Our server started off slow. We then realized she was over worked. Taking care of an entire section on her own. During college football, on a Saturday. We waited a solid half hour for our food. 2 orders of chicken tenders and a grilled steak salad. Chicken was cold, dried out, breading mushy, yet the blue cheese with it was boiling hot, as though it sat under the warmer in the kitchen for a long period of time. The grilled steak salad was mushy as though it sat in the fridge all day, the steak was cold and rubbery. Not appealing. The manager did his job professionally and quickly. I made a simple complaint about the quality without making a scene. He removed the salad from the bill and fixed the chicken very quickly. Following that our server was available a little more and she was still professional! I applaud the staff for handling everything as they did. We'll be back. Maybe not on a Saturday night, but we'll be back.

Great time. Food was ok. Spicy Korean wings were too salty. Drinks were good. Only issue was slow service at bar/ dining. For Spring Break weekend that is pitiful. Only 3 servers and one bar tender. Staff was nice!

I went here with my friend for lunch. I can say it was fast , easy and convient. My waiter Shannon was amazing! He was very attentive and he made sure he checked up on us frequently . The food was fresh and good. I will come back for lunch. I had flat bread pizza with a stout burger!

The wait staff is extremely slow with service. I think the manager/host really tries to go the extra mile. He was running around doing the most so much that he was sweating profusely. Too bad his staff doesn't feel the same way. Food is pricey but you get a decent portion. A huge variety of games and every once and a while the machine will charge your gamecard but the game won't register that you paid. I do like that they have decent prizes to trade your tickets in for.

Every American has heard of Dave and Busters if you've ever looked into an arcade. The closest one to me is in New Orleans so even though it's only 35 min away for me I have stayed away till today. Parking here's a little maddening as can be expected anywhere in New Orleans area. Expect to pay 10$+ to park. The arcade is on the 6th floor but the elevators only go up to it on the 5th floor or at least the ones I parked by didn't go up to 6th. Large arcade with several party rooms. I think the D&B experience is less about the arcade and more about the added in dining and sports bar area. The drinks here are okay....the service is Mid though. I was told we could order drinks and hit the arcade it's probably not the preference. I only had some drinks here with my guest so I only came to play not per SE eat. As legendary as an arcade ppl talk about. It's only about a medium sized arcade. I've reviewed larger arcades such as Big play in Biloxi. Some of the machines have broken buttons or are in need of service. One of the buttons on the sonic and Mario Olympic games was broken. The clown toss game also was buggy. There's paid for VR though on my visit which u had to cut a little short I did not find it even though I paid 6$ upgrade for one VR access. Yes u do have to pay for it. I also reserved a table which was highly unnecessary as the dining area was empty. I will say the major winning point here is the arcade is clean. The app is the real winner tho. You can add your own card to your phone and use NFC to pay and not have to talk to Tennant's which for the most part seem a little disinterested in attendees. Ex there was no one manning the prize booth. To pay for my drinks someone else had to try to find my waitress which took about 8 min. Overall it's an okay experience. I think the hype is more of the let down than the experience not being great. I still think I prefer Big play in Biloxi (which has go karts , bowling, laser tag , VR and still a dining exp) as the best arcade in LA-AL coastline. Tho there's 2 more I have to go to make that official

We had a great time! Spent a lot of money. But you cannot put a price on a lifetime of memories! Food was delicious! Had a blast with the games. We will definitely be back. And our service was great. I cannot remember our waiter's name, but he was a light skinned young man with dreadlocks in. Or maybe just wild braids lol. That doesn't matter, he was exceptional! He went above and beyond. I hope he see's this review. Dave & Buster's in New Orleans. We were there Sunday, the 23rd of May. If you haven't been, you are missing out!

Honestly, the service here is pretty atrocious I must admit. But who really goes for the service? I will say I did love the bartender yesterday, her name is Elise, she's pretty new but her personality is A+. Other than that you'll just have to deal with it because they have a really good happy hour and admittedly the games were more fun than I thought they'd be. I don't generally care to be around children we went during the week around 3:30 to 7:30 and it wasn't that bad! Good deals!

So much fun!!! I apologize in advance for not taking more food pics!!! We celebrated my son's 21st birthday here and it was a blast!! We started with appetizers: Garlic Truffle Fries and Pretzel Dogs. These were so good. The fries were consumed with gusto!! And the pretzel dogs were fresh and yummy...you can tell they were NOT frozen!! After appetizers the kids took off for the games! While us old folks sat back and enjoyed our time. Later we ordered dinner and drinks!! Our server Amber was awesome!!! She knew the menu extremely well, made delicious suggestions and helped with food requests. We give 6 thumbs up for the Oktoberfest Brat Burger, Beastmode Bacon Burger, and Voodoo Pasta!!!

Bathrooms were clean. D&B reached out to me to get clarification about what they can do better and that was very promising. I should provide some context to my previous rating. It was around 9:00 in the evening. There was a really large crowd and it looked like the place was understaffed (which is a problem everywhere). The lady behind the bar was by herself and hustling pretty good to get orders. She was not inattentive, she was just unable to handle the large crowd by herself. After waiting 30 minutes to put in an order we simply left to eat elsewhere. I have only had great experiences at D&B, it just so happened that I was there on the a tough night during the holiday season. I have no qualms visiting this location or any other in the future!

