places in this area. The only thing that bothered me was the hard seats, if you have back problems like me...bring a cushion or two.
And with most things all in this area, be aware of your surroundings...especially at night.
Be safe all.

We ordered the Margherita pizza and it was some of the best I’ve ever had. Stringy cheese fresh basil and crazy good marinara on a thin crispy crust that has a snap to it. Reminded me of NY stone oven pizza. Must try if you’re looking for pizza. Upon arrival I was like damn there’s a pizza joint here? Don’t be discouraged. The street is a bit bumpy but once inside you’ll feel really good. Service was great, the staff was helpful and welcoming.

Great dinner spot. Staff was amazing. Service was amazing. I went after going bouldering at New Orleans Bouldering Lounge. Got 2 slices of the roasted cauliflower pizza as an appetizer then order the Margherita pizza as the meal. Honestly liker the roasted cauliflower better. Both were amazing. Pretty much ate a whole pizza. 10/10 Would recommend. Driving home, you can see the graffiti/artwork around the neighborhood. Depending on where you side with that it's a bonus.

The Pizza IS delicious here. We ordered the garlic bites which have real garlic on them. Overall very homemade style and true to the NY style with the thin crust. We ordered pick up and I wasn’t the one to pick up the food, but I was told it was a hot mess when picking up. I noticed they have pasta dishes too on their menu, might need to try that next!
Bon Cleaver
Good pizza and nice vibe, we ate outside in the garden. Pizzas are huge and Greek salad was fresh. Just a shame when we went inside to ask for cutlery for the salad, there were no forks outside, the waitress gave us attitude and told us to eat the salad with our hands.
Mason Hayward
Great pizza place! Pizza is always perfect and staff is friendly! One of my favorite pizza joints in the city definitely recommend!
Brittany Fox
Incredible NY style pizza. The price is a little wild. There is a mandatory 12% gratuity on all orders, so a carry out pizza is $35.
Darrell Eddy
I went because I saw the Barstool Pizza review. Well, I was not disappointed. The pie was covered from edge to edge with toppings and the crust was well toasted. Tue location is hard to see in the middle of the block surrounded by houses. I missed it the first time I drove by. I should have known because the block was full of cars. The place was full of customers and they had a fair amount of seating indoors and outdoors in a courtyard. Great pizza and I'll order it again when I'm in New Orleans.
Dave Chester
Went in for a slice and had to have a second! A very nice pizza place - great pizza and a nice environment. I was there at lunch.
Jan Bruno
Pizza D was the perfect place to spend a sunny Sunday afternoon.
The staff is absolutely wonderful.
I've been thinking about the orzo salad for months, and I'd have had to be hospitalised had I eaten any more garlic knots.
I love this place.
jon w. edwards
Best pizza you'll find in over 1,000 miles. First time I tried Pizza Delicious ten years ago, they were serving pies a couple days a week out of a community kitchen. Returning to New Orleans after a decade and seeing their permanent location, I was really hoping the food would still live up to that experience, and it absolutely did. Looking forward to more the the next time I'm down in NOLA.
Dream Tiger
Probably the best pizza pizza in town and a local fave, everything is delicious, people are lovely, beautiful restaurant and courtyard. Fun friend hang out and families come here too. I'm personally a slice and salad kinda lady and the salad are also super fresh and delicious
Benjamin Martin
I am always floored at how wonderful this restaurant is. It has delicious pizza and even vegan options. They always answer the phone and are extremely friendly. Thank you so much to Betsy for working with me and being extremely helpful and professional. A true pizza hero.
Jp Russek
Friendly take away pizza spot with eating in tables, I loved how vgn friendly this place was and the pasta/ pizza options were really good
Mj Brown
The Pizza was great! Service was even better.
Atmospher perfect

We come here everytime we are in NOLA 😬😅
Because it is delicious and it's NY style.
Large pie and knots to go. Even bought a t-shirt this time... and then went online to buy another. It's good people and good food... the park is nearby if you want a picnic... the beer garden is next door. Great location and service
Leilani Anderson
Decent pepperoni pizza. Like the fountain drink station was clean as well as the restaurant.
JeAnne Swinley
This is the place to go to for delicious thin and yet chewy crusted pizza in Nola. The specialty pizzas are always varied and I haven't had a miss yet. My only grumble is I wish they had more standard toppings for add ons....but the ones they have are solid. Garlic knots are so yummy too. I've also had the buccatini there and it's solid. All their pasta dishes look fresh and delicious... It's just hard to resist not ordering the amazing pizza. Salads are also refreshing and tasty.
John Gallo
Large pie and garlic knots for a lovely picnic in the park. Pizza and knots were delicious, as always. For a NY type pizza in NOLA, Pizza Delicious cannot be beat.
ALEXANDER REYES
I have to say. This play is delicious. Hence the name. I couldn't give it a 5 only because, im a tough cookie to just say the best. But it is probably the best pizza you can get for MILESSSSSSSSSSSSS.... Cheers amigos see ya'll soon!
Tony Fuentes
For the tourist, this place is a very nice and cozy gem. The outside seating on a nice cool day is perfect. The pizza is definitely delicious! The broccoli and cauliflower stuffs are really damn good also. Kid friendly. The neighborhood has tons of charm and its near a park that takes you down a path along the river to the French Market.
Bob Bari
Great pizza and salad! Reminded me of the pizza from the Northeast. Would definitely get pizza here again. Reasonably priced as well.
Jill Y.
BETTER PIZZA THAN NYC! Margherita was PERFECTION! SUPER thin and crispy! Friendly staff, great pizza, yummy rum punch, and Envie on tap. We were lucky enough to beat a long line a 8pm on a Saturday night. After standing in line for 7 minutes, ordered..and the pie was delivered to our table in about 15 minutes. Can't wait to go again!
Suzie Klinge
Amazing! Ordered Garlic knots and we each got our own slices. The slices with the vodka sauce were our favorite! And draft PBR!!
John Robertson
As a native New Yorker, I searched high and low for three years to find a great NY pizza place in New Orleans, but Pizza Delicious stands out as the best NY-style pizza experience in NOLA. I say "experience" because it truly replicates the style that I am used to; casual and warm environment, great pizza, garlic knots, salads, and pasta. Pizza is of good quality, whether you get normal cheese (my favorite) or one of their great specials (I just got their italian sausage pizza last night, it had big chunks of red peppers and sausage, amazing). I will say that I think Mid City Pizza's pizza is a little bit better, but Pizza D has the edge on overall experience. Often crowded, but recent renovations included extra seating, so usually you can get a seat. Besides, its the best pizza in the city, so of course its crowded. My only only problem with Pizza Delicious is that I need to drive 20 minutes to get there from my uptown home. Pizza delicious, if you are listening, please please open up a new location uptown, it would be a huge hit with the Tulane crowd.
Kenneth Grant
This is the best NY style pizza I have had in a while. The crust was so crispy and you could fold it and eat it like it's supposed to be eaten.
Lucinda Breeding-Gonzales
The large margherita pizza was delicious and hot.
Usually, I can stop myself after eating two slices of any pie. I could NOT stop eating, and polished off half of this pizza. My wife ate the other half.
Mayur Bhakta
This place is a little away from French quarter but def worth the lyft ride. Garlic knots were delicious. Crunchy outside with soft inside. Pizza was perfect. The crust is the perfect level of fold. Ideal NY style pizza. Service was great. Indoor sitting is nice. The pizza is huge. Best pizza we had in New Orleans.
MARTY Sepulveda
Looking for late pizza while visiting New Orleans and found great reviews on this place. It’s not in the best area we ended going back streets to get there older neighborhood but this place Pizza Delicious was sooo good! Fresh hot pizza! Atmosphere was upbeat outdoor sitting area along with indoor great music. We will definitely be back!
Del Gado
Love this spot. They have great pizza, thin and crispy crust. Cheese, pepperoni and Margherita. Nice salads, great beer selection and some wine. Outdoor sitting. Free parking on the street. I would say is one of the best pizza joints in town period. Cheers!!!
Vylet22
Crust is thin and crispy throughout. We got pepperoni, roasted garlic and FRESH basil! PBR on tap and the salads were equally impressive (Ceasar and Greek). 12% gratuity is included to be split among the staff and they definitely earn it. Plus I dropped some xtra cash in the tip jar. There's no table service but they do bring the food to your table when it's ready by the number plaquards they use. They also coursed it out and brought our salads first then the pizza about 10-15 minutes later. Some of THE best pizza in the 504 area (as of October 2021). Oooh they also have an outdoor patio!
Sarah Almazan
We got in at 5pm right before the dinner rush. We ordered the pizza rolls, Caesar salad, and margarita pizza. The pizza had good flavor and is extremely thin. Not enough to fill 4 people.
Jye Turk
2-3 people can easily share a pie. They customize to your liking and make great suggestions when not possible. Some of the best pizza in new orleans and execellent service/consistency.
Dan Sorak
Awesome New York style pizzeria in the Bywater district of New Orleans! The pizza crust was thin yet chewy and incredibly delicious! They also offer pizza rolls, a few different pastas, and salads and all at a reasonable price. Whenever visiting a new pizza place, I like to order the Margarita Pizza as it allows one to truly taste the sauce as well as to get a feeling of how fresh the ingredients are. Pizza Delicious did not disappoint! The sauce was flavorful but not overly sweet or spicy. The mozzarella was fresh as was the basil that was sprinkled over the top of the pizza after it came out of the oven. My daughter ordered the spaghetti carbonara, which was fresh and tasty without being too heavy. The pizzas seem large, but in reality are very manageable for anywhere between two and four people. We will definitely be visiting again!
Texas Boiii
One of the best pizza slices I have had in my lifetime. It’s also great that you can order by the slice since if you are like me, you can’t eat a whole pie and you enjoying the slice slowly. Prices are reasonable, service is fast, the location is neat, and I also enjoyed their rolls
Benjamin Bourgeois (Ben)
The Hawaiian and supreme slices were incredible and some of the best pizza I've had in the city so far.
Kourtney Rusow
Pizza D is the most reliable, tasty and fresh pizza joint in New Orleans. Grab some za, go around the fence for more beers at Beirgarten after stuffing yourself with perfect dough and high quality toppings. It's my go to at all times in the bywater.
