I’m so incredibly happy that I didn’t blink and miss this absolute gem. I had the dinner special which included a wrap and side - I went with a gyro and salad… WOW! Very generous portions made-to-order and so crazy delicious. Exceptional service with a smile.

We love this place! The food is always flavorful/fresh and the portions are very filling. Their menu is authentic middle eastern/Mediterranean and the staff is super friendly with smiles on their faces all the time. We also catered a recent event for about 100 people and the food was phenomenal! Everyone had seconds and was asking where we got it from! You won’t be disappointed!

Happened upon this little gem on a Saturday and so glad I did! The food was wonderful, their yogurt base sauce was so creamy and rich. The baklava was also tasty. The real treat though was how kind and attentive the owner was on us as we ordered and ate. They also give punch cards which is a rarity these days. Will definitely be back!

Service is ok. Place was clean, If you order a plate lunch, they over fill your plate which is a foam plate but food was very good. Our price was almost $62 for a Philly cheese plate, a Philly cheese wrap with fries, and 2 other wraps with fries. Would go back!

The good: Everyone who had the gyro liked it. The price for the meals, pretty inexpensive. The only gentleman there taking our orders, cooking and answering the phone was really nice. Now the bad: The person who was the only one working didn’t speak or understand English that fluent to help us explain what was vegan or not and things made with dairy. Thank the universe for translators. However even in Arabic translation he couldn’t quit tell us what was in each thing. The falafels were bland and not sure if they added egg or bread crumbs in it. Grape leaves didn’t appear to be vegan, could have been made with lamb or meat, not quite sure but definitely not vegan. Tried to ask if the hummus and baba ganoush were made without dairy and even though he said no, we were still skeptical so we just got the hummus and it tasted sour like maybe it was made with sour cream and it was spoiled. It was not god at all. Definitely not edible. Luckily the meat eaters in our party finished our grape leaves. Anyone who is concerned with dietary restrictions may not want to come here since nothing was for sure. We took a gamble that’s for sure.

My friends and I were ending a day trip to the Nashville area (we're from Indiana) looking for something to eat. We saw this little Cafe and stopped in to try shawerma for the first time. They did not disappoint! Great food, fair prices, and friendly staff. Would recommend, especially if you are looking for a small family style restaurant.

Fabulous fries, good Gyros and good rice. Can't wait to come back and try the Baklava, it looked fabulous but we were stuffed from our large lunch sandwich and fries. Service is very helpful, friendly, quick and accurate.

Incredible service, incredible food. They were very busy but still found a way to push out the orders and be kind and patient while doing so. Lastly, their dining room is very nice and comfortable - a great place for a date or intimate meeting. After several weeks of travel we were in the mood for some Greek food, man was this good. We split a appetizer of Hummus with Pita and the hummus was very fresh and very tasty. The Pita was nicely warmed and tasted very fresh. I had a combo platter with gyro meat and chicken, with rice and a side salad and my wife had a gyro wrap. Both were delicious. The portions were large and all of the meats were well seasoned and well cooked. This small strip mall restaurant delivers big flavor and reasonable price. Give them a go. You will not be sorry.

Fast service and always busy. Food prepared as you order it so it's fresh and tasty. I am not a big fan of rice but theirs is delicious! Serving portions are large so you won't be leaving hungry actually I end up getting a box to take half of it home with me. Great food!

Went to this place with an empty stomach and left with a very satisfied belly. This place has a good calming environment and the food is great. I ordered the mixed grill lunch special and was not disappointed with the price vs quality. The lamb had a nice crisp to it. It was also seasoned to perfection. The fries were fried in very clean grease, you could tell. The amount of food we got was plentiful as well! I didn’t get to try the Baklava but it looked delicious. If you are in Green Hills definitely stop by and try this place out.

In a time of desperation, after leaving Zoe’s feeling very dissatisfied, I came to this place and they welcomed me in with open arms 10 minutes before closing. They are SO nice. I’d come here for just the people but the food is incredible too!! It’s fresh, mouthwatering, authentic Greek cuisine with portions that won’t leave you hungry. They’re reasonable prices will keep your wallet full too. Don’t be blinded by the fancy lights across the street. The real gem is right here at this family-owned hole in the wall. Dont miss out!

