Service was great! Food was delicious! (Although our steaks weren't cooked exactly how we wanted, our own ignorance). Clean and the ambience was beautiful! I loved the different chandeliers. We had the New York Strip (roasted garlic butter on top), Steak Collinsworth, Creamy mashed potatoes and the Classic creamed spinach. Also for dessert we had the Jeff Ruby's Very own cheesecake which was also delicious. Would definitely go again. Thank you for a great first time steakhouse experience and birthday dinner.

My review is not for steaks. I don’t eat red meat. So this review is for who orders sea food. Ambience was rich and lovely. But not bright enough get good pictures of the food. Staff was friendly to change our seats to what we liked. What we ordered: crab cake: was delicious tuna sushi: was again very delightful and tasty. Never had that good sushi before chicken entree : was average. Chicken was dry and not tender salmon entree: was ok. risotto was good but again it was dry and not tender. Felt like over cooked. We got a couple dessert sampler as a congratulations because it was our anniversary. I would go again for sushi

By far the best dining experience I have had ever. I ordered the 8oz wagu and 12oz cold water lobster tail and it was heavenly. I asked to see the certificate, and the cut before cooking and both were presented without question. Our server Barrett was very professional and friendly. Commentary valet parking, so easy access. The best meal we've had this trip and definitely worth every penny. My friend's birthday and they made it so special. Her sea bass was the best she's ever tasted. The St Ann's East Coast oyster the best I've ever had. My steak was literally perfectly cooked and I'm fussy. Joe and Andrew looked after us so well. So friendly and knowledgable and I even got offered an arm to escort me to the restroom. Simply wonderful experience. Go.

Amazing ambience. Food was tasty. Great appetizers. Great steak and lovely well crafted deserts. The mac and cheese is one of the best I have had done in the French style. The carrot cake was moist and not to sweet. The chocolate cake was well balanced.

This restaurant is located just a few blocks off Broadway. The location is very convenient, the Host/Hostess were friendly and welcoming, and the bartender/waiter was very professional and knowledgeable. My meal was a Pork Porterhouse with a side of Shrimp and a side of French Fries. Everything was seasoned perfectly and prepared just as requested. If you are in or near Nashville, add this restaurant to your must do list.

We had the best celebration at Jeff Ruby’s. An absolute incredible evening. We did not have a reservation and were prepared to sit at the bar (not a problem) instead Alpha greeted us at the front and had his lovely ladies set us up at a high top. Chelsea was our server, she was delightful and very attentive. We will be going back before we head back to Orlando for sure.

Very relaxing atmosphere. The food starting with the appetizer of tuna poke bowl wow. Now on the main event the lobster and steak was on point. The bone in New York strip was cooked to perfection... definitely recommend this place...

Let me start off by saying this was the best steak I’ve ever had in my entire life. And the service was beyond. The staff of professionals are on their A Game to create the best possible experience for an evening out. A couple of the ladies I was with had some issues with the risotto they had with their fish (tasted chemically) and one with her steak. The manager tried to keep it light while getting feedback and did aim to do right by us: that was much appreciated. One of my lady friends felt intimidated during the discussion but this is also shaped by the physics of speaking to seated customers which does experientially create an unexpected and admittedly unfortunate dynamic. That said I think the manager and the staff did a great job. When one of the staff let the manager know how some of the ladies felt, he came back and apologized with what I felt was genuine empathy. It’s admittedly difficult to work in the service industry and balance empathy and professionalism with experience so I think their efforts went over and beyond to make things right. I still give the place five stars though because a restaurant experience is more than food and the best steak of one’s life. It is helping the customers feel the perfect experience when within the establishment. Thanks folks.

This is a must visit place! Service was fantastic! The Thick 8 oz filet was fabulous ! So tender and full of flavor! The lobster was great and flavorful! The loaded mashed potatoes with a side of house made ranch was very delicious! I would definitely recommend this place if you are in the area!