Steven Friend
Awesome pizza. It's challenging to find good NY-style pizza in Nola, but this place is IT. I come back to NOLA once or twice a year, and I must take my pilgrimage to Pizza Delicious. Ohh... The Pepperoni ball is astounding! Order one... You won't be disappointed.
Jason Ohlstein
The best pizza in New Orleans and possibly south of the Mason-Dixon line. Friendly owners and staff along with a good location close to crescent Park. Very busy during peak hours but well worth the wait. There's specialty pizza and there cauliflower and pepperoni rolls are incredible. There's no better way to describe their pizza then awesome.
num1lsufan
I liked the food here... nice restaurant, nothing to fancy but great and cosy atmosphere... Caesar’s salad was good, and try the calzone they had... delicious... even better then their pizzas in my opinion... we had a Meat Lovers style pizza with extra cheese, Peperoni Sausage and canadian bacon... it was nice... the crust was thin and crispy, the way I like it... service was good and the prices are average... I liked the food there and it was a good experience...
Andrew Hanson
Probably some of the best pizza in New Orleans. The line went all the way out the door. Good thing we ordered ahead! The whole place had this comforting vibe to it that I can't quite place. Not to mention this awesome sign:
Ryan H
I have high expectations for pizza and on a recent trip to NOLA, I found high marks for Pizza Delicious. I took an Uber from the Art District and it was a quick 10 minute drive. Once at my destination the line was about 12 people deep, but moved very quickly. I ordered two slices of pizza which I was allowed to customize just like I wanted. I ordered a beer and the pizza rolls and sat down to wait. It was a great location for people watching and enjoying my beer while I waited for my pizza. The pizza arrived quickly and was very delicious. The pizza rolls were a little dried out but had great flavor. I highly recommend this pizza parlor if you enjoy New York style pie.
Graziella DiRenzo
Delicious pizza- the name truly does the product justice. Good vegan, vegetarian, and meat lover choices. Friendly staff- and the quick service.
Garner Robinson
Most delicious pizza in town! Our favorite spot for family dinners with the toddler.
Toni Dupuy
Pizza was good and a good selection of "by the slice" pizza. The garlic knots were really good and a decent local beer selection for a small place. Not sure if I'd go back for a special trip (quite far from my house), but I would for a quick, cheap dining option if I was in the area.
Rita A
The pizza is delicious. But the staff's attitude has become more and more abhorrent. We used to go in and have a pleasant experience; great intake, good food and enjoyable environment plus the best soda fountain. Now you have to brace yourself to deal with the staff. Now we discuss our options before going in there to grab a pie. It used to be a no Brainerd.
Raymond Jones
Don't go on weekend. It's greasier caus the oven belt is set faster to keep up either demand. BRING BACK THE ROLLS A GNOCCI. I will change to 5 stars
Mike Spongili (Mike)
Been here and picked up from here and had delivery from here so many times. I love the 18" thinner crust pizza you can just fold in half, and so good that half the time I end up just getting the cheese pie because it really needs no toppings. The Caesar salad is great, and the pasta is excellent too, the times I've sampled my friends' (I always get the pizza.)
Eliane Archambeault
Great pizza. It tastes very authentic to pizza served in NYC and Chicago.
Michelle Machado
My favorite pizza place you can't go wrong whatever you order will be fantastic.
john white
Located in the Bywater area of New Orleans, this is 1 of the best pizza joints in the area. You can order by the slice. My son had the pepperoni pizza & I shared the garlic knots. My son works in a nearby restaurant & eats here when he gets off. That says something to me.
Jason Tierney
Every time I'm in NOLA, I gotta get my Pizza Delicious fix. It's located in the cool Bywater neighborhood alongside the Mississippi River.
Big NY style slices with a huge selection of toppings. Also several pasta and salad options. My go-to is caramelized onions, peppadews, and garlic mushrooms. BOMBER!!! Vegan options, vegetarian options, and adult beverages, too.
No dine in option during COVID, but you can still pick up pizza deliciousness at Pizza Delicious and enjoy it at home or in Crescent Park. When they re-open for onsite dining, the outdoor picnic table option is the place to be.
David Nguyen
Ok pizza. Probably not the best I've had in the area. I ordered online through their website for pickup. They make you pick a time for pickup, so you go there at that time and stand in line for them to give you your order. I came at my scheduled time and there were a few ppl ahead of me in line. I had ordered the garlic knots and a pizza. Once they got to me, they told me it would be a few minutes since my knots were in the oven. 15min later my knots were ready but they couldn't find my pizza. They then told me they misplaced my order and it would be another 15min for them to make it. Pretty unorganized service and not sure how they didn't check my pizza while they were waiting on my knots. Pizza and knots are ok. Not sure I would go again unless they were a little more organized and streamlined with their service
mark schroeder
Best pizza in New Orleans by far. Order to go ahead of time and then walk over the bridge and eat your pizza in Crescent park by the Mississippi.
Lakiwa D
Great food. The best garlic knots I have ever tasted. So fresh! The bread and garlic 😋 My daughter, who does not like thin pizza, loves them.
Tirzah Arnold
Best pizza in town! My favorite place to grab a good slice and a pint.
Daniel Burkett
Had the pepperoni, excellent quality.possibly the best slice in Nola.will return
Two Frews
Great flavors and size of pizza, good beers (although in a little sketch looking neighborhood), but well worth it!
Stanford Rosenthal
Tasty rotating specials, always with vegetarian and vegan options. Friendly staff and beautiful space.
Jimmy Francis
Even though Dave Portnoy said it's really good, it's really okay. I've had better cheese pizza. It's still pretty good, but not the best I've ever had. The cheese and pepperoni are actually not their better pizzas. Imo, the better ones are the specials. 3.8/5
shell shocker
Amazing atmosphere and location. The pizza was out pronto and also delicious. Beautiful undercarriage and not a whole lot of flop. The fresh sauces the fresh cheeses need I say more!
Hunter Gautier
We had pizzas by the slice, Pepperoni, Cheese, and the “White Pie” (pizza). My favorite was the “White Pie”. It was NY style and the thickness was perfect for me and the cheese-to-sauce ratio was good. The staff was friendly and the pizza came out in 5-10 minutes.
Esmond Burke
The pizza was NY style with thin crust pies and 18" diameter. We were able to mix and match 2 different pies in one box. We had half Hawaiian and half artichoke pies. Cost about$25. Pies were excellent. They were not oily or soggy even after refrigeration and microwave heat up. The host were Louisiana friendly and was very accommodating with our needs. Overall good place. Nice cozy seating and gone upbeat crowd.
Jonathon Stevens
Easily one of the best, if not the best pizzas I've ever eaten.
Sam Ray
Overpriced and not particularly delicious. Staff was friendly and polite but ultimately 46$ for a pizza and a cookie and a soda is just not giving.
Amy
Just as the name says delicious pizza and filling salads. They also have a decent beer and wine menu.
P “CoachPrep” S
Great pizza. No table service. Cool little location.
Raymond Clunie
This place is so good. I wanted to slap my mama
Pixel Popping
Just had a wonderful time and the pizza was a brilliant New York style. Some expectations per personal taste: the dining area is small, but there is an outside area. The workers are friendly and some are eager to please, so of you'd rather not have them come check on you often, let them know. One size of pizza 18", but you can order by slice if that's a bit much.
H
Update 01/18/22 - The pizza is still very delicious, but the wait...my gosh...the wait. From the door to the register with about 4-5 people ordering, it takes about 30-35 minutes. The system they have in place is that there's ONE register to order AND pick up your orders. I called in an order via phone, but when I showed up, I was directed to wait in the one line to pick up. To pick up my phone order, it took 35 minutes of waiting. Advice to Management: Revise your process! You have multiple registers. When you see your employee getting slammed, open up the second one. You can't have folks waiting this long to pick up an order. Especially in this age of rampant car jackings, customers can't afford to have their significant others waiting in cars while you wait for your pizza. Briefly browsing your other reviews, your pickup system is definitely a recurring theme. Please consider a revision. I love your pizza.
Pizza Delicious is amazing. Their pizzas are always fantastic. They do the New York style thin crust that's a huge slice with a decent bite to the crust. Fresh ingredients, good variety, friendly service. The seating outside is really nice as well. Don't forget to try their delicious pastas. I often stop by and grab a couple of slices for me and the family to take to crescent park (less than a block away) and have a quick bite with a view.
Melissa Reyerson
Ordered the vegan vodka pizza and one of the best vegan slices I have ever had. My husband (who is a pizza fanatic) reported his slices were also amazing. Good prices and service - we were very pleased!
Mike Walsh
Just like the name the pizza is delicious, as a tourist and not aure about the area, i took a chance at came here. So glad i did.
Brian Copeland
After Halloween, my stomach was alcohol poisoned. It was Pizza D and their pepperoni slice that saved my life.
Kim Variste
Had the Margherita pizza, garlic knots and salad. Pizza was amazing, nice crust and large enough to share for family of four. Garlic knots and marinara also very tasty. Nice chill environment, family friendly, indoor and outdoor seating available. Would definitely recommend
Antonio
Very good and they have huge pizzas!!!! They have q beautiful garden sitting area!!! Definitely come here
Charles Daniel
Vegan pizza was great! Fresh ingredients. Friendly and accommodating staff. Great price value. Outdoor patio renovations are nice touch!
Eddie
Best pizza and garlic knots I've had in a while.
Steven D
Decent N.Y. style pizza and a decent craft beer selection. The only difference is that in New York, this pizza would be 99 cents a slice.
Britt S
Pizza is delicious lol! Generous portions by the slice. Great customer service the few times I've gone. Wait is short or reasonable when busy. Nice patio with outdoor seating. Would definitely reccomend to give them a try. Can't go wrong with the supreme!
Luke Irwin
A nice cozy place with convenient parking across the street at Crescent Park. The smell as you approach is intoxicating. The pizza did not disappoint. Perfectly cooked crispy crust, delicious all the way around. I understand it can be busy at times, (we went when it wasn't too crowded), but to me it is worth a brief wait. I will definitely make this place a frequent stop.
Bantu D. Gross, Ph.D.
We ordered the meatball pizza as part of the Edible School Yard event. The family loved the big thin slices. I wish we would have gotten it when it was hot (that's on us not them) so we didn't have to reheat. But even after the reheat it was delicious!
