I've eaten at a few PF Chang's across the Country and consistently have had a very good experience. While we weren't exactly thrilled with the wait for a table, we were quite pleased with the service from our Server & our meal. Had the pork egg rolls with an awesome sweet & sour hot mustard sauce to start off. Entrees we had sweet & sour chicken and ginger & broccoli. Yeah, not disappointed at all. Our Server was on his first day out of training & did wonderfully. He was engaging, funny, timely, and helpful. Given the opportunity, will certainly be back!

I haven’t ate at P.F. Chang’s in years. I went to an event this past weekend and I was trying to find a nice sit down restaurant. My friend suggested P.F. Chang’s. I’m not super big on chain restaurants so I was leery at first. However the quality of the food shocked me. It was really good. I enjoyed everything except for the crispy green beans. I’ve had better at other places. Besides that I will definitely return in the near future.

This was my first ever visit to a PF Chang's. It was so delicious. I have several allergies and everyone was fantastic about making sure I was taken care of with my food. The chef (Jeff) even came by my table to make sure everything was ok and to my liking. We had a wonderful server named Robbie. He handled not only us, but the floor he was working also in such a great manner. I will definitely be coming back and telling all my friends about the place.

We always have the best experiences at PFC but Lucy and Lauren went out of their way to make it extra special. We were in Nashville for a date night and soon as they found out they make sure everything was top notch. The food and drinks were amazing but the customer service is even better!! Compared to Ohio this PFChang was special . From the greeter at the door , to the time it took to be seated and especially from the waiter Jesse who was superb . He was friendly, professional, knew the menu, service with a smile just a great asset to this establishment. The portions were great the Chicken Pad Thai was delicious . The place was clean . First time visiting, Saturday night. We Had reservations but came in earlier. I told the front person we will be at the bar, party of 4. Well... time past, and no one texted us like they said they would... They said they can't find us!!!! Hm.... we were right there... Then they sit us at the table that was available all the time we were waiting.... Food was good, we will come back. And hope all items will be in stock, I know that's bc of Covid.

Great customer service and awesome food! Went for brunch with my wife and ordered pork egg rolls, spring rolls, chicken fried rice and combination fried rice... My favorite of them all were the pork egg rolls... I ended up trading my sesame chicken for the honey chicken because I liked the taste much better... Our server was nice but it felt like he had never worked at a restaurant before. It took 35 minutes to get my cocktail and 50 minutes for my son to get his lemonade. I had to go search table tops for a soy sauce that wasn't empty. The food was good, but not worth the $80. We made a reservation and still waited 30 minutes. The last time we ate there it was curbside and on a survey I let them know that my food was cold and runny and there was no follow up. I'm sad because I used to love this place but we won't be back.

I usually don’t eat out because of social anxiety, but I wanted to take a chance today. I was served by Jade, she was absolutely amazing! Made me feel so comfortable and was very attentive while taking my order. Also, the food was really good! Would definitely recommend!!

We had a wonderful dining experience tonight! Jerel was our waiter and he was fantastic, even though he had only been waiting tables for about 2 months. The food was excellent and the portions were generous. The only reason I didn't give it five stars was because we had a bit of a wait... apparently they're short staffed on the floor... but the food was hot and served in a very timely manner.

I love rice and shrimp, especially my shrimp a bit over-cooked (well done). I've been coming to the West End PF Chang for over 15 years and I have never experience customer service to the max until I met Finley! She is very patient and polite, but above all she remembers my same meal I get every time, which means she pays attention to her customers. I definitely recommend this location for food!

Food & service (sometimes a little slow). Kung Pao chicken, extra spicy is typically my go to (although their recipe for this one is different than it used to be - still decent). Chicken lettuce wraps are OG.

First time eating at PF Chang's and it did not disappoint! Amesa greeted us at the door. She was so polite and courteous getting us to our seat straight away . Our server was Finley and she was polite and very knowledgeable of the menu ! During the course of our meal Chef Jeff came out and made sure everything was to par . Lets make the world a better place

We went with some friends to Nashville on Labor Day 2022 and decided to eat at PF Chang's since neither of us had been in a while and we were delighted that we made that choice. The line was very short, no wait, the service was excellent, the atmosphere was appealing and the food was delicious. There was 4 of us so we decided to order 3 entrees and share, which worked out great. We ordered Orange Chicken, Broccoli Chicken and Kung Pao Shrimp and we were very happy with the quality of the food and the service. I enjoyed the unsweet Mango Tea and the fried rice. We order brown rice and fried rice but from here forward we will only order the fried, it was delectable. The food prices are very reasonable for what you receive, not alot more that many other sit down chains and the food is a notch above most, imo. We will return when we are on the area!

