Mac's Industrial is a long time favorite - not quite dive bar, not quite up-scale, but just right. Stopped in recently for their 18th anniversary party (that should tell you something right there). Food was excellent (Mac's has, IMO, the best Reuben anywhere in the Twin Cities) and there were - as always - some new and intriguing beers on their long list. They are consistently top notch which is why, despite moving over an hour away, I keep going back. Thanks to Jimmie, Mike, and everyone that's makes Mac's such a welcoming place!

Came here for a late night bite to eat after a long day of travel. Service was kind and the food was exactly what I expected. The french fries were my favorite part! They have a pretty big menu which was nice to see for a sports bar. Would recommend for a quick bite and a drink.

By far my favorite place to get food in the twin cities. I've had almost everything on the menu and it's all a hit. My absolute favorite is the tuna melt. Can't be beat. Hasn't been beat. If you haven't tried it you need to!

The Best Reuben in the Twin Cities. My Father and I made a trip to visit all the places in an article published in a newspaper featuring the best Reubens in the cities. This is one that sells out, so order it immediately when you sit down. The balance of meat to sauerkraut and cheese are absolutely perfect. The macaroni is better than almost any place I have been. It is not a tangy style, it is a smoother flavor. I love the wonderful service for the couple of times I have been. I think we tried 10 restaurants where they offered Reubens, this was the best. Voted: Best Reuben on The Official Reuben Tour.

If you are anywhere near Minneapolis and hungry... GO TO MAC's! The food menu is robust, definitely something for everybody. Wings are off the charts - get a bunch and mix and match flavors. Beer selection is amazing and lots of TV's for watching the game. SLEEPER menu items - BLAT, Blackened Buffalo Wings, and TOT-CHOS.

Haven't been in here in awhile but used to eat and drink here on an almost every other week basis. They have a great beer selection and the bartending and server stuff is excellent. Have never had to wait for a drink or the tab here ever. The food is better than what you would imagine as well when you walk in. Parking can suck if you are here during the day, there is a parking garage across the street. The attached parking opens up at 4pm for public parking but is sometimes packed.

Best Ruben!!!! Oh my goodness, I'm surprised my brain didn't explode. Service was great! Our server was sweet and got excited about the product they serve. I think that's awesome to enjoy food options that you serve to patrons. Also, she was on it about being kind and accommodating. Loud environment by the way, it is a sports bar. Be ready to yell to anyone you take there. Other than that, I love the food and service.

This isn't the newest or nicest bar in town, but it consistently good. Many of the staff have been around for years...giving a nice warmness when familiar faces are around. Beer menu focus on craft beer (MN and beyond) and menu covers the basics really well. Food quality is generally good.

The server was nice. My steak and eggs was ok. My wife really liked her French toast. The coffee wasn't very good. I might go back. Went back again. Coffee still sucks. They were too busy for one waitress.

This is my favorite bar in the twin cities. I happen to also like sports, but they're blackened buffalo wings are the best in the city. Other food of note is actually the tuna melt which I would never get anywhere else, the French onion soup, and the buffalo chicken salad. This is an industry place so if you work in the industry, you will probably recognize some people.

They said "Best Reuben in Town", and now I dare someone to prove them wrong! Once you have an Insanly tasty Brisket Reuben sandwich, sliced falls flat. Let's move on, the beer list is almost as noteworthy as the French Onion Soup. And the 2 girls working there were so friendly to everyone (plus they complemented my jacket, so personal bonus) it was the best decision of the day. *the little bar food trays are a great touch too

The food is incredible and the bartenders are great but every time we come the wait staff is super put off that we have a kid and there are smokers everywhere. A designated place out back instead of at the entrance where we have to walk through smoke with a child to get in would be appreciated. Also parking is tough and the bathrooms usually look like someone just had a psychotic episode while peeing in them.

Best Rueben in town, and super tasty blackened buffalo wings. Both times i got a burger and ordered it medium it came to me at barely med rare but more like rare plus. Thats been my only hiccup with the place. Maybe just more attention to accurate meat temps. Great and friendly staff.

TATCHOS!!!! If you go here for happy hours, or dive bar fun, or a date.... get the tatchos. 4 of us ate off this plate. So much food. Now the not so good part about this place is the bartending needs some work. Serious work. Don't offer margaritas if you don't know how to fix one.

Trivia night on Thursday's with Trivia Mafia is pretty amazing, but nothing beats their chili cheese fries. They are so incredibly delicious. Staff is always awesome and knowledgeable. Great beer selection as well.

