Ted DalrympleTried Big Poppa's for the second time as well are looking for a good burger joint to replace Ruby Reds. First visit was shortly after they opened, still only able to take cash. Not a problem. Food was good, service was a bit slow, new restaurant break in phase.
Second visit was about the same for me personally. Now taking plastic, but slow going as they learned that system. Food was still good. They were much busier and I noticed they had some problems concerning other customers. There were several groups that ordered before I did. Again, my order came out in a timely fashion. I noticed that of two groups ahead of me, one group of three had only one person receive his food. The second group, again only one person received his food. The group immediately after me NEVER received any food, got a refund and left. I'm hoping they are able to get it together before it is too late.

Dennis HendersonWhile the meat and toppings were fresh, the Lil Poppa Burger wasn't a standout to me. I'm not discouraging anyone from giving Big Poppa's a chance because they are just getting things going and there are a few other things on the menu that I'd like to try at some point..
The staff members were very friendly and kept me updated on the status of my food being prepared. Consider my rating a work in progress. I am interested in seeing how this place will be after they've been around for a few months.
