Just came in today after the new ownership took over last September 2021. I was surprised how delicious and well cooked this burger tasted. The burger was about $8.00 with tax included and the fries were about $2. But it was well worth it. The burger was juicy, the fries were on point. I highly recommend this burger spot!

Stopped here for lunch while on a cross country road trip. I was pleasantly surprised to find a halal burger joint in downtown Nashville! Great place, very clean and spacious. The taste is spectacular and it's all halal! It's also very affordable.

This place actually deserves the rating it has. Great little spot. Restaurant is clean, and the service is fast. Ordered the Fire Burger, a side of fries and fountain drink (all items are a la carte). Food came out quickly and everything was fresh. The fries were cooked perfectly, and salted perfectly as well. Toppings on the burger were fresh, cheese was perfectly melted, and the sauce wasn't overly done. Good flavor, and it wasn't dripping all over (usually a problem with burgers that have a sauce). Staff was friendly. Will definitely recommend to friends if they're in the area, and will be back next time I'm here. Go check it out for yourself! You won't be disappointed.

I’m so glad we found BAAM Burger in December and after such a good experience, we didn’t even think of going anywhere else after leaving TPAC tonight. The burgers are absolutely delicious and the hand cut fries get an A+ too! Stop in and order a burger, you won’t be disappointed.

Quick service. I ordered the baam burger. It is a cheeseburger with bacon and caramelized onions. I asked for extra crispy bacon, it was crispy. Fries were thin cut but not crispy. I like them that way. They had malt vinegar for the fries, which is a plus for me. There was some spicy seasoning on the condiment counter. I tried it. Not spicy enough for me. Over all a great lunch in a classic old building downtown. I'll be back!

been coming here for weeks while working downtown.. burgers are amazing (kinda considered smash burgers), & the (fresh-cut) fries are as some of the best i've had as well! i also love the fact that they have a bar with condiments & seasoning to add a little razzle dazzle to your meal! 😁 if you're looking for a really good burger & fries spot downtown, skip all the fancy big-name spots & try this place! you will not regret it! they also have homemade shakes!

I ordered online and had the food delivered thru GrubHub. It arrived quickly to my hotel room a couple of blocks away. The food was still hot. I asked for tomatoes and pickles to be left off, and my order was prepared correctly. I ordered a Double Cheeseburger, which includes three smashed patties. The fries were obviously cut from potatoes on site and weren't from a frozen bag. This was a really good local burger and I would not hesitate to order another.

I was surprised that they only serve halal meat as they said. There is no single mistake; the taste is from heaven, the price is responsible to the quality, and the decoration is another level. Forgot to take pictures of my order because they just fulled my hunger.

Smash burgers prepared when ordered, they were extremely good. The fries were some of the best I've had anywhere and they have malt vinegar to splash on them, too. It was an excellent meal and I would love to go again (but I was on vacation, so who knows?)!

Great burger! They've got lots of choices including a veggie burger, chicken sandwich, spicy burger, or Korean style burger. But I went with the old stand by cheeseburger and it did not disappoint! Super soft bun and well seasoned patty with melted cheese made for an excellent bite. No nonsense decor and friendly staff. Tuesdays are free ice cream with combo orders!

Decent burger joint. Burger bun was a bit too fluffy, ended up ditching some of it. Just preference, but I prefer mine a more dense. The beef bacon was nice and crispy, but honestly just tasted like a burnt continuation of the ground beef patties themselves. A bit too much salt on the bacon &/or patty, as well. Ingredients as a whole, however, were fresh and of good quality. Overall a 3/5 for the burger. The fries and chocolate shake, however, were top notch. Crispy thick cut fries, couldn't have made them better. Paired well with seasoned salt (self-serve). Shake had great thickness, rich flavor. They redeemed the meal.

Tucked away from the main thoroughfare, this was a quick place to grab a bite without a long line. Unfortunately, the onion rings were not cooked through and the batter was wet in the middle, so we paid for food we couldn't eat. The burgers were adequate as were the fries.

Ordered a cheeseburger and fries. Beef was okay, good sized bun. Cheeseburger came without lettuce, tomato or pickle, though it was listed on the menu as including those items. For $8 I’d like to get the whole sandwich. Also the fries were soggy, soaked in grease. Fryer temp was too low. New spot in town, the cooks are amateurs for sure. I only gave them 3 stars because they are open til 3am. I was sober when I went in btw.

Burger week: I had the Seoul burger. Delicious angus burger BUT it was well done. It would've been even better if bulgogi was combined with mayo. I'll definitely try it again. Fries were good as well. Staff friendly. Order was correct.

