I ordered a ragin' pepperoni pizza. It was very this is the second night in a row I've ordered it. The 14" pizza size is perfect for the hungry people. Large chunks of crunchy bacon are spread over the pizza. The quantity of pepperoni slices is perfect, they are a little crunchy too which is the best taste. The pizza is very greasy, pools of grease can be seen throughout the pizza. I ordered hand tossed which was so good, the bread tastes so good! I'd recommend Toppers for a nice family pizza, definitely greasy and filled with toppings, just the way I like it!

Second time ordering. Delivery the first time and would rather just pickup than to wait an extra 40 minutes AND pay more for the same pizza. The second order was hotter and just tastes great. Most complaints are about delivery. Just pick-up and it’s a 5 star! Right next to the airport and all the hotels. Dont miss this one ❤️

The pizza came in 30 minutes! That’s one of the fastest deliveries I’ve experienced. Along with that, we got the Alfredo pizza and the cinnamon sugar monkey bread it was all fantastic.

Love this team of pizza artists and transporters! They’re always super pleasant and accurate with our orders - even when I order for our friend with a garlic allergy! They were my go-to last night when the power went out, and even though it was a holiday right at dinner time they were here even faster than they quoted to save our hangry tummies.

Walked in with my family of 6 and Tucker took great care of us! Helped us take advantage of as many coupons as possible to keep the price down. Got some crazy tater-tot pizza, which although not my favorite, was quite the experience! Kids loved the cinnamon bread sticks--which they even topped with sprinkles for the kids! Thanks Toppers!

Listen, from beginning to end Tucker made me feel welcome. There were 2 pizza cooks in the back and instead of clocking out and leaving, they stayed and waited patiently for my order. I was super indecisive but they helped me. It was like a well oiled machine. 30 bucks well spent. Completely upfront and genuine experience .

I heard this location (Richfield) was under new management and they are making improvements already. From the moment I ordered, the rep was friendly and was proactive with what deals/discounts applied to my order. The pizza was ready when I arrived, and the same rep I talk to on the phone was very welcoming in-store. I feel bad for forgetting his name, but he know who he is. Thanks a million my man!

I come by roughly 4 nights a week. The staff are awesome and the food has been great without issue so far on my end. Ive been coming here for about a month now and while i have noticed during the busiest times should any order be neglected or overlooked due to time constraints for the store that the staff or if needed the manager adresses it promptly and with appreciation of the situation at hand once realized. Mostly i tend to just get the smokey bbq boneless wings. Which as ive been coming here is a good thing in my favor as their bone in wings have on at least one night while I've been present just entirely sold out from demand. Otherwise I'll get the medium pizza from their 6.99 deals along with my wings or get myself a tall boy pizza and on occasion their garlic topper stix. Anyways the gist is give them a try if you need a bite to eat and your in their delivery space! They're open later then most pizza delivery in the area too so you don't need to rush in deliberation if your hungry at 1am.

This was my first Toppers experience and definitely won’t be my last!! We are on a little ‘staycation’ for spring break and needed an evening snack. I tried to order online but it wasn’t working for some reason so I called. A very enthusiastic lady took my order and found me a great deal to save some money! They estimated about 45 minutes. They arrived early at our hotel (which NEVER happens when I order pizza anywhere else) and called when they got here. Dan very patiently waited while my hubby took the time to get downstairs after some confusion about who was supposed to get the pizza 🤦🏼‍♀️. Not only was everything SO delicious, but they even brought us plates and napkins!! Guys.... the plates blew my mind! 😂 I’ve had a fair share of family vacations where we order pizza to the hotel and I’ve never had them bring us plates. Way to go, Toppers!! Let us know when you make your way toward Maple Lake, MN and you’ll have a loyal customer out of me!

Thin crust was good. Wings not so much. Not the chicken but the sauce, I don’t like it but that’s not on them. Ordered via Uber eats and it got to my hotel in about 20-25 minutes. That would be expected. Came hot. Veggies seem fresh. Good even portions. Baked to the point that the end of the crust is starting to burn. Exactly the way I like a crispy thin crust. The cut could be better though as it ripped in the center when pulling out slices.

Recently ordered two pizzas and two Cheesy breads from Toppers. Had my daughter pick up the order so she didn’t exactly know what the entire order was. She gets home and doesn’t have everything. They messed up the orders so I had to call back up there and get the right order for myself and family. I’m not writing this review because of the food I’m actually writing it because of the service in my opinion it was handled well. They apologize for mixing up the order, They remade the order and apologized. I appreciate the way that the manager and her staff handle the situation. For that alone I will be back.

The staff was super nice and the place seem pretty upbeat when I stop to pick up my pizza. The only problem was they screwed up my order so they had to remake it while I was there. I wasn’t in a hurry so I didn’t mind too much and the pizza did taste great. Without the weight they would’ve had five stars for sure.