Tonight we came in from a long trip and was frustrated to begin with. Kendra came up and just sweet as can be and ready to get us a drink and answer any of our questions. She made us laugh and just sat with us at one point in time to carry on a small chat. The food was out quickly and she was the MOST attentive server i have ever had!! Awesome place and Kendra set the bar high!! We ever come back to Nashville we will be by to see her and get some awesome lettuce wraps.

If you like spicy food and you have yet to discover the wonderful item on every Chinese food menu called Singapore Chow Mei Fun then you're in for a treat here because their version, dubbed Singapore Street Noodles, is like a flavor party in your mouth. Their service was great, although Christmas Eve had them running a little slow. They had some seasonal duck egg rolls and a sticky toffee pudding that were both tasty, but their old seasonal item Fire and Ice has spoiled me.

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!!! Our Server was Kendra and she was dead set on our complete satisfaction! If I would have told her that I needed soy sauce? Got it! Orange sauce! Got it. If I needed her to forgo the safety of the Great Wall and sever the head of the great Ghangis Khan himself.....I think its safe to say I would have gotten it! If I could give 10 Stars I would have!

Family night, trying something new a different. It was dinner so they were getting busy they took our phone number so we could wait in the car which is great for social distancing. It was very unique and the entrees were tasty. The tea was not sweet and the dessert was suppose to be sugar bread but it was missing the sugar I didn't like it but my husband loved lol. We were out walking last week and decided to stop in for lunch. Our server Kendra suggested the dynamite roll bc I told her I loved shrimp, Baybee it did not disappoint. She was friendly and kept us laughing the whole time. The margarita’s were great as well and we will definitely be back!!

If you like the American version of Asian and Chinese food it's top notch and it has some flare when you get a good server. That's about 50% of the time. You can't go wrong with the brazed short ribs. The crab wonton's and the pork fried dumplings are great to.

Robby was amazing!!! So attentive and super personable. Will definitely be asking for him next time! Update: We were back last night for Christmas Eve reservations. It was horrible, BUT I will say the staff seemed to be doing everything they could. I've never seen managers be treated so poorly, and continue to be professional. I had to update my review because if these 1-star reviewers are who I think they are, they almost caused a fight because they were treating the woman manager so poorly. We were sitting right next to them, and the manager was trying to say there were reservations there before them and they couldn't be sat. A male guest ended up yelling back telling them she's just trying to do her job, and then the male members of that party tried to get in his face. We were sitting right beside this and left as it was happening. We never got our food last night but you will still receive our service, Chang's. There are customers that have a heart and understand holidays in the service industry.

My co-worker took me to lunch for my birthday today. We were first greeted by the hostess, and she was wonderful! Our server was Sharonda. She was amazing! Very attentive, kind and personable during our whole visit. She mentioned that she had only been working there a short time. From our experience, you wouldn't have known that. She was a natural! Not only was the service great, she also personally sang Happy Birthday to me! She is an asset to your restaurant! Thanks for making my birthday lunch so special, Sharonda!

Went to have dinner with my 7 and 9-year-old. The kids' menu is about $14 per entrée and tasted like Panda Express. My daughter complained of the greasy noodles. I had Pad Thai and the noodles were undercooked but when I asked them to finish cooking them, I got the noodles back bland with no real taste. The lettuce wraps and fried rice was tasty but that was it. Service was okay but the server could have visited the tables more often since there were only 4 tables of people. All in all, the experience was just okay but for the price they should be doing much better. Will not be coming here again.

The food was good!! I gave it a 5 because nothing was bad. However, nothing was excellent. I've tasted more flavorful Asian food. Particularly, the fried rice has a very plain flavor. The dumplings and the "spicy" chicken have good flavor.

Thanks to a giftcard that had resurfaced, we treated ourselves to PFC for a late lunch. Seating and service was quick as we were taking advantage of the after lunch crowd, but before the early dinner crowd arrived, the place was an intimate experience. Parking was upfront at the door ! Woo hoo !! We chose the chicken lettuce wraps and a lunch bowl. It's was all so delicious, I forgot to take photos! 😋 Heads up, the menu is online only, and the check out was also on line. New app to us, so we messed it all up by trying to use a gift card to split up our bill, and managed to lock ourselves out, so we had to have assistance. But, hay, ya have to learn some how. It was all good 👍 PFC, yall ROCKed it in our visit today.

