Reviews of Mandarin Kitchen
Mae Bangtan
One of the best dim sum here in the twin cities. We got here a little after 9.30 am and there was already a full house. We had to wait for 45 minutes before we got a table. A lot of options, the cart attendees were very attentive. Only complaint is the price. For 5 adults and 1 child, we paid $280 so order what you only really want. Will only come once in a red moon. Look at your receipt, tips are automatically included. Last tip is, it gets super packed first thing when they open, I suggest to get here around 11 - 11.30. Food will still be fresh.

At 10:30 in the evening this was one of the very few places still open near the airport. My wife and I had just got married a few days before and this was the first Chinese restaurant we had been to as a married couple :-) I had the soup and she had sesame chicken and shrimp and rice and it was all delicious and the price was fair. The service staff was so friendly and attentive. I wish I lived closer to this restaurant so we could visit more often.

I hate to be a downer. I know this place is well known for their weekend dim sum, but it was all right. Paid almost $100 for only a few dim sum dishes and we weren’t full. Maybe it’s because we came an hour before dim sum service was over, because we definitely were missed by some of the carts. Service for water refills and empty dish clean up was prompt and quick, so an extra star for that. Again, just my opinion out of the many raving reviews.

Food is DELICIOUS, hot, and service was excellent. When I asked if the egg roll had pork, they said yes....what surprised me was I had asked for hot and sour soup and they didn't bring it but a replacement saying: "You said that you don't eat pork so I made sure.....hot and sour soup had pork so I got you something that didn't have pork!" The thoughtfulness was so refreshing!!! Wow!
No annoying music and hot tea waits for you at the table!!!
Excellently done!!!

Best dim sum in the twin cities. They open at 930 am and we got there at 9 am. There was a long line behind us but most got in when the doors open. Staff was very friendly. Highly recommend it.

I Google a place where I can get roasted duck when I was on the plane. Since I skipped breakfast I was pretty hungry. This place has a massive menu. I was a bit disappointed I missed the dim sum this Sunday because it ended at 11 a.m. I didn't get that until two. The layout of the place is very authentic with large tables , private rooms where meals can be shared via family style.
When you walk into the place and you see hanging roast duck you know the place is legit. The server later told me they actually roast their own duck in-house along with chicken and pork.
I got the water spinach and half a roast duck. The duck was moist, flavorful and served with a side of white rice along with the complementary hot tea. The water spinach With garlic was good as well but the duck obviously was the main focus.
Being only 3 miles from the Mall of America and my hotel it was very convenient. Service was nice and friendly. Even though the place looks like a local place where a lot of Asians dine, the waiter spoke perfect English and super nice on top of that. I live in Miami so this is my first time here. Next time Im in town I will definitely try it again.

Came on Christmas and it was absolutely packed, for good reason. Even though there were a ton of people we were seated faster than estimated and food came out quickly. Our party shared pork lo mein, scallops and vegetables, pork hot pot, fried rice, soft shell crab, and spring and egg rolls. Every dish was delicious and the portions are hefty. Complementary tea came with dinner and it was yummy as well. The staff was very attentive and friendly even with the high volume of customers. This is definitely a must stop in Bloomington and it saddens me that I am only in town for a short while and won’t be able to come back. Bonus points for the koi fish entertainment while you wait to be seated :))

The only place that makes the best squid pepper and salt within 13 miles of me. I ordered their fried dumpling too because they have this hot mustard that is so delicious with it. I added bell peppers to the squid so it does not come with it. I love their dim sum too but more fun if you go with someone. I don’t think there’s anything I dislike here.
Louie R.P.
I enjoyed the concept of Dim Sum but the food was just ok. I've had better and cheaper at a Chinese buffet. It's not worth the price.
Nancy Slavik
The service was excellent as always, but 2 of our dishes - the whole duck came out warm, and pork belly came out cold to the touch, the chicken wings were still pink inside, and we were missing one dish - in which they took off of our receipt.
Kari Kingbird
Impeccably clean dining room, excellent service with a full menu of fresh made ingredients, so delicious. Hot tea, dumplings and duck recommended!
Molly Yee
Mandarin Kitchen has the BEST dim sum in the Twin Cities • no contest. My dad and his parents emigrated here from China and owned a restaurant in St. Paul. Mandarin Kitchen is our go to for dim sum and family dinners. Some of our favorites - fried dumplings 🥟, turnip cakes, BBQ pork buns, shrimp har gau, suimai, sticky rice, pinapple buns… is your mouth watering yet? We love it so much, my dad will order in large quantities and make dim sum trunk deals 😂
Anthony Pierpont
Amazing super fresh live seafood! Must haves salt and pepper lobster, dry beef chow fun.
Joseph Lindberg
Went here for a birthday meal with my family. Had the dim sum. Food was excellent for the most part, a couple of items were undercooked, and the staff was attentive. Will be returning in the future.
Update: returned for lunch during the week. Every dish we ordered was great. Staff was attentive. This will be a new favorite for dining out. .
Nunteera Bartlett
I love everything here tastes fantastic the service is very nice I went here about 4-5 times for dimsum and dinner it was great foods here reminded me of foods in Hong Kong definitely come back more and more
Joey Henzlik
I love this place. Best Chinese food in the city. Mandarin Kitchen had been a go to for do one in and take out for many years. Consistently great. Excellent and quick service when dining in. Fast and reliable for take out. Thank you.
Jyun-Syun Li
They offer authentic Cantonese cuisine! I love the roasted duck for sure!
Tara Lundberg
My husband and I visited Mandarin Kitchen for Saturday afternoon dim sum. The food was incredible, everything we tried was delicious. The staff were super efficient and they seemed to have a great system in place. We were only seated a few minutes before a train of dim sum carts arrived and offered us a huge range of dishes. The pork and chive buns and the shrimp rice noodle rolls were my favorites.
Peng Hsu
This is the only place that has Cantonese style Dim Sum in town. It's always very crowded over weekend. I was there for its regular dishes. I was impressed by their shrimp fried rice. The cabbage in the fried rice gave the fried rice very special taste. I like it! Duck soup noodle was also delicious....Staffs are friendly and helpful... Recommended!!
Michael Splendore
If you are considering coming here for Dim Sum, just do it - well worth the drive and the inevitable wait on a weekend morning.
Judy Anderson
We ordered a whole table full dishes for our group of eight. There wasn’t anything of the twelve dishes that we didn’t like, and there was very little left at the end of the night. The staff was courteous, observant, and kind. The table gave us enough space for each person. The parking was free and adequate. I would highly recommend.
Tu Tu
Wide selection of dishes, the food pretty tasty, good portion for its price also
Tom Tran
Great dim sum. Perfect for a Sunday morning.
Robert Bischel
This place is a must! The servers are really friendly and knowledgeable. The steamed dumplings are HUGE and flavorful and the tangerine beef is a flavor bomb! You definitely get your money's with with portions.
Pas De Mouffette
One of the better dim sum joints I've eaten. Maybe because it was packed, server hardly made it out to our table. The few that did, I thought the food was really good.
Joseph Jurek
If you're looking for authentic, fresh Chinese/Cantonese food then this is the place. They have several tanks of fish, lobster, crabs, etc for you to choose from. The menu is a little overwhelming but isn't that the point of a Chinese/Cantonese restaurant that can cook virtually anything... We went with a group of 6 hungry guys and for 50 dollars a person we were stuffed!! I mean food left over stuffed. They have several round tables that can seat up to I think 8 or 10. In the center they have a rotating plate that they put the food on. When you get there they have hot tea for you while you peruse the menu. They do have liquor and I think beer for you to choose from. Service was quick along with the food. Definitely will go back and on Sundays they serve dim sum. Oh and pay of cash, they charge a 4% fee with card. $$
D N
Be aware that they will not take credit cards which is fine except they should tell you that before you order.
Not really worth the hassle since the food is mediocre. We tried four different dishes an the majority of them pretty bland including the roast duck. Service was okay.
Quo Life
Love all the dishes we ordered from this restaurant! On top of that, they have the best Dim Sum in Midwest! When we ordered the package meals, they gave us free soup and dessert. For Dim Sum (only Saturday and Sunday), make sure you come around 9:30am otherwise expect to wait to be seated. We were there around 10:30am and had to wait 15-20 min on both days (table for 8 on Sat and 5 on Sun).
BinLee S
When in doubt I go straight to the kitchen!
This is one of my go to restaurants!! I love their authentic dim sum. Which served on the weekends and holidays, from 9:30am to 2pm. You should always go early, to ensure that you get to try everything they have before it all runs out! Once the sweet treats and desserts start going around, be sure you don't let it pass you!
From the menu I like:
Pan fried chicken which is served over crunchy dried noodles.
Salt and pepper shrimp.
Salt and pepper seafood.
Salt and pepper scallops.
Sizzling duck which comes out sizzling in a pan with vegtable, it's a very savory dish.
Their chili oil is also delicious! You can buy a container to go too!

Two words: DIM SUM!!!
I have a dim sum club (we’re going to make T-shirt’s and I already have my dim sum tattoo, seriously) and we go to Mandarin Kitchen all the time. I’ve introduced over a dozen people to dim sum here and they’ve alllll loved it. They go around with the carts, which I love. Everything is fresh and hot, and SO GOOD!
You can also get dim sum for take out, and very surprisingly, it actually travels really well.
I actually haven’t had their meals besides their dim sum, but I’d imagine they’re just as tasty! I cannot believe a restaurant this delicious is in Bloomington. Please go support them.
Ceecee Vang
Food is always good and customer service is always exceptionally good.