Ilene Barton
I really and truly love this place to eat ur Delicious pizza at Pizza Delicious .
_ TheCatDog
Love this place, super close to crescent park - grab a pizza and go eat it with an awesome view. The dough is great, they have vegan cheese options and the butternut squash pizza is really good!
Taylor Griffith
Not the best picture but so good! Very large pizza! Chocolate chip cookie was delicious too!
anika ofori
Whenever I can I go to Pizza Delicious! My favorite menu item is their Caesar salad. They make their own dressing and it is the best Caesar dressing ever! The pizza is made fresh to order with fresh ingredients. I also suggest trying the garlic knots with the marinara sauce. I definitely recommend this place for great pizza!
Andiea Langla
I ordered the stuffed artichoke pizza slice.
The crust alone is amazing and it was so delicious. Not fussy or heavy. This is now Mt favorite pizza. Will travel to get it. YUM
cassie sanchez
Delicious food, consistently friendly, staff and quality ingredients=Pizza D baby
Charles Hall
Best pizza in New Orleans, garlic knots are a must.
Gina Suárez
Very nice thin pizza. Veggie options. Have sits outside where you can be with your dog.
Sean Muyskens
Best pizza and pasta I've had in a long time!
jp71josh
I've tried a lot of pizza around the city but Pizza Delicious remains the best. Their salads and pastas are amazing but pizza and garlic knots are what I go for. If they have the Meatball pizza available you will not want to miss out. It's a great place to grab a quick bit or enjoy some time with friends. I have been over 50 times and every time was the same, perfect.
L J
Great food. I loved it and so did my family. We have been going here all of our lives and the pizza never disappoints.
Rick O
My kids definitely liked the pizza a lot. Great taste and texture.
Trey Rhoton
Staff were extremely friendly and our individual slices came extremely hot and fresh. A great place to cool down on a hot day in NOLA!
Buddy Johnson
The best pizza I've had in New Orleans to date. The crust is nice and crispy, pizza is hot, and the cheese and toppings taste pretty good to me.
It's a little out of the way of normal touristy spots in NO, but worth a visit if you're from out of town. I would guess this is mostly a locals spot for food due to the location. It's a bit of a drive for me, but I've been back a few times now and well worth it.
Emily Shamburger
Freaking insane. Best pizza I've had outside Italy (I got the margarita). Crust is perfectly crispy and chewy. Mozzarella is high quality and delicious. Prices are reasonable. Wish they delivered a little further but their dining room is nice. They don't make you wait in a long line to pick up your to go order. Will take everyone who visits here.
Brianna Cunningham
The food was overall delicious! If you like thin pizza, this is definitely a great place to go. My pizza was nice and hot when it came out and my food did not take too long to be serviced to me. You can order slices if you do not want to order a whole pie. This place is budget friendly. You can get a slice for as low as $2.25 and it is very fulfilling.
David Roa
The pizza was hot and ready, it was delicious. The salad was very tasty and fresh, and the garlic knots were light and airy. 10/10 will be coming back!
Jaeundra Griffin
I'm still thinking about the garlic knots 😋. I also love that you can get pizza by the slice …
Deacon Lawrence C. Houston
When you want a thin crust pizza that's big enough to share with and all are satisfied, this so the place. They do not do all kind of fancy pizzas, but the ones they do are the best. They also woofer salads, pasta, beer and soft drinks. The atmosphere is very casual. They have inside and outside seating.
Connie Haas
Great little place down in the Bywater area. Pizza delicious. Nice atmosphere. Fun to relax and have pizza and a salad.
Rachel Johns
The pies are large, definitely New York style. Dining services really nice. The cashier and food runner are always delightfully pleasant. The cashier and food runner are always delightfully pleasant. They have a nice wine list even though it is not very extensive. The atmosphere is very casual but is nice for an intimate meal.
Seth Hewatt
Great house salad. Can't go wrong with a Pepperoni slice!
Aryel
Today (8/28/18) I tried a beef pepperoni New York style pizza from Pizza Delicious and I am thoroughly impressed! My entire household enjoyed this pizza. I haven't had a GOOD New York style pizza like the one I had today since I was 13 years old visiting NYC (I'm 30 now)! Yummy, yummy, yummy. This pizza was really, really good, had a nice crunchy crust, super cheesy, and the sauce had a nice kick to it. I will definitely order from here again...one box did my family of 6 no justice! I should've bought 2 pizzas! Lol 👍👍
alaine slater
As a native Bostonian and someone who lived in Manhattan for a few years I can honestly say this is the best pizza in New Orleans. The thin crispy crust is perfection and the sauce took me back to places in East Boston that are mere memories now. One bite off the slice and I was transported home. I have had pizza all over the country and this is New York City pizza through and through. Thank you Pizza Delicious I am in love 💘.
Cooking IsArt
Friendly staff over the phone. One size pizza and its pretty big. Im on night 2 with left overs :)
I like this pizza because of the crust. I feel a great crust should have a nice "chew" and it does. I got lots of veggies and no cheese. It was great :)
Bambi DeVille
Their pizza is really good but the biggest surprise here is how absolutely wonderful the salads are. I would go here for a Caesar salad any day of the week. One of the best I’ve ever had. And the shrimp Fradiablo ( if and when they ever have it on the menu)this spicy red shrimp pasta dish is absolutely amazing. Not on my diet but really good.
Stephen O' Farrell
I’ve had a LOT of excellent pizza from New York to Naples. And this pizza is just amazing. So delicious, perfectly cooked base. Teaming full of flavor. This get super busy but opens late.

We took an Uber to this restaurant because the reviews were great. As we were driving it almost looked like we were in a neighborhood since it was dark I was a worried that we were not going to the right place, well we finally pulled up and it was just as you see in the pics. Very nice & clean restaurant, atmosphere was great and the pizza & pepperoni pizza rolls were so good! The only thing I can say is that the employee that took my order was not very nice, she seemed bothered by our presence. Past her everything else was excellent!

I'm a convert. Bye, Mid City Pizza. Hello, Pizza Delicious. Lives up to the name. Quality pizza for a great price. Those little garlic bites/knots are tiny delicious carb candies.
Brianna Lowe-Clark
Definitely my favorite pizza spot while I'm in NOLA. Although it is counter service, the staff made it enjoyable and were quite helpful with my 7 year old and all of his questions. Not only did they make the visit enjoyable, the environment around us was very inviting. The food however...Excellent! We enjoyed it thoroughly and will be back for sure!

Decided to make the 8-minute trek from our hotel in the French Quarter to the Bywater, and it was completely worth it for this pizza. Being from Illinois I haven't had much New York Style pizza, but this was some of the best pizza I've had, ever.
The decor was cool and modern, and the discrete-looking, simple exterior had a cool vibe. Service was very quick and the food was nice and hot. Definitely will be coming back next year!
Mysha Jones
Wonderful environment. Young amazing owners. Great food with underrated pastas! I would eat here everyday. Actually i do.
Dylan Ellender
My wife and I came here looking to try a local pizza business. I must say the pizza was hot, fresh, and DELICIOUS as the name says. The area had a very nice vibe to it as well. We will definitely be coming back.

If you're in New Orleans and want to take a break from seafood, creole, and other local foods ....and you just want a pizza.....go to Pizza Delicious! A delicious New York style pizza and more awaits you here.....with cozy indoor and outdoor seating!
Andrew Tate
Nice atmosphere, good food but why they won’t sell margarita pizza by the slice bothers me. Why? Just why tho
Allison Badon
My favorite pizza in the city! I've been ordering from Pizza Delicious back when they operated in a house and you called to schedule your pick up. It just keeps getting better. Menu changes based on the ingredients available. Large slices so one pizza will feed more than you think. The cauliflower and broccoli rolls are amazing! Pasta is very tasty too.
Christie de la Bretonne
My husband and I splurged today for my birthday weekend and shared a pepperoni pizza which added meatballs and was delicious!!! We even ate outside since it was a beautiful day! Very pleasant meal. Music was nice and not too loud. We definitely need to come back one day.
Nola Mech
This place reminds me of New York style pizza.
Jasmine Melancon
What is not to love about Pizza D!? Everything I've tried I have loved (pizza, pasta, salad, garlic knots). Try their pepperoni pizza, but add roasted garlic and caramelized onions. You won't be disappointed!
Hong “Liz” Nguyen
BEST PIZZA IN NEW ORLEANS!! Okay, so my horrible secret is that I don't love pizza (yes, I said it - don't kill me), meaning I'm super picky and particular when I do eat it. This place uses the best ingredients for their pies and it shows! I get a large pepperoni and a couple salads to share with 2-3 people and we're always happy and full. Plus there's drinks! Get here soon if you can!
Wesley Juneau
As the their slogan implies, Pizza Delicious is simply "delicious pizza." Located in the popular Bywater area of the city, Pizza D offers a variety of slices that are sure to please most palates. Their signature 3 slices are cheese, pepperoni, and margherita. In addition to these ongoing staples, they offer rotating weekly special slices and pies (meatball, Hawaiian, garlic mushroom, etc.) with a wide variety of toppings (usually extra with price pending on the desired topping option). The specials and toppings even include vegan options! If you want something slightly healthier or just not feeling pizza, please try their range of pastas and salads that also have rotating specials. And what better way to wash down this amazing feast than with a great and diverse beer selection (both draft and cans available).
If you are lucky enough to live in the area, Pizza D offers bike delivery (check website for exact radius and details). Patio seating with umbrellas is available on the side of the building. The patio area is pet friendly.
The restaurant is very popular; therefore, there is generally a line and fair wait time associated with this, so just be prepared. It is totally worth it! There is no designated parking lot, but there is usually ample off street parking located around the area. And if the weather allows, enjoy your pizza to-go while you walk around and soak in the sights of Crescent City Park located just one block from the restaurant (highly recommend)!
If you are looking for a premiere, popular, pizza palace paradise, then look no further than Pizza Delicious. You may find yourself walking out with a whole pie rather than just a slice! Enjoy!