Thanks to a forgotten about giftcard that recently resurfaced, we were splurging for lunch at PFC. Really enjoyed the lettuce wraps along w/ a lunch bowl, we were stuffed. It was amazing ! It was after lunch and before early dining so not too busy, we had great service, hot food. They are online with the menu's and there is another spiffy app to pay, out the door you go. A hip restaurant which serves Asian and Chinese dishes to go or dining in. Their portions are big hence you might over order. I didn't like the oolong tea which had an artificial perfume to it; as a tea drinker, I'm very familiar with oolong so that was disappointing. Dessert is in a small cup which I liked so you can indulge without getting guilty. Will come back again!

My wife and I dined here last night. The food time was a little long but well worth the wait! The place was slammed when we arrived for dinner. Servers were expedient and very knowledgeable of menu . Food was excellent and presented beautifully. The kitchen was staffed and they were at it 100%. It was very entertaining and impressive to see how this place was running. We have been in this particular establishment several times but do to sickness and travel we haven’t visited in several months. This was the most professional and productive team I have ever seen there. Whatever you are doing keep it up. My wife and I will see you again very soon!

Everyone knows PF Chang's has great food, but I can I just say a few words about the service. I know the service industries really get a bad wrap right now. Due to the labor shortage there just isn't enough people to do all that has to be done. Anyway, despite that, our server Brandon was the sweetest. Food was great. But the time it took to get our food was slow. Twice in a row its taken the kitchen longer than normal time to prepare the food. The table on the other hand was Filthy. It had a crust of funk on it so thick I actually scribed "I'm dirty" into it. Used to be one of our favorite places to eat. I consider changs to be more upscale than a lot of chain steakhouse's and therefore expect a little more. Very disappointed 😞

This restaurant had so much potential, because it is part of a good chain. But, whenever I see Help Wanted signs that can be an indication of potential issues. And, this was the case tonight. We had to wait 20 minutes to be seated, and the restaurant was only half full. The waitress was very pleasant, but the appetizers came out at different times with some being overcooked and some being overcooked. For the main dinner, it was just as disorganized. 3 meals came together, but they had run out of steamed rice (isn't that a staple in an Asian restaurant? ) Then, about 5 minutes later, the other two meals arrived, and still no rice. The food was tasty, but given we did not have everything at one time, it was just a weird meal. Again, the overall food was tasty, and the waitress was very pleasant, but the lack of coordination at food delivery leaves a lot to be desired.

Grabbed a bite to eat while waiting for the Beyonce and Jay Z OTRII concert to begin. Sophia was our server and everything she recommended was great. We got there during happy hour 3-6pm. The non a alcoholic coconut cooler was the best drink. It was like a mini vanilla shake without the dairy. The food was served quickly and warm. I completed dinner with a mini strawberry coconut pie dessert at her recommendation. Our total bill was $44 bucks. It was a great meal ahead of a fantastic evening.

Food is delicious, I’m so thankful for gluten-free options! It is so hard to find with Asian cuisine because most dishes have soy sauce/wheat in everything. They can substitute Tamari in some of their dishes! I’ve had their signature chicken lettuce wraps and Mongolian beef, nice presentation. Also can we talk about the chocolate soufflé a la mode with the raspberry compote…not going to lie it might be my new addiction! 🤤 Can’t wait to try their other gluten free dishes! I’m thinking chicken fried rice next! ☺️ Extra bonus points if they could figure out how to make gluten free crab rangoon, dumplings, bao buns, spring/egg rolls, and wanton soup…let’s just say I would be in heaven haha! I miss those dishes so much because I’m unfortunately gluten free and not by choice! Also the new GM is super personable, and service is a lot quicker now! She is running a tight ship over on West End!

This PF Chang's goes above and beyond! Yesterday a state of emergency with a 10pm curfew was declared. I rushed out to get food for us but noticed everything shutting down. Stopped by PFC and I said I'd take anything they have left overs of and Troy, the Mgr was a lifesaver! I'd not have been able to feed my daughter if not for his kindness. The service (while Wonderful) is a bit slow right now. I'm assuming due to covid and everything. So there was a bit of a wait even with reservations and then a bit of a wait for our food but it was hot and fresh and the waitress was a peach. Never had a bad experience there.