Update: Went to eat on 11/21/2022…. They finally upgraded to a system where you get a text/call when your table is ready. Finally.
Vanno Kouch
I have been going here for over a decade now. The food is fantastic, but I think it's also notible to say how remarkable the ervice is. The staff is constantly coming over to make sure you have everything, your water is filled, etc. The food is very traditional and flavorful. Highly recommend, I give this place 85 dimsums out of 100.
Pajai Xiong
Always satisfied with their dim sum!
Tou Xiong
Best dim sum place in the cities but over the years the prices has gone up so much. Just a few measly dimsum will rack up 70$. Can't imagine how much it costs for a big group.
Steve Teng Xiong
Beef Chowfun, Sautéed Squid, beef and pepper was delicious! 5/5. Beef short ribs were a disappointment. Awesome restaurant, food, and service. 4 star review due to a 4% surcharge on usage of a credit card.
Cal P
Mixed review for me. Definitely the best place for dim sum. The fried "football" shaped dumplings, salt and pepper shrimp, taro, and Chinese broccoli are very good here.
The staff however aren't the best. You need to flag them down if you need a refill on water or tea, if you can find one with a vest them zipping around. They are the ones that refill and clean up the tables. The cart people do the food only.
Make sure to get there early! When it's packed on the weekends you need to wiggle your way through the crowd to put your name down on the list. Make sure to stick around because you might get skipped if you don't hear them yelling your name.
C Tang
From duck to seafood to dim sum, this place is always busy and for good reason. Live crab and fish tanks as well as hanging duck. Definitely some hard core Chinese food that is outstanding. Food is great, but service is inconsistent, but the meal generally makes up for it. One star off for srvice. Expect long lines and waiting on the weekends for dim sum.
G Santana
Ordered couple if Dimsum on Saturday, the bill near 40 dollars. The foods is mediocre but considered good in the area since there is not much options. The goodness rank: hakauw-siomay-chicken porridge-roast pork
Ian Allen
Great place to go for an exceptional dim sum experience; the food keeps coming and there’s always a wide variety of different dishes. Came with a small group around 10 am (no wait at that time on a Saturday, but by the time we left it was packed) and after ordering quite a few dishes ended up spending around $25 per person. While everything was tasty, the pineapple buns were out of this world delicious—great way to finish the meal!
Matthew Samp
Amazing place! Tons of live sea creatures ready to be turned into your favorite dish. Huge plates, delicious appetizers and entrees. Our server was very friendly and helpful. Would be a “can’t miss” if you’re looking for authentic Chinese.
Kong Vang
Came here for the dim sum. For Minnesota, this is as best as it gets. Lots of carts coming around, but we got stuck in the corner of a smaller room, so the food I wanted didnt come til the end when I was mostly full. When I asked for a particular dish, the server just told me no she doesnt have it instead of finding the server who has it, so she/he can come to our table in the corner.
George Illes
The food was very good! The food came out quick and the staff were very accommodating, the atmosphere was calm and clean.
Minh Phung
The food here is absolutely delicious, if you are looking for authentic Asian cuisine. The restaurant gets packed and busy between 6PM - 12PM. The service is average and could be better, but the food makes up for that area. The average cost of an entree is $10 - $12. The restaurant opens up late until 2AM on certain days so filling those late night Asian craving can be fulfilled here.
Stuart Borken
I have had multiple special event dinners at this fabulous restaurant. This kitchen demonstrates the high style of Mandarin cooking. It also will cater to simple dishes. Please order the head on salt and pepper shrimp, the lobster in black bean sauce, the whole steamed walleye with ginger and scallions or the fried walleye with mandarin sauce. Keep your eyes open to the foods which fly past your table and don't be hesitant to ask, "what was that it looked so good"? This is NOT your sweet and sour chicken or moo goo guy pan sort of place. It's better than that. This is real Chinese cooking. Don't be afraid to get your hands dirty or sticky. It's that good. There are cocktails but you may only order what is on the menu. No mixologists here. The menu is like a text book or phone book.
Mike Harris
This review pertains to their Dim Sum only , as its my main reason for going. Its an experience! The commotion and the craziness associated is awesome, and being able to try tons of new items and find new flavors you never knew existed is awesome. The mystery of what is in the steam buns is always a fun one, when you miss what the server said as they are pointing to the options on their tray. If you havent gone yet, you need to make a weekend trip to try it out. Be warned! there will 100000% be a wait, but that just lets you know that you are getting into something special!
K G
The service and food were great. I loved the lemon chicken and the shrimp toast. Everyone ordered different items but agree that it was great food. My family and I came to celebrate a birthday. It was pretty busy but that did not change the customer service we received. The food came out hot and freshly made. The person assisting us was great at communicating with updates on the food. There was so much food coming and going, I forgot to take photos. We will be back.
Jay Shen
The way the restaurant looks pretty much resembles the ways restaurants in China look, with live seafood in tanks and the round tables and everything. They have a huge menu so there are lots of good dishes. Usually you can't go wrong with whatever you order. I will say, though, that most of the dishes I have had here, I have had better ones elsewhere in the Twin Cities. I have also heard that this place has good dim sum on weekend mornings and is usually packed. If you are around the Bloomington are and want to try authentic Chinese food, then Mandarin Kitchen is the place to go.
Amanda Ou
good Cantonese dimsum on every weekend n holidays too, before pandemic dimsum price is good, after 2 yrs pandemic the dimsum price jump in sky-high n dimsums are good but portions are reducing a lot, also prices are really expensive too, during the holiday if you go there for dimsum, then you have to be really patient like at least 45 minutes to 1hr for waiting your turn to get table. also for dimsum they always charge 10 to 15% services fees, no need to give them tips anymore. if you have over 5 people dine in for lunch n dinner, no need to tip them too, once you have 5 people in your party, they charge you 15% services fees too, just be careful watching your bills. other than that their dishes are good n really authentic Chinese Cantonese dishes, hope this help.
Emmy L
An hour wait, but worth it for a decent dim sum by MN standards.. 18% gratiity automatically applied. Bubble tea store right next to it is good too.
Mark “Killerkram” Morales
Delicious food, excellent portions, hot oil at the table, extremely friendly staff. This will definitely be my go to restaurant in Bloomington moving forward! The fish was really good
Zuofu Huang
The food is pretty decent, but the prices were not that reasonable. $100 dim sum for two, but you would get the same (maybe even better) for half the price in Chicago. Sometimes I don’t quite get how their fees add up.
florencia que
Amazing dim sum in heart of country. Tofu skin dumplings, roast duck and roast pork, excellent siu mai and pork buns. Love it!
Ben Wagner
Didn’t know what to expect but we tried some new things and they were delicious, very good food. Great service. I would go again.
Ezra LC
Fantastic restaurant for dim sum every Sunday! Get there early before 930 if you don't want to wait for seating!! Everything is fresh and amazing, try the coconut and the pineapple buns!
Young Kim
Ordered sweet & sour pork to-go, and the
Price after tax was $18.88.
Sweet & sour pork was fried well, and the amount wasn't bad either. About the sauce, it's not as sweet as other chinese restaurants, which I dont mind, but it has some bitter taste at the end.
Tommy Sun
delicious and authentic! too bad most the of bad reviews are related to credit card issues . if it weren't for that, this place would have a 4.7/5
Hannah Hilst
Delicious for weekend dim sum (menu attached)! They are offering takeout during the pandemic. Bring cash for payment. Remember to check the bottom of your steamed buns for paper before you bite! :) My favorite is the pineapple buns, which are great as a sweet fruity desert.
Thor Burntvedt
The menu here is gigantic! I would normally say this is bad, but in this case I would say it makes you want to come back again and again. Food was SO authentic. Get the softball crab and the dumplings! The duck, you can probably skip
Tina
The dim sum is top notch as always. The fried items are crispy and light and the steamed items hot. And still pretty busy at peak dim sum hours. I ate inside two weeks ago and did take out yesterday. Definitely busier yesterday but it's a holiday weekend.
dee tee
A little further out of a drive for us, but it was so worth it. Came here for lunch on a Monday and it wasn't busy. The service was A+++. Our server was wonderful and attentive. The food was great! Everything had a fresh and bold flavors. We had the minced pork tofu, lomein, red snapper hot pot. Will definitely make the 30mins drive back here again. Next time with more family!
Milad Shaddelan
A great restaurant, they love their job and treat customers really nicely, and the food is amazing.
Natalie Cherne
We loved this place!! The dump lies we’re tasty. The beef and broccoli was some of the best I have ever had. The sesame chicken had a nice crisp. The service was great and the food came out fast.
Biljana
My favorite place great, helpful and friendly service.Really fresh and tasty food.Totally recommend.
Allan Tong
Great place for authentic Chinese food. Have gone there many times everytime I am here on business. The Beef Chow Fun is great! They also serve Dim Sum during the weekends but have not tried it yet.
Daniel Picard
This was a positively wonderful experience!
The entire staff was not only super helpful and fast, but they were also all in masks and gloves.
We felt very safe and secure.
The food was top notch!
There are lots of different options that are unique and they are ALL tasty.
All of our items were prepared fresh and were brought to our table in less than 10 minutes! Wow!
Definitely recommend this restaurant and will be back again soon!
Chanthy And Tina Taem
A Excellent place to get Your Dim Sum and Peking Duck because they’re so delicious to try. 🥟🦆🍗 …
Soyphet Phomsamouth
Food is a little pricey. It get really busy during the morning in the weekend. Probably because of the dim sum.
C DaCruz
So good! Go early to line up for Dim Sum! Worth the wait! Shu mai, dumplings, sweet silky tofu some of my favorites!
