Enjoyed every minute! Staff is the best! From the moment you walk in the hostess is smiling at you. Our waitress was amazing. Got everything perfect. The food tasted delicious. Drinks we ordered were made to perfection. I really enjoyed walking around looking at all the music collection of famous artists. If you have a chance to make a reservation here do it! You won’t be disappointed! If you order the drinks with the collectors cups you take your receipt to the gift shop after you are done. They will package clean cups for you. Gift sho ladies are great! So helpful and fun!!

I am not a fan of many chain restaurants, nor am I a fan of visiting a chain restaurant while on vacation. When we walked in the door and received the warm welcome by the gleeful staff, I realized this was not your typical Hard Rock Cafe. Clearly a combination of that Louisiana charm and a highly effective GM makes this place what it is. The historic decor of this Hard Rock was quite impressive, they also had a photo spot, which was used quite heavily while we were there and a nice touch. A casual and comfortable dining room that is not excessively loud in a restaurant like this is somewhat hard to find. When dining in a chain restaurant I find the best options are burgers or pizzas, I go with what I know! The burgers and the pizza are both good here. This is a place where you can expect to see the GM, Shane Tucker, on the floor checking in with the patrons, he definitely navigated our dinner to a 5-star experience. He was a pleasure to talk with and stopped back numerous times to ensure everything was perfect, I was impressed! Cheers!

Going to the Hard Rock is a Tradition of ours. This one is not the biggest but it has the classic Hard Rock Flair you come to love and look for in a HRC. Location is right on Bourbon not far from Canal Street, within easy walking access. There is no parking available on site. The gift shop is small and right off the main entrance, containing all the essentials you might need like pins, charms and bags. It can get very crowded so reservations are suggested if you have a party larger than two and want to come for a sit-down dinner. As a couple we tend to walk in and sit at the bar whenever we can to bypass waiting. The food was good, as you would expect of a HR and does not disappoint. I tried the STEAK SALAD (8oz grilled steak on a bed of fresh mixed greens tossed in a blue cheese vinaigrette, with pickled red onions, red peppers and Roma tomatoes, finished with crispy shoestring onions and blue cheese crumbles) for the first time at this location and loved it. Huge portion, plenty of meat and more than I could eat in one sitting! Paired great with my Old Fashion.

I visited Hard Rock Cafe for the first time in Paris during the soccer world cup in 1994. Since then I have been in love, but as there are few of them in Norway, it has been a long time since last visit. I love the food, the menu, buying a t-shirt and enjoying the food with a cold beer. Stopped here for a quick bite and a few drinks. Nothing to heavy just something to hold us over before getting ready for our first tour of the day. Was a good experience but when we originally went here with the full group the place was empty but told us it would be a four hour wait which was hard to understand and they hardly cared to explain.

Food was great. The hostess with a bunch of pins on her lanyard was amazing. She took care of us more then our waiter and she made us feel right at home!! She is the only reason for 5 stars!

I came for lunch. Even though the place was empty, it took about 25mins for my food to come out, it was just a burger. It was good, not great. The environment was relaxed, very centric to bourbon st which means NO PARKING. Drink was super light for the price. Will not be returning but I recommend you give it a try and be the judge.

The sweet, spicy and tangy boneless chicken was really good. Fries were crispy and seasoned. Dessert was delicious. Waitress forgot to put in our pizza order but in the end I didn't have much room for it anyway. She also forgot to get me a another fork after mine got knocked off the table. Root beer was supposed to be bottled but it seemed like it was from the soda gun at the bar. The music was loud but acceptable for dinner to still be able to conversate. Up until just before we were leaving. Someone turned it up and it was really annoying at that point.

A nice meal but an awful start. We were seated at a small table and asked for 1 of the 4 free larger tables (and 2 of those were not used) and the waitress said "you can't change, it is this table or nor dinner" - thank you for a start....

Went there yesterday with my in-laws after our courthouse wedding. Menu is very small compared to Hard Rock Amsterdam, but the food and service were great. Definitely one of the best burgers I ever had!!!!