I hardly ever leave reviews but man this was too good to not leave one. Was in downtown Saturday night and we were looking for something to eat and then we were walking by this place and went in. At first I didn't expect much but boy was I blown away with how great these burgers were and the milkshakes! Definitely on point and would highly recommend!! Yall were great!

Amazing place for a chance sit down and eat. A awful disrespectful man came in harassing customers for money and one kind man decided to pay for his meal the second the kind man left this man began harassing the young woman running register till she was in tears. Before I could even say anything the manager and staff jumped to her defense and had the man leave. Let if be known when your eating here you are in a safe place with good food and a kind respectful staff. I hope they keep up the good work and that the young woman has a wonderful time and I am sorry she had to deal with such harassment.

I highly recommend this establishment. The Baam burger was absolutely delicious - couldn't have been better. The hand-cut fries and the onion rings were also top rate. The milkshake was very refreshing and was a real milkshake, not like the fast food shakes. The service was also beyond our expectations. You've got to eat at Baam Burger - you won't be sorry!

This place is amazing. Just what we needed getting into town late and trying to find a real bite to eat was starting to look impossible until we stumbled upon this gem. The Baam burger was top notch. Shake was the perfect consistency and the Oreo butterfinger combo was bangin. Staff is friendly and helpful and make the atmosphere even more fun! Couldn’t recommend it enough!!

The toppings were great, the bun was delicious, it was seasoned PERFECTLY.... But. This place pretty clearly uses frozen patties/low grade meat. There's was no flavor to it. It's a real shame because this place would be five stars, but the meat is the most important part of a burger.

One of the only truly "Nashville" places in downtown, and by that I mean, owned and run by a local and not some celeb. The food here is good and prices are great! Their burgers are really juicy and fresh - you can literally watch them being prepared which I love <3 Working downtown, I've tried every burger on their menu - even the veggie burger. Actually one of the only veggie burgers I've tried and liked. Very well seasoned and not dry at all. If you like crunchy onion rings, this is your place also. Their onion rings are fresh -- super hot and crunchy. I always (always) get them. Love eating here and love supporting a local business. ALSO - much nicer to my wallet (and my ears) than eating at Mr. Country Star's bar, haha.

The staff was really friendly and the atmosphere as a whole was really cool!! But, the food was not as good as expected. I got the chicken tenders and cheese fries. The chicken tenders were cooked too much. The cheese fires were good and the cheese was a little spicy which was good. My husband got a double cheeseburger which he said was good. The fries were not good in his eyes. But, he loved that they had a variety of hot sauces. It was definitely a cute place to go into and it was nice that they had a fridge with drinks right by the register because we definitely needed them with the heat.

Honestly, I found this place to be pretty standard as far as burger places go. Atmosphere was tacky, and the burger was undercooked and too small for the size of the bun that its served in. Worst part was I ruined my fries because they put their salt in a sugar container so it all came out at once, though I guess I'll take partial credit for that. Bottom line: meh.

Best Burger in town hands down!!!!!!! First time eating here the food was so fresh!! I ordered on door dash and picked up the order. It was ready by the time i walked up there from 2 blocks away!!! You will not be disappointed!! I got the cheeseburger added jalapenos and it was the perfect combination with the house sauce!!

Good, clean place for a quick burger. Burgers were super tasty. Served nice and hot, too. Along with bottled drinks, they also have fountain soda. Plenty of seating. One high chair. A few hightop seats. Music is pretty loud if you need to make a call. UPDATE: I'd eat here again if we didn't all get the worst gas the next day!

I took my office team to get an icecream treat and they we're closed due to selling out all their fresh beef patties. James saw us and unlocked the door to serve us milkshakes and ice cream. They served us with a smile and on top of that the ice cream and shakes were really GOOD!!

Fresh, homemade burgers & food that's delicious and reasonably priced. Their hours are more accommodating than most of the surrounding competitors, which is great if you're in the area for a concert in the evening. Don't forget to try one of their shakes.

This Business has changed hands again and is now called "Baam Burger" But let me tell you, It's as delicious as ever, if not more delicious than before! I just polished off a "Crispy Baam Burger" which is Asian style fried chicken, cabbage, and a sweet and savory sauce put on top, with a side of onion rings. All in all, excellent, absolutely excellent. Also they'll be serving beer soon.

honestly if i could give this place 6 stars i would just for the workers alone. the food was awesome but my friends and i came in and it was storming and the lady kindly gave us her umbrella to use to get back to our car parked at our school on 7th and we returned it to her the next day before school. they’re all so friendly and care about their customers and i haven’t been in a few months but that definitely left an impression
