The food was delicious as always! We do a family girls night every year for the Never Ending Shrimp and these ladies do not disappoint! I eat the Alfredo, cause I'm weird like that! 🤣 Our server Deb was absolutely amazing! This is not our first rodeo with her and we are always so happy when we get her! She's on top of it and had those next orders in before they were even placed! She's truly amazing!

Wife and I had the Friday fish and chips special. Fish was good but a little on the greasy side. The cole slaw was so saucy I couldn't eat it though. Son had the fish sandwich, meat have been good since he ate the whole thing. We also had the cheesecake because they ran out of the key lime pie. It was good.

Amazing seafood like always! It seems like they've raised their prices in the last year, but maybe not... service was just ok. It was during closing time so we didn't get too upset about the energy level or the check-in/followup times.

Quick Anniversary lunch. Our server was phenomenal. We were in a bit of a hurry had to get the kids off the bus but wanted to get a quick lunch date for the anniversary in. I had the Baha shrimp bowl. It was amazing. Our server was on top of everything. Thank you for making my afternoon great!!

Always delicious, but this Monday was Endless Shrimp! I love their coconut shrimp and grilled skewers. There's also scampi or breaded & fried shrimp. Shrimp lover paradise. My bride had salmon and said it was very, very good.

First Class Operation We just completed our 4th visit in as many months & it was fantastic as the other 3!! EVERY aspect of this restaurant is first class. It is very clean with nice music at a perfect level. The service & food preparation are always on point. The greeter Phillipe & server Lexie consistently make patrons feel welcome. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Excellent food and service! Haven’t had a bad experience at your restaurant! I would like to suggest that it may be time to replace your sharp knives. They look very old and worn. They (and the silverware) also look like they may need either a good scrubbing or lime away.

I took my boys for our Friday night dinner and our server Lexi and food was amazing. Our server was on it and friendly and our meal was hot and fresh . The front staff was very warm and welcoming as well… 5 stars all around!

5he food was , as always, excellent. The service was not. No one asked if any thing else was needed, the check was ploped on the table before we could even ask for dessert. My friend was told she was rude for asking for more coffee. I will return because the owner and kitchen staff are wonderful and the menu offers a tasty variety of entrees.

Today the server started out with a little ATTITUDE... But by the end of the meal she seemed to have come to her senses. I had my regular Ultimate Feast with the lobster tail wood fire grilled and a side of shrimp linguine. The crab legs did come out a little cold for all of the orders at the table. I also tried the Tito's Strawberry Lemonade it was pretty tasty !!!

Had a chance to sample the Lobsterfest menu for a late Valentine's Day dinner. We had a great server, Andrea who told me the Coconut Maine Lobster Tail in the Lobster in Paradise Meal was one of her favorites! Great choice! The crispy, sweet coconut breading pairs so well with the sweetness of the lobster meat! Great coconut dipping sauce too! Was a little apprehensive at first but, it was quite delicious.The grilled shrimp were tasty although a bit overcooked. However, the Lobster and Shrimp in Pineapple Buerre Blanc had nice pieces of lobster (even claw meat!) and perfectly cooked shrimp. Also recommend the Bacon Wrapped Scallops. Perfectly cooked sweet scallops paired extremely well with the thick-cut, smoky bacon. Liked that it was a straight forward preperation and no sauce hiding that wonderful scallop texture and sweet taste.The Yucatan Shrimp in Chili Lime Butter were quite delicious with enough citrus and jalapeño to get our attention. Very rich, savory Lobster Bisque had a huge amount of lobster flavor and adequate chunks of meat. Must try the Crispy Brussels Sprouts side dish! The frying helps take away the bitterness and gives it a great texture! Nice sweet and slightly salty sauce with some crunchy onion and greens for garnish. Great job!

Server was on point all night. Brought beverage refills before we were out, food was hot when it was delivered to the table. Even brought out another basket of cheddar bay biscuits when we were low. All in sll a great experience.

Even though tables were when arrived we were told it would be a 5 to 10 minute wait. 20 minutes later we were sat at a table that was empty when we arrived. Had endless shrimp for me and my friend had the Thursday lunch special of Walt's favorite shrimp. Server Amanda C was great. The kitchen messed up with my shrimp. My friend said both of his drinks were good.

