Quality, service and price is what I like the most. I love how I can combine and create my own Flavor from veggie to vegan. The place is very clean and updated and location is great for those staying at the Hyatt. Will def comeback. Highly recommend it.

This Blaze is very welcoming, as soon as you walk in you're greeted by the team members. It was my first time there so, they employees were very helpful when informing about how to order, etc. My pizza came out great, and it took less than 5 minutes to cook. The pizza is a good price for how many toppings you can get.

I honestly don’t like going to this location due to some of the staff having “bad days” pretty often, but as it’s less than a block from my job it’s super convenient. To my surprise, I was shown that there are still wonderful people who care not only about what they do, but the ones they encounter as well. Raquel was super amazing, being friendly, attentive, and knew how to make a terrific pizza pie. I’m still smiling due to how nice, sweet, and beautifully wonderful this woman was. Thanks for an amazing experience Raquel!!! 😊

Blaze Pizza is an amazing place to wine down and relax with friends. The atmosphere was incredible, nothing but good vibes! I was surprised on how spectacular the pizzas were, I was actually stunned by the different amount of variations that they had to offer. Not only the food was great but the workers here were the cherry on top and provided Excellent customer service. They all were very helpful, Sonny knows what’s best for his customers I can’t wait until I come again. To sit and enjoy some nice tasty foods again and see what the Peeps will offer me next time Thank You peeps. Yummy. 10/10 😊

Blaze is by far the perfect pizza place! And the blood orange drink is delicious! Great prices and build your own pizza is an awesome option for my picky self. Update: The pizza is still delicious but the staff make the brand and experience horrible. Plus the pizza quality suffers because she said she didn't feel like doing the crust over. Lacourtney was by far the rudest and most unprofessional person I've ever encountered. She stated she works alone so that's why the pizzas and the orders are done in such a rushed manner. My pizza crust was falling apart because she just threw it on the pan like she was annoyed she had to be there. She then said well the machine do it and if it look like that o well. The brand and pizzas are too amazing to have someone so unprofessional representing it. She processed my card but didn't continue the transaction and yell across the room it declined! I walked backed up and said what happened and then she pressed one button and it went through without me doing anything or swiping again. The guy behind us was like wow she's loud and rude. I love this chain but with ignorance and that type of behavior can ruin a brand and have people not returning. The food is the bonus but people come to welcoming, fun, and clean places and can tolerate a mishap with a order. I hated my experience and truly hope she can get the training she needs or truly find another job she appreciates. I'm so disappointed and had a few pizzas and drinks for my family and to be treated that way was harsh. Even if your day is going bad I rather make light of it and learn people skills or customer service skills and say today was long my apologies or it's cold it might be the weather fault I'm upset... anything but to slam stuff and have a temper tantrum was nuts.

This place is amazing! :) We had the build your own pizza which is great because you can choose as many toppings as you like!! We enjoyed our pizza so much that we went back again a week later for another! Thank you so much to Bruce and Dante for being suuuuper friendly - we enjoyed chatting to them on both occasions as they created our amazing pizzas from scratch! Thanks guys - you're awesome :D

Pizza was great, customer service was NOT. I was there 30 minutes before closing and one member of the staff was ready to go home and had attitude with everyone that walk in. She did not want to help out any of her team members and did not take the initiative on anything.

I came here for the first time with my girlfriend last week and we enjoyed it so much that we had to come back before the end of our trip in New Orleans! On both visits, Bruce and Dante made our pizzas for us - they're genuinely pizza artists! Hands down the best pizzas we've had, and if we lived here I'm sure we'd come here all the time because of these guys. Thank you!

Place was really nice and clean. You do have to pay to park. They have a lot of options to build your own pizza. I just wasn't the biggest fan of the taste of their pepporoni. Cheesy bread was really good. Also, cookie was reeeallly good. Only problem with the desserts, is they're kind of pricey. Like, one cookie is 3$. Pizza is good price. I think my 1 topping medium was 8$. Cups are super nice, too. I've never had that kind of cup before. And they do have a nice, shady spot to sit outside.

