I come from NJ so I am a harsh judge of pizza. I found this spot walking distance from my job and I have to say that I love their pizza. Their personal pies are delicious and very thin. They cut it into smaller bite size pieces. I love the smoked cheese. Prices are fair and affordable for lunch. I've always ordered to-go, they are quick and friendly about it. I will definitely be back the next time that i forget to pack my lunch!

Great pizza and wonderful staff. My wife and I were enjoying a little R&R in Nashville with our 2 dogs and stumbled upon Donatos Pizza. With us loving all pizzas but especially thin crust St. Louis style. I have to say this was a great place to pick. The staff greated our fur babies with open arms on the outside patio. They brought them water and slices if pepperoni. I can't say enough about how good this place is.

We got half hot chicken, half chicken spinach mozzarella. We weren't sure what to expect going here, it was an impulse decision. It was good, we ate almost all of it at once. The thin crust was done right, crisp but not burned. It was a good balance for the heavier hot chicken. I generally don't eat out Italian, I can get that at home. For the price and what we got, I wouldeat here again

First pizza place I've visited since arriving for a 2 week visit to Nashville. Staff were lovely, offered me a free drink while waiting for my order to be ready. The complimentary free also meant I could order and catch an Uber ride back to my hotel direct from the entrance of the establishment. I will definitely be visiting again during my trip.

I would give this place Five Stars. The food and service is great. Parking is a bit of a challenge if you drive there. Please see my photos of 10" thin crust pizza with Pepperoni. Sausage, and Mushrooms. I ate a great sub sandwich at their location.

Stopped for dinner on a Friday night. There wasn't any wait, the service was great... the girl was friendly and knowledgeable. Pizza was delicious (the works 86 shrooms, add jalapenos)...wife had a salad and sub, both of which she enjoyed. Chill atmosphere and good jams in the background, so overall a great experience.

Loved the hot chicken pizza; the jalapenos were a nice addition. The apple streusel pizza was okay but the cinnamon bread was horrible. Also, the pizza that had bell peppers and vegetarian sausage was pretty good. Atmosphere is typical (ho-hum, rather) pizza joint, nothing special. Worth a visit (or two) just for the hot chicken pizza.

Being a Columbus, Ohio native originally, Donatos is my all time favorite pizza. I was so thrilled when we moved to Charlotte, NC and learned Donatos was represented. However, within a couple years, all three locations closed and I was heartbroken. Seems Charlotteans don't appreciate great pizza. However, I look forward to every visit to Nashville knowing I can get a taste of home. Staff was warm and welcoming, and the pizza was, of course, amazing.

Ordered wings, they were great. From what I can tell, they are understaffed, overworked, but still put customers first. First time ordering from them but I look forward to trying out more of their food and being a repeat customer. I would recommend them to anyone in Nashville.

I was here two weeks ago while on vacation in Nashville. I came in for a carryout order and it took awhile for someone to actually show up at the counter but they apologized. No big deal. Anyways, the pizza itself was just thoroughly unimpressive. It was edible but I don't think I'd get it again.

I picked up Midtown Donato's for a work party today for a group of 25 people. Everyone on my team was impressed with the quality and freshness of the pizza. I had it scheduled for pickup at 11:15am, and they had it ready as soon as I walked in the door. They even loaded it in my car for me. I will definitely be coming back in the future for both work events and personal meals!

There was a mistake made with my pizza. I’m still not sure if it was their mistake or mine, but it didn’t matter to them. They immediately offered to make it again and redeliver it to my hotel. They were so nice about it and even refused additional money. The pizza was delicious and would definitely recommend them!

I've ordered take-out and delivery from this location multiple times. I've been impressed each time. The pizza travels well in the car and still stays delicious even after 15-20 minute drive. The consistency is impressive, I've yet to had a bad experience. Delivery was well executed as well, even in a tough to find neighborhood. The hot chicken thin crust pizza is amazing. Pickles on pizza goes together surprisingly well!

I ordered the cauliflower garden pizza and modified it a bit for my taste. They got the pizza perfect. The crust is really good. Unfortunately when my postmates driver arrived to collect the order, Donatos did not have me cinnamon Dessert bread prepared. This delayed my order being delivered on time as well as caused my fresh pizza to become cold while waiting. I hope it improves next time I order.

Best pizza in Nashville. It comes from Ohio, but it’s way better than most local joints. They aren’t stingy on the toppings. The pizza isn’t greasy. It’s crisp and flavorful.

The pizza was good. We arrived as it just opened and almost every table we wanted to sit at was dirty. Like seriously? Not just the tables but chairs as well. Ive been to a Donatos before and I love the pizza they serve but they need to get the employees to clean up. They were all hanging in the back. When we walked in, no one was up front. We were about to leave when someone finally came out. They would dissapear again and only come out when someone else came in. I wont be back. If the front is dirty, can you imagine the back where the pizza is made? Never again.

I'm from central Ohio and Donato is a staple there. Thin crust pizza is the norm from that area and Donato's does it great. Pizza quality is great with generous topping selection. The Donato's sauce is unique and not for everyone. This location is a pain to get to for carryout. Delivery area is very limited.

I've never done a review in my life but was so impressed, I had to share. Ordered delivery while visiting Nashville and it was the absolute BEST pizza I've ever had. Lots of fresh veggies, great sauce, crispy crust...Outstanding!

When I lived downtown, before having to move due to Coopers political shutdowns, I would order food from here at least a couple times a week. Always friendly and always great food. I'm glad they've managed to remain open. I recently moved out of town but will get food to go occasionally just because I miss the marinara! Great Food! Please build one in Hendersonville!

