We had a fantastic experience at Woolley’s! We came for happy hour & dinner. The bar was extremely busy with the after work crowd, but there were several booths open. Our waitress was very kind and attentive. I can’t even explain how fast the food came out - we had drinks, appetizers, dinner, and dessert all in less than an hour. The food was delicious! I highly recommend the Korean beef tacos - they were outstanding. I also loved the French onion soup! My husband had the calamari and said it was okay, but nothing special. He’ll skip that one next time. I tried the Brussels sprouts- also okay, but nothing amazing. Definitely more of a steamed / sautéed side dish than an appetizer. Generous portions, though. We each tried the pasta, both of which were tasty. My husband had the black & blue pasta without the blue cheese - sounds like it defeats the purpose, but it didn’t. It was delicious! I had the pasta vodka, which was also tasty. We ended with some very affordable desserts! I had the whiskey caramel bread pudding - YUM - and husband had the white chocolate cheesecake. Both were great! We can’t wait to come back and try more food!

Had an awesome evening at Woolleys. We came in around 8pm when it happened to be very busy, but if you have patience then this isn’t an issue. Richard was our server and he was incredibly pleasant. He gave great recommendations and was very personable. We got the Korean beef tacos and Ahi tuna with pineapple salsa which were both delicious. Also got the guac burger w/ onion rings and it did not disappoint. Asked for it to be cooked medium and it came out medium which is always nice. Wish we came here sooner because we don’t have a chance to come back and try it again before leaving town!

Absolutely the best service from Richard! The Filet is a must! Just spring for it! It’s not a big area so get in early if you can but if you can’t get a table, order room service! You cannot go wrong with the pretzels! If they have them because they’re a favorite with everyone. If it’s cold, the French Onion Soup is fantastic!

This was a pretty good place I had the salmon with grilled broccoli. The broccoli was a whole literal broccoli which I hadn't seen before but they left the rubber band on it and if I hadn't seen it before I had put it in my mouth I would have eaten it and could've choked on it. The salmon was very good though. The tables were a little bit too small so it was hard to cut your food. And it took a while for the food to come out. And the prices were way too expensive. If you wanted a steak you were looking at $30 or more. Overall Id give it a 2.5

Came here on a business trip. Richard, my waiter was very professional and detailed oriented to my order. Great place to check out if you are staying at the Embassy Suite. Great for dining alone :) Great steak ! Medium rareeeeee

Loved it! I dined there on Sunday because I found their menu to be preferable to the "complimentary" offering provided by the hotel. The entire staff was lovely. Super personable! The bartender on duty that evening was John G. and he went above and beyond with all the guests. He was an expert not only in managing the bar business... but knowing the menu and recommending great dishes! I would definitely return... and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Minneapolis!

The food is fantastic but the service is even better. Very friendly helpful quick and reasonably priced highly recommended. Cherish , Chantel , Shannon and Emily Rock!!! What are you waiting for go there and have a beer and some supper !! Five stars plus. Can’t count how many different Beers on Tap.

The atmosphere is beautiful. I love the sky light, the music, and decor. It is an elegant place; perfect for a nice diner with my family. The server was very personable! Richard was his name; nice man! The food taste was not up to par. However, the service and beautiful atmosphere compensated for the poor tasting food.

Richard was wonderful. The only thing better than a great steak, delicious sides and a refreshing drink is awesome service. Thank you Richard for making us feel at home..
