This was one of the top options when searching Maps for pizza. I now know why. Glad we came here because the pizza was delicious. The photos on the interior were cool too. The prices were amazing for the quality of food. Coming back, for sure!

Pizza by the slice! NY White and NY Greek. Two pieces for under $10. Very fast service. Awesome looking ovens. I have to admit that the White was great. I was just trying it because it was different. Glad I did. Yummy. The table condiments were good. Very nice touch to add to the flavors.

The pizza is the way, so good, way better than almost any other pizza in Nashville and they don’t gouge the price of the pie, unlike most everywhere else in Nashville. Chill place. Made a stop here driving thru Nashville and it was delicious....even to go. The food was delicious. Had a small 10 pizza and it was perfectly cooked. Greek salad was great. If you like pizza and are in the area, it's a must.

I'm from NYC grow up in Brooklyn and staten Italy I'm Italian-American. I rate the pizza t 6.5 out of 10 I rate it for Nashville as a 9.1 Nashville really doesn't have good pizza they're into Neapolitan and to me that's taste the same no matter where you go it doesn't have a signature taste even when you're in Italy from my perspective, for anyone that reads this review when you have New York City Pizza I'm not talking about some place that you walk up to in the middle of Manhattan because that's just garbage Pizza I'm talking about signature places that you would find especially in certain places in Manhattan Brooklyn Queens Bronx and Staten Island we're not talking the average Corner Place but I would say that this pizza here in Nashville is above the average Corner place that you would find in New York City but overall the places that I would recommend in New York City by far is the best pizza I've ever had and I've been all over the United States and all over Italy. Brooklyn Lucali.Manhattan Lombardi's, Lee's Tavern Staten Island, Brothers pizzeria Sicilian only Staten Island there's like 30 more but I'm not even going to waste my time anymore.

Great place to eat! Me and my fiance go there quite often! The pizza is greasey (not saying that's a bad thing. I just know not everyone likes it. I like it tho). Not all the customers are very nice, but that has nothing to do with the business itself

The pizza is actually good however I'm from Chicago so I like my pizza Chicago style. Also, I love thin crust but I like it crispy. This pizza was only crispy on the outer crust and real saggy from the bottom crust. I do like that they have a good selection for pizza by the slice. Today I tried the meat and Hawaiian slices and they were good in flavor but again, the crust didn't do it for me. The location was good and service is great. They were quick to clean up all the tables as people left. I would try them again but maybe the next time will be earlier as I did come later so the oil may have gotten the crust soft. All in all definitely a place I'd consider for lunch since I am in the area a lot.

I grew up in Upstate NY and struggled to find food that reminds me of home, in Nashville. I'm so glad we were all starving one night and happened upon this place. The pizza is delicious and service is always excellent. We're regulars now. If you're from the north and looking for that neighborhood pizza taste, this is it. I highly recommend it.

I'm always interested when I'm out across the country and see Pizza advertised as New York Pizza. The pizza in Western New York is very hard to beat so I'm always curious how close places can come. I tried two slices and was impressed enough to buy a pie. Very tasty. Crust a little thinner than we have but very close in flavor and texture. One thing did knock them down by a star though. If you have your pizza maker visible. I would want to see them instead of wearing one pair of gloves, either changing them out for every pie but I know that's expensive. I just don't wear any gloves and wash at the wash sink before every pizza. Knowing that those closest probably been on for hours and seeing them touch myriad of things, it's really just them keeping their hands clean, and not keeping my food protected. That being said it's Pizza and places that make it behind the scenes, all have the same things going on so it is what it is. I hope this wasn't too harsh. The pizza was really very good and I hope this place has a lot of success.

Super quick and friendly service! It was just what I needed to fuel up for a long drive. Garlic knots (and really good accompanying tomato sauce to dip) and Hawaiian slices - all fantastic. Nice location overall.

Very good pizza and Greek salad. Everything fresh and I was treated very nicely by the staff. Food was out within 10-15 minutes. It is a very small location (limited indoor seating but lots of outdoor seating). Also it is really toasty inside too since the oven is about 15 feet from the seating area. Prices are reasonable and menu options look great. The use of pizza pans as plates is a very cute touch.

We ordered ahead and they had our pizza ready in around 15 to 20 minutes. The staff greeted us the moment we entered. They cook their pizza in a brick oven. You can buy your pizza by the slice or the pie. The food was delicious, a great New York style pizza all the way in Nashville TN!

Hands down the best in the entire area for as close as it gets to NY style pizza that is actually open for normal hours. This pizza is worth the time, price and drive if not in the area. The aroma when you walk in is as authentic as you can get being so far away from NY. Skip getting a slice or two and have them make you the largest pie they can make fresh to get the best experience and taste of NY.

I've never had a bad slice here. They make great pizza! If you are adventurous try their scriacha chicken pizza or one of the white sauce creations. If you are a standard pizza kind of person don't worry, they make the standards with perfection. As about their thick crust too!

