Wonderful experience. I wish there were more items to select from the menu including sides, but overall, the food was delicious. The eggs and bacon on the left and the lobster toast on the right. Both were super yummy. The tropical zero-proof cocktail drink was delicious as well. Fast service. The waiter was patient and attentive. Will definitely come back!

Fantastic food and cocktails! Very nice and friendly staff. The patio has a warm and cozy atmosphere for the summertime. We tried the Grilled Beef Tongue and Empanadas from their Hot Appetizer Menu and loved both of them! Also, great looking cocktails: I loved the carved lemon peels on my Moscow Mule! Will definitely be back on a regular basis!

I can’t say enough about this place! Every time we go we have a beautiful experience. The drinks, the food, the staff are all perfect. If you haven’t been, I highly recommend you go even if it’s just for one of their craft cocktails. My husband had the celery root ravioli with the king crab for his entrée and he felt it was perfectly cooked with a nice amount of King Crab! Salmon is to die for and surprisingly the highlight of that dish is the herb salad. And I don’t normally like calamari at all, but my husband ordered it and I enjoyed it- it was super fresh.

Sat at the bar and enjoyed the best meal/drinks with occasional conversation with the bartenders! Drinks were great (Selene and Maravilla), scallops were SO good! Felt the celery root ravioli was a bit light with the king crab, but enjoyed nonetheless. Two drinks, two “entrees” and dessert was a little over $100

This is our new anniversary/fancy date night place. Always a special night. Delicious drinks (I recommend the Martina Old Fashioned) and a great place to get seafood (get the oysters and lobster spaghetti). My only regret is that the atmosphere is always a bit too loud to be as romantic as I’d like.

Celebrated my Birthday at Martina and I am already planning my next visit. The food was splendid. Love the Italian-Argentanian fusion Drinks were great too. Excellent service. Environment was perfect.
Overall it was great experience. Recommend

Located in a super cute neighborhood, lovely spot for brunch. I had the BLT and let me say it was hands down the best one I've ever had, beautiful high quality ingredients and a perfectly runny egg which made for a sublime sammy! My wife had the almond flour Pancakes and from the bite I took they were also super yummy. Portions were generous but we were both still able to clear out plates and took a chocolate croissant to go because the bakery items looked too good to pass up. I've only been for brunch but will surely be going back to try the dinner menu since both the food and service were top notch!

We go quite often to Martinas. They have great food. Everything is so tasty. They have great cocktails. If you don’t like sweet cocktails, mastiha spritz would be your choice. Last time we were there we had smoked salmon avocado bruschetta and lobster spaghetti and all was great as always. Our favorite dessert is chocolate hazelnut torte. Their patio is great but the inside of the restaurant is very noisy. This might be the only downside of Martina. If you are a big group or need to talk a lot. It is ending up with throat pain the other day!

This is one of the best restaurants I have ever had anywhere in the United States, let alone my city! Martina does a mixture of Italian and Argentinian food, and on every level I can rate it a 10/10. It is not a place where people can regularly just go and then want to be economical. The food is high quality, and the prices definitely reflect them. My friend, my partner, and I ended up spending $300 on the entire meal, although granted we were also trying to have a little bit of several items on the menu. Atmospherically it is relatively dim in the evenings but it kind of creates a great atmosphere for dating occasions. During the day and in the summer, it is really nice to dine outside. In terms of food, out of all things, I will recommend the potato churros first! Its sister restaurant, Colita, got some outstanding churros, and Martina's potato churros is definitely up there with Colita's, so you know how good they are. The lobster spaghetti is also a must have, as you know you cannot go wrong with lobster pasta. I also recommend the empanadas and the octopus. Out of all things that I had ordered, the grilled beef tongue bruschetta I thought was too salty. Everything else was just straight up on point. For anyone who wants to visit an excellent, fancy place in Minneapolis, Martina is definitely a place where I will mention right away! It is suitable for intimate settings and for larger group settings, and I am sure most visitors will have a great time there!

Wine, service, and atmosphere were great! The potato churros were really good, but also very greasy, so be ready for that! The pasta dishes were very tasty but a bit salty. Overall, good meal.

Big flavor in these South America inspired dishes. Service was lovely. They drink menu also features an non alcoholic drink menu with a na vermouth served on the rocks. Paired very well with the meat entree. Chefs and staff were very knowledgeable and professionalism was a very high standard.

We enjoyed a date night at Martina last fall. The food was incredible and the outdoor patio ambiance was lovely. We decided to give the brunch menu a go this time and it really hit the spot on a chilly Sunday morning. I got the crab Benedict and could only finish one biscuit — very tasty and filling! My partner ordered the crab omelet and while it was also delicious, we thought it was missing something. If you want something lighter, go for the omelet! To top it off, the cocktails paired well with the food. We ordered the Pompelo and Baloo. We were seated in the section to the right of the entrance and I’ll admit it was a little breezy next to the door and cozy next to other tables, but I didn’t feel like we had to talk louder than normal. The service was great, too. Looking forward to our next date at Martina. Cheers!

A wonderful culinary adventure, a unique fusion, and a warm and welcoming experience. Wonderful staff and thoughtfulness that elevates the whole ordeal. Food is perfect, balanced flavors with mind blowing elements, and the drinks are very creative! This place will always have a special place in my heart!

Satisfying Argentinian dining experience. Steak is excellent, butternut squash is very good, salmon was OK.
Reservation is a must.
Dessert (Hazelnut Tart) was very nice.
Friendly service.

Fantastic, flavorful, thoughtfully made food and excellent service. Attentive and friendly staff who check in at a good frequency. I love their drinks! Sitting at the bar is my favorite, booking a resy isn't too competitive, and I appreciate that they accommodate walk-ins. Easily my favorite restaurant in town. Daniel del Prado has a hold on my heart!

Really nice food with great ambience. Potato churros is a must try. Better to reserve a table as it is generally crowded. Went here for my birthday and they gave special drinks and ice cream as complimentary.
Amal Mohamed
The atmosphere and vibe in this restaurant is amazing. The servers were exceptional and the service was fairly quick in bringing out dishes. I had the potato churros, ravioli, empanadas and lobster spaghetti. You can’t go wrong with the food, however I wouldn’t put it on my top lists of restaurants in the city. Italian food is always a safe option when dining out.

In from Nashville. Great conversation outstanding bartender. Great team environment. Bex, an outstanding bartender, guided us nicely through the menus. I don’t drink, but I bet those were great cocktails. Great conversation and environment. You could tell the staff wanted to be there, which is nice to see. Kudos to the kitchen. Oysters, tuna (amazing), cacio e pepe and flan. Best service and experience I’ve had in Minneapolis/St Paul. Thank you Bex!

We had a wonderful time at Martina last night. Our server, Gaea, was friendly, knowledgeable, attentive. The cocktails and mocktails tasted good , the hot appetizers were delicious, and the foods were well prepared and beautifully presented. If you want a beautifully looking drink, order the Cachi Spritz. The Cinnamon Fried Calamari had a hint of cinnamon and had the right amount of heat. I order the Pork Skin Spaghetti (the spaghetti was made by strips of boiled pork skin) and it was very good; the portion of the Swordfish Parmesan my wife ordered was generous (though the breading is a bit on the heavy side) and a bit too cheesy. Our friend enjoyed their Lamb Fusilli and Bucket of Mussels (really good broth). I recommend this place to celebrate a special occasion.
Angela Hoppenyan
100% the best dish I’ve had in a long time . Everything was top notch quality. Staff , atmosphere, food & drinks. Lovely first time in and will definitely be returning to try the dinner menu.
Chris Valenty
Amazing dining experience! We started with the best steamed mussels we have ever had, a great balance of garlic/white wine. The pasta had a lot to offer as well, we enjoyed the Spaghetti Fra Diavolo with Lobster and the Pappardelle with Short Rib Ragu. The pasta is so fresh and flavorful! Also, we enjoyed a great wine pairing with the Merlot Blend (Moonshot / Sonoma Valley, CA 2019).
Ilyssa
Went here during a work conference, we had a great time and the food was amazing. Empanada starter is a must, crab ravioli amazing, pesto pasta dish also very good. The mushroom rigatoni was a bit salty but the pasta was cooked perfectly.
Charles Wiltgen
decadent sounds like the right word to use when describing martina but it might not be enough. from start to finish, everything was superb. great drink selection, incredible dishes, friendly service, and a wonderful atmosphere.
Eric Fischer
A great place for fine dining. The kitchen runs like a machine. We had three different dishes... Very different tastes. All were very good. The venue, parking, service, and food were excellent.
Razi Ahmed
A great night with a friend who had never been here, and she loved it.
Our server Kat? or cat? Was awesome!
The food was great as always!
Maya Pillai
Amazing meal. Go get dinner here asap! Make sure to try the beef tongue, crudo, and empanadas. Oh, and get potato churros for the table... You will not regret it.
Jen V
Absolutely delicious and fulfilling. Crabs benedict, potato churros and steak and easy are a must try 🤤🤤🤤 The drinks are light and thirst quenching too!!! …

Exceptional experience!
Upon entering the ambience is warmly lit, calming, intimate seeming and friendly. While the aesthetic gives neutral, revamped warehouse/ industrial vibes mixed with minimalist concepts with lush tropical-like plants tastefully decorated around the resturant.
Our waitress was very attentive and knowledgeable about the food and drink menu. She gave incredible service with a friendly demeanor, which were the roots to our overall pleasant experience.
🍹 All the cocktails we had were very well made.
🍷Wine list had a lovely selection.
🦪 The oysters were fresh, clean and delicious.
🐚The Scallops were cooked to perfection with a signature golden sear and flavorful cauliflower as company.
🍝 My boyfriend and I split two pasta dishes which were both incredibly flavorful, comforting and made with perfectly (homemade, I’m assuming by taste?) cooked al dente pasta.
The dishes were not heavy in consistency and did not leave us feeling bloated or “too stuffed” for dessert or more drinks, which I appreciate.
🍮 For dessert we ordered the Flan. It was delicious in taste, exactly as one would expect a classic flan to be.
Although, I wish there were aspects of this dessert that were reimagined, it was still a lovely end to an exceptional meal!
We’ll be back! ✨👍

Flew in from Austin for a wedding and made reservations here a few weeks in advance and I'm glad I did. The service was excellent and the food was phenomenal. We enjoyed every bite. The cocktail program is legit and encorporates the South American love for Amaro in a perfect way. In a wonderful neighborhood too.
George Lundgren
Super awesome food. Great service. Each meal was very tasty and unique in its flavors.

It is an awesome place to spend Friday evening or to celebrate some occasion. It is full of light and airy restaurant, with a welcome atmosphere, you can see how food is cooked and it is an art. Drinks are 4 out of 5, but the meal is extraordinary. Our favorite appetizer is the beef tongue. This is so good! Don’t understand me wrong, all meals are good, but the beef tongue is just melting in your mouth. Simple appetizer, but perfectly done. We don’t have any pictures, because every time we are getting our food no one thinks about phones or pictures. We are enjoying our dinner!
Roberto and Ericka Campos
Wonderful food and service. A fairly small menu but it had something for every taste. The drinks were also delicious and they gave us a drink for our anniversary. It's a little pricey but it's worth it for a special occasion. Also, reserve a table ahead of time to ensure you get a seat.
Jovy Cheam
Cute restaurant with friendly staff. Went for brunch and ordered their empanadas, crispy chicken sandwich and their breakfast plate. The food was very fresh and tasty. Would recommend and return to try their dinner menu and cocktails.
abby k
The food and drinks were absolutely amazing. The food came out in surprisingly big portions and filled up my whole family. I got the mushroom rigatoni and it was probably one of the best pasta dishes i have ever had. Potato churros were also outstanding especially with the spicy mayo type sauce that was on the side. Only complaint was that our waiter just did not seem happy to be there, pretty flat all night but he made good recommendations. Other than that I would eat here every day if i could.
Evan Trimble
Excellent food, nearly flawless in conception and execution from start to finish. But the feel, the service, is of a place trying to slam through as many covers in a night as possible. (And they’re good at it, mad props to their kitchen.) Great place for an excellent quick dinner, but wouldn’t be my first choice for date/special occasion.
On arrival, we were offered a terrible table despite having a reservation—in the entryway where there’s a couple tables that shouldn’t exist (but max covers). And there’s nowhere to wait, again because they’ve sacrificed guest experience for tables. When we ordered, our waitress offered to course it, but we received the first and second courses at the same time (appetizers and pastas). Entrees came in lightning succession (again, stunning performance from the kitchen of a packed restaurant). After the initial ordering, we hardly saw our waitress. But the food is truly excellent.
Nick Williams
Make sure to grab a reservation a few days before to make getting a table easy.
They have a vegetarian menu available. The entrees were awesome. Full of flavor and fresh. Service was great. Our waitress helped us with questions and kept our drinks full.
The only thing we were not fans of was the grilled bread with apple cider butter on the appetizer section. It sort of seemed like four pieces of burnt toast with regular butter.
Overall I would absolutely go back again.
Brandy Churchill
The food is tasty, the servers knowledgeable and friendly, and the atmosphere upscale chill. It is pretty dark inside the dining room at night, and when full, it can be noisy.
The patio is wonderful in warmer months; it's on the south side of the building so lots of sun (so don't forget your sunscreen and sunglasses). Good cocktail and wine selection.
My options as a vegetarian are a little limited but still delicious.