Not only do my kids love this place but so do I. The food is great and they have a great variety of games. Service is hit or miss but the food makes up for it! I went right before the COVID shut down and just received an email that they are back open... can’t wait to go back First time back since covid and it was a little Crazy and disorganized. The wait for a table was about a 2 hour wait and once we were seated you order from your phone, it took forever to get drinks. Our appetizers came out and still not drinks… drinks finally came When we were finishing up the Appetizers but understandable as they were busy. After that everything was great! Service was great (thank you Jada😁) I ordered the beast bacon burger which I didn’t care to much for but I also Ordered the steak which was delicious 🤤 my kids really enjoyed their food as well. I ended up ordering the green ghost drink and it was so good we got another!

This was such a fun time. We got 750 play points and it took us 3 hrs to use them all. We had 4 people in our party. Half the games were down, due to covid? Not sure. But besides that great atmosphere and food!

Gerald was simply amazing. He embraced us immediately when we sat down. Although he works the bar his hospitality was TOP NOTCH!!! I know what you are thinking is that this place is not for adult food but kids fun. I have to admit his service was sooooo superb I would hire him myself. When we walked Up to the bar he was busy but immediately stopped to GREET us and take our orders. One thing for sure you cannot teach an employee CHARACTER. It is always important to greet a customer and then return to your duties.

Our first dining experience at Dave and Busters started out as a very bad experience with the drinks and food taking a very long time to come out, but after reporting it to the GM Jeanne she felt our first experience at Dave and Busters was way below what we should have expected. In an effort to remedy our bad experience she went over and above to remedy the situation and to let us know how very sorry she was for what we had to endure. She asked that we give them another try in the near future, so that she could prove to us that this is not how they typically conduct business. I told her we would try it again and I thanked her for being so gracious and kind. Jeanne truly is an asset for the Dave and Busters franchise family.

Wonderfull place! We both had burgers and fries and they were delicious. The place is big and cavernous and there are a lot of monitors, large, everywhere, The staff was very friendly and the manager, Steve, was incredibly generous. Thanks for everything. I went to the French quarter and the waterfront, but this was by far the best attraction in New Orleans! Had so much fun! They have pool tables and lots of fun games. Highly recommended!!!

Fun for the kids but when you get game cards at the table because you are eating there they attempt to trick you into tipping on the price that includes the cards. Nope. Service was not that good. Food was ok. Don't expect anything great.

The food was good. Good environment. My only thing is the staff ....The kids were all excited because of the arcade my son had left his sweater on the table ... we completely forgot about it because of the arcade. When we were on our way to the parking lot, I realized about the Saint Sweater he left on the table I went to the lost and found, front desk No one had seen my sons sweater... I finally found our waitress... she was a little busy I had to wait around 10- 15 minutes before she helped me out ... I had asked her twice and finally she brought it out... my sons sweater was in the kitchen...

If you are coming here to eat (especially before a pelicans game, like me.), expect to wait a minute. Other than that, the games are fun and the drinks aren't expensive.

Great place to go for some fun and relaxation. It’s best to pay extra and park in the garage which will cost you an extra $10. This is a nice Dave & Buster’s but it’s not as large as others. It appeared that all the games worked and were well taken care of. The staff was friendly, the games were great, the place is well taken care of. The only knock on it is the parking and it’s not their biggest place, otherwise it’s a great place to have some fun.

This area has needed a family entertainment place like this for a long time! Lots of great games and fun to be had. I can see this place being a regular stop before Saints games! The food was pretty good even though it took a long time to get a table and even longer for the food to come out. There are obviously better places to get food in NOLA but it was pretty good stuff. My only complaint is that the food took so long to come out that I ended up spending 4 hours and 1 minute there. That extra minute is significant because they charge $10 for each 4 hours of parking so instead of $10, I owed $20.

It was extremely packed! We did not have to wait too long for a food table. Everything we ordered was great and we had an even better server! The hostesses were also very nice. There was a pretty long wait at the bar the first time, but we opened a tab and it was a bit easier since we had a designated bartender. The bathrooms were clean. Love love love Dave & Buster’s! It’s absolutely an extremely fun place that an adult can be a kid 🤪 not only do us adults enjoy it but it’s kid safe and friendly! It’s spacious, clean, and odor free regardless of how many people are there. I favor the Houston D&B (Katy) location food better..ribs to be specific but N.O. drinks are better, I mean duh! Parking and walk to building isn’t too bad if you get there early enough. It’s located right after the Dome ⚜️ (Caesars) so slowww down to not miss your turn! All in all, it’s a great place to unwind for a fun game or a drink!

This place sure gave me a lifelong memory. I loved it here. The games were amazing. While it is a little expensive, you do get a generous amount of tokens to play with. That only thing I'd have to say is maybe put out some better prizes to win. When I went to cash out my tickets and saw the prizes it felt like I didn't really win anything, considering how much it costs to get the tokens. But still, I'd definitely come back next time I'm in New Orleans. Definitely a spot worth seeing.

Always a fun place to go. The food is really delicious and they always have neat things to try. Most of the time the wait is quite long because you seat yourself and have to wait to be noticed. Aside from that you have plenty of game choices to entertain the family for hours. I could spend all day playing the games but it can be rather pricey and adds up quickly. Definitely recommend for some good food and good fun.

