Food was outstanding (no surprise) and the space was warm, casual, not too loud, great ambiance and music! I am already looking forward to my next meal! Beef bourguignon was phenomenal, the chicken fricassee with olives and chard was amazing and the squash soup is not to be missed!

5 star atmosphere, service, and food. Great addition to the Minneapolis restaurant scene.

Incredible experience! Had steak tartare, famous Vincent burger and sweet crepes!
Everything was such high quality yet simple and delicious!
I highly recommend!

Delicious! I almost never get to eat at French restaurants due to a dairy allergy. They were extremely accommodating and almost everything can be made dairy free! Highly recommend! The beef bourguignon is amazing as is the cassoulet! Lots of other dishes can be made dairy free but the two I had were incredible! Also, the service from Sally was wonderful! She was so nice!

So happy to have a restaurant like this in the Mill City area. The French Onion Soup is by far the best I’ve ever had... which is saying something as I consider myself a French onion soup connoisseur. I’m also not a dessert person but the lemon, butter, and sugar crepe is truly unreal. I’m excited to make Chloe a regular dinner spot!

Thanks to Francois for recommending the steak tartare and Aaron for the floating islands. The tarte flambée and onion soup were also great! Very reasonable bottle prices on the wine list. Cute and comfortable space. Friendly and helpful staff.

Delicious!! The cassoulet was spectacular, not too heavy with a very delicate and aromatic flavor. The skate wing was very bright and acidic flavors. The pomme puree was delicious but I prefer them smoother, these were more mashed potato consistency. Quality desserts. Beautiful atmosphere and the people were very kind. Pretty smooth service for only being open a few weeks.

Chole by Vincent fills a gaping void in the Twin Cities restaurant scene — French Traditional dishes, done to perfection, without feeling a need to have a “unique twist” or “fusion” element. Don’t get me wrong, those other kinds of restaurants can be good. But, when you want comfort food in an amazing environment, look no further than Chole.
Our group had the French Onion soup and the daily special mushroom soup appetizers. Both of which were excellent.
For mains, we had steak frites, cassoulet, the scallops, and a Vincent burger. Again, all excellent.
Try it – you won’t regret it!
Very minor critique on the French onion soup – to match the best in France, it needed small a dash (1T) of Alsatian dry Riesling to accent the rich flavors with a bit of acidity and a slightly brighter aroma.

Very nice food, atmosphere and location (also near the Guthrie). The scallops, burger and french onion soup were flavorful, nicely prepared. Friendly wait staff ... glad it was open a bit late.

What a great find, this place has a nice French restaurant/bistro style menu that is not out of control in size and scope. Smart to do less and do it well. Don’t kid yourself, Anastasia at the bar knows her way around a Sazerac and the menu as well, she is great. That the Beef Bourguignon came out hot and not a bit too salty was a real treat and many other items I saw on the plates of the very friendly crowd looked awesome. I will be back, with others, to do a much larger sampling.

Went on resy looking for somewhere new for a Friday night dinner and this was a winner! Was drawn in by the Escargot and they are something not to miss. For sure the star of the show tonight. Other good choices are the steak frites and the steak tartar. Entrees are sharable size and I think it's safe to say if you aren't going in starving you'll have more to enjoy later. Can't wait to go back with friends!

My family and I absolutely loved it! We had incredible food and excellent service. The “alsatain tarte flambeé” appetizer was an 11/10. Highly recommend!!!

This is the most wonderful new returant. The food is so delicious- I had the scallops, ratatouille, and the mushroom gallette. I am a pescatarian, and there are plenty of options available. Easy, safe parking right across the street in the garage!
Must visit.

The new offering from the chef of Vincent is more relaxed but fully fledged. With dishes like Cassoulet and Beef Bourgognon, it offers the best of traditional French fare.

Chloe was amazing. The food is accessible but very authentic. Felt like I was at my French in laws house!

Delicious, approachable French food. Went twice in one week because everything was so good- food, drinks, and service.

Wonderful atmosphere for a good dinner without feeling like you have to dress up too fancy. Best french onion soup I've ever had and a delicious lemon drop drink. I had never had skate wings before, it was good but I would like to try the scallops or steak tartare the next time I go.

This was an amazing dining experience! Our food was not only delicious, but really unique as well. Our server Anastasia (who normally bartends) did a great job helping us with the menu and picking drinks too- her recommendations were spot on. It’s hard to pick a highlight, but for me I’d have to say the floating islands desert along with the Lemon Merinque, which Anastasia helped pick out. Both tasted amazing and were things I’ve never seen anywhere else. 10/10 would recommend!

Phenomenal service. Felt very well taken care of and was very glad to meet both the chef and owner while we were there. And a great waiter; Thanks for the laughs, Aaron!