Great date night, if you can afford a more expensive night out.
Let’s talk drinks….we tried the gin cocktails on the menu. Presentation was as great as the taste.
Let’s talk food…everything that touches my tongue tasted superb. Each flavor was clearly well thought out, each bite had layers hitting the salt, fat, acid, heat combo. Very satisfying. The portions are deceivingly small, I say that because they look small when played, but are still quite filling.
Let’s talk ambiance. Inside was rustic and yet modern. Brushed wood meets succulents. Low lighting. Not too loud acoustics. We are outside as dusk settled. The canopy and Edison bulbs have good ambiance. Wish the heater worked on a chilly evening, but won’t hold that agains them.
Food we ordered….so you can match photos with food.
1. Oysters in half shell. They are 🔥. Love the mushroom vinegar and how light and airy the shredded horseradish is!
2. Pea salad. Larger than expected. Really pops. Lots of greens! FYI you get three cheesy pea fritters and they make the dish 💣!
3. Avocado bruschetta. Felt like a hearty, fancy avocado toast. I’m not mad. Even came with a cute little edible flower.
4. Ravioli. Perfect bite size pocket filled with the creamiest of cheeses. This one is topped with a pistachio pesto. I don’t know about you, but I’ve never had a pistachio pesto before, but I’m a convert. Yum!
Let’s talk bathrooms….yeah, I’m going there. To me, it’s important. They had multiple, single stall, non gender, occupied/vacant signage bathroom stalls - with MULTIPLE hooks for hanging things. Yes, I pay attention to these details. This place is 10/10 in the criteria.
The only thing that would have made this experience even better was a friendlier server, but I think she had the whole patio so I won’t fault her for that.
Lynda Sigwanz
Went for dinner to celebrate our anniversary and enjoyed the food alot.we had mussels scallops spicy tuna for starters. Dinner was spaghetti fra diavolo which our server recommended and didn't disappoint as well as cacio e pepe and dessert was a beautiful crepe with banana. Our server Brandon went out of his way to make the meal enjoyable and brought us a complimentary side of green beans that was fabulous.my only thing I didn't like was the lighting really dark and difficult to see at times. I would definitely recommend this place and will be returning
Gina Brusseau
This place was amazing and treated my friend and I so well. Our server made me feel so special for my bday - thank you! The mezcal drink was tasty, vermouth with hibiscus…yum, empanadas delish and raspberry sorbet was fantastic. Loved the ambiance!
Afton Cape
Delicious and our service was great. The ragu was the best thing we ordered. Highly recommend that. All the drinks were beautiful.
Craig Larson
Comfortable and easy vibe with truly superb and unique food. Really one of the best meals I’ve had in Minneapolis.
Oliver Feng
Very trendy place and great waiting staff. However, the pasta I had was very disappointing and significantly over-salted, to the point where I didn’t finish most of it. Portion sizes also left much to be desired. They did reimburse me for the pasta though which was much appreciated
Jacob Hookom
Unique, destination cocktails with a solid wine selection. The food is great on a smaller menu. Worth asking the server on portion size when buying appetizers at the table. Only negative on the place is that it was overtly dark in there and depending on your table, may need to bring a flashlight.
Tania Abraham
My visit to Martina was such a great experience, and completely bowled me away! This is one of the few times I wish there was an option for a 5-star + rating.
From the brunch menu, I was so impressed with the variety of Argentinian fusion options; and all of my food selections as well as the cocktails were delicious.
The ambience of the resturant, and level of detail and panache with everything made my visit all that more special.
Their super friendly staff were knowledgeable of the menu, ingredients and asked about potential allergies. We were given great recommendations for entrees/dishes that all translated the great ingredients into delectable dishes!!!
Next time I’m in Minneapolis, I’ll definitely be back!! My brunch highlights were: EMPANADAS, LOBSTER TOAST, and CRABS BENEDICT.
Claire Marie
Nice place. We went for brunch and got the carbonara, chicken sandwich, and potato churros. All very good (4.5/5). Also got a few cocktails & cappuccino which were excellent (5/5). Will come back to try the dinner menu sometime.
E M
Always a five star experience here. Artisan cocktails, fabulous food and incredible service. After many visits, the only thing I would steer away from is the calamari. I didn't know it had cinnamon and cinnamon wrecks most dishes for me. A little goes a long long way. I'd recommend everything else though. Super creative kitchen.
Andrew Athen
I was taken here as a birthday dinner surprise, and boy was I surprised! I came for a brunch on Sunday. I had fried chicken sandwich. My mother had the seasonal omelette. And my sister had the brussel sprout salad. I had the pleasure of tasting each one of them and they were all fantastic. Paired with a couple of seasonal cocktails this was an absolutely beautiful brunch that I will not forget and will be recommending this place to all of my friends. Very reasonably priced as well.
Jessica Darczuk
Exprcted a bigger menu, but the food we had was great and service was awesome. The flavor of those cheese empanadas is exceptionally authentic and reminds me of the flavor you experience in the motherland, which i have not tasted anything like ever in the states.
Becca Robbins
We visited Martina for a date night and were very pleased with our experience. There was a bit of a seating error due to some unforeseen circumstances, but the staff worked hard to make it right, I wish more restaurants had the care of customers I've experienced at Martina and Colita. Someone is encouraging excellence in the staff and it shows.
We tried several cocktails; the Luna Rosa-sweet and light, the Palma-a boozy Arnold Palmer, and the Cachi Spritz-tropical and fruity.
We ended up ordering all of the dishes the bartender recommended and they did not disappoint. We ordered the Pea Salad-it was light and refreshing with a spectacular citrus dressing, a fantastic starter. We also had the empanadas with a fantastic herby sauce on the side. The spaghetti de diovolo with lobster was savory and rich in flavor, with just the right amount of spice. The pasta was cooked perfectly. We finished with the dessert crepe which was sweet and rich.
Other reviews have mentioned small servings, however I felt they fell in line with other restaurants of this style and caliber. We left full, happy, and impressed with the service we received.
Jordan Zenisek
This place has good food and I'm definitely glad I went, however I wouldn't necessarily want to visit again.
I ordered the empanadas, masala chai, and we split the potato churros. I loved the potato churros and the sauces they gave, but the empanadas, while good, needed a sauce that balanced them out better. The masala chai had way too much ice and because I didn't drink it fast enough the bottom of it was essentially water while the beginning was too strong.
Overall, I appreciated the portions because although I felt full,l it wasn't overwhelming, but after that meal, there's nothing else on the menu I feel the need to try. I'm giving 5 stars because I still appreciate what they're trying to do and enjoyed my experience there.
Mary M.
Fantastic service, atmosphere, and flavors as always. Their craft cocktails have a real depth of flavor to them. Unlike most wines that have subtle notes of berry that my tongue cannot usually identify.... These cocktails have flavors that wax and wane off the tongue with every sip. Great gluten free menu, not shown online but available in person.
Rachel Gall
We randomly called to see if we could get in. The bar is first come, so we snagged two chairs. Our meal was slow paced, as we ordered one item at a time, based on our mood and hunger level. We never felt rushed and were met with great suggestions on every course. Everything was "clean your plate" good. Can't wait to go back.
May Chung
Meh empanadas were soggy and greasy. Potato churros were greasy too and had old oil taste. Dishes were not worth the cost. This was back in July fyi. 😕 …
Emily Luthra
Delicious everything. Went twice this week during a trip. Potato churros, salmon, spicy tuna, eggplant Bolognese, crab ravioli. Rich flavors, perfect seasoning, pretty plating.
Nick G
I loved the food, but it was the service that shined and made the restaurant stand out for me.
Our server, Kat, was there at the perfect time, knew the menu incredibly well and made perfect recommendations. She split our order into courses and each course came out within a minute of us finishing the last one, was hot and perfectly prepared. Drinks came out fast, too. Even though the restaurant was busy, it didn't feel that way with how quick and elegant the service was. We were a walk-in table that felt like a VIP table.
We ordered 2 drinks, 2 appetizers and 2 entrées and the total came out to roughly a little over $200 with tip. We felt like it was well-priced for the quality of food and service we recieved.
Overall, A+ experience, would definitely go again and recommend to my friends.
Naïcha Dorville
We celebrated our anniversary here knowing that we would enjoy the cocktails, house-made vermouth, and seafood Martina always does so well. We shared a panqueque to finish and it was just perfect. Attentive, helpful servers and lovely plating as well.
Samuel Carson
Everything was excellent: the ambiance, service, food, and drinks.
We got three appetizers/sides and three entrées for four people and shared family style, which was perfect. The lobster spaghetti (pictured) and goat cheese ravioli were the standout dishes. The potato churros (pictured) were a fun take on roasted potato wedges and quite tasty.
I also had the Palma rye whisky cocktail (pictured) and found it delicious and well-balanced.
V W
My husband and I dined here for the first time. The food and service was AMAZING. The drinks weren’t really our thing, but very different and interesting. The only issue we had was how dark it was in the evening. Wished it was a bit brighter. We would for sure go back and get an earlier reservation.
Holly Simonette
Dinner was exquisite. The ambience, the food, just everything. Highly recommend.
ousmane Daffé
Had a very nice special night out here. It was our first visit. The restaurant knew that it was our anniversary and presented us with a special drink. The amaretto sour beer was fantastic. The helpings were all quite large so spliting things makes a lot of sense. Celery root ravioli with king crab was especially good. Would love to go back.
Kaleb Rumicho
This is a great brunch spot (and I’m sure dinner, too). The food is delicious, the cocktails are on point, and their service is top notch.
I’d recommend their savory potato churros as a side. Their burgers and chicken sandwich are very good. Among the cocktails, “Citras” is my favorite.
Sarah Sue
We've been wanting to get to Martina for quite some time now and I made reservations 5 weeks out as it's definitely a hot spot. I can see now what the fuss is about. From their craft cocktails to their fresh made pastas, the chefs and weight staff are incredible.
Hands down recommend the spicy tuna tiradito and avocado bruschetta for starters. For main course, the lamb fusilli is mouth watering. And this is coming from someone that doesn't traditionally eat lamb!
For cocktails, the G&T, Casamari and Palma are all wonderful choices.
Victoria Dubose-Briski
Fantastic drinks and service! We sat at the bar for drinks and dessert. TJ was incredibly friendly and was extremely knowledgeable about the drinks on the menu. Honestly, the best mixologist we have been served by in years! The drinks were complex and interesting! Unique and lively ambiance! We will definitely be back! We also highly recommend checking it out!
Brooklynn B
Great spot for brunch! Very cute vibes and food is so good started with the oysters they were so good had to go for seconds! Also got the crab Benedict and loved it 10/10 will come back
David Brajkovic
Had the octopus that was very tender and perfect salt level. Overall great experience and good drinks. Only knock is that they served a beautiful octopus dish on a wooden plate that was very scratched up from usage. Odd choice imo.
Peter Centner
Inventive, creative food and a cocktail menu that rivals the best bars in New York or San Francisco. The ambiance is hip and lively and the service is warm and friendly. The made-in-house vermouth program is unlike anything anywhere in the US and the attention to detail in each one of the drinks makes Martina worth the trip alone. Try a mezcal or tequila based drink (we especially liked the Hidden Door) or something classically Argentine like a fernet and coke. The food here is equally inspired. The scallops are a must and the ramp pesto ravioli with chèvre were also a stand out. Book a reservation well in advance. The place fills up quickly even on a Monday evening. Overall it was a top notch dining experience, we will definitely be returning.
Ling
Great services and over price salt meal . The food at this place I felt was a little substandard. if just food I can give 2-3 stars , I am a heavy salt person, but I think this is too salty to me. the appetizers were quite good and the drinks were amazing and the staff and everyone in the service was impeccable,so I give 4 stars.
Pulkit Kashyap
Overall a really good experience. But few things about this restaurant:
1. Fine dining menu with fine dining prices.
2. Not so 5star ambience. Although they did a great job in regard to COVID precautions.
3. Food portions are small but very filling.
4. Food presentation is Amazing.
It’s definitely a place you can go for a date.
W Moy
Food was nice but not exceptional. Outside seating is very pleasant even with cool temps the patio heaters made it very comfortable. Service was very nice and attentive. Food just did not have as much personality as we expected.
Bill Pitcher
The staff was exceptional nice and competent. The octopus and calamari were amazing.
Brian Kennedy
Great food, with a separate gluten free menu. Nice space, if a little dark for us. Great portions, and a very attentive staff. We'll be back for sure!
Richard Chasse
The Jalepeño Burger and Potato Churros I had were amazing! Top 5 in best burgers I've had.. Definitely get the churros though with whatever you order.
You order everything and pay through your phone which was neat. First time I've seen that. Also have sanitizer at the table for you!
One thing to note: the bathroom isn't labeled. I walked by it several times before having to ask, and enjoyed seeing I wasn't the only one afterwards.
Wyatt Torvik
From start to finish we had a top notch experience. Our server was very helpful and inviting for our first visit.
We tried the bruschettas and oysters for starters. I do not typically enjoy oysters, but even these were amazing.
We all ordered pastas for entrées and enjoyed all of them. The cocktails and vermouth were phenomenal. Would have loved to try them all. (Citrus and pineapple vermouths were 10/10)
Since we were celebrating our friend’s birthday, the server brought us a free round of the Rosa vermouth and a cup of raspberry sorbet with his desert.
I would love to return to Matina someday. Expect to spend about $120 for a couple if you do appetizers and drinks with a desert. It was undoubtedly worth every penny!
Eddie Mend
Great cocktails and steamed mussels. The pasta is a little disappointing, but the vibe and drinks make up for it. Nice place for date nights or out with friends. Perfect for drinks and appetizers.
James Bjorvik
I really enjoyed this place. Started off with the muscles, oysters, scallops and the spicy tuna all were great appetizers. Decided to go with the lamb pasta – per the waiter’s recommendation. Glad I listen to him it was Delicious. My better half ordered the octopus She absolutely loved it. Also got a side of the fried cauliflower which was out of this world. Staff was great, I would definitely recommend this place!
Richelle Jarvis
I have been meaning to try this restaurant, and am mad at myself for not going sooner! Food was fresh. We tried: empanadas, churros, potato gnocchi, and another pasta dish with short ribs I believe, and the flavor was great for everyth. I don't drink anymore, and think it's awesome they have a mocktail menu! Downfall is having to book a reservation well in advance, but it is well worth the wait!

Martina is an exciting experience for your taste buds. The flavors were unique and delicious. Plating was beautiful and there was a wide array of dishes to choose from. They offer dietary restriction menus as well.

Chef Danny delivers again. Everything was exceptional!

Top notch and a new favorite in town. Salad was a bit over dressed but other than that everything spot on. Parillada and pulpo made perfect choices to share for the table. And very clear gluten free options. Flourless chocolate cake excellent as well. Sat out on the patio and it’s super comfortable (although a bit hot in the summer sun).

Martina is lovely. Great food and overall experience at this restaurant. I particularly love their potato churros and steak. The atmosphere is fun and upbeat!

I've been looking forward to trying this restaurant for a while after hearing glowing reviews. It exceeded all expectations! The lighting is gentle and noise level very manageable for conversation. I was able to try one dish from each category, inspired by the tremendous recommendations of the staff. Most notable: the salmon entree, empanadas, and flour-less chocolate cake. Also, the cocktail offerings are extensive as is the wine list. A must-go in the cities.

We’ve taken several evenings to head out to dinner on patios during Covid. I’m so happy to report that Martina’s patio renovation is gorgeous! The hardscaping and plantings perfectly compliment the area and add a feeling of seclusion.
Martina’s meals and drinks are full of joy! The oysters make me happy to my core! And the steak was phenomenal! I highly recommend!

LOVE the vibe. Have sat in dining room, outside and recently bar and wanted to love bar most but was a weird experience. Took forever to get drinks, which were good but if you’re paying $15 a drink should be speedy. Churros and Brussels are always amazing. Mussels were… strange.. they should be served in a larger bowl so they can actually absorb the sauce, that was not the case. The Cacio de Pepe was pretty good, almost “too” cheesy but still good! Biggest discretion was the server, bar manager/sommelier, not letting us know our entrees would not be sent for fire until our apps were done, and then didn’t check on us for 30 minutes. All in all great spot, very talented crew and spot. Will be back but hope it’s a more welcoming vibe!

This Argentinian- Italian influenced restaurant is a must. Not only is the food exquisite and unique. But the ambiance is perfect for a date, anniversary or just a night out. Open concept with modern look and feel, it's located in a great location in South Minneapolis. The drinks are creative and delicious but refreshingly balanced. I was a huge fan of the pork chop, which was bone in and cooked to perfection. They cut the meat up for you and topped it with Brussels sprouts medley. Definitely will be going back for that. My wife have the spaghetti and lobster which was also very delicious and unique with a little bit of spice. The noodles are made in house which you really can tell in the pasta. All in all I highly recommend this place as we will be going back again and again. ($$-$$$)

The oysters were very good, on the sweet side. The shaved horseradish that acoompanied them was great. We tried several cocktails, both alcoholic and N/A and were impressed by them all. I don't think they have a drink on the menu that isn't delicious. Octopus portion was a bit small (1 tentacle) for the price but was also very good.
But this place had by far and away the best scallops I've ever had. They were incredibly creamy with a sauce that has a great but of heat without overwhelming. Get the scallops!
Fantastic service as well. Extremely professional and very warm.

"A Martina by any other name would taste just as delicious," said Big Willy Shakespeare about this place because hoooo hoggy this place is -excellent-
You'll pay a pretty penny for these palatable pleasantries but pappa it's worth it.
Every item we ordered was very good, but the ravioli and the salmon were some of the best we've had anywhere before.

Came to Martina with a small group of friends to celebrate my birthday and everything was FANTASTIC!! Our server Serena was an absolute delight. Joe the GM was just amazing to us. That Brussel sprout salad!!!!!! Wow! Thank you Thank you!!!!
Carolina Maricic
Great food! Argentine food a tad too Americanized but still a great experience. Would love to see yerba mate cocktails.
David Plourde
I would definitely recommend eating here. The prices are reasonable. The atmosphere was a warm and relaxed and very open vibe.
My wife and I went here for brunch last weekend. We easily made reservations right from the Google search page. Very convenient!
Finding parking in Linden Hills can be a challenge some times so leave a bit early in case you need to park a few blocks away.
The restaurant was packed when we arrived. Glad I made reservations! We were seated immediately and the staff was at our table right away.
*I think this place is easily accessible for wheelchairs and the tables are the right height.
The brunch menu was diverse and had options for everyone. I saw a lot of burgers being ordered, maybe I will try next time. I would def recommend the steak and eggs. (The potato churros are awesome!) My wife had the Lobster toast and was pleased with it as well.