So fun! Great to bring kids or super fun for a date! A little pricey, and I personally don't like the menu (it's extensive but not exactly healthy) or sweet cocktails and punches which is what most of the drinks are. If you're into that though, you'll love the kitchen and bar. I just ordered whiskey, so I was satisfied with that, and I can't understate how fun it is to have a few drinks and run around playing games!! It's expensive to play, and it really adds up, so go ahead and spring for one of the deals. My friend and I found a Groupon for unlimited play that was a decent savings.

Fries came out cold! The pizza was good though. Our bartender, Amber, was amazing though. The Skee ball machine was broken and the VR ride had no volume at all. And they turned off the gaming machines early.

Had a blast here!!!!! Cant wait to go back. The only complaint I have is the elevator situation and the line being so close together and no workers walking the floor after we had a problem with a machine. Bring hand sanitizer cause the machines are not being cleaned

Parking was easy and only $10 for 4 hours. Spent the extra for 375 chips for each kid and they played about 3 hrs. The restaurant had excellent service and the food was good with large portion sizes. Definitely a great family experience.

Enjoyed celebrating for a friend's birthday at Dave & Buster's. Loved the variety of options on the menu and the Thai chicken superfood chopped salad. Had lots of fun, though it was quite loud. $12 for 60 chips was just enough for me and didn't break the bank. I suggest taking a good look at all the prizes before making a decision; they have some nice gems for surprisingly not too many tickets. Hope to go again.

Food here is um gordan Ramsey um level and like everything is chill it’s like who made idea of like basically, arcade and bar. My one critique would probably be the kids, like adults come here to get wasted basically you shouldn’t come here with kid basically. So yeah. The ribs were burnt so they covered it up with a plethora of bbq sauce. The waitress' service was good at first then slowly tapered off towards the end. The bar drinks were spot on though. A few of the games were broken but for the most part we had fun. The D&B in Denver was much better.

First visit here. Dave & Buster’s was extremely full. I was barely able to get a seat at the bar and dining area-which means business is great. I sat at the bar which was extremely, extremely short staffed. But the bartenders were calm regardless. It appeared that a manager was there to assist the staff, which was awesome! The manager is who mixed my drink. I ordered vodka and lemonade which was terrible. I’m not sure what happened with my simple mix. I received my food quicker than expected in reference to how crowded it was here. Why 4 stars: I ordered the nachos which came in a massive portion. But sadly, there was no “ seasoned beef” as the menu stated. It was made with canned chili which was horrible. Additionally, the nachos were barely room temperature which means they were made and sitting out for a bit. I wouldn’t order it again. I will return and would eat here again.

I would give every D&B's a 5 star. I love their food! We did not get to eat here unfortunately, as it was a 4 hour wait. Many people would get angry over such a long wait. Honestly you just need to call hours ahead and reserve space.

I Had a great experience! I feel bad because I can't remember my server name but he was awesome (which means I probably should've remembered his name even more) Tonight was the first time my son came to D&B. Our server greeted us with a smile, got our drinks fast, and kicked it with my son as well. MOST IMPORTANT I DROPPED MY WALLET AND HE GAVE IT BACK!!! Needless to say the night could've took a different turn if the worst happened, but it didn't. My son definitely enjoyed himself as well as me and my fiance! Usually go on Wednesday... Games are 1/2 price! Usually a good sized crowd but never packed out or full like the weekends. Even with two private events happening Service was still very good. Dinner was the fish and chips. Excellent! Fish was especially freshly battered and cooked perfectly flaky

I had a great experience here with my family. We had a lovely server, Rebecca. Customer service was great! The food was good but overall very, very salty. The area we were in was nice and clean. If you're looking for a quiet spot, this isn't it XD. There are lots of games for kids and adults alike to enjoy (please see my big win of 1k tickets 😂).

We went with a group that had ages 6-70 and every single one of us had a great time! Our server, Teach was absolutely fantastic. She was very friendly and super helpful! We weren’t sure what to expect with the food but everything was delicious! Well worth the money we spent on games and food.

Loved this place, the arcade is very expansive and had a lot of new games for me to enjoy. I also had the pleasure of eating here and the food was absolutely fabulous. I had the Hawaiian burger I believe and it definitely holds up against other good burgers I have enjoyed in the past. One qualm I had with this place was that they made my friend cover up as she had her shoulders exposed which felt unnecessary at the time.

This is one of the biggest and nicest arcades I have seen and since they require covid tests or vaccine then the place is empty which makes it 10 times more fun.

This was the first time me and my husband and some friends came here. It was extremely packed but we still had a wonderful time! We will definitely be going back. The food was the best I have ever had! The cook really did a good job even though they was backed up. The only bad experience was the woman at the prize section was really rude and wasn’t going to let us redeem our tickets, we had 10 minutes before close and she told us she was closed and wasn’t going to serve us. We got a manager involved and they settled it for us!

Great place for all ages. But if you're going to watch the football game dont sit at the bar because there was only one bartender and we waited a long time for our order to be taken. other than that everything was fine. Food was yummy. Atmosphere was fun as always.

SO THE FOOD WAS GOOD. DRINK WAS THE BEST THING I'VE EVER HAD. ONLY ISSUE WAS WHEN WE WALKED IN IT WAS NO WORKERS IN SIGHT. IT WAS ABOUT 12 NOON AN THEIR WASN'T ANY PPL FOR REAL BUT WE DIDN'T KNOW IF WE WAS SUPPOSED TO WAIT OR FIND A TABLE OURSELVES. WE GOT A TABLE, SAT ABOUT 10 MINS, NO WAITER IN SIGHT, AGAIN. HAD TO GET UP AN LITERALLY GO FIND ONE BUT SHE WAS OKAY ONCE SHE TENDED TO US. IT JUST CAME OFF AS IF THEY WERE SHORT STAFFED OR SOMETHING. BUT OVERALL THE FOOD AND DRINK WAS BOMB. I'LL MOST DEFINITELY BE BACK.