I made a reservation for a group of six friends at the PF Chang’s West End , Nashville, for 6:00 pm for Monday, March 7, 2022. I spoke with a live person to make this reservation. I got an text CONFIRMATION regarding this reservation on March 6 . We showed up for dinner on March 7 and the restaurant was CLOSED! A sign on the door said it was closed 3/7-3/8. No one called or text me that there was a problem. Shameful behavior by this restaurant! If you had a problem please notify those with reservations. On 5/25/22 my group returned to PF Chang’s West End for dinner. I was VERY pleased that they made a special effort to make things right for us and apologized for our previous experience. I find that admirable. I would now give it a 4 star rating.

We came to this PF Changs after visiting a location in Argentina and Colombia. We were impacted by deliciuos flavours..however in their location in Nashville, food quality is just disappointed and was very low. Beginning with their eggrolls that seems were fried in old oil. Furst bite was discounting with horrible taste to old. Then, a beef that was flavourless and seemed more a stew than sauteed dish. For dessert, their emblematic chocolate cake had several days of prepared. It was dried and fruits were old. Sevice was basic, waitress was not very polite. They did not charged eggrolls...but it was not a good experience.

So. Incredibly. Slow. We got there right at our reservation time of 3pm on a Sunday. We didn't leave the restaurant until after 4:30pm. It took 30 minutes to get our appetizer. And then 30 minutes after than to finally get our meal. The main dishes were cold when they finally arrived, but I was so hungry I just ate it and didn't mention it. Our check took another solid 20 minutes to get to the table. I will say being able to scan and pay made it quick to pay and get the hell out of dodge.

Absolutely THEE BEST experience I have ever had at a P.F. Chang restaurant! This was my first time visiting this particular location, but I have visited this restaurant chain in several cities across the US. This one tops them all! From the welcome at the door, to being provided excellent service by a wonderful waiter named Matt, to being visited by Lauren, the manager, just to make sure everything was ok... the music was pleasant, the ambience was superb, the restrooms were clean, and the food was well proportioned and cooked to perfection! I was reluctant to eat at this restaurant because my last few visits were mediocre, but the experience at this location has moved P.F. Chang back to the top of my list of favorites. If you're in the Nashville area, do yourself a favor and check it out. I don't think you'll be disappointed!

This is a great place to visit for food by the park. The waitress was attentive and nice to our family. The food was well prepared and quick. The only thing that was interesting was the wait. We did get seated in about 15 min., but half the restaurant was empty. So either they couldn’t be at capacity or not enough staff for the guests.

I ordered the Peking Duck which I highly recommend was very succulent and had hints of apple and raspberry. It was cooked to absolute perfection. If you go there you will not be disappointed. Hubby and I always go here, and it is always a hit. The appetizers we enjoyed were the crispy green beans, lettuce 🥬 wraps, and dynamite shrimp. I love the Singapore Street Noodles with the curry sauce, lime, and julienned vegetables. It’s citrusy, fiery, and zesty. Also, the salt and pepper prawns are great too. Hubby enjoys the sweet & sour chicken, Mongolian beef, Korean Bulgogi Steak, and more. We always try something distinct, and are never disappointed. It’s a big city. You need to arrive earlier than your reservation for parking.

The waiter was very nice. I told him I have a shellfish allergy. However, when my Wonton soup came it had shrimp in it. I ordered Vegetable Lo Mein as an entree. That didn't work out either; in some way it contained shellfish. He came back to the table with a shellfish free menu. There was ONE entree on it, chicken. I'm unsure what else to say, other than, the menu needs to be list everything that contains shellfish. Very, very disappointing experience.

We didn't have reservations, we come here weekly didn't think we needed one. We had a 30-40 minutes wait. But realized the whole section right behind a waiting area with not being used. Hostess was very pleasant and friendly, she took us to our table. It took over 10 minutes for the waitress to come over. She apologize for the wait. The kitchen was great, good service, friendly and good food. At the end of my meal I asked for my food to be packed to go. I had the Thai Harvest which is very liquidy I didn't realize until I left the restaurant that she had put the rice in with the Thai Harvest all in one container making my rice soggy. She pretty much ruined my left-overs. We come here a lot the problem that we see is they either have a big turnaround with their waiter/waitress or not enough servers. At this location you never know what service you are going to get from waiter/waitress. But do like their food, maybe I should just order take out instead.

