Cody the gm was freaking incredible everything was decorated so beautifully and you could tell they put a lot of love into making it look like home for the holidays! Israel was super kind and welcomed me in like I belonged here!! Will come back over and over!!! My burrito was also stellar!!! Plus the wrapping of the presents was exceptional!!!

The customer service for our visit last week was outstanding! My daughter went in by herself for the first time and she was nervous about it, but came out happy and said she wants to work there when she's old enough. Plus, our burritos were delish!

Food was good but the portions of the food have gone way down. I don't mind paying a little extra because of the times but portions should not change. This why I am only leaving 4 stars. Other than the portion size everything else seemed to be alright.

First time eating at a Blue Coast Burrito. Not impressed. Out of ingredients and quality of ingredients did not live up to the price. Next time I'll go to a local Taqueria or even Taco Bell. I ordered multiple items so I could give it a proper review. It wasn't bad; it just wasn't worth the price.

We got two Burritos. The restaurant environment was clean. The people who work there been friendly, but I did not like throwing food on the burrito. They could have wrapped the burrito better. The steak was also very salty and changed the taste of the food. But overall was OKAY.

We were walking from my house to this place and the lady was nothing but nice, she had a gray mask and leopard print scarf on her head and honestly we loved her company. I've never been to the place before and my girlfriend has said many good things about this place. We were enjoying everything until the manager on duty came out and started yelling at the woman instead of pulling her aside. But other than that loved the food and energy in the restaurant.

We just moved here from Atlanta and Blue Coast was always one of our favorite taco Tuesday destinations. We found out this location is about 10 minutes away from our new house and we were so excited! The staff is amazing and friendly and the food is super fresh and flavorful! Even during the COVID-19 restrictions, the staff made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. Thank you to the staff for making us feel more at home in our new state!

Oh my gosh !!! Where to start i love THIS PLACE . So does my kids . Always very polite and respectful . Clean and well maintained food always taste fresh no issues at all. Been a customer for over 5 years never any issues . Customer service is great . Ate today and john and i think josh or jason maybe very respectful even to the children. If i could add more stars i would . Thank you . Its hard to find a place to eat anymore that just wants to help you, not just get you in and out .

The food is delicious and we're addicted to it, so good! Especially the shrimp tacos when they have them seasonally (right now!) I'm giving four stars because the service and the way the food is made is inconsistent depending on who is working. They hire mostly high school/college age workers which means higher turnover and thus inconsistencies. That said, because the food is so good, it's always worth going, love my Blue Coast!

Wow! The new general manager is great! She is welcome and open to ideas! They have a rewards program and would like to be further involved our community. In the past, there were safety concerns because some patrons would allow their children run as though the restaurant as though is was a playground obvious as they engaged in their conversations. This behavior resulted in food and drinks spattered. Children crying because Not such a welcoming experience. As a fellow parent, it’s important we are response to teach our children to mind and grow to be good citizens. Let’s show our support in creating the best neighborhood experience! Robin

Burritos are good. Fish tacos are great. Customer service is outstanding. I don't know if it's Blue Coast's training or just a genuinely good staff, but every time I have been there has been a good experience. Lots of smiles and happy people.

I just ordered a peasant plate from blue coast burrito. It was great ingredients were fresh, line was clean and it was under $7. There was a young gentleman training two new employees while he made the food and showed them how to check out at the register. He was able to keep the line moving and train the new members efficiently. Impressive. I will be back soon

Delicious!! Fresh!! Healthy food at great prices. The staff are always so friendly and ready to help. Especially Jeremy, Adam, Noah, and Jaden. We love coming to blue coast for lunch and dinner. The food is always consistently so delicious and so healthy. I highly recommend blue coast burrito in Lenox village.

I have been to Blue Coast at least 5 times in the last 7 months and the food was great. I always get the quesadilla with spicy chicken and its great. Now understand I am originally from California where the mexican food is outstanding and I keep going back which should say alot. The staff is friendly but young and the store manager is very nice and very professional. You can obviously see she is working hard to change things for the better and it shows. Look forward to eating there again very soon. Keel up the good work and cowabunga dude.

This place is great! Fast and quality food at a reasonable price. Tuesday kids eat for $1.99 and get a handmade balloon figure! Kids get to choose a main, two sides, chips and a drink. I got a regular burrito for about $7.50. The peppers and tomatoes were fresh and the chicken was seasoned, not unnecessarily spicy like another not named Mexican food chain. The chips were thin and crunchy (very similar to Chili’s). They have a salsa bar that includes 4 salsa: verde, pineapple, and spicy and mild rojo. Not sure why this place isn’t rated higher. We’ll definitely be back when we’re in need of a quick yummy eat!

Update: better to just go in right at open. We ordered ahead in order to avoid crowds. Walk in two minutes early they haven’t started. Now 10 minutes past pick up and it’s not done. Had tried curbside before and the button didn’t work so we had to go in. Social distancing largely moot in the small restaurant. Will be removed from the rotation.

These Blue Coast Burrito joints have the best cheese dip ever! And don't forget the salsa bar. Fresh made salsa and a variety of flavors. For the best service around hit up the Lenox Village location and look for Charity. She delivers!

Their Baja fish burrito is really a solid burrito. There's almost never anybody in this place so the weights is nothing and their food is really top-notch. My wife and I love going there to get the fish burritos and take them down the line so that we get custom stuff but on it instead of just the way it comes. Always a fan of this place.

African American female manager off the clock came from the back of the restaurant to check me out WITH NO MASK! Very disrespectful to customers. If you don’t take rules and policy seriously, don’t subject me! Highly dissatisfied. All employees and customers had mask on except her! Just because you are the manager and off the clock does not except you from the rules! If you’re off the clock then why are you checking me out?! She ultimately had someone else check me out.

The one in Lennox village is the best. It's always fresh, clean and the salsa is the best. Don't waste your time at the one in Cool Springs. We've tried it 2 times and have been disappointed every time.

We ordered the food online but it still wasn't done after about 30 minutes when we went to pick it up. But it was just 3 teenagers doing their best, and once we got the food it was absolutely delicious. The struggle was relatable.

Sometimes the kids get a little skimpy on the meat, and literally one person there knows how to roll a burrito properly, AND YET it's still my favorite burrito place in town. Love that chipotle chicken, salsa bar, and there's actually plenty of room to sit me and my gaggle of children. And YES we know guac costs extra.

Delicious, build your own burrito bar. Much better than generic fast food chains like Taco Bell. If you have kids take advantage of kids eat free Tuesday nights, otherwise you may want to avoid Tuesdays because of the noise and crowds.

Love Blue Coast. Great steak and chicken burritos, chips, queso and fruit tea. Their salsa bar offers 4 types of salea - mild, tomatillo, rosa and pineapple. My faves are rosa and pineapple. I also love their fruit tea with lots of ice...the pineapple flavor really shines.