I have been working close to this place for the last 3 weeks and have eaten here multiple times during this period. The pizza is a little small for me, but I am a big eater and would be considered plenty for most. I just wish they sold more than one size. As far as the pizza goes its really good, and they offer plenty of choices. It's in and out of the oven before you know it, and it's the most affordable lunch around.

I love this place BUT I love pizza. I especially love that the pizzas are only $8, plus tax ya know... But order it over the phone or with the app or online or in-person... Just get it in. Love the assembly line of ingredients... And the fact that you "can build your own"... I'm all for that. The eating area is very modern & promotes conversation among fellow diners. $8 and you can eat off this pizza at least twice. And they RECYCLE!!!!!! L O V E ❤️❤️❤️ IT!!!!!

Most wonderful pizza place you'll find in New Orleans. It's infact a pizza deli!! Pick your base, sauce and toppings(a lot to choose from) Staff is hardworking and always happy to assist you. The food is cooked in a real fired pizza oven which is visible to customers!(cleanliness question resolved), also the food is delivered pretty fast.(you have to pick it up once your name is called) The sitting arrangement is nice as well. I would definitely go again!

Love it. Downtown CBD area. Quick pizza preparing. Swift processing. And great taste!!!! Blaze Pizza Gets it right. Parking is a bit of a hassle, but if you call ahead & place an order online, then picking up a personal $8 or less, all toppings included pizza pie is the ticket. Downloading the app is a plus as well, do it & watch the freebies roll in.

This place is fantastic! The pizzas are so tasty and almost unbelievably priced for the size and quality you're getting. A build your own pizza is the way to go as there isn't any charge for the toppings. As many as you want, they load it up. A very good variety to choose from too. The crust comes out with a little char on the bottom and it's great. Plus they had a super yummy blood orange lemonade! The staff was very kind and welcoming and the vibe was lax. Will definitely be visiting again next time I'm in NOLA.

Got a gluten free pizza here to go. I like the different options. Due to #covid-19, they were limiting the toppings and not doing drink refills. There had cookie cutter type pizzas that you could order. The one pictured is a meat lovers with bacon on a gluten free crust. I do recommend

Not as fast as you'd think, considering the name and mission of the restaurant. Pretty affordable though for the amount you get and the customizations are fun. I usually get a beer and drink it while waiting for my pizza so that's pretty neat.

I have never had a Blaze pizza until i started hearing all my friends and pictures of the pizza. Once i tasted it i knew i would never go back to pizza hut or dominos. They are the best hand down. I now visit the establishment at least once a week. The staff is very friendly and polite. I have never felt this much love from an establishment in all my life. Thanks for the great customer service and great food. Keep up the good work and food.

The dining areas, inside and out, were clean. The pizza was great. The associates were not stingy on giving my ingredients. However, they were stingy on customer service. Two of the three clerks hardly talked. One clerk, had an issue with her eyes. They kept rolling towards the back of her head 🤷🏻‍♀️. The gentleman who made my pizza did an excellent job practicing for a mime position. The third clerk manning the pizzas was the only one who seemed to want to be at work. She was interactive and thanked us for stopping in. Because Blaze is well know, I will Likely return to the name. I just may not return to this specific location and if I do, maybe a different time of the day.

My pizza was good. However I had others in my group who weren't very pleased. They didn't understand the concept and stated that the person making their pizza was skimpy with the toppings ... the person also talked so low they couldn't make out what they were saying or if it would have been appropriate to ask for more.

Not bad pizza not great. Personally find the pepperoni a but spicy and theres this black stuff on the bottom that gets all over but it doesnt taste burnt. The best part of my experience was a man named Evan I was extremly nervous in this city and he was sweet kind and patient with me I give him five stars I might come back if I come back to town

Blaze is really the only restaurant in the area that is consistently open at all dining hours, and that alone makes them 5-star worthy. I’ve never had a bad experience. The biggest plus is that they have a lot of toppings options and adding many doesn’t really get out of hand price-wise.

