Busy place. Had the Pad Thai on two visits. Staff was accommodating to an allergy and they did make sure the food was prepared correctly. A wee bit heavy on the garlic seasoning, otherwise, an enjoyable meal in a fast casual eatery.

New orange chicken was a disappointment. Very dry, but the panko Impossible chicken itself was terrific (great to have a new vegetarian option that can be added to any dish)

We went Saturday Dec 10th. They had oven issues so there was no bread & broccoli for the kids. We were a little disappointed. Other than that we love the place.

One they added kids menu options, it made it an easier choice to eat as a family. The portions are just right and offer a wide variety for both kids and adults. If you want to lay off the carbs, you can for for the salads.

A place that has every kind of noodle flavor that you could think of. Menu selections are of pretty wide variety and even if you're not a noodle or pasta person, you could still choose from their salads or soups menu. There's also extra options to customize your noodle dish. Fairly recently they also started print zoodles which are made from zucchini to cater to health conscious and gluten free eaters. Everytime I've gotten something from here it's pretty flavorful. Parking is a bit busy here during lunch times as this location is located in a busy area with lots of offices around.

Their oven was down, So I couldn't get my garlic cheesy bread. My Pesto cavatapi was kind of dry. But I was hungry at the time so I ate it any ways.

My family lives in St. Louis Park and we drive and make the trek to this Noodles and Co.! The staff, welcoming, friendly, accommodating, amazing. The food, delicious, fresh, fast. The restaurant, clean and well-maintained. We LOVE noodles and it is unfortunate all Noodles and Co.’s do not offer the same experience but we are so thankful for this little slice of heaven nearby! It is our favorite place to eat and we will continue to journey here! Thank you for being wonderful!

It was a nice restaurant, but after eating at my local Noodles and Co. I was not impressed with this one as much as I had hoped. The noodles were on the dry side compared to what I'm used to, like they definitely skimped on the cheese sauce, and there wasn't nearly as much chicken as I get back home either, but the prices were definitely higher.

I’ve been ordering curbside pickup from this location for almost 2 years now. Food is always good and ready at the time given online. Today for the FIRST time they forgot an item. I called asking if I could swing back and someone could run it out to me. The manager of course said yes and someone was at the door waiting for me to pull up. They even gave me an extra rice crispy bar for the inconvenience. Awesome customer service! Thanks!!

I ordered food today for my Staff meeting from the Richfield location. I ordered through Uber Eats, however there was a mix up with my order delivery. I called the restaurant and spoke with Teri and she was so Fantastic and assured me that she would take care of this situation personally. She did actually that!! She delivered the order to me personally and was very apologetic. Great customer service is so hard to come by these days and this really warm my heart as well as my staff. Much appreciated and I will definitely be reordering in the future. Thank you Teri and Sabrina as well.

The food is what you would expect at a noodles and company. It is was not slow but it was not fast. They do have kid options on the menu. There is plenty of seating and high chairs for children. It is a kid friendly place. Staff is friendly and did their job. If I was in the area and looking for a noodles and company I would go here but it would not be my first choice to get pasta.

Food was great, as usual! For delivery: go through Door Dash directly. Ordering deliveries thru Noodles requires at least a $15 order and they end up using Door Dash anyway. Door Dash can help you with delivery problems if you paid them, but if you pay Noodles, Door Dash claims they're limited in what they can do. Lesson for me: stop being lazy and pick it up myself, or use Door Dash app instead, or...cook my own noodles! 😆

Was nice to eat in, especially with COVID ramping back up, giving a 3 out of 5 for the food. We weren't asked if we wanted a small or regular and the food was weird- the chicken breast was a slab of chicken chopped up but still attached to each other and the seasoning was a bit off.. not really orange grilled chicken.

This review is for Nick. I'm not sure if he was a manager or not, but he certainly took charge and helped me quickly and with a smile. After a long day with two whiney kids, i placed an order for the Mac and cheese with curbside pickup. Well, in my haste and desperation, I ordered from the wrong location. I received a call from them letting me know they didn't see my car. Ugh, my kid started crying when i said i wasn't going to order another one and pay twice for something i didn't get. Then i felt guilty and got the two kids out of the car and went into the restaurant to order. Nick greeted me and asked how i was doing. I said, I'm ok and then proceeded to tell him i ordered from the wrong restart and was told i couldn't cancel. He swiftly asked my last name and said he would get it taken care of. Within about 1minute he had a the order ready for my kids and i. It seems small, but man, i really needed that little assist today. Thank you so much, Nick!! You are an asset to Noodles and Company and will likely be an asset to whatever you decide to do beyond this.