Service is always quick, correct to order and delicious. The staff were very pleasing and kind, especially when we wanted substitutes for some of the size. The front parking lot is not very big since it's on a strip mall, but there is a garage tower around the back. Make sure you bring the parking ticket so that it can be validated and you won't have to pay for parking. My absolute favorite dish is Mongolian beef. It is a must have for every dinner.

Loved it. They have streamlined the menu. My favorite dish, orange peel shrimp, was taken off the menu, but on request they still made it for me. My husband usually gets the Mongolian Beef, but he switched to Beef and Broccoli and liked it. Our waitress had only been there a week, but we had very good service. Parking is very limited at the West End location.

This location started out as top-notch. The last few visits, however, have been disappointing. The recipes and portions have been inconsistent. The shrimp dishes have the mushy pre-battered shrimp that get soft and unappetizing when they get soggy in the sauces. It's a great location, and will soon be patio weather. We'll try them again, as we have gift cards to use up...here's hoping for a better experience next time.

Are there last week with a couple friends. We were so excited and made reservations, as we don’t get to enjoy a nice dinner very often. As we entered the building, we were greeted promptly and the hostess was friendly. We were sat at a table in a busy area but over 10 minutwsmosses without anyone even acknowledging us. So, my friend had to go back up to the hostess area and ask to be waited on. We finally received a great server, apparently it wasn’t his section, and the food was good. We had the lettuce wraps and shrimp as an appetizer and all ordered individual meals. Overall, it was delicious and we had a pretty pleasant visit once we were able to get Service! We will be back.

Used Postmates to deliver from here for a quiet at-home date night. Delivery service was fine, arrived promptly and food still hot. However, the quality of the food was beyond sub-par for the price point. The bottom of the container with the egg rolls was covered in grease making them almost inedible. The chicken fried rice was also very greasy. They didn't provide soy sauce or hot mustard, only a tiny ramekin of sweet and sour for 4 egg roles. Will not get delivery from here again. Not worth it.

I was incredibly un-impressed with the service and menu options during a date to P.F. Chang's. Despite making dinner reservations for 6PM for a party of 2 and arriving on time, we waited 20 minutes to be seated while 2 parties who rolled in behind us were seated before us. Then, it took the waitress 30 minutes... yes 30 minutes to give us menus, bring us drinks and take our order. I am understanding of waitstaff, and she did her best to accommodate us thereafter. The food was good, but nothing to write home about after waiting so long. I would strongly suggest going here for lunch rather than dinner as I have had positive lunch experiences here!

Our waitress, Sophia was awesome. Food was good, my fiance had the spicy chicken, which was ok, but my Mongolian beef was fantastic as always. Their fried rice is out of this world too. All in all, great experience, only real complaint was parking is tough, although the waitress did just inform me they offer valet. PF Chang’s is one of the excellent restaurant in my area in Franklin, TN. The excellent in terms of the taste of food especially PG Chang’s fried rice, Singapore noodles etc., Also, you can try virgin pinacolada as a drink option. As a starter, you can start with Lettuce Wraps with chicken. Its simply amazing. You can try with chicken fried rice and chicken noodles. Its great taste always. If you are bringing your kids, then you can find the kids menu as well. It has the combination of items and kids will really love it. I have never tried any other meat except chicken. Hence, I cannot comment about other meats. Also, you can check with your waiter about Chef sauce. Its an amazing sauce and well suitable for fried rice (any meats or veggie) and noodles (any meats or veggies). I am not too forgot to mention about supporting staffs such as waiters. Always, I found helpful staffs any time. They are simply amazing. Is it a dine in? No problem. Is it take out? No problems. They will help you to choose you to order which you like it. Overall, it is an amazing restaurant. You must try. And I am sure you will not regret for your tries.

This restaurant has been consistent as long as I've lived in Nashville. I moved here in 2003 and have made MANY visits here. Parking is usually difficult but they validate and the food is awesome. In all these years I only had one bad experience, several of us ate orange peel chicken, and it didn't agree with us but this was 13 or 14 years ago. Aside from that it's always a great experience with friendly staff who make you feel like you're with friend instead of a customer.

