The Earth Stars

We got the cheesecurds (not pictured), and two large pizzas...Canadian bacon, pineapple, and half green peppers as well as a sausage and green olive. The food is delicious (the menu has an array of choices...from salads, appetizers, sandwiches, pastas, platters, and of course pizza), the atmosphere is relaxed and casual. Not a lot of seating, but the inside was very clean and nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. You can dine-in or they also do take-out and delivery. While we were eating a lot of people came in for take-out. There is lots of free parking as well as other great shops in the area. I really recommend trying this specific location in St. Anthony...we will definitely go back!

While visiting family in Arden Hills, we heard great things about the pizza from Carbone’s. We ordered online delivery, a little pizza for 5yo who only likes pepperoni, and a large for the grownups. It was delicious! Delivery was on time, driver was friendly, pizza was awesome. It’s cut in squares which was perfect for our Edges and Middles crew. Perfect sauce/cheese/toppings ratio and crisp crust. Will definitely order again the next time we are in the area!

Had an Uber Eats promo code and wanted to try a different pizza place out. Despite the 18 minute drive it was still fresh and tasty. Likely would of been a 4.5 if fresh out of the oven, would recommend.

First of all Carbone's is my favorite pizza, has been for many many years, I've lived all over Minneapolis/St Paul and have been happy with every location, I just recently moved to Columbia Heights and was happy with my pizza the other day, I know the pizza I'm about to order will be great, always is. I know you can't please everyone every time it's just human nature some will complain just to hear themselves complain, you guys are doing a great job 🍕

I'm giving them 5 stars because I was impressed all around. First of all their thin crust pizza is delicious. They had the best pizza fries I've ever had. The girl working the front was super friendly, professional and knowledgeable of the menu. We cant wait to go back to try the hoagies and pizza sandwich. It seems like some of the bad reviews were because of the bread and the lunch Buffett. Management obviously took these complaints into consideration and have stopped the lunch buffet and started using different bread. While we were there the orders were going out quickly and the girl at the front was doing a great job of handling everything. They had plenty of staff in the kitchen for a Friday. Definitely give them a try. I dont think they deserve the three star rating.

We frequently order pizzas, hoagies and side dishes from this location. We have always had great food, and leftover pizza reheats nicely the next day. The delivery drivers are always very nice.

Went twice for lunch buffet. Great salad bar but not a good selection of pizza. My last visit all the pizzas were cold and had obviously been out a while. If you want repeat visits you need to keep hot pizzas out, maybe server smaller pizzas. Would love to dine again if I can get got fresh pizza.

This place does it all and they do it right like no one else. We have NEVER been disappointed in anything that SA Carbone's has brought to our house. The WORLDS BEST hoagies bar none! The Chicken Fingers are a household hit and the wins are to die for. Pizza is amazing and if you want a Meatball sandwich that will absolutely make your day this is the place to go. Hyperbole is not what is about to happen: The WORLDS best garlic cheese bread comes from this place!! I wish they would install a grill in case I would like a burger. This place cares! The food and the presentation show this and I will be a life long fan as will my family. PS--The Pizza is not just amazing it is Phenomenal! The best part about it is it is great hot but also some of the best cold pizza around. Thanks guys!!

I had always loved Carbones Pizza buying from the Highland location for thirty plus years. Yesterday I gave them a try in the New St Anthony location and it was just as good as I remembered. Nice to be able now to have them deliver the pizza cut up in smaller squares that is delicious!

New spot, still pretty bare bones interior-wise. Pizza selection was good, had some nice specials. Pizza - meat lovers - tons of toppings, well prepared, nice balance of cheese and sauce to toppings. Pizza - special - good amount of toppings, same good balance as the meat lovers. Over all, the crust is a thinner style that reminds me of frozen pizzas, not bad by any means, but this is not the pillowy crust of Hizza Put or the architectural crisp of Modinos. Pies come in small or large, the latter being a slight 16". Seems a little on the small side for the price point, but the amount and quality of the toppings made up for that mostly. PIZZAS ARE CUT INTO TEENY SQUARES. Perfect for the buffet line if you want to try a piece of several, but a little strange for a carry out place. Overall, good pizza, little steep on the price point but the workers can't change that.

My spaghetti lunch special was awesome for under 10.$ drink and delish garlic bread. Good job. Nice atmosphere, windows!, TV, nice people working here. Very clean , nice and quiet.

Had many different items here and all delicious. Especially the lasagna! The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Plus the owner is great! Always brings out the food and makes sure everything is good! So glad they are in St Anthony!

Alright gave Carbones another chance. Ordered the lasagna for the first time. It was Great!!!. Still think that you should never say you dont have a deal or special, or need a coupon, and let a customer walk away.
