So I was in a rush this morning and forgot to have breakfast so I stopped in here for a pleasant surprise. Wendy's hands down has the best breakfast potatoes of any fast food restaurant. Everything else is tasty as heck but those potatoes win. I will be returning the next time I am running behind and need a quick fix.

Today is July 26th at approximately 245p.m. I ordered a $5 biggie bag and the fries that came with it, let me just say I don't know who made them but they need a raise on my kids. Those fries were perfect. They didn't even taste like Wendy's fries. They were literally fried to perfection. I don't know who did it but somebody get that man or woman a raise. They deserve it!

I visited on 10/02/2021 and it was very busy. Brandon (name on receipt) took my order and offered a medium upgrade and I obliged. He informed me that the receipt would be in the bag. He noticed that I was using a mobility scooter and was very considerate and brought my food and drink to my table. I was very surprised and appreciated the great service he provided. The manager in the background was very tactful but got her point across. Maybe she could tone it down a bit. Thanks Brandon and the crew at E. Franklin Wendy's!

Gotta give it up for Dave, and that redheaded step child of his ! Their fries are still amazing, especially with a frosty! I can't even believe I dropped all my fries in the car though.... Oh did I mention that the chili sauce is off the chain, and I rarely eat fastfood, but if your thinking about it you might as well hit them up since they are located right on Franklin Ave! Oh give this review a thumbs up! Them don't forget to open your phone and write one of your own to let us know how you liked or disliked it! I bet you like it, because let's face it, their meat is WAY HIGHER QUALITY than their competition just sayin', and no one can beat Wendy's fries either, we who are I'm the know, totally know THAT! One of the only Wendy's you food is always hot and fresh..... I would go later in the evening.... That is when you will always get fresh food... Will be a line at most times,, but the wait is well worth it...

This particular location is in a tight spot. Took a while to get through the line in the drive thru. Food came out slowly after we got to the window. Staff was very pleasant. Order was correct but we received no napkins, straws, or sauce. Our order was 5 meals, four which needed sauce.

Place in my order and got my food pretty quick. I parked in their parking lot and when I was done eating, I was looking around to see if they have a trash bin that I can toss trash in, But I looked everywhere and there were none. Each location should place out trash bins outside in their lot and so customers can throw in their trash.

Positives: I like the customer service at this Wendy’s and the food is always fresh. When my order was wrong (only happened once), the girl at the window went above and beyond to fix it. I love that! ☺️ Negatives: It just so happens that I saw a mouse running around outside while I was ordering last time I went, but hey it is a restaurant. Lol At least they placed traps outside. I Love this store and it's employee's! They are the greatest! I HATE your speaker box that thing hasn't worked in a year it's not fair for people like me with throat cancer.. They can not hear me at all or anyone else for that matter.. Wendy's menu has many chicken sandwiches that are more flavourful than their beef sandwiches and are a much healthier as well. Wendy's hamburgers are very tasty but I now find myself ordering a chicken sandwich. That being said, their French Fries and Curly Fries are terrible. They are soggy and the cut with the peel on the ends makes them much less desirable. McDonald's fries are much better and they are the most ordered/eaten fries in the country. Wendy's should take a queue from McDonald's and serve good fries.

Almost all Wendy's are slightly disappointing. You wait for "fast food" and it's rarely very fresh. And the changed the 4 for 4 to not have the double stack and made it 5 for 4 but added bacon.

The food that we ordered was fresh, made-to-order, and the accuracy of our order was on point. Even though the restaurant was super busy because it was lunch time, the cashier and a manager that I interacted with were really chilled out and offering good customer service. It's also worth mentioning that they honored all the current advertised promotions / had them available.

Went on a Sunday evening to get a simple 10 piece spicy chicken nuggets, the guy at the first window wasn't able to take orders apparently so the lady at the 2nd window was having to take orders. They seemed short staffed so it was slow service, the nuggets were a bit warm and she gave me my BBQ sauce at least. It's fast food, so don't expect much

It is the service that I really like at this particular location. The cashier that served my small order was friendly and patient as I chose my small order of a junior cheeseburger and small fries. He asked if I wanted anything drink and I declined. We chatted a little bit about the weather and I told him that the cold was a good excuse to spend a couple dollars to get a little break from the cold. He smiled and offered me a coffee free of charge. That made my day ...a small gift from a friendly person who works hard but wants to make everyone's experience better. The areas are clean and the food as good as it should be.

I don't usually have anything to say about a fast food place, since the whole idea is to be identical, but I really enjoyed eating here.

I usually don't review fast food because of low employee retention, but this place is different. I've been coming here for about 10 years. Not once have I received bad service. Not only is the quality of food constantly outstanding, but the customer sevice is top notch. I'm greeted with a smile and kind words every time. My food is always fresh and it is usually brought to me in a timely manner. If I do end up waiting for a longer period of time, they apologize and offer me a size upgrade or a free shake. Every single one of these employees makes some of the best chefs ands servers I've worked with in fine dining resturants look like amateurs. Wendy's needs to invest more in this location and their employees.

While this place has all the trappings of a fast food place in a less than steller area (such as a pop machine behind the counter and bathroom doors that are opened electronically from the front desk), the good was still good and we got our food quickly. They lack a fifth star because there was nothing steller about them. They were just average.

I'm giving this location 5 stars because of the excellent service we received from Macekala. This spot is small and of course it's just another Wendy's but the whole staff seems very nice and they seem to actually enjoy their time at work. We'll be coming back here for all our fast food needs!

Having worked for Wendy's in high school and college, it rates pretty good for a hamburger joint. Plenty of options, choices, variety. Pick between a hamburger, chicken sandwich, salad, chili, baked potato, fries. That's right, Wendy's is one of the few that will serve you a baked potato at a fact food restaurant and it's really good. Grab a single, double, or triple hamburger to curb that appetite. Dave really knew what he was doing when he started Wendy's. Don't forget to grab a Frosty for desert, it's not like anything you've had before. For the adventurous type try dipping those hot fries into a Frosty for a real treat. Give it a try.