In short: *really great food for a fair price *friendly staff * a handful of games had minor to major issues making the playing experience less enjoyable * close to being a 5 star experience The food was really great and the staff was very friendly. The games didn't seem too over priced. The thing about the games we noticed was that many of them had problems of some sort. Many of the older games such as the game where you knock over the clowns had mechanical issues, air hockey would count point incorrectly, some of the ski ball machines wouldn't count points, and other minor issues similar through some of the games. The VR was a cool thing to experience, but they did not let you pick from the advertised 5 options of VR experience, so you just did whatever the staff picked. I was excited to try the star wars VR game as well, but I quickly found out after already paying for the game that the right hand controller did not work. This made the game much more difficult to play. My wife and I still had a great time with the games. After we had spent all of out points we went to use up our tickets, and it took a while because many of the items were not labeled so we would have to ask the one staff working the prizes how much it was. None of these issues were big or upsetting, just minor inconveniences.

Went in on a Saturday around 5pm. Was told it would be a 60 to 90 minute wait. There was a Monster Jam truck show at the Ceasars Superdome so I guess we could've expected this. But hey, you are running a DOWNTOWN DESTINATION RESTAURANT. The owners should be more prepared for influx such as this. I know this because I've worked in the food service industry for about 20 years.

We had a great time at this D&B. The staff was super friendly. The drinks were good and the wings as well. After 10PM the drinks are half off. Place was clean. We went on a Sunday night and pretty much had the place to ourselves.

I have 20 years in the service industry...TEACH is amazing! We came to eat and play. I feel like I'm always let down with service when I go out to eat but this young lady made our Sunday! Such good service. Awesome place to hang out before any event! We were here for the Wrestlemania 34 event at the Superdome! They handled the huge crowds very well with only about and hour and a half wait! Great food and service! Played games for hour or so! Thanks D&B!

Pretty fun place to go to if you want to play arcade games. It's not the best out of all the Dave & Busters I have gone to, but it is the only one that is close in Louisiana. The games are fun, but some of them are run down and broken. Some of the games are not updated and pretty much the same. Hopefully they get the games fixed and change the games around.

Dave and Busters is basically a Chucky Cheese for adults. We only got 500 tickets and we were able to cash in. Not because they didn’t have items for 500 or under but because they were limited to Candy and bouncy balls. My friend loved the VR experience. I on the other hand was full of sweat and white as a ghost.

Very limited seating but it was awesome otherwise. Cool games and the drinks were good and during happy hour just too cheap to turn down. Food was good as well. My only complaint is that they have a huge dining area and not even a quarter of it, could you sit in. Just around the bar, we had to sit and this tiny little counter top when they had an entire room of booths and such.

Is there any greater sacrifice than taking your child to Dave and Buster's? We're on holiday in New Orleans and have a 13 yo kid. She was getting a little bored with all the nature walks and museums we were making her go to so we took her here. My husband was grateful for beer and I was grateful for both gin and tonic.

The food was AMAZING like the appetizer but the arcade part you can barely get tickets and the wanted prizes such as VR headsets Google home etc. Each game gets 10 - 500 tickets and the wanted prizes are 50k+.

The store you go into to spend your tickets is pretty cool and has a lot to choose from. Only issue I had was there were a lot of games that were not working so it would be nice to either remove them from the floor and get something else or fix them but things break so I understand. Also everyone is on top of each other anyway so I see no reason to close the games in between to keep distance

It’s Dave and Buster’s, they are all the same mostly, with exceptions or locale or staff… Personally I’m just gracious to have a place to come play games with friends and a drink if I wish. As American’s I feel we take for granted our privilege and often in just this sort of way. Not many countries have establishments you can drink and eat (not good food in my opinion), and take the family or adult friends etc and play a large variety of carnival games or arcade games or modern VR and so on. This place is seemingly short staffed, nothing too impressive. But it’s fun! Enjoy…

My wife and I had a mixed experience. The restaurant experience was very lacking. Our waitress didn't seem like she really cared about us. My order came out at a normal time, fries were a little old and the ribs were dry. My wife's order got lost(?) some how and it took twice the time for hers to come out. Her shrimp was cold, tasted off and wasn't even fully breaded! We went up to the front desk and we asked for a manager. That's when we met Ms. LaShandra! She was AMAZING! She stepped up and listened to us and took care of us completely and talked to us to make sure we felt it. She even gave us extra play points. Well this is where our 2nd problem came in. Now it wasn't this location's fault but something wrong with the app and no one could figure it out. Guess who came to our rescue. Ms. LaShandra! She took more time and handled everything within her power. Talked to us again, explained the problem and made sure we felt heard and taken care of again again. Which we really did. We'd give Ms. LaShandra 6 stars if we could.

Great place to take the kids for lunch and a few games. Seems the food selection has changed since we visited last b/c there was not a lot to choose from, but it was okay - burgers and fries. Kids had a great time until it was time to redeem tickets. The two workers were more concerned with changing out inventory than assisting the line of customers trying to redeem tickets.

