Zeppelin gets 4/5 stars because the vibes, drinks, and interior were amazing! I loved the designs, music, and overall look. However, the food was pretty overpriced for the quality with the portions also being very small. I got the shrimp roll and it had very dry bread and fairly unseasoned shrimp served with steak n shake like fries. Amazing drinks though! Go here for drinks and vibing, not so much for food. Overall lovely place with great, funky music!

First time today. The decor and outdoor patio were beautiful. The food and mimosas were delicious. Chris the manager was not our waiter, but he was so attentive, personable, and fun. He absolutely elevated our birthday brunch experience. He was quick to step in and help get our entire party served and consistently checked in. 10 stars for him! The French fries with chicken salt and soft serve with Dickel caramel sauce were the best things on the Sunday Brunch menu.

First timer here! The soft serve was delicious, we got the caramel one. Cocktails were good, nothing out of the ordinary. Plenty of space and no wait times. Our waiter was kind of in a mood so I took one star for the awkward interactions. Other than that, this is a fun place if you’re downtown. ALSO THEY HAVE THE BEST MUSIC PLAYLIST, that’s 5/5 for sure.

Had an amazing birthday dinner here at sunset. The drinks and food were very good. Not too many options to select from though. Midway through dinner, my stomach started to cramp up like crazy. Not sure if I had a bad reaction to something I ate but it was bad. Other than that, I had a wonderful time.

We stopped in to end our girls trip in Nashville, and had a great experience! Ryan Ann and all the girls working were so kind and attentive, the space was clean and comfortable, and the drinks were delicious! Definitely recommend, and will 100% be back!

The place has a really classy yet comfortable vide. The service was excellent and the chef even came out to personally check on things at one point. The bacon wraped dates and cabbage cesar were particular delights. I was here in October of 2021 and the changes they have made really stepped up their game.

Great service! Our waiter was so nice and outgoing. The food was amazing along with the drinks. I would highly recommend and a great place to stop by and grab a bite. Finally the decor was nothing more then spectacular, not at all what I was expecting. Will definitely come back sometime if I get the chance.

New restaurant, who dis?! Drinks are on point as well as the food. The asparagus was perfectly cooked. The ribs were also perfectly done with the fat rendered properly and fall off the bone. The chicken salt fries are a treat. Even the grilled olives are something not to be missed. If you think you should pass up the dessert because it says soft serve, you would be sorry to miss it. It was creamy and decadent. The toppings of caramel and pralines were superb. The ambiance is great! Especially the purple lighting. A must stop for a relaxed rooftop dining experience.

We had our daughters rehearsal dinner here at Zeppelin and it was absolutely perfect! Our friends and family kept telling us what a great place it is and how much fun they were having! I would like to take the time to give a BIG shout out to Krissy and her team who made our evening so magical. The food, drinks and service were awesome and I genuinely appreciate the entire crew. The view from the rooftop was breathtaking and we got some amazing photos from golden hour to the evening lights from the city. I highly recommend Zeppelin and Krissy for your next event in Nashville.

Awesome place for girls date! Shrimp and grits, steak frites and the fries were very good. They change the menu occasionally and add seasonal items but they have a drink where you eat the flower- Sichuan button and it numbs your mouth for the shot. My absolute fav drink hands down! No photos of food or drink

Hailey, our bartender was absolutely wonderful. She makes an amazing Dirty Martini, the Kale and Apple Martini was delicious and I definitely recommend! The bad reviews definitely worried me a bit, but I was delighted to be greeted by such a lovely environment and welcoming staff!!! 10/10 recommend. Also they’re Gluten Free Friendly!!!

Such a cute place!! We probably wouldn't have came here if we weren't staying in the hotel, just not really our vibe and it was quite pricey, but honestly glad we did solely for the experience. They have some really good food (highly recommend the chicken salt fries!) and the house cocktails are unique and fun (the bloody mary was amazing!).

Amazing atmosphere and great cocktails. We went for the oysters but stayed for the mussels. Hands down the most delicious mussels I have had. Love they area of town it was located with the music hall of Fame and capitol building in view. And just far enough from the party scene Nashville is known for.

Bartender was clueless. There were 3 people at the bar (we were two of them) and service was EXTREMELY slow. It shouldn't take long to mix a gin and tonic. Hostess actually came out to the balcony to check on us. She was awesome. We seen food being returned to the kitchen,... don't know why. We will let them get staff trained up and maybe try a second visit. Our first experience wasn't impressive. I found the atmosphere rather "vanilla".

The truffle pasta and Brussels sprouts were absolutely delicious. I think the portion was too small for the price, though. In particular, I’m a little annoyed that I paid $3 a piece for the world’s smallest oysters. I would recommend visiting for the vibes and views! But don’t show up hungry.

I was very surprised by how good and chic this rooftop restaurant is! Their food is great (highly recommend their seasoned fries) and the views from here coupled with their open windows and a nice day made for a great dining experience! A few blocks away from the downtown hotspot but worth the walk to experience this hidden gem!

