I’m rarely in the mood for a burger but I’m glad I decided on one! I got the Nashville Hot Burger and it was phenomenal! It had the right amount of heat, the burger was cooked perfectly, and the onion rings topped it all off. I’m already planning my next trip here!

The outside seating was just what I needed, the inside was nice,clean and spacious. The food was good but nothing special, same menu as other places. The drinks were ok, they ran out of strawberry puree to make my margarita with. I gave 5 stars because I had fun with family and the atmosphere made up for everything else. The staff was nice and funny at times, you can't go wrong with a witty server.

I LOVE LOVE LOVEEE Germantown Pub. I live in Antioch so I don’t get to go as often as I would like. Which is probably a good thing because I would be there everyday if I lived closer. I went this past weekend to watch the game with some friends. Normally it’s packed on the weekends and hard to find a seat. They have outdoor seating and maybe because it’s summer time more people sat outside than inside. We had no problem with finding enough room for the 5 of us. My boyfriend and I decided to spilt an order of the catfish nuggets and fries. It was so good to him that he ended up ordering the same thing to go lol. The food and service was great like always. The only complaint that I have about this restaurant is the parking. The actual parking lot is very small. We had to park at the church next door so keep that in mind when going. Other than that this is definitely one of my favorite restaurants to go in Nashville!

It was at half capacity at lunch on a Tuesday and I arrived at 11:40. I was hoping for a quick bite so I could return to work down the street. The setting is awesome. The music was good. The waitress was amazing. But she had the entire floor alone. From sitting to food took almost an hour. The GP burger was good, but not inspired. The cheese was incredible, but I wish I had more of it. It was an average burger with a great waitress and an above average wait time. I know staffing is rough, so I can forgive them for being short handed. I think it was good enough to go back (especially on a Saturday when a cold beer would wash it down). But my first experience was ho-hum. The fries were good, though! I like the idea and the setting but the execution could use some fine tuning. If that hot chicken sandwich hits next time, I'll be a regular.

Great place! Tried the Spice girl...and whew...what a drink. The wings I had were well seasoned and tasty. Nice hint of spice there as well. Can't wait to come back and try some there things. The service was great. I wish I knew our server's name, but he had locs and took care of our large party with ease and effort. First time here was charming.

Great experience. Good crowd, fast service, music was real low so you could easily talk to the people around you, and reasonable prices drinks. The catfish sandwich was the real star of the night. One of the best catfish I have ever had. If you are on the fence about this place just try the catfish. If it is like I had, you will not be disappointed!

Came here during Nashville Scene's Burger Week and was very impressed with their burger! Fresh jalapeno, pepper jack, pico and pickles plus a huge fried jalapeno on top. The beef had good flavor, the bun was good. Overall it was a solid burger. I would definitely come back and eat here. Nice staff too!

Picture says it all. $14.95 fish and chips. That is a regular sized vinegar packet. Look at how small this is. This is half a Captain Ds portion for twice the price, no coleslaw, and no hushpuppies. I ordered an $8 beer+shot special which I never got. They're presenting themselves as being compliant with CDC guidelines but there's no point if they're not social distancing or sanitizing between meals. (My table had food from a previous patron on it that wasn't even cleaned up after I sat down) All in all, the food tasted passable. Not sure how I feel about the atmosphere. I won't be returning in any case. Too many options to settle for less in this city.

Always a vibe... Wish the servers had a better personality n more attentive fr. One time only... I had a fun n friendly server n I have been here several times. I wish I could remember her name. Anyways... I'm a great tipper if the person is just simply kind. The food is always delicious n the staff from the kitchen is always friendly n will help accommodate your request as far as the food is concerned. It's not the biggest place, but it's a covered outside patio. Could be a greater experience if everyone gives off the same energy. Still worth visiting.

Went here on a Saturday night, the food and service were amazing. My only complaint is we had to eat outside because it was so freaking cold on the inside. Manager did come and turn on the outdoor heater so that was much appreciated. FYI always get the Trifecto Sauce! It's amazing and whoever created the sauce is a genius!!

Good pub feel- felt a little understaffed but hitch meant slower service but the server remembered orders and overall it’s what you expect for this vibe.

