This place recently opened and was a new addition to the food tour we went on, so you know it's good! The sample burger and fries were fantastic! It had bacon, bree cheese and some kind of balsamic jam, along with a few other ingredients. It was one of the best burgers I've ever had! They even treated us to lots of chocolate chip cookies. Oh, and the decorations on the walls were pretty cool. Nice outdoor seating if you prefer. Go check them out!

Great burger place at 5 points. So very clean with a very happy staff that takes a personal interest in the customer. I had the Bot burger with spicy tots and it was served hot 🔥and was amazing. The dirty monkey shake (booze included) was also stellar. They have a selection of local beers in cans to choose from which is great. Support local businesses.

This was hands down one of the best burgers I’ve ever had! Perfectly cooked. I’m just visiting from Atlanta and the staff was super friendly. Decor is super cute also. Not much parking in front but there is some behind the building. Definitely stop by if you’re in the area!

This is a really good burger place. The beef is definitely spiced up differently in a good way. It’s flavor profile is slightly different than the typical burger that I’m used to (Jack browns). I did enjoy the hot tots a lot but they could be a little more crispy. I would like to return. I do have some recommendations: 1.) I’d like to see a condiment holder at each table with ketchup,mustard and napkins 2.) Soft drink fountain with teas 3.) A location expansion to somewhere in Lebanon/Mt. Juliet. We would love a good burger place over here :)

Love the layout of the place - Also the extra seating upstairs. Plenty of space to meet up with friends for conversations and nicely prepared meal. Burgers are well made and fresh. Love the Hot Tots - they are delicious. The service is excellent.

The environment is very welcoming and clean. Staff very friendly and attentive. The menu behind the order counter is huge and simple so it’s very easy to order. They do serve beer so you can enjoy a cold one with your meal. I ate the BC Bleu Burger that came with an onion jam and Bleu cheese. I felt like the cheese had more of a Roquefort profile but I love strong and stinky cheeses so it was delightful. The fries are shoestring fries (my favorite) and are seasoned with their house made rosemary seasoning. They have a passport card you can get punched for each of the 12 main items resulting in a reward. I got my first punch so I’ll be going back for the rest.

The burgers here are BOMB! Visiting from NYC and craving burgers — We had their BOT burger + Fried Pickle Burger and they did not disappoint. Love the menu because everything tastes delicious without being overly greasy. Patties are super juicy and flavorful — highly recommend if you want a top quality burger 🍔 cute merch too!

Got the jalapeño bacon burger and the hot tots with a lil darlin beer from Mill Creek. The burger was well done perfect medium cooked and juicy. Now the burger was not spicy at all jalapeños need to be revisited. Burger was okay over all. Hot Tots were good well fried but they were not hot either if you want good Nashville hot tots Burger Republic has some real good ones. Beer was on point very pleased with it. Place was clean and presentation was good nice looking and I’m a nice area. I probably wouldn’t go back though much better burgers out there.

Loved every bite! We had the smoked gouda burger and the bacon jalapeno burger and both were extremely delicious. The french fries and tater tots are on point. The staff was extremely friendly and the interior is clean and modern with an upstairs that provides some views of 5 points. We will be eating here weekly!

Loved our "Imposter" burgers with fresh Impossible 'meat.' The shoestring fries were perfectly cooked, and the fried cauliflower was delicious. Do make note that their BC Sauce is kinda spicy. Loved the location, the clean & airy vibe, but mostly loved the staff, who go out of their way to help.

We stopped here based on other five star reviews. The place is Uber clean and there was no wait with available seating. They menu is burgers and fries, with a couple of sandwiches. Somehow our order got messed up about fries. But, it was handled quickly and I think the person really just didn't hear us. Very gracious about it. There food was very good and served quickly. High end of moderate prices $10-12 hamburgers, and a shake/water was about $35 for two. If you specifically want a burger, this is a must try.

This burger spot is on another level. If you are in the East Nashville area, do yourself a favor and try this place out. Get yourself anything on the menu! This is easily one of the best burgers in town. Make sure you add an order of the fried cauliflower too!

I’m a part of a group that tries a new burger spot every week. This new joint was DELICIOUS. Bun amazing. Patty so tasty. I got the gouda special (award winning) and was not disappointed. Interior is pleasant too! Burger and fries for $15!

