I really enjoyed the food here! I like that they are open late and have a good variety of menu options for pho and other dishes. I liked seeing a whole vegetarian section. The regular size was huge and soul warming. I will be visiting again!

I had asked the server if they had bubble tea and they said yes, so I ordered a #92 Phô and a Vietnamese iced coffee with boba. The server then informed me that they don't have boba..... So I'm not sure what's in their "bubble tea" if they don't have boba. The phô was ok, the broth wasn't very flavorful. The price wasn't bad, $20 for a regular phô, the iced Vietnamese coffee, and tip. They are open later than most Phô places which is nice.

Pretty good Pho a little light on the pho taste and a little light on the noodles but overall really good for the area has that home food taste unlike some places in the area that taste more commercialized.

Their pho always hits the spot! Also enjoy their fried chicken and fried wontons (not pictured). I ordered their ice coffee as well but it was more on the bitter side so be aware if you like your Vietnamese coffee sweeter! Total: $44.24 for 2 bowls of regular pho, 2 Vietnamese ice coffee, and chicken wings.

Amazing pho and great food! Ordered pho, wontons, and egg rolls. Very delicious. There is even small parking lot which was nice. Was very busy with short staff but very nice place. Definitely come here again to eat!

I had the Chicken Pho 🍜 for the first time here yesterday and it was wonderful. The sensory experience was soothing, comforting and a bit like homemade chicken noodle soup maybe via their culture. I was cold, tired, and hungry but left warmed, comforted, and full of brothy goodness. The little plate that comes with the soup, which has been described as a “meal in a bowl”*, has a lot of variety of savory fresh flavors like the sprouts, basil, lime, and peppers. There are also so many kinds that there’s bound to be one that you could try that will suit your flavor palette. The restaurant was clean, organized, and the staff courteously kind as well unobtrusive*(some cultures are different in their types or varieties of “care” for others, possibly in their culture it is seen as intrusive to come over too often in certain aspects of American etiquette can be vastly* different so please reserve any sort of judgment about this until you know, and can always ask* people in general in the world answer from their experience).

This place has great pho. The soup is quite clear and flavorful. Not too salty or oily. The meat is very generous and delicious. One of us got the sea food pho and really liked it. Bahn mi was very good generous in portion but not to big. Our vegetarian loved them vegetarian egg roll. We also liked the spring roll and the sauce that came with it. The atmosphere is nice and the service is good. I would come again.

Their egg rolls were amazing- a delicious combination of pork, egg, vermicelli wrapped in crispy, deep fried spring roll. also ordered their meatball + steak pho, definitely a must-try. the pho was super delicious and fragrant with the added bean sprouts, mint, and lime juice. service was quick since i ordered around 5:30 pm. it is also in a great location and food here is affordable. would love to come back and try their rice platter dishes.

Best pho I've ever had, but the flavored blended/pearl drink gave me food poisoning. My friends had the same pho but not the drink, and they were fine. I'll definitely be eating here again. That's how good their food is. Highly recommend, just avoid the cold drinks.

I normally go here for the Pho which is so delicious. I think they only have chicken broth, which was really tasty because I normally drink beef pho. My only issue is I normally ask for extra noodles and i don’t think the portion for extra is really much but all in all this is my third favorite place to go for pho.

I came here several times. It's a nice restaurant. Not too loud, not too quiet. I went on my birthday. I dined alone and I was sad for a minute. But the food was always on point. Warm and tasty broth made me forget my worries. I'm returning once again because they also have great services. So when I in a mood for spicy pho, they aralways there. You should definitely come to this place when you want something good to eat. One of my favorite pho restaurants!

Very often I come here for the pho and I think this is one of the best pho spots, if not the best, in the Twin Cities. My friends often come to eat the bún bò huế and they are big fans of such as well. #92 is the one I usually have because it has a lot of different beef parts. Even on Nicollet Ave, a place where pho places are abundant, Pho Hoa stands out in a great way.

Service was a little lacking. Place wasn't busy, but getting an order in, refills on water, or a beverage other than water was tough to impossible pending on if you want to flag someone down for it. Service aside, the food comes out quickly, fresh ingredients, and delicious flavorful pho. Food 5 stars. Service 3 stars.