Games were nice. There was about 1.5-2hr wait for a table for food, then AFTER we were seated we were told there was no bartender so we couldn't get alcohol. Only to see another table be served alcoholic beverages about 20 min later. Ordered food and it came about about 25 min later but my wings and truffle fries did not. I asked about them 3x and finally received the wings to go after my family had finished their food and still did not get my truffle fries.

We went for the games and alot of them weren't giving out the tickets like it said. My son won a 500 ticket jackpot and the machine malfunctioned and he never received his winnings. One game stopped mid play and asked for an attendant that never showed up to fix it. The wait for a table is almost an hour if not longer...and the bar area conveniently shut down at the beginning of Happy Hour. Cool concept...but needs more attention.

The Pepperoni Flatbread was the best thing that was ordered! We also had burgers and wings. They were good.... not great..but good! The place got busy, and they completely forgot about us. We had to go ask for our tickets, to go water, and take out containers. They either need to add more people during rush time or mange the door dash orders better.

From the last time I came to Dave and Buster's, it has gotten better. The last time had a sweaty or musty smell. I am not sure if it was the ventilation but it was very unpleasant. The games were pretty fun because they had a choice for classic lovers, ticket games, and action games. Another plus there were no games that were out of service. The food was mediocre. However, this time I came back it was very nice. The smell was gone. They upgraded with more games which more choices or varieties. Also, the food taste a lot better. So, I enjoy it and it's a great place for family and friends no matter what age to hangout together. Oh yes, the customer service was great everywhere we went from the in-store restaurant there, the on floor game employees, and the prizes employees were great. Very friendly, caring and patient.

Games were great and per-game prices weren't bad. However, the person directing the line was very rude, she misheard us calling her "ma'am" and got in our faces because she thought we said "man". The bartender was rude as well; we simply asked "are we allowed to order drinks if you aren't seating more tables?" We were sarcastically turned away and treated like we were being unreasonable from this simple question. That being said, if you're just looking for a decent arcade with new games and you aren't looking for friendly staff then this is an enjoyable place.

Actually the experience was great. Despite the overwhelming crowd and flood of tourists that was using the restroom the cleanliness was up to part. Our food was served hot and arrived shortly after ordering. The staff was very attentive to our needs. I had the smash burgers and wings. We definitely come again!

We went on a Saturday afternoon. It wasn't crowded just enough people. The games were fun, something for everyone. The cost to enjoy is high as most games take 9.9 coins. The food was really good; however, the wait staff takes a very very long time to get your order... you would do better to sit at the bar. The staff in general is not friendly. We encountered 3 friendly. If a game doesn't work, they will fix it.

The restaurant side of things is incredibly disorganized. You sit where you want, which is great, but the place is so busy that it was hard to get noticed by a server. Once she got there, she was great. But none of the waitstaff make eye contact with people sitting just in case they get stopped. Food was good, games are great. But it needs to be organized seating for people not to get so frustrated.

We just had my daughter sweet 16 with 35 people and food was amazing setup with private room was awesome. Parking was 10 bucks for 4 hrs. And games galore was definite a great place to have a party.

I came here on Saints Sunday home game. The staff was very nice. Service was great and food was good. Then came back with family the following week. Again the staff was friendly, courteous and efficient. The food was again good. Everything was hot and tasted good. My family had a good time. My experience has been good over all. i will say the bathrooms needed attention. We were here early when it first open so the condition should have been fresh and it was not. I can't understand why there was no paper towels and the floors needed sweeping when it had just opened.

Brunch was great. Better was good. Our server was gracious, patient, and helpful. The 6 kids had so much fun. The 9 adults had more fun. My mother and father in law never laughed so much together. I wish I could rate the service separately. Brandy was an AMAZING server!!! She was courteous to us as well as the other customers in our area. She checked on the quality of our food/drink, removed empty items from the table and even apologized that our drinks may be delayed because the bartender was alone. That’s good customer services. When I went to the women’s bathroom, where the toilets were not flushing properly, I opened servers stalls that were not flush before getting to one that had no waste in it. I tried to flush mine when I was done, I could not flush it! I waved my hand in front of the sensor many times and finally squeezed the button on the side. After holding it in, the toilet flushed. I signaled to another patron in the bathroom, who was complaining about the cleanliness, to use the one I had flushed. I went in two other stalls to push the buttons so that they could be used and it did not work. I informed a worker in the gaming area about the toilet, she shrugged her shoulders and asked me what I wanted her to do. I smiled and walked away. I mentioned the bathroom situation to Brandy and she informed her manager. See why I want to separate the services. The food Brandy recommended was yummy and her hospitality was well received. Thank you, all three stars are for Brandy ⭐️⭐️⭐️!

The food is good! Unfortunately, the service is bad (very below average). Drinks and Food take a long time to come out. It was actually a slow night (last night) which should have been more reason to have faster, adequate service and been treated better in the restaurant area. The staff seems very inexperienced. The manager had many excuses to why the service was bad. I've frequented tons of Dave & Busters across the nation and even have family in upper management positions within the company but this D & B has some catching up to do regarding the quality of service compared to other Dave & Buster Facilities. The games are still fun and a great time but just be prepared for an unpleasant dining experience. I just really hope your personal and group experience is much better than our group's experience.

My family and I had a good time. We read the reviews prior to going so we didn't eat there so I can't comment on that area. I gave it 4 stars because the games selection was very nice. The games also need to be cleaned/disinfecting my kiddos were very sick after the visit here. Next time I'll bring cleaning wipes... All in all we had fun as a family.