My bf and I are on vacation and came here from seeing all the good reviews on here. We got the pepperoni pizza, added jalapeños and a Caesar salad. Overall, it was good but it wasn’t like the best pizza I’ve ever had. Caesar salad had way too many onions for my taste and the crust was a little too chewy. The neighborhood was a little sketchy but I think that’s New Orleans for you, ha! My bf really liked the pizza so that’s why I’m giving it a four :)
Matt K
Great and large pizza. Ideal to share between 2
Joe D Hebert
We had to swing by and pick up some pizza from here. We had heard it was the best in town for NEW York style. We’re from Michigan so it was a double treat. The pizza was delicious and the garlic knots were great also. We would highly recommend it.
Christopher Sanchez
It's the best pizza in New Orleans. Their cesar salad is definitely on my top two in this city. Da D is always consistent since it's inception.

Pizza Delicious in my favorite pizza place in the city!! The thin crust and perfect balance of sauce and toppings keep me coming back for more. Cheese, pepperoni and 2-3 specialty pizzas are available daily by the slice. One slice is huge and a whole pie can easily feed a family. I order a Caesar salad every time I go. The dressing is divine and you can order double croutons at no charge.
Nancy Gervais
The name says it. The pizza is absolutely delicious. The crust is a lot like the New York pizza I grew up with. My favorite is the eggplant parmagiana pizza. I love that you can get individual slices and that those slices are hot and fresh. Great pizza, great low key atmosphere, great wine, great prices.
Luke Starkiller
BEST PIZZA IN NOLA!!! Constantly changing specials and also one of the rare spots to find vegan cheese and other vegan options. Great NY style pizza y'all seriously. Used to live one block away a few years ago when they first opened and ate here at least twice a week -- now live uptown and get down as often as I can!
Ali Rex
10/10 highly recommend! Plain cheese slice is great! I also love the stuffed artichoke special slice, as well as the peppadew and arugula special! Get the garlic knots!
Jackson Ferretti
Pizza is really affordable here and its made like New York style pizza. My only complaint is that when pizza is delivered it can be cold by that time occasionally. Other than that I've never had my delivery where it is sabotaged. This is a must go to joint if you want authentic pizza
Scarle
Everyone has there opinion of good pizza. Personally I did not car for it. I didn't like the burnt crust, cheese and pepperoni pizza. The pizza was also to salty. The staff is super friendly. The establishment is Quant and fun. I might come back to try the pasta some day.
Dillon Gonzalez
Thin, crunchy slice of heaven! Had the Margarita Pizza (which only comes as a pie) great environment and fun waiters.
Catherine
This is the closest to NYC pizza you’ll get in New Orleans. Probably the south. I’m from Jersey/NYC & know my pizza lol. Super delicious !!
Ricardo Camacho
This place is simply amazing! The decor is on point! Sharper than Steve Harvey's hardline in 98! Swag to the maximum decor! The outdoor seating is also super nice.
There pizza is really good too! So if you want to come here to do something other than kick it, order some pizza. I also ate there asparagus spaghetti and I'm not going to lie, after finishing it, I waited in line for about 5 minutes to order another bowl and 2 more slices of pizza.
To me, the NOLA doesn't have a lot of great vegan options but this pizza joint, hands down is the best I've ever had and is probably one of the best spots to go for some vegan option dishes.
Vikinga
Best pizza in town! Also, love the salads here are amazing! Incredible environment.
Lara Mane
I thought it was cooked to perfection, nothing worse than an undercooked pizza as I like to be able to hold it!
Awesome flavour, great to have the option to get just a slice.
I saw someone eating this in a takeaway box in a nearby bar and thought it looks so good I have to get one!
Rachel Schwartz
Hands down the best pizza in the city. You really can't go wrong with any slice or pie, and they always have a special pizza of the day. Definitely order a Caesar salad while you're there too. The dressing is bright without being too heavy in both taste and coating. Garlic knots are a solid appetizer to share. Pizza D has a strong following, so it can get crowded at times. However, people are pretty good about giving up their tables after they finish their meal, so others can sit to eat. It times out well, especially since they have expanded their seating area, so don't panic! Pizza D is worth it!
Charlton Tramel
If you don't like this place, rethink your damn life. The pepperoni rolls oof, the margherita pizza oof oof. OOF.
Chishimba Simutowe
Having grown up in NYC you can call me a self proclaimed pizza snob. My love for a good slice of pizza isn't something I'm ever willing to compromise on. I have to say, upon moving to New Orleans I don't think I ever imagined I'd ever find quality pizza that reminded me of home. To my pleasant and very happy surprise Pizza Delicious hits the ball out the park. By far the best pizza I've had since moving to the South.
Corina Calsing
The crust is fine (not as good as Wood Pizza Bistro and Taphouse), their sauce is bland (Sugar Park is way better), and the fact that they only offer a few types of pizza at once could probably turn off a lot of pizza lovers. However, it is a nice spot to grab a slice if you're in the neighborhood for lunch. The ambiance is fun, the patio nice and relaxing.
Simplistic View of Life
Wish there were more salad options but overall great family pizza joint! Vegan pizza is pretty good too!
Alanna Frick
Hands down one of my favorite spots in the city! Yes, Pizza Delicious has delicious pizza...I mean duh. But oh my god their pasta!!!! We've eaten at some of the best restaurants in this city and I have to say one of my all time favorite dishes was the duck ragu from Pizza Delicious. AMAZING! They make the pasta and pizza dough in house and the quality is 110%. Also, their pepperoni rolls are killer. We struggle with ordering here all the time because there are so many tasty options! They have daily specials, too, which makes it even harder to pick because you love their classics so much. My only complaint is that they need to move Uptown so they are closer to me!
K Mead
This pizza is soooo good. Easy carry out window available. Best pizza I’ve had in New Orleans.
thomas peyton
I lived in NYC for 10 years, and I hate on everyone's pizza. But Pizza Delicious is legit. Outstanding. The crust doesn't even bend when you hold the slice in your hand. Best pizza in New Orleans, and it's not even close.
angel chiriboga
I only gave it a four b cause, though it is the best pizza I've had in new new orl, the. NYC fast was missing. Slice is supposed to be cut and served within 40 seconds, an eternity in NYC. I waited nearly 8 minutes. It WAS delicious.
T. Rick
voted best pizza in NOLA Jan'22, ze peeps have spoken & round here, we know pie! cuz Italiano historia y'all.
Dharma Cramer
Love this funky little joint! Pizza was good - had all the right attributes of NY style pizza. The broccoli rab with pancetta was scrumptious!! The menu was slightly confusing at first (for a newbie), truly thought they specialized in a few option and loads of beer and wine choices...counter staff did not directly answer or address the question about it, but all in all, grub was good.
Jeri E
This pizza was as it's called "Delicious". Would been a 5 but it was alittle burnt on the bottom. But it was still good.
Ben Smith
Fantastic. We ordered a large pepperoni, it was exactly what I want in a pizza, thin and crispy, well browned cheese, tasty. It was really quite nostalgic, when I think of pizza this is what pops in my head. Good draft beer available and the other menu dishes looked great.
David Bumgardner
One of my favorite spots here in the Bywater!
Nathaniel Jackson
Some of the best pizza you'll find in NO. If you're looking for "New York" style pizza this is worth the cross city drive. Mid City Pizza and Slice are good alternatives and Midway is the way to go if you're looking for a deeper dish or pan style pizza but when I returned to NO for Christmas last year Pizza Delicious was one of five restaurants in the city I made sure to visit.
Tiffani Alldredge
If we had never heard of Pizza D , we would have so much more money. Ha. It's literally THE BEST pizza in the city. Perfect bite with their crust. The sauce has a little spice to it. And how they have found a way to make cheese even better, I'll never know. Go to Pizza D!! Less than $20 for a HUGE pepperoni pie.
John Hritz
By far the best pizza in the New Orleans area, closest thing you will get to New York pizza without actually going there. Very affordable prices, and a good beer selection. located right by the Crescent Park bridge.
Joe Nunez
A great location to get New York style pizza in a unique New Orleans neighborhood. The quality of the food definitely makes it worth the long lunch trip to enjoy the pizza. They also have a decent selection of salads and one or two vegan dishes so that anyone in your group can join for lunch. The garlic bites are a great way to start the meal. The pizzas are made and cooked quickly as well. Even coming all the way from Chalmette for lunch it takes just over an hour to complete.
Seth Bloom
I always welcome a new pizza joint in New Orleans and this one really hits the spot. For a few years they had some secret location that I never went to but now they have a simple yet functional pizza parlor with lots of specials and good sides. It's a NY style pizza with think crust and overall very delicious. Once again this place is adding to the food charm of the bywater food scene. It's easy to get to from the French Quarter as well.
david nelms
One of the best pizzas I've ever had. Sauce is perfect. Crust just firm and crunchy enough. You will not be unhappy with your choice, that's a guarantee. Enjoy!!!
Ken Maldonado
This is the best pizzeria in New Orleans without question. The pizza is as close to an NYC style slice as I've ever experienced outside of the boroughs. As a born and raised New Yorker and avid traveler take my advice on it. The best part... they actually have garlic powder at the counter for those who know how a pizza should be.
Pineapple Black
Being from the North East, I am firmly in the NY style pizza camp. And it was missing from my life after moving to New Orleans. Pizza Delicious has solved my pizza craving issues. Their large, floppy pizzas are so similar to my favorite slices from NYC, and their garlic knots are on point. The venue is cool, with creative art on the walls. This has quickly become my "go-to" pizza spot. And with reasonable prices, I can eat there as often as my waist line will allow!
Andrea F
I love Pizza Delicious. HUGE slices, large pizzas, local beers. Indoor or outdoor dining. Easy to order at the counter and seat yourself or wait for your to go order. They do have limited delivery.
Luka Starkiller
Best pizza in the city. Period. Been coming here for years since they first opened and have never been dissatisfied. They have constantly changing pizza, pasta, and salad specials with vegan and gluten-free options as well. Highly recommend.
David Buckingham
One of the top pizza places in New Oreans. Especially for New York style pizza. Check out Crescent Park before or after your pizza right over the walking bridge. You can order by the slice or whole pie and have great salads and pastas too. Our go to order is a slice or two and a salad to share.
Nichelle Thompson
Meatball pizza was excellent...thin crust with fresh toppings.
Ordered the pasta with clams, but could have been better with a bit more salt and more white wine. The pasta was a little thicker than I would have wanted.
Service isn't typical, they ask you to clear your tables and help yourself to utensils etc.
Ellie Kang
Thin crust is SO good, light and crispy w excellent flavor. Want to eat pizza again even after having a meal here!