It's a Me
The dim sum is good if you can get in. The carts come around "okay" but consistently get lost and don't make it all the way through. You'll usually need to get up and seek out any dishes you Really want
Max Preston
Excellent food with phenomenal customer service.
Every time I’ve gone the food was superb and the wait staff was attentive and professional. Sometimes, they even gave me free dessert.
If you’re looking for the best dish, go with the roast duck. Just insanely delicious.
I could not recommend a better restaurant for Chinese food.
Augster O
Mandarin Kitchen is open pretty late, especially for the location. So I stopped in one evening. I have been craving Kung Pao and figured I’d give it a try. I ordered takeout, as they were closing in a 1/2 hour. Food was ready and in my hand quickly. Friendly staff. Large portions. Enough for 2.
When I got to work to eat, the Kung Pao was odd. I was expecting it to be spicy, but it’s very, very mild. There are strange red peppers in it, and those are spicy, but also a weird texture and tough to chew. I don’t know. Maybe I’m eating it wrong. I never had trouble figuring out how to eat Kung Pao before though.
Their menu is huge. No joke. If you don’t know what you want, give yourself some time to look it over.
Anyway, because of their late hours, and massive selection, I’ll definitely give Mandarin Kitchen another try. I’ll be skipping the Kung Pao though.
Mike Huang
One of the best Cantonese restaurants in the Twin Cities! Outstanding food and excellent service, but the interior is getting a little faster and worn, especially given the premium price. Still worth it for the amazing food.
Adam Wentworth
Got salt and pepper pork, taste is good but had oil soaked breading. Beef chow fun with soy sauce was great, tender beef and familiar taste. House spicy dip on table tastes great and wait staff very attentive.
Florence Catherine Monterola
A variety of dimsum did not disappoint! Delicious pork and shrimp dumplings, and clams!!!
Shue Xiong
Service was great. 18% gratuity (which I didnt mind paying) and 4% charge on credit payments (this should be covered by the restaurant). Some of the items were average flavor wise and expensive in my opinion. (I.e. deep fried walleye in meat sauce $70). Also bought 5 shots of black label at the bar ($20 each. Overpriced imo)
John Ellmaker
I had a great dinner experience here again and just wanted to thank the staff for above and beyond service. I used to serve in a Mandarin Cuisine restaurant when I was younger and it had high standards for service. Everything last night had those aspects present and with friendly and inviting staff. This was the first time I'd seen my parents with my extended family since the pandemic started so thank you for making it special, everyone was so happy with the food too. Delicious!
Tyler Johnson
Incredible authentic dim sum! They have all the best dishes, and great environment! This is the best dim sum within 100 miles of the twin cities!
Ariya Phoutinane
Best dim sum in the metro! Get there early and still expect to wait but it's worth it. Don't forget to order the crab claws!
Eric Canillas
Great food, quick service and a Minneapolis classic.
Andrew Rosen
Dim Sum on Sat and Sun is an experience. Food is amazing. Great place to go with a large group. Loved the duck. Worth going out of you way for a special trip. Can't say enough about how much I enjoy this. I have not yet tried food from their regular menu yet as I love the dim sum experience with the carts of food being brought to you. It's wonderful because you get to see the food before deciding if you want to get it. With a larger group they have wonderful family style tables where the center rotates to share family style. As you enter they also have large tanks of fish to look at while you wait for a table, however I haven't needed to wait more than a few min. Only down side is not enough parking. Definitely a must try place!
Rezwanul Haque Turza
Food is good but their Dim sum is awesome. Everyone should try it.
Sao Vang
Good food and tea! We always get their fun noodle w bbq pork, prawns and fish w salt n hot peppers, and sautéed beef!
Brian Krupski
One of the only more traditional dim sum opportunities available that I am aware of. It is a little pricey depending on your appetite of course. The quality is good and they will bring you some thing specifically if you ask, otherwise it is good for an every once in a while experience.
Nic Skrade
Great food, quick service. Expect a little wait is you're there early in the day.
Peter Nguyen
The Chinese food here is so good, but just warning you, it’s quite expensive (I have it every once it a while so it’s no big deal). If you don’t like dealing with surcharges on your card payment, have your cash ready. I always have a great experience here and will continue to support them in the future.
Alex Skripnik
Dim Sum is great, good variety and flavor. Could offer more vegetables.
Daniel D
Food was good as was the service. Portions are reasonable. There was a surcharge for paying with credit as opposed to debit or cash; not a big deal. We will be back next time we are in Minneapolis.
Debbie Koumane
Dim Sum was great, but too expensive when dine in. If you don't speak the language, they will rip you off.
When order to go we pay $45 less and dining in we $45 more , we order the same thing and coming to find out they changed you more when you dining in.
Lindsey Fossum
Exceptional service and amazing food. Very family friendly! They brought my daughter a coloring book and oranges after the meal. Definitely found our new neighbor spot for authentic Chinese.
Alicia Dusel-Huerta
Dim sum is always exciting and delicious experience that I shared with first timers
Kathryn C
The dim sum experience on Sundays is like no other! Lots of little dishes to choose from, savory to sweet, and they just keep coming until you say enough. Great food and efficient service. Can't go a minute without having your water glass topped off.
Lala Chocolate
First time here. This was suggested for me when I looked up Dim sum. Very delicious and delightful food. Will definitely recommend and also come back with my old folks.
Deon Love
Great food! I loved the roast duck and oyster fried rice.
Lily Yang
So good. Gotta try their dim sum hour.
Marcus Chee
Dim Sum was good, some dishes better than others, some were mediocre. A bit pricey (3 of us totaled $128), but then there's not many Dim Sum places in the twin cities (the other probably is Yangtze, next stop).
Nikki L.
The wait can be long if you don't arrive long before opening hours but the food alone makes it worth eating lunch at 9.00am. It is always consistent, always good, and the service is efficient and fast. Every time I visit MN I have to go, it has become a tradition.
S L
Is there a better dim sum place in the Midwest? People drive from out of state just to eat here. The lines are always long... At least a 30-45 min wait. But it's worth it. 🤤 …
Thach Nguyen
Nice big menu. Food is amazing.
Polly
Beware, you will be charged 3.99% for a Debit or Credit Cards. Cash only. Too much hassles.
jay Riley
The food was good but my dinner did not come all together it came in separate times so I did not get to enjoy it like I wanted maybe because we had such a large party they were not able to fix the food to come out together but I may try them again next time I'm on that side of town and give them the second chance
Paula Mei
It was freaking delicious!
A little spendy but totally worth it! 😋

Love this restaurant! This restaurant will definitely be one of my favorite go to, whenever I'm near there. They've got alot of different varieties of Dim Sum and was very delicious. 😋🤤❤️🥰

Our go-to spot for Dim sum. Dim sum only served Saturday and Sunday staying at 9:30am until about 2pm or when they run out. Expect to wait on line unless you are there when the doors open.
Tony Don Meas (Tone)
Yes, they have the push carts here and the food is on point. The soy sauce is sweet and the chili oil is 🔥(see what I did there), it's near the outlets and all the points you need. You won't be disappointed.
Jessica
Be prepared for a 45 minute wait minimum. It gets busy and for good reason. This place is so yummy! Recommend going early so all menu items are available
Nicole Petersen
The dim sum here was amazing. Easily the best I've had in the cities by far. The wait is more than worth the quality of food and the service is fast and courteous. The staff walks around with stacks of delicious food and you pick and choose the tins you want added to your order. Can't wait to come back!
Jakob Ealy
I have been here for both their regular menu in addition to their dim sum menu. Both of which I highly praise! Feel free to stop in on the regular business hours for menu options. Otherwise, their dim sum days, now that is an event.
Staff will come around with carts of various tasty foods. You pick out what you like for the table, and the servers write it up on one card. Please be aware that your total bill creeps up rather quickly, and you have little idea as to what the final balance will be. Each time I have went with my groups, the grand total ends up being around $60 per person; that includes subtotal, tax, and tip.
I'll be honest, I could not name half of the food items. I recommend that when you come, do not be afraid to try new foods. You will be surprised by what your pallet locks onto. Also, check out the YouTube channel "Strictly Dumpling" or "Chen Dynasty", and watch their video on the dim sum experience.
I have high regard for this place. The staff is incredibly nice and the food is spectacular. I have had dim sum in China Town in NYC, and I gotta say this meets if not exceeds the bar. Dim sum here starts at 9:30am on the weekends. Be sure to get here early!
Hannah Rhea Sajulga
great food and service, however it was loud due to how busy they were and no music
Laura
My friends and I have really enjoyed going for dim sum in the past, but with the pandemic, haven't been able to go, or felt safe to go. We were curious as to whether you can do dim sum for takeout (as typically part of the whole experience is the sitting around the table and taking things from the cart) but it turns out you can! Just go to the restaurant when they open and they have menus up front and then it only took about 10 minutes for us to get our food. Do we still miss the experience of sitting with our friends enjoying dim sum? Yes! But being able to pick up some favorites to take home (and drop off for our friends) definitely gave us a little slice of sunshine this weekend. I DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone looking for good dim sum in the twin cities. As a heads up (some people seem upset about this based on other reviews), if you pay with a credit card, they charge a 3.99% surcharge fee since it costs them to process credit card charges, and to help provide for their staff during the pandemic. I'm totally in favor of them doing this, but if that's something that makes a difference to you, just make sure you pay with a DEBIT card, or bring cash!
Robert Imrie
The dim sum on weekends is delicious and has plenty of variety. Prices are reasonable; we always go with a group and end up paying $20-25 / person, and that’s after eating a lot. Service is quick and efficient but expect a long Saturday and Sunday mornings - hey, it’s popular! -and plan accordingly (get there early and be ready to wait in line.)