**SHELL FISH ALLERGY ** PHO please be aware that this is probably the only pho place I know of that uses crab or dried shrimp in their broth and eggerolls . If u have a shellfish allegory please be careful. I always thought this place sucked and I keep going back whne it's been a few years and always forget how bad their broth tasted And also it was the only pho place open , please make it at home instead. Also something I ate today tasted old. The wings were decent 👌

Freezing cold interior. The outside door was broken so every time it opened the interior one it became unbearable. Condiment containers were caked with old sauce on the spouts. We were there close to opening so it was obviously from days prior. Food tasted ok.

The pho is great and less salty compared to the other places on Eat Street. One of my favorite dishes is the bun (rice noodle salad). The restaurant is fairly large and has a lot of tables. I have never really had to wait for a table. The only downside is that the service is alright. They are nice but not necessarily the quickiest.

I was nicely greeted upon arrival and seated right away. The restaurant wasn’t messy or dirty. They had lots of tables available and the restaurant wasn’t overly tight with tables and chairs everywhere. Love the fact that they had their own parking lot v.s street parking which makes going there very convenient. Only stipulation about going here is that as of Feb 2019 they’ll be charging a Convenience fee for using credit cards. So make sure you use a debit card or have cash if you don’t want to pay the fee. Pho broth was good with a lot of meat. I got the #98 which is like a combo of different cuts of meats. The Banhmi was nicely toasted and crispy but could use a little more filling, over all it was good.

I ordered take out once and I was a bit concerned about carrying it home, since I wasn't sure how well pho would travel. They did a really good job of packaging each individual ingredient separately, so you could assemble it at home. I would like to come back and try dine in next time, so that the whole meal is cooking together in the broth.

The are a number of Vietnamese places on Eat Street. We tried this one out and it was good. It's been a long time since I have had pho so I don't have anything to compare it to. The service was friendly which is always good. I had the #82 and it was good.

Delicious homemade pho on the near side of Minneapolis. Really affordable prices. They'll add as many ligaments to the broth as you want - just ask for it. They were quite liberal on the distribution of basil and limes, too. Finally, they had chili paste, chili sauce, and red pepper sauce! Good place to stop after a long day.

Came here for lunch break. It was not busy. I got seated right away. From the moment I placed my order to when I had it ready on my table it was no more than 5 minutes. I had a bowl of pho and it was great! Tasted just the way I wanted. Will gladly come back!

Had a good experience here. Had their large phos number 91. Pho is pretty good. A star off for lack of attention to water refills when it isn't that busy and how their pricing for appetizers. When you order egg rolls or their spring rolls it only comes with one for about $2.60 (it is stated on the menu from what I remember) Egg rolls are good but pricing can be more reasonable.

Awesome pho!! My fiancee and I have been digging the local pho here in Sioux Falls, and were wanting to make a comparison to the offerings in a bigger city. We were not disappointed in the slightest. The broth was delicious, the meat was plentiful, the veggies were fresh and the service was fast and very pleasant. Our waiter was very kind and gracious. I'd recommend this place to absolutely anybody. Next time I'm in Minneapolis, you can bet I'll be dining here!

Tried this place while stopping by this state- not the very best that I tried of pho places but definately leaning more towards authentic than Americanized pho. Egg roll was good, one egg roll comes out if you order but it's pretty big. It's the size of 2 egg rolls. The parking lot was very strange, I didn't really see lines on the ground and cars were parked in a really strange pattern.

I’ve tried nearly every pho place (pho mao, pho 79, Quangs, tau bay, camdi, Ipho Saigon, to name a few) and this is the best one. They don’t use msg. They actually have the tendon cakes which take 16 hours to make. And they skim their broth that they stew for 24 hours. The broth is more beefy than cardamom or star annis forward like other places which I enjoy. No compromises unlike many other busier places that got worse as the years went on. Worth your money and time to experience it. That said, this place is all about pho and should be enjoyed as such. Feels medicinal for your body too.