The staff was super friendly and helpful. We made a reservation for Friday at 12:15 and they got us in right on time. One of the crew members came up to us and let us know that the bartender was running late and he could try to make us drinks if we wanted any. He saw that I was wearing a 5 seconds of summer shirt and he played one of their songs. Our waitress was super nice and attentive. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone. Food was amazing, the salmon was cooked perfectly and the steak was to die for.

Came here from out of town and wanted to eat on Bourbon Street. Our waiter (Roderick) was absolutely phenomenal! He was very professional and had a great sense of humor. He brought us our food in a timely manner and the food was superb! I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant and the service that we received. I would highly recommend this place to friends and family who visit.

We have been to other hard rock restaurants around the US so we mostly knew what to expect. Unfortunately there were some shortcomings for this one. Our server was prompt to attend us at first, but after we ordered it was downhill. It took over 10 minutes to get 1 of our drinks and another added 10 to get waters we originally requested. The boneless wings were tasty, hot and crispy. The grilled chicken sandwich and fries were just Ok. The chicken seemed overcooked and tough. The mac and cheese comes with red diced peppers, which is ok, but it's such a powerful tasting veggie so it takes over the taste of the entire dish. I probably wouldn't order it again. We just had chocolate ice cream for dessert and no complaints there. The live music was also great! Overall, Hard Rocks are great, but this one wasn't up to the usual standard the other restaurants set.

Food was good, but what earned the stars was the terrific service. Our server was great, Donna I think was her name. The ops manager Shane Tucker went above and beyond. We had two special needs ladies with us and he went out of his way to treat them as though they were royalty. Thank you Shane and Donna for making their trip fantastic!!!

Nachos were good. First time at a Hard Rock and I'm not sure I would return. The menu is kind of limited with nothing that really stood out. It was a nice stop for some bar food to soak up some alcohol before returning to our hotel.

Our table of 8 ordered everything from the ribeye to the Twisted Mac & Cheese to burgers. All the food was excellent. It was cooked perfectly and tasted great. We had some service issues, but the manager made it right in the end. I can respect that. We would return because of him.

The food is good, and the interior very climatic. Waiter took our order but instead of 3, brought 2 food plates. Then we couldn't find anyone to get the one missed portion. As a result two of us finished eating and had to wait for the third. Noone even apologized for the situation.

This was our second visit in about 5 years. The first time around hard Rock Cafe was excellent with some really good Cajun offerings. This time around however it appears they've sold their soul to Lionel Messi everyone is wearing his jersey and they offer a hamburger that is so big that it is practically criminal to eat something like that. And the Cajun offerings are gone. I had chicken fajitas which were good but nothing to write home about. Big disappointment.

Amazing!!! I had barbecue bacon cheeseburger on the softest Gluten Free bun ever. Best burger of my life. The French fries were in a dedicated fryer. Made my entire night. My bf also adored his meal. Can't wait to go back. New favorite for sure!!!

There are also many music pieces on the walls 9f many famous and important names of the world of music that you can't miss. And the merchandise shop was well equipped. Wonderful place!

The details of the local legendary burger were not sufficiently detailed. Had I known all that was on it, I would have just got a cheeseburger. The host was awesome. Our server seemed like she didn't want to be there. She was adequate, but did nothing special to make our experience memorable other than make us wait for the things we needed. It was not particularly busy at the time. The people in the store were great. It was a good experience in general, but I stop at Hard Rock restaurants whenever I can and collect merchandise. The food and service at this location was sub-par. My sister did enjoy her meal more than I did. They need to take care when describing a local legendary all of the ingredients that differ from the regular legendary. I don't eat all those things (sausage), but I believe it was cooked properly, and the kitchen staff did a good job with preparing the food quickly and as ordered.

Wait time during lunch/afternoon was quick, even though the place was busy. Food was fantastic. Never had a cauliflower burger before and it more than impressed me with the flavor (texture of the patty did crumble at one point). Our party tried a number of menu items and we loved all of it.