We lucked out and found it to be a very NOT BUSY restaurant on the 4th of July. Got seated right away, excellent service, friendly staff. We had the tilapia & shrimp and lobster & coconut shrimp - with a much too large mango daquiri (see the pictures). She said since you're sharing do you want the large one?!? It's a trick! Say no. It's enough for four people at least. Lol

The employees at Red Loster Blaine location went beyond expectations. My brother, his wife, and myself took my parents ther for there 65th anniversary. The hostess helped get my parents in and seated, my dad uses a walker and my mom is in a wheelchair, while I parked my car. The extra help was appreciated. The waitress was attentive and picked up on cues very quickly. Mom has dementia and wanted a drink but hasn't had alcohol in years. The waitress helped mom decide on a drink and when she asked if mom wanted alcohol or not and mom said yes, the waitress picked up my head shake no and the small amount signal I was making with my hand. Mom got want she wanted without feeling diminished in any way and without us having to worry about any side affects of alcohol with mom's medication. The waitress had great emotional intelligence. Mom and dad got the Date Night Experience for Two (lobster tails, shrimp, steaks, and mac and cheese). It was glorious seeing my parents eyes light up when it was brought out. When we all were done, the waitress brought out some ice cream for my parents to share with plate decorated with their wedding date. This was not planned; the staff took it upon themselves to do this. It really made my parents feel special. Kudos to this Red Lobster location. They were amazing and we were appreciative.

The drinks were Amazing! My waiter was Amazing!...very bubbly. He came by multiple times to make sure we liked our food. We said yes but those potatoes were nasty..yet again Which seems to be most locations. Only once was the potatoes on point! We will just opt for another side for now on. He was kind enough to even ask us if they were good because he over heard mine and my husband's worry early on in the ordering process so when we went to pay he asked!. I said no there weren't good. But we just didnt have time to request an alternative we were on a date night and needed to leave for the movie! But we had a great time because our waiter was there for us and very nice! Next time I'm getting a name!

I love Red Lobster! The service is always good. If you go, you should ask to be seated in Nate's section, he is the best! The Argentinan shrimp is to die for and the rest of the food is great too. You really can't go wrong!

Only been a few times and never had any issues! Service and food both good, nothing super above average though, as far as seafood goes. Only complaint is having to ask for the cheddar biscuits instead of them just coming to the table with beverages.

I went out for Valentine’s Day this weekend. I had made a reservation for 6 PM but arrived a few minutes early. While I was prepared to wait a few minutes, I was impressed that they were basically able to seat us right away. We had Jarred as a server and I thought he did a great job. He was very informative on the menu and when we asked him something that he didn’t know, he was upfront about it and was able to get the answer for us instead of just guessing. He also recommended the stuffed mushrooms as an appetizer which I’m not sure we would’ve tried otherwise, they were amazing. We both got the Ultimate Surf & Turf from their Lobster Fest menu which was pretty good. The steak was requested medium rare and it was pretty close to that. I added a side of mashed potatoes with langostino and Norway lobster which was an excellent choice. My only real critique would be the fact that the kitchen staff seemed to be having trouble keeping up with the demand for bread throughout the restaurant. This could’ve been due to something going on in the back of the house as the restaurant itself was as busy as it could’ve been due to covid restrictions. This was my first time at Red Lobster in awhile but I do hope to make it back soon!

The service was alright. There are some good waitors and waitresses. However it took us a half an hour to order, and another half an hour to receive our food. The food was also alright. It definitely could be better. The salad was absolutely drenched in dressing. As you see in the photo, we received a rotten potato, this however was quickly resolved. Overall this experience was okay, but I've definitely seen better.

Went for the endless shrimp. Four options available. Our table only had 2 of them. Both delicious. Endless cheddar biscuits, bit smaller in size which is helpful. Most pleasant waitperson. Totally fab experience!

I gave it 3 star's, I understand that prices on everything has gone up but it should not reflect the quality. We did the Shrimp Deal and everything came out cold, now you only get one side so if you do a salad you get that right away and that is it nothing with your shrimp. If it was not for our waitress it would be 2 stars, she was very nice and tried to make everything better.

