Reviews of Butcher & Bee

First time visit to Butcher and Bee. We sat at the chef's table. Kitchen staff had a nice conversation with you and it was great to observe their work. The dishes were all so packed with flavor and had great spice. The whipped feta was very unique. The coarse black pepper contrasting with the sweetness of the honey blew me away. The pistachio pavlova had great flavor but the dessert really makes you work to pull it apart. The food and service was excellent. I can't wait to go back.

I went in with a reservation on a Saturday with my girls for brunch. Most of items on the menu was deep fried. I liked the pita and the garlic spread. The potatoes was over cooked in all our plates. Enjoyed the shakshuka. Cocktails was decent. I would not be going back here. The place is pretty and the ambiance is good.

Most amazing meal! Highly recommend the chef's choice- too many good things on the menu to choose from. Great place for vegetarians: options creative, tasty and beautiful. The patio is so pleasant. Wait staff seems to love their job. Guess when you know every plate you put in front of a customer is amazing makes it easier!

We came back to Nashville to attend one of our favorite band's shows, and just had to come back here for the "day after concert brunch."
So Damn Good!!
History - we visited this place 5 years ago when they first opened. We got the whipped feta back then and were almost fighting over who gets to lick the plate clean..... yes, it's that good and if you haven't tried it, you need to.
If you are near here, even if it's just for a "to go" order. This is not a suggestion, it's an order!
OK, the other dishes we had (after the competition, which I lost of course) were Mushroom Tacos made with one of my favorite mushrooms, the oyster mushroom! Not the wimpy button mushroom you see everywhere else, but the gourmet oyster mushroom - the kind I like to grow in our business!
My wife ordered the Farmhouse Hash with a side of oyster mushrooms- Can you tell we were excited about the 'shrooms?
Both dishes are highly recommend and delicious.
I just hope it doesn't take 5 years to come back to this place. It's a favorite of ours in Nashville!

Went here for brunch this day and have been here for dinner a well. What can I say but yum! Definitely try the whipped feta. Everything is good here. They have many gluten-free options and even brought me a separate plate with veggies to dip into the feta instead of pita. A must stop if you're in Nashville.

Farm to table at its best! This place is so good and they put a good, healthy spin on all the best plates. We tried the avocado crunch, farmhouse hash, and the French toast.. also had the hummus for an app! It was all delicious. We will definitely be back.
This spot is popular though so be sure to reserve a table!

EVERY SINGLE PART of my birthday dinner last night was exceptional! From crafted cocktails, crispy avocado rice, bacon wrapped dates, lamb that melted in your mouth, so much of the newly crafted autumn menu that we were able to enjoy, plus staff that made us feel like we were the most important people in the room (we are talking especially about you, Ally!). Butcher and Bee is now my "you have to go here" recommendation to anyone coming to Nashville. And order the Chef's Choice. We are still a bit in awe of the culinary splendor we received. Thank you!

Ohmygoodness!! How devastating that my new favorite restaurant is 1000+ miles away from home?! I was floored by the knowledgeable and friendly service. The layers of flavor in the chef's choice vegan menu were absolutely incredible! Any time I'm back in Nashville this will be the first reservation I make. ♥️

Absolutely phenomenal service and food. Had multiple friendly and engaging conversions with the members of staff (including Scout the bartender and Jess the GM) and left with a very, VERY full tummy. I didn’t eat until dinner the next and and didn’t want to….
But then returned 3 days later…
You MUST come here if you are visiting Nashville.

Went here for brunch. The biscuits were amazing with the honey butter. Also had the B & B sandwich. The potatoes that came with were very good. No idea why they brought me two cups of ketchup because no extra seasoning was needed! The sandwich was very good as well. My only knock was that the menu was very limited and the prices seemed a bit high on items you wouldn’t expect would be. Overall it was a cool atmosphere and good service.