I was definitely expecting more(food selections, quality) Maybe its just because of covid that has it so limited. Staff was friendlier then many other places we went to so thats a plus. Great little local spot. We checked it out while it was partially collapsed, saw the tarp that had blown off of the body, replaced by the new one. Why can they put a tarp up, but can't reach the body? Disrespectful to the family, I believe. Still a great tourist attraction while we visited town. They should add some seating, maybe some food or drink outside, but it was still a sight!

A nice refresh from all of the mostly fried food menus of other nearby restaurants. We stopped in for Dinner and got the Steak salad and Wood plank salmon. My wife agreed with an earlier reviewer. This is the best salmon she has ever had! My steak salad was also perfectly cooked and loaded with flavor!

The wait was a little long but expected on Bourbon street. The waitress started with us was okay, but did forget to put the order of the app wings in. She left and a new guy took over. The service was okay at best, drinks being refilled a plus but salad coming with steak is annoying, the wings coming after our dinner was dumb. Variety of opinions on the food at the table. Jambalaya was really good, had great flavor and good taste. My steak was terrible, I tried to order it between medium and medium rare and the waitress said “this is a burger restaurant, you can’t expect my cooks to know how to cook a steak” which to me was insane to say this to me, why have it on the menu. Pork sandwich wasn’t anything special.

Thanks to the awesome GM at this location Went from a 1 star to 10 star in 15 min. Went to this Hard Rock Cafe for my partners location collector pin. Saw the sign for the $5 drink so went to the bar to order the drink for his birthday before continuing on to be told from the host walking by MY PARTNER HAD TO MOVE TO THE END OF THE BAR BECAUSE HE WAS IN A WHEELCHAIR AND COULD NOT TAKE AN AREA FOR PEOPLE THAT WALK. He moved without saying a word just a said look but on the other hand I was hotter then hell and did not hold it back went to the side store out of his site where I purchased his pin and pulled out my double platinum hard rock casino card know it was not good there but shows we goto lots of hard rocks and told the guy working I wanted a manager and what happened, by the time I got back to the bar the GM was at the bar with my partner talking to him and getting him laughing again and even bought him a Birthday Shot that he came up with when he was the bartender. We ordered another drink and asked the lady to add the shot to the bill and close us out. She closed us out and said the glass was apart of the birthday shot which made Ricky smile even bigger. So would tell everyone to goto this Hard Rock, as we will when we go back in November the night before going on Carnival Cruise.

Of all of the HRCs I have been to, this one has the best music vibes. I would describe the inside as more of a Prince like tone. All of the memorabilia and the art is fascinating. They do have a stage for great picture ops. Our server was great. The only gripe I have is they were out of chicken on a Sunday night. We had to change our selections because of this and even considered going elsewhere. Other than that, it was the cleanest, most updated restaurant on Bourbon. Worth the try!

Just went in to get my pins!!! Never been to NOLA! The lady jumped at me right away, "What are you here for? We're not open!" "I'm just here to get my pins from this Hard Rock I'm a collector." "Oh. You can come in if you're not ordering food." So, a little disappointed about friendliness, but New Orleans is beautiful! NOLA breeds art, music, life, death, and mystery. After overcoming so much with a hurricane this city has much to be proud of. I hope to come back and celebrate with my husband so that we can see all the beauty together. I'll come back to the Hard Rock at night. Maybe it will be better.

The New Orleans Hard Rock Cafe is great just like all Hard Rock Cafes. This experience was different than other meal experiences because they had a reduced menu due to Covid. If you like the Local Legendary Burgers you will be disappointed because that is one of the things that is not available at this time. We knew that was a possibility so we were prepared for that. The BBQ wings appetizers was delicious. The burgers were cooked perfect and very filling. Our son loved the chicken tenders and fries. Our waitress, Hannah, was very nice and even though they were quite busy she was still very attentive. The hostess even came over and chatted with us a bit which we thought was very nice. Over all another good Hard Rock experience. Be aware that Hard Rick Cafes in general are a little pricey but you're paying for the experince.

