Shalon JohnsonWent here for the first time yesterday. The food was pretty good. It tasted pretty much what you would expect from a Mexican style restaurant. The service itself was quick and the waiter was friendly. They were sooooo fast at delivering the food and the sunrise nachos were really good and flavorful. The margaritas were good too. I didn’t really like the strawberry margarita though, it tasted like pure strawberry syrup which was gross but the lime margarita was fantastic. The seafood taste extremely fresh as well as the oysters. Overall service was amazing, they were EXTREMELY attentive and friendly.

Authentic and full flavored; the salsa has something special I can’t define, the ceviche, some of the best I’ve ever had. I rarely order mussels when not on the coast but theirs in the garlic red sauce had me slurping the sauce out of the shells.
Bonus for supporting local and family owned. And don’t pass on the tres leche cake. So good.

Got the menudo (which was my draw to come here) and it was very clean tasting - really enjoyed it. Lengua taco was so full of meat! Crispy, juicy and very tasty. Fish taco was sweet and had a light batter. Also had tostado and it was fresh and not too sour.