Regulars are friendly. You might catch me there at 1am on sunday night(Monday morn?) Ordering a side mac n cheese with bacon, for a few bucks. Yes please!

Large, filling portions with whatever you order. Brunch is served until 1 on weekends, and their lunch/dinner menu is all legit. Belly up to the bar and order food and they'll put a handy tray in front of you for your food once it is ready. They have every NFL game on during Sundays, look for the little helmets on the TV to know where your team will be on. highly recommended!

Not a great sports bar at all, but the food is awesome, and even better at that you can get it until 1:30 in the morning, which makes Macs the go to place around for great late night food. Known for their loaded Mac n cheese, wings, and piled high burgers, many specialties with either a grand Marnier or a sriracha component making them truly awesome.

This is now my second time here and I have truly enjoyed it both times. One of the hazards of resettling in enemy territory (Boo Twins, Vikings, Wild, and Timberwolves) is finding those soft places where you knew exactly what to expect every time and as I explore i find myself being drawn back into this spot. I have something terrible to admit moving into cold country like this, even if it is just for a short while, but I'm trying not only to be vegetarian but also vegan. I'm failing miserably at the second half, but have been hanging pretty good with the vegetarian side. Both times I have been able to find something not only to fit the bill but also delicious and satisfying. First, the look. This is a very typical bar. Long bar, televisions everywhere, plenty of beers on tap. Actually a perfect setting to watch sports and eat grub. Of course that's where it changes. The grub here is very good. Hidden behind this facade of an industrial building with very typical dive bar look is a delicious menu. The southwest bean egg rolls were crispy and crunchy and the chipotle aioli is fantastic. Just enough spice to sweat, but also with great flavor. Anyone who knows me on any level knows that I love cilantro and their Chipotle Salad is filled with this wonder weed. Lettuce, corn, black beans... all perfect. The surprise of it all was the chipotle vinagarette. Wow. I never imagined this flavor palate. I couldn't get enough of it. My friend ordered the Mac and Cheese and she was immediately in love. Her exact words was, "It's like heaven met heave and bred food." She also the grilled cheese with tomato and avocado and I have to say, the one bite I took made me want to steal the whole thing. While this is about a 30 minute drive for me and it's worth it.

Great food, great atmosphere. I would classify this place as an upscale dive bar: you get all the great parts of a neighborhood feeling with a food menu that kicks ass and a staff that loves what they do without putting up with the wrong kind of 4$$hole.

We drove by the old location and were bummed to see it closed but when we drove around the corner and saw the new one, we were pleasantly surprised!! We only had beverages butt were glad to hear the menu is mostly the same. We are already fans of Mac's 2.0.

Reuben is the best of its type in town! (Yes, Cecil's is not the same kind.) Lots of other stuff is wonderful! (Tuna Salad has green peppers in it, for you genetically-bitter tasters.) Do not let that stop you! Lots of great beer, cocktails made well if you like, and a pretty real crowd. #marnier (I didn't know that existed until I went there, but apparently it is #1 in #MSP)

"Industrial" is an apt name - this place is no frills. But they have a great beer list, excellent bar food (try the Reuben), and TWO back-to-back games of trivia on Thursday nights. Awesome afterwork-type spot.

My husband and I absolutely love Mac's. It's a little place with a dive bar atmosphere, complemented by incredible service and an outstanding menu. As seen on a popular NE Mpls Facebook page, almost everyone in the city knows how fantastic their reuben's are. They also have a ton of sides, of which you can order two for your lunch. My favorites are the mac & cheese, chili, burning rings, tots, and Caesar salad. I can't even name my favorite bartender or server because it's literally all of them. They also have a huge amount of new local beers being rotated in and out, so make sure to take a look at the beer lists on every table and the bar. If you go, keep an eye out for me because I'll most likely be at the bar, eating a reuben with side Caesar salad and drinking a new stout. Cheers!

Seriously, like if you had the opportunity to be at the best place ever and you don't go, then you are just punishing yourself. So don't do that...you are better than that and you deserve better.

My girlfriend and I have come here for football games. Lots of TVs and solid food make this a really good place to come on Saturdays and Sundays in the fall. I've had the breakfast skillets and a burger, both were better than I expected.

Watched the chiefs win... Put a damper on the day fs. Tendies were pricey for the quantity, but vibes were high quality. Waitress had to solo the entire dining area which looked hard - big respect.