I been here a few times and never had any issues with it. I personally love the build your own pizza cause with all their amazing and unique toppings that cant be found any where else. The stone oven pizza give the pizza a whole new level of taste. After a nice dinner of good pizza I would go across to aqua S for dessert so location is quite nice.

One of my favorite places. They always have specials, give back to the community, You get the pizza the way you like it, and customer service is usually good. Only con would be the flies outside when trying to eat your pizza but other than that I love it. Great concept and Great Pizza. The juices in the back are an added treat. Pizza portions are perfect.

The personal pizza's are usually good, but I've only had good service here once out of maybe 10 times or more. I also had an issue with a large pizza not being cooked all the way. That's not enough to drive me away though, I really enjoy that I can load up my pizza with a variety of veggies and pesto on top.

First off let me say how awesome their staff was! The gentleman on the register called me by name and even was accepting of my corner brownie request. The icing though was I forgot to ask for cheese as a topping well without hesitation the manager and crew fixed it. Always delicious pizza glad we tried this one then I rather go to on magazine! I don't know where to start, New Management is awesome, Staff is quick and efficient. My pies were, hot and fresh, a little crisp how i love it. But Blaze pizza really did it for the Metropolitan. I visit here often, and the experience here gets better every time. It's hard to pin point that main ingredient , that makes this business run and one, but if I had to choose it would be that New Manager, she's a awesome energetic women. Never seen anything like this place. I highly recommend it. Deeout peace .

A bit pricey, but it is in the CBD, so that's understandable. Service was very good, food was wonderful. Pizza is thin crust and cooked quickly. Also there are salads you can order. Cost for a pizza starts at $8.95, so with a drink you can expect to pay about $15.00 for lunch. I would have liked a bit more toppings, but that's just me.

Due to the pandemic, it's quiet inside. It's a great spot for families and kids/teens in general. Everyone gets a reasonably sized personal pan with their choice of toppings for under 10 bucks. They dress the pizza and bake it in front of you. The pizza is delicious.

This is by far the best franchise pizza around. The options are practically endless as they have a plethora of fresh toppings so there is something for every taste. Then you get to top it with things like pesto, BBQ or basalmic drizzle, and all for a very reasonable price. The service can sometimes leave a bit to be desired. Most of the workers are young and are not always very customer oriented, yet they are still friendly. If you love pizza and fresh ingredients, especially veggies Blaze it a must.

I really like the options and varieties, but the quality goes downhill considerably when you order for delivery. Also, the pizzas have been under cooked religiously lately. I don't mind picking up and finishing in a cast iron in the oven at home since I live a half hour away anyway. The prices and quality are good enough for that consideration. Look forward to trying the take home pizza kits.... That'll be on point I think.

I love brick oven pizza and this place did not disappoint. We had the meat eater and it was amazing! The only thing better than the pizza is the price. If you're ever in New Orleans and looking for quality pizza, check out this place. Next time we're in New Orleans, we'll definitely be here again.

Blaze pizza has got to be the best pizza and the price is reasonable. For me, I always have pizza left over for the next day or for a late dinner! The ingredients are very fresh and plentiful and the taste is amazing! I suggest the build your own pizza...all the toppings you want on a delicious thin crust.

having lived in Chicago most of my adult life....I can say for certain what a good pizza is...while I was not expecting Chicago quality pizza this was not bad it can definitely pass for pizza unlike other places I have been too. This place is always packed with people ordering. The staff was friendly attentive this was during lunch hour were tons of people were in here.

Great place for lunch! The options are plenty, and with so many different toppings to choose from the final product is truly your own. The staff was more than happy to accommodate my friend's gluten allergy, by making made sure his gluten free pizza did not touch any other dough, and even changed gloves when handling his pizza. The big variety of toppings means you can actually create a quite lean meal here, or your can go all out and create a meal with two days worth of calories. Totally up to you! Worth a visit!