Excellent service and great tasting meal. A perfect spot for a special evening. Impressed by the portion sizes, did not leave hungry.

My sisters and I went to Martina for sister night and we had an AMAZING time. The food is absolutely to die for. We had a pesto pasta, potato churros (MUST have), Brussel sprout salad, and empanadas. I would order all of those again. Our waitress was also so kind and helpful. We ordered cocktails which were great, but we also had the house made vermouth for my birthday and WOW! Definitely order the vermouth, I would just order that next time instead of a cocktail. I highly recommend Martina and going with a few people to share multiple plates. I have been thinking about Martina since going a few weeks ago, and I will be coming back soon!

Top three things:
1) Double cheeseburger for brunch - start your day off right
2) The crab benedict is outstanding and will fill you up for the day
3) Potato churros - taste even better than they sound, light, crispy, and delicious
Things I wish I knew ahead of time:
1) This is an excellent brunch spot, don't just think of this place for dinner
2) The staff is friendly, attentive, and they do an excellent job making you feel comfortable
3) There is parking on the side of the restaurant but the alley road is in poor shape which can make getting in and out a bit of a challenge with traffic. Not a big deal but just heads up.
Rebecca Montanari
Beautiful setting with open kitchen. Everything we got was delicious, but we left hungry. My husband and I thought by ordering a pasta dish and 2 plates we would be full - but we didn’t realize the plates are very small portions. Be prepared to spend $$$ and order 2-3 plates per person to feel satisfied! Pictured: scallops, lumache pasta

Update to my original review. My wife and I recently enjoyed another meal at Martina. We shared the Charred Brussel Sprout salad and a order of Empanadas. The salad was very good, but lacking pancetta flavor. In addition, there was too much chevre. The empanadas were wonderful, but after the amount of cheese in the salad were a bit overwhelmed by the empanada currently on the menu which has copious amounts of gorgonzola in it. I do not recommend ordering these two items during the same meal. We both had the Pappardelle Short Rib Ragu and it was OUTSTANDING! The depth of flavor in the sauce was amazing. I am a solid cook and make a mean braised pork ragu, but mine needs work after eating this dish.
There is one drawback to Martina and its' attached sister restaurant Rosalia. There are only 2 unisex bathrooms and both restaurants share them. Not only is the wait long, but the conditions of the restrooms were horrible. I know it's hard to move or add plumbing, but something needs to be done if at all possible.
ORIGINAL REVIEW
Outstanding! Attentive and friendly service. Amazing appetizers and simple, but elegant old world pastas. Entrée selection looks great. Can't wait to go back and enjoy more of this menu!
Cody Johnson
The food was incredible. Worth every dollar. Make reservations as this place can fill up quick. Try the fried cauliflower and empanadas. Also the Panqueque desert was out of this world. This place quickly lands in our top 3 favorite restaurants in the country.
Steve Rawlins
For appetizers, savory churros and empanadas. Busy, lively, classy (which means: full bar but no big screen TV). Design style is "bustling open kitchen", which is entertaining, but not for quiet tête-à-tête. Popular, Argentinian-inspired, neighborhood upscale favorite for special occasions. Not inexpensive.
Anthony Scott
I highly suggest making a reservation way ahead of time as this restaurant seems to be always packed and got good reason. Probably the nicest and friendliest hostess I have every encountered. Then the bar staff was amazing and very attentive. The food was also great! I highly suggest the gnocchi!
Matthew Kezhaya
Wonderful ambiance, service, and food. We had the selected items plus oysters, the parpadelle, the crepe, and espresso over ice cream. Magnificent, all.
MishaMPLS
Excellent value and flavor. The grilled octopus with bone marrow was perfectly done, not tough or fishy. The pasta with lamb shoulder was decadent. The staff were excellent and treated us very well. Will go back, you should go, get some oysters.
Angela Pearson
Brunch menu is great! And what a cute neighborhood too! The burger is amazing, the potato churros are crazy good, my husband ordered the steak and eggs with chimichurri and he really enjoyed that as well.
I will say, however, that for a restaurant of this caliber, I wasn't impressed with the service. Our lady server came over and didn't seem overly interested in chatting, which is fine, she was very soft spoken, and asked if we wanted anything to drink. Once that was squared away, she came back and kind of stood there before asking if we wanted to order anything... Ummm.. yep, we sure do. Food arrived, everything was great, but our server never stopped to see if we needed anything or if the food was good/as we expected. My drink ran out and I was never offered another, and what if there had been something wrong with the food? Just left a bitter taste in my mouth for such a nice place.

Phenomenal. Thank you! Will be back!
There are so many reasons to applaud Martina I feel the stress of an award winner hesitant to name specific reasons for fear of forgetting one. I’ll try to be comprehensive yet efficient which is also how you could describe their mouth-watering menu. I digress. Martina, thank you for:
~ Exquisite food. On our way to our respective homes and then via text, my mates and I continued to rejoice how the food was fabulous: flavorful, energizing, beautiful, light yet filling, and delicious beyond words. I predict we’ll continue reflecting on this meal until we return.
~ Renowned service (thank you especially to our server, Aaron, for your menu insight and guidance). Friendly, welcoming team and the fantastic food arrived ridiculously fast! Not only did you exceed our expectations (especially for being a more formal restaurant), you exceeded our unreasonably hangry desires (we arrived very hungry). Moreover, immediately upon arrival we felt underdressed compared to our fellow diners; we felt just as welcomed and respected.
~ Beautiful aesthetic. Wonderful windows for walls, natural materials, and spacious feeling even amount a roaring crowd. The place was packed for a Tuesday night with seemingly maximum use of the space for tables and chairs and yet we felt a great balance of being among a community enjoying a outstanding food together and comfortably within our own environment at our table.
~ Alluring desert menu. We were so satiated by the meal yet so tempted by the desserts. As a trio, we decided to close the check and try walking around the neighborhood to rebuild a hunger and make room for dessert. The meal was so good we could not find the hunger to rationalize ordering more food, even after a good walk. We shall return (especially for the peaches)!
Update: we returned tonight (the following night) purely for the peaches which {not surprisingly} lived up to and surpassed our expeditions! We also enjoyed the divine flourless chocolate cake and a series of their tasty, eclectic drinks from the bar! Cheers!

Loved this place! The service and food were outstanding. Everything we had was excellent. We shared Brussels sprouts salad and gnocchi. Other dishes were the grilled flat iron, octopus, chicken and flan. The gluten free menu offered many options. They actually make gluten free pasta. I had the Cacio e pepe which they can make gluten free. LOVED it!!! The atmosphere is really lovely and calming. The drinks were fantastic. We’ll be back to try brunch.
They have a parking lot in the side of the building which is nice due to tight parking in that area.
Tofu Man
Excellent customer service by Zoey!! The food was outstanding, the facility was nice and clean. I must emphasize the quality of service Zoey provided me. She answered my questions with detailed suggestions on what was on the menu as well as kindly replacing the entire utensils set after my appetizer. Thank you very much Zoey for the recommended brussels salad with the lamb meatballs.
Jason Camis
Great unique restaurant featuring Italian/Argentinian food with lots of seafood. The Halibut and Spaghetti w. Lobster fra diavolo were excellent! Complimentary truffles were nice touch at end of meal. Modern space and decor, but still very comfortable. Kids loved her vibe and the food!

Martina has earned a warm spot in my heart and belly.
Inside it's beautiful. The tables are nestled together just right. Classic songs from Erykah Badu, Jill Scott, and Drake played in the background. A reservation is required unless you want to eat at the bar which was what we did and loved it.
Drinks: The bartenders were fantastic and very attentive. I highly recommend the Spanish G+T. It's strong and has a hint of lavender and rosemary.
Food: I had the infamous Lobster Toast which certainly lived up to the hype. I also tried the Fried Chicken Sandwich. It was flavorful and tasty. I'm so happy we decided to try this place. It's a new favorite for sure.
Cons: No desserts served during brunch. No valet.
Emily H
Martina exceeded my expectations (and they were high). This restaurant has the food and drink quality of a very high end restaurant but doesn't hit the wallet quite as bad as the 'spoon and stable's' of Minnesota do.
The cocktails were so impressive and interesting. Highly recommend the Kind of a Kalimotxo and the Toro Y Gallo! Get them both. The Toro Y Gallo is their take on the Moscow Mule but it's WAY better then a Moscow Mule.
Food:
The food was beautiful (see pictures) and delicious. We started with an amuse-bouche which was wonderful - I wish more high end restaurants served these before the meal!
Salmon crudo - recommended. The flavor combination was good and the sauce was stunning.
Scallops - these might become addicting. Wow. These are the best scallops I've had in Minnesota.
Carrots - when a menu uses the words "Carrot reduction" how can they not be good? They were amazing. The combination of Faro and carrots were spot on! Highly recommend this.
Grilled Octopus with Bone Marrow - I wasn't quite sure about this one, but it ended up being outstanding. The only thing I would change is it should have a little less parsley!
Overall, I highly recommend checking out Martina. It was wonderful!
Julia Walfoort
Service and food was spectacular! I'll definitely be back - 10/10 would recommend. Personal favorites from the night were the salmon entree, cauliflower side dish, and flour less chocolate cake. The staff was very helpful in providing wonderful recommendations, and checked in on us just enough. I ordered the Selene cocktail as well - AMAZING. Would love to come back another time for brunch since it was such a wonderful experience. Well done Martina!
Jose Benitez
Outstanding dining! They did a really nice job re working the old space to give it a fresher, livelier yet a bit minimalist ambience.
Definitely not a quiet place, but you can still hear a good selection of tunes over the ruckus.
The octopus with bone marrow and the beef tongue are new favorites.
Super busy between 6 and 8pm, yet easy to squeeze in a table after 8:30
Owen is a great server, bonus points for willing to discuss how The Police were way better than Sting as a solo artist :)
Stefan C
Martina offers a modern take on traditional Argentinian fare and pulls it off deliciously.
The house cocktails are an adventure of their own, carefully crafted by the bartenders. The Frida's House even has to be ignited briefly by a blowtorch before being served!
The emapanda appetizer while a little small was absolutely delicious and is served with a traditional chimichurri sauce.
The main course grilled octopus cannot be missed. It was tender yet lightly charred on the outside offering a beautiful crunch with a soft and tender center that was not even slightly chewy.
Highly recommend this location for your next flavor adventure. Go early or get reservations as it is quite popular.

I finally got to Martina after admiring it via Instagram posts for a couple months. I foolishly didn’t make a reservation. I was told I’d have up to a 90 minute wait. Then I got lucky. A few minutes later he host sat me at a table that had been held for 20 minutes without the reservation showing up. That was great. It’s so frustrating to wait when you see open seats. There should be a policy that if you’re 10 min late you lose your spot. I promised to be fast. Everything looked great. EVERYTHING. The atmosphere to the food to the unique drinks. I got steak and eggs. My friend got the breakfast sandwich. I’d like to go without my daughter so that I can take my time next time. She gets into everything (even while strapped into a high chair).