We had lunch here while in town for Mari Gras. Although we had a 1 hour+ wait we we're able to cross the street and get drinks and still be in range of our buzzer. Staff was attentive. Food was alright, not Rock Star status, but not disappointing either. It was conveniently located to our hotel and chances are I would go back if ever there again.

Very nice bartender when I was there. Unfortunately upon entering, three employees stood there for over 5 minutes and one even looked right at me, before seating me. If you are going to have a place that makes you wait to be seated, maybe have that person available and located near the front. I ordered chicken nachoes, but got beef and there was no silverware or napkins for my to go order. Good food, just disorganized.

Stopped into the Bourbon street Hard Rock Cafe for a Hurricane. The Saints game was playing on tv. Our wait staff took photos of my friend at the piano. I will say the drink was strong. I wanna give a gold star to David who is the manager there. He was attentive to his customers. He came over to our table and talked with us for a while. He was genuine and sincere when he spoke with us about what was going on in New Orleans during & after Hurricane Ida. There should be more managers like him. If you're in the French Quarter, stop into the Hard Rock and say Hi to David! Very nice staff. We had a good lunch and bought are collecting items we get at each new Hard Rock we visit. The serving staff was slow but the store staff was excellent. One of the staff even had his guitar on the wall! So got a good photo of guitar and musician.

Really didn’t want seafood and had kids with us, so we chose Hard Rock. Got there about 5:30 and had a 25 minute wait although they were not full. Waitress was friendly. Food was not great. Wings on appetizer were over fried. We ordered a rack of ribs to share, again way over done. The side of beans were ice cold.

For me it was a great place to relax and escape the noise of the Bourbon street. Food is good and service was great. Nice decor and atmosphere. Beware, the portions are quite large.

I went here Wednesday evening and today (Saturday) during lunch time. The team was completely different on both days yet they made the same "mistakes". Both times the host asked if I wanted to sit at the bar or on a table, wich I answered with "at a table" both times they seated me at a high table (wich I didn't prefer otherwise I would've sat at the bar) costumer service would be: asking if I prefer a higher or a lower table. . . None of the staff has asked me if I knew about the rewards app what I think is missed opportunities (costumers who don't know about it would probably tip more when they find out from their waiter they can safe points etc) About the food, on Wednesday my burger was perfect, the meat melted in my mouth. . . Today I ordered the same dish but this time the meat was extremely dry and hard to chew. . . Totally disappointed after my experience on Wednesday

This Hard Rock Cafe was great. We were staying at the Hyatt (which is connected) so we went down for a couple of drinks. The bartenders were fun and made great drinks. The resturant was clean and lively. They have a stage for live music. It was a good and fun place to hang out. Just wish they stayed open later.

In New Orleans, the Hard Rock Cafe is located in the French Quarter, at Bourbon Street, the most touristic and crowded street in the city. The first thing you must know is that it is almost impossible to get a seat without a reservation. After you get seated, the food is what you would expect from a Hard Rock. The service was really bad when I visited it. It took an eternity to get served, have the food, and the bill. What made no sense, taking into account that the restaurant is relatively small. But, the worst for me was the noise. Because it is in Bourbon Street, I was not expecting silence. However, the music that was playing in the restaurant mixed with the loud noise coming from the street made the experience there almost unbearable.

While the food and atmosphere of this restaurant is phenomenal, what really made my night memorable was the awesome people who work here. I don’t remember all of their names, but I do remember Celeste, David, and John, who were all sweethearts. Celeste is very funny and kind, David is very friendly, and John is very knowledgeable about music (specifically the music industry and musical equipment). I didn’t catch the name of the worker at the merchandise section of the store or the name of the host, but they were also very kind and answered all of my questions. Overall, amazing service. Will be coming here again!

Had to wait about 40 minutes, but that is expected around dinner time. The hostess was very friendly, our waitress was very friendly, even the guy in the gift shop was very friendly. Nachos were great! I ordered the Chicken Caesar salad. Chicken was slightly dry and I've had better Caesar dressing, but it was still good. Lettuce was very fresh and crisp! My husband had a burger and it was slightly under done for him, but he still ate it and said it was good.

