Their sandwiches are phenomenal, topped with the in house sauces that really bring the flavor. The fries and teas were also so delicious. Overall this food really impressed me and I would definitely visit again.

Solid burger. I love the French press style patty with a nice crust. It was well seasoned and the bun was just right not too doughy. I like the crinkle-cut fries. The shakes are real deal. I dock them a star for price a the are a bit overpriced for a fast casual place.

We were visiting Nashville and looking for a place for a quick meal. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger and plain fries, as did my wife. The food arrived hot and delicious (best tasting fast-food burger I've had!) The fries were very good; crispy and light with just the right amount of salt. The eating area was clean.

First time here. Was a lil bit of a wait because it was a busy weekend in Nashville, but the food was hot n fresh. I had the chicken sandwich n omg the bread is sooooo good. The whole sandwich was good, but the bread was so soft n warm lol.

I had the single burger dressed with crinkle fries, and dined in, as we were on the way to a Vince Gill Concert at The Ryman just a short walk away. The burger was really good, and I love crinkle fries! You and order ahead at the kiosk, or in person. It was a good experience, and very convenient to our hotel.

Everything was great, we got burgers fries and shakes. Typical i know but it was worth the wait. Line was long but it went by super fast! Would definitely recommend and definitely would come back!

Food was ok, not bad, not impressive. Place was a little dirty, not terrible but little pieces of paper on the floor, packets of catsup on table, etc. We visited wed at 2:30 pm, so after lunch rush, perfect time as the place was not busy.

The self serve ordering system was very easy and user friendly. When our food was ready, a VERY friendly employee called our name and brought our food. And even came by again to check on how we were doing. Very impressed with the hospitality.

Great location, great food, excellent staff. The location is with 5th+Broad and there are indoor and outdoor seating options. You go in to order either at the registers or the self-order kiosks. They will call your name when your order is up.. There is a Mushroom burger option on the menu in case you are a vegetarian. The shakes are so delicious!

Tasty but very very slow. I went there two nights in a row (Sat and Sun) and I waited 20-30 minutes for the food after ordering both times. The food is tasty, especially the fries.

Love love the fresh taste and menu options!! Special treat for us as we do not have this option where we live!! Only downside is sometimes there is quite a wait to get your food no matter how u order it.

Went around 7:30 or so on New Year’s Eve. The burger itself was amazing, cooked perfectly and had a great taste. Milkshake was good, too. Nothing special, but still good. The fries were honestly the highlight of the meal. Really good taste, good and crispy, and just the right amount of salt. I’d go back for the fries alone. Will definitely eat here on future trips to Nashville. Great quick bite.

Wonderful food and even better service. Honestly the rating should not be this low. I was in there picking up some food and they were very busy past their closing hours and all these rude guests were demanding their food and demanding their food and being so rude about it instead of asking nicely. The staff handled it very well though and professionally. As I saw everybody's food came out on time with how busy it was as did my food and it was great.

When I first arrived I was surprised to not see a huge line in front of the location. When I walked in I ordered from the self service tablets instead of the menu that was against the back and right walls. I like that there were many food and drink options to choose from and the purchasing process wasn't too bad, it asked for my name and number so they could call my name and text me when my food was prepared. The wait was about 8 minutes, maybe 10, but it was expected. I was given a paper straw and I have never used one before so I was excited to try it to see if I'd slurp up any paper, but surprisingly it was durable and never failed to do its job. Also, I liked seeing that they recycle their materials. The burger and shake I prefer were both very good, but for the price they did not fill my hunger like I preferred. The setting was modern and welcoming. The lighting and green really brought the whole place together. I did not see any problem with my experience except for the price. I would come here again just not very often.

Food was perfect! But they push you towards entering your own order on self-serve screens. Personally, I always find that very annoying. 3/5 of screens were out of commission, one was not working, other had problems.

I ordered the cheese fries and the hamburger. Food was delicious but nothing too fancy. The atmosphere was amazing though. I was there around 1pm and it was nice and quiet. They also have outdoor seating, but I do wish they brought out the umbrellas because the sun was beating down pretty hard. Overall, I would recommend this place.

Great tasting shakes and burgers. Wasn't ultra packed like the rest of Broadway. Classic national restaurant so you also know what you're getting. Employees seemed nice and friendly. If you have American Express Gold Card, you can get $10 back each month you eat here as well.

Never had been to a Shake Shack, and I gotta say they didn’t disappoint. Ordering experience on iPads was very simple and easy. Text is sent to you right away confirming your order, once your order is ready they call your name from front. I’d recommend the cheese fries, and one of there shakes for sure. Burgers were solid as well. Good atmosphere and friendly staff.

Excellent Black Truffle Burger & Queso Burger. French Fries were crinkled, but crispy. Very clean restaurant, with quick service.. Negative for an older person, as they had only kiosk ordering, but my 20 something son loved it. Thankfully, NO MASKS REQUIRED

Service was great, and i love the self-ordering Kiosks. Food fell just a little bit flat for me this time around. Still really good but the fries seemed a little cold :( I tried out their hot honey fries/chicken and I would just stick to their OG stuff, wasnt the biggest fan.

This was their 3rd day of the opening of this location. They have there act together with fast service, health conscious, and great food. Just right if the Broadway strip in a nice city center mall. Outdoor patio with an awesome atmosphere if your just in to people watching. Come on in enjoy have some good food and a shake. You will have a good time.

Good burger fairly quick service even though there was a long line the order came out correct and it was a good place to take the kids. Dad's and mom's can also enjoy some good local beer or a glass of wine.

Beyond awesome burgers and hot dogs. You really need to try their new chicken sandwich as well. So glad to be their next door neighbor and go for lunch every day. Always a clean, nice atmosphere and a great addition to downtown Nashville and lower Broadway. Opening in March 2021
