amazing. Walking distance from Bourbon street. The food was great. Drinks were great. Staff was nice. The only Drawback is the waitress didn’t say that gratuity was already added so I tipped twice. Other than that it was great. I ordered seafood egg rolls. They are amazing.

The food had good flavor. Portion sizes I felt were on the smaller size. Service was overall good, though slow to get items asked for. Utensils were plastic. The thing that really got me and significantly lowered the review was their billing. We had a table of 4. We had requested separate checks at the start. When it came time to paying the waitress came over to each of us with the square machine. In a way it's my own fault as when she confirmed our order I didn't look it over carefully as she had already brought it to the screen to put in a tip. They automatically charge a 18% service fee. So then she ends up with the 18% service fee in addition to the top. The printed receipts just show the service fee but the total doesn't match the actual amount charged as tip is not yet added, however the emailed receipts do show tip as well as service fee. Therefore, I lowered my review rating mostly due to their shady service fee.

This was a SWANK spot - top of the line and fine as whine! The waitresses were very attentive and ready to answer all questions. Please request the fish and pasta, as well as the shrimp and fries. This dining establishment is worth every cent.

Food was excellent. I had the lamb chops and catfish. Both were flavorful and cooked perfectly. The only down side for me was plastic ware and the music was too loud. Other than that the atmosphere and decor was great. Service was on par and drinks were made correctly.

Omg this place was amazing very welcoming food was amazing hostess was very sweet and and our server jada was very sweet definitely a place to come in an enjoy good music and good vibes the bartender was at as well thanks for making my sister birthday a time ti remember 🥰

Atmosphere and "vibe" was super cool. Maybe too cool for me. Only menu available was on smartphone app and it would not load on my phone. After getting up to ask staff for help or a paper menu they clueless on what to do. Finally our waitress did offer her phone to read. No backup plan, keep in mind the mask mandate had been lifted already so we were aloud to rich things. Asked for appetizers said there were none. We ordered the lollipop chops, and fries that is what I called them due to the size of the chops. After ordering our server asked if "that was it" like we did not order much and did not explain it. Use this review as a learning tool. Flavor was ok. It was 7:00 PM and there were only 2 tables seated.

This was a nice duck off spot. There is a sign about 18% gratuity being added to each tab, but as soon as the waitress comes with the bill the tip is the first thing you choose. We weren't paying attention and paid an additional 18%. Anyway, the food is tapas style. We ordered several things from the menu and they were all delicious.

The music was a bit load but good music helped with enjoying it. We had steak and baked potato and crab covered asparagus and shrimp and noodles and it was all fantastic!

My first meal in NOLA ever and it was was amazing. Great space, good service, and delicious food and drink. The catfish is almost creamy, the fries hot and crispy, the drinks cold and flavorful. Only quibble is that they run out of stuff too early in the night. Can't wait to go back!

The food here is the best HANDS DOWN. Not just that, but the staff is exemplary. Trust when I saw I don't say that about just any restaurant or the staff, but they definitely earned it after hosting my event here. The owner of Carre literally saved my event from the mess it was. Thank you! Now stop reading and go eat here! Especially the shrimp pasta and red beans and rice!

The place had a nice laid back vybe. Great for a nice couple's date night. Good background music. Good service. The food....amazing! Very flavorful and we'll seasoned. Pricing is very reasonable. I would definitely recommend it.

We had a great dinner. My wife and daughter shared the Fats Domino burger and asparagus while I had some fried catfish. All was very good and we all recommend. We went early in the evening as a family and the vibe was cool / laid back. When we were leaving a DJ was setting up, which looked like fun.

Love the vibe here. Great Music DJ mixing New Orleans Bounce with R&B and Hip Hop. Simple Menu. Excellent Service. One stall bathroom for men at least. Will come back!!

My fiancee and I fell into this gem on our anniversary, we are locals. Lol. We ordered the royal street pasta and debris asparagus. The food was amazing and our sever was so friendly and attentive. The atophmose was on point with R&B and low dim lighting. We absolutely can't wait to come back. Thanks for an amazing memorable experience.

Very cozy spot, great music, great vibe. I can't express how good the food was. The best I had the four days I was in the city. I told the bartender to surprise me and she made my wife and I a great martini. We had three rounds. We came kind of early (6pm) before the DJ got started. I wonder if they take some tables out once DJ starts because the place is on the smaller side. Definitely will be back.

Excellent drinks and food. It is expensive; they make the drinks with top shelf liquor and make sure you pay for it in the end. I would suggest offering more drinks that have something other than Hennessy and the like. I ordered a Carre' 75 (their version of a French 75) and they only had options like Hennessy, Dusse, and Grand Marnier as the base; not the same as the original. I would definitely recommend it to someone that wants to support an upscale black business.

I would give 5 stars if everything on the menu was available. They were out of sides. Crab cakes = EXCELLENT! Catfish = EXCELLENT! Shrimp = EXCELLENT! Nice vibes, nice energy, would definitely come back!

Food was good but the DJs music was too loud to where you couldn't have decent conversations. There was only one waitress, and she had no help so service was slow. Nice atmosphere but there was a ridiculous surcharge added with using credit cards. Which would probably make me not go back.

Great food and good vibes here. I think the portion size of food to how much it costs is a little off. I think I should have got a little more food. You will be auto charged a tip, and they will try to get a second tip, but the staff is nice.

Hanging out with my girlfriends after a stressful week and decided to check out a new spot. Carre' did not disappoint. The cocktails were just what we needed. It's a great atmosphere to laugh and dance, and the food was amazing. We will be back.