Stopped in with the wife for a mid afternoon snack. I ordered mussels in wine sauce and from the small bites menu the ahi tuna. The mussels satisfied the craving I have been having for some time. The tuna bites were awesome. Raw tuna in a ginger sesame marinade. I will be back for more. The wife enjoyed the clam chowder and some lobster artichoke dip. Completely satisfied with the service. I haven't been to this location in almost 10 years because of mortifying service my family and I received. Today my brother and I had lunch there today out of convenience and today was an absolute 180 from our experience 10 years ago. Beth, our waitress was above and beyond spectacular. I told her I will definitely be bringing my family back to this location again. Management was friendly and showed real concern about my experience. Being treated like a human being goes real far in my book and this Red Lobster location has the goods in both food and service. Thank you again RL team, we'll be back to see you real soon! E2

I did the Take Out at this location, and it was fantastic!! I can see why the restaurant is always busy. My order was correct, cooked correctly (steak) and was ready on time. I will give five stars and just one suggestion; maybe put the fries in their own little aluminum foil pouch, then they won't soak up the juices from the steak, wich made them soggy. Otherwise, I think they looked good, so a packaging issue, not a cooking issue. Overall, still a great food experience!!

App of seafood artichoke dip was not good at all. Watery, smelled and tasted very fishy and the chips that came with it were stale and flavorless. I would not order this again. Our meals were good. I had admirals feast which was a bit greasy with tiny scallops but still pretty good. Husband had differant seafood platter that he liked. Huge portions. Service was very good. All in all, not too bad.

Made a reservation in advance as I'm use to them being quite busy on Saturday evenings. Got seated quickly. Server was with us right away to get drinks. We got to order within a decent amount of time as the waitress didn't keep us waiting which was amazing. Place was super clean. And we got to do something a little out of the ordinary with switching around birthday dessert with no hassle. All around great place with attentive staff.

It's red lobster, so not the best seafood, but above average for a chain restaurant. That being said I always have a bit of apprehension regarding seafood in Minnesota. We couldn't be further from the ocean while staying in the western hemisphere. How fresh do you expect it to be?

Update. Went there today, snow storm, so very quiet. Great service, food hot. But as a whole Red Lobster is NOT a favorite restaurant anymore. I'm not a sea food lover and they have very little to offer me when I go there with my sea food loving husband. But even for him, the prices are getting ridiculous. portions are smaller. Stingy with their cheddar bay biscuits. Their potatoes used to be large and they are pint sized now. Husband got the lobster loaded baked potato ( for 8.50) and it had about three pieces of lobster on it. Way way overpriced. No Coke products anymore... No potato soup. They need to improve some things.. Been coming to this Red Lobster for over 30 years! Always great service, even when they are busy. A lot of the same staff that has been there for years.. Says a lot for a place. Food is always hot and quickly served. Like many older restaurants, it could use some updating 😊

We went for lunch. The coconut shrimp appetizer came out promptly and was very good. I had the endless soup and salad. I ordered the lobster bisque then the clam chowder, both very good as well. All the food was very good. If you're hungry for good seafood at a decent prIce this is a great option. Check them out!

Dining in is 5 stars, but ordering out has been iffy. Just ordered 2 big meals, Uber was great but no biscuits. I love those things. Everything was in one big paper bag, so it was the restaurant, not the driver. A bit disappointing.

Red Lobster is the best place around to get good seafood. We stopped the day before Mother's Day to avoid the crowds. Our waitress was Hannah and she performed marvelously. Though we were here for Lobsterfest specials we ended up ordering our favorite Seafood Feast that we share. Everything was lovely.

We had a fantastic time at Red Lobster! We were promptly seated in a socially distanced booth. Our waitress, who wore a mask alongside the rest of the crew, was super helpful and patient with me. She read me perfectly in picking out an appetizer and giant tray of seafood and sides. It was exactly what I didn't know I want, and I took home enough leftovers for lunch the next day. We'll be back, just as soon as we afford another pricey night out.

Ordered Curbside To-Go. They had ran out of large bags and must have missed a bag when they brought our food to the car. We didn't notice this until we unbagged everything at home. Two sides to one meal and a side to another were missing. Understandably it was a busy day for the restaurant, and it took a little over 30 minutes to get a manager on the phone to discuss this and for them to make it right by offering to send us a gift card in the mail. Unfortunately it is my birthday and two of the missing sides were for my meal. I hope to be able to use the gift card to return and have a belated birthday drink in the near future.