Crowded...even on a Monday night, make a reservation! The calamari was an experience, the potato churros were so much better than the normal carnival fair. Excellent seafood dishes. This is a definite date night spot for a great meal.
Rebeca Ho
This place was called Best New Restaurant for a good reason! Everything we had for our meal was fantastic and the staff was so attentive the entire time.
It was pretty busy and noisy for a Thursday night but that made the atmosphere very lively.
They also offer mocktails alongside their regular cocktail menu, and the seafood was so fresh. This is a great place to bring out-of-town guests, to come for a date or celebrate a special occasion.
John Weirick
From the moment you walk into Martina, notice the minimal decor and clean lines of midcentury modern furniture and exotic plants, and take your seat in its warm environment, you're being conditioned for what to expect. This isn't quite fine dining, but it isn't not excellent dining in both food and service. The waitstaff are calm and confident, the kitchen staff are spry and focused (you can view them at work due to the open kitchen layout), and the bartenders are poised with effortless cool. On a Sunday morning, the brunch crowd is a steady stream in and out. We expected to fork over hefty plate prices, but were happy to find ourselves satisfied with quality and portions while spending less than $25 per person, including drinks. The lobster toast was a pleasant seafood tangent with grounded savory flavors. The crab Benedict was covered in a rich yet light bearnaise sauce. Empanadas de puerro looked like tiny appetizers, but were much more filling than expected—the gorgonzola was superior to every other overly tangy gorgonzola we've tried previously—and the green chimichurri sauce perfectly accompanied it. The coffee was a pleasant dark roast, far better than typical brunch spots' bland roasts. They could really match the refined quality of foods by partnering with a local roaster's specialty coffee, such as a complex Colombian or a berry-tinged chocolatey Ethiopian. The cocktail called "Coffee" uses house-made amaro, a magnificent red hue to accompany the bittersweet aperitivo. The hype is deserved. Now only if the dinner plates were a tad more affordable, we'd make this a regular occurrence.
Carolina Margaria
I was hopeful that Argentinian cuisine had finally come to Minnesota, those hopes were dashed.
The food: The quality of everything was superb, it was in cooking we ran into some issues.
- Chipa is served before you even order! If you aren't familiar this is an Argentine version of a cheesy bread similar to the brazilian Pao di Queijo at places like Fogo de Chão. Of course the Argentine version is better ;-)
- Table Bread - was good, but tasted a bit burnt on the outside, it seemed like they were going for a crunch and missed the mark a bit.
- Grilled Beef Tongue was amazing. It is one of the hot appetizers and worth it. Its 4 pieces of grilled bread with a little mayo and some very thinly sliced grilled pieces of beef tongue.
- Potato Churros - mashed potatoes that are deep fried, overall I would have rather had french fries since these felt extra greasy, but they weren't bad.
- Grilled Octopus with Bone Marrow - This was not overcooked, it was not chewy and gummy, but it was burnt on the outside to the point that the smaller bits were just charcoal. The bone marrow was a bit undercooked and since it wasn't split open was not seasoned at all.
- Niman Ranch prime flat iron - this is where my disappointment grew. I asked for my steak medium well and was told it was not a problem. What I got was a medium rare steak that was completely burnt on the outside.
I believe that they were going for a 'char' but my mouth was a mixture of delicious steak and charcoal. The chimichurri that accompanied it was exceptional and cut the taste of carbon but I personally prefer to taste meat instead of having to douse it in sauce to make it edible. Its odd, because the steak was of great quality and delicious, and yet also quite terrible.
Service:
- The service was attentive without being overbearing, our water glasses were filled very frequently and they filled the bread basket without us having to ask, but checked that we wanted it first.
- I did have to ask for my drink a few times before they remembered to bring it (we were dining at 5 on a sunday, not very busy)
Atmosphere: This place has a very cool and trendy vive with high ceilings, exposed beams, and limes that are shaved into patterns. Nothing about the decor really says anything outside of 'I'm a cool new trendy place in uptown' to me but it was pretty.
THIS IS NOT AN ARGENTINE RESTAURANT: Did I see some elements of Argentine influence, sure, but I also saw more italian and new american and a few others. I am from Argentina, and while the Chef at Martina is as well and I'm sure he knows way more about food then me I have to protest the label. While there are puerro empanadas on the menu, and I'm going to guess that puerro is a regional thing, there were no beef ones which is the quintessential empanada in Argentina. In fact, for an Argentine restaurant beef is not a main part of the menu here not to mention the fact that no self respecting argentine would not know how to cook a steak medium well. If you need further proof look at the menu again, there is no spanish but English and Italian. So yes, the chef is argentine and his influence shows through but that's a big leap to calling this an argentine restaurant. If you read this whole thing, I should also add that my dinner companions agreed with me and they don't have the bias I obviously do.
Rebecca Anderson
We went here for brunch and had the crab Benedict and two eggs & meat. Crab Benedict was really good but the two eggs & meat (bacon) was pretty ordinary. The drinks were really good.
Angi
Great ambiance in the quaint linden hills neighborhood. Brunch is reasonably priced and though the high quality of food and service show that this is a top notch foodie spot, the staff were welcoming and down to earth. I immediately made a second reservation. Because the almond pancakes were awesome and now I want to try the melted leeks and fontina cheese empanadas (whaaaat)
Liz Gac
Top notch service and food from start to finish. Large group, and our waiter was attentive, yet not overbearing, and able to provide suggestions with tasteful upsells. Food and drink were creative and nothing you would find elsewhere. Panquque dessert and sport coffee are a must!
John Beale
A ‘this doesn’t feel like Minneapolis’ ambiance combined with a sublime menu of tastes and drinks gives this restaurant a unique position in the city. Enjoyable service, divine Argentinian cuisine, cocktails and appetizers. The quintessential Argentinian desert is a must! Pricey, but well worth it!
Becca Freeman
Martina absolutely knows what it's doing. The drinks they craft here are exquisite and feel very personal. We only got appetizers but the mussel portion size was extremely generous and the broth was delicious. Absolutely recommend. It filled me up completely.
Tom MacNabb
Fun drinks, grilled octopus, pasta dishes that feel of the beaten track like the Mushroom Lumache, you can’t go wrong.
JLC
Over rated over priced. Steak had artificial smoke flavor added. Woke up sick the next day.
Laura Hacker
Outstanding experience! Sent my parents as a belated Mother's Day treat, and they had an amazing time. The staff was super friendly and made their experience special and memorable, and they couldn't stop raving about how amazing the food and cocktails. Thank you for making their experience unforgettable!
Melissa L
Martina always delivers an exceptional experience. Best drinks in town and they even have fancy drinks for the kids. The food is fabulous. The Gnocchi never disappoints! The beet salad was great and a decent appetizer portion. The pork chop is definitely the best bang for your buck in regards to portion. Most portions are small for the price but you do not leave unhappy. Everything is delicious. They also have a great kids menu now!
Monika Melsha
Really good flavors - dishes that a unique and memorable in a good way.
This was the Prosciutto wrapped Halibut. Not a fish I order often. But I would order this again.
Scallops, calamari & the watermelon tomato salad were awesome as well.
Gabriel Asha Hertler
We opted to dine here for our anniversary. This was hands down one of the best meals we've ever had. The staff were attentive, the food was absolutely delicious and the ambiance was lovely.
Jaime Cerón
Excellent empanadas and a good selection of unique Argentinian influenced dishes . Lively atmosphere in modern hip restaurant and neighborhood.
Rory Taylor
Incredible. My girlfriend and I pride ourselves on trying new restaurants out in the twin cities and this place blew us away.
The cocktails are fantastic. My gf doesn’t drink and the NA beverages were also outstanding.
Fresh fresh oysters. Omelette and Benedict out of this world. You can’t go wrong.
If you haven’t been yet you’re missing out. Get here ASAP
Brent Timm
Wow, one of the best meals I've had in Minneapolis. The food was out of this world... Unique, creative. I'm still dreaming about the beef tongue bruschetta .
Jodi Irwin
The food was almost better than the service. Seriously, both were 5 stars. Thanks Zoe (Zoey?) Best service I've had in years. Food was impeccable. And the drinks were good.
Paige Clark
Great unique food with exceptional drinks. The restaurant was much smaller than I had imagined but the atmosphere was awesome. I loved the open kitchen and light grey 2x4's that line the ceilings. A great dining experience through and through!
Adam Yifru
Overall good food. Dinner pasta menu is great. Lunch steak and eggs and salmon bagle is okay. Better dinner menu than brunch
Ainsley Hood
Great service, great food, manager kicked us out of our table as we were enjoying dessert so that they could seat another table. In my opinion the paying customer comes first. Very disappointing and will not be returning any time soon.
Brian Blodgett
Crafted cocktails, they make their own vermouth.
Unique dishes with alot of flavors.
Place was packed on a weekday night. Alot of energy and had both indoor and outdoor seating.
I will definitely go back.
Brittany Slusar
The experience we had was amazing and it always is when I go. The drinks are beautifully done, I recommend the G&T and the food is top notch, you must get the potato churros! I also had the Caserecce with Asparagus Pesto pasta which I highly recommend, you won't be disappointed!
john hotz
One of the best meals I’ve had. I loved it and would recommend to anyone. I’m from Out of town and visited based on a recommendation. Thanks so much.
Megan Graham
Brunch should not be missed at Martina. The drink menu at brunch was fantastic. If you like seafood, this is a can't miss brunch!
Julian DeStephano
5/5 Great dinner spot the staff were all young and fun to hangout with. The atmosphere was inviting. Really nice food options!
Delaine Thomas
Scallops were fishy with a strong smell. Small portions for the price. The gnocchi was a bit bland but the mushroom rigatoni was lovely.
Pablo Armas
Very nice space, pretty good service. The wine list was organized in a peculiar way but had some nice wines. The food was incredible! We really enjoyed the empanadas, cow tongue bruschetta, and the blood sausage.
Chelsea Ridenour
Excellent food that is unique and exciting. The cocktail list is as good as you could hope for anywhere. Neat vibe, quiet enough for good conversation. We got the pork chop and stuffed trout and thought both were excellent. Will return again and again
Mark Giannetti
My absolute favorite restaurant in Minneapolis. Incredible Argentinian seafood and great service. We always end up ordering cocktails (and awesome mocktails), a couple of appetizers, a couple of mains, and dessert. The mussels were fresh and very tasty, pea salad was surprisingly good, and the Spaghetti Fra Diavolo with Lobster is a must order.
zap zap
Lovely place, drink selection was wonderful, food was delicious. Nice people watching. Try the grilled octopus, Spaghetti fra diavla with lobster, and the cinnamon calamari. Delicious.
Katelyn Fehrenbach
DELICIOUS! Everyone tried different cocktails and they were all delicious as was the food. We shared the cacio e pepe as a table as well as the potato churros and then all ordered different entrees. General consensus was that everything was delicious. Every person who served our table was kind and knowledgeable about the menu when we had questions. Gorgeous, airy venue with wonderful ambiance.
Kristin
Went for brunch and without a reservation so we sat at the bar which was comfortable still. Got the steak and eggs as well as the crab carbonara. They were both fantastic!!!Wonderful bartenders, great cocktails as well as mocktails (pregnant). Can’t wait to go back for a dinner! I’ll be sure to make reservations though.
Erin Olson
Fantastic cocktails, even the non alcoholic ones! Bustling and popular spot, but the bartenders are friendly and attentive. Will be back again!
Tracy Nielsen
My first time at Martina was AWESOME! Delicious cocktails, the scallop and kale salad was something I will now need every month, and the service was fantastic. I'll definitely be back!
Sarah Hossain
This was our first time. We ordered scallops, grilled prawn, beef tongue bruchetta, mussels and Mexican grilled mackarel. Other than the beef tongue everything was really delicious. Beef tongue had overpowering vinnegrate. Server and ambience was on point.
Katherine Fines
This restaurant is so much better than the last restaurant that occupied this space. My meal was probably the best meal I've had in the cities this year. We started with a chilled salmon appetizer that was honestly the least successful part of the meal. The flavors were great and I appreciated the hit of serrano, but the portions were so small that we did not find it worth the cost.
For my main meal I had the seared scallops app with the burnt squash side. The scallops were soft, buttery, fresh, flavorful, everything I want in a scallop. The crunch added by the roe added a welcome contrast to the softness of the scallop. Admittedly, I love all things squash, and this squash lived up to my expectations. It was nicely charred and tasty. The squash portion was well-sized and easily provided the two of us with enough to complement our proteins.
My dining companion had the flat-iron steak with chimichurri and potato churros. He said it was easily the best flat-iron steak he's ever had, and the churros were far better than fries ever are.
I tried the Martina Old Fashioned as well. So good.
We were very pleased. I hope you go eat here and have an equally enjoyable and delicious time.
Rolando Almodóvar
Service is excellent. Food selection is out of this world. Cocktails are extremely good. Really nice place.
Gabrielle Roberts
Went here with a friend of mine for dinner on a weekday night. Loved the restaurant and the atmosphere. We were seated at 9:30pm. I’m really particular and prefer to have a good experience with my waitress, but she didn’t really talk much or even interact with us. I had to wave her down for another drink, and at that time it wasn’t really busy. The food was delicious and the drinks superb.
I was going to give 3 stars because we were sat by the door. Everytime it opened we were hit with freezing air and the door would get stuck. Being that every table wasn’t occupied it would have been nice to be seated elsewhere.
Great place overall - that’s the Gin & Tonic in the photo. Absolutely wonderful. Also later in the evening they start to play more neo-soul music - it was a great vibe!
Mina Wassef
I was in Minneapolis for business and Martina was recommended as one of the best places in town. I loved the vibe of the place. Weather was -40 yet the place was packed which says a lot about the quality of service and food there. Everything was perfect but my favorite was the PANQUEQUE ... I had it with Vanilla ice cream on the side and it was delicious!
Justin Wall
If you want a good experience here, sit at the corner bar spot and get some cocktails. The bartenders are some of the coolest I've met and the drinks are out of this world. You can also order food from this spot and it's always top quality. The breakfast is really good and during heavy covid times they had this burger that my wife was addicted to for a good 6 weeks. I haven't sat in their outside area yet but I'm glad they expanded as it could get really crowded in there.

Our first reservation was canceled without explanation. When we called to inquire, no one answered or returned our call. Thankfully, another member of our party was able to make a new reservation.
The service at the bar was IMPECCABLE. Most of the staff was great, the others were pretentious. They were accommodating regarding our special requests to celebrate a birthday, so that was nice.
I ordered the celery root ravioli and ended the night with food poisoning so that was great :-)

I wouldn't discourage anyone from going to Martina, but I'm not sure whether I would go again. Perhaps I would have preferred other menu items more. The service, drinks (particularly the vermouth), and scallops were high points for me. The dining area was on the loud side and some of it was too dark. It was sufficiently light near the kitchen, but I saw people at several tables using their phone flashlights to read their menus.

Everything was excellent! There drink menu and presentation is superb. Great NA options. The food was incredible. Elegant, simple, refined, and comforting. Also loved the vibe. Decor and lighting are perfect for a romantic night out, or a girls night on the town. The reason we chose this place was for the large vegetarian selection for my partner. However, I did not have any meat on this visit and was still so delighted in my meal. Capacio de Pepe was absolutely perfect. They were SLAMMED and the service was a little slow, but everyone was kind, courteous, and we got a few drinks on the house for the wait. If you are debating whether or not you should get the banana crepe, just do it! You won’t be disappointed.
Jenna Totz
Go for brunch and get the potato churros. Actually get two orders! My husband loves the burger, it’s actually his favorite. I got the pancakes and sausage and they were delicious.
Jesse
Beautiful place, grilled octopus was amazing. Crepe for dessert was exquisite.
Kaylie Burns Gahagan
Possibly the best meal I've had in my life. Del Prado is a flavor genius - often teetering on the edge of "too much" which then becomes the new "just right."
My husband and I are pescatarian and felt like the spring 2022 menu had a variety of options. Cocktails are delicious and please don't skip out on the veggies - the green beans with vadouvan butter were so good I could cry.
Veena Iyer
Wonderful date night! The drinks were delightful, perfectly balanced, food is delicious and Brandon is such a great server! He made us feel welcome and cared for. Can't wait to go back...
Alexzandra Lukaszczyk
high quality, thoughtful dining with impeccable service. we went for our anniversary and received a complimentary glass of vermouth each for the occasion, which I thought was very classy. my cacio e pepe was wholly delicious, and my partner loved her oysters and mussels. their computer went down after the server put in a drink order for me so it got lost in the shuffle, but they comped me for it which was unnecessary but very kind. we will be back for sure, this time to sit on their sunny patio.

It was a cute place to get brunch with my boyfriend. I got the steak and eggs meal and a side of churro fries. It was good food but maybe a little bit overpriced. The tables were really close to each other, so close you could hear the conversation the table next to you was having. It's connected to rose patisserie, which has really good pastries and coffee.
Chad Lorenz
Great, solid neighborhood fare. Could be truly exceptional if chef did a tasting. Bar program is a rare find. Oysters always fresh. Best octopus in the city. Service is inattentive at times, often not taking away dishes at brunch
Ellyn Hundley
We spent $600 tonight for 4 of us and it was fabulous food. Sweetbreads and bone marrow, rainbow trout, octopus, butternut squash, churros and 2 desserts. Server, not so great. Acted like it was a hassle to get me another coffee and made a point to let us know kitchen was closing so we needed to order dessert despite the fact there were at least 5 other tables still eating. When I asked for another latte she said she could make "one" more very rudely. When I am paying top dollar for food and wine and martini's I expect exceptional service as well. She never once refilled our water glasses. I'd say 5 stars for food and 3 stars for our female blonde server who needs to be trained in making the customer feel appreciated.