Great atmosphere. The food is family style shareable‘s. Which I absolutely loved. Their brussels sprouts were amazing. The service was incredible, they even give you a little baggie for your mask which I’ve never seen before and I absolutely love. Everything was well thought out. And the cocktails were exceptional

Rooftop bar at TownePlace Suites with great customer service, excellent cocktails, food, and shots. Try the lemon drop shot with the numbing flower, it's a fun experience and the best shot ever. Shout out to Kassidy, who delivered great, welcoming customer service. Reservations are encouraged here, or you can try stopping in at the bar for a drink.

I usually dont order charcuterie board because of my past experience but this place did not disappoint! Our server was also on top of everything! This place is currently under new management which is amazing. I'm from out of town and was hesitant to come because of the reviews but the atmosphere looked too good to pass up. Upon walking in I'm taken aback by the *chefs kiss* BEAUTY of the restaurant upon walking in. While waiting for my friend I decided to grab a drink and some happy hour $1 oysters (which were fire btw). Kyle the bar manager made my evening with his great personality and superb service! This is the place to be even on a Monday evening! I look forward to coming back to Zeppelin on my next Nashville trip.

I recently traveled with a large group to Nashville (13 people for a Bachelor party). I had reservations here. Due to an electrical issue, the restaurant had to cancel our reservation the day before. Krissy (I believe she's the owner) called me directly. Not only was she super apologetic, but she helped get our large group reservations for dinner at another rooftop bar. She really went above and beyond and we were so disappointed we couldn't give someone like her our business while we were in Nashville.

I went once and now I can't stop going! Zeppelin has a beautiful view of the city. The general manager, Sabree, always makes sure my experience exceeds all expectations. She continues to be on top of guest & staff interactions to ensure satisfaction. Bar manager, Kyle, has curated some of the best cocktails I've ever tasted! He always has a smile on his face and I've witnessed him create cocktails on the spot for customers who don't know what they want. They've always seemed delightfully surprised with their new concoction! The rest of the staff has always been kind & wonderful! Highly recommend Zeppelin! Whether you are a local or just visiting town, make Zeppelin rooftop bar part of your night out!

Great food, great drinks. And an amazing view. The wait staff were very accommodating as we sat at a table that was reserved (without a sign) so we sat elsewhere. When the party that requested the other table was late to arrive they even switched us over to that table and we had a great view of the city. If it was warmer I would have taken advantage of the rooftop dining but Christmas in Nashville is still chilly.

I have rarely reviewed my experiences at restaurants, but this place made me want to do it. My husband and I were visiting Nashville from NYC and we stumbled upon this place and were absolutely blown away with our experience. What a BEAUTIFUL spot. Super clean and very inviting when you walk in, surrounded by large windows with a beautiful view and a gorgeous rooftop were just some of the things we noticed right off the bat. Also we had a bartender named Matt (quite possibly the best bartender we've ever had), who greeted us promptly at the door and sat us at the bar. He asked us what sorts of flavors we liked and he created our cocktails ON THE SPOT ( he made us 3 different ones each). Each of these cocktails contained multiple ingredients (I counted at least 6), and also included some that were smoked with thyme, which was really cool to see. He explained his process and we were BLOWN AWAY by his knowledge for his craft and his creativity. The cocktails were absolutely fantastic!! He was also very modest and we enjoyed great conversation as well. He completely personalized our experience at Zeppelin and the people sitting next to us said the exact same thing, and also had a great time. Also the barback Disco was super sweet and made us feel like home. WILL DEFINITELY be back next time we are in town , and we are excited to try the food ,which looked really tasty as well! Seriously go check this place out. 10 out of 10 stars!

This place was underwhelming honestly. Had two of the cocktails and they were too tart, tasted like syrup, food menu was super small which was fine but it was all over the place with options. Nothing felt very cohesive with the menu or the cocktails. We had went as soon as they opened to beat the crowd and while everyone who was there was nice it kinda seemed like no one, including the guests wanted to be there. I’d give it another shot at night when it’s lit up and has some more life in it. But this is a new Nashville you could skip.

What an absolute DREAM Zeppelin is. My fiancé and I decided to venture out on an impromptu date night and were very pleased with our experience at this very cool rooftop. I couldn’t decide on a cocktail at first and our very sweet server suggested that the bartender craft me a tequila drink of my own - turned out to be one of my favorite cocktails I’ve ever tried. Someone from the table over may have noticed me enjoying my drink, because she ordered the same one! The food was delicious, we especially enjoyed the charcuterie board appetizer and their brisket burger and french fries! A positively memorable experience- will be back

Cocktails are premade according to the server which is meh. They weren’t bad, but they were kind of watered down, not weak necessarily just watered down. Someone did order a cocktail off menu and it wasn’t great. The decor is definitely cuter at night and all the windows open up to make the whole top open air which is cool. Probably wouldn’t go back though. Service was just okay.

