I can’t stress this enough…you should come here. It was incredible. My s/o had the whole fish which was AMAZING. The fried bread was delicious as well. The seafood salad with homemade crackers was delectable. The eggplant with my dish (jumbo shrimp) was the best eggplant I’ve ever had. We sampled the tuna dip and ordered the fried okra which was SO good. If you’re in the arts district this is a MUST. The gentleman that served us was top tier and the service was very quick.

Easily one of the best restaurants I've visited, and I wish I had listened to the recommendations and gone sooner. I could've been eating their delicious food this whole time. The quality of the seafood and the staff was top notch. I also really enjoyed the vibe of this restaurant. It was casual, relaxing, and had a coastal feel. I would recommend the whole fish and saving up so you can splurge because everything on that menu is worth trying. I'll be back soon.

Excellent food! Definitely am original take on flavor here for the fried oysters and red fish! First time trying sweet potatoes habanero and I’m in love! Not as much kick as I prefer but that flavor is originally remarkable and pleasing to the palate! Atmosphere was beautiful and business is booming! Don’t come here if you expect a quick cheap meal, perfection takes time and Rome wasn’t built in a day! From their exquisite menu to their fabulous drinks I’m completely satisfied with my level of care!

This is my third time here. I love the food and the place it self. The only reason I am knocking the score is because the weighted essentially made us order everything at once. If we were able to take our time, we would have had more food and drinks. And we would have been happier too. The shrimp noodle dish was awesome! Nailed it on dessert as well. Fried bread and steak carpaccio are always on point

What a wonderful place!! If your looking for fresh seafood look no further! / Smoked Tuna Dip was ridiculously delicious / Fried Bread was perfect with a pint of beer / Oysters were the freshest that I tried in all of New Orleans! Boiled Gulf shrimp sounds simple but they were perfect not over and not under! / Gumbo was not as good as the Gumbo shop but it was good. I highly recommend a stop at Peche if your looking for a small or large seafood meal!!

I absolutely enjoyed the meal I had here! Tasty, savory, you can feel the blend of the flavors. I had the daily fish special (grilled swordfish with coconut rice, cauliflower and almonds) I’d return if I’m ever in the city again! There wasn’t a long wait, it took 15-20mins to get our meals. We were seated outside as indoor seating had a long wait. Servers were nice and friendly! Overall: a flavorfully beautiful dining experience!

People really hyped Peche, and it was delicious but I felt like the service was a bit odd. They brought all of the food at once instead of pacing/coursing it out, which is bizarre for a posh spot. Food was tasty, steak tartar and key lime pie were the stars (funny for a seafood place). Roasted carrots were also amazing but definitely not a healthy veg side- LOTS of butter.

Loved this place. Had hush puppies and fried bread for starters, jumbo shrimp and fish fillets for main and everything was delicious! The rice cake that came with the shrimp was soft on the inside and crispy on the outside, just perfect! I tried the blonde ale brewed in New Orleans and it was amazing. The staff all very attentive and nice. Can’t wait to be back!

We came here for my birthday, and even for a Monday night it was busy. This place was highly recommended, so we decided to make a reservation and thank goodness we did because there were a ton people waiting for a table. Our waiter, I didn’t catch his name, was very helpful. He explained the specials and the menu very well and told us some of his favorites to consider. We started our meal with some oysters, my husband asked about the difference between the three and our waiter was able to explain each oyster and how each of them taste versus the other. These were some of the best oysters we’ve had! They were so fresh, and I absolutely loved them! Definitely come back just for the oysters. For our entrees, we both chose the Baked Drum. Our waiter said this was his favorite dish on the menu, and the way he spoke about it, we knew he was not lying. The fish is flaky but meaty… the coconut sauce was a little overpowering but still good. The crispy rice was a nice touch for some extra texture. We ended our meal sharing a slice of Key Lime Pie, and I must say that this is one of the most delicious Key Lime Pies I have ever had. It was creamy and perfectly sweet with the hint of lime. Though the crust was subpar, we devoured our dessert.

I enjoyed my dinner here. I was seated right away when I arrived on time at my reservation time. I ordered seafood platter and Gumbo and both are delicious. Excellent service, quick and polite server even the place is crowded. Highly recommended if you’re in the area.