Nice ambiance .... excellent service and the food was really good 👌👌. I ordered Octopus and the flavor was delicious .
Amina Lawrence
Excellent service, atmosphere, and food! The ravioli with crab was the best I've ever had. Treated us so kindly for our anniversary 😊
Marina Duchesneau
Fabulous fun cocktails, excellent service and a lively atmosphere! The fish was cooked perfectly and was well balanced with interesting flavors! What a treat!!
Ryan Duclos
Decent cocktails. The table got 2 appetizers and 5 entrees, and most of the dishes were so salty, almost to the point of not being able to eat them. We won't be going back anytime soon unfortunately because the ambiance and service was really nice and it's one of the few unique dining experiences that doesn't revolve around burgers and pizza....
Tony Ghilani
The food was fantastic, our server was knowledgeable and cared a lot about the experience. The ambience is upbeat, fun and energizing. We will definitely be back.
Amy Holth
My husband and I went here for a date night and Martina was great! The cocktails were tasty and not too boozy and their vermouth is really smooth. We had oysters and mussels to start. The oysters were huge and perfectly shucked and the mussels…they were some of the best I’ve had. The sauce was a savory with pops of acid from the tomatoes and hints of spice from the peppers, and the mussels were steamed to perfection! I would definitely come back to Martina just for the oyster dish and it was large enough to be an entree. My husband had the pork chop and I had the pappardelle with duck ragu. Both were great as well but not as memorable as those mussels. Lastly, our server Anna offered great recommendations and provided amazing service!
Andy Soto
The environment and energy was great along with the food. The service was also great and very friendly. Great place for a special occasion too. The raspberry ice cream is also so good.
Nathan Halverson
I mean, it’s great! Certainly expensive but you get what you pay for. Fantastic food and cocktails!
Anthony Garcia
My girlfriend took me here for a birthday dinner, so i was not allowed to look at the price. Everything we had was amazing! We had reservations, but they were running a little behind, so we sat at the bar while we waited... Once we got there, the bartender was super awesome, so we decided to give up our table to watch the bartender work his magic. The house specialty drinks all looked super amazing, and the ones we tried were done of the best drinks I've ever had. We had a few of the appetizers, a pasta, and an entree each, everything was top quality and tasted great.
Katie G
Loved the vibes of this trendy restaurant. We went here for brunch and got the potato churros for the table and I got the quiche which was hands down the best I’ve ever had. I haven’t stopped thinking about it.
Nader Banilohi
This is a great place for special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, and date nights! The grilled salmon and pork chops are both phenomenal!
Miranda Kane
Went here for a beautiful birthday dinner. The waitress was a delight and the patio is beautiful. The drinks are truly wonderful. The food was overall a little too salty, but otherwise delicious. Everything was interesting and well composed and unique. Definitely glad I got to try it!
chad andrews
Great service, menu was unique and I enjoyed all 3 items I tried.
Dustin Hoffmeister
Wow! This place is amazing, the flavors we're incredible in each dish. Highly recommend.
Jennifer Schellenberg
Beautiful space, cocktails and food were both esthetically pleasing and delicious. For the quality and price point the food portions were way bigger than I expected! I’ll definitely be back.
Summer Smith
Fabulous meal!! Excellent service. Great atmosphere
sandra sondreli
omg yum. The cocktails were amazing. Lots of GF items too
Toria King
The experience here was delightful. The staff was attentive and kind. The food was delicious.
Chad Stutelberg
Great food and wonderful staff. They actually have separate menus for gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian and vegan options. And there is a lot to choose from. I had the GF pasta that is made fresh in house and it was the best I have ever had. This place is fantastic
Kristi Braunz
Spectacular food. Beautiful presentation, and the timing of the courses was perfect. We ordered a second plate of the potatoes and the chef gave us them on the house. Highly recommend if you are looking for a new experience or are on vacation and want to treat yourself to something amazing.
Tim Palmquist
Great apps and entrees. The special drinks were too full of ice. And it felt like we were being rushed through the dinner.
LaTrinka Owens
Love!
Me and my wife went for our anniversary. We sat outside. Gorg vibe. Would def recommend.
Anastasia Nikitovic
Went for NYE and it was beyond amazing. Mut order the churro potatoes
trevor crew
Had a great time at Martina. We just had a few drinks and the seafood platter. Note: the small seafood platter is more than enough.
iTravel
It was my fault I did not make a reservation. We got there just a little bit before 830 and there were people waiting for a table so we hang around in the bar while waiting for ours which they told us might be in an hour but the friendly hostess came to us at 9pm and told us she has a table ready. Lucky!
We ordered oysters in their chilled appetizer menu. The oysters were really fresh. We ordered calamari and it was cooked perfectly and seasoned right.
My friend ordered the Halibut - again very fresh and seasoned well. For myself, I got the Spaghetti with lobster, it taste like the pastas I had in Rome. It was all so delicious!
The service is excellent! Our appetizer came quick. They also cleaned our table and replaced the silverware. Everyone was attentive and friendly from the hostess, bartender, to the wait staff. Our waitress Christine was lovely, and she was so sweet and gave my friend a birthday sorbet. I highly recommend this place!
Christopher Schoenstedt
The food was excellent. The almost 200% mark-up on wine bottles was not. Marking up the price considerably is expected, but this was excessive. The food didn't seem quite so good after feeling like we got scammed.
Rich Mpls
First time here and it was ehh. My food was really salty and just oily. Got empanada and Crab with eggs. Drinks were decent not strong at all it was mostly just iced out and definitely not worth the price. My gf got the Jalepeno burger and she said it was really good. For that 3 stars. Won’t ever come back but probably get a burger here and there for the lady
Charlie U
Amazing food, great wait staff, and fun drinks. The empanadas were awesome!
Jorge Enrique Vargas Balvin
the service was slow, good burger, but the best are the fried churros.
Alex Schmit
Don't bring appetizer before your drinks. We left for a better venue when we scheduled for a birthday here (which they were made aware of) because the service was not meeting expectations. Enjoyed the calamari appetizer.
queenalicia2010
Excellent food 1st time here Germaine was a great server.
Breanna Lien
Absolutely phenomenal. We had the oysters, cinnamon calamari, steak with potato churros, one of the pastas, the sorbet, and the crepe-like dessert for food. Also had their gin & tonic drink, the Hidden Door, and their spritz. I would recommend absolutely everything, even as someone who doesn't like gin at all. I wish I had pictures, because everything was presented beautifully. Portions are just a nice size - not too big and heavy, but not tiny. Service was great. Cannot recommend this place enough!

The first time I went to Martina it blew me away, and has been consistently great since then. It is always a top consideration for special days for me, whether it is an anniversary or birthday. They also have one of the best burgers (the jalepeno corn burger) I've ever had.
Aletheia E
Drinks were top notch. Took about 40 minutes for our meal to arrive after we were seated. The scallops and grilled bread were delicious. The flatiron steak was cooked unevenly so part of it was medium (as requested) and part of it was too rare for our taste, but the potato churros that came with it were quite good.
John Halet
Our favorite menu item was the mussels, which came in a large portion and was well seasoned with garlic and peppers. We also ordered the cacio e pepe agnolotti and butternut squash and they were both delicious. We enjoyed the overall vibe, but our only pain point was the music. We frequent the sister restaurants and found that Sanjusan's music has been the best so far.
Matthew Leither
I went here for dinner on a Monday night with my fiance. We were seated at the bar and Andrew our bartender was amazing. Our oysters, empanadas, steak, and mushroom pasta were amazing, but our night was made by Andrew! He was knowledgeable, personable, funny, and he turned a good dinner into a great dinner! We will definitely be back. Next time we will try the drinks with the housemade vermouth.
Tah Teche
Got the octopus which was amazing. However the calamari was too salty. Gorgeous environment and the vibe was great. However even after making a reservation we still had to wait 20 mins for a table when we came on time
Sam H.
Absolutely magnificent! I had the mushrooms rigatoni and it was delightful
Ryan Fonder
My wife and I had a great experience. We had oysters that were delicious. I had the lamb pasta and my wife had the octopus. Both of our meals tasted fantastic. From the drinks to the food everything was awesome.
Mike H.
Nice place, well run. No cheap burgers for dinner, no bargains to be had, but well done. Menu is a bit limited, maybe that's a pandemic thing, maybe that is by design. Parking is available, although it's in a weird spot, and not bountiful. Linden Hills is a weird area anyway, so the bizarre parking situation, and lack thereof, is to be expected.
Wendy Kelman
Martina has a cool vibe. Our waiter was fabulous she suggested all the right things. Their dishes have a unique twist that adds just a little more. There is inside seating and outside. It's in a great neighborhood. Not to be missed.
Lucillia Nkinsi
I cannot recommend the beef tongue more. So tender and well-seasoned. Our server did a great job eith all the allergies at our table and every bite was better than the last. The duck ragu is a household favorite now.
Jeff Kropelnicki
Beautiful room, friendly staff and great food. The prices were exceptionally reasonable for the quality. Great variety of specialty nonalcoholic beverages made with care. We will be back soon.
A W
Decent Brunch, didn’t disappoint. Just thought there would be more Argentinian dishes.
Ryan Horstman
Fantastic food and excellent service. Will have to come back cuz you just can't try it all in one sitting. Spaghetti Diablo with lobster and churro fries blew my mind.
Andrew Loo
Great service, loved the food and atmosphere. Will definitely come again.
Yarden Stark
Very good food. Chic ambiance. One of the best in Minneapolis
Elizabeth Bright
Trendy atmosphere for a date or special occasion and an exciting menu! My cocktail and the octopus was great. The pasta was super salty, as others mentioned, so I’d maybe steer you away from that.
Daryn Brown
The atmosphere alone is such an amazing feature! I recently had brunch here with a few friends and had a phenomenal experience. The almond flour pancakes and grapefruit cocktail were absolutely wonderful and something I will certainly be back for! While the menu overall is a bit pricey, it's well worth it if you are in the mood to splurge on a great meal!
Ben Willenbring
I've noticed at most restaurants that the appetizers are better than the entrees. Not at Martina - and that is a compliment. Because Oh Dang! The Lamb Fusili and the Spaghetti fra diavolo were incredibly good. I'll be going back for sure.
S Singh
I went to Martina’s for brunch and instantly fell in love with the atmosphere of the place. Their drinks and food were really very good. Their special potato churros were super yummy. Their customer service was amazing as well. Highly recommended. 👍🏼 …

Interesting decor, food, and kitchen at fair prices but worth to check out.
I ordered the fried chicken sandwich, my dining partner ordered the empanadas and the chai zero proof cocktail, and we got a side of churro potatoes to share. Overall the price for those items came out to $55, excluding tip. I love restaurants with a sleek, tapered down menu and this delivered with perhaps 20 items on the menu. The food seemed to be in small portions but it was very satisfying, countering the notion that restaurants need to give massive portions to make their customers feel full.
I personally would not come back to this restaurant for a couple reasons. But let me be clear, I loved this restaurant and definitely will be recommending it to people to try. My reasons for not coming back is the grill marks, menu variety, and price. The grill marks left me with a bad taste because the food, at times, tasted burnt. It may have been a stylistic choice but I didn't get it. The potato churros were definitely a little burnt on the edged but the overall potatoes were good with the sauces so I couldn't bring myself to lodge a complaint. The menu was tapered and slim, but it left a lot to be desired. I wish there were more recipes that leant into the Argentinan theme but the food wasn't bad, if not a bit American than Argentine. The price was a bit much for the items. My sandwich was a little less than $15 without a side. I would want to see a side of churros with the sandwich for that price at least. The empanadas were similar for two empanadas and no side. The potato churros were similar for a bowl of five. A bit pricey and I'm not too sure if it was worth the price. The restaurant was cool but that's a lot for the atmosphere.
However with my critique, I would still recommend it for any visitors or citizens of the Minneapolis-St. Paul area.

Great drinks! Unfortunately, I'm not a seafood person so the menu did not speak to me. However the dining space is very clean and modern and the restaurant is always booked, for good reason! I've only had the pleasure of visiting twice, and the first time I sat at the bar which was a very cool. I loved watching the Bartenders here work, they really know the chemistry to the drinks and the way they work is like an art. A fantastic dining space for the Twin Cities!
Timothy Chapdelaine
One of the best meals I have ever had. Clean food prepared with love and poise. They don’t rely on butter and fat to make it delicious. Mussels, polenta stuffed squash flowers, empanadas slayed the app session. Flatiron steak was among the best I have ever had. Tasted the rigatoni and the spaghetti fra Diavolo and they were spectacular, as well. Service was understated and excellent.
Grace Chryssomallis
This is my favorite restaurant in the Twin Cities. The service is always great, and the food is amazing. And the atmosphere is really fun, especially in the dead of winter, it's so lush and tropical with all the plants (shout out to Tonic Living & Landscapes!). They have great cocktails and I love the infused vermouths! The charred brussels sprout salad and the diavolo are my favorites, my husband loves the gnocchi. The flat iron steak and the pork chop are also incredible. You really can't go wrong here!
Brandon
First time here. It was awesome. The oysters were outstanding.
Bhanu Shri
Excellent service, amazing food. This place did everything right from the moment we stepped in. Their mushroom rigatoni was one of the best plates of pasta I've ever had. Taking one star because the cocktail was not as good as I'd expect from a place like this, but I'm willing to give another try.
Alex Alwine
Food was great, drinks were great, and the experience was great. There’s one thing that bothered me though. When we got our check, we noticed a 5% charge that goes towards paying for employee health insurance and payed time off. The charge itself wasn’t a problem, but from how it read on the bill, sounded like the owners don’t pay for their own employees health and insurance and time off, and instead leave that to the customers. The owners of this restaurant have other successful restaurants in the Minneapolis area, so I do not understand how or why they wouldn’t cover basic employee benefits. I could be misunderstanding this situation, and if that’s the case, could I get clarity on why this fee exists?
Rachel Freeman
Loved the Toro y Gallo cocktail and brussel sprouts! Hot date got the gnocchi and viceroy cocktail which were also very tasty
Nana Mitsuishi
Great food and drinks! Excited to come back and try some other stuff
Sal
Loved Martina, was a amazing delicious place for Argentinan food. We also loved the service.
cassandra mcgovern
Might be my favorite restaurant ever. The food and drinks are phenomenal and the ambiance is amazing.
Gary Morgan
My wife and I went here the other day for her birthday.
The food was excellent. We split the cinnamon fried calamari for an appetizer. She had a dish with mackerel and I had the prime flat iron steak. I know she liked her dish.
The steak is more expensive than most of their dishes but it was very well made.
We also sampled a couple of their cocktails. I had the Martina Old Fashioned (with rum and banana! The combination worked!) and she had the Promiscuous, which she compared to a dirty martini.
The server was excellent.
The only disappointment was dessert. We tried the flan and the galette. Neither lived up to the rest of the meal.
Heidi
My favorite restaurant. I have tried most things on the dinner menu and have watched it slightly changing and rotating over time. The atmosphere is so classy and romantic. I love to sit at the bar and also by the kitchen! Then i can watch all the food come out! Its great when a restaurant displays their hard work! I always get exceptional service (with the slight exception on forgoten table bread and cappuccino somehow today) either way always knowledgeable and friendly service. I have yet to try just a couple things there on the dinner menu (and all the brunch items actually) and intend to keep coming back!
Jenaye Coleman
Had dinner here last night for the first time and really enjoyed it. I had the Rainbow Trout and my friend had the Gnocchi, which were both delicious. We also both had the Rosa vermouth and their take on a margarita (I believe it was called "Tiny Ballerina"). Everything was fantastic, including the ambiance and design of the restaurant. I would say it's moderately priced, around 20-30 dollars a plate. I look forward to coming back here.
Howard Bubb
If you haven't been to Martina then go! If you have been there then stop going and leave room for me to enjoy because this place is always packed with people that enjoy great food, atmosphere and service.
Kelli Brillhart
Overpriced atmosphere. Service was speedy is the only compliment I can give. Steak ordered medium rare arrived medium well. The gnocchi was heavy with a sauce I could easily make at home with better flavor. A great place to try once if you have money to burn. Otherwise you would be better off anywhere else.
Glenda Mello
Amazing experience. The environment is really cool, open kitchen style with a bar and very charming booths. The food is incredible, pricy, but worth it. The drinks are cool and delicious. Multiple vegetarian options!
Nancy Slavik
Very accommodating to a party of 6, outdoor was too hot and no shade. Service was great, fast, and fresh.
Ali Jackson
I came here for my anniversary and the food was DELICIOUS! Some of the best seafood I've had in Minnesota. Loved the salmon with fresh salad especially. The portions are tiny, though, so I'd recommend an appetizer and main per person ❤️.
Rosa Ham
Delicious food! Got the empanadas, pea salad and oysters for appetizers! Love how the appetizers were not too dense and flavors were so addicting. The cavatelli pasta was amazing as well! Will surely come back again to try more of their items!
Willard Puckett
This chic little place offers so many fun dishes paired with some pretty good wines and cocktails. We had the scallops- delicious. We had the beets salad- wonderful with so many different flavors going on here. Main entrees were spaghetti with lobster and I had grilled octopus. Both were very tender and delicious. The wine we nice our server was super friendly and very helpful. We are off her recommendations, which can be hit or miss. The desert was chocolate....say no more the pics says yummy.
sexy trash panda
We only had oysters and drinks but they both were wonderful♡♡ much appreciated. Thank you. The outdoor alley patio is super cute And I loved that not was my drink fun looking but was delicious♡♡♡
Jason Weston
11 am Sunday brunch for party of 4. Everyone loved their food, but whoever at the restaurant was driving the tunes had a taste for rap at high volume and we had a tough time talking over it. We’d requested on Resy a quieter table off to side if available, noting that one of our party was hard of hearing, were seated instead under a speaker, and my request to relocate was firmly shut down despite the open tables scattered around the restaurant.
Lauren Hagen
Lovely experience! The ambiance of the place is delicious and their music choice was on point. My boyfriend and I visited for our anniversary and sat at the bar. The bartenders were very nice our drinks + food were amazing. We only ordered appetizers (because we were headed to their sister biz colita after) and were blown away **the potato churros were the best. We will be back again soon!
j Stewart
Martina had great ambiance with a variety of healthy food with an Argentinean flavor. The service for our brunch was outstanding. The brunch bloody mary was delicious and the other brunch drinks were creative and seemed yummy. My wife had a carrot one that was great. The surrounding stores were also eclectic with upscale items as well. We will definitely be back.
Erin Blesbois
This place was absolutely fabulous. Despite Covid, the experience and food surpassed my expectations. We had mussels and oysters for apps and steak and scallops as our main courses. Highly recommend. Literally still here as we speak. The dessert is incredible. Great patio. Come here. You will not regret it
Elle Bea
My hubs and I went to Martina for brunch at it was outstanding! The most delicious empanadas, potato churros, Brussels salad and steak. Really loved every dish, especially the empenadas. I did not like the “order yourself on you phone” and wish the faux waiter waitress could place order for you. Don’t make a 1:45 reservation because they quickly cut off food orders early in the afternoon. Also the dealers choice drink was a doozy for my man!
Berit Ahlgren
A spectacular experience! Dining menu is well balanced for any diet, with a mix of unique flavors that is both surprising and comforting in the best of both ways. Cocktail and wine list is inventive and supportive of the menu's aim, with strengths that stand on its own without a full meal. Service and staff were attentive and friendly, quick to answer questions about the menu while suggesting favorites that were well received. The atmosphere is stunning-- you can never have too many plants or candles! I love, love, loved it. Thanks you, Martina!
Dave Masone
My aunt, uncle, my parents and my cousin had a fantastic time there and the food was beyond Fantastic and the service was awesome and I highly recommend it to anyone
Zee McGee
Cool, clean decor. Very accommodating staff and good drinks. I did not try any food there but will be back. Adam runs the bar and was a top-notch host. One of the better bartenders I've recently encountered 👌🏿 …
Win Mitchell
Food was pricey but delicious. However, the service the night we reserved a table was less than spectacular. 1. A side of potatoes ordered was not submitted to the kitchen admittedly by the wait staff. As such, we had to wait while our entre's sat on our table. 2. A drink ordered obviously need some explanation of sugar and lemon accompanying the drink. There was none. Not aggregiss but nevertheless a little disappointing.
Ameera Khan (BengalBrony)
Phenomenal food. The sauce for the omelette was divine. Sea beans were cooked in a way I actually liked. Would come again.
Simone Williams
Absolutely fantastic food, the oysters are on the pricey end but fantastic nonetheless. Super recommend the cocktail menu and the outdoor patio!
Sean Darling
This place is incredible. Definitely go for gnocchi night on the 29th!
Karen Slater
We have dined several times at Martina’s and the food and beverages are delicious. The issue we had last night was that the server brought our salads and entrees at the same time after we specifically asked for salads first, which is typical for restaurants anyway, especially of this quality. They also did not split the salads as requested either. It is difficult to enjoy a salad with an entree getting cold at the same time and no room on the table for all of that food. They were accommodating and everything was great, it was just not the experience we had there on the other occasions. Would definitely go there again as it is a vibrant and fun place as well.
Helena C
Very delicious and unique dishes!! Will return for sure. The crab meat stuffed trout is fantastic, and a great value! The scallops are also fantastic. Only minus is -- Dining room is a bit too dark for my taste. Too dark to read the small print on the menu, and to really see how pretty the plating is. The food is