Pho was OK. After we got our food, the staffs didn't check on us or give us our bill. When we were there, we were the only customers there and staffs should of provided a better customer service. It seemed the staffs were too busy hanging out with each other. I still tipped anyways but would not go back because of the poor service.

My favorite Pho restaurant in the Twin Cities. The broth has a wonderful depth of flavor. The prices are very reasonable. Some of the appetizer selections I could easily forgo. They are nothing to get excited about. The fresh spring rolls are made in advance as the rice skin is rubbery. I'd still give them a 5 if you're going for Pho.

The phở broth tastes way better than it did when I was last here a few years ago. If you haven’t been here in a while, give it another try! They don’t serve alcohol (even though google says they do), so if you want a glass of wine with your soup then I’d recommend Quang instead. But I actually think this place has more savory broth than Quang, which is saying a lot. Yum!

Went yesterday for the first time and had the pho, wontons, vermicelli noodle bowl, and flan. The pho broth was nice and light, noodle bowl was refreshing - the grilled meat was the highlight, and the flan was unlike any other I had tasted. Instead of caramel, iced coffee was poured over the top, but that doesn't necessarily mean it's a coffee heavy dessert. There were only 2 younger women working, with a younger guy jumping in occasionally, and the restaurant was BUSY. Things came out a bit slow or people had to ask the servers for things but again - mostly pairs and sometimes groups of 6+ came in waves. Plus it was a Friday night a few hours before close. They did amazing, were really nice, and were pros. Parking is a little free for all as there aren't any lines, but there was no difficulty finding an actual place to park. There's also alley access so you don't have to turn in from Nicollet. Overall I enjoyed the experience. If you go during peak times, keep in mind that you won't get serviced immediately, and there may be some wait but it's worth it- not only for the food, but the relatively cheap price tag as well.

The entryway is a little damaged and the building looks slightly outdated, but as they say "dont judge a book by it's cover" because the inside is amazing, and the pho is fantastic! I highly recommend number 88 (steak pho).

We stopped in after a meeting. It was later than dinner, so I was a bit concerned about being there later but the food we got was top notch. The service was excellent and fast, especially for a group of 10. I tried Go on, and it was an excellent dessert. Kinda like custard but with a topping that had hints of coffee. I would recommend this restaurant.

The meatballs had a texture and amount of air bubbles that do not suggest anything healthy or quality about them. I thought the broth was pretty meh. The noodles were slightly undercooked The mango drink with tapioca was pretty amazing though, and the staff was really kind, which I really appreciate. I also got my order to go, which is never as good as in the restaurant. I think if I try a different protein, I'll be happier.

This was my first visit to this restaurant it's a very traditional Vietnamese style cooking. You can actually see Grandma in the kitchen cooking. The pho soup is superb. You are greeted at the door with a friendly smile the restaurant is not crowded good Elbow Room they make their own lemonade very tasty the restaurant is clean and warm. Plenty of natural light. Easy to find through GPS. Ample parking.

Service was incredible. From the time we sat down to the moment the Pho was in front of us, 7 minutes tops. Docked one star because I felt the Pho was decent, but not great. With so many Vietnamese spots in the city, competition is stiff.

I only stopped here to get take out, but it was the first time I ever got food from Pho Hao Noodle Soup. I called in a normal chicken pho order, went there after 7 minutes and it was ready! It was average priced for the regular, around $9.50. Right when I walked in, I was helped and the whole process was quick and easy! The food was delicious and they included a lot of bean sprouts (the best part!). My only complaint is there were no spoons or forks in my to-go bag... Otherwise, I would recommend coming here or getting take out!

The pho is amazing and so is the customer service. I ordered a large bowl, but received a regular. The waiter quickly brought me a small bowl to compensate without hesitation. I never needed to wait for someone to respond to my needs. So far, this place has the best customer service I've ever received in Minnesota!

Good food, but the service can be improved. Male server took our food and drink order, but never came back with the drink order. Instead, he went back to the table and started to cut limes. Female server brought out our food and we had to ask her to bring our drink orders. Neither server returned to our table to follow-up on the food, etc. I wanted take-out order and had to wave the female server down. When she arrived to take my order, she was irritated, because I had ordered beef pho and wanted the noodles and broth separated. Then, male server dropped our order off and didn't say a word. No ticked or anything. Yikes, icky service. Management, you need to follow-up with these two servers. There was approximately 4 other people in the restaurant besides us, so there is not reason not to get great service! Will consider a 4/5 rating, once services are improved!