First time to this particular PF Changs. AWESOME!! Greeted with smiles and positive professionalism. Our waiter, Heath, was very attentive and on point with updates and keeping the glasses full. But not too attentive to be annoying. Food was very good. Had the Chicken Pad Thai, Hubby had Shrimp LoMein, Appetizers were Sushi Shrimp Tempura Roll & Egg Rolls. Definitely will return while in town. Love PF Changs!

Our server was very kind and friendly. Their menu is condensed and customer friendly.The Miso Salmon was delicious and the Korean steak was exquisite. The Tennessee draft beer was light and smooth. I recommend this restuarant for anyone that wants to dine at a chic restaurant. The prices are not as high as well.

I love this location. I come to Nashville a couple of times a month, and my best friend and I visit here each time I am in town. Our most recent experience went above and beyond what we expected. When we called back, we talked to the manager, Hannah who was courteous, patient and professional. We came in to place a big order, and Hannah checked the ingredients of many items to make sure menu items were indeed vegan. Thank you Hannah for your help and patience and setting us up with spring rolls, eggplant, curry vegetables and green beans that were vegan. Everything was very good and a treat!

Wow, this place has really gone down hill. Cold food, far less items on the menu, service is off an on. This used to be an ups upscale place to me. We had a $70 meal last night and the food was cold and seemed like it had been sitting for a while. Very frustrating.

Great to visit the P.F. Chang's across from Nashville's Centennial Park once again after all the covid hysteria in Nashville has finally (one can only hope) settled down. I keep reading about how difficult it is to hire employees, particularly in the restaurant business. Well, apparently P.F. Chang's has cracked the code on that little issue. The young man serving our table was first rate, downright crackerjack.

Such a great and delicious menu selection. The ‘Surf n Turf’ entree is always so perfect. It’s in a really good location, only trouble may be finding parking in the lot attached to the shopping center and restaurant. This is always a top pick for date night with my fiancé. The restaurant atmosphere is very relaxing as well. I do suggest signing up for their mailing list. They always send me super good coupon deals that we happily take advantage of often.

The food was very good, however we had several issues with the waiter. First off he didn't introduce himself to us, so I can't give you his name. Then he messed up my order, my date ordered wonton soup without shrimp and I ordered egg drop soup. He never brought the egg drop soup. We were there at lunch and my date specifically ordered the LUNCH portion of Mongolian Beef. When the bill came we were charged for the dinner portion. The appropriate adjustment was made, but only after it was pointed out.

Love the brand. We drive 20 minutes, almost every week, to eat here. It is apparent that they are severly understaffed. The reataurant could use a sprucing up. The restrooms aren't what you would expect from this brand.. always gloomy and dirty. This restaurant is in a prime location, lots of locals and even more travelers. That being said, it gets alot of traffic. I don't think that this location is a good representation of the PF Changs that I have loved for years. We will continue to come here, but expect subpar service and inconsistent food.

If I could add more stars, I would add 100+++! A colleague of mine lost his mother this past week. So I decided to send him and his husband dinner. I was having online issues with Uber Eats and with P.F. Chang's website due to an item showingashowing up as unavailable. Troy, the manager went the extra mile plus more to make sure my colleague receives the lettuce wraps and more! His kindness and generosity will not be forgotten. The staff here is one of a kind, and you just do not see that kind of service these days. Came in with a party of 3 around 3:15 on a Monday afternoon. It was very slow, maybe 6 tables total. The host(ess) was nowhere to be found so we had to wait up front for a few minutes to be seated. She sat us at a very dirty table and quickly walked away without saying a word. There were actual bits of food on the table as well as the booth and water rings where glasses had been. It took maybe 5 minutes for us to be greeted by our server and she politely moved us to a new table in her section. However, she left almost immediately after doing so without taking our drink orders and took another few minutes to come back and do so. Drinks took another 5 minutes to come out and the lemons that were brought out for iced tea were definitely going bad; they were dark and mushy. We ordered the lettuce wrap appetizer and it took 15 minutes to come out. Again, there was only about 6 tables in the entire restaurant. Our entrees came out slowly as well, and they didn't come out at the same time. The food wasn't bad, which is why I'm choosing to be generous with the 3 star rating. It was delivered hot but it was definitely lower quality than what I'm used to getting at other PF Chang's locations. The one in my hometown of New Orleans is consistently great. Our server was friendly enough but we realized halfway through our meal she seemed to be the only server on the floor. She had too much work to do to give her tables the proper attention they needed. We had to wait too long for refills and she didn't bus our table during the entire meal, leaving the empty appetizer plate, side plates, and empty cups sitting at the edge of the table the entire time. Even the fortune cookies were stale lol. We were pretty disappointed in the entire experience and I doubt I'll return to this location again.

