If you are looking for a small diner experience and atmosphere this is the place. The breakfast options they do offer are great, but I usually don't come for the breakfast. My family and I come here mostly for their burgers. I love the California Burger with Bacon, Cheese, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Mayo, and a Pickle on the side. My son gets the same thing just without the bacon ( he doesn't like bacon ). My husband usually goes for either their 1lb or 2lb Mega Burgers with fires included. It's made just like the California Burger but with more patties, cheese, and bacon. We go here at least once or twice a week and the flames do touch the patties( we really shouldn't but we can't help it. Lol!).

Stop reading reviews and just go. Holy cow. All of the small town charm you want in a diner with the food taste and quality to back it up. Friendly staff, talented cooks that get your food out quick and right. Excellent burgers and fries, will definitely be back for breakfast.

Been going to this location last 20+ years. My father got me introduced back in early 2000's and been going there since... Best burgers in Minnesota if you ask me or others I've had with me there.... Clean kitchen, clean seating, low prices, a true jem! Keep up the great work!

Amazing as always! The Burgers are tasty and thoroughly cooked. The crinkle cut fries are hard and crispy. The breakfasts are hearty. They have Coke Products. The Mega Flameburger is fun!

Great Breakfast choices. Good food, good service, good coffee. A bit pricey, cost more than McDonald's for sure. Good portions. Lot's of food. Get a box. (:-)

It's worth going for the nostalgia factor alone. The ambience reminds me of the cozy type of restaurant my parents took me to when I was a kid in the 90s/00s. The waiter was very friendly and attentive! The food of course was tasty as well, and they don't skimp on portions. The Flameburger experience is a 10/10 - highly recommended! Support this awesome, long-standing local business.

A quality classic diner experience with friendly service and tasty filling food. Eating at the restaurant there is bar seating or several booths, and plenty of parking available as well. Our server changed during our meal, but both were friendly and didn’t leave us waiting. The pancakes are huge and the bacon wasn’t overly crispy or soft, my brother said his burger was quality as well. The menu has a great variety of options for any meal.

My friend Jim took me to Flameburger on Central Avenue and I am now a very big fan. The burgers are outstanding, proving flaming beats frying always. Plated meals are excellent. Fries were plentiful and not greasy. Value for your money, Absolutely. I'm looking forward to my next visit. PLEASE remember to tip your server and the cook as well.
