Even though I'm not a sports fan, the staff and overall look of Tom's made the atmosphere full of very good energy! The tuna tower was better than I expected. The texture & layered flavors made me smile throughout. The prime rib dip was exactly how it should be: Savory. Only a couple bites of the strawberry cheesecake but that alone will bring me back again for more. Even the Shirley Temple tasted special. Topping it off was the very timely service. Our server, Rubi, was engaged & sweet. Her assistant Lee, was is & always will be awesome. The best. I have a feeling Tom's can survive downtown Minneapolis for quite awhile if they can keep that energy going. The food speaks for itself so give it a try.

My wife and I were visiting Minneapolis for the weekend and decided to stop in at Tom’s. We were immediately greeted by their friendly staff and and a great atmosphere. Both Jay and Sebella were friendly and helpful and made our lunch a great experience. We were able to play on their simulator machine where we could golf, play hockey, football, and so much more. The food was amazing! The mac and cheese was some of the best we’ve had and their fried chicken was top notch! Next time we are back in town we will definitely be visiting again. Highly recommend you check them out!

There’s no other place in Minnesota, like Tom’s Watch Bar. The atmosphere on game day was electric and insanely fun. Having worked in the restaurant business for years, I appreciate how well thought out this place is. It was completely packed, yet we weren’t crammed in there, and it still felt comfortable. I would describe the food as “elevated sports bar” without all the fuss of a fancy restaurant. I’m still not sure how they have managed to curate all the best servers and bartenders in one place, especially during a global “labor shortage” 🧐 Ice Cold beverages & warm service make for the hottest and coolest place in town! Kudos to the entire team tv👏

Excellent experience with service, atmosphere and food was very good. They take bar food to the next level; Pickle brined crispy chicken fingers (with quality chicken breast) and fried pickles were amazing. Drinks are well priced for DT. Great energy from all staff. High quality TVs every where. We didn’t play virtual golf but it is a cool addition that we will be back for.

I’ve now been to Tom’s a few times and have had the best time! Cannot recommend it enough for Vikings games especially! While I have had nothing short of amazing experiences with the staff (food runners, manager, bartenders, etc) Taylor and Cody are the absolute best servers and if you ever go - ask for one of them!

Great experience, food was good, Services was great, plenty of TVs to watch multiple games at the same time. The overall experience was really good. Great place to go when visiting. Have been numerous times while here. Great service and atmosphere, specially if you are a sports fan. I've tried a few things but the nachos are, by far, my favorite and get them every time since the first time having them. It does get busy on big game days, so getting there earlier on those days is a must if you want a good seat. Service is pretty good as well.

Came in with my dad to watch the Vikings game. Had a great time, in this new downtown spot that has a great atmosphere, that is perfect for watching big sport events. Our server Hailee was amazing! She was very friendly along with attentive and talkative. She made an already great time even better with her being our server. Highly recommend here if you’re looking for a place to watch your favorite sports teams

Super fun experience! Our server Taylor was the highlight as she was super attentive and knowledgeable on the menu (it’s a new place with a big menu, so the help was appreciated). They had a decent crowd with at least 7 different games on. The Wild were on the main screens and Taylor put the game I wanted to watch on the tv right in front of me. Highly recommend this place, especially if you get Taylor as your server!

Great to have another spot to go to before Timberwolves games! Drinks were good and food was pretty standard. Felt like the portions were a little small for an appetizer and service was a bit slow, but that’s pretty par for the course for new places

Taylor the blonde waitress (very beautiful girl inside and out) was very knowledgeable on the menu items! Answered all of my questions and I have a gluten and dairy allergy so it’s nice to know I can come here and be served by Taylor and not be worried because she knows the menu very well and will advise me on what I can and cannot have. She is also very good with kids! My two year old was throwing a tantrum until Taylor made him laugh and brought him fries ahead of the rest of our meal to help him calm down. Will definitely be coming back mainly for Taylor but food was also amazing.

1st time in Minneapolis and we ended up at Tom's. Very cool spot. Ordered BBQ wings which were on point. My son ordered Nashville Hot Chicken which he said was very good too. Great garlic fries too. Our server, Cody, was a GREAT host and a GREAT ambassador to all things Minneapolis for us to do this week while we're here. Gonna have to come back again before we go back home to Phoenix.

The staff was incredible from start to finish being attentive and helpful. Food was good with a menu for everyone to find something they like (many vegetarian options). Location was great for Target Center and not far from the Twins Stadium. Try the TopGolf bays too while you are here for some Zombie Dodgeball.