Took advantage of the great 2 or more for $5.99 each deal and had it delivered. Delivery was a few minutes late but Ms. Jerie made up for it with a phone call and stellar attitude and service! Giving a 5 star review cause I have ordered quite a bit of toppers. The topperstix are my favorite and no other pizza place has anything like it. Mankato location was awesome! The Bloomington location has been great as well! One complaint is once in a while you just get a dud. My last order I have to order from door dash unfortunately since I am barely out of range of there delivery I order a triple original topperstix. I don't know if the person making it was having a bad day or what but it was just bread. Cheese would be on like a fraction of each stix and it was cold but that was probably more on door dash for not having drivers available. It's unfortunate because I paid 20 dollars not even including tip for the driver. Frustrated but maybe I'll have to go pickup and make sure it looks good in store rather than delivery

Edit: I’d just like to say that it was nice the owner reached out to me. I guess we just got two really bad pizzas. Will eventually give this place another change. I’ll be changing my review from a 1 to a 5 because we’ve always enjoyed toppers and it was nice that the owner reached out to us. Thanks for the communication. Usually we like the pizza from here but in the last week or two they must have changed the recipe and ingredients because it’s bad now. I don’t know if it’s all toppers or just this location but the difference is noticeable. I’m not sure if the choice to use lower quality ingredients is because of covid making them spend less money or just them trying something different to make more of a profit for a pizza for the same price. It’s upsetting because we used to love this place. The pizza dough is different, the toppings under the cheese, the sauce is different and you can even tell the difference in cheese. People can tell the difference. Won’t be ordering from here again.

New to the area and looking to replace our former favorite eateries. Some frequented for 34 years. I read the mixed reviews, wanting to give Toppers a chance. We had an order of the Cheese Bread, we liked the way it baked up. As for the pizza, the sausage was good. We tried three different pizzas, we would have liked more sauce and there was very little cheese. On the hand tossed , we felt to much crust on the edges . Even our favorite pizza shop in S Mpls had an off night. We’ll try you again.

I just placed an online order, ive ordered here before and it was delicious! The staff was extremely flexible with my overly late pickup and complicated order last time as well. I read the negative reviews seems as though isolated incidents or overly picky people. This is a small business take those reviews with a grain of salt. Our community is far better off with less corporate managed chain restaurants filled with robotic workers.

Ordered a pizza for carry out, was told 35-45 mins. Really they meant it would be an hour and forty five minutes after my order. “At least it’s fresh” is what they said on the way out. Seems to be a pattern at this location. Better options in the area.

I'm a very patient person idk if anyone else is but they texted me and let me know they had a 48 pizza order and I was okay with the hour and a half wait the pizza came and it is perfect thank you toppers it was quite a wait from the other times but it is okay I understand thank you for the AWESOME PIZZA!!! Toppers pizza is hands down in its own class! The pizzas we got didn’t seem like a delivery style pizza. They had so much favor and not greasy at all, which seems to be the case for some other companies. Toppers will definitely be our first option when getting deliver pizza going forward. The Taco type was everyone’s favorite. We ordered online (super easy site) and they delivered 20 minutes earlier than the time given on the receipt notice. Great company!

All I have to say is that from the moment I walked through the door, Jasmine made me feel like I had a good friend who worked at Toppers! Hahaha I have someone on the inside!!! She was very friendly and attentive! She was also very compassionate towards my review of my last experience at another Toppers location. She took it personally that I was not satisfied with my last order, and reassured me that she would make it right. After taking my order, she asked if there was anything else I would like to add (to my order). I requested that she make my order with love! Lmao, it always tastes better when it's made with love! She said it would be her pleasure! Needless to say, she made my Toppers experience top notch! And she actually DID make it with love! I made a Doordash pickup but I have also ordered food before. The food was ready when I arrived but it seemed fresh out of the oven, the man behind the counter quickly greeted me and got the order ready for me, and gave me extra information about the customer who made the order. Made my job easier and it was the last order of my night. I am happy to see delivery restaurants who streamline their process with doordash, it brings customers out of their delivery range and gives me a job. As someone who has worked delivery before doordash I like being treated as another worker when many places don't see me that way.

Toppers is as good as any chain pizza chain in Bloomington. In fact, Toppers is far superior to Domino's in every aspect. Not only do they deliver the pizza themselves, it arrived still hot and was cooked absolutely perfectly. That is rare. The fact that they deliver it themselves makes a big impact. Door dash is generally clueless and they never know anything about my apartment complex. The Toppers driver was a proper professional pizza delivery guy. He was even familiar with my building and kept my walk to a minimum. The pizza was the Hawaiian special they make. The slightly sweet sauce elevates the pizza. I will be using Toppers from now on for delivered pizza. 5 star deliver place!!

