Great pizza. I eat it quite often. The customer service could use some tweaking. How hard is it to not be rude to your customers? If the pizza were not so good I would not go in because of the rudeness. But luckily I can order it and send someone else to pick it up and enjoy the great pizza.

Excellent Food. Terrible delivery service. Been frequenting this restaurant for years. Best pizza around if you go get it. Delivery is ALWAYS over an hour late &ice cold. They rarely bring the correct drinks and you can watch the app and see your pizza out for delivery for 1 to 1.5 hrs when then are less than 1 mile away. And it doesn't matter which night of the week and it doesn't matter if you tip 50 percent in advance. You will still get a cold order....

I've been on a quest to find the best pizza in Nashville, so once a week I go into a place that serves pizza and simply order a cheese pizza. My thinking is if they can make a BOMB cheese pizza then they have a good pizza. "Is it, or isn't it Brooklyn Pizza?" The name of this place is "Brooklyn Pizza & Cafe". Let me just say this. There isn't much that screams "Brooklyn" or "Cafe" here. As a matter of fact I kinda feel like it's a "front" for an entirely separate restaurant concept. Which I find kinda funny. Walking in you'll see pretty standard decor of a pizzeria In Nashville. Neon signs, plastic fake brick, some pizza paddles on the wall, and a single New York skyline portrait. Behind the counter you're met with about 5 dudes all speaking some form of Russian or Uzbekistan. 2 of which was stirring 2 massive cauldrons, and no they're not brewing potions or making pizza sauce. The cooking up delicious food. Inside the cauldrons was lamb, rice, carrots, chickpeas, and spices. It smelled heavenly so I asked if i could purchase some in addition to my cheese pizza. $13.99 for the lamb and rice. Apparently every Friday they cook this hidden menu item. It's a MUST TRY! Let's get to the pizza. The pizza itself was pretty good. I even drove 10 minutes out of my way just to give you guys a shot. Generous amount of cheese. Definitely good quality. Generous amount of sauce. Definitely taste that it's made from real tomatoes and not just a paste. The dough was fluffy and had absolutely no cornmeal which is always a good sign. All in all this was damn good pizza. Unfortunately not the best I've had but it's up there with the best. $13.99 for a LG Cheese. Best pizza per price goes to you guys though. Lastly, some irony. prices do not match the quality, the bread was stale, like pilaf - everything was cooked most likely in the morning, and served after 6 hours. The dishes do not match the recipe. They didn't offer water. Lula kebab without salt and without Cumin.

Wednesday evening after 6 ordered, a large Stromboli for pickup 20 mins took 25 they were generous with the filling, cheese and included enough sauce without us having a little chewy for hubby but I really enjoyed the texture overall good experience well priced will try again

It's not just a pizza place, they also make Lamb, chicken and Beef kabobs, pilaf, bread. Just look at the menu. If you are trucker and at TA Nashville, they will deliver it there as well. Just make sure to tip, they are people too

Ordered the Mozzarella pizza, it’s good but has no basil, all is spinach which is not the desired taste of this type of pizza. The description of it says spinach and basil, not a single leaf of basil. The mozzarella is not fresh.

Amazing place, it’s small but the quality of food is the most important factor. If you looking to try some Russian/Uzbekistan food, I would definitely recommend this place. The (Shashlik) was cooked perfectly, and was served with onions, hot tea and bread, which is how it is usually served in those countries. They serve different dishes every day so just be aware of that. And if you just want some pizza, they also make those!!

We stopped here because it was close to where we were headed and my wife wanted pizza. So did my son. The gentleman we ordered from I believe was an owner. He was very kind. The pizza itself wasn't bad but the excessive amount of pepperoni grease kind of ruined the pizza for me. We also had a ham and pineapple. It was good but they use the little mini ham cubes. They didn't taste bad, I just prefer the slices of ham you see at most places. The food was fresh and again the experience itself was good. Hopefully the pepperoni pizzas can not be as greasy next time.