Jenna Wood
Been going here for 18 years, but have yet to try their dim sum. Regardless, it is one of the best authentic Chinese restaurants in Minnesota, and I highly recommend them to anyone.
Edit: Just tried their dim sum. It was way over priced ($75 for two people). Wasn’t worth it. Eating from their menu is a better deal with more food!!!

Terrific food. Amazing place. Really nice service!!!!!
Jen Murty
Phenomenal dim sum Saturday morning. The most phenomenal service we have ever had. Show up early to get in first seating or get a reservation. It’s that dang good. In the Top 5 of 30 global dim sum places we have tried. Mushroom dumpling, scallop dumpling, beef/chive shumai, pineapple bun, fruit tart, crispy shrimp ball, fried rice. Tried it all, these were favs.

We were so hungry and craving rice. Went to a place down the street from here, first, they were so rude we left. We found this place and the lady was super nice. We got roast duck and rice, fast, friendly service and loved their koi fish pond.
Joel Wacker
Very good dim sum on weekends!! staff and service is excellent. Was pricy though, we did order a lot of food, but was about $200 for 2 adults😳 …
Karen Schellhaass
As always, Mandarin Kitchen was fabulous! We used to dine in almost every week, but we had take out and it was great! The potstickers are tasty and packaged with their sauce. The chow mein was package separately from the toppings and sauce to keep it crispy. All the dishes were wonderful so that we could enjoy at Happy Chinese New Year!
Kevin Mendel
Great authentic chinese. We ordered a few different entrees for family and everything was delicious. One hiccup, we ordered cashew shrimp and got cashew chicken instead, but it was great. That's the only reason for the four stars. Friendly staff too.
Andrew Netteberg
The best Dim Sum in MN and one of the best all around Chinese restaurants in Minnesota. A massive menu with close to (if not over) a hundred items, if they don't make it, its possible no one does.
Brad Helmer
Staff was super friendly and attentive, food was very authentic and delicious. Their menu had just about everything you could ask for in a Chinese restuarant. The various staff that stopped by our table were all super polite, helpful, and were on top of everything. Good to see some places still value good customer service. Great experience!
Gordon H
The food was tremendous!
I went there to dine in because of my carryout experience.
The food was delicious and the ingredients were unique in many ways.
So I wanted to try other things on their menu and enjoy the restaurant itself.
It's a large and beautiful place clearly set up for families and large parties. The service was fast and efficient, but in my opinion too fast.
I felt rushed when we were only one of three tables in a big almost empty restaurant. No one was waiting and there were 4-6 waiting staff with nothing to do.
I prefer my meal paced, served as courses, appetizers, soup, entrée. All of it came at once so that by the time we got to the entrées they were cold, and before we were halfway through our check came.
I highly recommend Mandarin Kitchen for their food but as a takeout experience only.
Hasith D
We heard that this is the best place to have dim-sum around twin cities. We had a great experience here. It was the first time I had dim-sum, and I loved it. We went with a bunch of friends and a couple of them knew about dim-sum, which made it easier to know what to get. The servers move around with with carts, full of different kinds of dim-sum, fried rice, roasted duck, pork etc. And we can order what they have when they come to the table.
It's definitely a unique experience. We went there on a Sunday morning and the place was crazy busy. we went there half an hour before the place opens and by the time it opened we had a queue of people to fill all the tables in the restaurant, and they kept coming. So plan accordingly if you don't wish to stand for a long time to get in.
Anna Yesberger
It's so good! Had dim sum, exceeded all expectations! You can choose from a variety of small plates that staff would bring around on carts. They were patient and explained what everything was, and will bring you dishes on request/send the right cart over if you are looking for something specific. Had a great time, and it's very reasonably priced for how much quality food you get.
N.
We went there late night but they still serve us well
S H
Great food, not dimsum for dinner
Julia Marie
Love this place, very good dim sum.
Paks Yang
Some customers complain about how they automatically charge you tip. But their service deserves that tip! They have a lot of workers and you can ask for anything at any time you want and they'll get it for you asap! Food comes out fast and water is always filled! the best service I've had without needing to wait for my waiter/waitress. I suggest going for dimsum on the weekends. They work very fast and you don't need to communicate very much with them. Just enjoy your time there with the family or friends and order food.
Lauren Peabody
Very good and very authentic Chinese food. Best part is, you don’t feel bloated after eating here! The beef and broccoli is my favorite. If you have a sweet tooth, get their mung bean soup for dessert! I believe the soup is $3 for a cup. Keep it up Mandarin Kitchen!
Samuel Young
Best dim sum experience I’ve had! I aim for every Sunday , the earlier you show you the better the food options!
Louise Guggisberg
It isn't enough that Mandarin Kitchen has unusual traditional Cantonese dishes; the chefs also make the food great (highly recommend the curry chicken and any of the fresh seafood!!!). In Covid times, they wipe down everything and social distance the tables. Take out available - just check date and times. The staff are very fun, responsive and have your and their health in mind with their precautions. My first exposure to Chinese food was in NYC's Chinatown. Mandarin Kitchen is the closest I've found in Minnesota to the great flavors and smells of well flavored Cantonese cooking. Love the food, appreciate excellent service and can't wait to be in your presence again!
Sandra Nichols
The dim sum is excellent. Peking duck is so so; fat was not rendered to the extent it should be; pancakes were dry; dramatically overpriced.
B I
So this place is usually pretty busy. It attracts a lot of Asian families. If you go, figure out what they're eating and order that. I did not do this, and the pork fried rice was underwhelming. The wontons were okay. People were very polite, and the decor is what you'd expect from a casual Asian eatery.
Daroch Rodriguez
Delicious and Fresh... friendly Staff... crispy Quail, HoneyWallnut shrimp...
rebecca plye
My first time there went there with my girlfriend and the food was delicious and yummy 😋
Ritvik Kar
One of the BEST places I've ever eaten at. Quick service (as long as you beat the brunch rush), really great fresh food and kind staff. Good for larger groups but you might have a longer wait time. If you're trying to do the weekend breakfast, get there just as the restaurant opens (9:30) so that you don't have to wait too long to get a seat. It gets pretty crowded by 10.
Tim Gugudan
Only been once but it was great. The steamed dumplings had nice doughy wrappers with a classic pork/shrimp filling. Chow fun noodles we're hardy and not over sauced or goopy. The service was quick and pork and duck were hanging at the front entrance which is always a good sign.
Sam Hudoba
I've never had dim sum before, but this was a great first experience. Quickly seated and served water was topped off quickly and plenty of food was brought by for me and my partner to select. Do visit! And enjoy my pix!
Eric Grassi
It's totally fine.
I did expect better since there are so many deep cuts on the menu, but the fried rice was bland, the general tso's wasn't spicy at all, my girlfriend didn't really enjoy her BBQ pork lo mein, and all the oil in the food was a bit fishy.
It wasn't bad, but we probably won't go back.
It was pretty clean though and pretty busy, so enough people must like it.
Connie Hsu
Visit Minneapolis for a week and eat there for twice. One dim sum brunch and made to order dinner.
Waiters were all very nice.
Definitely will eat there next time we visit Minneapolis.
sjr5432
This is THE place for authentic and tasty Chinese cuisine! Very attentive service. Reasonable pricing. A menu ready to be explored.
John Lieu
One of the best authentic Chinese food in the Twin Cities area. Dim Sum is GREAT; but lines is often long and slow (especially at opening). I'd recommend getting there a bit earlier in the morning to help ensure you are serviced appropriately; otherwise, the traffic is pretty good later in the afternoon.
Regular dishes are fantastic; but a bit pricey compared to your typical take-out restaurant.
Nick Wilson
Best dim sum in the Twin Cities bar none. If you are not in line at opening for dim sum you will likely have to wiat a bit for a table. The wait is worth it though. So many options all so good. All done in the classic steam cart style where the carts come to your table and you choose based on what looks, smells, and sounds the very best. I have yet to find any better dim sum in the Twin cities.
Thor Hang
The food just keeps coming! Definitely a do-again!
If you want authentic Chinese food, this is the place! Dim sum up the nostril! Smells great! Tastes great! If they weren't all the way across town, I'd probably go everyday!!!
Mai Vue
Overall the Dim sums were good. Only thing I would say I didn't really like is being flooded with food before we sat down and then when we were waiting for more items no one came by.
Ryan Isdahl
I have only gone here for dim sum, but I absolutely love it, and keep going back again. Make sure you get there early enough. If you go at the end they start running out of items. Expect a wait, but it is worth it. It is an experience, you have to be open to trying new things. Yes, there are items I have not been impressed with, but overall I love the atmosphere and the food. The sesame buns and crab balls are my favorite! Average about 15-20 a person. Dishes broken down into small, medium, and large based on cost of iteam not serving size. Last I was there I believe the large was 6 dollars and the small was around 3, but it can be a good idea to keep track where you are at so you don't get a surprise bill at the end.
Leroy McGowan III
This place makes excellent food most of the time. If your food does not come out right and they say they will write it down make sure you get the person's name. I spent $70 dollars on February 6th and it was so bad me and my wife only ate the rice. After talking to someone about it they said they would do something for me but the next time I was in I got nothing! I've been coming there for over 2 years now but I will not be returning after this ever again.
MOCHI FRIED ICECREAM
Im never disappointed in this place . Things are a bit different now with the pandemic and how food is prepared when it's take out. But it's still sooooooo good. I recommend the steamed oysters , the super giant shrimp tofu balls that come with vegetables. Sauted lobster 8n ginger and scallion sauce, pork friend rice cooked with soy sauce was better than the Chinese style. And their fried walleye in black bean sauce.