Macario J
Probably the best NY-style pizza I've had in New Orleans. Doesn't mean it's actually delicious, though, since NY-style pizza in NO has been pretty mediocre. And I've been searching the last four years.
They sell craft beers by the can. Oh, and PBR is only $2.50. Assortment of cheeses and toppings to choose from. Hipsterish place. Good for groups with the bench style seating options.
Nice, quiet area with bars, a record store next door, and a park close by.
Chandler Shriver
Recently ate here with some family on vacation and it happened to be the best thing I ate the entire trip! I’ve had pizza from Joe’s in New York and Tony’s Pizza Napoletana in San Fran and this was bye far the best I’d ever had! We ordered the margherita and everything about it was perfect. I would highly recommend anyone traveling to NOLA to stop by, in between all the oysters and crawfish there is nothing better than a hot slice of pizza to cleanse your palette; Also the ambience was fun and lively and not stuffy at all, (unlike some of the more storied establishment...)
Liana Boraas
We recently discovered Pizza Delicious after it was recommended to us as the best New York Pizza place in New Orleans. After trying a few places I agree with that statement. The crust is thin and it has the correct cheese and ratio of ingredients. We don't eat in we normally take out and the pizza usually takes about 25 minutes to be ready.
Edward Zlatsen
Got the cheese. 15 bucks but splitting it two ways, that's 7.50 each, much cheaper than most restaurants especially in the French Quarter and very filling. Sure, it's not cheap as far as pizza goes. But it's a much higher quality than a chain place and it's got good ambiance, fast service, nice staff. Good eats.
Erica De La Rosa
You've gotta love this great local spot. Even the most basic pepperoni pizza was particularly delicious. The unassuming location is super convenient if you live in the Bywater area or just visiting Crescent Park. This popular spot is pretty affordable - $2.75 for a hefty slice. Although a single slice may be enough for many people, I'd recommend getting two or a slice and a salad. Highly recommend this sweet little neighborhood joint for a quick, casual meal.
Brandin Bozsik
Pretty pedestrian pizza. Crust was a little over cooked but overall a decent pie. Certainly doesn't stand up to true NY pizza. But if you're in the mood, go for it. Not sure if it was worth going out of the way. The Garlic knots were tasty.
Matthew Urbanic
Good pizza in a city famous for food other than pizza? Done deal.
Pizza Delicious is tucked away off Piety, close to some of the movie sets. Seating is limited, but it's worth the trip. The pizza is fantastic. Crisp, explosive crust, high-end toppings. Even the humble pepperoni is elevated to high art.
Highly-recommended.
Paige Ewing
If you like pizza with a thin crunchy crust then this is the place for you, oh and those big crunchy bubbles on the edges. Yum this place is great and cheap. Has beer and wine as well, so what else can you ask for. Slices are pretty huge so be prepared to bring some home. Glad we found this place.
Leigh
Not just a clever name, the pizza here easily rivals the best that NYC has to offer! It’s a little off the beaten path in Bywater but on a nice afternoon it’s actually a very pleasant stroll along leafy streets from the more touristy side of town.
Get here before the lunch rush if you want to avoid queues though! We waited around ten minutes or so for our food to arrive, great big slices of perfectly gooey pizza on a thin crust with a crispy base. Pure bliss. I had the regular cheese slice (for me, this is always the test of a pizza place, if they can’t get the plain cheese pizza right then forget it) while my partner had the pepperoni, which he loved. We also had some of that fantastic Jucifer ale brewed in Louisiana to wash the pizza down with.
Bonus: they accept card payments.
Bryn Harrington
One of the most amazing local places for pizza in New Orleans. I felt like I was grabbing a slice in New York. The cauliflower pizza was to die for, and they have a decent selection of wine that's perfect if you are picking up or would like to sit down at a booth with friends. Definitely in a more local, hipster area of NOLA than the French Quarter/Bourbon.
A. S.
The vegan option was okay, but the house salad and rum punch are pretty good. I wish there was more lettuce in the salad. Bathrooms are decent. And the atmosphere at the place is really laid back. Reggae roots tunes filled the place throughout my visit. The employees are nice as well.
Cassandra Lee
Good real tasty NYC style pizza, pie or slice. Always busy. Draft beer, limited seating, inside and out. Well run and professional, fast service, counter only. Take it to go if there no space and eat it in Crescent Park across the street.
Amy Ravit Korin
Treked over to Pizza Delicious from the French Quarter while in town for Jazz Fest, and it was worth the trip! Great wood oven style pizza, yummy salads and pitchers of soda and beer made for a very happy group lunch. The owner was really nice and chatted with us telling us how he came up with the idea (He's a New Yorker and there are very few pizza spots in NOLA and he saw the need and fulfilled it!)
Hila Fogel-Yaari
The cheese pizza is excellent! Even though the slices are huge (NY style), my toddler ate a whole one himself. The decore is great. The pasta was good, but the pizza was better.
Tyler Cashin
There are only a certain number of days we can go without Pizza Delicious. I don’t know the limit and don’t want to know, I will be sure to have PD at least every other week forever to be sure we are safe. You should too. They have beer and wine for the sit down part. Killer delivery and a super friendly staff. A true asset for our neighborhood.
Sarah Cotton
The best jumbo slice you'll ever have, don't sleep on the pepperoni roll
Who Ghost There
I'm not huge on thin crust pizza (and this was extremely thin) so it's not my thing, but I can recognize that it was very good still.
Amy Morell
Greg and Mike's Homemade Meatball Pizza with caramelized onions! 😍 So good!!
We Ubered out from the business district, they were busy, so we decided to take it to go. The pizzas are 18", crust is thinner, and toppings are well proportioned to it so there wasn't ever a matter of too much crust, or too many toppings. I saw someone eating one of their pastas that made me wish I had more time in town, or two mouths.
The boxes are sturdy, so it travelled well and was still hot when we got back to our room.
Staff was really friendly, too.
Thomas “Major Thom” Schmidt
Best Pizza in the city. Because of the humidity or the hardness of the water here it is just difficult to bake pizza dough in this town. I love the fact that you can get pizza by the slice as well. Great indoor and outdoor seating.
Ken Shelton
One of the best pizza joints in NOLA. Enjoy a local beer with one of the rotating specials!!
J'Nai Bayone
The pizza was different and pretty tasty; although I was surprised that the arugula on one of the slices wasn't roasted on there, it was literally just put fresh on top afterwards......it tasted fresh of course but idk if I'd get it like that again. Their snickerdoodle and salted choco chip cookies were really good, as well as their pizza bites. The cauliflower ones...so good!!
I liked the atmosphere, but the second time I went back just to look for something I'd lost, the service was bad. Two people were on the phone at the register and neither looked up or said hello. One even left to serve a table their food and I had to stand in front of him just to get help. I care a lot about service!
I would still recommend this place if you're in the area. Try their beers as well!
Travis Pillow
Truly special pizza. My wife and I order almost weekly, kind of ruined almost every other pizza place for is. Don’t sleep on their wine. Lots of delicious and thoughtful selections you don’t see a lot of other places.
Dale LaFrance
Some of the best NY style slices you'll find anywhere in the south.
Nicholas Jenson
Phenomenal. Found this place on business insider as the best za in Louisiana and I’m glad I did. It’s New York style but better than I’ve had in most New York pizzerias. It’s demands a visit.
Jared Jones
A bit out of the way but always a local favorite. Garlic knots that are smothered in garlic, a nice variety of pizza to suit anyone's taste, delicious pasta, satisfying salads, and a good drink menu too. Can't rave about this place enough. Part of me is glad it's tucked away, otherwise it'd be packed from open to close.
free feral
Hands down best pizza in town! Also delicious salads pasta and cookies. Can get packed tightand loud but the outdoor seating is generally pretty peaceful and the prices are quite reasonable. One of my favorite spots in town
Joshua Chiasson
Never disappoints. Perfectly executed pizza, every time. Great staff, drink selection and killer cookies. Love that there are so many rotating menu items while maintaining the core menu at all times.
Devan Yates
So first things first: the pizza is damn good. Really, really, good pizza, for a really fair price. I've been here numerous times, but never more than once every two to three months. Why might that be? Because of the service. The staff is comprised overwhelmingly of eye-rolling hipsters who seem to think that they're doing me a personal favor by doing the job they get paid to do. And lest ye think that I am one of those "let me speak to the manager" types, I'm not. I'm in the industry and I've been in the industry for several years. I know how exhausting it can be to deal with the public, but I've literally never had a good customer service experience here.
Every time I go, as I'm leaving the counter after having placed my order, I'm inevitably taken aback by the brusqueness of whoever took my order. I think "oh yeah, that's why I don't come here that much."
Then I get my pizza, and I'm like "damn. That's why I keep coming back."
My advice: don't go if you're already feeling grumpy. Go to Pizza Delicious when you're already cheerful, and better able to withstand the slings and arrows of a bunch of cashiers who seem to be exasperated by your very existence.
Sue Ceravolo
The pizza is really good. It's like the old school mall pizza (not Sbarros) but most hipsters havent been to a mall. So, they lose their mind over this pizza due to lack of exposure. There arent enough tables inside and the line can get long. It's a Bywater pretentious scene, not fun and vibrant but the pizza's good.
Kevin Babcock
Great service, price and location. It may not be in the Quarter but if you like world class pizza this is the place!! Well worth the trip!
Giuseppe Scapeccia
We had a great day-break in this well-known pizzeria. Affordable prices, large yet not intimidating menu, simple but tasty pizza, also served by slices. Location right outside Crescent Park was a plus to walk off all those carbs.
Capt. Mike Allen
The pizza was excellent!! Look forward to next trip. Area hard to find parking and a little scarry but the Pizza was grand!
Walter Wall
HOLY COW. I will never visit Nola again without going here at least once a day. I have had pizza all over the world. I eat breath drink and sleep pizza and THIS is maybe the best slice I have had in years
Benjamin Webster
Hands down some of the best pizza in the city. Fresh tasting, not too greasy, always hits the spot. It's a little pricey so expect to spend ~$20 for a one topping pie.
Molly Pittman Babineaux
OHMYGOD I LOVE THIS PLACE SO MUCH. The food is addictive - do not miss the homemade pastas or the cauliflower rolls (and pizza, obviously). The guys who own this place are completely adorable and awesome, which makes dining here all the more fun. It's also in a wonderful little neighborhood that you might not see if you're just visiting for a few days. This place is worth the trip!!