I'm beyond ecstatic at the exceptional customer service provided by the beautiful Sebella. Her professionalism and service were unmatched and it wouldn't be far fetched to say she provided the best experience at a restaurant I've ever received. I honestly don't know if I can come back to Tom's because I'm almost certain no one else would be able to match the superb personality and helpfulness. Oh did I mention she's just an all around great human! 10 out of 10 would highly recommend!

My friend and I came to watch the Vikings vs Giants playoff game. It was crazy and fun and packed. It was a 2 hour wait to be sat at a table so we took our chances at one of the open seating tables. Our server, Jasmine K., was RIDICULOUSLY awesome. She could have easily been flustered or annoyed or snippy and been well within her right but she was cool, calm, and collected the whole time. Honestly, from what I could tell, everyone on the floor today was fun and awesome. The food servers were also cool and friendly even when everyone was running into them (including me, unfortunately) and they weren't hostile or anything. Also, in general this place will be my go-to to watch games in the future. It was my first visit, and I will absolutely be back. They didn't *just* have the game on, they made it a party. I genuinely hope this place lasts. If today is any indicator, I think it will.

Hands down the best service in Downtown Minneapolis!!!! You have to come! Jason is phenomenal. He made us feel welcomed and at home. His staff are extremely attentive and friendly. If you go in, ask for Michelle! Her recommendations Rock! Alana is who got us in the door. She is friendly and welcoming. My husband and I have been to the one in Denver, and let me tell you, Minneapolis did not disappoint! Definitely coming back! Heck, we might come back today after the Twolves game! Super cool new sports bar!! It has a ton of TVs, good vibe, good food and drinks but kind of expensive! It was really busy right before a Wolves game and we still were able to get a table for 5 without a wait! Our server Taya was so attentive and helpful too! Would def go back!

Amazing, state of the art, TVs with all the angles covered. You can stand or sit anywhere and see a game clearly. Staff was highly friendly and made me feel at home. Didn’t eat any food, but the menu had a lot of very interesting pub-food items, priced on par with other places that offer lesser quality. An example would be: they have a walleye fish and chips vs the standard Cod fish you’d get elsewhere. One caveat is the beer is very highly priced. They have liquor specials to offset that. But if you’re a beer drinker like me, you might get sticker shock when you see what they charge. I recommend checking the drink menu first to avoid any misunderstandings. All in all, it’s a great environment for those looking for a great sports watching experience, much better than average bar food, and a friendly staff; right at the foot of the Target Center- a fun location. I’ll definitely be back to watch my English Premier League games, on my days off from work.

It was soft opening the atmosphere was great staff was very attentive food was very good. The prime rib dip was great I don’t usually get a dip sandwich but after seeing one come out to another table I had to try it. Then to top it off the generous portion of cheesecake was the best. We don’t go downtown mpls for dining very often but will go to Tom’s again great opening

Our group of three were seated immediately upon entering at 5:30 on a Friday. This place is huge! A server brought glasses and a carafe of ice water about 5 seconds later. Right behind him came our waitress, Precious. She gave us some time to look at the menu and answered some questions we had. I ordered the tuna poke bowl. The ingredients were plentiful and fresh. I feel like it needed more of a salt ingredient which extra soy would provide but I ate about 2/3 of it and only stopped once sated. My brother ordered the prime rib sandwich which he thought was fabulous. The accompanying fries were great, (I had one.) My brother-in-law had the chicken club which he thought was exceptional. This place is on pricy side for what other bars charge less for, but I promise it's much better than normal bar food and we considered it 'worth it.' Precious is a great waitress and had a decided positive impact on our first trip to this establishment. This is a nice place for pre-theater dining, as well as hanging out with friends to watch sports on their enormous televisions. We will return.

Finally there is a modern sports bar downtown with sportsbook-style consolidated screens, two-sided bar with lots of seating, and even a simulated golf tee. Tired of old ‘sports bars’ with a few small screens at odd angles? This is your place - I’ll be watching sports here more often!

Toms Watch Bar is a must! If you’re in the Minneapolis area you have to stop here. By far the newest, most fun sports bar in downtown Minneapolis. Food is 10/10 and staff is even better. My friend and I stopped into Tom's after a visit to the Minneapolis Institute of Art, and though neither of us are sports aficionados, we had a truly wonderful time. Aside from the delicious food, our server, Takoda, was phenomenal. He was so polite, helpful, attentive, and the highlight of our dining experience. Absolutely fabulous server. I highly recommend this establishment for anyone seeking a new eatery in the Twin Cities!