The food was fanominal. Great ambience. Horrible hospitality from the waitress. She didn't even seem happy to be working there. I asked her to smile. I knew she couldn't because of her mask on, but could have at least had a better friendlier happy tone of voice. Like she didn't socialize as much with us.

Quick service, however disappointed on drink quality since the last time we visited. Hand made strawberry lemonade was my favorite, but now it appears that they've changed up how it's made/ingredients and it's just not the same. Being very busy, there was a lot of coughing going on near our table which didn't made the dinning experience any better. Same thing happens to all restaurants when you start to cheapen stuff.The food tasted like high quality factory made ready to warm up and serve.Long ago they had real cooks making stuff and it was realy good food.Bakers square used to make their own pies.Last time I was there,they were factory made and in the cooler.That place was across from northtown in Blaine.Now their closed for good

I haven't been to red lobster for dinner in a long time, my steak was juicy lots of flavor, the 5 of us ordered lots of different menu items, live lobster, king crab, salmon, coconut shrimp, and reg. Lobster, had 3 appittisers, the mushrooms, were huge hit. Best food I have ever had there.

Not busy. Food was "okay". Ultimate Feast was not worth the money. No salt on crab prep so extremely bland. and everything else was loaded with salt. ???? Baked potato with lobster bits had no flavor? undercooked. Microwave special. Steak and scallops good tho.. Next time will try that instead. Waiter was good..tried to be helpful. Asked to have crab redone but manager refused. Would we return? Doubtful..... Sorry Not at that location.

From the moment we walked in, everyone was friendly and attentive. Our server, Deb, was phenomenal! She was very nice and anticipated our needs. The manager came by to say hi and make sure we were doing well. She was seen on the floor interacting with other guests and helping serve food, as well as clearing tables. I was invited by a friend who wanted to go to Red Lobster. The person who seated us was very helpful. She first sat us in a booth but my friend felt a cold draft so she moved us to a different seat. I have been being very careful about what I eat and knew I only had so many calories left so she helped me to find something within that range. They do not have a lot of choices in the low calorie Department but I ended up getting a small steak which the menu said was 200 + calories. The food was good and the service was good. I would reccomend it for those who are not on a eating plan. I'll give it an 8.

Such a fun night. We did the all you can eat shrimp, and the coconut shrimp is amazing. I just wish my stomach was bigger so I could eat more amazing shrimp. Although the waitstaff was awesome, there was a bit of confusion about what gluten free meant. I try not to make a big deal about wheat allergies, so I asked what on the menu was not battered and fried. I got a dish with steamed seafood, mussels, scallops, shrimp and small lobster tails, in a butter garlic sauce. It arrived at my table, on a pile of pasta😣 my fault, I wasn't going by what was on the menu just what wasn't battered and fried. I picked the shrimp and a few things off and took the rest home for my family. It seems as with all things, prices have gone up but next time I'm having the salmon 😃

The food was great but the service was extremely slow and it wasn't busy at all. After we were seated, it took over 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged we were there. Then it took another 15 minutes to get our drinks. Then it was another 25 minutes before our waitress came back to take our orders. We asked about getting biscuits and she told us they come out with the salads instead of getting them right away now. We placed our order and waited another 30 minutes before the salads and biscuits came out. Then, of course, our food came about 5 minutes later. We didn't even get a chance to eat half our salads. She did check on us twice while we were eating but we also had to flag her down for drink refills and our bill. She was very friendly but her speed and attention needs improvement.

Not a fan of Red Lobster personally, but the wait was short and the staff has been friendly every visit. The waitress was very active, friendly, and better than most places, while 7 months pregnant. The food had multiple small cooking errors, but it was still enjoyable. This isn't the kind of place that will have amazing cooking technique anyways so it fits expectations just fine. Definitely family friendly and a favorite of my girlfriends.