Lucas Rifkin
I love this pizza and find simply better then any other pizza that I have had or do you try here in New Orleans. It's not a specially cheap, for pizza, sells by the slice, and is close enough that I can't resist going often. Two slices is able to fill me up and for six dollars you can't do much better. I have always picked it up or had it delivered, but the people working there are friendly, the restaurant has plenty of seating, and they seem to be playing great music each time I go inside.
Anthony D
This place is absolutely phenomenal! The pizza is amazing and one slice fills you up very well! Also dont miss out on their cookies! I was absolutely amazed by the sea salt and chocolate chip! If you're in New Orleans dont miss out!
Jorge Toro
The pizza was really good although I didn't realize they only make it thin crust which isn't a major problem for me. I myself just am not a big fan because it gets cold really quick. It's a nice and trendy little pizza shop with outdoor seating as well. The only down side was I went in a hour b4 closing and one of the waitresses/buser was already flipping chairs on the table and taking all the condiments away. (There was still a lot of customers coming in and out at that time. I myself will not go into a restaurant to sit and eat if it's about 30mins till close.) I had to go up to ask for cheese/ pepper shakers and she looked at me and then gave me the emptiest ones which didn't even have enough for 1 slice... about 15 mins b4 they closed the lady started staring us down and making lots of noise around all the guests that were sitting inside.
Drake Jenkins
It's pizza that's delicious! Pretty darn close to NY style. Have been very satisfied everytime we've ordered from them.
Thomas Robinson
Great people, food, and atmosphere, love the location close to Crescent Park, it's always a win win when I visit this establishment. Love the variety of the menu with the natural and organic ingredients used, also seeing the pizza dough being tossed right before your eyes...
Matt Stout
Probably my favorite pizza place in the city. Delicious pizza is right in the name, and they hit the mark every time I go. I've been back several times. The wait isn't too long, and the pizza is always cooked to perfection.
Clifford Blaza
Great pizzas and a relaxed setting, especially on the outdoors tables. The place focuses on a relatively small number of pizzas and is a tad more expensive than other places.
My main grip with the place would be the price along with an small list of drinks.
GreatMagnetRecording Concerns
This is the best pizza in nola right now. Really good crunchy but chewy crust, high quality toppings and a zesty full bodied red sauce. You have to travel to the east coast for better.
Nazary Nebeluk
I went here because everyone I know raved about it being the best pizza in New Orleans but ended up being more intrigued by the other menu items - pasta and salad - and I'm glad I diversified. Let me say up front I wasn't impressed with the pizza - the plain cheese slice I got was burnt and the cheese was rubbery. The Hawaiian slice was alright - the sriracha pineapple is a surprisingly nice touch. The eggplant parm was actually my favorite because the eggplant actually had a nice flavor. Which kind of segues into my main point - this place isn't a good pizzeria but it's a good Italian restaurant. I got the arugula and beet salad and it was great - the vinaigrette was tasty and it came with fried goat cheese with the breading being sweet and playing nicely with the cheese's saltiness. The pasta was good too - the bucatini all'amatriciana was cooked to al dente perfection. They have a solid craft beer selection and a nice outdoor area to enjoy your food in. If I lived nearby I'd probably come here semi-frequently, but not for pizza.
j shoemo
Good thin crust pizza. I like it cheesier, hence 4 stars. Great pasta options, also (vegan available). Was nice to get off the tourist path for a few moments today.
Julie Whiteman
Oh Pizza D, How I love thee! Ever since you were a little baby without a place to rest your head we have been feeding on your delicious slices. You will forever be in my heart. Garlic knots rule my life. The End.
Jeff Aguero
Solid pizzas, sides, and salads in the Bywater. I’ve never been disappointed by the food or service after ~15 visits here over the last few months. I particularly enjoy the rotating selection of cookies such as cardamom, pistachio chocolate, panettone, etc. The outside seating area is also really cool and a great place to enjoy a casual meal with friends.
Simon Richer
Cool place to be. Nice beer menu. Pizza crust is burnt and meant to be. Staff is friendly and it’s fun to watch them work. Quality of ingredients wasn’t there in my opinion.
Nola Reviews
Can't stop eating this damn pizza. Nice place in the Bywater indoor and outdoor patio. Pasta is overcooked the sauces are okay, garlic knots and rolls are just fillers, decent salads. Wine is not served in appropriate glass but the selection is not good anyway. Beer selection is craft which I enjoy others may not.
Trevor Wojcik
Straight up the best pizza in New Orleans if not the entire deep south. I'm from Connecticut, just 30 minutes from New Haven, where the best pizza on planet earth is crafted, so I know good pie. Pizza Delish is the shizznazzle. Go get it.

Omg Pizza Delicious...VERY delicious. Sriracha marinated pineapple and soppressata!?! Where else can u get this in new orleans! No where. There garlic knots or pepperoni omg delicious! Pasta...delicious! Salads? Delicious! Oh ya if u live in a french doored home u have to open up both doors to fit it in!
Mike Aurilio
Awesome pizza! Great craft beer and wine selection. Staff is beyond friendly and courteous. I would recommend making this a priority during a trip to New Orleans for sure!
Joshua Elzy
Best pizza in New Orleans!
Christopher Shivers
Pizza decent. Great staff
UPDATE 2022: Slices keep getting smaller and more and more meager in substance and quality. Bywater gentrifiers get their $ and abandon the community that raised them up, every time.
Marzi Panda
I mean, it's a'ight pizza. It's not The Slice though. I had a friend bring me here before a concert at One Eyed Jacks. She ranted and raved about it, but I guess as a chef by trade, I'm a little more critical than she is. The pizza ball things are pretty much grease bombs, the line was effing terrible, the seating is kinda tight, and I KNOW they tell you in the description there are hipsters everywhere, and that's totally cool..but I could really do without the whole 'everything that anyone asks me to do is suchhhhhh a drag' personality from the counter staff. Kitchen is open and it, as well as the equipment, looked very well kept. Kitchen staff looked clean and knowledgeable of their positions. It was cool getting to watch them work. It's not a bad place, and if I give it another chance, I hope I'll get to change my review to one with a lot more positives.
Joel Stewart
Great pizza and experience ordering to go. Delivery for to go person was kinda a grumpy pants, but didn't spoile from over all experience. Recommended that crew filming a movie down the street to stop by. You should too!
Pelumi K
Food was good. Atmosphere decent. Solid pizza at a great price. Not spectacular though. If your in the area, it's worth it but don't go out of your way .
Wade Halstead
The pizza here is good. Skip the pastas. The salads are first class. The roasted red peppers in the house salad, make it outstanding
Pizza D's major flaw is the service. The place is ran like a dining hall: get in line, order your food, pay for it, get your own drinks & utensils, and then clean your own table. If you have an issue, then too bad. No server to sort it out for you.
On a visit last year, i almost had to make a scene to get some sideplates. Yes, sideplates. The staff told me it wasnt the kind of place where sideplates were used. Finally, the owner/manager relented, and brought out some sideplates to our table. It was a 20-minute ordeal. We would have left, if not for the pre-pay thing.
All that said, i eat at Pizza D at least once a month. The pies ARE good. I love the special Hawaiian(see pic). As other reviewers have said, the beer list is well done; nice mix of local and regional brews, of different tastes and styles.
Laura Wiedel
REALLY good pizza! The sauce and crust are especially excellent.
Melani Lauren
What started as a pop-up is now a full fledged pizzeria which has been named the best pizza in Louisiana. The decor is hip and it has indoor and outdoor seating. The pizza is New York style but the slices are not New York sized slices.
Stephanie Joyce
I am a pizza fantastic and connoisseur and this is the best pizza in New Orleans, hands down. It is never hit or miss. They consistently deliver
Andy Bourgeois
Some of the best pizza in the city, right next to Crescent Park
Kim Shults
Best New York style pizza in New Orleans. Believe me, I've looked and tried dozens before finding Pizza Delicious. Their Caesar salad is yummy too!
Sam Prather
I come here often with my gf on dates. I am allergic to dairy and this is one of the only places in town with vegan slices! The staff is awesome, they're fun to chat with, and service is always very fast!
Patricia Correia
Better than average quality pepperoni, and I really like the pizza dough, sort of stiff and crunchy. The flip side is that there is minimal cheese and sauce. And always there are several big puffy burnt bubbles around the pizza. This results in bare dry pizza dough under the bubble. Maybe if there was more sauce and cheese covering the crust the dough bubbles wouldn't occur? But overall far better than any Pappa John's, Dominoes, Regenilli's, etc.
kate roseberry
We live in PA and try to visit NOLA once a year. This is a go-to place every single time. We salivate thinking about it between visits. So good. Quality food and service. We cannot wait to eat there again!
Nathan L
Not a huge fan of New York style pizza, however this is what they make and they do it good. Would recommend to anyone passing by on a budget, beats more expensive place a good environment to chill with some friends over a pint.
Troy L. Yochelson
Excellent thin-crust pizza with huge slices, drafts and bottles of good beer, good Caesar salad and garlic knots and people who were definitely ”our people”; Pizza Delicious is the kind of neighborhood pizza joint you can easily fall in love with.
Robin White
Almost perfect pizza place. Salad us GREAT.
Pizza lovers, esp. of the northeastern persuasion will enjoy. Only issue: needs more low fat protein options. . .but it's a pizza place after all.
J W
Greatest pizza and pasta I have had, other then when I do it myself. Perfezione!!
Christian Hemard
So good!!! If you're looking for great pizza go here!! I recommend it
Stephen “𓅃” Hawkins
This place is great and has an amazing story. They started out as a backyard pizza speakeasy, got funded with a Kickstarter drive and now are slanging delicious pizza in The Bywater. They have pizza by the slice or the 18" pie. They have a 2-3 specialty pizzas a day and the staples like cheese and peperoni. You should try their pastas. They handmake the pasta and have an Italian-trained chef who whips up these tasty concoctions.