Amazing tofu pho with brocolli. The service was incredibly fast. I'm talking 3 minutes until the food was in front of my wife and I. The owner is walking around talking to people, she is very kind and telling people to take their time and there is no hurry. I will definitely be back and I like this pho more than others I've had around the area

Great food! Somewhat overpriced but the great food makes up for it. Service can be slow at times. Waiters mess up 100% of the time every time for example giving a regular bowl of pho when we ordered a large, or putting pork in our dishes when we specifically asked them to switch it out with chicken, or trying to charge us for other items we did not order.

My dad goes here all the time. And he knows a lot of the staff here. Most of them speak Vietnamese. Which is very nice because it's somewhat hard to find a true Vietnamese restaurant that has Vietnamese people and you can order in Vietnamese. For the most part the restaurant is clean and the staff were friendly. They have a decent size menu and a little bit of a variety away from just pho.

Decent food..not quite flavored like other restaurants. I ordered the basics like wings and pho #92. Not the best pho. First and last time as I dont live close by and I've been to others that are better. I eat pho about once a month throughout St Paul. Good place to try if you are close by and wanting to try a new place. #1 pro is that its wat cheaper than other pho places.

This is my go to pho place no matter where i am. Their bubble tea is delicious and other menu items are pretty good too. The wontons are one of my favorite side dishes from here.The service can be a little slow sometimes, but thats okay since its usually pretty busy in there. I got the meatball pho, number 84 I think, and was really disappointed. The broth was good, but the rest of it wasn’t. The noodles were all stuck together and the meatballs tasted super processed instead of fresh. I’d file this under gold but not great and with so many other options in the area I won’t be coming back.

The pho was great, especially the tendon and the dipping sauces for the spring rolls were especially tasty. The regular size bowl is pretty skimpy , so go with the large bowl if ur hungry . Overall , decent place . But for more bang for your buck , and better quality all around (in my opinion), I'll walk down the street about 2 blocks to my favorite pho joint .

This is my most FAVORITE place to eat! I'm on a pretty restrictive diet and everything I've gotten from there caters to it! Their #85 (pho, flank steak I believe) is to DIE for. If you're feeling adventurous, try their tri-coloured dessert or caramel flan with Thai coffee on it. So, SO good. Best pho around, hands down! Service is super speedy and they give you your space to enjoy; the restaurant isn't very loud and discombobulated (at least every time I've been there). HIGHLY recommend!!! 😚😉

Polite staff and not the usual dragon statues and red lacquered wood veneers. This place has taken the basics of pho and made it available to the public without being intimidating.

My go to pho place. Best pho broth in town until otherwise. The fried rice and chicken wings are also pretty good. However the egg rolls and spring rolls are average. I'm knocking 1 star because the service is a bit unclear to those who haven't tried it. They don't inform you that when you're done to just go up to the register. The first time we went we sat at our table waiting for a check for 15+ mins. Maybe tell your customers when their done to pay at the front.

Excellent pho here at great prices. There aren't many options of other noodle soups here, and appetizers are not as good as Quang. However, Pho Hoa, in my opinion, has the best pho in itself in Minneapolis. Food comes quickly. You can easily modify your ingredients in your pho without any problems. However, beef meat balls do cost extra and they don't tell you beforehand.

Now, let's talk about the drinks...have you had a bubble tea (they go by a different name here)?! Cozy Vietnamese restaurant located on Nicolet known by locals as Eat Street. This restaurant offers a wide array of traditional Vietnamese cuisine at a very reasonable price. I come here once a week for lunch and my Phó is always perfect all the way down to the culantro. The Vermicelli salads are also good. My recommendation: come here on a cold day between 11:30am and 2:00pm, order the number 82 (med or large) and some hot tea then sit back and let the food and drink heal your body and mind. Also, if you feel like being adventurous, try an iced Vietnamese coffee. ;-)