Frank Candalisa
I have never been disappointed with their food or service. They do cater to their regular customers but don't let that discourage you from going. Dim Sum on the weekend is worth the wait. If you love shrimp you can try over a dozen variations without repeating yourself.
Kaitlin T
Dim sum over the weekend is fantastic and a ton of fun. It's basically Chinese tapas. They bring carts of food over to your table, and you can pick and choose what you want. Beware you don't really know the cost of each item, so cost varies. We usually will pay around $25/person. Food outside of dim sum is also really good too. I would recommend this place to others.
Paul H
Great dim sum, but you should arrive 20 to 30 minutes before they open if you want to get seated quickly. Also expect it to be very crowded and very noisy that's because this place is crazy popular. But it's for a good reason their dim sum is really good.
S G
Gladly surprised with the quality and authentic Cantonese cuisine here at Mandarin Kitchen, in Minneapolis no less! One give away that this restaurant is a serious about its food is the aquariums by the entrance and there's quite a good selection too! Any good Asian restaurant, especially seafood restaurants, would have live fishes available so that their customers know that they are getting the freshest fishes!
While we did not have any seafood today, every dish was on spot and tastes delicious.
A highlight of the night was their specialty tofu, the fried tofu with minced shrimp. This tofu is oval shaped 2 inches in diameter, fried on the outside while soft on the inside, which includes shrimp. This dish is a skilled dish as its not easy to make and fry without it disintegrating or overcooking it.
Another standout dish is the jelly fish with pork. I like the texture of the jelly fish, soft yet chewy, salty, sweet and sour. The pork is thinly sliced and served cold. This is a really good appetizer is made very well and is delicious!
The sweet and sour pork is an all time favorite and they did not disappoint. The pork is meaty and not fatty, fried well and the gloss of sweet and sour flavors were fantastic, with a hint of lemon.
Wonderful dinner at Mandarin Kitchen!
tesfaye aschenaki
Time and time again consistently great food. You can never go wrong ordering the pea tips, simply made but unbelievably delicious. The seafood chow fun is another must order. Salt and pepper squid is always a must order. For Sunday meals you Need to go here for dim sum, an endless Array of food wrapped up in a perfect food vessels dumplings wrappers.
Winnie Lin
I didn't have to wait to be seated. They brought complimentary desserts too after the meal, which was delicious.
Kristen Kregel
I love Mandarin kitchen dim sum! We go at least once a month. The bbq pork dumplings are delicious and so many more! I love the little egg tarts for dessert, too. My employer buys us lunch on Saturdays from here and their sesame shrimp is so yummy.
Emily Lo
Always come here for dim sum whenever I’m in MN! Love how you can eat as soon as you are seated and staff are attentive. Beef chow fun, shrimp dumplings shrimp rice paste are my favorite here!
Baramee Chindavong
Great spot for cart dim sum. Gets very busy with a line during prime dim sum hours, be ready to wait a bit. They have a large variety of dim sum dishes. You can even order off the regular menu if there's something you want. Go with a crowd; it's more fun.
Chris Meek
Went for dinner and walked in around 4:45 pm on a Saturday and were immediately sat. 15 min later the place was full. Bright happy atmosphere. Everything we had was pleasantly light and fresh, including the tea, wonton soup, egg rolls, and each of our dinners. Very attentive wait staff that were friendly and on the spot. Not pushy and everyone seemed to help out. There was no waiting for a single wait staff to come around. We came home with delicious leftovers too as the serving sizes are generous. Thank you Mandarin Kitchen staff for a nice tasty dinner.
Lorrie Finley
Would give 5 stars but acoustics made it nearly impossible to converse. Went on Sunday when dim sum is served ( or lunch is also available). Went with friends that picked selections but everything was delicious and served hot. Staff was very friendly and courteous even though extremely busy and placed was crowded. Definitely would come again.
Ganga Harris
Delicious and authentic food. Fast service
Koradat Lakkasorn
Giant Crab!!, Good taste. I like it.
Brad Hanson
Dinner was excellent. Lots of choices. Great flavors. Tender meats and tasty, crisp vegetables. Generous servings. Lighting is a bit too bright, but otherwise clean and comfortable. Want to return for Dim Sum on the weekend.
Jonathan Setzer
For a party of 10 on an extremely busy day we were seated almost immediately, which was great. I would give it five stars but it's very loud and hard to hear/understand the servers as they come around. Basically, they have people walking around with carts of food, they stop and ask if you want any. If you are with a party, you split the price of food evenly among each person. I was surprised how inexpensive it turned out to be with how much food I ate.
Kanchan Lamsal
I had heard a lot about this place and went here for the first time today during the dim sum hour. The best dim sums I have ever had in the twin cities! Everything was super fresh. The place was busy but the servers were very friendly and patiently described the food to us.
Justin Vander Ziel
I have not found anything quite like the wonderful experience of Dim Sum. My experience in the Mandarin Kitchen is authentic to my memory of the experience in Hong Kong years ago: bustling atmosphere, crowded eating, lots of dishes with strange-sounding names that please the palate and satisfy your appetite. It's a bit like having all of the best street vendors conveniently pass by your table one after the other. If you are not one for surprises it's best to go with friends who are familiar with the food and preferably fluent in Cantonese or Mandarin. Highly recommend.
Manoj Moorjani
Most authentic fresh and delicious chinese food and Dim sum in the Twin Cities. Their 5 spiced shrimp, garlic lobster and deep fried walleye with black bean sauce is die for. Freshest Chinese style seafood around. My favorite restaurant for sure!
Landon Caya
My first dim sum experience was here and now I am constantly seeking dim sum. I didn't realize how lucky I was to eat here. This is THE place.
Matthew Schroeder
Found this gem after a later evening trip to the airport to get my girlfriend. Had a need for some good Chinese food and the Mandarin Kitchen does it up right. Ordered the fried potstickers and General Tso's chicken and both came good and hot with nice large portions. They serve a huge bowl of rice and great tasting hot tea as well. Very reasonably priced. The restaurant was very clean and well kept. The service and wait staff was too notch too. They have aquarium tanks for fish and lobster and they were some BIG ones. All the live sea creatures looked well kept and clean too. Definitely going back. Love that it's open until midnight weekdays!
Tana
Good place to go eat with the family and a large variety of food. The only bad part is that it can get a little chaotic on the weekends and it's pretty busy. People are running around with trays and very little space to move around. Can get a little pricey if you are ordering certain dishes. Other than that, I think it's a great place to dine for dim-sum.
Reuben Hushagen
The Mandarin Kitchen is the real deal! You will find truly authentic Chinese cuisine here. The weekend Dim Sum service is amazing. It gets very busy and the line to be seated can seem a little intimidating, but be patient it's worth the wait. It's a bit more expensive than a buffet if you have a healthy appetite, but it's so worth it, and still a lot cheaper than a flight across the Pacific.
toni hell
Delicious! Had chicken and garlic sauce. Husband had lemon chicken. Cream cheese wontons. Kinda more expensive than most Chinese restaurants
Banle Gaar
If you've never had dim sum before and you are scared to go because of the unknown, embrace the open-mindedness of your curiosity. There might be a very slight language barrier but nothing that can't be figured out. If the server talks to fast just ask again what something is. Nothing I had today was bad at all, I'd order everything again. Try not to fill up on the first couple rounds! There are multiple rounds of food, even some more after we were done! Pork buns to egg rolls for the less adventurous and jelly fish salad, chicken feet or pork/tripe buns for the more adventurous. Perfect place to break out of your normal food choices.
They don't take American Express for a heads up.
Jason Hansen
Best Chinese food in the metro area.
Dan Ng
You're not going to find better dim sum than here within the Twin Cities. Dim sum only available on the weekends and special Holidays. Unless you arrive right when it opens, expect a sea of people at the front waiting for a table. Go up to the front counter, right-side, and one of the hostess will jot your name down for the wait.
On Sundays, they still have the fried shrimp tofu roll. They run out of that fast, so I highly recommended you go-in early. Otherwise they have most of the traditional dishes that you can find commonly in Canton (shrimp dumplings 虾饺, pork shumai 烧卖, turnip cake 蘿蔔糕, chicken feet 鳯爪, etc.)
Freddy Camacho
This is the only place so far for DIM-SUM in St. Paul-Minneapolis area that I have tried and found. Other places do not offer a big variety or is mix with buffet. The food is amazing and authentic and the service is great. I recommend to get there early if not you will have to wait or get at 11am for the second batch of people. I have to say to be careful when ordering from the carts, because when you less expected your bill will be $100. The problem is that everything is so delicious that you loose track and well... you also want to try everything. In conclusion this is the best place for DIM-SUM in the whole Midwest!!!!!!.
John Liudr
Most dishes we ordered were good. We had to have them take back our soup as there was a fortune cookie's paper slip in it. We wondered how it got out of its plastic wrap and the cookie and landed in our soup. The server was also lazy. I had to go to the registry to ask for the check, then look for boxes for leftover. It was a weeknight so there weren't many people dining. There is no excuses for the server to not do him job.
Kevin Kleinschmidt
Our family loves eating here. Great food and decent prices. I see a lot of people complaining about the waiters/waitresses, we have always had very attentive waiters and have not had any one rude to us. Sometimes when you look for problems they find you!
I would recommend this place for anyone interested in an authentic Chinese meal.
Rinto Dasuki
Went there for dimsum. Food is good, but rather expensive. We spent $40 per person.