Heather Frascelli
Excellent slice of pizza, tried 2 pasta options as well, both were delicious. The carbonara was a little dry for my taste, but very good nonetheless. We brightened it up with a little lemon juice. The 'Orichette and broccoli rabe' was not that, it was a different noodle, but the sausage was delicious and the brocolini (not broccoli rabe) perfect
reese peanut butter cups
Oh my I'm gonna say it hands down the best pizza I've ever had!!! What I liked best about my pizza....everything! I'm so mad I found it on my last day in NOLA! I would fly back for more of this pizza and I will
Angelina Monaco
Pizza snob from Chicago here. We ended up ordering so many extra slices. Also, the Bucatini pasta is OUTSTANDING. Our fave meal thus far. Highly recommend.
James Rush
Great pizza, great staff. Be patient. They stay pretty busy.
penelope porcupine
the recent renovations are fabulous, really opens the place up and provides more seating. that has always been an issue during special events. we had a pre-chewbacchus meal here and it was PACKED!
the pizza is always great and sometimes it is mind-blowingly fabulous.
Wayne Gaudet
Delicious ,perfect sized pizzas. One of the best pizzas in town. Limited seating and no table service. Walk up, order, find a place to sit , clean your own table.
tyler hall
Great pizza with friendly staff. Their pepperoni rolls and spinach rolls are super good too. Reasonably priced and they do serve alcohol if you want a drink with your pizza.
Denise Farrell
Really good, delicious pizza. Crispy crust. The garlic knots are really good too. I love being able to get wine with my pizza.
Elisabeth Stewart
Best pizza in the Bywater! If you like Thin Crust Pizza, this is my favorite place to get it. I’d recommend also trying their cookies... delicious!
atheist southern
After hearing people rave about Pizza Delicious I finally went and I went again. After going three times I still don't understand why people rave about it. Its not bad but not great, just trendy. Staff were nice but seem hurried.
Chanel Gray
I had heard of PD when they were but a wee popup but never got a chance to stop by. Now that they're a full-fledged restaurant I was excited to go. We ordered the margherita pizza. The first had crust that was burnt--like black. They had no trouble taking it back and gave us garlic knots to munch on...they were delicious! The second pizza was tasty and the crust was golden and crispy! We also had the veggie pasta, which was so yummy. I loved the tomatoes on the pizza and in the pasta.
Courtney Aaron
Best pizza 🍕 😋 😍 in the city …
Seth Tharpe
Very good pizza. The only i would not get is the pepperoni pizza because it is very greasy. The cheese is fine and is very good. They do have other kinds of pizza, For example: sausage. you have to ask what other toppings they have.
J Mickel
Simply put good pizza done the right way. Crispy crust and a different mix of delicious and varied toppings. Not your run of the mill pizza place.
Tyler Martinson
Not bad by any means but nothing to write home about. Their pizzas are very standard. The garlic knots lacked zest and flavor. The decor and location is pretty cool, though.
Michael Hemelt
I watched staff bring pizza out to a woman's vehicle that had her hands with her baby. Would be a nice place to get a couple of slices and a couple beers. However they only have a few tables. It would be nice if they had a couple of tables outside or something.
Brittany Sanders
OMG! This pizza was amazing! The full pizza is large with a thin, slightly crispy crust. The sauce was delish (a big thing for me because I don't like cheese). I highly recommend this restaurant and would return afain
Matthew Wiederholt
Yum. Cant say much more. Except that this old warehouse garage turned Art Pop Pizza Joint is worth the venture of a nearby beaten path. Delicious thinner crust with all the well done parts I crave.
Sasha Bee
Extra delicious pizza by the slice. I always love this place. This particular visit we felt rushed to GTFO. Closing time happens, yes. But if the place is still open, no need to sacrifice cordiality.
Riain Rising
One of the too three best pizza joints in Nola. I hope they stretch their wings and branch out of the Bywater neighborhood. If you are from NY, Philly, Jersey, Chicago or Milwaukee you'll love the ZA here.
Nick Looney
Ordered a take out Pizza, the Hot Soppressata, but added Pepperoni and extra cheese (both at extra cost). When I got to the house, all I had was a regular pepperoni pizza. $18 pie cost $30. It sucks feeling cheated, made it taste bad. Check your order before leaving out.
Power Family Exotics
Big slice, thin crust, great sauce, fresh cheese and pepperoni, with the right amount of grease its perfect in every way. Best pizza in NOLA
sarah roland
Pizzas are fabulous, but the pastas and cauliflower rolls are absolutely fantastic. One of my all time favorites. I take Chicago and New York friends here to prove a point
Catahoula Tattoo
We're from New Haven so when we heard broccoli Rab pizza was on the menu we had to try it.... AWESOME
Wick P (Wick)
I was pleasantly surprised at how good this place was yes it is a bit hipsterish and the decor is probably for the younger crowd but it's enjoyable and it's a change of pace in a very cool spot. I will definitely be back in this may end up being my main pizza joint
Rickie L Jones
one of the best pizza joints in New Orleans, super popular Bywater location. Pizza is good, though a tiny bit spicy. Atmosphere is great.
Jennifer goosman
My favorite pizza place definitely in Nola And quite possibly the states. Love the NYC style crust, toppings are always interesting, and delicious.
Camille Victoria DeCoursey
The best and only pizza place I eat at in New Orleans. It's well worth the drive. While everything I have had is great, their Caesar salad is probably the best I have ever had.
Andrew Tuozzolo
This is THE pizza place in NOLA for New York style thin crust. Fresh and locally sourced toppings with a good bet list as well. Prices are very reasonable as well.
Lelouch Britannia
Was a nice place. Hand tossed thin crust pizza. I ordered the Margarita pizza. It was ok. The flavor was not as extreme as you would want or expect. Three stars.
Timothy Joyce
Friends took me here after a leisurely stroll along the river. Really good pizza! If you are in the neighborhood give it a try! Will definitely return.
Johnny Draco
The pizza was good. A little salty with the sauce but not overly so. Also it was a bit thin my liking. Overall it's good pizza though.
Max Hayden Chiz
Nice local place for a traditional NY style pizza. The servings are massive and the service is quick. I wouldn't recommend it for someone on a diet though.
Ian Kramar
Two words: garlic knots.
The pizzas, salads and pastas are also excellent, as is the draft beer and wine selection. The pizzas are New York Style, and the salads and pastas feature fresh, usually local ingredients.
Rich Williamson
I moved to NOLA 8 years ago from Boston, and am always looking for a good pizza place. Tired of the chain restaurant garbage. This is the best I've found. Pizza the way it should be.
Brittany Leneweaver
Food was delicious. Service was terrible. Completely rude. You shouldn't roll your eyes if you have a patron that has to use the restroom 5 minutes after you close then slam the rolling storefront door on them. Extremely unprofessional and poor service.
Elliott Perkins
Love this place. Great New York style pizza. Great selection of draft beer. Although known for their pizza, the pasta dishes are not to be missed.
Peyton Aubin
This is by far my favorite pizza in the city. I had to undo my belt on the drive home from eating nearly an entire Margherita pizza by myself.
Kiersten Quilliams
Gets pretty busy at night but I'd say the pizza is worth it if you're craving some comfort food. Plus there's great outdoor seating so you can avoid the crowds.
Wolfgang Keppley
Delicious crisp, chewy crust with exciting topping options. One of the best pizzas I've ever had, definitely the best of NOLA!
Sogand Ka
Amazing options such as eggplant topping! Crispy and good cheese ! Nice crew! Cute place with a small backyard tables. We definitely go to try other options on the menu!
Donald McGlynn
If you want fabulous NYC style Pizza this is the only place in NOLA...or anyplace within 500 miles. Loved it.We travel 3 hrs for it!
Roxanne Reyes
OMG! This place did not disappoint, the reviews didn't mention how crispy and delish the pizza is. It was worth the 30 min walk from French Qtr. I will.highly recommend it, I love how its a little hidden gem.
Roy Driscoll
Margherita pizza is my favorite
Ryan Cook
Margherita can't be beat in NOLA. Decent beer selection. Staff is impersonal and it's loud, but I'll never turn down Pizza D.
Gerald Cole
Busy place, but very quick fulfillment of orders. You can order whole pizzas or by the slice. It was hot out of the oven and cooked perfectly. Highly recommend this place.
Alexander Smith
Always tasty pizza and the staff never fails to deliver smiles and pies. Toss in a few gluten free options and people would invade this place sunup to well after sundown!
Kay Jarell
The food was great and the service was amazing. The staff was so nice, even when my table hadn't noticed we'd stayed almost an hour after closing.
doug brown
I really like the pizza here and the beer selection is pretty good, but I feel it is a bit overrated. I am a little sad that Bratz Y'all opened up next door because I feel like I won't eat there again because if I am in the bywater for food, I will probably prefer the German food every time
Matthew Ward
Best Pizza in New Orleans. No competition. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and delicious pizza. The garlic knots are to die for as well
Colleen H
Giant pizza pies, thin crusts, so yummy. Great salads, sodas, beer and wine. Outdoor seating. Don't miss this hidden gem.
Michelle mac FnaF cricdrs
Great New York thin pizza 16" cheese about $15 You can even get by the slice 2 for around $5, there's a rotating menu so you have the usual cheese, pepperoni and marguerite but then changing weekly flavors so check online bc it's always different, garlic knots 2/$5 also broccoli or pepperoni knots, local brews, offers outside or inside seating, usually crowded, just call in skip the line pickup within 15minutes
Brian Batchelor
So amazing. I will definitely be dining here on my next trip to New Orleans!
Plus Aziz
Friendly service, great outdoors seating -- although pizza is not what New Orleans is known for, this is probably the best pizza spot you can find. Expect it to be packed and busy for dinner.
Michael Wojcicki
This place is appropriately named, serving an especially good thin sliced pizza. You also are given the option of eating your pizza indoors or out of doors, on the patio.
John Joseph
Great new York style pizza. I ate way too much but oh well. Pitchers of beer are cheap. Good place to hang out with friends.
JD
Building interior was nice and clean. Pizza was a little salty & Parking was bad.
Jeff Chagnard
Awesome NY style pizza! Only complaint would be on the last visit waiting nearly half hour for two slices of pepperoni pizza, though service was excellent on all other visits!
Lee Barton
Absolutley The BEST Pizza in NOLA! And you can't forget their specialty salads. Love Love Love Pizza D!!
Justin Mercier
Vegan pizza brings me life. This place is heaven on earth.