High quality pizza, thin crust, lots of fresh ingredients to "build your own" or choose from their menu options. Great staff eager to please and courteous. Pizza's under $8, assembled in front of you, cooked in under 2 mins. Parking a little difficult as you have to find an on street meter, or park in pay lots close. While a minor inconvenience, don't let this sway you from visiting! It's worth it.

One of my favorite places near work! Even when there is a long line, they seem to be able to get people their pizza fast. They have a good variety of toppings and three different sauces. They also have glutten free dough, which tastes somewhat more like cracker, but it was still good. They also have really good lemonade and minty lemon water.

I went for the simple pie, which is just a cheese pizza. I told the pizza cook that I am a veggie and he happily told me they have a dedicated pizza cutter for vegetarians. The product is very fresh and it really does cool in mere moments. By the time you pay for your pizza it is nearly ready. The sauce had a little spice but not too much to turn me off, the cheese was fine, tasted legit and not a grease puddle. I'll stop there again.

High quality ingredients and a great all around pizza but a not so friendly staff. By the time I got my pizza yesterday, it had cooled off and was a bit charred on one side of it. When I expressed my disappointment, the manager didn’t seem to care and didn’t offer a discount or refund.

The fresh mouth-watering pizza is made to order in front of you, so you can watch it during the entire process. There are many sauce, cheese, and topping options available. It will be crowded during the lunch hour, but the line moves quickly. Highly recommended.

Introduced my omeh to this place when we were in NOLA. She found one in Arlington, TX Blaze Pizza is like Subway but with Pizza and quality. Delicious personal pizza topped how you want and baptized in a 🔥 oven. You are eating within minutes.

My brother brought me here during holidays and will definitely be going back ! Amazed at how we got such good pizza so fast for lunch ! Course this was during holidays. I started with White Top base pizza and just added a few fresh topping before they put in oven. Then squirted some olive oil on and threw on fresh kale after they pulled out of oven.....one best pizzas I've ever eaten, and was so simple toppings. Enviroment was cool also.

Loved the "make it your way pizza". They will literally put anything you want on it. And you can even ask for more and they'll oblige. Clean restaurant with outdoor seating out front. Also loved their drink station with all the different choices

OMG this was the best pizza I've had compared to the others! For $10 get a BYO double that for the large. The toppings are fresh *some local flare is available with Gator Sausage 💕* the pizza is in & out the oven QUICK. Classic, high rise, gluten free, cauliflower and keto crusts are available *no wheat*, 4 different selections of pizza sauce and THE CHEESE 6 of them🧀💕They even participate in fundraising. Recently visited Blaze, traveling from the MS Gulf Coast, to eat at one of my Husband's favorite pizza places for his birthday. COVID social distancing put a damper on the once enjoyable experience of creating your own pizza and the process, and pizzas are smaller with less cheese or toppings.....we were able to go in to dine at tables but were ask not to stand even to watch the staff make the pizzas at least 12 feet away with mask ....many tables chairs between us and plexiglass very safe...

This place is AMAZING! You go in and build your own pizza (they have a lot of various toppings from different cheeses to meats and vegetables. The service is always friendly and helpful. We live out of town and only come a couple times a year and they have remembered us. You get a lot for your money. You can pretty much get a pizza and drink for $10. This is for sure a place you don't want to miss out on.

I have eaten at Both location and this one, on OKeefe has HORRIBLE staff! When the black lady asked my name ( Topher), then how to spell it ( which I politely did) she made the comment " Thats not the way you pronounce it! You sayin it wrong!" I couldn't believe I heard her say that! When I asked, ' Excuse me?' she told me.. never mind When I was finishing my order, the girl ( call her #2) at the cash reguster Was Eating chips! Thankfully she did not check me out After I Got my pizza, and was eating it, #2 walked by..was in the Customer side of the register, reached across the counter in front of a customer that was checking out, and grabbed the phone to use. When I left, #2 was sitting in front and as I passed by her, while she was still in Full uniform, she hocked up some phlem and spit on the sidewalk. GOODNESS PEOPLE