In from out of town, we were looking for a decent pizza that could be delivered to the door. Based on reviews and the promise of wood fired pizza we chose Donatos. We ordered edge to edge pepperoni, wings, capris salad, and garlic Asiago bread. The pizza was cooked perfectly and as described loaded with pepperoni. Delicious! The wings were boneless, not traditional as I ordered but still very tasty. The bread was crisp on the edges and sought in the middle. Could have used 10 more minutes in a cooler side of the over to allow it to bake thoroughly. The salad had no basil. It was a decent salad but not what I was expecting. My 4 stars is based on the pizza only. It was very good!

My friends and I stopped by here on lazy Sunday afternoon and really enjoyed ourselves. The place was slow and so was the service, but my BBQ bacon pizza was very tasty, and they had a few nice local beers on tap. Swing by if you're looking for a simple pizza experience in midtown.

I am currently crying because of how nice the staff was to me. I'm originally from Ohio, and when I moved to Tennessee, there were no Donatos to be found. My mom and I really missed their Mariachi Chicken Pizza for almost 10 years. When we went to Ohio, we would always come back with one in hand. However, things changed when I moved to Nashville. I was diagnosed with Celiac, and for the longest time a gluten free option wasn't available, BUT THAT HAS CHANGED. I'm currently sitting on my bedroom floor, eating this pizza and salad. I know it seems so small, but this has made my really not great week so much better. Thank you guys. I appreciate all that you do!

Great pizza, thin crust but still worked well with the sauce and all the toppings. One of the best places in town. They seemed not to know about the postmates order I placed for pickup until I got there and they were "just putting it in the oven" Seemed to be the same situation for an uber eats customer there, but at least its fresher and worth the wait!

Pizza was pretty good. Thin crust was fairly soft on the bottom, which I wasn't sure was intentional or not? But definitely different than others. I did carry out, which was slightly confusing. Went in the 'back door' first and felt like I was backstage at a concert. Live music on that night. Went back out and in the front door instead, with the big pizza on the doors. No one was at the bar so I wandered around until I got a waiters attention lol. They had my order ready to pickup soon as I got there.. Which was less than 15min from when I ordered online. This was at like 7pm on a Friday too. Pretty impressive. Inside is smaller than I expected. Intimate I guess I'd say? Oh and the stuffed jalapeños were really good. They also have thick crusts and gluten free. Probably will try one of those next time.

Very thin crust pizza with toppings to the brim of it. Was hard to see the dough beneath all that goodness. Pizza also conveniently cut into squares for easy bite sized sharing - but probably a disadvantage if you're trying to keep your pesky friends from stealing bites.

Long way from home where we loved this place (Columbus, Ohio) and now we can come here to get our Donato's fix! Friendly staff, great atmosphere with the live band platform, and the choice of inside and outside seating is awesome! The best, of course, is the pizza! But my wife is particular to the Big Don which she's sure can't be duplicated anywhere else 😎

my favorite pizzas🍕 😊 Tips, it's better to order online pizza compared to visiting and dining in. Point? Ordering online would give you chance to get free pizza worth 5 dollars. Second, i know Domino's Pizza is good, I am also a big fan of them but here difference you will find is, they add Olive oil.. Kinda more healthy compare to default one. Bad side, they don't have coupons option like we have in Domino's. And it's bit expensive compared to Domino's but totally worth it. Alright, try your luck!

Donatos never disappoints. We were so happy when Donatos came to Nashville. Every trip to Nashville starts with a pizza at Donatos. 2 different groups were buying their first Donatos pizza's. Both groups said it was the best pizza they had ever had.

Donatos edge to edge pepperoni is my absolute favorite pizza. Sure NY style pizza is good, but this is just in its own class for flavor. The pepperonis are small and they cup up after cooking. They cut it in squares which makes for a unique experience that you just have to try.

Went there opening night. The pizza was spot on delicious. Nashville needs good pizza, and this edition lands on great rather than simply good. The daiya cheese option was delicious. I made my own combo with daiya cheese, bruschetta, the hot chicken, and the jalapeños on my thin crust pizza. I can't really express how spot on it tasted, other than to say, I will be going back soon because it was one of my favorite pizzas so far in Nashville. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and I hope one opens in East Nashville soon.

Used to go to the one in Birmingham a lot. My fiancee insists its different, but aside from having another pizza on the menu I dont see the difference. Love the ambiance inside and out. We always get the cheese, sausage bell pepper one (forgot if it's called supreme), or my favorite the buffalo chicken pickle ranch one. Tried it when I was pregnant, and after my son was born and its soooo good. Parking is confusing sometimes. There's a lot next door when you can pay, but we've always gone and had free parking but I think it was on the other side cause some place closed down. Usually we avoid eating in Nashville and paying to park. Crazy, I know but it's what we do. If you dont mind that, go check it out

Wings are to small and lacked flavor. Stuffed peppers consisted of a jalapeño pepper cut in half with melted cheese. Pizza was good but Five Points is much better. Pizza lacked toppings. Brother agreed and said did not meet the quality he had in Ohio.

There's plenty of parking around this area but most of it is pay parking, the area is full of shopping,live bands,bars, and don't forget.... Pizza!!!! Yes they also do Uber eats delivery as well as their own

Fantastic staff and great food. I tried the ckn oven baked sandwich and Asiago bread. Sandwich bread was fresh and appetizingly soft but crisp. The chicken was cooked well and the jalapeños were fresh. Great prices too with great hours.