I was leery based on my last PF Chansperience, but they've reduced the salt and sugar to optimal levels. It was so good. Service was out of this world. Such great folks here, awesome conversation, good recommendations, friendly, and welcoming. Recommend they clean behind the booths on the window sills, as well as on top of the clothed booths. Not a huge deal right now, though. Great time.

Ordered a soft drink initially and showed my and stated my intendion to have a drink with dinner, but wasn't ever asked about what I wanted and the two times I tried to ask about the drink, I either wasn't noticed or heard. Also, they were out of an item I ordered, which is fine, but others around me ordered the same item and were approached by the manager expediting and offered other things gratis. Just an oversight because i had to request for that item to be removed from my check. Not that it's the end of the world, but still. Would I come back? Yes, with friends that wanted to go, but unlikely as my first choice.

Some of the best Chinese food you are likely to find from top to bottom. Has a well stocked bar, but the atmosphere is hardly Oriental. It's one of my regular stops and I've never had a bad meal there. A bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. Parking can be a problem depending on the time of day.

I went there with my family and it was amazing. They had really good service and our waitress never missed a beat! The food was impeccable, and I would recommend the Miso Salmon or the Kung Pao Shrimp. They are so appetizing and delicious! Desert-wise, I recommend the large Great Wall of Chocolate for large families and maybe the cheesecake for a couple or one person. All in all, I love this P.F. Chang's and would recommend it to any considering it.

It's passable Chinese at best. It's certainly better than most hole in the wall carry out places but it used to be a lot better. We had the pork dumplings which were not bad overall, the skin was fairly thin (though several were split open) and the filling was tasy enough, if a bit mild. They were covered in a sauce that looked a lot like the standard soy/black vinegar/chili oil but was really lacking in flavor compared to the real thing. The lettuce wraps were ok, the Mongolian beef was decent enough (generous portion, overall best part of the meal). The rice though, was undercooked and cold, almost crunchy. We brought it to the waiters attention and he brought us back a bowl of warmed up undercooked rice and told us others had complained and they threw the rest out... So why serve it to us a second time? He never offered fresh rice either, just left us with the inedible stuff. What Chinese place can't figure out rice?

So this location is typically good but tonight was a disaster. The host was fantastic though. Server,Brett, always seemed to be in too big of a hurry to stop and listen to us. No suggestions of appetizers, drinks, main course, or dessert. I asked about hot tea. He said yes we have some. We have green tea and.... well I’m not sure. Maybe some other flavors but we may be out so I guess you can just have green tea. My mom said water for now but I will take a look at the wine list and decide based on what I order for my meal. So naturally he took the drink menu away. When he brought our apps out my dad asked about a sauce that used to be brought out. He said he doesn’t know what he’s talking about. My dad said yes, Chang’s stopped bringing it out a few years ago but we can still order it upon request. Still, Brett had no idea what we were talking about. Instead of saying let me go ask he just basically gave up and walked away. We enjoyed the appetizers. The dumplings and lettuce wraps are always the way to go. The main meals arrived. My dad asked again about the oil. He loves it on his rice. He said no we don’t have peanut oil. Let me see. To which he brought a thick sweet sauce. Nothing oil about it at all. My hot and sour soup was very bland. No flavor at all. I sent it back. I just ate off the rest of the tables plates. We ordered brown and white rice. We only received white. He seemed very agitated that I asked again for the brown rice. After the meal came Brett disappeared. He returned to clean off the table. He later returned with a cute personal dessert for my moms birthday. It was much appreciated. As he was setting it down we were talking about maybe ordering more for the table to celebrate. He cut us off and said oh well it won’t be free. I mean obviously sir. But you would think he would want us to spend more. The manager never came by. She was on the floor but we could never get her attention. I almost didn’t give him a good tip. Because I have been a server/bartender for 6 years and a manager/culinary for 5 years at one of your neighboring restaurants, I begrudgingly left a 20% tip. I suggest getting more table touches from your managers. Also, Brett needs a smaller section until he can get his rhythm down and learns to connect with his guests. He will sell more for P.F Chang’s and hopefully give better service which will give him more money.