Kind of a smaller Dave & Busters, but all of the games seemed to be working properly, the place was clean, and the staff was friendly. We had some coupons for buy one get one free on $20 game play. They're on an app that's part of a coupon book fundraiser our daughter's school is doing. I guess their coupons usually have barcodes to scan and these had some type of access code instead that the staff had never seen. After some talk they figured it out though and we were able to use them. I'm glad they didn't just refuse to take it and put in the extra work. The bar staff was quick and nice. I'd avoid the wine though. They don't sell much apparently and it had gone bad. They weren't sure where another bottle was so they were going to ask a manager but my wife just switched her drink order so they wouldn't have to deal with that right then. We had a lot of fun and will go back whenever we're around.

Walked here from our hotel. Stayed for 4 hours. We had a blast. They provide a law enforcement discount, which was great! Milkshakes were good. The burger got the job done but wasn't as flavorful as I had hoped. You must try the Virtual Reality "ride." Who knew 2 adults could have so much fun at D&B.

I do not recommend the restaurant area. Service was bad, the host took care of us better than the waiter. The food wasn't good. My mom ordered the Philly cheese steak, it had no cheese or veggies. The meat looked like burnt ground meat. If you come here, go for the games and drinks. The bartenders are nice and attentive. I haven't ran across any games being broken, that's a plus also. You pay for parking, it could range from 5-20 dollars. Street parking is free after 8

Gets crowded on the weekends but that's expected. Great games that were well maintained. Games are a bit pricey, but they are all modern games that are fun to play. Really wish it wasn't so loud in there, but I'm not sure how they can address that. Also wish they'd validate parking as it's $10 a pop. Not sure how much birthday parties cost there, but the cards they give seem to be unlimited play, so the kids really do have a great time. Food's not 1/2 bad either.

The food and the experience of playing the games went very well. Unfortunately it appears ticket redemption is on a different system. My Son whom was celebrating his Birthday was unfortunately unable to redeem a Mario plushie because the system was unable to read our points at the registers and alas we had to abandon this plushie as a result. I've ordered one on amazon to compensate his sadness. But honestly it was very disappointing to run into this issue. This is the second time I've had this issue at this location the first being pre-covid.

The employees were great, but the the service for the food wait was horrible. They need to hire more staff. The night I went the had a big party for Capital One of 200 people. The should have more staff were it could have been split to accommodate the party and everyone else. To get a table was a 4hr wait and food was 30- 45min. Great experience while in New Orleans for another event. The dine-and-play option seems to be a pretty good deal if you get there early enough to take advantage. The service was pretty slow but friendly. The food exceeded our expectations. The gaming area seems smaller than other locations I've visited, but there was plenty to keep me and my 12yo busy.

Seems you may want to train your employees better in that department. They have more excuses why not to honor signs that are right there. First, go on Wednesday, the games are half price. Also, if you're there late, there is a solid happy hour menu from 10 to midnight. D&B is undeniably fun for the arcade crowd. There are a wide variety of games and the ticket shop has some pretty cool options. The food is alright and the drinks are pretty good. However, the service is always impressively slow. Everyone has always been really friendly. Just don't expect to zip up to the bar for a quick drink. It isn't gonna happen. I do recommend the Mexican street corn quesadilla that shows up on the late night happy hour though. It's not super big but it's tasty as heck and only 5 bucks.

Saturday night so I knew it was going to be super busy. I requested a table and was told I would receive a text when table was ready. 30 minutes goes by, no text. I go to the desk and they said a text was sent but I showed them I never got it. So we got a table, upon which after waiting another 20 minutes we find out there is no server assigned to our table 🤔. The hostess/manager ended up taking our order and servicing our table. In the end we were fine, the food was great and they comped us 4 unlimited game cards. I like the place and will come back, but not on Saturday night.

Had a great time here, easily spent 3 hours with happy hour as well. We came here on a groupon voucher - $25 for unlimited video games for 2 which made it worth it. Don’t think I’d pay full price if I’m being honest as it’s only shooting games or car racing that you can access for unlimited video games. Everything else needs a lot of tokens. Happy hour is good with all cocktails half price so they’re about $5-6 each.

Dave and Buster’s is definitely a fun place, but most of the employees at this location had bad attitudes. The waiters and waitresses’ attitudes were the worst. Our waiter acted like he didn’t want to serve us and it seemed like someone had to force him to come serve us. I think he wanted to continue having fun with his friends instead of serving us. One of the waitresses even told us to hurry and put our food in our to-go boxes, because they were closing and our waiter hadn’t even been back to take our payment for our ticket. As a matter of fact, he never came back out. Maybe they were acting like that because they were ready to go home, but I don’t think poor customer service should be given just because you’re ready to clock out. If I go back, it’ll definitely be at a different time of day.

Dave & Busters us a great place to bring your kids but you'll have to send a little penny for them to have a good time. I would suggest to use a groupon before going in. Also DOWNLOAD THE APP! You get some free tickets and it alerts you when credits run low and you can reload it from your phone. Very convenient. I had the shrimp pasta with the steak and it was so delicious that if it wasn't so expensive ($25 but I got a $20 play card with it), I would have ordered it again. They had a lot of people so waiter service was so slow, I couldn't get a refill on to drink. Overall, not bad, but go when you get paid.