I created an account just for this place to talk about how amazing it is. I ordered a sampler along with a side of fries. The tenders, mozzarella sticks, Jalapeño poppers, and fries were perfect. Very dissapointing. Burnt bottom crust. Papa John's does a better Job! If you want Real NYC Pizza your better off going to 5Points, 2boots... I have to go into see manager in the afternoon to get a refund. Update: Owner gave me refund and Credit. Thank you for your honesty. My original rating was a 1, but I have changed it to a 3. Final update: Used my $15 store credit to order Greek salad, garlic knots and chocolate cake. Delivery arrived sooner than expected and manager was very kind and patient while I ordered. Just one suggestion, would LOVE it if you guys added a couple seasonal soup options for fall/winter :) Thanks again!!! You're good people.

I went to this restaurant and just fall in love foods of it. Furthermore, it has to be accentuated that pizza is top quality, national foods of Uzbekistan have done with high professional hands and heart. I was fall in love with everything of this restaurant. When I was far from my home country, honestly I was missing everything belonging my home country, however when I came here, the professional workers and cooks of this restaurant made me feel as the piece of country was on my side. I was really and honestly fall in love. Thank you guys. When i tasted pizza, I felt the delicious slice of Brooklyn style pizza and wonderful job over it. Thank you guys again. Very thankful that they actually did pizza delivery today while most places cancelled deliveries or closed due to the snow today. We ordered the two medium, two topping pizza deal and a garden salad. Pizza was fabulous! Salad was good for what I could eat of it but we are not home so I had no utensil to eat my salad and there wasn't even enough salad dressing for a quarter of my salad. I had to eat my salad with my fingers and dunk it in my dressing. A fork and at least two of their little salad dressings would have been nice for the huge yummy salad I got. I would order from them again as long as I get a fork and extra dressing. 😒

Finally go to Brooklyn. Love real NYC food( simple and fresh). Angel our server was great. Cheese Pizza, Gyro sandwich, whole wings were great. I loved the sauce and the crust. The crust wasn't too thick, hiding the taste of the other ingredients. By the way they use 100% real Mozzarela Cheese !!!!!!We are really enjoyed our visit and dinning at BROOKLYN. Ordered through the eat24 app, so can't comment on phone ordering. Ordered a personal 3 meat calzone and small pepperoni pizza 🍕. Ate calzone immediately and saved the pizza for lunch the next day. Both were high quality with good flavor. Recommended it to a co-worker, he went the following night and was pleased. The night after that 4 other co-workers went and were satisfied. I would say it's pretty damn good.

This place is absolutely amazing!!! They not only care about the quality of their food but also their customers! They keep the place incredibly clean which is just one of the things that reflect their overall quality. They go above and beyond folks. I'm not overdoing it with these guys at all. I NEVER leave reviews, but for this place? Had to. Amazing stromboli, some of the best Gyros I've ever had.. they deliver and they're open until 3 a.m every. Single. Night. If I could give them 10 out of 5 stars I would. Unless there's something specific I'm craving during the day or what not, my money's going to these guys, especially for pick-up or delivery. And honestly... that's really hard to say about a place around the Antioch area.. My hat's off to you guys! Thank you for the excellent experience! Looking forward to dining with you this evening! Also, Grub hub only goes like 6ish miles. I asked them and they said they'd be happy to deliver "even 10 miles" so just call them direct.

im from up north and since ive hit the south ive had bad pizza. on a whim i tried Brooklyn Pizza. OMG HEAVEN. i feel like im home . greasy curled roni, stretchy mozzarella, chewy dough. i feel like im home.. the best pizza in tenn. 5 stars. flavorful and amazing. i cannot wait to try some other menu items. price is reasonable. i see myself ordering weekly. only downfall was parking for pickup, this can be remedied with delivery. thank you for making me smile, been raving for days about this pizza. real sausage, hand tossed...i cant stop. lol.

We had the Muhammed Ali pizza ( cheese , chicken and spinach) and the UFC (pepperoni sausage beef cheese) bothe were absolutely delicious. We ordered carry out so didn't stay long, but the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. If you want pizza made from Scratch with fresh ingredients and NOT greasy at alll; Go to Brooklyn pizza !!

