This place is unreal. The food is next-level good and is only matched by the caliber of the service quality of the view. I’m a big believer in the idea that the people make the place. And, at Bourbon Steak, the people are absolute professionals. Their passion for creating memorable experiences is evident in their attention to detail, genuine care, and enthusiasm for the food that is served. We hyped this place up big time to the guests we were bringing and they both said that the experience exceeded every expectation. One of them confidently said it’s the best restaurant experience they’ve ever had. Thanks to the incredible team for such a memorable night.

Everything here is done with high excellence. Drinks and food and service are all the best you will ever receive. If you aren’t used to fine dining expect extremely high prices. $100 a person here is going to be about minimum when ordering dinner a side and a drink. Would also be easy to spend a $1000 or more a person if you want to live it up. The chef has some incredible specials and they are worth trying out! Incredible view of Nashville as well!

Amazing service. So many extra touches and thoughtfulness along the way. Everything I’ve had here has been really well done - creative and their own take. Love their sides - delicious! Mack & Cheese - Black Truffle…as well as the Crispy Brussel sprouts - Honey & Lime = so good! This place has the special ambiance factor as well - great view if you are able to sit closer to the windows.

Went to Bourbon Steak for the first time and was absolutely blown away. A gorgeous venue with very thorough and kind service. I added in our reservation that it was for a birthday and we had so many kind reminders throughout our dinner. The bourbon pour was informational and cool to watch. The best rosé of my life was recommended here and I feel better as a human to have discovered it. We parked valet and were easily validated. From the hotel concierge staff to the restaurant host staff everyone made us feel welcome and appreciated. Every course was fantastic. Amazing attention to detail and very respectful of the peanut allergy at the table. If you’re looking for a luxurious date night out or a high class celebration this place is a gem in Nashville.

Not only does this place offer some amazing views, but they serve a trio of fries as their bread! Y’all… they were so good! We went for our anniversary and they had a special note and champagne waiting for us. It was such a nice touch and I love places that make you feel special. The steaks were phenomenal! You will love your time at Bourbon Steak!

WOWZAAAA!!!! I was impressed to say the least. This view of downtown Nashville was what we have been needing! Even their bathroom had a breathtaking view of downtown!!! The bartenders were funny and quirky and that really made it feel more down to earth and a special environment. Other than a guy that couldn’t handle himself properly that got too intoxicated in the lobby of the restaurant at the end of the evening, it was a great experience!!! I will definitely be back again to enjoy the food menu!!! The drinks were delicious and I’m looking forward to the next time.

34 floors above Nashville in the Marriott you will find the Bourbon Steak. The bar overhangs the street giving excellent views to the east and north. The bar itself has relatively good service and on a weekday you can probably drop in with no reservations grab a drink and enjoy the view. They have a selection of traditional and modified cocktails for $18. Of course there is an extensive wine and Bourbon list. A few craft beers running in the $9 to $12 range. The restaurant itself is warm wood toned tastefully subdued even. Nothing too extraordinary more of a "we have a view what other decor do you need" approach. Food, obviously the steaks. I had a melt in your mouth tender Australian Wagyu sirloin served rare. I'd also recommend the Fry flight, different sauces paired with different flavored fries. I was a little less impressed with the instant bacon. It's pork belly and had a good flavor but was a bit greasy for me knowing that the steak would be coming. I'd recommend instead the tuna tartar it's got a fresh clean but spicy flavor that really makes a good lead in for the steak and heavy sides. If the benigets are available with caramel pudding they're a must have indulgence. As for service it's impeccable absolutely attentive staff happy to consider any allergies or dietary needs friendly and accommodating. This is a great date night, vacation highlight, or business meeting location.

Awesome dining experience thanks to Cami, our server. All of the food was excellent, including the fries that were brought out in lieu of bread. Cami made a great recommendation on a Spanish Wine that we really enjoyed. The highlight of the night was the cheesecake and the presentation by Charlie. His great attitude was infectious and appreciated.

I’d give it 10 stars if it was possible. Amazing service and the food was outstanding!!!! Loved everything I tasted. Also, their version of bread service was a French fry flight…. 😍 We went for my friends birthday and they made her feel so special it was awesome. I cant Wait to come back!

Absolutely phenomenal! One of the best dining experiences I have had in a long while! The food was excellent! I had the 100 day dry aged ribeye and my wife had the lobster pot pie. We were both very pleased. Service was excellent as well! The staff went above and beyond to make this a pleasurable dining experience!