The wings here are very good. The best part of it though was probably the chill atmosphere and the good music they played. I received great service and was reasonably fast. Foods a little pricey but is definitely worth it. Only place I'd recommend in Nashville for good pretzels and beer cheese. Definitely top wing places in Nashville!! Everyone should visit at least once.

Passing through Nashville on my way back to Philly. Always on the hunt for a Black owned business to support. Luckily, google guided me to a great spot. Atmosphere is nice! I was greeted at the door by a warm and friendly smile (I later learned the smile belongs to Gino) who took the time to answer menu item questions and direct me to a good place for bbq chicken in Nashville. I ordered fish and chips. Both were fried to perfection!! If I lived in Nashville, I would be a Germantown Pub regular!! All the staff I encountered were nice and friendly!! I even received great directions on circumnavigating rush hour traffic to my next destination! Good food, good service, good atmosphere, great smiles, and good directions!! One cannot ask for any better than that!!

My favorite north Nashville/Germantown watering hole. I know it's "just a pub", but I promise the food and drinks never disappoint! If you haven't been, GO! Some of my favorites include: -catfish nuggets (psst...add cajun, lemon pepper, or some other seasoning for extra kick) -chicken and waffles -GTP burger (egg and burger done medium 🥴😍) -Spinach & cranberry salad with salmon brownie (extra carmel)

The food was so delicious I almost forgot to post, more pretzels came with the beer cheese. The Germantown sauce that the catfish Nuggets were tossed in was a sweet chili sauce that went great with the tartar sauce.

I’ve had wings all over Nashville. I can’t speak to the consistency, but on Nov 12th, 2022 at 7pm in a crowded bar, I had the best wings in Nashville (the Trifecta). And our server was awesome. Will be back.

I have been missing out! The smoked chicken we had on New Years Eve, OMG! I knew I didn't need a second plate, but goodness I couldn't help myself. The mac&cheese, cabbage and pasta salad all hit the spot. Thank you 😊☺, will definitely stop in again. The apple pie martini was a sweet treat as well.

I went for the first time and ordered the fish and chips with a Pickers Blueberry Sour drink and it was definitely sour. It was delicious though. They had really good music playing as well. The vibe was really chill and the waiters were friendly... the food came out quickly as well. I can't wait to go back.

Hubby, my two girls (15 & 10), and I loved this place. We were in search of awesome wings and we found them!!! We tried; Nashville rub, buffalo, trifecta, and Germantown (sweetest of them all) and they were ALL delicious. The service was great, we had Gavin and he was super nice and very attentive. The environment and music where also nice. Definitely the place to go if you are craving/looking for delicious wings.

I love Steve Perry for Wednesday night trivia. Service was friendly and attentive for sure. The wings with the 3 sauces were great, not as spicy as I was hoping but I still really enjoyed them. ~$21 for 12 wings is pretty steep, but I know wing prices are fluctuating lately. Spinach dip was cold, idk if it was supposed to be but wasn't super impressed. All said, I like this place and Ill be back again. 'Don't see a reason why I couldnt experience a 5 star in the future, as of now.

Went here for Burger Week and (1) the burger was phenomenal but (2) the service was exceptionally good. Shout out to Gavin for being such a good waiter and going above and beyond. When we first walked up, there was a sign on the door that said there may be a wait due to the kitchen being understaffed and it being burger week, but honestly our food was out really quickly and the atmosphere was great and friendly. Recommend this local spot!