Monday night dinner with an old friend while I visited the TC. We shared an order of churros to start - very good. I had the pork skin spaghetti and yes it really is pork skin. Arribiata sauce is nicely spiced.
We ate outside and that meant there were planes flying over - the restaurant is under a flight path for MSP, but inside seemed loud, too.
Tuesday Manthei
The food and cocktails are delish!!! Our waiter was slow to take our order, and I had to flag him down. We sat at a two-person table, directly against the wall of the front door. There was a draft right above me, so I was a little cold, which was a shame. But the food came out fast, and it was incredible. Also, when it's your birthday, they bring you a free raspberry sorbet, which is a nice (and yummy) perk.
Ashley Holmes
Food was superb but the service was not. Waiter made us felt rushed to order, eat, and move on. Arrived with reservation and the hostess first wanted to seat us in the worst 2 person spot in the entire restaurant and after I said no way she then moved us to a 4 person table but smack in the middle of the room where it was loud and noisy. There were lots of lovely tables along the side of the big dining room that were empty, but not for our reservation (couldn't help feeling like we were being discriminated against... We are both Asian American).
Erin Halvorson
Drinks were excellent, apps and main dishes were delicious. Majority of main dishes were pasta. Dish sizes are actually serving sizes of food.
Audra
Always amazing service and food for both brunch and dinner.
Zachary
A perfect dinner with an old friend.
Daniel Randolph
The food was a mix of very good to excellent. The dessert was the best I have had in a long time. The place was very busy but we were seated without a reservation quickly. The service was decent but seemed short staffed.
Ishmam Ahmed
Exquisite food - the grilled salmon, flan, and turmeric ginger tea were exceptional. The atmosphere was a bit hectic however, and the tables were a bit cramped. For a weekday night, it was bustling and we were lucky to get a table as walk-ins; not the most mellow place if that's what you're looking for. Would be an ideal place to go with a small group of friends who want to chat and try cocktails.
Scott Darling
Great service and incredible food. Ravioli was best thing we had tonight. Brussel sprouts were delectable as well. Was not a fan of the Gin and Tonic as it had wayyyyy too much ice in it.
Lily Voravong
Just had dinner here on a Sunday evening and it was wonderful! Definitely a new favorite. My husband and I were pleasantly thrilled with our experience.
Ambience- Beautiful, comfortable and trendy. Darker than expected, but we didn't mind. Not too loud, we didn't need to raise our voices at all.
Drinks- Fantastic variety of cocktails/wine, all at great prices.
Food- Our appetizer was delicious and was a great start to our meal. Entree dishes are a good size, one can be full off of just that, without any sides. We got two entrees and two sides and I'd say we had more than enough. Ended up taking a small box to go. We ordered the panqueque for dessert and that was amazing as well.
Service- Adequately attentive. We were well taken care of. One thing that should be mentioned is that there was a mistake with our entree order. It was not a big deal to us, but they decided to not charge us at all for the entree, which was unexpected, but very appreciated.
All in all, we had a great first experience at Martina. Delicious food at great prices. Please go here, you will not be disappointed.
Jeffrey Wright
Martina has scaled back the menu given the times and its generally pretty solid across the board.
Appetizers were all very nice, the halibut good too.
Pastas were average and seem to suffer from quality control - some nights they are better than others.
Over all the kitchen and front of the house deliver in what is now a more casual affair.
Great restaurant, good food.
lisa layne
The craft cocktails are ABSOLUTELY worth the visit!!! Service was excellent as well. I'm super disappointed to say, though, that the food didn't even come close to my expectations based on Martina's reputation & awards. We tried a variety of items from an App to Entrees to Veg Side Dishes... all were mediocre. So disappointed - I wanted to love this place as much as everyone else apparently does!

I judge restaurants by service and attitude of the wait staff. Our waitress/server Ashley did a great good ,we had three children under 4 years old. Food came out great (best soft scrambled eggs) I've ever had. Will be back again. Very glad we made reservations. Very popular spot.
James Walton
Amazing food, inspired cocktails and great service. It was honestly such a great experience that we booked a reservation a few weeks out to share this with some friends.
Maureen McKamey
I was so impressed with my experience at Martina. My husband and I stopped by for brunch to celebrate our anniversary. The food is amazing (especially the crab carbonara), there's an inspired cocktail and wine menu, and the staff are attentive and kind. Even on a busy morning, our waiter made sure to check in and make sure everything was going will. Without our saying anything, he brought out a complimentary croissant to make up for a short wait for our drinks. And he asked right away if we were celebrating anything special and added some additional nice touches when we mentioned we were there for our anniversary. We can't wait to come back to try the dinner menu!

We celebrated my wife’s birthday there this evening. The cocktails were excellent, and the appetizers & pasta were even better. The steak (with chimichurri)? Delicious. Great service & ambience, too; it was a perfect way to spend the evening.
Luciano Falgetelli
Went on a date night with my girlfriend. Loved the service! My parents are from Argentina, so I was disappointed to see that the menu was not true to many of the different kinds of food you will find in Argentina (specifically a lack of cuts of meat among other Argentinian platters) otherwise the food tasted amazing and the service was great!! Will definitely be going back!!
Zachary Bachman
Came to Martina with my girlfriend to celebrate her birthday. Busy busy for a Tuesday night, but after waiting a short while at the bar we were seated at a cute booth that was perfect to enjoy the atmosphere. The cocktails are excellent, spendy but worth every penny. Owen took great care of us, giving us great info on each dish ( a complimentary glass of champagne for our celebration!) and answered all of our questions about the Argentinean menu. The oysters were fantastic, the quality was evident with both presentation and flavor. The sea scallops appetizer is what will bring us back. Cooked perfectly, an absolute must have from their menu. The swordfish and lobster topped spaghetti entrees were balanced and wonderful for sharing. Owen ended our night with peanut coated chocolate truffles and a small pour of sherry.
As first time guests to Martina we were blown away. The quality of food, drinks, and service were excellent, and we can’t wait to come back and explore more of the food and drink menus. Thank you Martina, and Owen, for our wonderful evening.
Carolyn
Great drinks and food! Highly recommend the octopus. Only downfall was service was really slow from beginning to end and it was pretty disappointing.
Brian Rolph
Our trip to Martina was almost without flaw.
Service was phenomenal (waitress recognized I was left handed without even eating anything but bread yet) atmosphere was phenomenal and the majority of the food we had was delicious.
We had two drinks, both of which were great, potato churros which were great, and then we each had an entree. The only reason why I’m not giving Martina five stars, (which I believe it would have earned if I would have tried a different entree, is the pork chop was just disgusting. The sauces didn’t mix with the dish, the rub didn’t fit, and the meat was cooked rare in some places. My wife’s entree was good, she had the Gnocci.
Maybe someday I’ll come back, because the rest of the experience was great, but ending the meal on the pork chop left a sour note in my mouth.
On another note, I judge restaurants by the quality of their complimentary free bread, and the bread at Martina was probably the best I’ve ever had.
EDIT: Returned again to visit for another dinner. This time everything we had was phenomenal, including my entree. Updating to five stars.
Nate Vance
Martina did a wonderful job of taking care of my wife and I for our special dinner out. Cocktails were well made, and the old fashioned is different, but well worth the try.
The highlight of our meal was the gnocchi, and I would consider it a must have if I return.
Thanks to our server Davis for taking care of everything. The management at Martina do a great job, and their food is delicious!
Parking is available in the alley lot right next to the restaurant.

Blown away! Just incredible!! After some recommendations, we finally decided to come. One of the best dinner experiences in the city! Just amazing! Daisy, our server did an amazing job explaining all the dishes and drinks! Definitely coming back.. we didn’t even took any photos.. too tasty to stop for a pic

