We highly recommend it hands down. We're looking forward to returning again in the near future. The restaurant is beautiful!!
MarionCame here twice. The first time was for a night cap. The bartender made a pumpkin spice mocktail for my friend while I enjoyed a quintessential espresso martini. We then came back for Sunday brunch and enjoyed Turkey Benedict & short rib hash. The staff was really nice and generous. 1 hotels consistently deliver great service wherever.
Lisa MayberryWent here to try during restaurant week. The duck confit was delicious as well as the cocktails. There were plenty of clearly marked gluten-free options as well. I'm not a big fan of bananas, so I would like to have tried the other gluten-free dessert, but it was not on the restaurant week menu.

Shawn BushFrom the moment you walk into the restaurant you know it is something special. The atmosphere is welcoming but sophisticated and it is reflected in the staff as well. I was there for a work event in a private room and the table was set beautifully with an array of delicious appetizers. For my entree I had the ribeye, which was served New York style and cooked to perfection. I love good bourbon, and 1 Kitchen serves it! I will be back with my friends and family.
Steven KempWe had a work dinner in the private dining room and it was amazing! Planning the party with Kristin was a breeze and she was very accommodating to all of our needs/requests. The entire party raved about the food and were all saying they would come back on their own. The staff was incredibly attentive and Chef Chris even stopped in a few times to check on our party. We will definitely be having events here in the future.
David YanceyDinner at 1Kitchen was AMAZING. The atmosphere was so relaxed, and it made me feel like I was on the Mediterranean. I had some brussels sprouts, veggies and hummus, a ribeye that was cooked to absolute perfection and broccolini. i also enjoyed a Banana Creamaux for dessert. Would recommend and will return the next time I am in Nashville.

Alicia M.The menu here is a bit limited compared to what I typically prefer to eat for breakfast. However, it was perfect because I needed a light breakfast after eating a late and heavy dinner the night before. I ordered the steel cut oatmeal and the other guest had the blooming breakfast. We shared among each other and were impressed with the quality/taste. The eggs and chicken sausage were really flavorful, and I’m not usually a fan of chicken sausage. We both also ordered a hive latte and it was good with balanced flavor. Our server was awesome as well! I’d definitely recommend if you’re looking for a breakfast on the healthier side.