We purchased a meal through a third party and they were not up to par with the hours of this location. When we arrived for lunch they were closed but Julie the manager went out if her way to accommodate us. We ended up coming back for supper, she came back made sure all was good and that we were being taken care of. I came to New Orleans with a friend who has never been here, we were having a very bad day on our way down here. My friend kept telling me that it will get better, just have faith. She was right, we stopped in to eat and we had the most respectful waitress by the name of Carlisa. She was very friendly, polite, superb personality and has the most superb customer service. I see a lot of potential in her for a management position in her future. If we are ever down in the New Orleans area again, we definitely will be stopping in. Working there is absolutely great. Great management, awesome coworkers and the kitchen staff makes sure the food comes out impeccable. I never frequented this location but would have if I would have known the burgers are always juicy and the nachos are phenomenal. Now that I work there I can appreciate how amazing this establishment is. Not just for the ambiance, which is true to hard rock standards, because the food is truly worth it. If you are in the quarter stop by and try the local legendary burger, listen to some jams, and leave smiling. U won't be disappointed.

The food was really good, but was priced for excellence and it just did not hit that point. The experience of seeing rock and roll memorabilia was worth it. We also ordered boozy milkshakes and were carded for the alcohol. Our bartender brought a regular milkshake and was questioning us like we were lying when we told her of the mistake. It was a busy night with a festival so I am willing to forgive the overworked staff. Overall worth the experience once but will likely not be back to the same location again.

We we’re effectively charged double the cost to purchase the glasses in which the liquid was served in, not apparent until the bill was served. We were seated promptly. The restaurant was clean and visually appealing. The server was nice but very slow with drink refills and the restaurant was not busy. When we got our food, a total of 8 orders, two were cold. The Mac and cheese was dry. However when the manager came around he subtract half the cost for the orders that were cold and offered to warm them.

First of all the positive- thanks for being open after the Saints game! We passed several restaurants that were closing as everyone walked by. By the time we left, the restaurant had a good crowd. Our food was good and our service was great! 3 stars for this visit is for the man next to us. He came in after us and was seated with a menu ( restaurant was not crowded at the time) NOT one wait staff person talked to him!! Nobody came and took his drink order, he had to ask a hostess for service and still patiently waited several minutes for his iced tea and late for his food. So not only did EVERY employee walk by him but there was a man with ear piece standing in the back ( a manager perhaps) watching this and doing nothing!!! Later this manager did come up to a table beside us to address a food issue and never spoke to the ignored man. The man was very patient and kind, I just hate he had such a long, unnecessary wait! Come on people, this is New Orleans- people expect better!

Bartender was awesome. Good drinks- fast service BUT the hostess (Dabby I think?) should choose different employment or be let go for the sake of the restaurant. She cut me off while I was talking. Attempted to deter us eating at hard rock- saying there was a 35-40 minute wait time when we waited LESS THAN 5 MINUTES TO GET A TEXT SAYING WE HAD A TABLE. While sitting at our table you could hear the hostess yelling across the restaurant at waitresses saying not to seat people at certain tables. Which is an understandable thing with Covid but don’t yell across the restaurant, it’s super unprofessional.

I am not usually a fan of chain places, but this Hard Rock Cafe had one of the best grilled salmon I've ever tasted. Overall, rock music decor and such. Dont underestimate this place. The food is great!

My wife and I were visiting New Orleans for a week from Iowa. We had so much fun we decided to review everywhere we went. Good and bad. This is one of the good ones. I was hesitant about eating here as I was in NOLA to experience new foods and local cuisine. However, after a busy day we decided to end our evening here. I was impressed. I came here for an event a few years ago in their private room in the back. There wasn't enough food for the entire group, which was kind of sad. The sound system was wonkey. But the decor is great. I came back for a gift for someone. While I won't ever make a special trip, this is close to Canal on Bourbon, and it is very clean.

