Great place to sit outside on the patio and have snacks. Ordered all appetizers because they all looked so good. The specials for the day were good, okra and squash salad. The bacon wrapped dates and cheese plate were tasty. The mussels were not the best this day nor were the meatballs. The almond joy dessert drink was good, I just couldn't drink it all. Our server was very efficient but seemed like they'd rather be somewhere else.

Went to dinner at Park Cafe for the first time last night with a small group. We had a good dining experience. Our waitress Jordanne did an excellent job taking care of us and was on point on suggesting a wine bottle. The vibe and atmosphere was great and the food was good and at a fair price point for what you get. The back patio area looks nice once things cool down a bit. I’ll definitely check this place out a bit more in the future.

I was surprised to see Park Cafe come across my recommendations as I had never heard of it, but based on excellent reviews, we decided to give it a chance. Wow! We are so glad we did. What a gem! The restaurant itself has a uniquely designed layout that provides a cozy and intimate dining experience. The food was absolutely delicious! For an appetizer I highly recommend the beef tenderloin meatballs as these may very well be my all-time favorite. And the salmon and coconut rice entree was delicious. Ambiance and food aside though, we could not have asked for more impeccable service. Our server, Jordanne, was awesome! From the moment we were seated, she made certain we had a first-class experience. Not only was she very friendly and engaging, but her recommendations were spot-on and we never wanted or waited for anything. Also, as we were finishing up, the hostess came by to check in on us and inquire as to how our evening had been. Park Cafe truly delivers with excellent food AND service.

I come here a couple of times per month, and I've always had a great experience. I can really only speak to the wine, as I come here for happy hour for a French group. Still, the ambiance on the terrace is great, and it's the perfect place to be when the weather is decent. Even when the heat was an issue, the restaurant put out mister fans which really made the experience enjoyable. I've sampled several of the appetizers as well, all of which are very good. That being said, the place isn't the cheapest, so be advised. Still, in my opinion it is definitely worth it! Happily, Clayton Cohn

Well well welll Welcome back, it has been a while, it felt good to get out and enjoy a great meal, for our Mother’s Day weekend. Special shout-out to Damian, our server and Evette our Hostess & Mansa our valet Now let’s get to it, started with Wedge and garden salad- the wedge was perfect and the dressing was spot on, the garden salad had fruits and nuts and some kinda peanut dressing. What a pleasant start. We moved to the Gumbo, we are a bit of Gumbo snobs- and let me tell you “shey” “it was good yeah” perfect roux.., with right amount of sausage and rice For the Entree we had the Salmon, Meatballs- stuffed with cheese, the catch of the day mai mai, And the piece de resistance the shrimp&grits. This place is a long time Nashville Favorite, if you haven’t already and you are new to Nashville, put this one on you list. If you are from Nashville, come on by and visit them again. Bon Appetite

Among my favorites in West Nashville! Also, possibly the place with the tastiest mac-and cheese (so far). The service was fabulous! The outside patio seating was an added bonus on a lovely evening. I hear their happy hour is worth it, so we will try that next. Recommended.

Excellent food, service, and atmosphere! We thoroughly enjoyed the mussels, roasted beet salad, swordfish, lobster ravioli and white cheddar hash brown casserole. Also the sunset margarita was yummy! & complimentary valet parking!

Been a fan of it this restaurant for years. There food and varieties of food is excellent The Bartenders and wait staff have great service and professionalism. They have daily specials and a happy hour The best of all are there Owners Willy and Evette always speaking to the customers very visual and Willy always in the kitchen creating wonderful new specials Four of us are there five days a week

It's just the perfect restaurant. Can't wait to return. Food was perfect, service excellent. Definitely our favorite restaurant in Nashville. We have been to many nice places in Nashville and this is best we have been too. We has the salmon and also the Cod special and both were outstanding. Highly recommend. The service at the restaurant is impeccable. I live in The Woodlands, TX and wanted to send a bottle of wine to a table. Although they were incredibly busy, and I didn’t know how to describe the party who reserved the table, the GM Christina went to giant efforts to meet my request. My sister had a fabulous surprise at one of her favorite restaurants for her birthday! The Park Cafe is old school hospitality at its finest.

Went for my anniversary. We sat outside which was nice. We ordered for appetizers the dumplings of chicken & spinach. They tasted ok but not great. For my vegetarian husband we ordered the avacado on toast that came with slice radishes on top. I love avacado but this appetizer I did not like at all. We received complimentary bread mid way & wow was it salty!! Noo thanks. My son had a mushroom pizza which I found very slimy & couldn't even finish the slice I had. He wasn't crazy about it either. I had the salmon which was a good portion size & tasted great but the asparagus that came with it was way too salty! My husband had the ravioli & lobster. The lobster was way too small & tasted like rubbery shrimp. I was disappointed overall & wasn't pleased with their prices! So not cool...I don't see myself coming back here.

This is the best place! Great food, relaxed atmosphere, amazing ambiance, and fantastic service. Check out their happy hour! From their steaks to the hamburgers, everything is so fresh and flavorful. I am super lucky to have this place in the neighborhood!