Toni Green
I haven't found a place that can beat the prices and size of pizza. Pizza is delicious! And thats why its called its name. It's my family favorite spot.
Beth Larkin
The pizza is in fact delicious. The crust is a perfect combo of chewy and crisp. The ingredients are always fresh. Well worth the trip
Honest Foodie
Man is this pizza good!! But no matter how busy you are please carry the same attitude as your pizza! With some awesomesauce! Thanks in advance because the ugly 'tudes make me not travel here as much.
Brandon Pollard
Great Pizza. Hostess was a bit dry in hunor but otherwise great place. Atmosphere is nice, inside the resturant is warm ans spacious a,d the pizza is great. Would highly recommend.
Ruben Hernandez
Excellent pizza! Thin, crispy crust. Great sauce. Quality cheese. Good cookies however, they should not be refrigerated.
D K
Food is great well besides desserts. Really enjoy the pizza. NY style is probably the best. Service is a little slow. But always doable with good food.
John Vinson
Go get you some! One of the best pizza joints in town.
Lisa Goldberg
Real NY pizza made by real NYers. Plus actually some of the best Italian food in the city. Go for a nice yet affordable dinner.
Arthur Sepulveda
Thought I was lost when google maps said I was here but when i saw the place and came in i was surprised at just how good the pizza is. .....A 5 stars to pizza delicious ....
Charles Patterson
The pizza has always been the best in New Orleans, but have just had the pastas and those are just as good! Great food at affordable prices.
Ashtian Hobusch
I think they have great pizza! One of my favorites
josh mather
Thanks for getting me the taste close to home. As being from Boston we know pizza. This is close
What makes me come back though is the team and guest service.
Monserrat A.
$19 plus tax for a whole pie of a crispy margarita pizza. Not a disappointment at all. I only wish I had a 2stomach to eat the whole thing myself.
Mitchell McCloud
This is a great New York style pizza place in a hip part of town. Try one of their specials, you won’t be disappointed.
Wood Dawg
Excellent pizzas that are very large. Took a few over to the skate park and the vegetarian pizzas were a hit.
Tosha Lewis
I love this place they have the best pizza 🍕 and its a giant pizza. I left for 6 months and when I cane home the first thing I did was hit up this place for my hands down favorite pizza place …
Chris Jeffery
The food here is soooo good and great atmosphere. The best New York style pizza I have ever had outside of Brooklyn.
John Shea
Pizza & salad were excellent. Great vibe too....thanks!!
Steven Smith
If you're looking for a slice & find yourself in the Bywater or if you're anywhere near the Quarter, then this if the place to go. Slices are done Brooklyn style. So not a lot of flop here.
Mohammed Mohsen
Pizza was really tasty. The place is very crowded so you need to eat fast and leave or better, take it out to go. Recommended
David Samsel
I'm from Jersey. This place perfectly captures the north east taste of pizza. Thank God there is a place I can go to in New Orleans for great pizza.
Vaughn D. Taylor
Pizza Delicious serves a great pie which is as close to a NY pie as you can get in the south. I only wish I could eat there more often!
Tina Taylor
One of the best pizzerias in Nawlins... You’ve gotta try this place & if you find a better Nawlins pizzeria then this one, let me know... New York style & size...Yummy😋 …
KC Flaker
Love this pizza! Wish I lived closer so I could be a regular. They also offer vegan pizza and food.
Food Republic
What started as a twice-weekly Bywater pop-up has now ascended to brick-and-mortar status. The thin, New York–style crusts, transcendent garlic knots and specialty slices are all wildly popular, as is Pizza D’s impressive list of local beers and bottles: try NOLA Blonde on draught and Toulouse Red Absinthe.
Richard Mitchell
Amazing pizza. Best I've had in the 3.5 years I've lived in Louisiana. Great atmosphere as well.
C Anderson
I love the margherita pizza here! Reminds me of Manhattan. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because of the lack of tables in the store.
javier pacheco
Best pizza hands down in New Orleans. I moved here from Brooklyn,NY and this is the closest thing to home I get to enjoy on a regular basis.
Tim Kilbride
Great place for lunch if your around the Marigny or Quarter. Revolving specials are always interesting and good. The rolls are a must.
Mim Royce
The best pizza in New Orleans, lovely staff. Just yum, go enjoy you won't regret it
Robert Perez II
Fairly typical pizza place. Thin crusts but not crunchy, they advertise Brooklyn style and they are right. Not much to say, just a pizza place.
Marie Bridget
Absolutely lives up to its name!!!!! Employees are the nicest people I know. They deserve a tip. It is expected that you bus your own table, which is not that difficult.
Brittney Richardson
Long wait & extremely crowded with almost nowhere to sit or stand while waiting. Uncomfortable place. Limited menu. Okay pizza. Overall pretty lack-luster experience.
Jeff M
Best pizza in New Orleans. Real NY pizza made by real guys from NY. Plus the location is easy to remember: Pizza Piety!
Krystal O
Amazing pizza!!! Straight from the oven, not sitting there for X amount of minutes. Nice, fresh, hot!!!
Don Navatto Jr
The best pizza in NOLA. Closest thing to NY pizza for sure.
Chelsea Boyle
This is the only place we get pizza. I just wish they had the vodka pie available alllll the time 🥲 …
John Navarro
Really crispy crust! Just like a cracker! Sauce was also very good too! Best deal for a pizza in the city! Will return!!🤤 …
Sarah Robertson
Love the single slices and the pear arugula salad. Always a solid place to go when craving delicious pizza.
Steven Reeves
Awesome place. Pizza is delicious just like the name. Also has outside seating in a garden area
Jacqui Nelson
My favorite pizza in the city. Delivery is always fast and they always have interesting pizzas on the menu. The only tragedy is when I want pizza and it's a Monday.
Matthew Sulfsted
Great thin crust pizza, order by the slice or a whole pie. Hip atmosphere. You have to try the Margherita pizza.
Bryan Harrington
We love to ride bicycles and we love pizza. This is our spot in NOLA. Always great food and promt service. Thanks guys.
Madeleine Dixon
People really aren't kidding when they say this is some of the best pizza in the whole country, y'all. Every time I get it, I burn the heck out of my mouth because I can't wait to eat it.
Jesus Romero
Really good pizza here!! Came with the wife and kids and they loved it !! I recommend this place if you want really good pizza at a good price!!
Mark Poindexter
Pizza was good. Wasnt over the top on my opinion. It was a great experience and a cool walking park right across the street
Nick Sischka
Having lived on the east coast for the last few years, I've been enlightened as to what "good pizza" really is, and this place has good pizza!
Michael Wade
Wow great pizza..new york style
Matthew Wilson
Crowded place, but it's popular, i guess. Nice design. Low options, pizza slices and rolls were very greasy .
Momo Chaar
Delicious pizzas and great customer service! This is always my favorite place to go for a slice and a beer.
Michael Swadener
Great food, great drinks, great people!
Melissa Padilla
Quick, easy delicious and fabulous. Bone marrow meatballs, light and full of flavor. Mushroom ravioli was perfect dish.
Linda Pendleton
Pizza is mot as good as I remembered prior to COVID-19 shut down.

One of the best pizza joints in NOLA area... make sure you eat it there while it is fresh.
Wayne Imbornone
Favorite Pizza in NOLA. We walk via Crescent Park for guilty free pizza and an $8 pitcher of PBR
Cade Roux
Great pizza at this perennial favorite. Casual dining, good beer selection, lots of very good non-pizza options which change daily.
Riley Violet
Pizza D. never fails me. Whether you're in the mood for pizza (maybe the best in New Orleans), great salads, or very good pastas, this is the place to visit.
Ellery Rosin
Pizza is aways delicious. Employees are always a treat to interact with. Good vibe, good music. Huge pizzas.
Caroline *
Spool good. Perfect ratio cheese to sauce. I also had the shrimp garlic pasta. Mind blowing. Looking forward to going back!
Don
As advertised. Delicious. For an ex-NYer it's great to find a slice this good. Staff was very friendly also.
Elly Laene
Great NY style pizza, and some of the best pizza I've found in NOLA. Very busy, but I can see why.
John Sfire
Best pizza in NOLA , New York style
Don Frasco
Best New York style pizza in New Orleans. Love their pepperoni pizza and they're off the menu pizza "knot-chos."
DWBonny
Seriously good pizza that you can get by the slice at a decent price, along with draft beer, too! *hiccup*
Daniel Lemor
Best pizza in New Orleans. Just wish they had delivery, though for pizza this good I'll get off my couch and go pick it up.
Michelle Nicholson
Pizza with kale? Yes, thank you. Good selection of beer and super fast service, too--even when busy.
Lex Lauher
Service was dull and they 86d alot of my preferred menu items. Happens a bit too frequently for me... I mean food was good but 50 dollars later... not happy.
Mister Dan
Excellent pies here. The staff was just okay (she seemed to have a bad attitude). I'll go back, but hopefully she finds something she enjoys.
Tyler Carlston
Amazing salty sauce. Cracker crust. Reminds me of back home in Chicago. Best pizza I’ve had down south in a while!!
Jia Jung
So nice real pizza. It was so impressive that one guy was making a pizza dough. We had pizza and pasta. That was sooooo nice and price was so reasonable.
Yamy
Good atmosphere. It was fast, pizza was delicious, thin and crispy. It gets crowded, but is worth the wait.
Gregory Nie
Currently the only pizza in the Louisiana Mississippi and Alabama area that compares to NYC . 🔥 …
Matt Theriot
Extremely good pizza and garlic knots and califlour/broccoli rolls. Some if the best pizza in the city
Paul Russell
Every week they feature a different cookie. Yes, cookies. And, each one they add to the menu for that week isn't just a basic cookie. Unique and creative deliciousness.
Theo Roll
Great pizza. Great service. Their dough is quite good, which elevates the entire pizza.
Sully Rollins
The pizza is delicious! And their cesar dressing is AHHH-mazing! Fresh and bright. Into it!
Santa Claus
Super friendly staff, and the pizza is exactly as the name promises: delicious.
Crissy Bushman

A great neighbourhood spot for a slice or two and a cold beer. Decent pizza, good service and all-round nice prices
chase boehm
Their garlic knots are the best. Their pizza is okay.
Colt Stubbs
Chewy crust, slightly sweet and tangy sauce, reasonable price. As good as it gets without flying to NYC.