We were jonesing for turkey burgers and stumbled upon this relatively new East Nashville eatery yesterday. The menu was so extensive, and looked so good that I couldn’t make up my mind. I asked the owner, Christy, what her favorite non-beef burger was. First she asked me if I preferred savory, or if I liked more of a blend of savory and sweet. I prefer savory, so she told me to get the Smoked Gouda Burger with Impossible Burger rather than beef. The bun was fresh and soft and the hand-formed burger was lovingly topped with smoked gouda, smoked nutless pesto and caramelized onions. It was love at first bite, and so delicious that after I shared a bite with my husband, we vowed to come back the very next day and get the same thing (his first was a turkey burger, but he got the smoked gouda the 2nd time around.) Joy! I should also make mention of the shoestring fries made with salt and fresh, crushed rosemary. Every bite of this meal was sublime, and the burger was the very best one I have ever tasted. Darse at the counter was extremely friendly, kind, and attentive. Christie, knowing we were visiting from out of town, gave us insider recommendations for other cool establishments to visit while we are here. Super nice people! If you want best burger of your life (I’m not hyping you!) make your next burger this one. You’re welcome!

We came here today and I ordered BCQ Stuffed Burger (Beef patty stuffed w/bacon, & chives, topped w/BBQ sauce, house-made onion rings, American & Cheddar cheese) and my SO other got the BC Bleu Burger (Beef patty w/bleu cheese crumbles & balsamic onion jam). We both ordered BC Fries (Crispy fries seasoned with rosemary salt). I asked that the BCQ Stuffed Burger be cooked medium and my SO asked that his BC Bleu Burger be cook medium rare. Our patties were exchanged. He mentioned that his burger was slightly overcooked. The balsamic onion jam was more compote in terms of texture. When I bit into mine, the edges were burnt but the insides were slightly raw and uncooked, almost cool if not cold. The BBQ sauce was a bit on the sweet side and had a missing tang to it. As for the fries, we were unable to get a hit of the rosemary. The oil that was used, however, left an aftertaste. We like the partially liked the burgers. However, we did expect the orders to be correct and the meat cooked to the temperature that we asked.

The BOT burger was by far the best burger I've ever had. It was the perfect combination of flavor, heat, and juiciness. The milkshake was great also. The restaurant is clean and simply yet attractively decorated. The food came quickly and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall an excellent experience!

One of the best burgers I've ever had! The smoked gouda and the jalapeño & bacon burger were both 12/10. A must if you're in the East Nashville area. Bruce personally checked on how our meal was and we had a nice chat with him and later his wife. Such lovely people! Incredible food, atmosphere, and people. We will be back for sure!

The food is amazing here! The burgers are some of the best burgers our group ever had. The cheese curds are delicious. Hot tator tots are so good and a fun twist. Milkshakes topped off our meal. The staff is so friendly and helpful (they gave us cool places to visit on our trip). Wish we had one where we lived. If you are in the area, you must try Burger & Company!

This place has a 4.9 for a reason. We chose it because we were passing through and needed a quick, pay and order online restaurant. We'd choose it again because the food was AMAZING. We're from Wisconsin and these cheese curds were on par (if not better than a lot I've had in my home state shhhh). Shoestring fries were top notch and tater tots were pretty good too! (although alittle bit spicy if you're sensitive to spice. kid wouldn't eat them). I loved the apricot mustard on my chicken wrap and my husband's smoked Gouda burger was the right kind of flavorful.

Honestly don't know how this place can get any less than 5 stars. If you had an issue, come back and try again. No business is perfect. Anyways... The food here was fantastic. Went here with a group of 4 and each one of us was very impressed with the food. We all got different sandwiches and sides and everything was top notch. Customer service was also incredible as they went out of their way to even write out a very detailed list of various places to check out around Nashville. Above and beyond 5 stars!!

Adorable little spot in the Five Points and the food is awesome. Usually pretty easy to find seating. You might have to walk a bit for parking but street parking is free. Staff are all really friendly. Totally recommend!

Oh man, so good! Been wanting to try this place since it’s right next to our house. Finally had a chance to. I got the BC Burger (add onion) and a side of the fried cauliflower. The burger was perfectly juicy and was just the right size. Not too big and not too small. The bun was delicious! I also loved the cauliflower. Sauces are all homemade so that’s an added bonus. Go try this if you haven’t already!