TL;DR: probably 4 to 4.5 stars on normal day because of the quality of food and location, but only gets a 3 today for slow and spotty service. Wife and I just moved to Germantown and figured we'd try to grab some grub from a local place we could walk to. The atmosphere was like most other bars you've ever been to, with a variety of clientele. It's seat yourself, so we grabbed a table outside and waited. And waited. And waited. Turns out someone called in sick, so our poor waitress was working the relatively busy place all by herself. Didn't catch her name, but she was super nice and apologetic the whole time, so it didn't affect her tip in least (but it does affect the rating). We started off with a Tennessee mule (made with grapefruit vodka; it was delicious and I don't like grapefruit) for my wife and an alt old fashioned for me (made with rum and ended up being way too sweet). Again, it took forever to get the drinks because of the single waitress but also because the bartender was apparently new as well. The food took a while to get to us and they had to remake my wife's burger because they put tomatoes on there and she's very allergic, but once it came out, boy was it good. I got the Nashville hot burger (special rub, pickles, Pico, pepper jack, and a big ol' jalapeño on top) and my wife got the GTP burger (fried egg, cheddar, and swiss). Both were mouthwatering delicious with great flavors that complemented each other well. I particularly liked the homemade pickles on mine; nice crunch with a great sour flavor. The house fries that come on the side were also truly fantastic. The side Caesar salad my wife got was okay, just drenched in dressing, as salads are wont to be when you don't order the dressing on the side. Overall, we'll probably come back and give them another chance because the burgers really were that good and it's so close to our apartment.

Wednesday night I decided to stop by and order some amazing wings and fries. It was packed and trivia night. Had no clue. I sat at the bar and was greeted by the sweetest bartender, I think her name was V. She was by herself making drinks left and right for everyone in the building. She kept apologizing for taking a while, but I totally understood what was going on. I was not in a rush. She took care of me and she was very polite and pleasant even to those who were not so nice to her. Thank you so much V. You handled everything with class. 😊

I only stopped in briefly for a quick break and a drink with a friend. I had a Tennessee Mule, which was tasty and refreshing. The staff were very friendly, and claimed to have some amazing burgers. Unfortunately, we had already eaten not long before, but they sure looked good. I will have to definitely try them next time I'm there.

The Pub is a great place for socializing. Most of the patrons live in the Germantown area. The GM, Robert, does a great job in ensuring the patrons are satisfied with their food/drink service. The chef often comes out of the kitchen and mingles, with rhymes to make them smile! Yes, I highly recommend this Pub for special occasions/ just to have a beer and watch sports. There is a great view of downtown Nashville, if eating outside is your preference. Sweet Chocolate

Went there pretty drunk and hungry. That being said, I ordered the chicken and waffles and "one more beer" and was in heaven! sat at the bar and had a really cool bartender help us out. I wish I could remember his name but, like I said before, I had a couple... By far, the best C&W I have ever had!

Service was pretty slow. There were only 2 servers for the whole restaurant, but there was a maximum of maybe 25 people in the restaurant. Took us longer to get the check than it did to eat our meals. Food was just okay.

This is the most hospitable pub I’ve ever been too. I had just drove in from St Louis and couldn’t find an open table. A really nice gentleman offered to share his with me, I couldn’t really accept at first, especially since he was with a friend, but he assured me it was alright. I had a great evening talking to two really interesting people, a dentist (who’s name escapes me) and a young man name Harold, who worked with the Agriculture Department. We had a lot of laughs and some great conversation. The food was great as well, what a great place to enjoy a meal and meet spectacular people. I just wish I had the forethought of getting a photo with them. Thank Nashville folks, everything was really special.

Right now, IMO, this is the best burger in town. Great place, nice ambience, sat at the bar and watched sport and got burgers. The draft was good, and decently price. Service was excellent. Very eclectic crowd! The burger and fries were outstanding. Fried hot and fresh, burger bun was fresh, patty was thick and both our burgers were don exactly as asked for. I had bacon and an egg on mine and both were perfect. Service was great and fast apart from having to ask for silverware. Again my opinion, but the burger is far superior to The Pharmacy, Burger Up or Farm Burger, all of which now feel mass produced to me. Definitely a repeat trip.

I believe the bartender’s name was Vixie but she greeted me with a warm smile when I came in. This being my first time, I asked what she recommended and she said that the trifecta wings were what they are famous for, so that’s what I got. The wings were the best I’ve ever had and her service was excellent. I’ll definitely be back!

Great service. Not sure I'm a fan of the seat yourself policy as people are savages there getting a table. I get why they do it as it removes the need to hire hostesses but it's a Lil wild there. Good specials. Wings were good. Cooked perfectly and nice crisp to them while still being juicy. Good size. Didn't think the trifecta sauce lived up to the hype was way too sweet for me. I’ve eaten here a few times. I like the wings. The last time I went, the fries weren’t great but I was there within 45 minutes of closing so I get it. I didn’t give it a perfect star rating because most of the time I’ve gone, something could have been better. But it’s basically good. No major complaints.