I really love going here, but I think on game days they should enforce better rules for guests that want to actually come and play games with their family and eat. I have always loved Dave & Busters. This location is easy to get to, has convenient parking and the food was good. The service was slow, but they always are. Our waitress was great though. The atmosphere is great. The only downside and the real I am giving this place 3 stars is because the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. Most of the toilets were clogged and unusable. We decided to try the family bathroom as that one is usually cleaner; however, there was feces on the floor. Pretty disgusting.

The seat yourself procedure they have is very annoying. You have no idea what tables are open. Some people leave the table waiting on food and go play games. In my opinion someone should definitely seat you. We had wings and ribs which were pretty good. Service was okay. The games are a bit on the kiddie side, almost seems like half of the games belong at chuckee cheese. Overall I would return, maybe try the pool tables out.

The restaurant was packed and the people tasked with seating you didn't seem all that iinterested in doing there job. The restaurant area was packed. Bad service seems to be the way at many location in this city and it has to stop. The people who live here need to learn to understand what many to do in tourist town such as ours. You'll make more money if the place you work makes more money as a result of the service you provide. This place could be great if it could get the right people working there who care.

They are only taking 25% capity at the restaurant and 22% capity for the bar. The arcade area is completely closed until further notice. Parking price in the garage is determine by the hours you stay. It's $10 for 3-4hrs. Other than that, it seems like it would've been a nice play to chill.

Was having fun until me and my family were ready to eat. We were directed to the open seating area which was full and the empty tables were dirty. The host told us we couldn't sit in the other areas because it was for larger tables. I asked of someone could clean the tables and she told me sorry there wasnt anything she could do. I would just have to keep walking around and wait. Next time we'll eat before we come.

The games were great, we got a coupon deal for unlimited video games and military discount for the games that give tickets. The VR experience was great too, pretty fun although a bit confusing. Overall the variety of games and prizes is nice. For the restaurant, dont expect super great service. Everything except the appetizer took forever to come, and when we ordered we were one of maybe 4 tables in there, and 2 dishes didnt come out till almost 5-6 minutes passed from the initial run of dishes. Even so, the food was great and the waiter kept our drinks full for the most part. Just dont expect exceptional service.

Seating took over an hour and although I had seen multiple places for seating I kept getting told to wait. So after a hour and a half me and my party of 4 sat at the bar. 30 minutes for food was understandable they were busy. My burger was cold I had the south Philly which I'm sure would have been amazing hot. HOWEVER THEIR GRILLED CHICKEN WINGS ARE EVERY BIT OF HEAVEN ON EARTH!!!!

Because they have no one busing tables the place looks dirty because food sits on the table until the waitress has a chance to clean it. Management better fix this quick unless they want to go out of business because people won't come back unless they can get drinks quickly and get faster service. The food was great though once we finally got it!

The service was fast, even for the large party I went with. We had over 10 people and we got our food without a problem with very friendly service. The games there were crowded, but it's to be expected on the weekend. Super fun place.

Bartenders were great and the bar was clean.... the dining area though? Disgusting almost half the tables were dirty and stayed that way the entire 6 hours we were there. The servers were all standing around not a doing a single thing but running their mouths. When we sat at a booth no one ever approached us or said a word so we moved to the bar, which was a way better choice. Unlike the servers, the bartenders were friendly and knowledgeable. We racked up quite a lot of points and when we went to redeem them the guy working that counter was hating life. He had no desire to help us get things much less even ring them in. He Wouldn't even get us a bag or tell us where to get one. Useless. Most of the employees there need an attitude adjustment or to get a job they actually enjoy.

The customer service experience was amazing with our waitress and the District Manager. The only problem with our experience was cross contamination for one guest in our party with a severe food allergy. Most of the staff involved including the Regional Manager attempted to assist us the best way they could. It turned out to be a little more serious than we thought where we had to rush my friend to the ER. She recovered however, it caused a scare in the rest of us with severe food allergies that we struggled to find a place we could all eat at.

It is beautiful inside. I'm not sure how long it's been there but it looks very new and very well taken care of. We came for one of our son's birthday. When we first arrived we bought our game chips. I will say the front area is kind of small. I really noticed when it started to get busy and it was crowded in front of the elevators. I don't think that's very safe if something were to happen. The games were fun. We only had a problem with the bowling game in the back. The ball got stuck on two different machines so we wasted two turns. I told an attendant but he basically ignored me. But everything else was great. Then we ate. Both my boyfriend and I had drinks while we were playing games and both were delicious. We ordered the same drinks when we ate and they tasted amazing and near the same we had before. Their drink recipes are definitely on point. The food is where I had the biggest problem. I ordered the bacon wrapped shrimp plate and the bacon was incredibly undercooked on the shrimp. I could only eat one piece of bacon out of the 3. The waitress told me the chef said it was supposed to look like that but I don't think anybody would want to eat that. Besides that, the food was good, not amazing. The prize area was cool. It was more like a store than what it used to be. I will say the prizes are a bit more expensive. But we had fun nevertheless. We will definitely be back probably for our other son's birthday.

Food service was extremely slow despite only 2 other tables. When it finally came out it wasn't worth the wait being below average even by bar food standards. The arcade, TVs, and rest of the place was fun though. Go and enjoy the atmosphere but avoid dining.

Fun, and ticket prices were reasonable. We got the $40 package which gave my friend and i a solid hour of gaming. Had a few beers and acted like big kids, so we had a blast. Most of the video/arcade games were repetitive; first person shooters that is. Would have been nice to see at least 2 virtual reality games.