Excellent service by ( a blonde haired girl that closed on 5-1-22) Darla?? I think, the food was phenomenal we had burgers, tater , rosemary fries, even a veggie burger and fries cauliflower all of it was good, we will definitely make a return trip. They made us feel very welcome with 6 people showing up at 5:15pm when they close at 6 and even interacted with our special needs son like he was any other typical kid coming in, keep it up that is top notch service.

This restaurant was extremely clean and pleasant. Darse gave us great service and we were quite surprised to discover that she is only 16. I have received poor service from many who are twice her age and asked for her name to leave this review. Ingredients were fresh, loved the shiny bun and the fries were delicious. We will be back! I want to add the staff stated it was a great place to work. As an HR Manager, I love to hear of a good employer.

Veg burgers are usually all the same and not very good -- but the sweet potato burger here was amazing! So delicious, with the right amount of spice, crisp iceberg lettuce, guacamole, and a bun so fresh it melted in my mouth! Worth the stop just for the burger. Where they fell flat for me were the frozen shoestring fries. That was a disappointment. I would have expected fresh cut fries from a place like this. Take note...add fresh cut fries to the menu please :) Lovely staff, very friendly.

I came to Nashville to get a haircut and while I was here I wanted to get something to eat and I found this place which turned out to be new. The burger was delicious and the hot tots were awesome! All the workers here are friendly and professional, especially Maria at the register. While I was eating there, there was a customer who gave her a hard time and was just plain rude, but she handled it very professionally and kept her cool! The owner Bruce Lee was also friendly and had a nice conversation. Next time I’m in Nashville I’m definitely coming back. I’d recommend this place if you love burgers!

This place is delicious! Just ate here on opening day and could not be more pleased! I had the basic BCQ burger. Juicy and rich burger flavor, buttered brioche bun, special sauce and all the right feels. The fries are perfection shoestring fries. Just the right amount of food at the right price too. Really cool clean, modern atmosphere inside with natural wood everywhere. Service was excellent. Will definitely be back!

Great menu, great atmosphere and REALLY great food! The design aesthetic is on point as well! At the East Nashville location Darce is super sweet and a hard worker and this is one of the few places that the owner comes out and speaks to the guests... I'm not an easy win but this is my new favorite burger place!!!

I hate to leave a bad review but there were just too many issues trying to place an order. Last straw was two raw burgers. Grill wasn't hot enough to sear the outside. Outside was barely browned. Inside was cold. Great for steak, bad for ground beef. Im not trying to get food poisoning. There's no reason to pay 10-14$ a burger here when there's so many amazing food options in East Nashville (Edit: changed from 1 to 3 stars. Owner reached out and she was very nice. We talked about the situation that day. Sounds like I came a weird time. Very impressed she was willing to listen and follow up on what happened!)

The decor and cleanliness of the facility, the staff bending over backward to please and of course, the tasty burger, fries and fried cauliflower appetizer made for a fantastic lunch experience. It's a MUST GO the next time you're in the mood for a burger. The owners are from Spirit Lake, Iowa. (I'm an Iowan, too. GO HAWKEYES!) Later that day, I was talking to a friend in NW Iowa and mentioned that I had just ate at Burger & Company. He said "I just ate there today, too. Isn't it great!". Small world!

My girlfriend and I went early on a Saturday night and we left very happy. The jalapeño burger and fried pickle burger are next level good. I've been here twice this week since seeing it was open. The smoked Gouda burger is great, but I think I like the fried pickle burger more. Staff is super nice and the buildout is beautiful. Fries and hot tots are great side items. Plus a kids menu, milkshakes and chicken options too. There are counters at the window upstairs with plugs if you like to work a bit after eating a burger!

Our family of 4 came by last night for dinner. Our 2.5 year old was ecstatic to order a cheeseburger. My wife and I split the BCQ burger, and ordered the fries, hot tots, and cheese curds. Service was amazing and the staff absolutely entertained my son. The manager Christy (sorry about the spelling) chatted with us and even let our son take a toy home. Perfectly satisfactory No wow factor here but everything is good. No risks taken, very standard, no complaints other than the puny water cups I would expect a sit down place, even if casual, to have water cups larger than shot glasses Other than the burger, tried the fries and cheese curds which were crispy and fresh. Basically imagine a pricier in and out and I think you’d have a good expectation here
