This place may seem like a hole-in-the-wall but I'm starting to think it's a treasure. Their steaks might not be the first thing you'd think of here but they are cooked just as you order them to be, and their burgers are ground in-house from their steak scraps and are not frozen patties. The Mac n cheese is incredibly boring, but everything else has been very good. Get the cajun seasoned fries instead, because the seasoning and texture are exactly as they should be. The menu is huge, which can be a plus or minus depending upon the place, but here it is great because they execute on all of the food so well and the value is great, so the variety means there's something that will appeal to anyone who is not vegan. That's not a joke. I don't think there are many vegan options. The prices are very good, and l love the atmosphere. It's a small place, clean, with tidy minimalist decor. The staff are very nice and they clearly take pride in their work and the quality of their food.

First of all. The food is immaculate. Ordered Doordash at 3:50am. My girlfriend and I were talking and forgot we ordered it. Grabbed it out outside after sitting for 10 min on a cold night. The bag was so heavy and mind you.. that’s exciting when you’re hungry. Food was still hot af. Our jaws completely dropped after our first bites. This place is so slept on. Incredibly delicious.

Love the decor, not the pho though. Unless you have loss all your taste buds, this pho is served in some super salty pho broth (definitely not made for me)! Aside from this, the service is super friendly. Owner gave us a generous amount of garnishment and a whole lot of meat!

First time I went, I got the cajun fried rice with salmon. Based on this, I thought I was gonna become a lifelong regular. Second time, got the cabin spaghetti with shrimp. It was kinda weird (served with a microwaved everything bagel, peas and green beans), but I thought it was quirky and was still on board. The third, and likely final, time I got a roasted pork 'banh mi' and teriyaki salmon. The sandwich was as confusing as it was delicious. It contained at least one bone in Cajun pork chop, maybe slightly overcooked. I'm place of carrots, cilantro, jalapeno etc, it had spring mix and caramelized onions. On place of paté and fish sauce mayo, it had Cajun Mayo. It was a delicious, drippy mess. Just so we're clear, I don't ever write typical 'bad' reviews. I think it's a petty waste of time. But since I reported the good, here's the bad. My salmon teriyaki came in a typical clamshell to go container. This was primarily filled on one side with stir fried, unseasoned green beans and what appeared to be roasted red peppers from a jar. On the other side was a mound of white rice. The rice was of several different vintages. There was the dried out rice from the day before. There was the overcooked, mushy dough like rice, also probably from the previous day. Then there was the freshest: piping hot undercooked rice straight from the cooker. Atop these fraternal twin peaks, were three or four small, lukewarm pieces of salmon. Then the entire container was filled to the broom with watered down Sysco brand teriyaki sauce. I hope this helps someone out, ideally the owners of they see this because I'm a creature of habit and I was all but ready for this to be my spot. Then I ended up feeling pretty insulted.

This place serves MASSIVE portions. When I first ordered I was wondering why I was spending so much money but then the food started coming out. I mean I wanted to taste all the dishes they had. So just keep that in mind when ordering. We ordered lemonade, the Korean Shirt ribs, the teriyaki salmon dish, the head on shrimp black mussel and scallop boil. All of the seafood was cooked well besides the head on shrimp, however they replaced it with tail on shrimp which was cooked well. The flavors of this place were delicious. My brother in law who doesn't particularly eat seafood, demolished the seafood here. To my taste I prefer the Vietnamese seafood boils the most but this spice was a familiar spice for me and it was enjoyable. The salmon dish was interesting. When you first receive the dish you see it is smothered in sauce. However when you rip into the dish and eat it you can definitely tell the salmon is a bit overcooked. The balance between the cook and the amount of sauce worked surprisingly well. Then the Korean Short Ribs were much more savory than what I deem normal for Korean Short Ribs. The usual marinade I am used to is a bit sweeter. The cook was not that great as well. The meat was stuck to the bone and soft. This is probably because it was cooked on a flat top or a pan where the juices soak into the meat making it soft. It must have also been over cooked because the meat stuck to the bone really tightly not allowing me to enjoy the tendons. Lastly what I think was the best part of eating outside on a hot day, the lemonade. I ordered the mango and peach lemonade and my brother in law had the Lime-ade. These lemonade did not taste very artificial and they weren't too sweet as well. One gripe is that they put this huge ice block in the cup that blocks the straw,, however I prefer this ice block to the standard ice method. I was trying to figure out a way to fix this problem but eventually just finished my lemonade and left. Overall I definitely enjoyed this place and it's atmosphere. Maybe some live performances or music could liven up the dining area. One more thing is that they have very poor sign placement, so the only way we knew this place was here is because we drove back and forth on Selby over the course of the day and decided to stop by.. I would move their sign from behind the tree. There is more food to try and I will be back for lunch this time!

The sauce is magical!I ordered the mussels,Chicken and rice and the steak bahn mi and the chicken bahn mi and they were both great !My only issue was that the steak was cut into long strips and a little tough to chew up but it was still so Damn good I'll definitely be back for more!

They do not serve chicken Pho which is my favorite BUT I tried the beef and it was awesome. I love the establishment as well very well put together including the decor. friendly customer service.

The food was expensive. We had the cajun lobster, catfish, crab legs and shrimp without the head. The food was seasoned good, but I've had better. Also they don't come with the corn on the cob and small potatoes like other cajun seafood places.

Came across this place while going to the pawn shop. Food was good and hot when it came out. Spicy how we like it, and everything tasted great. Ordered the steak teriyaki and shrimp teriyaki with the 1lb of mussels and the Mac and cheese.

A platter of seafood... Yes! My experience was great for this little place. Walk in, place your order and sit down. They are fast considering what you are ordering and the food tastes great. It came out as if they just tossed it all alive into a giant pot. Be ready to prepare your own food. By that I mean the shrimp for example has the whole body to include head, legs, and shell. Worth it though! Yum!

Got the deal $30 pho -Cajun steak and lobster tail. This pho is better than my mom’ pho at home for sure. Steak is good but prefer medium rare. I should mention that for next order. Cajun sauce is awesome. I rather have rice instead of potato. Will be back soon

This place was actually really delicious. Everything was cooked in delicious sauce and the price was excellent. The Korean BBQ ribs we ordered were really fatty though and a few pretty burnt, but the seafood was amazing. The only thing is that it's basically all seafood platters. Would have liked some potatoes or corn on the cob or something to break up all the meat. You order and pay at a window and it's a seat yourself place. Very easy to order and take away or get delivered. Would recommend!

Got some good food. Spice people beware. Mild spice is hot enough to cook your mouth! The steak and seafood here is pretty good for friends and family to eat together. They got a small party room in the back.

First time here since they changed the menu to cajun style. Ordered the cajun steak with lobster and crab legs. Food was very good and the cajun seasonings were wonderful. I asked for it non-spicy, and the flavors were wonderful. Steak was great as always and the potatoes and seafood were cooked very well. A bit pricey, but that tends to go hand in hand when you get lobster/crab legs. The decor is very nice and clean since they did the remodel. Would definitely go again!

Party big seafood tray always is the best deal. Use to be $150 before COVID and now price is a little bit higher $180 with jumbo size shrimp- octopus- squid - crawfish . Love it . Can’t stop order at least twice per month