Great food and service. I ordered a family meal and extras for a girl's night get-together. We had the chicken kebabs (tender and juicy), rice, greek salad, stuffed grape leaves, pita, etc. Everyone loved it, and I will be back for my Greek food fix.

This is an authentic Greek restaurant. The servers were friendly and very efficient. The restaurant was clean. There were a few in our party that are vegan. They thought it had a very good selection and was delicious. We had a large group, and were taken care of quickly. The group consisted of a 2, 3, and 5 year old and many adults and all were happy and loved their food. I had the Greek Sampler. It was so good! The food was flavored well. I am not usually a fan of lamb, but I actually loved their's. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Typical Gyro fair. Food was pretty tasty. The tomatoes were a little soggy and may have been from the day before, and the Greek salad was chopped roughly and there were very chunky pieces. I didn't get the Dolmade, but they appears to be from a can. Not a bad lunch spot.

Plenty of good Greek restaurants around, but this one is SPECIAL! Food is terrific, portion sizes and prices are the best I've found. And, the folks who work there are delightful! When was the last time that you had lunch or dinner in a quick-to-order restaurant that has granite tables?! I love it...go, support local, treat yourself.

I absolutely loved this place; it isn't fancy by any means and it isn't part of the mall, but it is a great inexpensive option and a place to have great food. Staff was super friendly and even offered my husband free Turkish coffee after he mentioned he liked that kind of coffee. Portions were big and the food was very tasty. Definitely recommended.

If you pay cash you get a little bit of a discount it's not much but every little bit adds up. They have the best falafel in Nashville. If you're a vegetarian this is a great place to go.

I pretty much never take the time to write out restaurant reviews, but I wanted to review this one. Probably my new favorite go-to "default" place around here. I love this kind of food and they executed it perfectly--every part of our meal was on point: meats, salad, rice, pita etc. Good full menu and a variety of ways to customize your meal. They have sweet tea and real lemonade. The place is extremely clean and the staff were awesome. Lots of little stuff like that, all for a really good quick dine-in price. I will definitely be back.

5 stars. Every time. This is our family go-to place to pick up a family meal on super busy nights or when I am simply too tired to get anything on the table. We use their coupon that you get there and get a family pack for $28.99. This feeds my family of four (which includes 2 athletes who need a good meal after practice). The staff is friendly. It's super clean. The food is very consistent and best of all, we have enough food to either have it again the next night or to pack lunches for the next day for everyone. This is a simple restaurant that is passionately run. The location is noticeably clean and the staff is on it. Every time I come here I get the gyro plate with tabbouleh salad. I love how they load up the plate and reward you with a 4% discount if you pay in cash. Greek Cafe is an authentic Greek Cafe right in the heart of Green Hills. I used to frequently visit places like this in NYC, and I longed for such a place ever since I moved to TN. As far as I know it's the only one of its kind in Nashville. The platters are amply endowed with very tasty food as the guys who run the place are helpful and friendly. If you've got a hankering for Greek cafe-style food, this is the place to go in Nashville!

I have no idea why people would give greek cafe grill 4 stars, then talk about how awesome it is. It is definitely worthy of 5 stars, and i'd give it an additional 6th star if i can. Cleanest greek joint i've been in, absolutely divine food, and a plat too large to finish in one sitting for less than 10 dollars... after TAX! cheap delicious, and wonderful atmosphere. Change your dinner plans, and go to Greek cafe Grill!

Don't sleep on this place! We had the chicken and shrimp platter and it was outstanding! The portions were huge (the picture is after I had eaten half!) and so was the flavor. We finished it with the best tiramisu I've had in a long time. Go support this small business and its friendly owners!

The people were so nice and great to chat with asking me questions and loading my plate up. I got the tabbouleh with the entree and it is so flavorful! This is going to become a regular spot!