We had a spectacular group experience at Zeppelin this weekend. The margarita was a easy favorite but the espresso martini came in as a close second. We ordered family style for the table starting with the grilled olives and ham plate, before moving onto the sticky ribs, grilled asparagus, patty melt, and the steak. All exceptional and to top it off the servers were very knowledgeable and friendly! Great views and a great time. Will be back

Wow! Had an awesome experience at Zeppelin on Saturday night. The food, atmosphere, and service were outstanding. I had the Pom Mule, which was so refreshing and tasty. We got the oysters (so fresh!!!), bacon wrapped dates, and sourdough to start. For entrees, we each got a steak, which were both cooked perfectly. The brussels sprouts and broccolini were delicious to accompany our meals. Andrea took care of us and she was so kind, attentive, and prompt. The best weekend dining experience I've had in Nashville - we will definitely be back!

The manager Chris was beyond accommodating. He personally went above and beyond to make sure that my family was taken care of. Not knowing at first that this was a bar we had brought our son with us. He went and got a high chair to make sure we all had seats. (They don’t normally have them) If this was the only experience we had- we would come back 10x over again, however the food was extremely amazing as well. We sampled almost all the appetizers and everyone of them were delicious. (Favorites- Brussel sprouts, cauliflower, bacon wrapped dates, oysters, and beet salad to make a few.) If we are ever back in the area we wouldn’t shy away from coming. Drinks weren’t bad either** However it was the service that satisfied us the most! Thanks Chris, you truly don’t know how much that meant to us!

We arrived at 5 pm. Our first impression was that it was extremely bright from the sun beaming in every window and it was also hot. Two things that turn me off immediately. We sat at a large table for our party of six with a couch on either side. This is a newer place, but the couches were already noticeably stained. We went specifically for their tequilas and a particular waiter. That part went well. The wait staff was attentive. The food was pretty good. We had fries, mussels, and oysters. I don't see myself going back simply because of the location. It's not in an area where other bars and restaurants exist. I would imagine mostly just hotel guests would go.

Enjoyed the dining experience at Zeppelin. A solid lounge vibe with a terrific pork chop as an entree. Kelly was a knowledgeable server on recommendations and the old fashioned rivaled any in Nashville. A bonus was the rooftop view. Decent drinks, pricey but neat venue. Went two times today service was good until the place got about 25% full and then it wasn’t. Went back in 30 mins before close and basically got run out since it was past last call. I like the hotel and location, but sadly this bar won’t be on my visit again list.

The place and atmosphere was beautiful and amazing. I’ve definitely added this to my to go places. The only recommendation I have is to add atleast one vegan option such as a plant base burger to the menu. I enjoyed the Alyssa’s Margarita and the crispy Brussels modified since I’m vegan but I would’ve love to enjoy an actual meal. Overall experience was great and our server Kristen was great as well.

Definitely a hidden gem in Nashville. They were surprisingly slow but the bartender Matt sure did impress us with some of his cocktails. They were out of quite a bit of things, like coke and sprite, but the cocktails made up for everything else.

One of the best new places Nashville has to offer. Zeppelin went to great lengths to assure guests that they were safe, from temperature checks, well spaced out tables, and a small bag for your mask to keep tables extra sanitary. Vince was the most incredible server! We are planning our next night out soon. Drinks were top notch and better compared to other new rooftop bars in town. We only stayed for drinks but they were excellently crafted.

Beautiful space with gorgeous views of the skyline. Perfect for a date night or girls night out before hitting downtown. The service was great at the bar and the bartenders make beautiful unique drinks with grace. Favorite eats were the Hamachi Crudo and the Patty Melt (That dark rye is amazing)! Can’t wait to show off this gem to visitors.

Very unique place with modern feel reminiscent of a Miami hotspot. Although the menu is very small, the food was good and service great. The hotel bills itself as family friendly, but I didn't feel that way at the rooftop at all. I wanted to go out to the bar and gas fire pits with the kids, but we were directed to an inside table instead. Only 4 beers to choose from.

➖Atmosphere- really well done with the rooftop, indoors, and view. ➖Food- I feel like they’re really trying on the food, and we tried a lot of different dishes: kohlrabi Caesar salad, tomato toast, burger, wings… but none were super fabulous or worth ordering again. The presentation was nice on some, but the burger tasted like it could’ve been from a fancy fast food place (might’ve been the cheese and bun, I guess?), the wings were too breaded and too spicy (I like spicy, so I’m speaking on terms of the average person eating here), and the salad and tomato toast were fine. They definitely tried, but it just was nooooot worth the price and I wish we would’ve gotten food elsewhere. ➖drinks- pretty good! We were satisfied but not blown away by any means. Also the cocktails were $14 on average, which might be norm for downtown, but that’s pretty steep for a ‘pretty good’ cocktail. ➖service- also pretty good. Our waitress was kind. ➖prices- way too high. Again, I guess you’re just paying downtown hotel prices, but I personally think there’s better downtown locations with same prices. ➖overall, I’d maybe come here at sunset fora happy hour drink before heading downtown, or I’d come at the end of the night when a fun drink and a rooftop are just what you want. I’d never come again for food, but drinks- yes. I’d also keep in mind that I’m basically paying for the view by buying the expensive cocktails, so that sorta balanced out.