First things First; Walking up to the building, this establishment didn't look like much. The strip mall setting, the bland sign, the awkward railing leading to the front door. I feel that the aesthetic of an eatery is one of the first things that can make or break someone's plans to step inside, given that it is the first thing you see. The inside was about the same: Brick front counter, weird carrot mush baby food color on the walls, open kitchen (which I actually quite like). One thing that I can say is that the place was immaculate. It seems like the staff really cares enough to clean and organize the tables and counter tops so that condiments, napkins, promotional cards and flyers are never out of place or strewn around. This of course says a lot, I feel, about how attentive they were to be about preparing your meal of choice. The menu did have a wonderful selection of Italian and Mediterranean fair; from calzones and pizzas to Gyros. I, of course, chose my personal addiction which I was surprised to see on the menu; The Chicken Sandwich. Now, I will say that the menu was not specific about the preparation of the chicken, just that it was chicken breast with cheese, pickles, lettuce, tomato and a few other condiments. I did of course ask and I was told it was baked chicken and not my typical fried chicken patty, this of course did not steer me away, with the addition of extra lettuce of course. One thing that did surprise me was that they did not have the option to have a cup of water over paying for a drink, but the man behind the counter (who's name I will have to find out next time) was kind enough to give me a complimentary bottle of water. (Thank you, Mystery Man). I was told the wait for mine and my partners meal was to be 10 minutes, with which they definitely stuck the landing. I even thought it quite nice that when my partner asked for some different condiments for his food, "Mystery Man" danced over with condiments, napkins, forks and every number of dining accoutrements we might need. Eagerly waiting to eye the hot sandwich tightly wrapped beneath aluminum and dining paper was The Chicken Sandwich. The initial detail that first caught my eye was that the bun looked to be greasy on the top. Good bread is something that I am a huge stickler about, and seeing this didn't dissuade me from biting into the sandwich, but I feel that it was note-worthy. The cheese was gooey and melty, the vegetables looked fresh and colorful and the chicken looked perfectly grilled. As I finally took my first bite I noticed that the chicken was a bit spicy, which for me is a plus; especially given the fact that I was tempted to sprinkle more than an ample amount of red chili flake on the sandwich. The cheese was perfectly creamy and salty; the vegetable, fresh with a great bite to them, and the buns were toasted to perfection. I didn't even dab the oil off of the buns, thinking that whatever fat or grease would only improve the flavor. It was an incredibly simple but incredibly delicious sandwich that I would be delighted to eat again. To summarize; Though the decor could use a little revising, it did not in any way take away from the wonderful experience, customer service and food. I think that Brooklyn Pizza & Cafe has a lot to be proud of.

Friend and I took my daughter there to pick up food on her lunch break..that's how long it took to get her food...her whole break...I got several texts from me her saying " if they ask me one more time what I ordered I'm gonna lose it!!" 😂 very slow loud shouting service ...lots of workers behind the counter.. all men.(only an oberservation) but the food smelled amazing so my friend and i decided we had the long time to wait around for a new place to dine for lunch...no problem right? We were told we could order but that we had to "get it to-go or you will only have 15 mins to eat, then you go, there will be no one in the building for two hours, happens every Friday" .. as we were both perplexed we realized it may have been a been a spritual thing and that is fine but we were not the only ones who had to be told this with walk-ins and phone calls...they were writing a sign to put on the door. If they do that every Friday then why did they not already have a sign? These are just some things I observed while waiting on my food..with all that being said, we got the Philly cheese steak (to-go) and it was delicious...

We just tried our first pizza from here this evening (b/c our favorite, Mafiaoza's is closed Mon's) and Wow, what an awesome surprise!! I won't get into the details (it basically comes down to the sauce), but other than pizza from the aforementioned, Mafiaoza's, my fiancé & I generally don't have the same preferences and find it better to each get a small pizza. Much to our delight, we both really enjoyed this pizza. Personally, I LOVED that the sauce was more sweet. This is now the 2nd place EVER that I don't end up wiping off the sauce, or getting my own small without sauce. Maf's is still our #1 but at $10 less per pizza (crazy, right!!?), Brooklyn's will certainly be getting more of our business. ;)