Leslie Boey
Authentic, delicious dim sum. The two of us went during peak hours and agreed to share a table, so were seated within 10 min. Would highly recommend and would go again in a heartbeat.
Mike Suwan
Absolutely the best Dim Sum experience in the Twin Cities. Get there early they fill up fast.
robert hill
Go there for dim sum only. Plan on arriving before it's open to stand in line. Always
am laughing at the people crowding at the front door waiting for seating at 10:30am while enjoying the most delicious food. Not sure why people complain about the service or quality of the food. Have been here several times and have never had one problem. Some of the staff have a problem speaking English but I always go with a Chinese friend who speaks The language hmmm maybe that's why we get such good food and service lol
Territorial Baron
Most of the reviews are for the Dim Sum... I'd love to try that but frankly it sounds like one big goatf*ck, so, n/m. Been here twice in the past couple months. I'd say "edible but overpriced for what you get". Service was decent, but the food was mediocre. Ordered what is commonly known as MaPo tofu (pork with tofu, which is tagged as 'spicy' and was not at all spicy), Chow Fun vegetable which had the half inch-ish rice noodles instead of the fat and wide ones I've come to expect from Chinese restaurants... Not a lot of vegetables, either, unless you count Green Onions. Finally, the "Chinese Broccoli" (Gai Lan) with Garlic Sauce was, I feel, a big ripoff for the price - barely two handfuls of Gai Lan with a sprinkle of garlic, in about a tablespoon of sauce. And, for the love of Zuul, can this place please get a working menu up on their website?
Heather Strand
One of the best restaurants I have been to in Bloomington in a while. I was impressed by the food, service, and atmosphere. I'll definitely be back and I would recommend you try it out as well!
DC
My parents pretty much live at this restaurant. The food here reminds them of home. We love it. I don't think they make a single bad dish from their GIGANTIC menu. It's also open late always. When in doubt of where to eat, just go to Mandarin kitchen.
Andrew Ouverson
Best dim sum in the city, but be prepared to wait. The line is out the door on the weekends
Ed H
Great looking restaurant, friendly and professional services, good food at reasonable prices.
Keri K
My friends live this place and they brought me here to experience it with them. If you plan to go, get there early...before the doors open. We were 100th in line at about 9:15 on a Sunday morning. The place opens at 9:30am. However, eating was quick and food was immediate. Quite the variety of dim sum. I recommend going!
[A-za-z]*
Dim Sum is good! If you go with a bunch of people the Dim Sum is very reasonably priced. Probably one of the best places in Minneapolis for Dim Sum. Not a good idea to go for first timers though without a knowledgeable guide. As for the atmosphere, this is definitely family style -- lots of families with kids excited about the good food. To people who say the waiters a indifferent, welcome to the authentic Chinese food experience!
Albert Jonathan
They serve a very good dim sum every weekend, but the price is a little bit overpriced especially if you compare it with other dim sum places in the bay area. Also, I would suggest you to come a few minutes before they open, otherwise you'll need to wait until the first batch finish (approximately 30 minutes).
Ben To
Very good Cantonese food! I grew up in NY and ate in NYC's Chinatown weekly, and the food at Mandarin Kitchen stacks up very well. I feel lucky that there's a restaurant like this in the Twin Cities. The service isn't that good, except for one server who's great, but it's still a very well run restaurant. Additionally, the restaurant has live seafood, which is great for special occasions. This is an especially great place if you love seafood.
Manking Lee
As a fat chinaman, the dim sum is fantastic. I can stuff my face full of rice noodles, flag down the lady with BBQ pork and I can't hear my mom squawk over the noise. It is truly a genuine Dim Sum house experience like in Hong Kong. The regular menu is vast if you come for regular meals. No disappointed dishes here.
Tamella H
We went for weekend din sum! We arrived at 10:30 and the wait was around 30 minutes so if you dont wanna wait make sure you arrive around 9:30 am. Dim Sum was really good we ate until we could not breath and paid only $18 per person. They also include tip to the bill so you dont have to stay in a crowed and calculate :). Highly recommended, especially pineapple buns. Yuuum!
Richard Winkelmann
One of two great dim sum restaurants in the Twin Cities. I have been coming to Mandarin’s dim sum for 20+ years and they are consistently superb.
Elijah Steinbauer
I come here ever year on Jan 1 for dim sum. All the food is super good. I know it's hard to get past, but the best chicken feet I've ever had.
Linda Mortensen
I actually had to use the restroom and ordered something simple at the same time...the beef and broccoli. It was exquisite! The decor is pretty, white table cloths covered tables and waiters graciously greeting you and smiling. The hostess/cashier was pleasant and nice and there is a real koi pond with a waterfall by the front door. The koi fish are fascinating. I will definitely come to this place again!! What a nice surprise.
tommy le
This place has the biggest and the best Dim Sum in MN. Not to mention they have a very large varieties of fresh seafood. Most important of all nice environment and a very friendly staff. Highly recommended.
Joseph Paulson
Great food! Very real chinese food.
Trúc Nhi Văn Hà
came here for some dimsum. The menu doesnt have that much variety. Food is okay. Service is okay too. Overall, not too bad but could be improved.
Tony Tarnowski
Best roast duck ever and chow fun. The dim sum is really good but expensive. Only negative wanted a half order of a dish and the owner refused which I thought was very poor costumer service.
Son Ngo
Very good food. Lobster, crab are live. Roasted duck and pig are so good. Waiters be are nice. Don't order soup since they offer free soup (if you order soup, they will not bring free soup).
Erik Ruggles
The Dim Sum here on Saturday and Sunday mornings is amazing. Their Steamed BBQ Pork Buns are to die for and we always have to get some when we visit. Their Pineapple Egg Custard Buns are our favorite way to polish off a meal.
Zack Lumitap
Came in late Saturday night with some friends slighty hungry and went with mostly familiar dishes: beef chow fun, chinese broccoli with mushrooms in a light garlic sauce, roast duck, beef curry hot pot (first!), congee, and a couple of appetizers (cream cheese wontons and steamed dumplings) not pictured. The service was prompt and the waiters were extremely attentive. They were also helpful and honest about their preferences and we appreciated that! Usually come here for dim sum on the weekends and it is a completely different vibe, but the food is always consistent. Till next time!
Nate Palmquist
Probably the best food of this type that I've had in the Twin Cities. Cool old school vibe, and awesome menu selection. Service was fine but low expectations should be the standard. And they have pea tips! Best for groups of 4 or more.
Yasmin Smith
My friends and I went here and the workers were very nice. The food came super fast and everything tasted so good. I can’t get over how nice the workers were, very nice place!
Seaweed S
The food is great! I've loved it since I was a child. Dim sum is really good when you dine in. However, don't order dim sum to go!!! From personal experience, it's a bloody nightmare.
Sara Lai
We got the peking duck 3 course meal. Delicious!
Strawbowi3
One of my favorite order by menu Chinese restaurant . The food there is expensive but the price is worth it. I love most of the dishes and taste of it. The servers are okay. They don't understand English as well but they are good servers. I would come here more often if it wasn't so pricey!
Justin Williams
Very inviting, efficient and prompt. Great service good food
Temitope Abiona
The food is really good. My favorite is the Singapore noodles. It's really good. And the waiters are the best around the twin cities in my opinion. They truly wait on you while you are there.
Yamini Karandikar
Went here for Dim Sum with a group. It’s really authentic and you have to be a bit adventurous since you might not know what you are ordering, but everything was tasty. Phenomenal pork buns.
Kaonouchee Vang
Headed to Mandarin Kitchen for lunch... literally noon. Dim Sum on point - flavor, taste, smell... my only disappointment is they did not have chicken feet. Definitely coming back when I visit MN again.
Holly Babcock
Delish! We've had Dim Sum all over the US, and to find it in our home state has made us some very happy foodies! Busy, fast, fresh! Later you arrive, longer the wait.
Vlad Goldenberg
One of two places in the twin cities that serves relatively authentic dim sum (to my knowledge). We've also come here for authentic southern Chinese style family dinners. The place is legit, based on the feedback from folks who know. It certainly cannot be compared to the best of the coasts, but I doubt it will disappoint.
Justin Wiertzema
If you ever find yourself craving Chinese food, please give this place a shot. You will not be disappointed. They have an extensive menu to choose from, the cream cheese wontons are heavenly, and the free tea you get with each meal is fantastic.
JC Hsie
Excellent restaurant. My family was there for dim sum and we were highly satisfied with the food. Lots of very authentic dishes including some that might scare you if you are not Chinese, but plenty of good food even for the non-adventurous.
Sam Larson
I got the beef, tomatoes and green peppers combo plate. The beef was very tender and good, and everything was very tasty. I will be coming back!
Krista Johnson
Amazing food. We always go for dim sum, it is the best. If you show up just a little before 10 you can get in first- a line will form, just before it opens. Almost everyone in that very long line (several stores down) will get in. It's a much bigger place than it looks. There will be a line for a while after 10, that will have to wait through people eating. I'd show up at 10:30 or 11:00 to have a short wait. Your first time might be a little overwhelming, there is a learning curve- if you're not used to dim sum, you might not know which dishes to grab. You can never go wrong with a dumpling of any kind, and the egg tarts are the most beautiful thing I've ever eaten. If you see a ball thing with shrimp tails poking out of it GET THAT. Sticky rice is nice, as well, you'll see it wrapped in some leaves, it has egg and meat hidden inside. A very helpful person suggested this strategy: if you don't know what a food is, get it, put it in your mouth. If it's good (and chances are high it is) get it again. If it's not, then don't. Taking lots of people (4 or more) the first time is a great idea, cause chances are, someone will like that thing you don't like. And everybody will get to try lots of stuff, almost everything can be split up, and small foods often come in threes and fours. This place is very authentic. They do serve chicken feet. Don't freak out, fellow white people, everything will be okay. Chicken feet are delicious, quite soft and juicy. My only complaint about chicken feet is that there's just not a lot of meat on them bones.