Nice to have a kitchen open past 10 p.m. downtown. Tom's brightens up and livens up Hennepin at 6th. Feels safe. Valet from Fogo available.

Nice atmosphere, especially for game day. Service is fine for how crowded it is - very friendly just a little slow. Food is good, above average for bar food, but VERY pricey. We had 4 people and got one round of drinks (only 3 alcoholic) while we waited for a table and it was $50. The rest of our bill, for just my husband and I, was $150 - we each had an appetizer and 3 beers.

Went to Tom’s Watch Bar at 4:30pm on a Thursday to try their happy hour. Unfortunately, they don’t have one! Three beers and an order of nachos ended up being $80 w/ tip. Way over priced for what’s there. The venue, location and staff were all wonderful but I’m not going to watch a game there when I can have twice the food and drinks at the same price by walking two blocks.

Cool atmosphere and great spot to watch a game. Our server was attentive and suggested the $5 shots which were fun for the table and the best deal they had considering a 12oz can of Coors costs $9. The appetizers were on par with the surrounding restaurants and the chicken strips were crisp and juicy, however they were not worth $19. Our tab came out to be $94 for two people plus hummus for the table. Verdict: great spot to watch a game if you don't mind paying more than usual.

Went in grand opening day. Bryan, our bartender was great! Clear knowledge on the menu and recommended us drinks that we loves. We left and had to come back later that night. That’s when we met Rami. She made us feel comfortable the moment we walked back into toms! You quickly knew she was the person to be around and ask questions about the food, drinks, company, and the area. The staff also seemed to love her just as much as we did. They were having a great time with each other in the most professional way ever. Wonderful experience! We stopped in for a drink after a Timberwolves game and our server Topher was outstanding! Wonderful personality and great recommendations! Try the Lemon and Lavender martini (Topher recommended this and I was in love.. so good.) The menu looked outstanding but sadly we didn’t want to travel on the tram with to go bags and had to get back to out hotel due to other events planned. Will definitely go back next time we are in town and will request him.

Tonight I was at Tom’s sport bar with my friends to have a beer after work and I spend a really good time at this place, Our sever Sebella did a great job 👏 bringing us our beers and food on time and she always was keeping an eye on us to check if we were ok or if we still need something. I sauntered into Tom’s Watch bar on a frigid Thursday night in December. What I assumed would be a chill night evolved into so much more as Keke, the bar tender, appeared wearing her big hoop earrings, exuding energy seen normally in establishments I can’t afford. Keke went above and beyond to not only cater to my every need, but learned my name to boot. While not necessary, service such as what I was shown tonight is rare and to be commended. This place needs to take reservations and then just leave walk ins for the bar so people who are willing to wait for that will do it. Every time we come here we can’t get seated. People tend to come here and then sit there all day, so unless you come a few hours earlier than whatever game you want to watch and sit there drinking for three hours prior you probably won’t get seated - or if you do you’ll have to wait atleast an hour with nowhere to sit and wait. This bar is so chaotic. There is also nowhere convenient to park nearby so you might go pay for parking in a ramp just to get there and find out you can’t get seated.

She B-fantastic !!!B was fast with service and super friendly. You really don’t run into this type of friendly in Minneapolis. She is funny and she thought we were funny too. The drinks were good and she didn’t sit still she was just as friendly to all the others as well and when she wasn’t making a drink she was cleaning and stocking the bar, she always was with a beautiful smile in her face.

Met some friends here on Sunday and had a blast. Great atmosphere and was blown away by the food. I was like the prime rib sandwich sounds like a nice idea but was skeptical because everyone throws out 5 stars too much I’m always questioning the credibility. The prime rib sandwich was fantastic. It was so good that after the game my friend ordered one and I started eating his. Another thing that was so fun was the vibes and staff. Great crowd. They were all having fun. Shy was our waitress she was great. Beers were cold. The layout of the bar was stellar for playoff football. I can’t stop thinking about the prime rib sandwich w dipping gravy and fries it’s crazy. Great spot !

I came in tonight with family for the first time before the timberwolves game and the great atmosphere was the first thing I noticed. We got seated right away even though it was a busy. Jayden was our server and she was freaking PHENOMENAL!!!! So attentive and friendly. We had so many questions about the menu being it was our first time and she answered all of them honestly and was very knowledgeable. We went with her recommendation of the lavender lemon drop and the deep dish nachos.. both were fantastic!! If you go to Tom's ask for Jayden! She definitely made the experience and we will be back again!