Great little pizza place in Nashville that you can get different kinds of pizza by the slice, whole pizzas or a stromboli (I’m sure they have more items but these are what I usually order). If you are looking for deep dish, you won’t find it here, but you will find great tasting pizza with a nice thin crispy crust and a delicious, slightly spicy marinara. I’ve been here several times in my visits to Nashville and haven’t been disappointed. The pizza by the slice is a little on the pricey side to me, but they are nice sized slices. However, if you are with someone else and they like the same kind of pizza I would go for the whole pie. The workers seem friendly and no matter what you are ordering, the food seems to come out quickly, hot and delicious. My only complaint would be the seating, in that it is a very small venue and if they are busy you may not find a place to sit. That being said, it’s just as tasty to get it “to go”.

Great food, kind staff. I've got a bit of a drive after nabbing a pie and it always stays relatively put together. The best part of the pizza is that it reheats very well, so I can eat off of the same huge pie for a few days. Calzones hit the spot if you are feeling desperate for some Italian caloric insanity.

I ordered a small ny special and I had to hold each slice upright because the bottom side of the crust got too wet and most of the toppings were too loose and fell off the pizza. Very friendly staff. The pizza is delicious and the staff is nice, I will never go here again unless I’m using Cash! I always tip if I’m eating at the restaurant, but when I’m picking up my pizza I do not (obviously). Twice now there has been a three dollar tip added even though I have clearly stated on my signed receipt that there is no tip! The manager never contacted me back about the occurrence’s. This is a good place if you like pizza, but use cash only or check your account after you use your card! #shadybusiness

I'm from the Detroit where thick Sicilian pizza is more popular and we've been in Nashville about 10 years. I honestly can't compare this because I have not been to The Big Apple, but when I want pizza in Nashville this is the first place that comes to mind. When we order a pizza to go many times it will be halfway gone before we get home. IT'S THAT GOOD!! Everything on the menu that we have ordered is great. The marinara is the best I've ever had from a pizza shop before. The crust is always perfect its soft with a little crunch on the outer layer. They have a new Sriracha Pizza that I've never had anywhere else that is amazing. On top of that everyone there is Super Nice and happy to serve you! I just wish they would open another one either downtown or closer to Murfreesboro. If you haven't been to this place you are missing out. In my opinion it's the best pizza in Nashville.

They have pizza by the slice if you're in a hurry, their margherita is great if you're in less of a hurry, and if you've got time (it takes longer to cook than the others) their special grandmother's pizza is amazing. Very, very good. Although toppings are pretty pricey here ($3 each) and the restaurant is very small and cramped, we enjoyed our meal. However, the pizza did leave my mouth feeling really dry, despite me continuing to drink water. I wonder why. I’d probably go back.

I have lived in Nashville for 18 years and believe I have tried most all the pizza places in Nashville. Honestly, NY Pie is my favorite. The quality is very good, not overly greasy or lacking flavor. Prices are not cheap but not overly priced either. The owner Greg and the staff are friendly and real. Many of them have asked about me and get my special requests spot on. The outdoor patio is great as is the location right near Costco/Target/Best Buy, so convenient! The decor is relaxing and comfortable with pictures of New York City. All around great place run by good people. Highly recommend.

I have supported NY Pie at Nashville West from Day 1. The Greek Pizza is my “go to” but I do not turn away ANY pie! The ingredients, flavors, aroma, vibe are consistent. Head and shoulders over the other chain pies. Worth every penny. So glad it’s five minutes from my house. I ❤️ NY Pie !!!

Nothing beats a good, greasy slice of pizza. The crust is excellent, probably my favorite part. The by the slize pizzas looked a little old when we got there so we opted for a couple whole pizzas. I was able to feed a family of five for a relatively modest amount - cant wait to try some more of the signature pizzas.

I have been searching all over town and have not found anything close to my hometown pizza. The owners understand what it takes to make this Jersey Boy feel at home. The crew is great. I try to get to NYPie at least once a week to get a taste of home without driving 700+ miles

Best pizza in Nashville and it's not even close. I usually judge pizza joints by the sausage they use (though that's not my primary topping). The quality of sausage tends to indicate how hard they're trying to get everything right. The people are always friendly and there is seldom a long wait. I just wish the indoor part of the restaurant had more seating.

I can't pick my favorite pie in Nashville, but thus place is absolutely in contention. Their pizza is fire, the service is quick and friendly. Any of my friends or family visiting town eventually will walk through those doors and experience the nirvana that is the Siracha Chicken pizza.

As a lifelong New Yorker, this is the only good pizza place I've found. A bit pricey for a large pie tbh, but for good pizza, I'll suffer I suppose. Everywhere else tries to overcompensate with too much garlic, bland sauce, dough bread. Nashville pizza just has been underwhelming. Then someone from work recommended NY Pie...she told me her dad grew up on Long Island and liked the place, so I gave it a try, and it's been the only place I go to now. Disclosure...the owners are actually from Jersey, not NY, but as fellow East Coasters, and tri-stater's I guess we can give them a break. I mean NY Pie sounds WAY better than NJ Pie!!!