Karen Urness
Great food. Will be visiting again and often
Bobby Tao
Mandarin Kitchen is king of the Twin Cities metro area when it comes to dimsum. They are also known for a variety of authentic Cantonese dishes. You'll have to try the Peking Duck. They also offer a variety of live seafoods on the menu. Lobster in ginger scallion sauce is a great choice! The price has gone up considerable through the years but the quality is still 🔝
Liem
Not incredibly impressed and quite frankly I'm not sure why this place gets such high praises. The dim sum is average at best, food comes luke warm or cold at times and you will be packed like a can of sardines on the weekends.
Jongeun Kim
There are some unexpected costs: 18% fixed tip for dim sum, 4% surcharge for the usage of a credit card. I know that there are some restaurants that charge additional fee for a credit card (is this legal?), but 4% is the most expensive fee I've ever seen.
Marvellina Goh
**update: After we ate at Tim Ho Wan in Las Vegas twice, we can't eat at Mandarin Kitchen for dim sum anymore! We realized how much MSG they have been putting on their food. We thought they were good, but we were spoiled by how good Tim Ho Wan is now. Now there is also 3.99% surcharge if you pay with credit card!! This is ridiculous! Who does that anymore these days? Paying with credit card is a very common thing!! Don't be too greedy! Won't be back anymore sadly! This used to be the only place we go for dim sum here in MN, but not anymore! bye bye MK! Hoping Tim Ho Wan will open up in the Twin Cities!!
Sondra Zoellner
Amazing Dim sum and the staff is wonderful! Its does get busy but its very worth the wait! We drive over an hour to come here and it never disappoints!!
Sage Birchwood
Fair warning, the service is not exactly friendly. You don't have to bring a helmet during dim sum hours, but the service is what it is--aggressive.
For dim sum, come early and maybe bring a white board with your helmet as it is packed and loud. The food itself is good, but avoid dishes like Chinese Broccoli and Roast Duck as they are served luke warm during dim sum hours for some reason.
Like almost all Authentic Chinese restaurants, there is an extensive menu with secret items so I avoid decision fatigue by just getting dim sum. Most of the entrees I tried were acceptable (ma po tofu, chicken in garlic sauce, house fried rice, breaded crab legs). There was one dish in particular that kind of threw me off; it was shrimp toast. Shrimp toast is a dish I grew up with where battered shrimp is fried with slices of Vietnamese bread or slices of a baguette. Their version is shrimp rolled up with wonderbread and then deep fried. It trumps egg foo young in being a literal oil sponge, and that's all you would taste--frying oil. It kind of boggles my mind how this dish made it on a menu, and why someone let alone a chef would take their time to find American sandwich bread and deep fry it with shrimp.
I start my reviews with 5 stars and then deduct, because reasons.
1 star deducted for service: I get better service if I get a Vietnamese server. Other times, I get the aggressive guy who appears to be playing a game where he can predict what we are requesting and bark a reply as fast as possible. This is a restaurant, not a networking event.
1 star deducted for consistency of food quality: Serve food hot or cold, not luke warm. Why, why shrimp toast?
Brooke Shook
First time visit: 5 🌟 service from everyone who was there! Amazing food! Highly recommend the chinese vegetables with oyster sauce, and the steamed dumplings! …
Bee Lynne
Excellent food, good service. The tea was good. Food was done quickly, and there were a lot of options. Staff was friendly. Will be going again next time I'm in the area.
Monica Phomsamouth
I go to this place cuz there’s no other Chinese restaurants around. It’s good but I had better.
The price are nuts!
Thuat Lieu
Great place to eat for dim sum! Come to think about it the only location for dim sum in Bloomington, so it can get crowded. I have been going here for a long time. However my only complaint is that their service is horrible every time I go here. I only come back for their delicious dim sum, but don't expect great service.
Kinny Kins
This is literally a taste of Asia. Particularly southeast Asia. I grew up eating this food and I couldn't have found a better place that tastes just like home cooking. The carts with hot dim sum, congee, and hot tea omg. It felt like I was eating breakfast in Hong Kong. The food is incredible. As for the noisy environment, you're getting the authentic experience!! This is a family environment where you dine and talk! Of course it's noisy! Definitely will be back!
Tanner Coil
Dim sum is outstanding. Parking is a pain and is crazy busy, but food is definently worth the wait. Is 4 hrs away from us but always make time to stop there if we are anywhere near. Highly recommend
Lien Phung
Spacious, food was very good. Could not get a seat for dim sum during the weekend due to popularity.
francis chock
The secret to getting into this place is to come when they are closed like an hour before they open crazy busy on weekends. However it's worth the wait. Har.gow plump shrimp, sui mai flavorful , char sui bao perfect. If I'm close to this area ,I make it point to stop in. Preferably on a weekday. All in all not bad for mn
Ming Ming Liu
Went here with a colleague on business trip. I might have given this a 3 star, but upped a star because Chinese food selection in Minneapolis seems limited. Mandarin Kitchen has most of the dishes you would expect from China's Southern Coastal provinces, mildly flavored cuisine that focus on bringing out the flavor with its main ingredients vs. heavy on spice/herb.
The food is authentic, but not spectacular. The service and ambience is very typical of Chinese restaurant you would find in major US metro cities. The prices are on slightly higher (by $2-3 per dish), but serving size is big.
Overall, your average fare for authentic Chinese restaurant in large US metro area, but maybe on the higher end for Minneapolis.
leah
They have whole roast duck, racks of ribs, etc, in a display case as you walk in. And they are goooooood! The live seafood always makes me sad, though, in those tiny tanks, and the koi are hopelessly overcrowded. Still, those roasted ducks are delicious and cost about the same as a sad frozen duck at Festival Foods. Did I mention the roasted ducks?
Seth Downs
Probably can't be beat in MN for dim sum. Great variety of authentic Chinese dim sum dishes. The wait can be long, but I guess that's a good sign. Get there early for parking and no lines!
LinSue Lee
Happy Lunar New Year!! 🥳 Dim sum was terrific. We laughed, ate and had a great time. 11 people everyone found their favorite. …
A Brink
Chinese new year was wonderful at the Mandarin. Was there two nights in a row once for the dragon and once for a family meal. Wonderful authentic food. Highly recommended Seafood. Took a roast duck home for later.
Andrew Wah
Very good food but unfortunately always a long wait. Staffing is subpar but since there are no other dim sums around settle for now. Come once in a while. Workers can be more friendly.
Amber Gianera
Good, solid, affordable Chinese food. I have to come for the dim sum, which I hear is amazing. Otherwise, its great for a quick inexpensive bite when the craving for Chinese food hits. Excellent service.
Denise Smith
Great place to bring the entire family. Food is delicious and the menu is plentiful. Take-out is fast and portion size guarantees you won't leave hungry.
Harrison Copper
Owner is very cute and nice! I have lived in Hong Kong before. This is very authentic Cantonese cuisine.
Baku Retsu
Don't come here if you want American food. Come here if you want more traditional Chinese food. No chow mein, or Panda Express food here.. No Leeann Chin.. The live sea food cooked to serve is expensive, but you get what you pay for. People who complain about the price of lobster being too expensive should not enjoy the Hong Kong lobster here. In my opinion, the best lobster in town. Always get it Hong Kong style. Another favorite dish not on the menu is the 3 cup eel. It is worth it. They use 1 cup sesame oil, 1 cup cooking wine, and 1 cup soy sauce and stir fry it well with ginger and other herbs and spices. Don't come expecting the best service, nobody here is gonna want to make you feel like home. They just want you to order, eat, and go home.
Ryan Russell
Service is amazing! The staff was super friendly!!! The food is great for a quick feel good American-Chinese experience. Dim Sum is only on weekends.
Aaron O'Connell
The dim sum is the best in the Twin Cities. I can't personally speak to the night time menu, never had it. My dim sum buddies say not as good as the morning meal
Austin Tellez
This some bomb dim sum 🔥 go early or get stuck waiting but worth the wait. Highly recommend you picky people to come try it out cuz it's smacccc city.
Anton Dabbs
The Dim Sum is always great!
Ben
Great food and service! Wish I lived closer to try their dim sum.
Jonathan Vilaysone
My place for dim sum cravings in the Minneapolis metro area...
Ruben “PBJ” Pliego
I went here to have my first dim sum experience, and I couldn't have asked for a better one, all of the food was tasty and by far the best asian food I've ever had. Get there early for bruch.
BT Ttt
Skilfully chefs. Top Chinese food in MN.
Parry
Below average dim sum, above average wait time. The dim sum was cold, they didn't serve chicken feet with their carts. Extremely dissapointed
Eddie H
Fast friendly service. Very good Chinese cuisine. Large seating area. Lots of free parking. Can see their large store front sign easily from road. And wheelchair accessible
Adam Vnuk
Me coming here....I'm so hungry, I will destroy this place
Me leaving....I'm so full I'm going to die.
The food just keeps coming and coming....and it got better with every cart of food that came. You'll want to try everything that comes out. Come with friends (or family) and you'll have a great experience to share/enjoy.
Rose Nguyen
The food was ok and the service was horrible. There’s a 15% gratitude for party of 5 or more. They gave us water and a pot of hot tea w/o asking what we want to drink, we had to flag down a waiter to take our order and once they brought the food out then didn’t come back to check if we need anything else. We thought the food was good based on the reviews but it was greasy and bland. Won’t be back.