The waitress and manager made this review 4 stars. It was our wedding anniversary and they were really empathetic. We were seated fast yet in the bar area without warning. Bathrooms were clean. The food was a 3 and the server Deb was a 7 for a normalized 4 Both waitresses in our area whom I wish I knew her name, played well off of each other making the experience fun. Ran into a snag at the beginning as we called 3 hours ahead for a party party if 13 with 11 shows and they wanted to segregate us into 3 booths that were not convenient for a birthday dinner and two tables that would have accommodated us nicely were occupied with smaller parties that with a little forethought could have been tactically seated elsewhere and all could have been taken care of satisfactorily. I talked to Eric the manager on duty and explained my concerns which he appeared to take my "coaching" as a constructive experience and then proceeded to take care of us the best he could and did a nice job doing so. The food was not up to their usual goodness but was adequate and once again the staff made it a very pleasant experience. This location would benefit from better space optimization and could do so and still more than comply with the C19 restrictions currently in place.

We took our kindergarten out for lunch to celebrate his first day of Kindergarten (and to make it up to him that it wasn't a "real" first day). Excellent service, the wood grilled shrimp were delicious and generously portioned and sized. My son ordered a mixed lobster platter and it also was a very generous size. Adding a mixed drink, the cost came to $70, and included the tip. They also provided a free birthday dessert. One tip, bring a sweater or jacket, the air conditioning was turned up and we both felt really cold through the meal.

Food was good probs were large. Drink were refilled promptly. We were not offered dessert. Our bill was around $93.00 for four people no cocktails just one soda and a lemonade and two waters.

I got the coconut shrimp, salad and baked potato for $9.99. Marqurita on the rocks was excellent. My friend got the popcorn shrimp, shrimp scampi and a piece of fish w/salad, potato & glass of wine. They bring out the delicious biscuits piping hot with ever meal. Restrooms were clean. If you like seafood, I would recommend Red Lobster across from Northtown Mall.

The manager at this location went above and beyond. For Valentines day I am finally able to go into the nursing home to see my Mom, I asked her what she wanted for dinner, she said shrimp! I live by the Mall of America and this was the closest Red Lobster to my Mom's assisted living home. So I drove to Red Lobster after not getting a hold of them by phone to place my order. When i went inside to order I was to they are not taking anymore orders. I asked to speak to the manager, to him my Valentines story and he made it happen! Praise God

Went on a date night and decided to go to Red Lobster it was fantastic. Our servers name was Alex and he was SUPER friendly and so so nice. And the hostess up front, Lexi, was sweet as can be! We ordered the stuffed mushrooms and they were AMAZING!!! I had created a combo where I had scallops and scampi and if I HAD to be critical I wished there was more than 4 scallops but I got a good amount of the scampi. Overall it was a great experience! 😊

Not much to say on the food; if you've been to Red Lobster, you know exactly what it's like. The service at this location, though, is always exceptional. Every member of the staff that I've encountered has been extraordinarily friendly, positive, upbeat and very well suited to their job. I've visited when it was packed and when it was essentially empty and you get the same enthusiasm and level of service in either situation. Having worked in the food industry, I know how difficult that can be and the amount of respect I have for them is significant.

The food is always delicious, however, the last time I went my scallops were a bit overdone. The rest of the meal we each had was fantastic and as always the Cheddar Bay biscuits were the hit of the meal. Our server timed our drinks perfectly and was very attentive throughout the meal.

The food and prices are fair enough, however, I'd have to deduct a couple of stars for service. Granted it always look like a very busy place so I gave it some slack, but here's my experience: 1) Upon walking in, the lobby was crowded and there was no way of telling who was in line to get a table and who was already just waiting. No one made any effort to organize any of it. Thankfully, another client that was waiting informed me that the group standing/blocking the area were not in line and that we could go around them. 2) Once I made it up to get a table, there was no greeting or acknowledgement that I was even there. I had to call out to get the lady's attention that I needed a table for 5. 3) In addition, I was not informed about what the approximate wait time was for a table. Rather I overheard it from other customers who were waiting that their wait time was about an hour. 4) When there was finally a table available for my family, it was quite evident that we were the very last to be seated for the evening. Which in all, was still fine, but we were definitely treated as the last table that they needed to hurry through in order for them to get out for the day. 5) The waiter was neither concerned about whether we've been there before or if we had any questions much less mention what specials/deals they had going on, and spoke very-very fast almost like those disclaimers you hear at the end of commercials. Again, I couldn't help but overhear from another table that it was the last day of their all-you-can-eat shrimp or something along that line, hence, the busy evening. That information would have came in very handy with ordering for the kids. 6) Continuing on, my children's drinks weren't brought out until I asked for them. 7) We were offered more bread/buns which we never got. Still no biggie. 8) By the time we finished and left, the restaurant was still more than half full with customers who has been seated way before us. Our departure was greeted really warmly however.