Always a favorite place to go! This place is always quick and order has been correct each time. I always order the Japanese Pan Noodles with grilled chicken breast. I appreciate how it doesn't come with the mushrooms anymore. If you haven't downloaded the Noodles app, I would highly recommend it. The app constantly gives you rewards such as free dessert or $$ of a certain amount.

The first time I ordered from N&C I got Mac n cheese and didnt realize they forgot the cheese sauce so I literally thaught there mac was just shredded cheese and noodles but I returned a few years later and everything had been good, love the tai noodles.

They prepared my order very quickly, and everything was tasty and to my satisfaction. The restaurant and restrooms were clean and orderly. Side note - I'm disappointed to see Noodles longer has their Thai Green Curry on the menu! It was my favorite.

The decor was old and worn and needed to be replaced. The seats and tables were cracked by time and vandals carved their names deep into the table top. The bathrooms were, meh. The staff behind the counter was enthusiastic and friendly. He made me smile. The food was excellent; seasoned well with fresh veggies cooked well. If it wasn’t for the atmosphere we’d give it 5 stars. :)

This is one of the few places where teachers dishes that my wife's diet will allow, and I enjoy their Pad Thai immensely! We have been pleased each time we visit, and their food is filling and delicious. Convenient location as well, even in the winter!

My first time going to this location. My food was great and I have to say the dining area was much cleaner than most other Noodles locations. I love this place so I have been to quite a few. If in a hurry I totally recommend ordering on the rewards app!

I literally eat here ALL THE TIME..I have done pick up and Delivery, I LOVE Terry she is the manager and if I ever had any issues she ALWAYS resolves it. The shrimp penne rosa is my fave...with feta. When i don't wanna cook but still want some affordable creamy shrimp pasta I go to them. I have eaten here last 3 days in a row and besides they put cheese on the bread when i noted no chz I'm ok cuz cheese can easily be taken off it. I'll be ordering again today!

Met some family for a casual meal together. Food is alright, though pricey for the bare-bones, bus-your-own-drinks-and-table kind of place this is. On the plus side, fountain drinks are bottomless, since you get the cup and serve yourself from the Coca-Cola freestyle machine. Had Spicy Korean Noodles with marinated beef. Meat chunks were of questionable quality, and cut unevenly, leading to some unusual mouth feels, between gristle bits and larger stringy chunks.

The food was good. The entire dining room was a disaster when I went. The condiment bar and everything was super sticky and full of straw wrappers, rogue lemons, spilled sugar or salt or something. We had to clean a table off to sit at.

Pretty good food. Freestyle coke machine, which is a big plus in my book. They have a decent variety of options. I enjoy the zoodles. Cashier seemed overworked and exhausted. Heard a coworker tell her to go deal with something during a lull and then hollar at her to get back and man the register when someone came in. As it turns out, technology has not yet advanced enough to let people be in two places at once.

I love the Noodles option! This location is notorious for forgetting to actually make your order with Zoodles though... (By notorious, I mean that it's happened to me twice in a row now), but their manager is really nice and handles it well.

I order from here pretty regularly, and decided to change up my routine and get something different. I added parmesan chicken to my dish and literally got 6 mini squares of chicken, for $2.75. The dollar amount is small yes but the cost wasn't the issue...

Okay for a "fast food" place. Got the penne Rosa and was expecting more spice to it. I've tried a couple different options here and was never blown away by the flavors, but it beats some other fast food options.

I like the gf pad thai- and they always seem knowledgeable about it- but this specific location I felt on edge at and I'm pretty easy going person :) i didn't hear what a customer said but a lady told him to take his attitude to go and the manager was ripping into one of.the workers and he told her to chill, he had to get some plates off the table. And she got all huffy about it - the energy there was not at all easy going and it made me glad I was taking my food to go.

This is one of the slower noodles I've been to. Expect to wait 10-15 mts, whereas others 5 minutes is about as long as you'll wait. Parking is horrendous, not the fault of noodles but still allow time for that too.