Hard Rock NOLA is a "go to" for a great burger and a fun atmosphere.. staff is friendly and efficient. Sound system kicks, without overpowering. The Maitre d' was super cool and fun. He dances around checking on your happiness, playing air guitar and lip syncing 80's songs.👍👍👍 And I live here in New Orleans! Not a tourist trap!!! Check it out. The food was delicious! The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars was the service. It was almost empty when we went to eat, yet our server didnt come take our order for 20 minutes. And never mind getting a refill! He was more concerned with chatting up a friend than us. When we were finished, it took forever to get our check as well!

This place is located on Bourbon Street and only a block or so from Canal St. There was hardly anyone there and the food wasn't bad at all. The servers were very nice although not very fast. It's your average Hard Rock but it does have a really nice glass bottle chandelier above the bar.

It was a long wait, but the food is worth it if you're on bourbon st. We sat at the table in front of a piano lid that BB King signed, and I ordered a burger. The burger was a little more pink than I asked for, but I ate it anyways and it was alright. Not the best Hard Rock I've been to, but not the worst, for sure. I met up with a group here on a recent trip to NOLA. Didn't have any food, but enjoyed a few drinks. They were decently priced given the location. Most people in the group that ordered food, enjoyed it. I did hear that the Hard Rock gumbo dish wasn't that good. My colleague took one spoonful and returned it.

This Hard Rock Cafe is right on Bourbon Street in New Orleans. The general area is very lively, happening and trendy. There are so many famous seafood houses nearby that the Hard Rock is probably more a place for meeting people for drinks. We did have dinner there and the food was fine, but we had better food at the Acme Oyster House. The drinks at the Hard Rock were great and the service was great, as well as the decor and the atmosphere. Overall. A great time.

I was in New Orleans visiting for a week from Michigan and I ate at this restaurant, and my expereince was exceptional!!!! The service was outstanding, the food was great, and I loved seeing all of the music related stuff in the restaurant. I was treated like family at this restaurant which made me really happy, and next time I come to New Orleans I will be coming back to this restaurant for sure.

It was about 11:15am on a Monday. The sign said "Wait to be seated", but no one ever approached us, so we seated ourselves at the bar. There were only 1-2 customers in the whole place (seated at the bar). Thankfully David, the bartender greeted us right away. We were in a bit of a hurry as my friend had to be at work by 12:15pm after just flying in from Washington, D.C. We both ordered hamburgers. The food came in reasonable time; it was hot and very tasty. Although I think for a hamburger and fries $16 is a bit pricey, especially here in the south. David was nice, and gave us good fast service though!

I am in the area for business very regularly, and the New Orleans Hard Rock Cafe is a regular dinner stop for me. Very hard to find vegetarian options in the French Quarter, but their Impossible Burger is awesome! Pair that with beautiful local beers and the nostalgic music and it is a great closer to a busy day.

I felt the need for something other than the typical food of New Orleans, and the Hard Rock delivered. Service was good, and Service quite fast. Thanks to Hard Rock Cafe on Bourbon street! I could actually eat the food as their menu wasn't overdone with Creole/Shellfish foods which I am allergic to. I am allergic enough that even if my husband eats shellfish and didn't get the oils off his mouth kissing him would be a problem ... and since ALMOST EVERY darn restaurant and bar cooked their fried foods in the same fryers as the shellfish we couldn't order anything fried 😥 Made it real challenging!! So thank goodness for a Legendary American restaurant like Hard Rock Cafe!!

This place was the only restaurant I "dared" to try around Bourbon Street, and I was happily surprised. Food was good, good service, clean restrooms, nice atmosphere, and not too loud. My ears needed a break from all the loud music and noise, and my sense of smell also needed a break from that " New Orleans " particular, unique and unpleasant smell. Walking into the Hard Rock Cafe was definitely a breath of fresh air !

Ribs were good. Didn't notice any alcohol effects after two mixed drinks. French fries were undercooked and luke warm. Replacement fries were hot, but still undercooked. Our server Shelby was good to me, but failed to offer my friend any refills on his iced tea. Ribs should always be served with extra napkins, maybe even a couple handiwipes. Nice clean location, but there are many other choices to dine nearby, and that's what we'll do for the rest of our stay.