Working in the food service all my life, I know how rare that attitude is for closers. I was impressed. We got one plate and one appetizer sampler and the two of us were stuffed. $25 a piece for fill you to the brim fresh delicious seafood is a great deal so far from the ocean! Even when I lived on the coast that was not a bad price! We tipped as well as we could!

Wait staff are great. Attitude and knowledge of menus items are top of the class. Updated lighting and interior décor are good for any time and any meal, lunch, dinner or in-between. The food is timely and temperature is just about right, hot is hot and cold is cold. Parking can sometimes be crowded depending on the day and time, but there is usually an open seating within a reasonable amount of time.

Red lobster seems to be hit or miss a lot of the time but this past time was rather interesting of an experience. The staff was rather friendly and very helpful from host and hostess to the wait staff. We had a rather large group but that we were accommodated very well and didn't have to wait very long thanks to call ahead seating. The cheddar Bay biscuits were far above par, very light and fall apart in your mouth goodness. We ordered fried broccoli which they neglected to to put on the plate but they came back and made us some specially for us but they were burnt and kinda bad but with out even saying anything they fixed it so that's good. Because of that and and not bringing out everything together (or saying the rest would come) and not checking up enough for service of refills but it was busy as heck so I'm not going to say it's bad, they kept up a bit on it but they kinda disappeared near the end of the meal. Red lobster isn't bad seafood and it was at least a pleasant experience but I tend to save five stars for food you have got to try or 5 star experiences. At 4 stars this place is perfectly acceptable and nothing other than price would really keep me from coming back plus they have some of my favorite shrimp dishes around. The shrimp Alfredo is so creamy and delightful!

Service was good. Food was slow but it was a Friday night around 5 p.m. I ate first then my parties food came back 15 min. later. I always like when they pick up the empty dishes, that was slow. Food was good though.

We love Red Lobster, but probably won't be back to this one. Never felt wanted, felt like our waitress didn't want to wait on us. Tried to hurry us the whole time, never comfortable. Our food wasn't brought out at the same time, some of the food didn't make it till a little later in our meal. We won't be bank to this one, we'll drive the extra minutes to another one.

We had a large party of ten, three had raw vegetables, some (two) had incorrect sides. Over all the food was fair and service acceptable, but nothing special on both parts. Was there a few weeks earlier party of three. They forgot about us and took over a half hour to be waited on.

My friends crab alfredo was really good. I had the appetizers Langastino Dip and lobster pizza. The dip was more cheese and onion mix than anything and the portion was very small. The lobster pizza had 5 (yes five) small pieces of lobster on it about the size of a kidney bean. Most likely another chain I won't go to again.

It's red lobster. It's a chain but my daughter loves it and loves crab legs. You can get a kids meal with crab legs, although we came in during crabfest and the menu didn't have the kids crab legs on it so I asked seeing as they clearly had crab. Waitress said they took it off since there was a shortage of crab but since it was crabfest I could order it. It's not a fine fish restaurant but it's good food and decent prices and the service is always great.

When I was a kid, Red Lobster was like the Gilded Truffle in Simpsons. Now, it feels more like Krusty Burger with the run down feeling and paper napkins. But you can't deny that the food is still VERY good. Cheddar bay biscuits are always mouth watering, and I always get fresh "catch of the day".

This is Minnesota, which is about as far as you can get from the sea unless you go to the moon. So a restaurant here serving anything that once lived in saltwater is pretty amazing. And let's be honest, you could just feed me Cheddar Bay Biscuits till I explode like Mr. Creosote in Monty Python's The Meaning Of Life. But I digress. Good food overall, pricy, but those crab legs did not walk to MN on their own. I thought crab and lobster were too much work, but here's a secret just for my review readers: you can ask your waitperson to strip the meat out of the crab/lobster for you. They are good at it too. Save you an hour of hard work and you won't look like a lobster bomb went off in your lap.