I was sad when Upton 43 closed, but Martina is a worthy successor. The food here is absolutely exceptional and the service is wonderfully attentive. The cocktails are, for me, the real highlight here. Decent prices and every one I ordered (which was probably one too many, but they were so good!) came out with fun garnishes.
I think this place works best when you come with a group that's cool with sharing plates, as it's nice to try the different pastas and items from the grill. Both times I've followed recommendations from our servers, and I look forward to coming back to try some of the different items off the menu!
Brian Ager
Bottom Line - Glad we finally gave Martina a try, but felt it certainly did not live up to the hype. Given all the amazing restaurants in Minneapolis/St. Paul we likely won't be back to Martina.
Cocktails - Excellent & inventive, the highlight of the meal! Appreciate the creativity and dedication to unique flavor combinations here.
Food - Good, but not great. Was expecting to be wowed seeing the other reviews, but wasn't. Our mussels were noticeably under cooked & we had multiple unopened mussels in the dish (never a good sign). In addition, our halibut was over cooked, however the salmon was delicious.
Service - Sub-par, initially we sat for 15+ minutes with no interaction, and after that the waitstaff struggled to do basics such as keeping waters filled and bringing bread to the table (which I've heard is excellent, but we didn't get to try it).
Sai Rohit Chimakurthi
Great food and amazing ambience. The flavors were delicious and something I’ve never had as I’ve personally eaten Argentinian food. Great drinks options. The place is definitely pricy… but it’s worth it. Highly recommend.
Brad Johnson
Great restaurant, food was delicious and server was great.
Lex Talionis
Good food. Good Cocktails. Nice atmosphere. Mostly seafood--it's an Argentine seafood restaurant--but they have plenty of other options if you're not into that. The cocktails are well balanced and are flavorful but not overly sweet or anything. Mostly dinner reservations and only a couple walk in tables, so make a reservation if you're planning on going for dinner! Fairly good value for what you get if you're ordering seafood.
Fernando La Hoz
Just wondering how the "tiradito" plate under your appetizer list could be consider Argentinean. Great borrowing of Peruvian cuisine for sure. Anyway it seems that Martina has a diversity of plates that certainly are not traditionally Argentinean. Great quality and delicious dishes though.
Adrian Lundeen-Hornung
Great place for a date night, as long as you go into it knowing you'll drop a chunk of change. The appetizers, drinks and desserts we had were fantastic. The two pasta entrees we ordered left a bit to be desired. Considering pasta is a fairly inexpensive dish, I was surprised by the cost to portion ratio. Next time we'll try something different and hopefully bump up this review.
Rashmi Shantharam
Love love loved their vegetarian menu! The ambience and the service was great too.
Lacy Schramm
Wonderful experience. Gluten free pasta and churros. Yum.
Heidi Froseth
We took my beloved niece (her choice and first time there) for her 21st birthday. She loved it, they fussed over her and we had a beautiful evening. Our service was great and the food top notch. The parilla could've had more meat however. The fact that they infuse and make their own specialty vermouth was beyond great. Thank you for making a great memory for her.
Laine Palm Futterer
Everything about this place is perfect. The service, the food, the drinks. I only wish I would come back here everyday. Even in the middle of winter, the atmosphere in Martina makes it feel West Coast, sunny and warm. I have been there for dinner and brunch, and was impressed with all of the dishes. I definitely recommend the Kale Salad, Bacon Wrapped Trout, and any cocktail your heart desires.
Faith Drevlow
My fiancé and I have been here 4 times before, and have been blown away each time with the service and the spectacular food. But since Covid hit, they have sacrificed the quality of their service and the quality of their food. They no longer go above and beyond by bringing bread and a truffle to your table. My steak was cold and chewy, and the last time I was there it was the best steak I’ve ever had. This isn’t the best look during a hard time for the restaurant business, especially since they are charging an automatic 20% tip fee.
Nick Schneeman
Food was fabulous. Service a little spotty. But it was a busy night, so maybe just caught the server on a bad night. Would definitely go back for the food. Don't miss out by skipping the beef tongue!
m ever
We sat in the outdoor patio on a perfect night. It really is a beautiful patio! The food is delicious as well! I think this may be covid related but 2 things: the server got our drink order- we had to ask to order an appetizer. Then we asked for more bread for the mussels which she said she would bring. 15 minutes later a mse waiter said the bread was coming. 2 diff people brought our entrees and by that time we had no drinks. Tried to flag the waitress down 3 times. Finally she came and we ordered a round of drinks ( now we are pretty much done eating) and she forgot my drink. Another person asked if we were waiting for bread. It fianally came but al the delicious mussel sauce was freezing cold. Then, to top it off the 20% tip was already added. She would definitely not have gotten 20%. We have eaten there other times and it was fabulous. Maybe she is new and they lost all their good servers???
Amirul Khondker
Food is average at best, ambiance was nice though
P Antonson
Absolute top notch dining experience between the food, service and cocktail service. While Martina is an "Argentinian" restaurant, that aspect is very subtlety played and had a surprisingly light red meat menu. The dishes all seemed well though out, simple and highly balanced. The craft cocktails were on a whole new tier with a complexity that accentuates the underlying alcohol. My only complaint which I cannot dock any rating for is that portion size was light. As a small guy, appetizer, entree and desert had still left me hungry just a couple hours after my visit. Regardless, it was a fantastic experience and encourage others to experience as well.
Jen Hall
Yes, you will have to wait passed your reservation time. It is actually a normal thing and totally worth it. Great cocktail program for brunch and dinner. Wonderful wine selection. Our brunch server was amazing, even under all the busy pressure. The crab Benedict was perfect. For dinner on a Monday, we were seated right away for our 7 top. Ahi, lamb pasta, tongue bruschetta, and the steaks were a hit.
Jason Anderson
My staff bought a gift card for me here. My partner and I made reservations at 930 on Sat Feb 2nd. The only thing I didn't like was the traffic flow / layout. There is a lot of congestion at the front door. Also, difficult to find a comfortable place to wait, including the bar, which was extremely crowded. It kind of made me feel like I was in the way the 15 minutes I was waiting.....I didn't like that .
Everything else was absolutely excellent. The service, the food, the flan......all perfectly done. The concept of cinnamon calamari had me a little confused, but once I tasted it I was blown away. We had the flat iron steak and gnocchi, and the potato fries (I forget what they call them).
Oh and one more thing.....the prices weren't nearly as high as I thought they would be. It was a pleasant surprise.
We will def. Be back here. Thanks!
armin brueckner
Upscale brunch. Beautiful space in a lovely neighborhood. It feels like you've left Minnesota and walked into southern California.
Lobster toast was good but surpassed by the friend chicken sandwich. You must get the potato churros, the best "French fry" ever.
The Grapefruit is my favorite brunch drink ever. So well balanced and light.
Updated to 5 stars after coming back to my review. This is totally a 5 star brunch.
Ryan Bolduan
Wow, just wow. Everything I heard about Martina has been spot on. For both a brunch and dinner service I've yet to have anything to eat that hasn't been phenomenal.
As somebody that "doesn't mind" tuna, scallops, or salmon, all three were top of the heap. The scallops in particular were married with this great sauce and a nice light roe. The salmon was cooked perfectly, falling apart with the other fantastic parts of the plate. Not a single dish of the five courses we had was anything less than wonderful.
Drinks were creative and fun, but easily on the high end of price simply because of presentation. Lastly, the desserts were absolutely wonderful (then panqueue in particular), but at the end of the meal were frankly too big.
Would recommend and want to go back to try more.
Adam Knoke
The good was incredibly good. Service was great - not intrusive but attentive and very knowledgeable. Atmosphere was fine. Like all newer restaurants the overall volume was high. Tables a little small for a place that intends on having your share several plates, but we made it work. Overall a great experience.
Josephine Walsh
This is definitely off the beaten path, but absolutely worth it!! Again, another gem we found during our visit to Minneapolis. Luckily we had made reservations because once we got there, we were seated immediately. I ordered the lobster toast and the hubs ordered the carbonara and they were both delicious!! I think the star out of the two was the carbonara, but we like to always try two different dishes at any new restaurant so we can sample more of the menu and share each item.
Brandon Lambert
Stopped in for breakfast. Definitely recommend reservations. Breakfast offerings we're an eclectic mix of foods that were delicious. Heavy on the seafood side but other meats and vegetarian offerings as well. Breakfast cocktails were unique and delicious mixed by two entertaining bartenders. Service was good and very friendly. Parking was a little tough but there is a lot behind the restaurant which is open to all local shops.
Nicole Spiegle
Everything about Martina is summed up in the word- EXCELLENCE. Service was genuine, timely, and really unmatched. The spaghetti with lobster literally made us gasp it was so perfectly flavorful. The cocktails were beautiful and delicious, a delightful multi-sensory experience. The environment was bright, beautiful, and spacious.
Jigar Brown
The food is great and I love their Panqueque dessert with a side of vanilla ice cream!
Alyssa Hernandez
Reviews were great, so I was willing to give it a shot. But I was not a believer. Now I am a believer. Just go! Great location in Linden Hills. Space is small but bright and vibrant atmosphere. Drinks are beautiful. Food is delicious. Argentinian brunch is a good idea, who knew??
Liz Smithson
Very cool vibe and fantastic food! The service was incredible as well! We went right when they opened on a weeknight and were able to get a table but if you are going at a popular time or on a weekend I would suggest making a reservation.
Wilson Rector
The Good: Most of the food and drinks were delicious. The bad: Service wasn't great, when we finished our drinks, no one asked if we wanted another. All of the food and drinks got handed to the wrong people. Not just at our table, all of the tables around us. The food prices are insane. $16 for a chicken sandwich? A small chicken thigh, tough bun, and a few pickles is $16. No sides, either. The food was tasty but in Portland I would have spent half as much for better food.
Meagan Radziej
5 stars! Love the ambience, we can’t wait to get back here after the quarantine is over. Our favorite dishes are the lobster spaghetti on the dinner menu and the cheeseburger on the brunch menu. You really can’t go wrong with anything though, all great!
AJ Ankenbauer
Stopped by for brunch, best service I have had in years. Food was amazing crab Benedict, lobster toast and seafood plate were all delicious. All of the cocktails were beautiful and unique. Highly recommend.
Samantha Perko
We went last night for my boyfriend's birthday. For starters, we ordered the scallops and empanadas. Scallops were good but a bit underwhelming. I would have liked a thicker sauce and could do without the fish eggs on top. The empanadas were yummy, but needed something to balance all the gorgonzola out.
Our entrees were definitely the stars of the meal. I ordered the grilled mackerel and he ordered the braised lamb pasta. My mackerel was absolutely delicious, and had a yummy fresh salad of mint and greens on top. The lamb pasta had a delicious sauce that was just the right consistency.
I ordered the Viceroy cocktail, which had well blended flavors and was tasty.
The service was nice, but not exceptional. When food was delivered, we were never asked how it was or checked in on until it was time to order the next course. At the start of the meal I did not have a fork, and since no one was coming by to check on us, I had to get up and grab my own fork. So knocked a star off because I think the service could have been better.
Overall, a delicious meal and we will be back to try some other menu items.
Noel Voss
Food was amazing, but the service is pretty slow. We waited about 25 minutes before we got our drinks. It took them close to an hour before we got food. My friend didn't get her second glass of wine until we were close to paying. Our server was nice, it was just one of those things, apparently.
Megan Turner
EXCELLENT food, service and atmosphere!! The pea salad is one of the best things I’ve ever eaten!! Anolini pasta was so perfectly peppered and spicy! I ordered a ginger ale which was made with fresh ginger and served in a skinny glass with a glass straw and a carved slice of lemon. Elegant!! If it’s your birthday they give you a delicious scoop of raspberry sorbet with chocolate cookie crumble. Can’t wait to return to try the salmon!
Jen Bellefleur
There's just nothing I could have loved more about this.
We had a somewhat early dinner; I went with my adult daughter.
The service from the moment we walked in the door was exceptional.
The food....so amazing. Two things came to the table that were complimentary. One was a tiny bowl with what I can only describe as a small, round, puffy buttery parmesan thing that was a two bite indulgence.
We ordered mocktails, a beet salad, carrots, calamari, gnocchi, and a crepe dessert. Everything we ordered blew our expectations out of the water.
I cannot wait to return. And....as for the expense, to be honest, the bill was less than I expected--$77 for two people. We've accidentally racked up more than that at several of our usual restaurants which are not what I would call high-end. Martina is absolutely wonderful.
Andrew Zabel
Worth every penny. Yes it's an expensive restaurant, and as someone who is not a fan of expensive restaurants, I was surprised and delighted to have thoroughly enjoyed the food. Every bit of food was extremely well done, tasted great, and made me even think 'Yes it's worth the price.' I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to go to a nice place. Definitely my favorite in Minneapolis, and it makes sense why you have to book 2 weeks ahead of time!
Adriana Rodriguez
Overpriced atmosphere. Service was speedy is the only compliment I can give. Steak ordered medium rare arrived medium well. The gnocchi was heavy with a sauce I could easily make at home with better flavor.
Alexander N Naboka
Absolutely fantastic food, service and ambiance! Everything is made in house from scratch, down to the basic ingredients, and the dishes are incredibly tasty. We were helped by at least five different people. Every employee who walked past looked to help in some shape or form, starting with the awesome restaurant manager, to waiters and bartender. We got royal treatment. Having been to many high end restaurants, and being used to wait for my waiter, it was truly refreshing to see everyone working together as a cohesive team to help as much as they could. Thank you, for the fabulous fine dining experience!!
KJ Goldstein
The prices are high, but the food is unbelievably delicious. The potato churro, yum.. just yum. The spaghetti was pretty tasty, but not worth the price. The dessert. Mmmm, delish. The service is super quick and very friendly!
Cole Brenny
First visit - and first impressions: great vermouth cocktails. Unique and delicious. Adam and Andrew (our mixologist) were super friendly and inviting. They explained the process of how each vermouth was handcrafted in house. We tried all 5 options... ALL were very quality....but the Rosa and Camillo took the gold. Now to food....every plate was quality, innovative and delicious. I liked that it wasn't a tiny tasting plate. Each dish was a good size. We shared the beef tongue bruscetta, pea salad, spaghetti and tuna. Every dish was bursting with flavor and perfectly delivered. Drew, our server (who was also awesome) steered us toward the beef tongue... And it was the amazing. The pricing is also very reasonable considering the quality. This is a top notch restraunt...the buzz is true. Go drink the kool-aid for yourself!
Ishana Aggarwal
Food is delicious. Dessert sorbet was amazing
Laurencio Ronquillo
Very nice ambiance. Not the greatest easy parking but walk a little :) excellent menu. I do wish portions were bigger or prices were lower LOL. Overall it doesn't break the bank but if you are a bigger guy and hungry you hit pass the $30pp easily.
The whole experience is superb in menu choices, quality, flavors and service. Even patrons are ultra friendly. This is a bit higher end but that makes it even nicer experience.
Danica
Very knowledgable servers, friendly and timely service WITHOUT rushing diners, clean and stunning design. The food was phenomenal... the flavors were creative and detail oriented without being frivolous. Each dish tasted complete and perfect. Definitely a new favorite!
Erik Hunter
I looked up Matina while looking for a place to go while I was in town and I’m really glad I did! The food and their very creative cocktails were great set in a beautiful venue. The service was the real treat though. We showed up well before our reservation and so we sat at the bar. The bar tenders were both amazing and it was an experience getting to see them work. Wish I had been better to get their names to put in here. Top notch experience!
August Jennings
Probably the best restaurant in town right now, really though it lives up to the hype. I feel like you know that you're going to have a good experience the moment you walk into Martina. I personally like the seats at the bar, most likely because one of the most skilled and talented bar crews is working magic at all hours up there. The nori infused cocktail and the Spanish g&t are things of beauty. Don't skip on the brunch bloody Mary or the egg, worth it just for the spectacle. I would go into my favorite menu items but I have yet to have anything that was less than stellar. Go and make a memory.
Cheng Lo
Unique seafood entrees. I've had lots of halibut and trout before but this place comes in close to the top! Highly recommend the stuffed trout! You will not be disappointed. Good variety of cocktails too. The old fashioned i ordered was down rightt perfect!
Paul Laughlin
great food and service. seemed reasonably priced. before coming here I looked at all the other comments regarding slow service, etc., and I think management must have taken note because we never had to wait for drinks, food, etc. The food is rich, but that's one of the concepts of smaller plates. We didn't order much (I like to eat a lot), but we didn't go home hungry, and we didn't even make it to the desert menu... Would definitely come back and try other items on the menu.
kenisha Fearon
Our waitress was phenomenal and the food was amazing
Bella Grace
I was thoroughly impressed by Martinas!! There were no tables open because we did not make reservations but my boyfriend and I came here for brunch. We chose a seat at the bar in the corner and it was such an intimate space with candles and music. The bartender was very attentive and we got to know him more throughout our meal. The food and drinks are more on the pricey end, but the drinks are so fun and tasty! The food did not disappoint. I tried their fresh squeezed grapefruit cocktail which came with dried grapefruit as a garnish and we shared plates of their charred brussel sprout salad, crab carbonara, fried chicken sandwich and a side of potato churros. Favorite bites had to be the fried chicken sandwich and potato churros! Two drinks and our sides came out to about $80, which we can't afford too often but it was a fun date and we would return!
Victoria Whitman
Kyle was incredible. He was patient and understanding and also made great menu and wine suggestions. We were on a tight schedule and he was able to get us in and out in about an hour without us feeling rushed. Water always full, wine always topped yet never felt like anyone was hovering or under foot.
Nicole Kasperbauer
EXCELLENT food and service. This is definitely my go to place when people are visiting. Without a doubt, best restaurant I have been to in Minneapolis. Staff was outstanding (Christine our server created an experience worth a million dollars and hands down made our evening that much better, even though the food held up it's own.) Location is serene and adorable and has a good parking lot. This place has amazing vibes and overall atmosphere. Cannot wait to try more menu items!!
Natalie Sinn
Had the 2 eggs and meat for brunch! Came with the gluten free flax toast (amazing) and churro looking hash browns. The whole entree had fabulous flavor and was above and beyond what I expected when I ordered eggs and meat. Excellent attentive service. Everyone I was with raved about their food and drinks too.
Tokumbo Shobowale
Lovely meal! Everything we tried was delicious. I can't recommend against anything. (Though we were full, so we didn't even make it to dessert.) Our waitress and rest of the staff were friendly and attentive, without being too much.
Alex Nowak
One of the best new ‘chic’ restaurants to open in the cities the past few years. Drinks were fantastic (Gin & Tonic) and the little cheese balls they give you upon arrival were some of the best. Make sure if you go, to get the stuffed fish, as it was to die for. We also got the shrimp pasta based on our servers recommendation, but I would say to pass it. Finished off the night with the apple strudel as well as the banana crepe. Crepe was VERY rich, thus we didn’t finish it, but we took the Carmel and put it onto the apple and it was perfect.
Nithyakalyni Jaipuriyar
Good food and good service. For appetizer I got the English pea salad and it was amazing. For dinner I went with the lobster spaghetti and it was very flavorful but the spaghetti was a little too al dente for my taste. For dessert, we had the panqueque and chocolate cake and both were awesome. Would go there again.
Dan Ziemer
Great atmosphere, creative argentinians inspired food that is well executed. The servers were friendly and knowledgeable, with a deep understanding of food in general, but also the details of the menu specifically. The dishes I had were planted beautifully, showed adeptness at combining and balancing complex flavors, the steaks were done just right and were high quality cuts.....try the oysters, they were painstakingly clean and well prepared. The salads were crisp and flavorful. The drinks were complex and inventive, as well as tasty! the deserts were spot on, and well made. It was a great place to enjoy an evening and have dinner, ask for the table by the window overlooking the bar and watch the mixologist making magic. They take pride in what they do here, and it shows, a new favorite if your a little (or alot) bit foodie! Gluten free people will enjoy eating here as well! (I was with one who said so!) Bon appetit!
Stacy Welle
Great food, great drinks, great neighborhood. I highly recommend making reservations because it fills up quickly. It's a tad expensive, but it tastes good. The bloody Mary's are wonderful! There is one drink in the sampler that was horrible, but they are small, so it was okay. Parking is on the street.