Gotta give a huge thanks to Patrick! After I had issues with a previous order. He remade the pizza for me. The new pizza tasted way better for sure. The buffalo chicken Mac and cheese bacon pizza is amazing!!! But one suggestion bring back the taco pizza it was so amazing!

I called this location an the young man who answered was beyond amazing with answering my questions and making sure I got exactly what would best for me. When I arrived right away I called him out, You’re the guy I was speaking with huh? However my food was done soon as I arrived with napkins peppers cheese & plates, I didn’t have to ask for NOTHINGGGG... As I was I was leaving my napkins tried to escape the young queen who works for the store then say let that napkin fly I’ll get it an toss it away, Which again made me feel goooood. Holding my food was more important then the napkin. However as I road back to work, Eating a slice of pizza thinking “THEY WERE AWESOME” I must thank them again so I called the store an thanked them again, It made them feel good as well. Moral of the story is GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE GOES ALONG WAYS. I’ve been talking to A*oles for the last few days. So when I spoke with these employees I felt appreciated & guided to make the best decision. Thank you to the cook pizza tasted great, thanks to the man who took my order, an to the queen who knew if I dropped that pizza I was gonna raise hell you had my back LOL... Toppers pizza's owner and management are great to do business with. They truly care about customer service, and don't tolerate employees that mistreat customers. That can't be said about many other businesses, as it is a rare quality these days. Thanks Toppers Pizza, Derek, and Jason for saving us from Dominos pizza down the road, the driver tonight was cool too, didn't catch his name, but we talked about dogs, and dogs are sweet. Just wanted to make sure I boosted the Toppers - Bloomington team for turning a lame situation around quickly. I placed my order using ezCater, and the order got lost between the app and the restaurant. When the pizzas didn’t come by my scheduled order time - I called, and the fumble was discovered. With 50+ hungry adult jiu jitsu practitioners waiting, the Topper’s Bloomington management not only expedited the order, but they delivered extra pizzas and plates, applied a discount, and got to me in about 20 minutes time. I think that deserves a bravo! Thanks team. You make Akagi Jiu Jitsu happy customers!

My friend Samiiya mentioned this restaurant to me and it was really good. The customer service was my favorite part. Not only were they polite but they were very respectful. I also enjoyed the food and the prices were really good. Overall worth the hype. I would definitely come back here.

I normally have awesome service and great food! This time not AT ALL!! While on the phone with my ILL mother because she is not feeling well.....there was a missed call! Called the number back several times NO answer after about an hour an 20 mins total time, I called toppers to see what was going on with my order (that I paid by debit card $41.59)!!! He said the driver called several times (LIES) ONLY CALLED ONCE!! My food arrived about 2 1/2 hrs (total time) from my original delivery order! My Pizza was COLD, MAC-N-CHEESE COLD & HARD, & My 2 orders of "monkey bread" was doughy as if it wasn't thoroughly!!! Very disappointed, The LAST thing I feel right now is.....VALUED AS A CUSTOMER!!!

But the way the management took care of it was beyond amazing he realized that I don't live near this location, but noticed I work just out side of his other stores delivery range. And he said he will deff make an exception. Never have I had a recovery handled so well. The best part about Toppers is the Topperstix! The pizza is good but I don't find it any better than most other places. They can be a little more expensive than some other pizza places, but they usually have some good deals. Definitely check those out before ordering.

Sam C is an idiot. If it smells like poop everywhere she goes then maybe she should look under her own foot. This place was excellent, quick, tasty, and affordable. Excellent food and customer service EVERY TIME!! They even put in a pizza for me a little while ago 5 minutes before they closed! No problems. Who else delivers as late as Toppers?! My friends and I know that this is the best pizza around. I laugh at anyone who compares Toppers to Little Ceasers. CON- You're going to pay more for Toppers than you would for some other guys. If price is your concern, then go to the cheaper guys around. PRO- BEST TASTING PIZZA, FROM QUALITY INGREDIENTS! Fresh dough, never frozen. If quality and taste rock your world like me, then stop in or order here. You get what you pay for by far. Little Ceasers lol - Ish!

Omg - if you’re looking for the best value for your money, look no further. A large house pizza (our fav is BBQ Chicken MAC & Cheese) with a large order of topperstix (original add pepper jack) is only $20 total and feeds multiple meals! A staple on our household!

(Original) Mi orden tardo mas de 40 minutos al parecer hubo un error en el pedido, y me dieron la pizza seca y quemada mis hijos no la quisieron comer, solo terminaron comiendo el postre ☹️e comprado antes aqui y la verdad siempre tardan mucho en tener la orden lista, a un que en el track dice que ya esta lista para recoger.
