Only got a route 44 tea and small Churros. Took about fifteen minutes. In my opinion that’s too long to wait for a drink and snack. But it was good tho. And waitress was super nice.

I always stop by here to get ice cream. I'm not too big on their food or prices for anything else, if I'm honest. For an actual meal, I'd recommend Cook Out since it's only a few minutes away. If you're just looking for an ice cream, Sonic is great. Unless they're out of ice cream, then it sucks.

I know everyone is struggling for workers, especially in the restaurant and service industries. When we went, only the drive-thru was open, but they were happy to deliver our Sonic App ordered meal to our stall. That being said, about 4 stalls were out of order. It's obvious they are short staff, so I'm not bashing them. Just laying out the good and the bad.

The place was very busy and if you weren't in the drive thru,it seemed to take a long time to get a breakfast sandwich and a strawberry milkshake. My sister and I stopped in and we waited for 20 minutes to get a very simple order. I'm not a huge fan of Sonic but I have been trying, but this experience didn't help much. Sorry Sonic...

Every time I've come they're always busy you can tell they are short staff by the waiting time. This caused a few customers to leave without ordering. The staff makes up for this with smiles and their pleasant attitude. The food was hot, and tasty, and my order was correct.

Breakfast biscuit was delicious. It's not the cheap thin bacon you get from other fast food places. I am very picky about only eating crispy bacon. That bacon was think and had a nice crunch. Nothing worse than bacon with a ham texture!

It's not their fault, but always short staffed. So the employees do the best that they can. They've always been friendly and get your food to you as quick as they can.

Someone might look at this 3 star rating and think food. No, the food was delicious and fresh. The 3 stars are for the ordering equipment. I believe there should be a sign, or at least, something to block entrance to ordering lane if it's not working, and also one or two were open, exposing wires. Need repairs

Was very hard to place my order. Had to repeat it 4 times. Language barrier. Then had to tell her which stall I was in. Shouldn't that automatically come up inside when i pull up and push the button. Food has always come out fast and hot. Great service from delivering employees. She kept asking, fries or tots? I said chili cheese tots 4 times. And had to repeat toppings on burger twice as well. Y wife was listening to me ordering on car speaker phone. Upon completing my order, my wife said good lord! Good luck getting that order. But it was very accurate and hot like i like it.

I am not one to bother leaving reviews.. That being said. Today visit warranted one.. We place a very difficult order to a voice of a woman whose first language was obviously not English. Apprehensive we waited for our order to be brought out. As we waited I watch two of the car hops as the past in front of our car. What struck me was their wonderful personalities. Each time they past they made eye contact and smiled non verbally asking if we needed anything. When our order arrived it was served by the young woman who had taken the order. Wouldn't you know it they didn't get one drink.. Other than that the complicated order came out perfectly.

My carhop tonight- Abby -was Awesome! I cannot imagine the amount of work they put in on a busy Friday night; notwithstanding she handled my small, yet relatively high maintenance order with efficiency and friendly service!

Ordered Mozzarella sticks and a Route 44 Unsweetened tea. The food was fresh and hot and the tea was cold and refreshing. The employee working at the window did not say anything while handing me the items which is why I felt they only deserved 4 stars.

As a Postmates courier, I pull in and yeah I have issues with the pull in order because they not touching screen and I was unable to place my Postmates orders on the box. But I managed to get their attention and they come and give me accessible and have me out and delivery the food in within 10 min. Great place... But I'll give 5 star only because they are extremely friendly.... But I could give 1 star only because NOT really accessible for deaf customers.... I'll suggested y'all to add a opinion where the pull in box that we could just pull in and touch down the items I want and complete it and process the card and seem very easier... But in my heart I believe this restaurant deserve 5 star only because extremely friendly. Let me know if y'all want a advices or suggestions I'll glad to swing by and give your managers a great ideas to change the Sonic drive in experiences for everybody ever!!

Sonic Ali's always popping. I've had like two bad burgers ever. Compare that with any other fast food place. Service is better, the food is always fresh. No complaints here!

We go for the drink selection and stay for the tots. Only half joking. The happy hour drink specials are a super deal and indulgence but so are the tots and dogs. Sometimes the service is hit or miss but they are always pleasant and quick to make it right.

Good food, good service, fair price. Only complaint, they've changed the batter recipe for their onion rings. They added some sweetness. I really prefer the old(non sweetened) onion rings.

Ordered on app, disappointed that Sundrop can not be ordered on app when our Sonic had that. Also this location frequently gets order incorrect. If they get size ordered incorrect, instead of just making it right like most places do, they charge you the extra, it's frustrating when it happens often. Otherwise, love drink options, love that they do offer Sundrop, just wish they would add to app.

Tator tots exceptionally good. As soon as I turned in I was filled with regret. When you turn in your trapped in a drive thru line and there are cars in the parking slips that are also trapped.

Good visit. I had a folded egg and one slice if toast. If you order the breakfast sandwich with no meat, they will charge you $5.++, almost $6.++. A folded egg is $1.19 + a slice of bread is 25 cents. No need to give Sonic extra money for eggs & toast.

Poorly operated. Multiple stalls are often in disrepair for months at a time. Fairly fast service though.

Fan of the food, the ability to use the Sonic app for ordering and easy pay options, and the service is great. However, this particular location has traffic flow issues. Drive-thru line blocks people in their stalls, prevents folks from parking in open stalls, and the tight entrance/exits complicate the traffic issues.

Sonic is a fantastic place to visit if you're looking for burgers, hot dogs, smoothies, milkshakes, or all of the above! The service is great and the staff are very pleasant to talk to. When going to order, press the red button on the menu and that will let you order. If mice is plural for mouse, is meece plural for moose? Does space go on forever or is it part of something even bigger? Is water wet? If the world ended next week, what's 10 things you'd do before it ends? Super nice staff, just got a shake and it's just your average sonic. However, the staff was super helpful in running out to help with the ordering kiosk when it wasnt working properly and were really understanding about a mistake we made.

I visited sonic and my card was charged for my order and then charged for someone else’s, which was more than my order. I called customer service, who left a voicemail for the manager, Juan, to call me back. He called me the next day and without question gave me my money back and offered to comp a meal for me. He made it right and went above and beyond!

We ate at Sonic install 14 tried to leave after we ate was blocked with cars all the way on West end and had to wait I went in told the that we needed somebody to help us get out nobody still come after a few more minutes had to get out And direct traffic This is extremely dangerous I don't know why somebody didn't come out to help us. Thru messed up my boyfriend's burger not once, not twice but THREE times! I finally just told them to give me the condiments and i would put them on myself. BUUTTT the manager was be apologetic and gave us shakes for know charge because of the mess up. Staff is always very friendly and that's why i always come here.

OK because a strange, hooded man appeared from the shadows staring at me intently while I ordered food through the drive thru. I wouldn't have given it much thought had he not also appeared when I rounded the corner to pay for the food. He stared intently at me while I waited to pay for my order. When the woman opened the drive thru window to repeat the total I abruptly asked her, "who is this guy ?", she promptly turned around saying something to her boss about this man .Unbelievable!

My husband's drink had a half lemon with the sticker still on! I got a concrete. It was delicious until I got to the bottom of the cup. It was filled with a white powder substance. Maybe powdered sugar, but it wasn't mixed well.