The vibes! This place rocks. The while establishment oozes a warm and welcoming vibe, which continues over into excellent food and service. The staff are incredibly attentive and has a ton of diverse backgrounds that elicits conversations. Salads here are gigantic. Loaded fries will load you up. Fried cheesecake with ice cream is a treat. The drinks are well made too. Definitely check this place out for a great late afternoon or evening hangout when in Nashville.

The trifecta flavored chicken wings and catfish were the freshest and most flavorful I've had. For real! We enjoyed the Sunday mimosa special as well. The owner was hospitable. Our service was top notch. 5 stars easy. We'll be back and we don't live in Nashville.

We stopped in to Germantown Pub on a weeknight during our girls trip. The staff was very friendly, the happy hour was great, and the food was soooooo good. We ordered the trifecta wings well done, and they were some of the best wings we have had. We also had the chance to try a smoked leg quarter. AMAZING. Not overly Smokey, great skin, and the chicken was moist (cringe word) and has so much flavor. One of the owners Gino (idk if I spelled that right) was there, and he was extremely personable. We love to talk and he wasn’t bothered by all of our questions about the area. He gave us some great recommendations. You could definitely tell that he takes pride in his establishment and quality of the food. I loved everything about our experience. We will be back next trip for sure!

Another of my daughter and my go-to spots. Sitting outside, talking and people watching is one of our favorite past times. This is a great place to do it. And the food is good. Catfish baskets with fries are really good! Staff great!

Our waitress was very rude, got more assistance from the bus-boy in regards to any recommendations on the menu. It is seat yourself and it was crowded and there were no seats available for some time, so you kind of just have to stand around. The catfish nuggets were very salty and were not edible, when asked to replace with something else you blatantly saw the attitude of the server. This type of experience has warranted me not to return in the future.

I came with high expectations for the wings, but was a little disappointed. The Nashville hot wasn’t hot, which would be fine if the ranch was good but it tasted like hidden valley or something similar. The spinach artichoke dip and chips were good though!

We headed out on Sunday for brunch decided to visit a black owned business. Our servers name was Cory he did a great job giving us advice on what to order we left a few things in his hands to decide for us as we looked at the menu and wanted everything we started off with catfish nuggets and onion rings the fish was so good I decided to continue on with fish and chips and we decided on a burger Cory suggested the mushroom Swiss burger which was cooked to perfection. We Decided to have It with the spicy green beans it came out with fries and the Chef assured us that he would just go ahead and bring us out some spicy green beans luckily for us the fries were also amazing I believe they were hand cut or made on site they were delicious as well as the spicy green beans that we were only able to eat a couple of because we were so full. .I found out just this weekend that I like Sours it was delicious. One of Cory’s.Suggestions again on point. From what I saw Cory was the only server on which delayed the time of ordering and receiving however the atmosphere was good and the patrons very friendly and informative I would definitely definitely come back again!!

I came into Nashville to visit this location was recommended to me. Although we could not sit to dine because of this pandemic the staff was very friendly and made us feel very welcomed. The food was excellent and the drink were very good. We drank while we waited for our food and also was able to take out beverages. We had the spinach dip with parmesan dusted tortilla chips... yum!! Both had the cod fish and chips, one subbed onion rings for fries. The house ketchup was a pleasant, spicy, zesty surprise!! Thumbs up!! Chelsea was awesome!

This place was awesome! Service was nice and quick, and the food was sooo delicious! We had the catfish sandwich, chicken and waffles, fried pork chops and fish and chips. Everyone raved over how great their dish was. The pretzel bites and beer cheese is a must! And the music and atmosphere were a plus! You will not be disappointed in your visit to this Pub!