UPDATED:
These five stars are awarded with a great caveat. The food is so fantastic at Martina, it eradicates everything else at Martina that is horrifying. Next time, I will fortify myself with alcohol before venturing to Martina, since Vodka is my drug of choice. Some kind of sedative is necessary. Martina’s space is literally torturous. As loud as a sonic boom, I am close to hoarse after dinner, since I must scream everything I want to communicate. Martina should hand out megaphones to every diner. My brain is still rattled by the sound. Tables are spaced akin to desks in a classroom at an under financed, over crowded, inner city school. Servers literally have to walk around several tables to get to different diners at the same table. My poor server almost walked outside the restaurant to get to me. I swear, one time our server poured wine for my wife, walked around to pour my wine, and came back with snow in her hair. Yes, an exaggeration, but you get my point. However, the food is unbelievably fantastic!
The Cacio e pepe is amazing. We had two orders. A pork chop for my son in law, filled his plate, and he smacked his lips with culinary satisfaction all night. Mint advanced the taste of the grilled salmon, and I wanted more. Our night, coincided with a celebration of gnocchi. Our goat cheese gnocchi was grounds for any celebratory affect. I ordered hanger steak for dessert, yes you read correctly, and it was fabulous. Sweet desserts had everyone ooing and awing. The only ingested item that disappointed was our wine. I wanted robust, aged, and barnyard, and what we got was fruity and young. Servers need to be taught more about the wine list if there is no sommelier around to help diners.
The frenetic ambiance caused our server to make several mistakes on our final bill of $329.00 for four. She originally gave me a check for $190, and I knew that was way off. Yet, you try to do math with your head inserted in a jet engine. It isn’t easy.
Former review: This was one of the best restaurants we have dined at in Minneapolis, on par with Alma, anything Doug Flicker does, and the departed La Belle Vie.
The Cacio e Pepe may be the best in the country. Grilled Mackerel, often an oily fish, is tempered by Martina's kitchen with mint; brilliant culinary wizardry. Steaks came from the Argentinian grill perfectly seared and delicious. Even the bread was a star. Desserts were incredibly filling, but so delicious, I wanted to lick everyone's plate.
Martina's room is too loud. The front is lost and inexperienced. Service is too casually disorganized and flippant. However, Martina's kitchen is so good, these missteps can be ignored, for the time being. To reach international stardom, Martina's needs to tighten up those loose screws. The food and chef deserve it.

The food was delicious - as you'd expect from a top-rated Mpls restaurant. However, the service was TERRIBLE. Bad enough that we probably won't be returning. Server was slow to greet our table. Slow with drinks. Didn't offer to refill drinks. Very inattentive. Food was also coursed terribly - hot appetizers were brought to our table before the raw/cold ones. Extremely disappointing. Especially considering the high prices. Much more $$$ than comparable restaurants.
With all the other great Mpls dining options we'll be going elsewhere next time.

Had brunch for mom's birthday in February. We enjoyed our time and food was delicious! Would love to try their dinner items. Hope to come back soon!

Our waitress was so kind and sweet with my daughter, treating them like little adults with a mocktail in a mini- martini glass. She was fantastic!
Mitch Fillbach
It was mother's day so the menu was special, but the burger was very good.
Benjamin Leach
Great food, great service, great cocktails. Plates are easy to share and reasonably priced for the quality you get. One of the best places in Minneapolis right now. You can't go wrong on this menu. Order it all.
Heather Vanderberg
Received a gift card here and was extremely surprised by how lovely it was! The food was incredible and the service was great considering they were super busy for a Monday night. Parking is a bit crazy but you can find more on the side of the building. Very cool place!
Luke Lidstad
Met up with a fellow cilinarian and had ourselves a fantastic dinner here tonight. Beef tongue bruschetta was a wonderful combination of bright and savory, the empinadas were to die for. The cacio e pepe, top 5 I've ever had. Calimari might have actually been the best I've had. Non-alcoholic beverages were on point.
Mask policy was a little obnoxious but I understand why they do it. Service was great. Atmosphere, excellent. I'd consider this installment a significant improvement on Upton43, no offense to the previous tenants.
Highly recommend. Bring a date.

Romantic, fun restaurant. Attentive staff, great service.
Nick Hoelmer
- Gave us a free drink while we "waited" because they were 5 minutes behind our reservation time.
- Outstanding waitstaff...very attentive and friendly.
- Food was delicious, specifically the spaghetti w/ lobster.
- Overall great experience and would highly recommend!
Naomi Thyden
Everything here is great. There’s always something new and delicious to try with lots of veg options. The patio is great. Fancy, pretty cocktails.
Richard Webb
Food was unbelievable, drinks were creative & tasty. Dessert was delicious & just to make sure you had enough there was a truffle with the check. 5 stars all around & a special thank you to Marco for making everything even better! My new favorite place.

One of the best meals I've ever had. The cocktails are amazing, the wine is incredible and to be honest, when I tasted the food, I finally understood that Bryan Adams song (everything I do), because I finally realized he was singing to the food at this restaurant.
Don't tell me it's not worth tryin' for, You can't tell me it's not worth dyin' for, You know it's true, Everything I do, I do it for food.
We will be back.

Came here for a solo date while I was in town and it was such a vibe. Beautiful atmosphere, great drinks… staff had such good energy. Oh! The food was great too!! Lol. Definitely be back here on my next trip ❤️

Awesome food wit top service in a nice setting, went there with friends and the food was excellent, the wine list not too big but offered some very good alternatives and some interesting picks. Just got my attention the section for whites was larger than the one for reds, but that is correct if you see the balance between sea food and meats in the menu.
Recommend you have a reservation, hard to get a table some times

Truly a gem in Linden Hills. Reservations a must. Prices are high. But a must cocktail and wine menu - drink 2 or 3 Selenes. The appetizers are easy to share - try the buffalo cauliflower and spicy calamari. And the entrees kick butt - try the 32 oz. on the bone Porterhouse and the salmon. We celebrated a birthday and the chocolate flourless tort made the birthday baby happy. Go. Eat well. Spend the time to enjoy it.

Most recently we were at Martina for brunch. Our kids loved the smoked salmon and burrata, steak & eggs, and being able to order a burger at brunch! I appreciate the recommendations and knowledgable team and willingness to work with our larger party size. This restaurant is perfect for couples night out, drinks at the bar or a family affair.

Catch up with friends here! On the rare occasion that we were all able to coordinate schedules, we tried Martina and were very pleased with the attentive service, delicious brunch treats & cocktails and the overall venue was beautiful. Definitely coming back here.

Delicious halibut and scallops. Wish I would have taken photos!! Highly recommend this place! Also... vermouth is actually good here. They do it right and it tastes great!

Enjoyed it and the hype is well earned, as the food was delicious. Atmosphere was hip (we were not worthy, haha) and service was fine! Part of our order was lost or something and they compensated us approrpiately without us even flinching, but I normally don't fuss about that anyway so it was a bonus. We ate brunch and had the burger, carbonara, and pancakes. The coffee was a real standout and I had the orange cocktail which was damn tasty!

Most recently, four of us were at Martina for a Saturday brunch. Wow!!! All our choices were lovely to look at and delicious. We had Crab Carbonara, Lobster Toast, Crab Benedict and the Double Cheeseburger along with four different festive drinks - all wonderful! We were celebrating my birthday and extra special kuddos go to Molly and Keith for making sure our day was memorable indeed!!! A thoroughly delightful visit :) Go treat yourself to a great experience; you'll enjoy it.

This place is amazing for dinner. We ordered avocado bruschetta, seared scallop app, lobster spaghetti, grilled octopus and potato churro for 2 people to share. Everything was fantastic and service was just superb. Love the chai tea flan too! Such a great place for a date night and good vibe!

I've now been to Martina twice, and it's nothing short of a show-stopper. It's a wonderful addition to the Minneapolis food scene and it's popularity is warranted. The cocktails are creative and on-point (I suggest the Viceroy and the Old Fashioned), the food is spectacular (lobster pasta, scallops, and stuffed trout are highlights), the ambiance is stunning, and the service is world-class.

Amazing food, great service. Fantastic spot and location. Loved it.

On the eve of Winter Storm Number Whatever, my wife and I succumbed to our cabin fever to get out of the house and thaw out our gradually chilling enthusiasm for this great city of Minneapolis--and no better place to do it than Martina.
The atmosphere is casual yet sensual, the decor rustic, almost Amish, yet painfully chic. The servers are wonderfully knowledgeable, highly efficient, and will spend as much time as you need to explain their many creative beverage and food offerings.
The drinks are some of the most creative in the city. There is a (I assume) well-curated wine list, which usually goes over my head, but here was made more approachable by our server. However, the star is the house cocktail list, featuring a delicious house vermut (vermouth) and a wonderfully rich and complex cocktail of mezcal, rye, and frenet.
The food is more Argentinian-inspired then Argentinian, but still very creative and delicious. There is a sizable vegetarian menu, but the grilled seafood and meat is the emphasis. We stuck to small plates and pastas, plus an amazingly flaky olive oil poached salmon plate. Charred flavors abound and are well complemented in dishes like burnt butternut squash (delicious) and burnt avocado bruschetta (taking the parsley garnish to whole new levels). The gnocchi with carrot was incredible, bringing out the spicy, bitter, aromatic flavor of the carrot. The cacio e pepe was...quite good, but when you see pasta and cheese on a menu like this you expect mind-blowing, and it didn't quite deliver.
The desserts are decadent, delicious, and definitely made for sharing. Do not miss the banana and dulce de leche "panqueque", which will overload your sweet tooth for the next week or so.
All in all, a great experience. We'll be back!

The food, ambience, service and experience places Martina in the top five restaurants in the Twin Cities.
What separates Martina from other dinning experiences is the staff. They go above and beyond to truly insure you are happy.
Strongly suggested the chilled seafood platter and the Martina Old Fashioned. Also try their in house specialty infused vermouth.
Fellas if you're looking to impress that special lady, Martina is the place.

Lives up to it's reputation! Every dish is creatively and thoughtfully prepared and full of fantastic, unique flavors! From the initial parmesan tapioca balls, the scallops, tuna with wonderful hibiscus reduction, the cacio e pepe, you cannot go wrong with this menu! The cocktail and mocktail lists are both wonderful and the restaurant is beautifully appointed and designed! Definitely one of the best dining spots in the Twin Cities!

Wow, just wow. My fiancé and I just had one of the most wonderful experiences here. Mickey was our server and he truly provided exceptional service. Everything from the cocktails, apps, main entrees and deserts were just phenomenal. The standout dishes for us were the mussels, herb roasted halibut and panqueque. Thank you for an amazing night, we’ll be back soon!

This place is legit. Well vetted dishes, amazing service and fantastic cocktails. Our table of 5 could think of ZERO faults with the whole experience. Get whatever catches your eye on the menu. It’s all good.

By far the best meal I have had in Minneapolis. Creative and delicious cocktails, and perfectly cooked and flavored scallops and tiradito. Excellent service at the bar. I’m already excited to come back!

Drinks & service were great!

I rarely write reviews but I have been anticipating the opening of this restaurant for some time. First and foremost, this is 100% affordable.
The service is top notch and could not have been better. They brought out these delicious little Brie Bread Balls that are to die for (seriously put them on the menu I will order 20 of those things). A nice hearty bread was also brought out with some butter w. kosher salt on top. Bread was moist and the butter with salt was a nice touch.
Drinks we had the 'Box Cutter' and it was delightful. Not super sweet like a lot of the 'craft cocktails' you find around town. Nice selection of wines and any place that serves Old Style gets two thumbs up from me!
We started off with the Cinnamon Calamari and the Tuna. Both dishes were fantastic, a gorgeous spicy yet sweet flavor and the Calamari was cooked to perfection.
The Tuna dish has a beautiful heat to it with a nice sweet follow up. It is dusted in something delicious and I couldn't get enough of it. Highly recommend both dishes! I could have just ate another order of both of these and been satisfied with the night.
Dinner we went with the Whole Trout stuffed with basically a fresh crab cake and wrapped in prosciutto and the "Meat Bowl". First, we could have easily split one of these meals between the two of us and would have had more than enough food to eat. The trout was stunning, perfectly cooked and the presentation was spot on. It is a whole trout, so if heads on a fish are not your thing be forewarned. Crispy prosciutto with warm crab and trout is a great combo.
The Meat Bowl was splendid, the hanger steak cooked to perfection, the blood sausage (at least I think) was awesome. Even the salad that came with it had huge fresh pieces of lettuce and a simple, nice dressing on it.
It is a breathe of fresh air to see creativity on this high of a skill level at a price point that isn't going to set you back $300 on dinner for 2. I am excited to come back and try the pork chop and some of the pasta dishes.

Show stopping cocktails, food and service. Exceptional! Can't wait to go back.

A fantastic new addition to the Linden Hills neighborhood. Always great service from staff and interesting cocktail creations. We're pleasantly surprised to get a walk in table with out of town guests and were also treated to a complimentary appetizer.

Very good. Very trendy. Very a place to be seen. Take someone you want to impress. Get the the tongue bruschetta. Get the bone marrow. Have a good time. Be seen. Be the best you can be.

Top notch. Amazing, creative food. Classy. My best friend's a gourmet chef in Seattle specializing in French, Cajun, and cuisines beyond. He was exuberant about Martina!

Came to celebrate a friends birthday party. We had cinnamon fried calamari and the oysters for an app which were very flavorful. I have the Syrah red wine which was delicious. We had the gnocchi, swordfish, salmon and a side salad. All were very delicious. And finally we finished our meals with the flan which was different but good. It was reminiscent of a lemon meringue/creme brulee. After paying we recieved a truffle which actually was a nice ending. Would recommend!

I have been in the restaurant industry for 20 years, and it is critically important to teach and test your FOH staff and have them taste the food and wine almost daily. Train your servers! Our server was on point with timing and personality, but should have known more about the menu and wine list. I could tell from the first interaction that our server had not been trained in adequately. Shame on management. Might be back, might not. Will definitely share our experience with other industry people.

Honestly- Meh. Great menu, very creative, but flavors and execution didn’t match. My lobster toast just didn’t really come together, and my wife’s crab carbonara, again just wasn’t as amazing as it could have been. Absolutely packed like sardines into admittedly a cool space, full to the brim with beautiful people. But after a long weekend staycation dining at a bunch of the best new places in the Cities, this was the least memorable.

Lovely craft cocktails with fresh juices & spices, made by bartenders who really care about the quality of the drinks.
I had the leek empanadas served with a flavorful chimichurri sauce. They are stuffed with delicate melty cheese and have a good kick of garlic. Lots of flavor, but warm and comforting too. I really liked the roasted carrots with farro too.

Been here a few times and have loved everything I’ve ordered. Brunch burger is not your typical burger. It’s gourmet. Great cocktails and ambiance. Highly recommend the churros to share!
Tim Rose
Please turn the lights back on, too dark to see. Food and cocktails were high quality and service was a bit slow (most likely due to employment shortage). We'll visit again.
Melissa Clark
First of all, I mixed up the dates and showed up thinking I had a reservation on a busy Friday night in which I DIDN’T. We were laughing at ourselves and ready to turn back home until the team at Martina quickly made adjustments so that my husband and I could still dine. And at a great table too. The service continued to be top notch for the rest of the night.
The food was also killer. We ordered the calamari, scallops, the herbed malfatti and the cacio e pepe panzotti. All were fantastic. We would have gone for dessert but we were both so fully satisfied, we had to wave the white flag.
Will definitely be back! Hopefully for brunch next time!

Crab carbonara is to die for. All around great seafood dishes.
We also tried their potato churros: thought they'd be gimmicky and meh, but they're legit tasty.
Dishes range from 11-20 during brunch, 15-30 for dinner. They also have a cold seafood platter for $75 during brunch that's worth it if you like cold and/or raw seafood.
Drinks are cute. During brunch there's a very popular drink called the egg. Great presentation, tastes good, but low volume of actual cocktail, so whether or not it's worth it depends on what you value most in a drink.

Delightful drinks. Brussel sprout salad was delicious. The service was first rate. This restaurant group has their stuff together.

Got the steak and cauliflower. Steak had chimichurri sauce but I thought it still could use more flavor.
Place was hopping on a Tuesday evening. And restaurant was gracious enough to let us add an extra person to the reservation.