Jason was our server and he was constantly on top of his game. The dining was elegant but comfortable and relaxing. Outside rear there is an actual gas fire pit built into a high bar with high stools.😁 It's amazing! And the food...its so worth the price you pay!!! 👒 🎩 off to the chef! …

Wonderful experience last night. The restaurant seemed very formal with valet parking and linen table cloths, but the atmosphere was very casual and the waitress friendly. I tried a couple of their signature bourbon cocktails and they were excellent. The food was plentiful and tasty. I had the pork chops with mac and cheese. While not a mac and cheese fan, it was really good. My wife had the salmon, also a good choice. Not sure what the dipping sauce for the bread was, but it, too was tasty - not a typical oil dip. We intend to return.

Park cafe is beyond incredible! It’s unbelievable service with a menu that is dynamic and original and fresh. We had the best experience with our waiter, David, and he hooked it up with the best dishes we’ve had in a while. PC is a staple that Sylvan Park is lucky to have!!!

Absolutely incredible restaurant...one of the best in Nashville. The owner is a gem...she’s so welcoming and friendly every single time. The food is impeccable (though I wouldn’t mind a bit of a larger menu.) It’s presented thoughtfully, and it tastes of a chef who loves what he does. We asked the bar to stock my husband’s favorite scotch, and it was there the next time we went. I LOVE this restaurant. They do it right.

Great experience!! The food was delicious! I had the salmon which was perfectly cooked and not overbearingly fishy tasting. Even the green beans that came with it were perfectly blanched a properly flavored. The only negative thing i can say is the ambience was not great. But they did the best they could for such a small space. Its a small cafe so be prepared. I highly recommend anyone to try this place at least once. I will be back!!

I had my wedding ceremony and reception at Park Cafe this past weekend. I can not even begin to describe how amazing it was. From our first meeting, the owner was engaged and excited to make all of my vision come true. They were flexible and brought great ideas to the table. The actual event went off without a hitch. When I tell you the attention to detail and service couldn't have been better.. well it couldn't have been better. The staff was on it, polite and so welcoming. The food was amazing, bar service top notch. And the price was very reasonable. Hold your events here people.. it will not disappoint!

Great patio and even better Happy Hour! We miss Eastland Cafe so much, but it's nice that we can still have the incredible food and cocktails this restaurant family serves by visiting the other side of town.

Always delicious. I love the layout of the restaurant which is a converted home, I would assume. There are separate small dining rooms which give it a an intimate atmosphere. The artwork is beautiful. It is not a twice-a-week restaurant, but more of a place to celebrate a special event. However, the bar is usually pretty active and the drinks are always mixed perfectly. A little on the expensive side, but well worth the money!

Hands down top ten restaurants in Nashville. Park Cafe never disappoints! The food is always excellent, great customer service and great atmosphere. Also, love that this restaurant is off the beaten path in a quaint little neighborhood (Sylvan Park) off West End where all the locals dine. It was a beautiful evening so my friend and I rode on the Richland Greenway and then hopped off to go to Happy Hour at the Park Cafe. We sat on the patio since we were casually dressed. The happy hour Sunset Margarita was refreshing and tasty. There is a happy hour food menu. I got the burger. It was also very good. The outdoor area is pleasant. Indoors is nice and more formal. Good food + nice environment = a winning evening!

Great experience. Had a bit of rocky service to start, but the owner sorted this out for us without us even having to ask. The food was incredible. My wife had the bouillabaisse, and I had, hands down, the best pork chop of my life to date.

COVID Review: Have been dying to have a date night but my partner and I have found it difficult to find restaurants that take all the necessary precautions. When we called, the restaurant informed us that they’ve adjusted the dining area and patio to ensure a minimum of 6ft apart. They also confirmed every employee wears masks and sanitizes surfaces regularly. Upon arrival, there were many signs that expressed how serious they take these precautions. We sat in the outdoor patio area on a weekday and felt unbelievably comfortable. We were greater than 6ft apart from every table and there were only two other tables with people seated in the entire outdoor section. The waiter was conscientious to remain an appropriate distance from us while speaking to us. We adored our evening and are so grateful this business has created an environment that was so enjoyable and safe.To clarify, we are simply sharing an experience of safety in this COVID world.

Nice atmosphere but very expensive. They encourage alcohol consumption, probably because drinks are not cheap. The salad was nice but at $7 I expect more ingredients. bouillibaise is excellent.

I really enjoyed Park Cafe. Parking is limited, but they offer complimentary valet making things very easy. The food was delicious, drinks were good, and the service was really great. I enjoyed everything about my experience. I will definitely be going back again!

Park Cafe has my favorite happy hour in Nashville (including on Saturdays)! They have awesome drink and appetizer specials, including some great mussels and pizzas! My other favorite appetizer outside of happy hour is the cheese plate with the Goat Cheese Brulée - delicious and a generous portion!

I’ll used to go here often, but have not been in probably 3 years. Thought I’d go back and try for nostalgia sake…and was pleasantly surprised that the food and service is as impeccable as it always was! I’ve never had a bad meal here. We had the chicken dish with a wonderful golden raisin gastrique…and the salmon with Szechuan green beans and coconut rice. Had onion rings for an appetizer…and they were fantastic and small thin straws…not greasy and seasoned perfectly. And the wedge salad with Fried green tomatoes and pepper jelly was superb!Won’t make it so long before my next trip! My only disappointment is the decor. As someone who enjoyed the funky decor of its origin, the brownness of the current decor is much less inviting.