Well I'll start by saying our waitress was very sweet and provided great service. The atmosphere was pretty cool as well. I had the brunch burger and my friend had the chicken philly sandwich. Both were just okay, and I did not care for the bacon jam on my burger, ended up scraping it off because it was too sweet and overpowering. We ordered 2 breakfast shots and were surprised they didn't come with bacon, especially at 8 dollars a piece, plus the orange juice was downright warm. We've had them at other places and this was by far the worst, and most expensive we've ever had. Also, I appreciate that they want to save paper by not using receipts, but it is SO awkward to have the server just exclaim your total out loud, not to mention not being able to go over the bill and double check everything. Really uncomfortable for everyone involved. Please consider giving your customers receipts, and please keep the orange juice refrigerated. I know it's brunch so maybe they had it sitting out to make mimosas, but it was really gross and also a health code issue. 3 stars just because our sever did a great job, other than that it wasn't a great experience.🙁

So I really enjoyed coming here however I can honestly say it is hit or miss. it is either over-the-top incredibly good or you may go and find it to be a little less than average. I'm not certain why there seems to be inconsistencies but I love the atmosphere in the service is always great. They have a great selection of beer, their pork chop and mashed potatoes and gravy are the best you'll find in Nashville especially when they get it right. Don't think I am knocking this place because it is really one of my favorite places to go to I just wished they could be more consistent and maybe they can get the kitchen staff sorted out and perhaps that in and of itself will fix the problem. Overall a fun enjoyable atmosphere with decent food.

6 staff behind the bar talking and laughing. Six minutes for one of them to acknowledge me sitting at the bar waiting to order. I place my order ( catfish sandwich n onion rings) to go. 25 minutes later the food comes out. Yay , I think. Took over 30 minutes to get a take out order but now I'm happy cuz it has arrived. NOPE ... WRONG food. They brought out catfish nuggets. So, I tell them " nevermind just keep it. I have to go". The waitress replies " It's already made so go ahead n take it free". Now that does put salve on an open sore and I do appreciate the free food . Only it's not the food I ordered and it took 31 minutes to get to me. Place was not busy. Only 3 tables occupied and one table was finished eating. I been here often. I'm a local. Service has always been good before but they really dropped the ball this time 😒

It was ok. We were advised to come here for a good burger. The burger hit a little salty note. I added bacon and I wish the bacon was cooked a little more crispy. Had fries as my side; my advice for the fries is to cook them at a lower temp first to brown them. then flash cook them at a higher temp to crisp them.

We were in town for a bachelor party and knew little about the place. Travis the bartender said to us "Don't even worry about it. Give me those menus I got you covered." Everything he recommended was fantastic, from the wing sauce to the beer, the liquor, everything. He and the staff were all super friendly and the place had a great atmosphere. Even the bachelor, who normally doesn't care for wings, was demolishing them because of the sauce (the trifecta). They hooked me with the wings at Octoberfest. The chef was really cool, but, when I got there, the place was pretty disheveled and unorganized. Average. Nothing amazing. Wings were well cooked but light on flavor (had garlic parm). Bratwurst sub was ok, meat cooked well, but huge roll and couldn't enjoy meat. Threw half the bread away. Onion rings and Moscow mules, perfect. Pretzels and beer cheese appetizer was mixed review. Pretzels were perfect, crusty outside and soft inside and well salted. Beer cheese was just cheddar. No beer flavor at all. House salad was huge and a nice selection of mixed greens (not just iceberg) but other items in salad were small and tiny amount. For $8 I think there should be more than a tablespoon of tomato pieces and some cuke slices. Service wasn't great. We sat outside, which was full of people. 10 min before anyone even said hello or asked for drink order. Finally someone took drink order and 8 min before a different person came to ask if we had been served at all. It was her first day so she took our order because our actual waitress who took our drink order, went on break. It was a bit frustrating and food wasn't spectacular. Our first visit and food wasn't a big enough star to come back.

I wasn't expecting their food to be worth a 5 star rating but it definitely is. Their wings are big and nice and crispy. Get the trifecta sauce, it's not on the menu but it's a combination of 3 of their flavors. Then their catfish nuggets are fantastic, just a light dusting. Their fish 'n chips is also to die for - thick golden brown pieces of fried cod, they use beer batter. So good! Went twice in one week! Didn't love their bloody mary, wasn't a fan of the mix they use. That's the only thing I wasn't pleased with, but I was able to switch it out for a bushwacker for no charge!