Mario Meas
Giving them 4 stars because they have the best Chinese food in the Twin Cities, would have give them 5 stars if I could use my credit card without surge charge.
Chris Diller
Hands-down the best Chinese food on Bloomington and its not close. I drive past at least 4 other options to get here from my house and it's so worth it.
Forrest Rhoads
Excellent. It is a little sad to see only three cars waiting for takeout at the best Chinese restaurant in the Twin Cities, but the quality of food is the same. Excellent.
Forrester S
Very good food. The older waiter who waited on us did not consider us to be important. We were ready to order for 5 min and it was more important to him to clear tables
Toulong Yang
The seafood selection here is AWESOME! When you walk in a regular Chinese restaurant you usually see one lobster tank. This place has an entire wall of fresh live seafood, lobster, dungeness crab, fish ect ect. If you know anything about seafood its always better when the food is fresh.
Cole D
This place is always my favorite for authentic Asian food. Nothing beats it. If you've never tried it, I recommend it 100% - just make sure you have a reservation.
Sara McAtee
Would have been 5 stars but chipped my tooth on the sticky rice dim sum, wasn't deboned fully. :(
Karen Wang
Came for dimsum on a Saturday morning. We arrived at 11 (party of three) and didn't have to wait to be seated. All the food was on par and met my expectations.
The only thing I didn't like from Yangtze was their xianshuijiao, but was too full to order it here.
Mandarin Kitchen's nuomiji has egg yolk in it, but the filling is on the dry side. Something about the skin of the xiachangfeng also put me off, but it was still decent.
Parking is a little weird as the parking lot is split into sections for the various other stores. But we didn't have trouble finding a spot, and the seating inside is much more open and comfortable than Yangtze.
Brenda Selby
Food was excellent!! And the staff is very friendly and exceptional..worth the drive.will definitely be back.
Barry
Excellent roast duck. Good food and good chef. A little more expensive than some other local Chinese restaurants.
Timothy Mok
Traditional dimsum experience, food was good, as was the atmosphere. Highly recommend. Will definitely return.
Julie Chiu
Best dim sum and roast duck in MN and IA! Have lunch as early as possible or late to avoid high traffic during the weekend. Always enjoy having dim sum with a group
Han Kim
Always a good time!
Yer Yang
It was very crowded but we enjoyed the food and the experience. I loved the complimentary hot tea. Only change I would make is to have a price list for each category.
MaiNhia H
Great spot for dimsum. My only complaint is that they were out of their cilantro shrimp dumplings and it was 10:30am on a Sunday - prime time. Very disappointing.
Christopher Connors
Dim sum here is better than places I’ve recently been to in Chinatown Brooklyn and Manhattan. I may be biased because my family has been coming here for many years. Great service and food for dim sum.
Eric Fritsche (Spyball Center)
For a fast paced dim sum experience perfect for parties of 4 and greater, this is the place to visit!
Jennifer Nguyen
Went there for lunch during the weekday. Food was delivered quick. However my BBQ pork and duck was served warm not hot. Price was reasonable.
Dean Lund
Very authentic Cantonese. Service was great and nice atmosphere. Dumplings were amazing as was the Special Duck. Will go back for sure.
A M
Amazing! Do not order lunch specials... Order off main menu!
Dan Nguyen
Waited 1 hour for a party of 6. Saw 2 big parties got the table before us even though our name was first (I waited by their book). They seem to know the workers personally. Food was okay.
T T
Food is great! I love the bbq meat selections. Just make sure to double check your to-go order is what you actually ordered before you leave.
Amanda Yang
Good food. But the restaurant is so busy, there is no chance you'll get great service. Make sure you go there right when it opens or you'll have to wait anywhere from 40min to an hour waiting. You might also have to park across the street.
Mitchell Brown
The food here was amazing, the staff is knowledgeable and willing to help when needed.
We ordered our food and not even 5 minutes later the food was on the table. They’re very fast!
John Hancock
Front and back of dim sum menu attached. Best dim sum in Minnesota. Food taste fresh and superior in quality compared with other venues that offer the same items. The custard tastes incredible.
Nick Benson
The best Chinese cuisine in the state, hands down. Weekend dim sum is amazing and a fun group experience.
Tori Jensen
Went here after an art show and had dinner for about eight people. Fabulous food. It is not easy to find great asian food, but this place has it! The service was very good as well.
Bob Young
Huge selection and many fresh ingredients. I had the sizzling duck and it was wonderful.
Forrest Parker
I'll save you the 5 star rating. Minneapolis is not Hong Kong. Mandarin Kitchen is not Yank Sing in SFO. Yes, there are lines, waits, noise & confusion. If you want something other than tea to drink you'll wait and wait, craning your neck around to see if anyone's getting that Coke. And they may have a lot of things, but they don't have soup dumplings.
But that said, when you've been away, and you finally come back to MSP, and your whole family is in one place, and everyone goes whole ham on a mess of dumling, you are happy, fat, and still looking for that next plate of something you haven't seen yet.
Mandarin has a fantastic menu with all sorts of authentic and unusual things. Most of it is done really well. Service can be hit or miss. But they've been doing yum cha longer than most anyone else in TC, and I wish they were in my hometown of Charleston SC.
Go. Eat here, and take it for what it is. Above all, take someone you love for dim sum.
Mathew Wagner
Roast pork (super crispy skin) and roast duck were amazing. There hot oil is unique and very good. I recommend.
Lauren Olsen
Delicious local and authentic Chinese cuisine. Great dim sum on the weekends too!
binh nguyen
Other than having to fighting 5' asian grandmas for a table, this place is pretty good
David Dickey
Realy good Chinese food. They have duck and other specialties. That would be a place to bring the family for a Mandarin duck dinner with all the specialties ect..
Lynette R
The dimsum is the best in town.. but be prepared to wait an hour for a table though! Or else come as early as you can on weekends.. 😅
adnane ouro gbèlè
Every single thing we ordered was really good. Excellent service as well.
Santhamani Vasudevan
Vgood..enjoyed eating there
Lambert Lum
Food is eexcellent, prices are a little high, and customer service is lacking. Only reason it got 4 stars instead of 5. More authentic Chinese food than you will traditionally find at David Fong's down the street. One of my local favorite places to eat Chinese food.
Eddie H
Great food and outstanding services.
Tuan Le
Great foods and excellent service
Pete Hesse
Great food but beware when doing takeout. They have 2 websites - one with low prices and the other REAL one! You want mandarinkitchenmn.com
Maria Linn-Evans
Dim sum here is always delicious and I love the wide variety of options. Definitely recommend getting there early in order to get a table right at opening.
Scott Barber (Babbar)
Amazing service and top notch food always!!!
Luke Mosher
Some of the best Chinese food I've ever had. It tasted really fresh and they had unique dishes I've never seen anywhere else. I've heard (from those who would know) that it's authentic Chinese.
Daniel Koeman
This is the place to go for dim sum in Minnesota! I highly recommend.
Rajat Mukherjee
Nice place for dimsum. But we reached at about 1:20 and some of the options were already on the last rounds even though dimsum is supposed to be available till 2. So make sure to reach before noon if going for the dimsum.
Amy Maiello
They have everything. The menu is impressive and everything looked so delicious. I'm looking forward to going back to try so many more things.
siewchung wong
I want this place to remain open as a second option but if I have a choice, I'd still say Yangtze is better. Mandarin kitchen no doubt is bigger and a lot less chaotic but Yangtze has the upper hand.
John B.A.
Good Dimsum on Saturdays and Sundays however it seems to be on the pricey side. My wife and I spent $91 for just the two of us.
Angela Mesich
Very good shrimp fried rice, chicken chow mein and beef, tomato and green pepper!! Egg rolls a little over cooked but the rest was amazing!!
Cyndi Rodriguez
Family style with authenticity. Come hungry and ready to share. Food is always made fresh.
Laura Wong
Great dim sum!
Matt Stoll
Great dim sum on the weekends. I can gain weight very quickly here. Good prices and good food. Busy on the weekends, so plan accordingly.
Alan Hosch
Incredible oxtail hot pot (eat the oxtail like fried chicken, with your fingers), unbelievable crispy salt and hot pepper quail appetizer, great service, open late, best 10:30 p.m. meal I've ever had
George Neill
Outside of China town in San Francisco, this is our favorite Dim Sum restaurant! Be prepared for a wait, a lot of people and noise, and wonderful food.
Christine Tan
I’m from Malaysia, stuck in Minnesota temporarily. Craved roast duck, looked up a bunch of places. Drove 55 minutes round trip to get a whole duck. Tender and juicy. Worth it!
Richard Hood
A unique dining experience, authentic food but for the price, the place could use a facelift.
Gary Penner
Excellent take out so you can bet dining in is even better!
sereyvuth thai
Good services, delicious dim sum :) cost us around USD 160 for over 20 twenty larges and special dim sum baskets.
Megan Korea
It is a bit overwhelming but once you get a hang of the pace, you will do fine. The food is delicious. My favorite thing is the rice, egg roll, and pineapple dessert.
Richard Zhao
The dimsum was good. However, for some reason, they stopped serving Seasime balls at noon for no reason.
Spencer Olson
We came for the Saturday morning tea and breakfast. The food was excellent with a lot of variety. The service was attentive and friendly. A bit pricy, but worth every penny.
Jakiul Alam
Great place for lunch if work nearby. The lunch menu is very inexpensive and it's not a buffet like all other Chinese restaurants
Eric Feng
The lines are god-awful, but the food is well worth the wait. Make sure to get their shrimp roll thing in the sauce and the fruit tart.