Gaming pricing is confusing, they have chips, and supercharging of chips options, food and game pairings, its all a bit confusing when trying to figure out what to buy. Flat rate credit gaming would be much simpler.

The employees who worked the night of 10/28 are literal God’s! We were going to the Dave Chappelle show next door at the Smoothie King Center and they wouldn’t except mobile tickets. Luckily the ladies up front were so willing to help me out, and print my tickets for me when I just randomly walked in and asked for help. Even though I wasn’t bringing them buisness, they bent over backwards to help me! These ladies are a blessing and without them, I may have not been able to attend that show! The Games & Atmosphere is Good but, Loud. The service in the Restaurant is Horrible! Our Water Screwed Everything Up. From Our orders, bringing rare Cheese Burgers instead of well done, to bringing Us drinks, not bringing condiments till Our food was cold, to Our check, someone else's check! He got Everything Wrong! I would Definitely recommend going for the Games. Just eat somewhere else first!

Great place over all. I do wish they would move away from slide cards to rf tap cards as the units can get annoying with them not reading cards. Good game selection though, recent fighters and racer games as well as an excellent selection of ticket games, we liked the selection of skill based ticket games the most and would love to see a couple of extra added in at some point in the future. SkiBall y'all .. We went after 11pm which made for less crowds so were able to speed through without a lot of getting in people's way.

AWESOME LOCATION! I went for the first time on my Birthday (1-29) which fell on a Monday. The Arcade was very nice but kinda loud witch is to be expected the prize area was on point , I find the D&B app is very easy to use to reload your Chip Card. The restaurant portion delivered excellent food and service, our waitress was very friendly and we got our food within 10-15 minutes and was well cooked, the restaurant got a little busy when we left around 8pm. The Parking Garage underneath is still $10 (hasn’t changed since the grand opening) however you need a debit/credit card. DON’T LET THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS KEEP YOU FROM COMING TO THIS LOCATION, it’s still a young location, less than a year old, as a local I’m thankful that the company located to an awesome city!

Food is actually decent, altho a tad pricey. However the service in the restaurant, altho very nice, is extremely slow. Took us over 2 hours just to eat. The staff for the gaming section are extremely rude and lazy. Dont care to help explain anything to first timers. Seemed understaffed. We went with a group of 8 just to do something different. Some of the games are really fun but none of us plan to return. We went once, thats enough. Bathrooms not very clean. Games shut down for 15 minutes, couldn't play. Eh...ot was something to do on a saturday night.

Fun atmosphere! Didn’t eat so can’t comment on that. Games were fun, prizes were kind of lacking compared to other Dave & Busters. We did have an issue with power cards due to staff loading all money onto one card instead of 4, then saying she couldn’t really do anything about it so we would just have to put more money on the other cards or all just use one card. Would have been 4 stars if not for this issue (and her attitude when addressing issue).

A national chain of an adult arcade, at least children are somewhat welcome here. The food is on the pricey side, as are the beverages. You can get a wristband loaded with money to use to play and keep track of your points to win stuff in their "prize store". Interesting concept, but it is on the expensive side in my opinion. Everything is clean and well organized. The arcade games are fun for all ages and abilities. I will not be back on my own, but with others.

But if you want decent food, plenty of TVs to watch games, and a party atmosphere you’ll love it. And among Dave & Busters, this one definitely has above average service.

This is a restaurant that happens to have arcade games. This is not a fun arcade that serves food and drinks. The food & drinks are reasonably priced which is great, but if you come here for arcade games you will be disappointed. A lot of the games which provide tickets do not award tickets as they should awared them to winners. There is limited variety of games. It is a fun place, reasonable if you can figure out the complicated deals, and enjoyable. The eating and drinking areas are dramatically larger than the gaming area. It seems that Dave and Buster's forgot their business model when they built this site.

Ok, so the location was easy to locate and in walking distance of our hotel by 3 minutes and we a downtown. Our server was polite. The food came out in a timely manner and was hot. They where our of mayo which made eating the philly cheese steak a little difficult because it was dry. Of the 5 orders we placed it was the only one we had issue with. The game where fun. We had a great time. I did notice several games where out of order. One game malfunction and cleared our play card but we located a staff member and they fixed the machine and our card. I did notice the bar staff seemed a little short handed. They didnt have pleasant attitudes and i observed 3 different sets of customers sit at the bar and wait a minimum of 10 minutes before anyone even spoke to them. Once they did two of the bartenders got into an altercation about who was suppose to be serving them.

The experience would have been great, until we had been there a while and it was starting to get busy. The server found me in the game area and asked if we could box up our food and give up our table. It was not pleased but I understood. My issues was that by the time I got back to the table 3 mins later, everything had been removed (including the drinks we had with light up glow cubes) and the person that cleared the table had dumped barbecue sauce and iced tea all over my bag (which along with my jacket were still at the table so they should have known we hadn't left yet). After spending a nice chunk of money, I expected better respect. Also, dont buy game cards through your server or they will expect a tip on the amount you spend. My tip amount "suggested" almost tripled (the server crossed out the old amounts and wrote in the tip with the cards). Tips should not be expected on things other than the actual food.

Very nice place, clean and tons of games for ages 6+. Nothing for toddlers! And the food was just a little over bar quality in taste. My Husband said it's like a Chuckie cheese for older kids and adults. LOL We also loved the parking! Overall I think we'll go back.
